I am a pride owner of creta car (Ap16 dp 6799). I sent my car for service to your authorised service centre i. E. M/s sai swarna automobiles pvt ltd, vijayawada, andhra pradesh with following complaints. - general service, disk brakes, ac leakage etc on[protected].
The car was delivered charging rs 21858/.in the bill it was charged rs 675 towards emblem-sx which was not at all replaced. When asked your people they did not give me answer. More over they argued and questioned me with very negligent nature.
On[protected] i phoned to your company men and informed them that leakage from ac was not repaired/failed and send back the car to your service centre on[protected] for repair.
[protected] the car was delivered by the men at your centre after duly charging rs 4, 293 for ac system service-level 2 and back leak test.
Again on[protected] i phoned to your company men and informed them that leakage from ac was not rectified and the problem was as same as in earlier. I do not know why i am paying such amounts to you and revolving roundly around your service centre.

On[protected] i received a phone from your men that the car was ready and pay rs 11, 500 and take the delivery. I argued with your men purticularly about their service and about the bill. Then on[protected] your men contacted me by phone and informed me that i need to pay rs 4, 500 insted of 11, 500 as earlier demand.
Up to today our company is having better goodwill from my part. As my car is with your service centre for more than half a month and as revolving around you, i became vex with your company. Please advise your service men / educate your service men/ train your service men regarding how softly deel with customers. Otherwise in short period no car owner comes to your service centre.

I have purchased Hyundai Verna on 22.05.19 & almost 4 months has gone but Exchange Bonus of Rs 30000/- not received yet, so many time i have done the follow up with concern person but still balance amount not received yet.

    #i was coming from balasore to bhubaneswar by my i20 car. The car has been completed 2 years & running only 10000kms. The left site of the rear tyre has been burst on the middle of the road. The tyre company is good year. It is totally life risk. But till now the hyundai company & the tyre company sitting ideal without any rectification. I was already logged the complain to the company but no action. Pls replace immediately.

      I have already done two Complained through this forum but not resolved at yet.

      I am surprise to know Hyundai Customer satisfaction rating 1% as per this Forum.
      I am surprise to know world popular Hyundai have this type of performance.

      My Problem:
      1. Not received RC and number
      2. Not receipt payment slip for all heads
      3. Complained not resolved by showroom
      4. Only given the assurance but not work properly

      My Suggestion to this Forum: Kindly contact Hyundai high management otherwise lose the faith of this forum.

        Sir i belong to giridih jharkhand i purchased santro asta model from libra hyundai sariadhela dhanbad jharkhand tv sales person sanjay verma. On 2nd oct 2019 i purchased car but till date i have neither received my invoice, service book, rc, no plate, mat, mud cap. When i call the salesperson he behaves very misbehavely. Hyundai's salesman should keep in mind that after purchasing his duty is to provide better aftersale service.

        I have purchased Hyundai Santro 1.1MT Magna vechile number HR49G9782 on last year after second service at kalka Hyundai service center I faced problem when I was coming from my job at Atari border.
        During inspection found that ring was missing at assembly by that engine leaking. Noe engine has been changed and problem continue.
        I had purchase a I20 Active car from Vishal Hyundai panvel, but now there is problem is car color its automatically damaged there is no any reason, so I request to u plz do something for my car to resolve my problem.

          I purchased hyundai i 20 from dee emm hyundai,, sector 14, gurgaon in july '2019.

          Just after driving 650 km. Car tyre while driving got damaged. We complained to the showroom.
          But they are saying they cannot change the tyre.
          This is very disappointing that bridgestone tyre life is just 650 km.
          After a lot of struggle, they are compensating for 50%.
          But i don't understand why 50%?

          Secondly, tyre price in bridgestone showroom is 4800 inr
          But hyundai price for same tyre price is 5800 inr.
          How the price can be more in showroom when tyre dealer is giving at 4800 inr. Showroom price infact should be less as you are purchasing directly and in mass volume.

