My grand i10 was kept for its first paid service (25, 000km) at apco vehicle (India) pvt. Ltd, thottada p. O, kannur - dist, kerala on 17th july 2018. R/o no: r[protected]. It was expected to be delivered after complete service in a weeks time (23rd of july). But the car wasnt ready on time. This delay is acceptable if they had managed a proper intimation. Inspite of me regularly contacting the centre it took more than two weeks n i was intimated to collect my car on 31st july afternoon. As per the call it was expected that my car would be fully ready with all my complaints corrected and serviced but when i reached the centre i cudnt find the person who contacted me nor anybody else could help me out. Had to wait for more than one hour to get the service provider and then only i cud find out my wasnt fully done with. Cleaning was not properly done, the headlamb clips were out of place both of which i had to wait for more than 2hours again and get it done. And i had ordered to repair my rear speakers, wipers, ignition complaint and digital analogue system but these were not done. Totally i had a worse service from your centre be it a wastage of my time or be it in the sense i cudnt get my car fully serviced. It was so disapponting and hope i wont suggest the same centre for myself or anybody of whom i know to this centre.

Hope you will try to rectify the mistakes and try to provide better service to the costumers in the future atleast.

    On 31.07.2018 i visited hundai show room at kurukshetra just to enquire about any deal to upgrade from verna to some higher models with hundai e. G. Creta etc. And one small car alongwith. But mr. Raj kiran sales person engaged in unnecessary inquiries and talked very redely. We we expressed out surprise as to how a person in sales can be so rude. He dared us to complain against him. We than approached mr. Karan khattar, gm. He also did not listen to us. He tried his every bit to prove us wrong and prove the sales person right. Pained by this attitude of the staff, i came out of the shown room and now thinking about other brands in the market like honda, maruti, tata, jeep etc. But beforoe shifting my loyalties i wanted to give this feedback.

      Issue has been escalated to region head level, though after escalation also huge delay... Please see more details below

      I have escalated the issue on 27th and heard from you on 30th that too after multiple phone calls. That means, total 5 days = ticket sla is 2 days + 3 days from you., i don’t know what’s happening why this much delay in response even after escalated the issue to regional head level and why no one is calling to customer?

      Just to get an idea

       car handed over to service station @ 27th may early hours (7 am)
       first complaint was raised @ jun 6
       reminder mail sent @jun 20
       escalated to regional office @ 27th july
       heard from regional head @ 30th july
       eta given by regional head @ aug 12th

      Total above is 78 days.

      78 days eta expected from hyndai for smaller work (As per nagarjuna, this work eta is 20 days)? Why this much delay is happening? And no one is ready to give the reason for delay … i don’t know why ☹.

      Am not ok with above new eta (Aug 12th). Why should i wait for 13 more days? I frustrated with these eta’s, this is 6th or 7th time hyundai has given eta to me over 65 days. Why these many promises and eta’s?

      As per above history, i can conclude that “hyundai is never giving values to their customers”

      Hyundai is charging money for each and every work with all kind of taxes but never bother to handover the vehicle within time? Moreover, with this tight schedule will you be handling the work accurate so there won’t be any issues after vehicle delivery? Or work will be done just like that to handover asap.

      Either am not ok with new eta nor happy with the service. Please escalate this to next level and provide me contact details so that i can reach them. Please do not take days for escalating to next level. Am expecting call by eod from next level.

          Vehicle no. Ka 53 p xxxx has been given on exchange to kun auto pvt. Ltd. Chennai on 14-jun-2017.

          The said vehicle has not been transferred till date (30-jul-2018).
          The comprehensive vehicle insurance has expired on 7-mar-2018.

          Repeated requests to the dealer to register the vehicle has not been taken seriously. The hyundai regional manager in this regard has been unable to prevail upon the dealer to register the vehicle.

