Hi,

I am keep checking mileage. It's giving me 7-8 only even with 50% highway and 50% city. It is difficult to keep it.

I sent the car 2 times to your service center and your engineer did all settings 2 times but no change.

Can you initiate the process of taking the car back? I am ready to buy another hyundai car with high price adding more money, buying better model.

Please let me know.

    Dear team,

    This is bring to your kind attention regarding my car verna register mohali pb65 ar 8700 in the name rajveer singh.

    Three days back i met with an accident (Two bulls attack on my car and damage from left side) and lost my left side rear view mirror, both the doors and quarter panel. I have zero depreciation cashless insurance policy from hyundai. My insurance policy number is hfe30188 (Insurer company name is future generali) despite of knowing that the car insured with zero dep policy, they are not replacing my quarter panel, they are only doing denting despite of knowing the fact that the same is not repairable, in quarter panel there is several holes, to cover these holes they are filling some solvent, as confirm by the hyundai advisor the same would be dropdown with few month and the car will never take exact shape.

    Then tell me what is the meaning of taking such costly insurance from hyundai dealer.???
    Why hyundai dealer are forcing to get a insurance form dealership only..?? Just to shake of some insurance commission dealership screwed my happiness. There is no gap in my insurance policy.

    Now i am feeling cheated and too much disheartened with the act of joshi hunadi and insurance company future generali. Insurance survair mr. Darpan he is saying jo karna hai kar lo complaint karne se kuch nahi hoga. Kuyon karvai humse insurance, his number is [protected]

    I am in verge of losing hope and trust with the trusted brand of hyundai worldwide, i have invested my hard earned money to buy this car, now i can say that hyundai, dealership of hyundai joshi hyundai and insurance company called future generali they screwed my beauty of car, they screwed my hard earned money, they screwed my trust from hyundai, they screwed my trust with insurance company called future generali, finally i can say that they screwed my happiness.

    Hope you all can save your skin by giving my happiness back in form of my car.

    Waiting for positive response. Otherwise i'll dealt complaint very seriously, if the same would not be treated on priority i will escalate my complaint up to any extant.

      Registered under road safety as well.
      On 16th sept, on my return from bangalore, 14km ahead of vellore, car developed problems and had to be halted. As i know the rs supervisor in chennai, i called him and he gave me the number of hyundai's authorised service centre in vellore. I called ms jain cars pvt limited, vellore who then turned up and towed the car to their centre.

      On 17th sept after repairs, ms jain cars had billed rs 820 + taxes towards towing charges. They further added that towing charges can be exempted only against a written confirmation from rs.

      I spoke to mr sanjeev singh in the toll free number rs and requested him to give suitable instructions for waival. He flatly refused and said that i should have called only rs and not the dealer directly.

      In this issue, i have remained within the orbit of hyundai in all activities viz towing, servicing, parts replacement etc., at a time when i have paid for rs, just because i did not call rs for towing, charging me for towing is tantamount to excesses.

      I request you to refund the amount rs 820 plus taxes claimed by ms jain cars, vellore in their bill no: b[protected] dt 17th sept
      Plz tell me that all five tyres are of same brand delivered by the company because my car is having 4 tyres of hankook in sports model in I 20 2019 but one tyre of bridgestone as a stypony 5th tyre I purchased this vehicle I 20 fro Goyal Hyundai Ludhiana I 2019

        I have purchased hyundai venue with vin - malfe81alkm034781 from bohra hyundai nit faridabad haryana dated 4th august 2019. They (Bohra hyundai) have informed me that they will give the vehicle rc within 20 days and i have submitted all the documents needed for rc on time. As i'am working in public sector (Syndicate bank) as manager and i got transfer from faridabad to guwahati, i have to move car as early as possible. I have reported the issue before 15 days to the concerned persons. Till today (17/9/19) bohra hyundai has not provided rc. I have contacted the sales executives, consultants and general manager but still they are unable to arrange any help in this matter. This becoming heavy problem for me as i have to wait in faridabad for only rc by not joining guwahati on time and hampering the business of bank and my leaves. I have not expected this from hyundai's side ever. So i need a immediate remedy in this matter and issue rc at the earliest since time is running out