          I am not getting any reuslt from last 1 month.
          My tyre us lying at same place.
          You are requested to interfere otherwise customer trust goes down and we will think twice before purchasing any car of hyundai.

          Please call me and resolve this issue.

            Have purchased venue. There was commitment of delivery within 45 days but delivered after 90 days in between they never use to respond on emails phone calls. There was a commitment of complimentary mats and mud flap and at the time of delivery they assured me for refund of rs. 4000/-against my additional money given at the time of booking. Now they are refusing for money and not responding on my pending refund. Even they were not having the quotation which they have given to me and asked for more money from me against the new quotation prepared by them, on showing old quotation they took additional rs. 4000/- which they are not ready to refund. Very disappointing, buyer should avoid hyundai as they do not care at all.
            I went to PL MOTOR FOR MY HYUNDAI XCENT coolent leak issue. But they have not diagnose properly and said no coolent leak and they refill and give vehicle to me. But again after 10 days again coolent is showing low. This is completely less experienced person at Hyundai work shop.
            Now not able to believe on workmanship of Hyundai workshop.

              Hi, i bought new hyndai i10 grand sportz petrol auto car around 6 months back. Current milage of the car is just 8 to 9 in city. I live in bangalore.

              When i tried to contact the dealer, they are asking to contact service center. I tried contacting to service center, they are giving general yips to save petrol. I expect them to check my car and do some kind of tunning.

              My car's dashboard got damaged just by AC. Why this got happened. There is no response from the hyundai service centre. I want my dashboard complete OK. As my car came this year. It not completed 1 year. I want proper response from your side. Change this completely or do anything according to which it can be solved.

                Respected sir, after my first service (2000 km) of grand hyundai i10 vehicle number tn 43 k 1155 in ooty showroom. Recharge of oil done in ooty showroom 3606 km. On 12.10.19. But no acknowledgment / service details is given by showroom after several oral request to the service manager and mechanic. Kindly explain what is security for customer paid for vehicle. I am haapy to clarify anything further in this regard. Kindly do the needful and give me the acknowledgement of service done.

                Sir, kindly clarify your company giving guarantee engine oil upto 10, 000.00 in my vehicle on 3606km after first service only 1, 606.00km and your service centre Ooty is not giving any acknowledgement for the oil filing.

                kindly clarify the reason for engine oil reduced around 2 liters in just 1606 km. kindly ask ooty chandra hyndai service center to give ack for vehicle oil top up.
                Kindly inform that my car RJ 18 TA 3464 in before 3 month purchase in 37000 KM on engine seize .
                today in complaint in consumer court in case on hyundai company and media will be show is my problem.
                this problem solution is my car engine change today case is revert.

                  On 19 august 2019, i gave it to the service center i. E balajee hyundai, muzaffarpur, bihar to repair my creta eplus 1.4 diesel car. It has been 55 days despite any major malfunctions and i am still being asked to wait 10 more days. Why does service centre is delaying it unnecessarily when it is only a short of ac compressor? I found it because of irresponsible and lazy attitude of service persons. But as i am suffering customer what should i do now to get my car delivered back?

                    Hyundai xcent bought in may 2015 from m/s ketan hyundai chandapur and since than doing regular car service from hyundai service station chandrapur.
                    On 11.10.2019 car service done from service station where service engineer has recommended to change the searing colom because it is observed sound in the steering. What may the reason they dont know. I told them this sound is noticed by me 2-3 years back, but you people had not brought it in our notice.

                    What i understand if sound is coming in the steering may be because of manufacturing defect or may be poor service quality given by the service center.
                    I want this replacement from company because of delay in noticing the manufacturing fault.

                      I would like to inform you that i have given my vehicle (Santa-fe) at your workshop (Sarayu hyundai) at turbhe for running repair against subject job order,

                      I got call from your workshop after 6 days, informing the faulty ecm of the vehicle and which need to be replaced. And i immediately gave the confirmation to replace the ecm and when asked by your workshop, i also paid the some advance of rs. 20000/-.

