I have purchased creta on 17 jul 19 from Roshan Hyundai Sikar road.
At the time of delivery there was paint removed on left door handle which they agreed to change later.
Then I noticed that cas is slightly tilted towards left and there was noise in left side of car, which reported, and they told me that will be resolved when you attend workshop.
Today when I visited workshop for seat cover and above said issues they told me that there is some issue with welding in body and we will have to remove dashboard and fenders to inspect the reason .
Today I have left the car with dealer at Roshan Hyundai
If there is manufacturing defect with the car I insist and will see that car is replaced without any hassle to avoid any complications.

    My name is irshad memon from vasai maharashtra who is dissatisfied with the lack of attention and mistreatment i received from modi hyundai vasai. I have hyundai new elantra bought in 2017. I have visited your workshop on 16 august complaining about ac.ac was not working. Work shop person said fan motor has been damaged and will have to replace it. It will take 15 to 20 days to come fan from company. I asked reason. They said new elantra is failed model parts are not available in company so we cant do anything. Now i think i was stupid to buy new elantra as company persons are saying its failed model. Plzz do something or i will not buy any hyundai car in my life.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I am forced to write this email to share my worst experience had with my car hyundai verna (4s fluidic) last saturday (Aug 17, 2019).

      My first car experience started with hyundai santro. My second car was hyundai i20 and third car is currently hyundai verna (4s fluidic). I am very much passionate in driving cars and i use my car only for long journey. I have plans to replace my verna car to creta and it depends on your corrective actions and compensations which you can offer.

      I bought hyundai verna (4s fluidic) car in the year 2016 from kun hyundai - anna nagar east, chennai, tamil nadu. I have been using this car especially for my family trip that too for long journey.

      About my bad experience:

      On aug 17, 2018 when i was driving for my temple visit from kumbakkonam to tirunallar temple i got the checking indication which got disappeared after few hours at the time of reaching the temple tirunallar temple i found the clutch pedal got jammed. I was unable to shift the gears and was stuck on the mid of traffic. Immediately i called up kun hyundai - karaikal service centre. They reached the spot within 45 mins and found the leakage in the clutch oil and oil tank was empty during the diagnose. They filled the oil and informed that there is leakage and spare part is not available. They suggested me take the vehicle back to chennai. I have paid rs.530 to them and they left.

      Imagine how would be my situation where we had plan for next 2 days and me and my family members were stuck on the road. Somehow after refilling the oil the clutch was release to some extent. As per their suggestion i planned to return back to chennai we started to drive. The clutch didn't respond properly as the leakages are more. I managed to drive it till karaikal and in the middle of main road the car got stopped and clutch was jammed again. I refilled the oil but still the clutch pedal was not came to its original position. There were huge traffic blockage due to this and with the help of public i moved the vehicle to road side.

      I called up the service incharge of kun hyundai - karikal and informed about the situation. They came to spot and tried for some temporary solution but it didn't worked out. They informed me to that they have change the part for which i need to hand over the vehicle to the service station. I agreed and the car was handed over to service station at karikal repair order no: r[protected]Pls find the enclosed repair order copy). I have been informed that the part is not available it is a factory order which will take a weeks time. The order will be placed on tuesday (Aug 20, 2019)

      I was in dark and no clue on what to be done next. With no options left i left the car at the service station and planned our alternative to return back to chennai.

      My unanswered questions are:

      What caused the leakage in regulator?
      Why is the part not available in any of the service station?
      Is this product/spare parts used in the car is unreliable?
      What is compensation i can get for the hurdles which i have undergone?
      How could i depend on this car anymore?
      What is the guarantee for other spare parts in my car?

      I am looking forward for immediate resolution and delivery of my car at chennai, tamil nadu. Also, i need a compensation for the hurdles i faced along with my family members because of the product failure.

        Have purchased hyundai sante fe top end model by paying more than 30l plus but with in a short span o[censored]se the ac vent tab clips broken, i never expected hyundai will use such poor quality material on one of their high end vehicle in india. And for replacing that showroom give me a quote of 11000rs for right hand side and for centre 5500rs, they need to replace entire ac vent itseems. I feel it’s a day scam by hyundai. Hope hyundai will improve their quality of parts

          I purchased hyundai nex gen verna car on oct 2017 from lms hyundai, port blair. 3years map update was promised by hyundai. But lms hyundai service center denied map update as they don't have the software with them. I tried to download the same from hyundai website.

          After entering the vehicle details, it shows my 'your car purchase date is not in our data base'. I contacted lms hyundai and they asked me to register a complaint in hyundai customer care.

          I registered the concern on customer care with ref no. 1-[protected] on 14 feb 2019. After that i have made a minimum of 50 calls to customer care regarding this case, but they are simply neglecting it.

