I have service my car no - gj 01 gj 01 rj 4605 on 12/06/2019 at concept motors (I) pvt ltd at ahmedabad. My customer id-c[protected].in the morniing concept person pickup my car from the my office and about 12.30 pm calling about expence rs.16000- and allowed for the same. After that onece again he calling me about 3.00 pm and given details about concept amc and it is including total bill about 16000-. Then after i asked them about what amc charges in 16000-. He say me it is a approxmatly 2000 to 2500. I agress with them and continue my car service. I have received my car on evening on same day at my office with service bill 16304- and i have paid by them to credit card. But sir, surprisely i have seen in the morning the have chrged rs.9122- for amc.
After that talking with mr. Meetesh he given to me surity we have resolve your issue within a week. After that i have personly vistied to concept but the assured me we resoled your issue within short period. After number of calling and my personal visit they have give me anser it is not possible to cancel your amc due to its by huundai not concpt.
Sir my hearty request to you please cancel my amc and issued me my new bill. Ihave ready to pay any differnt amount if due cancelation.

I have purchased venue car on 04.07.2019 but Blu link app in car is not activated. Several times visited showroom and discussed with blue link team but no use. Since no one in a position to solve the issue i have returned the vehicle on 19.08.2019 to Goyal Hyundai from where i have purchased the car

    I had bought a i20 car in september 2016. The first three free servicing is over and i gave the car for the first paid servicing on completion of 20000 kms to popular service centre at alleppey.
    The cars steering system was having a creepy sound before the servicing. The sevice agency told me that the steering motor needs to be replaced which will cost me about rs 7000. My car get no is kl048079. I had already complained to your concurred complaint no on telephone and awaiting reply
    Status of my complaint of car no KL04AJ8079 given on phone to your complaint phone on 25/26 August 2019 regarding defective steering motor of my i20 car bought in sep16 which has clicked only 20000 kms

      Hello sir,

      I bought a hyundai eon vehicile on 03rd novemeber 2011. The eps module of the car is not working now. Looks like there are many people who have purchased eon vehicile are goind through the same issue where they received the faulty product which is dangerous as there is a chance of the steering getting freeze. I made multple complaints to hyundai but there is no response from them.

        I purchased creta sx 17 months. My last free service was done at 19000 Kms in March 2019. Yesterday when i was driving the car suddenly gear assembly jammed in the middle of the road luckily the road was empty. I pulled the car to side and switched off/on the engine it seemed to be working fine and I started to realise that there was some clutch issue not taking the acceleration even after changing the gear. I switched off/on and it worked.
        I complained this to service center, vehicle was towed and technician mentioned clutch assembly needs to be replaced and it is going to cost me INR 20000/-. I have been driving cars from last 18 years and never had clutch problem, this is very surprising fact to know.

          I am mr sujayanagendra adoor owner of hundai grand i10 met with an accident on 17th july, 2019 and kept my vehicle at belthangady advait hundai showroom on 18/07/2019. They took it mangalore workshop. Insurence got cleared on first week of august, got repaired and billed on 16th august. And paid rs 24344/- mr dayanand m representing advait motors pvt ltd consulted me for additional work to be taken up and i agreed to do clear the all dent works. I agreed to pay additional cost but it was not done properly. While taking delivery i took all the photos at workshop itself and herewith attached. As per my opinion customer service is very bad and poor 1. I handed over the vehicle at belthangady with related documents. They delivered at mangalore after 1 week. 2. Represetive was not informed me, where to collect the vehicle. I went to kuntikana branch of advait hundai and they don't know about my vehicle's whereabouts. 3. I called dayanand, he informed meto put google maps without mentioning the correct address. He informed me to go to industrial area baikampady. He knows my whatsapp no, he was not equipped to send location of workshop using google maps using whatsapp. He sent sms with wrong adress as"advaith hundai achal industriies industrial area baikampady" hence i understood that, either hundai or advaith motors not aware about (A) customers senti. Ents (B) value for customers money (C) customers relations & service
          This is my 2nd car from hundai, after eon. By experiencing good service from belthangady branch i took this i10.in future i will not recommend hundai vehicleto anybody. I hope you lookafter all these facts in future with regrets, mr sujayanagendra adoor

            I have purchased a brand new car creata (Disel) in july 2016 from anmol hyundai jabalpur m. P. It is begin only 3 years for my vehicle and the painting of my vehicle is shedding like anything i always trust quality of hyndai vehivcle but it is a very poor condition that a well knows brand loses in paint. It is shock for me and hence proved that choosing hyundai was a wrong desition i requset to the company to take necessary action for this as a series issue and mere ghar me 14 vehicle hyundai ki h jisme aaj tak kisi bhi vehicle me aaj tk kisi prakar ki problem nahi hui first vehicle h humari jisme itna ganda experience h agar company mere problem ko solve karti h full vehicle repaint karti hai to theek h nahi to mujhe mail se reply kare aur nahi to mai phir judicial ka sahara loonga

              Premature failure of clutch in a running and on highway on 25.08.2019... Hyundai xcent diesel bearing registration number mh 05 cm 7614.
              To my surprise no body from hyundai responded to my call. And finally waiting after two hour with family on highway, i have called local garage person to tow the vehicle... And we booked a cab and reached home..
              Patehatic hyundai response... And highly dissatisfied customer forever.

