Sir, good morning, the complaint with regard to extended warranted of my verna vehicle ts10eq5505, vin - malc841cljm066481. I, had bought the verna on 29/05/2019 from rk saboo, mettuguda, hyderabad. I have paid rs.10, 348/- (Including gst) on 08/08/2018 for fourth year extended warranty with kun united service center rtc x roads, hyderabad (Main dealer code - s5206). Later i requested them for extended warranty of 4th & 5th year by paying the difference of rs.4, 815/- including gst, in the first slab, since i have paid the said amount within 90 days of delivery as per your norms. Till now i have not got any confirmation of extended warranty, though i am in touch with mr. Sandeep, service advisor, at kun service centre, rtc x roads, hyderabad, who is also pursuing from their end mr. Sandeep-[protected]. Please do the needful at the earliest and acknowledge.     Regarding my complaint has not yet resolved. Attached mail communication for reference. After two days replying that it will not cover under warranty then why i have to suggest hyundai for service and quality? Better we have to give it in local service centre compare to cost and service was good to do.
    This is the quality of hyundai that at least 30000 kms also will not give life for parts? Is this the quality of hyundai?

    I have complaint on 20000 kms that clutch has tight but no one has responded. Now replacing the parts at 41000kms and after 48000kms sending for service informing that why you not informed on that day itself. Service person only told to use due to its new one it take time to smooth, for that reason i run the car. Its my fault. As per your instruction only i used the car other wise i cant use the car.

    Further will not prefer for hyundai – all are making money not for service. I made a mistake for purchasing for this vehicle. My friends are preferred to go for some other brand car. I preferred but i never expect this from hyundai. We don’t have further trust in hyundai and will inform to my group also regarding this issue to not to buy further this brand.

    1. Clutch issue not resolved.
    2. Music system not resolved. – i agree that saying for extra fitting. For that music system also don’t have life?

    Please confirm whether you can resolve the issue or i have to sell the car. I will buy any brand car.
    My car is in service centre. Please confirm to resolve or will sell it off there itself.

      Hi,

      I have called talwar hyundai (Erragadda) hyderabad on 9-jul -2017 to book creta as initially proposed gst tax slabs are less. Immediately executives came to my house and asked me to pay advance of 50000 rupees, at that time i have clearly said at 21-july-2017 gst rates might be increasing hence i will not take creta car and i have clearly made agreement that executive will come and return my total 50000 amount.

      As unfortunately gst slabs also changed as expected and i have immediately called them and requested them to return my amount immediately.

      I m calling throughout entire year and asking them to return my money. Executive name is farooq

      Till now (16-july -2018) they have not returned my money and also i got call stating that when are you coming for 1st servicing, i was wondered without buying car how would i get call, after complete 1 month day to day followup, now they have prepared cheque with deducting the cancellation charges of 3000 rupees.

      I have lost 1 year interest on 50000 rupees and also on not getting my complete amount, by this they are harassing the customers.

      Please take an action on wrong commitments and i will be filing cheating case and proceed legally.

        The bolt inside the engine got broken and let to fall of engine belt. On submitting for rectification, we were told that this rarely happens and landed in checking the engine and we have incurred a cost of rs.88087.00 for no fault from your side.
        It is not a compliant but we seek your help for getting reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by us through insurance agency taking us the matter from your end. Insurance policy no.[protected] - the new india assurance co. Ltd. (Since renewed).
        Further the vehicle was last serviced in the month of june 2018. No any cause of concern given to us.

          I have given my vehicle i10 grand for servicing. Bill charge of rs. 6800/-.in vehicle, there is battery problem. I have purchased vehicle at oct 2014 and now the battery is not responding. At the time of purchasing the vehicle, sas committed if there is any problem in next five year than same would be change without paying amount. But now sas has refused to changing the battery. They have instructed its not our fault, please co ordinate with battery company. Taken charges of vehicle washing and polishing of rs. 650/-. But vehicle condition is as it is. Polishing not done in interiors. Back care is not working properly. But no one has check there and return back the vehicle as it is.

          Battery has not changed
          Back gear is not working properly
          Washing and polishing of vehicle is worst.

          Request all people who is reading the post, please do not trust on sas hyundai. At the time of purchasing any new car, they confident for giving best services. But at the time of service of car they only make the bill but not giving any solution.

            Sir,

            I arunima had paid rs 15000 on 28th june and booked hyundai creta e+ diesel car on 28th june at gajuwaka lakshmi hyundai, andhra pradesh showroom. The personnel there promised me delivery date was then extended to aug 15th citing transit delays but delivery was made to another customer. On 18th august i made the complete car full payment, then again citing transit delays mr. Ravi babu promised to deliver the car on 22nd. But even today i didn't get the car.