          I have spoken to some sales manager and service manager on hyundai chennai also, as directed by customer care.
          But still the issue is not resolved.

          In last 2 years i dont get any map update as promised by hyundai, and even i am unable to register my car in hyundai website, as the purchase date of my car is not updated in their server.
          Pls help me out of this.

          First they told me your AC coil is not working n amount is 10000 around than I told them give back my car I don’t want to repair . After half an hour they called me and said there is compressor valve problem. They are lier they just want big billing amount

              Sir, i have placed an order for hyundai i20 active gear box from your's service centre at itanagar, arunachal pradesh on 8th august 2019. As my car gearbox got damaged without any accident and reason while i was running the car in slow motion at pasighat, east siang, arunachal pradesh on 7th aug. 2019. I have parked my car at hyundai service centre at pasighat. My car is bearing regd. No. Ar 01j 1587 purchased from your's company in 2016 with extended warrenty of 2 (Two) year. But after waiting couple of days still the gearbox have not arrived at itanagar. As it took one night to reached any goods from guwahati, assam to itanagar, arunachal pradesh. As other company or dealers like maruti, nissan and mahindra etc their response is very quick in this regards but your's company and service centre response is very poor for which i am compelled to tell others prospective customers regarding poorness service delivery system of your's company and service centre. As i am facing untolds problem here at pasighat without having car to reached at my work place at itanagar, arunachal pradesh. I am really dissatisfied with your's hyundai service centre.. If possible do intervene and directed the main hyundai dealers or service centre of guwahati to send the order hyundai i20 active gearbox at the earliest. From your's customer mr.                     I am a huge fan of hyundai i always recommend hyundai but my last visit was really disappointed at hyundai workshop. My car has driven only 24000 kms and my steeing rack get deteriorated. Abnormal noise coming from lhs of my car. When i ask them to change in warranty they replied that my warranty is over now whereas when i bought my car the sales person said that your warranty of car is 4 years and 40000 and they also said that your warranty is over from december while i bought my car in february

That day our calling mike is not working bt we hhave not issue sales person said we are slove your problem at your home next day. After 2 days we are knowing that out both frount side seat is damage. I m many times call to Mr. Bhaumik and Mr. Jay bt they are not proper response to me... My calling Mike problem slove yesterday bt today I call many times to Mr. Jay but they are not satisfied response to me.. They dnt have driver he said. I have many problems in car purchase also. But i am not creating any issue. But now holidays is comes that's the reason I want my complete car.please i am very very disappointed from navjeeav Or sales... Pls response me as well as soon

                          I had made a payment of rs 11100/- against the pre-launch booking offer of the then new launching santro. Subsequently after visiting the hyundai showroom at plaza hyundai, mathura road, we didn't liked the car and sought for the refund of the booking amount. I had submitted a letter to that effect on 29 oct 2018. Its now nearing a year and the sales manager, mr chatterjee has not yet re-payed me the advance booking amount. Twice i had met him personally, and he was insisting on taking cash which i refused and asked for a cheque. Every time he and his employees came with the same excuse that the cheque signing officer is out of india.
                          Now all mobiles are switched off and his office seems to be closed indefinitely. There is also no reply on mail by him or his superiors.
                          I also had got a call from hyundai customer care few months back i f i am interested in switching this booking amount for another vehicle from another dealer. Frankly that time the options were limited with hyundai. But now with launch of venue and new i10 the cars are interesting, but i need the amount back to do fresh booking.
                          Numerous phone call to hyundai customer care have rendered this to no effect of solving the issue as they come back with same answer that they are not able to contact the hyundai plaza dealer.
                          I am sure if the hyundai management looks positively to resolve the issue there can be a solution to this.

                              I baught vanue sx (O) manual on 25th july and yesterday my bluelink got activated. I baught this car only for cool features of bluelink. But yesterday i came to know that this vaient does not have all features of bluelink like engine start/stop. If they gave me all information about this, i would've definitely baught automatic varient. I am now very upset and feel like cheated.

                                We have brought your new face lift verna mh04 jv 9241 fully loaded from thane modi hyundai. The headlight given by you are cheap quality due to which night driving is not safe with this car. Also the welcome kit was not given to us. Comparing other car in same segment provides better inbuilt accessories and services. Not worth recommending hyundai cars. You just can’t buy your awards you need to earn them.

