creta sx at full option/facelifted new version

I bought creta1.6 vtvt auto sx/petrol (Chasis no. Malc 381cmjm430373/engine no. G4fgjw491092) on 23/6/18 from pothens hyundai/kollam/kerala. Tp reg. No is kl 02 ax temp 7084.
The car has run only 668 km and not received permanent registration number. And on 12/7/18 it is found that its engine electrical wire has damaged by rats. On 12/7/18 itself the car was taken to pothens hyundai service centre. But the car has not yet repaired....

poor service & quality of spare parts

I have given my hyundai i20 for general service to the authorized service center of hyundai (Mithila hyundai) with specific comment to look into the clutch working since i have replaced the clutch master cylinder around 10, 000km back. The response i got from the service center that there are no problems with clutch, however when i received my vehicle after service the clutch failed immediately within 10km of travel.

hyundai creta 1.6 sx auto diesel car poor mileage.

My vehicle registration no. Is mh12 mr 7920 from pune.

Purchased in march 2016. Since purchase vehicle is giving mileage of 9.5 kmpl which is 50% of company claim.

Since last 1 moth vehicle is giving mileage of 6.5 to 7.0 kmpl.

Informed service centre each time about mileage problem, but they are unable to solve mileage problem.

For 3 times vehicle did not gets started even though...

bad quality rubber padding in doors

The rubber padding in the door and at the back has lost its colour. The car is just over a year and yet to finish 3 rd service. Has done 12000 km. It looks very bad externally for a new car. Have attached the photo and expect hyundai to either repair or replace the whole unit.

The black colour of the pad has lost its colour and faded with lot of stains and looks very bad. Your agent has said he cannot do anything one solution...

about warranty towards my creta vehicle tyre

I purchased new creta in 2016.. Car travelled a distance of 32000km.. Car tyre is having multiple leaks (Tubeless).. When enquire the same with the showroom '. Tirupati. Manager has told me it will not be covered under warranty...
Kindly look into the matter... There are multiple mild leaks.. Which is causing problem.

windscreen and starting problems

I am really really fed up with the service provided by Hemkund Hundai Wazirpur. Its been more than 3 weeks that they are not able to solve my car problem. They have charged rs 9000 for the part which has not even solved the problem. Its like a loot going on. Take money as you can. I m complaining about service of vehicle