                      As the said part was not availablein your workshop, they begin to search the parts, but still it is not available, and i am contacting them everyday regarding update on new part but no response from the workshop.

                      Further, i would like to bring in your notice that, from the day of giving my vehicle to the workshop i am travelling in paid taxis which cost me rs. 1500/- per day. And this is to be compensated by your company as the satisfactory service is not provided by your company.

                      Now, it is almost 1 months, but the vehicle lying at your workshop, un-repaired due to non-availability of parts,

                      You are requested to kindly provide the parts of the vehicle or if parts are not available, kindly replace my vehicle along with the compensation for my daily travelling.

                      I do not expect such type of worst services from hyundai, and what is the benefit of purchasing such expensive vehicle if the service is not provided by you.

                      Further, you are requested do the needful at the earliest, as i cannot afford to keep my vehicle at your workshop.

                      Your early action and line in confirmation in this matter is highly appreciated..

                        I have venue s. At the time of purchasing venue s in showroom the salesman provide the broucher of the car.
                        In broucher the feature of the car is written.
                        When I was see the broucher I was very happy because of feature. Hyundai gave cool features in venue s .
                        After see the broucher, features I decide to purchase the venue s.
                        And I purchase it.
                        I was booked this car on 1 Oct 2019 and I received the car next day i.e. 2 Oct 2019
                        The I was take a car and come to home .
                        Then next day I was check all the feature of car then I saw the glove box cooling sytem of my venue s is not working .
                        So i go back to showroom and talked to salesmanager for the car glove box ac is not working. And at the time of purchasing the venue s the sales manager say venue s have glove box feature for cooling of bottles.

                        And that time he cannot say anything and blammed to Hyundai company. Hyundai company can't gave the feature of glove box.

                        NOTE - Dear Sir /Mam
                        One thing I would like to say anyone in this modern time purchase a car on the basic features.

                        They gave above 2 lakh 3 lakh rupees extra only for features.
                        So they cannot take a feature then why he can gave the money for feature .

                          I have paid an advance of 25, 000 on june 7th 2019 for hyundai venue. I was told a delivery time of 2 months.
                          Today it’s been 4 months 2 days and no delivery or proper response on availability.

                          The dealer blames the head office saying they are not manufacturing the vehicle and asking me to pay 1 lakh more for the next model. Am not going to pay anything

                            Subject: delay in completing the repair job in vehicle no. Up 32 dd 5389

                            I am an extremely frustrated customer of hyundai motors. The reasons for dissatisfaction regarding servicing/repairs of the aforementioned car are as ahead —
                             i had given my car to the hyundai workshop at mahanagar, lucknow for routine servicing and certain repair works, which included ac, headlights, etc. On 3rd october 2019.
                             later during the day, i was told that the car after repairs would not be delivered on 3rd october as ac parts would be available next day.
                             however, on the next day i. E. 4th october 2019, i was informed that the part was not available in the whole of lucknow and will be made available within 2/3 days.
                             today, i. E. On 10th october after 6 days part is not available!
                             yesterday, i received a communication from the said workshop that the part will be available on 12th october (After 9 days!).
                             unfortunately, i am moving out of town on the early morning of 12th october 2019.in the absence of working ac, i had to book a taxi for travel.

                            I wish to ask hyundai motors that who is responsible for the inconvenience caused to me for such a long time in absence of ac and also the additional expenditure to be incurred towards hiring a taxi with obvious inconvenience in comparison to traveling through my own vehicle.
                            I also wish to know, how you propose to compensate for the miseries and frustration suffered by me during such a long period, besides, additional cost on a taxi for no fault of mine? It is a clear cut case of very poor inventory control on the part of hyundai motors!!!
                            Expecting a sympathetic view and quick response from hyundai motors.

                              Hi,

                              on 10th Oct 2019 at night 9 PM my vehicle suddenly behaved abnormally and i was not able to start my Vehicle and vehicle was parked on Road Side.I called your RSA no and asked for assistant.And fortunately i did not got any assistant or help from your team.Below are the points.