          I have purchased a hyundai grand i10 magna crdi in my wife name chandni w/o sachin gupta on[protected] today i went to godawari motors ferozepur road ludhiana for the second free service of my car i showed them there was cracks in the paint on the roof of my car i realized the roof was repainted when i bought the new car from godawari hyundai ludhiana i even examined the car from authorized painter from the market they said the roof is repainted so this is to your notice that i have been cheated from godawari hyundai ludhiana so please compensate me and reply me otherwise i will sue the company as 420 has been done to me

              I have been sending emails to the hyundai customer services email address "crservice" and every time i get an email that the regional office or dealership will contact me.

              I am not getting a satisfactory response on my complaint related to multiple issues i have faced till now due to services at different service centers.

              I need a response from hyundai. Given below is my complaint and response so far.

              Hello mr. Dixit,

              I appreciate your response and as i have already mentioned in my previous email, i want a confirmation from the hyundai regional office or other concerned department that they agree to the reason provided by you and your team.

              If they agree and confirm that it is the reason for overheating after a year, then i will take this concern further and challenge this reasoning in appropriate forum.

              Please also note that neither any overheating concern was reported by you nor did the workshop observed the same at the time of service and during the minor road test after service.

              Therefore, please do not have any apprehension regarding the same.

              I have serious concerns related to the service job done at hyundai service centers.

              Background: i bought the car in jan 2015 and till today that car is serviced/repaired only by the hyundai service centers. But, here is a series of issues encountered post the services.

              1. Year 2017 - service was done by capital hyundai and car had no issues before it got serviced. While they were working on tightening of the bolts in chassis, they called me and said a bolt is not getting tightened and is moving freely - it was unexpected and i had to pay rs 1200 for that.

              2. Year 2017-18 - there was ac related finding and they repaired that. Post that repair work, the car suddenly got heat up and the entire chamber had to worked upon. Capital admitted that it was there fault where something was not fitted properly. I got my car after 3-4 weeks.

              3. Year 2018 - car met with an accident and nirmal hyundai worked on that - it was a good job and no complaints until the car started heating again on 11th aug 2019.

              4. Jul-aug 2019 - car was serviced by nirmal hyundai on 29th jul and suddenly started heating on 11th aug 2019; nirmal hyundai was informed about that. They checked the car and asked me to observe the radiator water level for 3-4 days and get back if it reduces. Level was reducing every day and then they started working on the repair work which costed me rs 15000.

              Concern: by looking at the chronology of the issues post servicing/repair work, it seems that something was not done correctly by one of the service centers which lead to the issue. I need to know the root cause of all these issues and also want to know how hyundai assess the status of my car as on date? Do you believe and confirm that the car is now prone to these issues because the engine/head is worked upon and is no more like the first fit?

              If this is the case then, who is responsible for this situation and the amount which i have spent?
              If this is the case, then what is the difference between me getting the car serviced by some local motor mechanic or a hyundai service center?

              Hope this case is considered for a detailed analysis and proper resolution is provided.

              The issue was never there and that is why it was not reported and this is my actual concern that how come the car started heating after servicing.

              I had written this this email because i couldn't convince myself to agree on what mr. Kudia was referring to as an ongoing or long persisting issue.

              Subject: overheating just after a week of servicing the car.

              Hello,

              Just after a week of getting the car serviced from your service center, it was observed that the meter needle has moved to show the over heating. This is never observed in the past even when the vehicle was drove for more than 300 kms a day.

              I was informed by the technician/engineer that i need to observe it for couple of days and if the water level in radiator decreases everyday then i need to bring the car back to the center and i am informed that there is some issue in the engine itself which will cost me quite a huge amount. I want this to be thoroughly investigated and the root cause to be provided.

              In addition, within a week of service, i got a call from the center to know the feedback where i mentioned two things specifically and i was told to observe for a while and get back if it persists following are the two observation in addition to heating:

              1. The air conditioner started tripping when there was traffic jam or i was at a halt due to any reason. This was informed to the technician on 10th aug'19 while i visited the center.
              2. The mileage of the car decreased by around 75 kms on a full tank sample even after getting the throttle done during service. This was not a major concern as i had to observe it again after filling the tank (It was also suggested by the lady over the phone).