                जनवरी 2019 को हंस ह्युंदै उक्त कार खरीदी तब से कार में ब्लैक स्मोक है बार बार शिकायत करने पर भी हंस ह्युंदै मोतीनगर ने 15-16 बार बार को जाँच करने पर भी ब्लैक स्मोक को ठीक नहीं कर पाए हर बार कहते हैं कि कार ठीक कर दी है लेकिन ब्लैक स्मोक अभी भी है हुंडई ओर हंस हुंडई को 21, 8, 2019 को मेल करने पर भी कोई जवाब नहीं आया इसे ठीक करें गाड़ी वारन्टी में है ||

                  I own a i10- model dec. 2015 my car is 4 yrs old. My steering got jammed and its very tough to steer it and i had a very tough time to bring my vehicle to halt at the side of the road. When i contacted my dealer he said this problem is found in some of these models and he told eps module will replaced and demand 10000plus gst.

                  The steering wheel developed problems and was not rotating properly, to the extent that when the wheel turned either to the right of left while driving it remained in the said position and did not freely return back to its normal position, that is, straight position. Rotating the wheel was difficult even though it had power steering.

                  The steering wheel had a manufacturing defect and that it was dangerous which could lead to an accident.
                  Please solve my problem...

                      My creta top model mannual was bought on 26th may 2016. Just 3 year old vehicle has got this problem which is not at all expected from a reputed organisation such as yours. I have been usin hyundai vehicles for the past 15 years hyundai santro for 5 years and still have it then hyundai accent for 7 years then creta. I have never experienced ac related issues ever. Creta being a premium brand and expensive vehicle should not give any lind of problem for initial 5 years but i am experiencing problems relating to ac and power windows already. I have been given an estimate of 25500 plus taxes for repair this is not at all justified and i have no option but to approach consumer forum. My vehice no is dl7c m 3702 and is now being given for inspection at sunrise hyundai, patparganj, opp. Mother dairy, delhi. You are requested to look into this matter and revert asap.                           My vehicle eon car no ka03 mp8833 was left for insurance claim and repair on 27/08/2019 at indiranagar branch bangalore. Without my knowledge all the bills like insurance claim and other bills are being stolen and given to third party who was doing inquiry about my vehicles and properties with out my concern or knowledge.
                          This has being done at md level. Please look into the matter and do the investigation other wise i will put a rti case on your company that how can you give such information to any body. This means that any of your executive can give any document to any body and sel your company.

                            Hello
                            I have eon 2013 magna plus facing the issue the eps modhle and motor. I have given car to hyundai showroom in pune as i feeling the vibration with sterring and cracking noise. They said eps is a runnung part and your car age is 6 year that why the noise and vibration there to resolve this u need to replace the eps module and motor. Why this happing and though i came to know replacing part will not have anh warranty attach to it. Why hyundai fooling the customer..

                            On the hydai name have already brought creta, i am worried about that too if that is my right discussion or not..

                                I had perches a car creta e+ model on 28/7/2019 with registration no cg 18 n 6833 which run around 700 km. I want to lodge a complain regarding the visibility of my car head light which is very poor quality cant see anything when other vehicle come from front.
                                The same i complain to my dealer they did not respond well. So please rectify my problem as soon as possible. As i cannot drive my car at night.

                                  Today 21/08/2019, I just got my NEW car repaired by a Hyundai car dealer - Garve Hyundai Wadgoan Bk, Pune. When the car got handed over to me, I noticed that my memory card is missing from the Car Music System. I immediately contacted the service person and he said the RSA (Road Side Assistant) driver must have taken it. Nobody at Garve Hyundai listening to my complaint.

                                  Also, its a new car and the starter got smoked in 3-4 months (6000 km)s. I want to escalate this matter to the appropriate authority under NCA.

                                  Kindly treat this as a formal complaint against your car brand dealer in Pune-GARVE MOTORES (Wadgoan BK)

                                  This is to inform you that I have been your loyal customer since April 2019 by making a purchase of a Hyundai Car model Creta E+ 1.4 (Diesel) from Garve Motors. However, some recent worst & unpredictable incidents have forced me to take an unsparing action against the dealer (Service Team).

