Below are the issues encountered within 6 months of purchase and hyundai now wants to open and repair/replace the parts of the engine which is not acceptable
1. Engine oil consumption (Images already shared with hyundai on 16th april’19) which is leading to excessive engine oil burning which might lead to engine seize problem.
2. Back compression (Video already shared with hyundai on 16th april’19), which exhaust smoke and oil, which is ultimately a result of engine malfunction.
3. Steering column, which does not allow smooth functioning of the steering wheel and might lead to an accident.

    The hyundai service executives offer corporate discount of 5000 for my purchase of grand i10 and took booking. But at the time of payment they said the corporate discount is not available at that time and i will receive as refund within one month. I took delivery of my car on[protected] and till now i haven't got that refund for corporate bonus. Nowadays the sales executives don't respond to my calls. Initially they made false promises of refund dates and each have gone passed. I am fed up with it. I had contacted their higher officials and senior sales manager of s s hyundai promised it will be given within the end of august and that date also gone passed. That is why i decided to took the public platform.

    At the time of booking they promised my favourite color blue. But after taking booking one day executive called and said that colour has been allotted to another customer. Then why are they taking booking with advance payment of 5000, if they can't give our color choice. I had to settle down with the color choice of red which is not liked by my family.

    A strict action against the dealer from hyundai is expected.

        Let me please take the regretful liberty to bring in to your kind notice by the company authorized dealers about the intentional misdoings to tarnish the image of your brand. Here is a summary of my concern

        • processes & quality check are doubtful – don’t know how many customers were befooled, there is no tracking mechanism
        • management and employee relations seemed very strained, impacting customer experiences
        • there is no escalation matrix available/visible to go beyond showroom staff, as they are seemingly blinding the view of hyundai corporate team and are not sharing any touch points of escalation

        Sharing my experience of purchasing car from your company.

        I had purchased hyunday creta automatic petrol on may 24, 2019 from koncept hyundai showroom in green park, new delhi, worth 16.5 lacs (Approx). This is my fourth car from hyundai, starting from launch of santro in india market by hyundai india. My experience of buying creta has gone from average to bad due to following reasons:

        1. Since it’s a highend version of creta, and comes with inbuilt music system, which had songs from other language (Malayalam) stored in sd card and no one in the showroom was able to remove guide on adding songs of choice. Nevertheless, i took the delivery of the car.

        2. After 2 months, one of relative noticed that the mats in the car were not original and were not fitting (Both hooks and size & shape) appropriately in the place. Upon investigating further we realized that the mats were of some local brand & of some other car type (Not creta). Tag behind the mats was intentionally cut a half to hide details. This is gross violation of integrity and customer experience.

        3. We insisted on documenting the whole incident but your customer service manager told us that there is no email id or complaint book to file grievances and it has to be told to her verbally and its only her who can give us solution not hyundai team. I as a head of customer service of one of leading insurance companies in the world, was not able to agree upon, and made up my mind to take it up with higher management and on social media.

        Request your intervention on this matter as we are feeling very frustrated due to cheating by koncept hyundai. Looking forward to hear positive words from you.

          I would like to inform you that my complaint number is -1-[protected] (Since 8-10 months before).

          I have many time visit and call regarding this complaint but no action for hans hyundai dealer and hyundai company.

          And now re-open my complaint number - 1-[protected]

          Would like to inform you that, my car dl-cat-6092, visit in your service center (For services/complaint) during the period 04-05 times (01st july 18 to 15th september 18), and three times service pick and drop car to in my house. But no anyone hyundai person concern clutch issue told me.

          Point wise details:

          1) but after 19th september 18 to 01st october 18 (In hyundai body shop) clutch not working properly in my car and i’m also told your executive this issue and “he told me maybe 10-15 days’ not operate your car so maybe clutch hard”.

          2) at the time of deliver (01.10.18, 8:30 pm) of my car very bad condition (Dust in car & white sport denting painting).

          3) whipper not changed and whipper changed in month of 27th july 19 (10 months after)

          Clutch proper working condition at the time of hand over of my car in your body shop (September 18).

          Further, sorry for inconvenience caused email received after every services. But services are very poor.

          I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint.

We wish to confirm that the said vehicle was delivered by Safdarjung Hyundai on 13th February 2015 and last periodic maintenance service was carried out on 1st July 2018 at Hans Hyundai Motinagar Branch Regarding your reported concern of clutch hard we would like to clarify that parts like brake pads, clutch disc, brake lining etc. are normal wear and tear items and such parts are beyond the purview of warranty and any repairs/ replacements needs to be carried out on charge basis. However as already conveyed in last mail from Hans Hyundai as a goodwill gesture we have offered pressure plate to be replaced Free Of Cost but rest of the work has to be done on cost basis. Please get the required job done as per your convenience with prior appointment for smooth performance of the vehicle.             Dear sir,

            I booked hyundai venue 1.0 sxo with elroy motors pvt ltd defence colony delhi on 03/06/2019.