              All this makes me a little uncomfortable in understanding that the issue lies within the engine and it might have been an ongoing issue which suddenly appeared after the service to me it looks to be a servicing issue and needs to be taken care of at the earliest.

              Not having a car at home creates loads of discomfort; hence, should be dealt at priority.

                My dream car hyundai venue s 1.2 petrol lava orange has been booked on 01/07/2019 at austin hyundai, patuli, kolkata. Hyundai assured delivary will be august. Even they are unable to inform when car will be deliverd.
                My sincere request to hyundai to deliver the car on 27th september my brother's birthday otherwise i have to cancel booking. Hyundai is very reputated large car company hope you will see our expectation.

                  Had problems with my silencer so asked ujwal hundai nasikcity from where i had bought it 3 years back as the car was going for repair i suggested a paid service also
                  Took the vehicle informed about job work but by evening informed that part of silencer not with them hence just servicing done n returned the vehicle after 5 days got a call that part has come hence driver took the vehicle
                  Problem is after changing the scilencer the firing has changed n i can feel problems in pick up
                  Got in touch they said i need to come personally with vehicle n explain
                  Strange me driving for 3 years can understand but technicians in ur service station cannot
                  I am a doctor working from 10 am to 9 pm
                  With an hour break of lunch cannot go personally
                  Help me
                  The feel of my car is gone
                  Trying my best but cannot go n explain
                  Anyone who has driven i20 can make out there is a problem
                  How can ur service station not detect it

                    My name is muneshwar gawade, i'm based in panjim goa.
                    I was a proud hundai creta owner from last 8 months, till i got in touch of very very bad service from bellad hundai showroom,

                    I got a problem in starting my car, when i was traveling out of state during, ganesh chaturthi festival with my family, i'm internally very much upset with services provided by bellad hundai showroom

                    I have submitted my car on 9/09/209 thats almost 8 days back, they took 5 days to detect the problem in car and after all fake delivery dates, now they are saying it will take another 15 days to solve my problem, i'm writing all this cox i have few question in my mind which i want to ask

                    1) my car is 8months old, so is it right to say that your company don't have parts?
                    2) i was with family travelling out of state, so wouldn't you gave my car first preference to fix issue.
                    3) are really this cars to be trusted any more?
                    4) before we purchased, we got 1000 times call from sales department, where else now from service department isn't ready to response our calls.
                    5) one most important, if this is the service than i'm selling this car as i'm not really happy with hundai.

                      I had booked hyundai nios sportz vehicle thorugh himavasani cars private limited hosur. I made the payment of rs.11000/- through online mode on hyundai india site. Remaining payment of rs.741817/- was made by me on 30/08/2019 and the dealership assured me to deliver the vehicle by 02/09/2019 on the auspicious occasion of ganesh chaturthi if i make the payment on 30/08/2019.

                      To my utter dismay, the dealership told that due to sta approval pending, we cannot deliver the vehicle on 02/09/2019 and they assured that the vehicle will be delivered by 06/09/2019. On 6th september 2019, when i called on the dealership for delivery of vehicle, the staff at himavasani cars pvt limited told that the vehicle can’t be delivered as the sta approval has not come and the vehicle will be delivered by 12/09/2019.

                      On 10th september 2019 when i called them they informed that still approval has not come and the vehicle will be delivered only by 16/09/2019 with full registration formalities. On 16th when i called for delivery of vehicle they have told still sta approval has not come for hyundai nios vehicle in tamil nadu so still i have not got delivery of the vehicle.

                      This has caused me a lot of mental harassment as even after making complete payment for hyundai grand i10 nios, i have not been able to get the delivery of the vehicle. I have made the payment after getting a loan from the bank. I am paying the interest for that loan and still i have not got the delivery of the vehicle. This has caused me a lot of mental torture and harassment.