                                    Regarding complaint for misbehaviour by g. M sales (Mr. Robin) of m/s shivaang hyundai-bhukrawali road, aligarh-u. P-202001

                                    Dear sir;

                                    I am writing this letter to you under great mental depression which was caused because of misbehaviour of hyundai staff during purchase of my new car - i-20-sports – malbm51blkm722165, dated:[protected] at hyundai dealer - m/s shivaang hyundai - village bhukrawali, g. T road-aligarh-202001 (U. P) via invoice no. H[protected]

                                    On the day of delivery i insist to sales person assigned to me to at least have one meeting with their gm so that i can talk about any negotiation if possible (Which almost every customer do at the time of final payment).

                                    As right now i am not able to walk without support (I am using elbow crunch stick to walk because of knee surgery) i request my sales person to call him in reception area for my ease if possible. After few minutes he came to me ask me to come in his cabin.

                                    The moment we start conversation at of sudden i saw change in his attitude and i feel he is simply waiting for my rtgs confirmation and he knows that once he got money the whole game is in his hands.

                                    The main reason behind his anger is that i had not purchased insurance policy from their agency and get it done from outside.

                                    He started shouting me about his company sop’s and even threat me that if i had purchased policy from outside they will not provide me benefits of hyundai warranty on parts, on which i asked him about how it matters on warranty (Because practically there is no relation between warranty and insurance provider), but things starts going more worse from this when he even raised question mark on discount given to me on corporate behalf.

                                    He starts accusing me for working in small company and told me that i am not eligible for this discount however in your case i am giving this from his pocket.

                                    This type of rough attitude is quite unacceptable in service industry.

                                    I have no hesitate in saying that if this is hyundai service culture then this leads company to downfall.

                                    My sincere question is that i had declared my company name to them near about den days before and also tell them that i am getting this corporate discount from nrl hyundai (Dealership at agra-u. P), then why are they making issue of such things at the time of delivery when my whole family were present their for joyful moment.

                                    That should be checked earlier by them and if am not eligible as per their criteria then they should tell me before so that i can go to another dealer who i ready to provide me the same.

                                    Making issue of such thing at the time of vehicle delivery is so annoying and pathetic.

                                    After getting insulted by him i came out from his cabin and even from reception area and waits for delivery of my car on the agency gate office as i did not want to be more upset from his rude attitude, but again he came out from his showroom to entrance gate and start arguing with me again by saying he is gm of ford also (As shivaang ford is also is of same owner) and tackle people like me on daily basis and again humiliated me in front of my family members.

                                    Upon his instructions my car delivery was rescheduled to last despite of my medical condition which doesn’t allow me to stay their long.

                                    As the time is about 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm, everyone in showroom was in great hurry to move out and no one even find important to at least describe basic features, facilities, functioning demo, maintenance etc. To me and all this was done on the guidelines of showroom g. M (Mr. Robin)

                                    In this letter i would like to clear you that the sales persons assigned to me-mr. Faisal naeem was a very polite, helpful & gentle person and i have no issues with him but all this was done on the instructions of gm (Mr. Robin)

                                    Before delivery they force me to sign feedback form in which they insist me to give high score to them.

                                    The whole joy of buying new car was turned into a bad experience as i was humiliated in front of my family members, relatives.

                                    I also tried to log complaint on feedback call received from hyundai on 3rd august-19 but again the concern person told me to first give feedback then only they will provide complaint number to me and once my feedback survey got complete he told me that he will call back to me as my voice was not clear to him and he never turns up.

                                    By this letter i have some question in my mind and like to have your insights on same:

                                    1. Is this is a right customer dealing practice which is followed by your dealers..??

                                    2. Don’t you have any grievance redressal systems for customers? As many time i asked this to them but they don’t reply.

                                    3. After this whole incident i was in low mental state because i had never face such humiliation in my entire life and if had taken some hard step then who will be responsible after me for bread of my family??

                                    4. Purchase of insurance policy is a total discretion of customer and according to latest irda guidelines car dealer/ company cannot force/compel to buy policy from their house or deny to provide all warranty & insurance related facilities to the customers, then why this unethical practice is followed in your company and why should i not complain to irda regarding this..??

                                    I had also share my concern to my legal advisor and we had decided to book you under section 498 of ipc for mental harassment & humiliation.

                                    Moreover i am also seeking damage in form of monetary compensation of rupees five lacs from your side for defamation by hyundai employee (Mr. Robin) under section 499 & section 500 of ipc.

                                    You are requested to kindly reply for my letter within 7 days from receiving my mail to you or else i will understand that you have nothing to say in this context and also agree for all above statements so that i will start legal proceedings.

                                      The braking power of creta is pathetic.. At high speed it don't give any confidence, but otherthen that the serious issue is the car release brakes on uneven or gravel road, the pedal become rock hard and car produce a sound... Due to this i meet an accident yesterday because the car don't stop and collide to a sand slope kept on the side of the road... Hyundai service centre is completely ignoring this issue calling it working of abs... Hyundai also don't provide any solution