            I paid rs. 25000 as booking advance with 1.5-2 months as delivery period. On due date they failed to provide the desired chesis details etc and informed that
            The blue colour as per our order is not available. (Copy attached)

            I asked for cancellation and refund of my advance, i have already submitted my bank details as desired by them for neft.
            But they have not credited it so far and not paying inspite of followup.

            Now mr. Saurabh (Gm), mr. Devendra rawal (Crm) with whom i was following up are avoiding my phone calls and when i sent my relative to talk to them they misbehaved with him.

            I had never expected such a bad behaviour and cheating by a renowned co. Like hyundai.

            Kindly look into it and get my money credited.

              To whom it may concern hyundai eps faulty

              I had bought this hyundai eon magna+ in august 2013, and it's been running well since yesterday i. E 03/09/2019. Yesterday the eps faulty indicator got illuminated, which surprised me. My car only clocked a distance of 15, 495km. I have enquired about other cars. They are in good condition even after longer duration and high duty. Hyundai motor india must look into the matter.

                I have booked a venue sx dual done in talwar hyundai jubliee hills. The sales guy raja shaker told that he would deliver the vehicle next month. He calls me two days later saying that sx dual tone in venue is stopped from company and demands more money as he conveys that dual tone is now only coming in sx (O). Clear case of cheating customers. The staff was so rude that they start showting on me when asked for clarification. Really unprofessional behaviour from talwar hyundai jubliee hills. Now iam in a dilemma weather my car will get delivered on time or not. Really disappointed from the service of talwar hyundai

                  It's quite unfortunate to inform you about the dent noticed in the bonnet of a new hyundai sx turbo (Dutch blue) vehicle delivered through your dealer pothens hyundai - kollam dist - kerala state on 21st august 2019.

                  The matter has been brought to the attention of store manager as well as the rm.

                  After 2 days of holding the vehicle, now the showroom guys r saying they cannot help it.

                  Being a loyal standing customer of hyundai it is a sorry feeling.
                  Need a resolution for this, else ian planning to approach all possible forums.

                  Paid the full cost of vehicle in advance and waited for 3 months to have such a state of things...

                      I would like for you to draw your attention towards unethical and unacceptable behavior that I have been facing since I did buy Santro from Bohra Hyundai.

                      Unfortunately I had the experience of buying Santro thinking Hyundai at it's best is delivering a car of lifetime but starting from Sales to Service, the regret of connecting with Hyundai remains.

                      The car was bought in November 2018 and received it's first service in January and starting then a lamp like symbol on car's dashboard was visible on inquiring about the same was informed that this is just a software update and car will keep on running smoothly.I am so glad it did till May.

                      On May 24th the car received the second service and I was assured the car has been updated with the software and it's been checked. On 10th June the car failed to get start and on inquiring with the RSA the person came assured the issue with car's software and upon further talks with the service team ( wherein we called them for update as for them it was not important to contact and inform you the mess that they have created since last service) the issue was with software and its (11th June as of today) again another software fault they have encountered with airbag.

                      Not to mention the inconvenience to commute to office has been great help.why in this world will I buy a car if I have to spend 1200 per day on cab? who is going to tolerate this expenditure and compensate?

                      This problem has again occurred on 27th of sept, 19 and I informed Bohra Hyundai that this is same CNG related issue . They were not ready to accept it and kept the car for whole day saying we have updated software but CNG remains a issue and we have ordered a part which would be delivered and replaced by saturday and today is monday (2/9/2019) and issue still exists.

                        Hi,

                        Car model : bloody hyundai creta e+ diesel
                        Purchase date : 26th august, 2019
                        Purchased from : lakshmi hyundai, visakhapatnam
                        Issue : i'm currently residing in hyderabad but my permanent address is in visakhapatnam, hence i bought the vehicle from vizag. Now the issue is i bought it on 26th august at 8:30pm and i drove it on the next day on astraight highway ona broad day light. I bloody had a flat tyre. I called the onroad assistance - but they are unable to understand the regional names/local village names and i had hard time explaining them where i was and the gps link wasn't working at that time.

                        However i waited for someone to rescue me on a midday sun but in vain. So i changed the tyre myself and then rode to rajhmundry lakshmi hyundai but they said they could do nothing.

                        Then i came all the way on a stephanie.
                        I approached kun united kondapur and they said that its the vehicle which was left outside in manufacture for quite a long time and the tyre got worn out or the air was not filled by lakshmi hyundai visakhaptnam correctly

                        I reached out to ms. Jerusha (Customer service manager)
                        I reached out to naresh (Good year tyres engineer) - he said that they will not provide a new tyre free of cost and he is unable to identify the root cause of the defective tyre but instead would give me 50% off on a new tyre

                        Now you tell me - i have spent 13l on a car why the hell will i spend money on a new car which didnt even cros 100kms at the time of flat tyre

                        Now im not using the vehcile for the very reason as my on stephanie. Lakshmi hyundai visakhapatnam has said that they would replace if i drive all the way back to vizag. How can i go that long from hyderabd without a stepahnie

                        Resolution im expecting - i want a new tyre - free of cost here in hdyerabd. Lakshmi hyundai has multiple branches all over india and its their internal arrangement they have to make and provide the re[censored]ion

                        Im an unhappy customer this is my 2nd creta vehicle and 3rd hyundai product

                        Feel free to escalate to the leadership and im readyt to tallk and fihgt out this in consumer court and social media (Which i have already posted)

                        Poor painting quality and totally dissatisfied.