                                  Incident 1 - WROST SERVICE EVER - On 14th August 2019, Wednesday around 8:30 PM me & my family wanted to go out so we went to the car which was parked in my building (Suvidha Dnyanganga, Vadgoan BK, 411041 Floor 1 - Car Parking). I started my car-ignition using the car key and noticed that we are getting some weird noise from the car, immediately tried switching it off by turning the key off and taking it out from the ignition keyhole, however, the car-engine was not turned off and still running for 40 - 45 secs while I was holding the car key in my hand. After 45 secs the engine got turned off itself and we started getting the smoky smell from the AC vents. We all got scared and came out of the car instantly and fortunately, the doors did not get locked us in and we came out safely. I immediately opened the bonnet while coming out of the car and noticed that a good amount of smoke is coming out of the engine. Since the car got turned off itself and smoke was coming out of the engine, I called the building security cards & society member Mr. Sule for help and I shot a complete video of this incident. The same video is attached to this email. I contacted RSA within 15-20 mins from the time when the incident took place, Mr. Ashok Nikam had come to pick the car (RSA Job Id - 287349), the Vehicle Condition Report Form/Job Record is attached to this email as well. He asked us to remove the valuable things from the car hence I removed my belongings from the glovebox, dicky space, seat spaces except for door glass shades & floor mats which he said fine to leave. He loaded the car on the truck ramp in front of our builder gate (CCTV covered area) and dropped it at the Garve Motors premises within next 15-20 mins. I also received a call from RSA (Call Support team) confirming the same.

                                  I received a call from Mr. Vatan on 16th August 2019 (Garve Motors - service technician) since it was a holiday on 15th August 2019. I went to the service center and showed him the video of the incident, he said we will check and resolve the issue from our end. After multiple follow up on 16 & 17th August 2019 he said the car starter is brunt and we will order it soon but it will take 3-4 days. I contacted Customer Care Team at Garve Motors and Ms. Gayatri at Hyundai RO office since Mr. Prasad was available. I then received a call from Vatan & Rohan saying that we will get the starter in a day to two. 19 & 20th August 2019 they kept saying that they have ordered it but it did not reach to Vadgoan service center.

                                  Incident 2- EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & CARELESS - On 20th August 2019, I got a call from Vatan that the vehicle is getting ready and will be delivered on 21st August 2019, I finally went to the service center to receive my car. They asked Amol (Technician) to give information about the root cause and analyses they did to resolve the problem. I only got to hear that the starter was brunt. I NEVER SEEN A PICTURE OF IT EVEN. Amol & I had a quick test of the car on the nearest Pune-Katraj highway and confirmed that the starter is working fine. I dropped him opposite to the service center and I left for my office (Hinjewadi Phase1). However, while driving the car, I changed the mode on my car infotainment system (AVN) and noticed that the saved songs on my SD card are not paying, I stopped the car and tried checking the song list but it was empty, I checked the photo gallery and noticed there were no images, photos. Hence I opened the card shelf (See the attached picture) the SD Memory card was missing/stolen. How worst it is? to lose data. I immediately took a photo of the slots and sent it to Rohan and Vatan and asked about it, they said we will check and let you know. They checked with their teams and said nobody has taken it. This card contains my family pictures and my official documents for the past 4 years hence treat this on TOP priority.

                                  3rd incident to your attention - On 21st August 2019, the car was handed over to me by Service Technician (Vadgoan BK) Rohan & Amol also the missing memory card issue which was reported to them on the same day. After informing them about the missing memory card, I took the car to the Wakad service center to meet Ms. Charu (CRM-Garve Motors) around 4:40 PM. We discussed the issues/problems in-depth and decided to show the car to a senior technician Mr. Suraj & Mr. Sunil. Mr. Suraj was casually checking the car and he confirmed that he is getting dead rat carcass smell in the car which was delivered to me before an hour by Vadgoan service center. They said they need to check the car AC vents by opening the dashboard/interior. They asked me to leave the car for a further check-up, but I said I did not have alternative transport to go home (Form Hijewadi to Vadgoan BK) hence we decided to leave/drop the car tomorrow (22nd August 2019).