            Dear sir,

            This to notify you that my claim no 541805 in which Mr. Munish sent me, keeping you in CC; an attached official clarification request letter from Sbi general insurance had my policy no incorrect.
            Please find the letter attached with this mail.
            The mentioned Policy no in the letter was:- 7767910
            The correct policy no of my vehicle no:- HR06AN2143 is :- HSB/00143240

            I have already explained my accident to the surveyor.

            I also wanted to notify you that I am deeply hurt and depressed with the accident and the post claim handling by your insurance surveyor. I never expected such uncooperative, blunt and harsh response form an official of such a reputed company like yours.

            I registered my claim on 26th july 2018 at 3 PM, with file being completed by my explanation and clarifications. The surveyor still didn't agreed to give me total claim, stating his psudotechnical understandings of an accident. And assured me to take rest body part claim after 1 month.
            "Why should I run for a service which your company promised and your agent vexes and asks me to claim the rest part insurance on next month."
            I want the claim to be addressed in 1 go, for I have already lost a lot of time and energy in handling this hassle so far.

            The claim proceedings by your agency is slow inspite of my written and clarification on mail.
            I found my issue not being addressed by the surveyor and called to the customer helpline, and they again connected me with the surveyor, where the matter worsened.
            I cannot take my car for it is left as-is at my home for it is left unrepaired thanks to the crawling proceedings and Mr Munish told me that any thing further changed the situation of my car would jeopardize the total claim proceedings.

            I cannot take my car anywhere, I have a sick father and a joint large family to take care after, my personal health is also under treatment from a near by distt hospital. I am facing a lot of hardships by keeping my car idle at my home.This is causing me lot of mental and capital harassment in this rainy season.

            This is to convey to you that despite full claim reimbursement being agreed by Mr. Munish he's not agreeing to give claim for side arm, and I have already showed the spot, conveyed my consern repeatedly on phone and on mail also still Mr. Munish remains ambighous, unclear, unprofessional and has finally said will not give claim for the side arm.
            He remained as rude as ever and even didn't listend to me and disconnected the line by just declaring his decision. He's even mailed me the assessment sheet which lacks claim for The Left hand running board, and the right arm, which he previously agreed to give claim for.
            Sir, I find my self totally drained and rejected, by service of your officials.
            Please help solve this issue.

            I brought my car to the workshop there, mr munish sent the assessment sheet after I reached the service center, . The assessment sheet was totally away from our agreement.This is a total unprofessional thing which not only wasted our time but also demeans ur image in my view.

              I have give my car for services in 2017april month for servicing to sps hyundai thiruvalur service center but till date no one given back my car when i visit that place i found service closed and no one there to response so i called again one service person mr jagdish who confirm me that car ready for delivery so i contact again him but but hr is talk very rudly over phone and unable to provide provide any information regarding my car now i totally clueless to whom i should contact to get back my car. Kindly help me

                This is to bring to your kind attention that i went to libra hyindai naraina for the enquiry of xcent in lieu of exchanhe of my old vehicle on 24th june. But there people dont have respect for the customers. I was not even asked for a glass of water or cold drink in such humid conditions. I had sent there for the enquiry of the purchase of the product xcent but i was not given due respect and not even attended properly. Is this the hell you people provide services to the customer. After that you didn't attended me properly. I want to exchange my old vehicle but that people refused me for that also. As you people are very ill-mannered to provide services to the customer. Really shame on you people for showing such type of behaviour towards me and disrespecting me. Even someone goes to someone's house that fellow is treated as god but you people treat a customer as a dog why because you are not provided manners to give respect to the customers. Really shame on you people. It's better for you people to shut dowm the showroom and sit home.

                  I bought a grand i 10 from popular hyundai showroom tvm 2 months ago. A balance amount of 40565 rs was not refunded. They are not willing to give the money and torturing me to take accessories for that amount. I am not interested in taking accessories. They are cheating me. Now my car is with them and refused to give it back. These irresponsible excecutives are shameful for the entire hyundai company. Sreejith. S. Nair, rajesh and deepesh, these three excecutives harassed me a lot. So kindly take necessary action to and help me in getting the money.