            Yesterday i complained to customer care about this issue and they connected ravi babu through conference call, on which he ensured car delivery on 27th august 2018. Today sales executive called me in the evening saying my car has reached the showroom but when we went to the showroom ravi babu started harassing us saying only if we take insurance in lakshmi hyundai only, the car will be delivered or we will not get our car. The premium charged by lakshmi hyundai is rs 36000, which is very high compared that offered by bank viz rs 21000. The insurance amount is already deducted from our bank.

            Earlier i had great respect for hyundai but now this harassment is very disturbing and this type of service will make you loose your brand value. Just for insurance they are not giving me car even after making complete payment. Are they hyundai agents or insurance agents?

            Solve the issue immediately or refund my money

              I own a hyundai grand i10, which i got repaired in feb'2018 at trident hyundai, narayanpura, kr puram. The problem was a support panel behind the front bumper was damaged earlier and it was replaced and insurance claimed. Now after a few months the same part is found as damaged again and asked for the replacement and bear the whole cost again.
              Either the new part was not replaced earlier or some old part had been assembled or it might be a manufacturing defect or some quality issues as the vehicle has no hit or accident case.
              So hereby raising a complaint to hyundai to investigate the matter and request for an early response.

                I have also faced the same problem with eps, which suddenly became defective with eps sign never going off and the steering becoming very hard to manage. I have i10 and is a 2008 model with no extended warranty.

                The dealer says that it will cost me 11000 rupees to get the component replaced.

                I am really surprised with the sudden development. He has suggested 7 days for the part to arrive, am currently waiting for the same.

                  I have faced the problem with eps, which suddenly became defective with eps sign never going off and the steering becoming very hard to manage. I have i10 era and is a 2008 model with no extended warranty.

                  The dealer - advaith says that it will cost me 10, 000 rupees to get the component replaced. Also price if module price rise by 40 % in last 3 months as information hot from car mechanic

                  I am really surprised with the sudden development. He has suggested 2-3 days for the part to arrive, am currently waiting for the same.

                    Dear sir/madame,

                    This is to confirm that i will be cancelling the full paid i20 car from your show room, due to the below reasons.

                    1. The sales person mr. Sandeep reddy promised me to deliver the car by monday (20-aug) if i pay by friday (17-aug), i paid him on thursday (16-aug) via a cheque (Chq number 655942-allahbad bank – you company cleared the checked 20-aug).
                    2. On monday i was told by mr. Sandeep that the car is ready but registration work is delayed due to unexpected holiday on friday and he would deliver the car on wednesday, i excused him as i know friday was an unexpected holiday.
                    3. Wednesday he again said, registration still not come (I know it is barely a 2 hrs job) however, i accepted the delivery of car on thursday.
                    4. Thursday, he said i will deliver the car tomorrow friday, 9.30am

                    Today (Friday), i called him at 11am to confirm the delivery, now he gives an excuse that he would deliver the car on monday as seat covers were not available (Out of stock). Hehe has had 10 days to ensure the seat cover availability since 14-aug we paid deposit if rs.25, 000 (Receipt # 14547).

                    Due to the delay and improper services offered by your showroom, i am forced to cancel the car i have booked and paid to your showroom.

                    I would appreciate if you returned the full amount to below bank.

                          Hyundau make fraud to customers and lie to them.
                          This is to bring to your kind attention that I went to Libra Hyindai Naraina for the enquiry of Xcent in lieu of exchanhe of my old vehicle on 24th June. But there people dont have respect for the customers. I was not even asked for a glass of water or cold drink in such humid conditions. I had sent there for the enquiry of the purchase of the product Xcent but I was not given due respect and not even attended properly. Is this the hell you people provide services to the customer. After that you didn't attended me properly. I want to exchange my old vehicle but that people refused me for that also. As you people are very ill-mannered to provide services to the customer. Really shame on you people for showing such type of behaviour towards me and disrespecting me. Even someone goes to someone's house that fellow is treated as God but you people treat a customer as a dog why because you are not provided manners to give respect to the customers. Really shame on you people. It's better for you people to shut dowm the showroom and sit home.

                            Hi i have booked hyundai creta sx (O) on 12th july with laxmi hyundai, chandanager, hyderabad. It has been now 40 days i am still waiting with no confirmation when i will receive. Salesmen naveen updated it has been alerted 2 weeks back but still not loaded from plant. Can you please look on this matter and get my vechile in next two days. I may not prefer hyundai anymore after this incident. Thx anurag
                            While in my call on 21.08.2018 morning 10:00am regarding my car (EON Magna+) breakdown (Wire cut near engine by rat) issue, the Theni Hyundai service people simply said "Today we have more work. So we will send a person on tomorrow if possible". Is it hyundai motors service response?.