                              1.When a person is asking for assistant them money comes first or help should come first?you team asked me to pay 885 first to get the service and since i was helpless some how manged to pay it online.
                              2.You C care people told that as soon as you will pay online we will call you back ans assist you.No one called me till 15 to 20 mins.
                              3.Rather i called your customer care several times and asked about the progress.After 30 to 40 mins of time when i called again and again they responded saying i will take minimum 60 mins or more to provide service.
                              4.This continued for one hour and then some one called me and told me that they cant provide service at that point and they will send the technician next day morning.
                              5.At night 10 PM how come your company is expecting us to throw our car on road side and go home and sleep and come back in next morning to get it repaired?

                              Is it the kind of road side assistance you Hyundai is providing and is it the way your customer care people are taught to talk with people.

                              Although i cancelled the RSA request by calling your customer care but no response got from them and no sms saying my request is cancelled.

                              Hope Hyundai will look into it and provide proper resolution and strict action.

                              Definitely i am going to provide my negative feedback to every one and let them know about the worst service of Hyundai.

                              I know you are going to put it in dustbin still expect some response.

                                It is submitted that i praveen kumar gautam, i used car hyundai i-10 grand bearing no. Dl-8 cap 8129, which in damaged fused box i was visited on 23/09/2019 where was met mr. Kamal sharma mobile no. [protected], he stated the this problem solved with in one month. Yesterday on 09/10/19 i called again to mr. Kamal sharma who could not be able to gave me positive response and given a mobile no. [protected] this number is our g. M. When i called to this number who stated that i will call you within 2 hour. But yet no any response almost 20 days i didnot use my car.

                                Therefore, it is requested that kindly solve my problem and given positive response at your hand

                                  Worst decision of my life : purchase i20 from fortune hyundai showroom modinagar pin 201204 up, india.
                                  Question why?
                                  1. Not received rc and number even purchase pass away more than 45 days
                                  2. Not receipt payment slip for all heads
                                  3. Complained not resolved by showroom
                                  4. Only given the assurance but not work properly
                                  5. I have complained in this forum also but not resolved or even not received any acknowledgement

                                    I purchased i20 elite in may 2017. Since 2018 i am facing problems with my car. Whenever i drive long distance (Indore to bhopal), the speedo meter, ac, abs stops working completely. For these issues, i visited "kasliwal hyundai" indore 4-5 times in the span of one and half years. They kept the car for one to two days telling me they are diagnosing the car and it is in perfect condition. But the issue kept on repeating.

                                    There was a scheduled trip to bhopal and the service center kept my car for 2 days and again gave the same answer.
                                    On 8 sep 2019, i was on my way to bhopal the same problems arose again. It was raining heavily and the visibility was poor. I met with an accident because of power steering and ac failure and had a huge dent on my car. All of 5 people in the car was in deep shock but somehow i managed and there was no serious injury. I am highly disappointed with hyundai services and want the concerned authority to look into the matter seriously or else i will take the matter to court.

                                      Worst sales boys, telecalling staffs and crm in coimbatore golden hyundai. Spoiling hyundai name in coimbatore by irregular dealership. Not at all caring about customers. Boys and girls are playing in front of customers. The management also not at al caring about dis. Indesent customer service in telecalling and irresponsible answers from crm. Bad experience in hyundai car showroom in coimbatore golden hyundai.

                                        I booked hyundai creta crdi 1.6 sx with kun hyundai on 1st week september and i was delivered with may-19 manufactured vehicle. Sales team confirmed that have no stock and would place order with hmil and promised it would be either august / july (In worst case) manufactured vehicle. To my surprise, it was may-19 and i got to know only when the rc was delivered.

                                        Secondly, vehicle has a serious suspension issue - it just feels like traveling in a 15 year old vehicle. My earlier i20 was far better and i regret my decision of buying creta and finally being cheated.

                                        Written email to hmil (As given by their head office during feedback call) and it was returned/bounced back.