                      My family is a great fan of hyundai brand. My father is owning hyundai grand i10 magna. My brother bought hyundai grand i20 in june. After taking their feedback, i decided to go for hyundai nios taking into account the extremely good looks of the vehicle and my family’s previous experience with hyundai vehicles.

                      I am feeling extremely dejected and disappointed that even after making full payment i am not getting delivery of the vehicle. I am asking if the company is not able to deliver the vehicle why they are taking the full payment amount form the customers?

                      Hyundai is a great brand but this kind of worst service form your dealership has caused me a lot of mental harassment and pain.

                      I am working in a financial services industry and this kind of worst personal experience from a reputed brand like hyundai has caused me a lot of dejection.

                        I Booked a Hyundai Venue 1.2 S Blue Color on 3-June-2019.

                        At the time of booking i paid the full down payment and the date of delivery committed to me was 30-June-19.

                        When i went on 30-June-19 for getting the delivery, the date was changed to 10-Jul-19, Again on 10-Jul-19 the date was changed to 22-Jul-19, When i again went on 22-Jul-19 the date for delivery was committed as 3-Aug-19.

                        On 3-Aug-19 i asked for the return of my down payment which was denied saying that it will take 21 days to process and in that time they can provide the vehicle and the date they committed was 30-Aug-19.

                        When i reached 30-Aug-19, the commitment was denied and the General Manager promised that if he is not going to provide it by 5-Sep-19, he is either going to resign or provide me a Car of Higher Variant.

                        On 5-Sep-19, he again failed on the delivery and the new date given was 20-Sep-19 but earlier commitments were denied by the company.

                        Today on 16-Sep-19 when i went for the status, the delivery again shifted to the 25-Sep-19.

                        I have already complaint to Hyundai twice with complaint Number:" 1-[protected] " and escalated to their sales feedback team, still did not got any response.

                        I also escalated on other platforms like twitter and Facebook but no response was given by Hyundai.

                        The behavior of the Car agency during this time was so bad that they don't even pick calls neither reply to messages. They don't even talk properly to the customers.

                        This is the 8th time they are not meeting their commitments and i feel helpless and trapped .

                        Really don't know what to do, neither company is delivering my vehicle, nor compensating for the delay not even to reimburse the money back.

                          Hi.

                          My Name Is Raghu Dagar I booked a car from Hyundai on 14 Aug19 with advance of 11k with garuntee delivery on 31 Aug19 the day of my wife's birthday.

                          Everything has been done:-
                          1. Documentation.
                          2. Loan Approvals.
                          3. Demand draft ready.

                          With no pendency I was waiting for the 31 Aug19 desperately as this was my first car in my family which i was so excited about to buy it on my wife's Birthday.

                          I am hugely Disappointed in Hyundai Services. Niether they can provide the car on the date even booking the car 17 days ago.

                          Nor they were able to provide it till 13 Sep19.

                          And this is not it. The Hyundai Representative call Me on 29 Aug19 and saying sir we were not able to deliver you the car because we don't have available the colour that you have booked with us on 14 Aug19. The Hyundai Representative were even forcing e to choose another colour for the same car but not the first which I have and my wife selected.

                          I am not the type of person who speak harshly aur say anything to anyone regarding my problem. I was feeling the pressure as everything was planned for 31 Aug 19.

                          I am shocked to see the explanation given by the Hyundai Representative for not able to deliver car even though they have 17 days to deliver.

                          Somehow I convinced myself that it might not have been my day i asked Hyundai Representative to deliver the Car On Ganesh Chaturti 2 Sep19 as it was a holy day and perfect day to buy First car in my Family.

                          And yet again Hyundai Representative are failed to deliver the Car.

                          Daily the Hyundai Representative are saying sir your car is on the way. It will take 48 hrs to reach your location.

                          I after every 48 hrs ask them is car reached the Showroom. They say Everytime same. On the way will deliver in 48 hrs.

                          Then one day i went again to showroom to meet the Manager on 5 Sep19 then i get to know that our car which I was hoping to get delivery by 31 Aug19 was still at the Manufacturing Plant in Tamil Nadu. And i was waiting in West of India.