                              I am loyal customer of hyundai but the kind of problem i am facing due to service and behavior of hyundai staff it force me to think that i have taken a wrong decision by purchasing hyundai grand i10
                              My car no is up57 ae 9434. I have given my car for service and some other work in shiva hyundai azamgarh on 04/08/2018 they have service the car and replace some parts like chamber front and back bumper and handed over car to me dated 07/08/2018. But immediate after driving few kilometers i feel there is some problem in my car it get stop and when i start it creates huge noise and not taking pick up when i try to drive, then i call customer care and they have provided me service of road side assistance and pick my car from my home and take that to nearest hyundai dealer that is d hyundai allahabad.

                              Now d hyundai is saying that engin have problem and they will not cover it in warranty although my car is warranty and the way of taking is also very bad.
                              Now i am struck between two dealership shiva hyundai and d hyundai.
                              I am working in bank me and my friend have the same car we are planning to purchase new suv but after such horrible experience i will never purchase hyundai car and never recommend to any of my friends and relatives to purchase this because after sale service is very pathetic in this company.

                                  I have purchase hyundai car on 15/10/17 from downtown motors pvt ltd. Vadodara facing following issues.
                                  1. As not working properly in summer car get slow in ac mode not taking load
                                  2. Rear ac not working properly
                                  3. Average 12 to 13 km in ac 13 to 14 without ac
                                  4. Head light has poor focus during night
                                  5. Reverse gear so hard not working properly
                                  6. There so long duration between 1st service and 2nd service.

                                    I am the owner of grand i10 purchased from nirmal hyundai noida in 2015. Always recommended friends and family to buy hyundai cars only and converted most of them to hyundai.
                                    Unfortunately, i paid amount of rs. 20, 000 as a token amount for creta. I was approaching since last month but dealer nirmal hyundai mr. Pathak not took initiative and still struggling for car. Mr. Pathak never even bothered and cared his customers and the way he talks is like customer is begging for car. As month is over, i called him but did not find suitable answer as usual. We both got angry and abused each other. Now they have denied to book an order. Since there was a festival called sawan in this month we were continuously requesting them to place an order but due to dealer's financial issues they were stretching time. The month is almost over now and they couldn't help there customer.
                                    Their is a complete harassment from nirmal hyundai and no one bothered except few people like ms. Mallika & mr. Shabas.
                                    Taking money back is not an issue but yes i am sure that my recommendation for hyundai will stop immediately and what about the harassment we had in last month.

                                    Such a person like mr. Pathak will not even bring down the impression but leaving bad remarks on hyundai brand.

                                    Hope company will look into it and resolve this issue sincerely so that none of the customer will lost faith on brand name

                                      This is to bring to your notice the mental agony i suffered on 16 aug 2018 after taking my hyundai grand i10 dl8can 9898 for service to hemkund hyundai
                                      1. Firstly the customer waiting lounge ac was not working causing all the customer to sweat out there and only one wall fan was there which was place on one side of wall.
                                      2. Service was not done up to my satisfaction. My car was not clean it had spots of dirt even after washing.
                                      3. When i asked my service advisor that there are marks, some light scratches which should have been removed he told me those can only be removed through rubbing and not by washing.
                                      4. Delivery of my car after service was done at back of the service station where there was lot of mud which even made my shoes dirty.
                                      5. Feedback form was given to me before the delivery of my car after servicing.
                                      6. When i reached my home i realized my personal 3d floor mats were missing and i immediately called my service advisor and he told me to check in car itself which was not there. I immediately went back to service station an when i called my service advisor i was told he was away on lunch where as i had been sitting hungry from 9 am till 12:00 pm and then i came back again and was made to sit till 2 pm.
                                      7. Service manager kept on checking but couldn’t locate where the mat went and when they checked with the washing team they realized it was sent to some different car instead of placing it back in my car.
                                      I was given an option of taking money in lieu of my mat so i accepted 1200 rs and gave them option of returning this money once they find my matt and get it delivered at my home as i wouldn’t have liked the money to be deducted from poor washing guys.
                                      8. If misplacing the matt was not enough i had one hard brush in my car which i saw later had his handle missing also the tyre valve caps were missing, could have happened during wheel balancing and alignment.
                                      All this episode has left such a bad impression in my mind that i really need to think again if i should go again to any of hyundai showroom if i do make sure i empty all my personal belonging even the mats.
                                      I suffered so much that i was upset mentally later all day and with so much stress and bp also shot up.

                                        My name is madhav lumb we bought new car i 20 sports from kosmo hyundai nawashaher on 13 aug. It has created four time problem it doesnot started. We took it at agency for full check up they said its all ok after full check up. But after check up on friday we went saturday nd sunday to visit holy places these two we have face such a big problems we took taxi back home nd we parked our on road nd our person had to stay in car full night. The first day when i bought this car i was very happy but now our happiness is gone we are paying so much money nd companies are giving us defection cars before this car i was having alto tht car in 8 years that car was so fantastic never ever we faced problems with that so we dnt want to buy this car
