I have venue s. At the time of purchasing venue s in showroom the salesman provide the broucher of the car.
In broucher the feature of the car is written.
When I was see the broucher I was very happy because of feature. Hyundai gave cool features in venue s .
After see the broucher, features I decide to purchase the venue s.
And I purchase it.
I was booked this car on 1 Oct 2019 and I received the car next day i.e. 2 Oct 2019
The I was take a car and come to home .
Then next day I was check all the feature of car then I saw the glove box cooling sytem of my venue s is not working .
So i go back to showroom and talked to salesmanager for the car glove box ac is not working. And at the time of purchasing the venue s the sales manager say venue s have glove box feature for cooling of bottles.
And that time he cannot say anything and blammed to Hyundai company. Hyundai company can't gave the feature of glove box.
NOTE - Dear Sir /Mam
One thing I would like to say anyone in this modern time purchase a car on the basic features.
They gave above 2 lakh 3 lakh rupees extra only for features.
So they cannot take a feature then why he can gave the money for feature .
So, solve this problem as soon as possible
my case didnt solve yet, i didnt receieve any call or msg how it is getting resolved.