                          Manager some how requested and convinced me to corporate for delay and made assurance to deliver it in 5 days on Monday 9 Sep19. Yet again they fail to deliver.

                          My Car came to showroom on 12 Sep19. And on 13 Sep19 i got delivery of Car After one month of the booking even though it was not the new Launched Car that took so many days to deliver.

                          And this is not it.

                          The day I went with my brother to Book the car the deal was done and committed by Hyundai Representative was as below :-

                          1. 6.21 lakh car on road price.

                          2. We will get 3 years total Damage insurance. Not 1+2 which was they were providing before booking.

                          3. Free accessories like Mudflaps, Steering Cover, car cover, seat cover of leather of Hyundai .

                          Now the day came of Delivery this is the worst experience I have ever seen. As i already informed and asked Hyundai Representative that what ever they need sign and thing that has left pending pls complete it before 4 pm. As the Muharat of Car to take home is 4 to 6 pm on 13 Sep19. I requested them earlier not to create any scene on the delivery time and day in front of My family because i wanted it to be special. already many thing has went wrong already.

                          The time was 4:15pm 13 Sep19 I and my brother reached showroom to sign documents and all for delivery. They waited us 30 mins as we already informed them that we only have time before 6 pm for delivery on 13 Sep19. As *Sharad* were starting.

                          Now just see the politics of the Hyundai Representative he came to us with the file of Car insurance and informing us that sir you have to pay 7k RS for 3 years total Damage insurance as the deal you getting is 1+2 year(1 year total Damage and 2 year comprehsive). I just lost my cool that you fraud people you committed us on booking day that we don't have to pay anything other then 6.21 lakh. Which include each and every thing. Now when you knew that today is the last day for us of delivery and last hour of delivery they will have to pay. Time was already 5 pm we have only 1 hr to reached home with new Car.

                          I was so mentally harressed by Hyundai Representative that they cheated, they lied, they manipulated the scheme, i just want to buy his first car for my family.

                          I can seen my brother face at the moment when all this happening in front of my family.

                          I was so devasted by seen this. I has no other option to pay 7k RS extra as time was running out of Muharat to buy new Car which i was planning from almost last 6-7 months.

                          Now they given the Car Key to me With Zero Accessories zero means zero their is no accessories available in the car that they committed on booking day. They again given assurance that we will provide Accessories next day evening which means 14 Sep19.

                          Hyundai Representative Call Me yesterday evening on 14 Sep19 that sorry accessories are not available in Showroom at the moment they will deliver it on Monday 16 Sep19.

                          Today is Monday 16 Sep19 Hyundai representative are not picking my call and nobody called or came for accessories.

                          Today I am writing this to Hyundai Authorities that I chose Hyundai above any brand and this is what I get in return.


                          This is the Worst and Pathetic service That any Auto Company can provide.

                          Seriously disappointed In Hyundai Brand.

                            1 - itemized billing not given by surjeet hyundai, indore, for the amount paid for vehicle containing vin - malc841clkm131988.
                            2 - rc number communicated 1.5 mth post delivery of vehicle. Without rc it is quite difficult to drive car in city.
                            3 - exchange vehicle customer calling multiple times and disturbing me.
                            4 - poor commitments by sales team specifically by mr. Lavanya gm sales. Most of time not receiving calls...

                            We purchased verna vehicle last year with and an insurance, but now when we are renewing the insurance we are not getting the benefit of no claim bonus although no any claims were applied. The mistake were made by the sales person who changed the name in the policy without telling us its consequences. So need its solution. If mistakes were made by your sales officer why we should bear loss.
                            My car Hyundai xcent, it had an accident, which then we put in the service centre after that when we picked up the car from service centre so after coming home I noticed the rear part which was in my car before accident and after being serviced are not same, they use old model parts plz register my complaint and take action against him.

                              I purchased a brand new hyundai verna from your dealer das motors meerut up india, upon driving the car, i discovered that there is a harsh sound in the engine.
                              After so many complaints and followups the manager of das motors meerut asked me to gave car back to the company for two days.

                              After i have given the car back to the company.. The problem still exist as it is with harsh sound in the engine.