                    I booked a car with hyandai portal for dealer sunrise moters in oct 2017 since i visited dealer for cancellation and refund of money or tried to change mode of booking to another model but the way of staff sales executive himanshu, rk verna showroom manager and gm behaviour was very poor and disgusting.

                    I call gm sanjay mahlotra during the call he was shouting and not listing the problem, when i ask to note my issue to take action but start again shouting on me. For which i have recorded the call.

                    I try to book some other model with the said dealer with other executive and they tried two time and at last they say manager saying car is not available disgusting if you not have car why you wasted my time.
                    Is this the way of behaving with the customers

                        My car got accidental damage & then i diposited my car to its workshop on 27-6-18. They have promised me to deliver on 8-8-18. But its been 1 month now they have not even dismentled my car. I called them several times but they say they have too much workload & dont have enough resources to fulfill every costumers demand & ask me to wait for 2-3 months more.

                          I have a car grand i10 diesel. That is having a problem of starting, It's key is skipping many time during start. When this car was taken to service center by hdfc road side assistance. Service center person said the car has ecm problem. and it would repaire for INR 30000 approx and the new ECM cost is INR. 45000. I face this problem 1st time. My car is 4 year old.

                          It is a common fault of Hyundai it should repair free of cost,

                            Car booked creta sx at v3 hyundai, chennai 45 days before making the full payment agaisnt promised delivery of 7 to 14 working days its been 45 days they are still saying vehicle will come soon. Everytime they keep us in dark and they say some story and fake promises we are annoyed with their committments now, they are now ready to cancel the vehicle once we broke up and we are wondering whether the vehicle came to them or not
                            This kind of brand services are really letargic and should be sued

                              I had booked the new creta car from mukesh hyundai kestopur branch, kolkata on 29-5-18.
                              The car has still nt been delivered to me and they had promised a delivery of max 30 days gauranteed. After all these delay they are still giving excuses of delivery everytime i call or either they dont pick my calls at all.
                              Mukesh hyundai is the worst hyundai showroom ever.
                              I would request everyone not to book hyundai car their.
                              Over that they are not excepting their mystakes instead blaming hyundai motor india for poor delivery system.
                              Your company service & sales staff is poor.i book my verna in April.and payment tottaly paid in 28 June.and commitment car deleary 17 july.but 21 July till date he not give my car.so I m cancled my car on Monday.VERY POOR MANAGEMENT IN MIRIKHA HYUNDAI BARDOLI. N PLEASE I REQUESTED ALL STAFF TO TRANING IN YOUR COMPANY HOW TO SPEAK WITH COUSTMER.

                                Sir i m from sunder nagar himachal pradesh we bought verna on 8 august 2015 and due to some reason my left front side power window was not working properly and finally my father on 24 may 2018 visited devi bhoomi hyundai work shop in gutkar district mandi himachal pradesh and sir due to some reason my parents just parked the car in work shop and they went for some personal work in mandi so they talked to mr sanjay who was representative at that time and my parents told him that we will come back in evening and sir unfortunately when my parents come back the officials of workshop said power window is not working coz of failure in power window moter. So sir today ie 25 july 2018 i visited again to dev bhoomi gutkar district mandi himachal pradesh workshop in order to repair my power window issue but sir i was shocked when i saw during repairing of my window i saw the motor installed in my window was manufactured with date[protected]Technically this manufactured dated motor was not possible to be installed in my power window coz we bought our verna in august 8, 2015 so how could my power window get installed motor of dated[protected] this was totally a fraud by workshop management. Even i checked my driver side power window motor and it's manufacturing date was 12-02-15 this makes clear that they cheated my parents when they visited last time to their workshop and sharply they changed motor in absence of my parents. Actually on that day they replaced our genuine motor with damaged one. Sir today i personally checked each part of power window and also captured some snaps of fraud done by your hyundai dev bhoomi gutkar district mandi himachal pradesh i clicked pick s of the whole incident + i also talked with deputy manager of workshop and sir personally believe me his attitude was totally rude he was trying to make fun of me by saying it's not our fault with your window and he hadn't done any wrong with your moter.. It's my humble request to take strict action against these kind of fraud management as soon as possible so that my faith in hyundai will still came back indeed i want justice...