                                  Next day on 22nd August 2019 - I went to Vadgoan Service center first to meet Mr. Rohan & Vatan to check if they have found my memory card which they said no, they did not find it hence they asked me to meet Mr. Garve (The Owner) about this memory card issue. Mr. Garve & I had a discussion about the card, he said they have announced a price between service & washing team. On the same day, I got a call from Mr. Avinash (DM - Garve Motors) and it was a conference call made by Rohan's phone. He also said that they have announced a price and asked their teams to find the card. I informed both of them about the above-mentioned issue, they said you can take the car to Wakad service center as discussed with Ms. Charu & Mr. Suraj. I immediately drew my car to the Wakad service center and called them, they both said that it's 12:40 PM now and too late for us to work on the car. Again they asked me to leave the car on the next day (23rd August 2019, Friday). Next morning around 9:50 AM, went to the Wakad Service center and met with Mr. Sunil and he prepared a new job card which is attached to this email. He also took the photos of the car and asked me to remove the valuable items from the car, I removed all valuable items from the car and confirmed him that there is no any valuable item left in my car now. After completing the job card formalities, he asked one of the service people to drop me at my office (INFOSTRETCH - 4th Floor IT-4 Building IT-NTPL SEZ, Hinjewadi Phase 1) in the same car and bring it back to the service center.

                                  The service person drew the car & dropped me at my above office location and he took the car back to the service center (entrance IN gate) however, Mr. Sunil called me within 20 mins and informed that the car broke down again at the entrance IN gate of the Wakad service center. As per the GPS record, the car was running well from (21st August 2019 - 5:30 PM to 23rd August 2019 - 9:55 AM). He said they pushed the car till the car workshop. After doing the analyses, he informed me that the issue is found in the main fuse box of the car and one of the connectors is brunt. I said I was driving the car for 2 days from your one service center to another, it did not break-down for once otherwise I would have called RSA and got it towed to their service center. Since 23rd August 2019, they just checked the fuse box and nothing has been done so far. He also said the fuse has been burnt and needs to be replaced and there is a charge for opening/cleaning the car dashboard. Following are the quoted/expected prices for it.

                                  1)Fuse box - 10, 000 rs.
                                  2)Dashboard Cleaning - 4, 000 rs.

                                  Kindly be noted that I need a solution to these problems I have faced,

                                  1) Who owns the responsibility if this new vehicle (6016 Kms driven only & 3 months old) breaks down due to the same issue or any issue while traveling out of the city.
                                  2) Why the music system was touched when the issue was with the starter visa Versa why should I remove my SD card when it is installed to keep a track of the GPS in the car. - I don't need a new card as I am only concerned about my 5 years old data
                                  3) The service team at Garve Motors at Vadgoan location has to be reinvestigated properly with CCTV footage while the car was getting treated by them.
                                  4) As per DPA act, if my SD card's data gets spread anywhere, who would take the responsibility.
                                  My Hyundai Tucson was given to Navkar Hyundai Dhule for minor accidental repair work, while dealer made excess charges Consumable + Difference in paint assessment which was unknown and unexpected

                                    I have booked venue 1.2 s varient on 25th may 2019 from advaith hyundai mangalore in name srinivas p devadiga. I m buying buying new car for wedding function which is scheduled in september. As promised car should have been delivered with 1â½ month but later delayed. Then delivery date was set on 19 august 2019. But they are giving # reason of non availability of car. Having wedding ceremony next month only few days left, still no confirmation of delivery date.
                                    It's been 3 month's now. I[censored] cannot keep up promise then why do u do such promises. I have paid 2 lk well in advance. I m very much deppressed by your unproffesional behaviour. Trusting in u i have booked car much earlier than wedding date, but u have betrayed me and played with my emotions.
                                    Please deliver my car by august or atleast inform me that delivering car by august is not possible so that i can buy other brand car.

                                      I purchased new santro magna from verma hyundai hoshiarpur in 2nd week of may. They installed music player in that car but told me we dont have antenna right now we will install it later. I tried contacting them multiple times but every time they make excuses that we need some more time when we received antenna from company we will send somebody for antenna installation. Then they called me to came to hyundai showroom for installation of antenna. I came from jammu for that. They told his agent to go with me to private shops searching for antenna but still antenna not found. Now they are not responding to me and even not giving car registration certificate to me. Its more than 4 months. I am in bsf posted in jammu know the guys are calling me to come to the showroom they want to interview me i am feeling frustrated i don't know what should i do please help me with that.                                         My wife owner of the subject car. I was driving the car on 14th jun 2019 going to goa from bangalore with my colleagues 3 others. At about 2pm we met with a accident. We had some injuries and we got treated. The car was towed to hyundai service centre in belgum. Its today 60 days plus the insurance company bajaj insurance is yet to get the final quote from your service centre. Understsnd the rains in the area delay for a week. But not this long. The centre did give the estimate initally. But when they asked to proceed with repair work the service centre said we have ordered the parts and waiting to arrive to start repair work. Then after 4 weeks telling me cannot be repaired and need to treat as total loss. Bajaj wants this in writing. Not sure what delay is. This is not given toll date.
                                        Was planning to buy new car and i love hyundai. My nervous car was santro. So using hyundai since 1999. Now with experience i have a different opinion.