                              I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and i find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.

                              While i do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still i can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product i would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

                              I demand replacement of my car, as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.

                              Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again.

                              Awaiting your reply and actions.

                                Dear sir,

                                I am very very sorry to say you that i have given my car at your sunrise hundai pandav nagar, near mother dairy on 23 august for removed denting, painting and sticking the sticker. Your gm and advisor mr. Azaz have promissed me that he will done every thing within 10 days. As per him he have to finished work on 1 september 2019. But 20 days passed and your team has not finished the work.

                                I am paying to ola cab daily aprrox. Rs.1300/- from my home sector 110, noida to ats sector 109, gurgaon (Go and back). It means i have paid to ola = 1300 x 13 = rs. 16900/- daily. I have paid extra up to date rs. 16900/- and he has asking for next 7 days. It means i shall have paid total to ola approx. Rs. 23400/-.
                                I will have lost approx. Rs.23400/- because of you. So, i requesting you that please give me compansation rs. 23400/- other wise i shall take legal action on you for full service taken 1 month, i. E. Rs. 39, 000/
                                I have no any reply received from you ragarding. So, i am going to take legal action.

                                  Recently i went to coimbatore, in the middle of the road my car got trouble and its was not started.. So by towing i took my vehicle to service center and then they replaced the battery.. My stereo was working fine

                                  1. My battery has fallen below 12 volts instead of 14 volts, but service center made me to buy a battery instead of charging the battery

                                  2. I haven't used my car after that long drive for 2 months.. And my new battery got fully drained out... I gave my battery for charging.. And used

                                  After that my stereo was not working at all, i have went to kulsalya service center in guntur.. They have checked my stereo and asking me to buy a new stereo instead of service...

                                  And when i asked for service they have rejected the claim, they cant able to do service, as its related to electronics/electrical..

                                  I have a questions like:
                                  1. What do u mean by service center? They reapir only some parts and they support only part sales?

                                  2. Why the hell, hyundai is providing stereo, when they cant able to do service?

                                  Note: if i didn't get repose from company:
                                  A. I will file a case in consumer court, stating dealer has rejected my car for
                                  Service the stereo, asking me for buy a new stereo

                                  B. I will send email/message by using bulk servicesto all my indian
                                  Brothers/sisters, stating dont buy an hyundai product, as they have very
                                  Less in experienced workers located across service centers, they only ask
                                  Us to replace the product after warranty and they dont to take service.

                                  C. As i am not responsible for your sales, purchase across indian which will
                                  Effect by sending these mails.. Since i have raised a complain in ur
                                  Company not getting correct response form higher authority

                                    M having hyndai creta 1.6 manual transmission, bought in april 2018. After few months, observing clutch getting very hard. Lodge a complain to dealer, while free service. Got d car with no difference in clutch. Changed the service provider, clutch problem persist as i was facing. Again y'day changed another service garage (Hyundai dealer only) and insisted them very specifically, though clutch is still very hard. When their driver came to deliver the car, i casually ask him that, what u obsessed for the clutch, he said clutch is terribly hard. This is his very honest opinion. Still the service people r not convinced and not ready to believe. I m driving a car since 21 years and having 12 different cars with all the high ends. M having 4 drivers and all are of same opinion about the clutch. Now m facing pain in my back due to hard clutch and is extremely difficult to drive in traffic. Even brakes are having problem on rough roads - vehicle won't stop immediately. The service provider said that, the clutch is very normal. My advice to all the viewers, don't ever think to buy hyundai creta. Many more good options available in market. Their service support is pathetic.

                                      Hi

                                      I have booked a venue car with registration number 2019-20/s1/bkg-202 on date 17 july 2019 and delivery was committed within 2 weeks.

                                      But we have not received the car till today.

                                      Please advised why we are not getting the car, if there is a problem in this model why booking was accepted.

                                      Please help to get the car on very urgent basis as we are buying this for marriage gift. This is critically important and matter of our family image.

                                      Please arrange it before 25 th of september.

                                      Booking was done at savan k motors pvt ltd, panipat