                          My self ateet sen i have purchase i20 elite at previous year at dhanteras from bundelkhand hyundai chhatarpur sir dealer had committed for leather seat cover when i was booked vehicle but a few days purchase vehicle us to provide normal vinyl and rusted seat cover and and also next time commitment sir we will be issued new seat cover pls drive car 10 days only.
                          After them i have reached 07 time month by month but till date seat cover is not available at showroom.
                          Now i am not want seat cover but this is wrong commitment i am not happy from hyundai sorry sorry sorry

                            The hyundai bm mundra is not a good dealer, they have done many blunders with my booking, deliver date. Firstly i had booked the car from denim blue vanue hyundai and after i got a confirmation from the executive that the delivery date would be earlier than them i booked the vehicle and i did not get the delivery as promised on my birthday and then that is not when my problems stopped, i have booked my car two months ago
                            After long period they are not able to deliver car. And they are trying to brought me a different colour and top model of car
                            It was very frustrating and also the unprofessional behavior from the dealer kindly take necessary action against him. And no bady take responsibility. We are buy car from. Hyundai because of service and response. They are disappointed me and told me if you dont adjust dilivery date buy from other dealer.. This is ridiculous.. Plz take necessary action

                              I purchased the i 20 on november 2018.
                              Registration number is up 37 k 7327
                              I was facing the mileage problem from the first day when i purchased it.
                              I visit the hyundai service centre more than 3times but i have still same problem of mileage i also registerd the online complaint to hyundai but the problem but i have still problem of mileage it is only 8-10km per lietre.
                              The behaviour of staff and customer care service executive is not they did not give me a valuable feedback and the service mechanic didn't resolve my problem.
                              Sir i requested to you that please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                I had given my car for checking on 19th august 2019. As the speedometer of my car hyundai grand i10 (Ga03y6606) was not working.in this process the hyundai company informed me that there's an issue with the speedometer and the part of it was not available in alcon hyundai. The company had promised me for the replacement of the part and had claimed to set my car ready on friday 30th august 2019. On the day, the company told me that the real problem is with the differential gear used for the speedometer which was not available at the alcon hyundai showroom porvorim (Unavailable in the entire state of goa), perhaps were unable to get my car ready.in this scenario i need a car urgent for my festive vacation that includes my personal work related to travel etc. The company has also denied me for the courtesy car. Hence in such a situation how would the hyundai company help me?

                                  The customer executive naveen at trident hyundai sankey road is not a good executive, he has done many blunders with my booking, deliver date and also my vehicle registration. Firstly i had booked the car from blue hyundai and after i got a confirmation from the executive that the delivery date would be earlier than them i booked the vehicle and i did not get the delivery as promised and then that is not when my problems stopped, the executive has made a much bigger blunder with my vehicle rto registration, my rto is ka 05 but the executive has changed it to ka 41, which cannot be changed and every time he makes a mistake he doesn't even feel sorry for what he has done and even after calling him multiple times there will be no response from him.
                                  So to sum up my experience with trident hyundai, it was very frustrating and also the unprofessional behavior from the executive naveen is annoying and makes me not to recommend or visit the trident hyundai sankey road showroom ever again. Kindly take necessary action against him.

                                  Also, want to greatly appreciate mr. Avinash for the frank and prompt way of working towards fixing all the blunders.

                                    On 27/08/2019, my hyundai fluidic verna broke down due to clutch plate problem. I called mohan hyundai service center and explained them the problem, they gave me towing truck’s number and asked me to bring the car to service center. As suggested, i brought the car to service center, without checking the car they quoted it would cost me around 19k and will be delivered by 29/08/2019. When i checked with them today, they told me, parts are not available with them and it will take another 2 to 3 days. Why the hell, they didn’t inform me earlier. I could have taken my car to other hyundai service center. It is their usual business, first they take the car in and afterwards give nonsense excuses.. This is something happening with me for the third time. They gave some date initially and afterwards informed me, the car could not be ready.. If you guys are not capable enough then stop cunning people..

                                      grand i10 engine block complaint in 26000 km

                                      I have owned a 2014 model grand i10, last month i have done 26000km. I have properly completed all the my services from authorized service center of hyundai.
                                      After my last paid service i have noticed that my cars engine coolant level is going down after each ride. And i always used to top up coolant level each time. I noticed that this coolant is coming out from the engine case. And i went to the showroom and told about this complaint....