                                  I bought creta1.6 vtvt auto sx/petrol (Chasis no. Malc 381cmjm430373/engine no. G4fgjw491092) on 23/6/18 from pothens hyundai/kollam/kerala. Tp reg. No is kl 02 ax temp 7084.
                                  The car has run only 668 km and not received permanent registration number. And on 12/7/18 it is found that its engine electrical wire has damaged by rats. On 12/7/18 itself the car was taken to pothens hyundai service centre. But the car has not yet repaired. While enquiring about the delay, it is said that new engine wire kit has to be received from chennai and only after that they can repair it. Why is it taking so much time to send new engine wire kit. Your company advertises that it is the best in service. So far two weeks elapsed but not yet my car's complaint is not rectified. I did spend already more than 16 lakh and i was proud of being a creta owner. So do the needful and deliver my car in this week itself (Its high time my car got registered, rto office informed me that my registration has to be done on coming week) please do the needful at the earliest.                                     Respected sir, i am sumi sadan here from kerala, kottayam. I purchased hyundai sports i20 car through your hyundai showroom kottayam. My car flood affected and i give my vehicle to our nearest service station kottayam kodimatha. But they are very irresponsible and more than 1 week i gave my vehicle to the service station they didn't do anything to my vehicle.. Water full inside my vehicle.. They didn't wipe at least water from my car.. Becoz of this my car parts are damaged.. So i want a clear explanation from your side.. Please do needfull

                                      I have given my hyundai i20 for general service to the authorized service center of hyundai (Mithila hyundai) with specific comment to look into the clutch working since i have replaced the clutch master cylinder around 10, 000km back. The response i got from the service center that there are no problems with clutch, however when i received my vehicle after service the clutch failed immediately within 10km of travel.

                                      Now, hyundai service center is not taking the responsibility and are not agreeing to the fact that they have not paid attention to the clutch problem during the servicing of the vehicle.

                                      Also it's a poor quality of the spare parts which failed within 10000km of vehicle running.

                                      I have escalated the matter to hyundai company also, but till date no solution yet. Infact as per their communication someone supposed to contact me but still no communication.

                                        I regret to inform my request for a compensation has been straight away denied.. The fact that my turbo isn’t still working properly adds to the gravity of the problem.. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to avoid further proceedings on this...

                                        I took my car for regular service to popular hyundai centre, north paravoor 3 months back.. It was a 2011 i20 magna, kl7br - 4240.. At that time the engine had some missing in between.. They told it is due to air filter complaint and replaced it.. Again the same complaint persisted.. They told it is clutch complaint and replaced it for 16000/-.. Again the complaint remained same.. Now they told it is turbo complaint, u may have to replace it at 700000/- i told, no need, let me try other means.. They sent my turbo to chennai plant and got it repaired at 250000/- and told ok.. Engine was ok now, but there was a loud buzzing sound in acceleration.. Now they say, impeller or something was bent and got it corrected... After all this my car is now reasonably ok.. The point is i was without any conveyance for a period of 2 1/2 months and all these extra spare parts were bought.. So many people warned me against company service, but i insisted otherwise.. I certainly shud receive a compensation reasonable enough to avoid further proceedings on this.. Not the meagre 1000 or 2000 discount on the 40000/- bill... I had contacted mr. Manu (Popular hyundai, n. Paravoor); mr. Jinesh (Popular hyundai, vyttila), mr. Manoj, regional service manager with disappointing results... Kindly put this up to the responsible and revert...
