I have purchased grand i10 (Mala851cljm820638) from shiel hyundai, mathura on 5 august 2018 but till now i have not received my rc and vehicle number (Even not the temporary one). When i contacted to dealer they are telling lies continuously every time they told me to deliver the same in 4-5 days. From my source i came to know that dealer deposit the rc fee on 29 sept 2018. This is purely an unprofessional attitude from the dealer side. Gm ansar ji is not receiving my call and even not responding when i leave the message. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem asap. I have also register my complain on [protected] my request id is 11-[protected] but still not find any solution.
I have given my car for service for clutch Maintance 15days back still there is noo response from them that when they would get our car ready... Kindly do the need full

    Sir, i am 10 year old customer of hyundai motors. I was owning santro zip drive ka 04mg3322, i was satisfied with it hence reposed faith in hyundai and purchased grand i10 sportz ka 04 mv 2543 from blue hyundai new bel road bangalore, exchanging old car on 24/8/18. From day 1 there was slight smell of petrol while riding but due to my faith in hyundai i never thought there could be any defect. But free 5 litre petrol given by hyundai got exhausted within 50 kms. I wanted to take up this issue during service. On 30/9/18 in the morning when i started the car the fuel started spraying near engine and petrol leaked profusely. I called blue hyundai sales team head and sent whatsapp image sri naveen called and said it is due to rat bite, it is not covered under warranty call roadside assistance. I called and promptly towing vehicle was arranged and car towed to lakshmi hyundai service kempapura, hebbal. I have been parking my car in my house for 10 years never faced rat bite issue i told both sri naveen & sri durai service adviser both refused to agree. The whole fuel feeder set was replaced and bill of rs.3148 raised. I demanded and inspected the damaged set and found the hose had diagonal cut which is possible by sharp object but adviser disagreed. So i have been penalized by himl for reposing faith. After driving back car in rain i found moisture collecting in head light. Hence even this defective part has been given to me. I have hardly used this new vehicle it has now run only 200kms. Hence i request to look into this matter do justice to your old customer or be ready to lose more customers.
    While giving car to servicing the tommy is available but i have seen on next it is missing. the tommy is missing during servicing. I have also contacted to dealership but from there is no responce. so please help on it as soon as possible. My car is serviced at gandhi hyundai bale solapur.

    I was looking some spare parts for my xcent bumper, mirror, rim, steering ball joints I visited Mithilia, sree and shreenath Hyundai but parts not available somebody said 4 days and some 10 days
    Very very very bad service by the hyndai panchkula staff they are his name is vikas very bad guy

      Sub. Un resolved issues in hyundai i20 asta-reg.

      I am using hyundai i20 asta model 2010. (No. Tn02am-0770) car in me last two years when me speed increases above 2000rpm or above 100kmh the engine stops automatically due to temperature increase. I have given my car in tirunelveli and nagercoil hyundai service centers. They have suggested replacement of certain spare parts to fix the problem. Even after replacing the spare parts still the problem persist. They are unable to understand the reason behind the engine shut off.
      I request you to kindly look in to the problem and suggested the further course of action to fix the problem at the earliest.

        I had purchased my grand i10 on 30/06/2018 and a corporate discount of worth rs 5000 mentioned in the quotation. Now after 3 months they give me a 3876 rs chq and said the remaining amount deduct in gst. They tell me about cheque at the time of car delivery and said i received my 5000 rs cheque in 15-20 days but now after 3 mnths i informed by them about 3876 rs amount cheque.in my fisrt service they didn't tell me about2 year free road side assistance policy and also sold me a road side assistance policy by fraudly.

          Regular my Next Gen Verna battery is draining once in every 3 days due to Autolink feature/app.
          This was happened serveral times in couple of week. Road side assistance came and started my vehicle.
          Worst feature was provided by the company without doing proper study.After spending lacks of rupees for this feature, we are facing serious issues regularly.
          No proper action from Customer care as well as service centers. Everyone is so careless to resolve the issues.
          I am also facing same problem. I have been told to use the car once in every week to avoid battery drain. I don’t have a need to use my car every week, that is why I bought a petrol. My previous cars use to start even after a month of stand still in garage.

            Sir i purchased i20 sports in march 2018 and drove it around 9200 km but three four days back my car's front tyre got cut naturally resulting in tyre puncture when i visited shuhul hyundai srinagar for tyres warranty they totally refused and told me it is not covered in warranty at the same time when i purchased the vehicle they told me up to 100000 km tyres are covered under warranty plz look into the matter
            I, dr Navneet, had given my Verna car (mp04ck0752) for coolant leak at koushal Hyundai, Siliguri.nowAC Not working after car delivery.I have complaint against service centre but no response till now.i have never seen such poor mechanics & response like hyundai.they corrected coolant problem after three time given car to service centre.

              I bought a hyundai car xcent sx 2016 model from port blair (Lms hyundai). The dealer only got it registered. He has not mentioned the bs 4 model anywhere let it be rc card or invoice. I have taken noc from rto port blair and want to get it registered in haryana state. Rto in haryana insists on bs4. They have refused to register it without getting it written on paper with authentication from hyundai. From hyundai side nobody is entertaining. I feet fully frustated and irritated with hyundai as have invested so much of hard earned money... What to do where to go???.

                I am writing this out of frustration and irritation, i feel helpless and clueless after investing so much of my hard earned money to buy a hyundai car. I have lost all of my faith and trust being a hyundai customer since i never expected this from such a good brand. This isn’t the first time, i am writing emails to you but it is a again a retry for help.!!

                I bought a hyundai creta (Dl8c ap 4107) from hemkund hyundai, wazirpur in the month of dec’2016… since that very first day, i felt something is burning in the car and when i called up sales guy at hemkund, he said it is because of teflon coating that they have done.

                Any which ways, car was running perfectly fine but suddenly after 6 months of time, my car broke down during my way back from office to home.. I took my car to frontier hyundai, subash nagar to see what happened and i was told that clutch plates are burned because of rash driving, i am a corporate person and there is no way that i do rash driving.. But still, i took the word of mouth and trusted hyundai and paid some inr 12k-13k to get the replacement done….

                Now, the second time, my broke down again in next 4-5 months and i was surprised again that now, why did it happen.. I again took my car to frontier hyundai and asked them for help… they checked and again the clutch plates were burned.. This time they said, there is some technical issue and they took care of it under warranty

                Now, the third time, my broke down again in 4-5 months and i again took my car to frontier hyundi and asked for help.. They said there is a problem with cylinder and now they are replacing that as well, i won’t have to face any problem… i paid around inr 7k-8k here this time again

                Now, the fourth time, this is the high time in 3-4 months, i again faced this problem and got my car again to frontier hyundai and they said, there is another cylinder that they are replacing now. I again paid 7k for the clutch plates again… this is high time and made me furious and irritated… every time, i was told it may be because of my driving which i don’t agree to.! I have others car at home and i never had any problem, you can check in your system for the hyundai cars i have used.

                Now, the fifth time, now this is in within 10 days.. I felt something is burning in my car and i am sure, it is still not fixed.!!
                I purchase car 2016 until now i did not got my smart card..only promise tomorrow and tomorrow...

                  Hi,
                  Road conditions of india in becoming worse day by day, we cannot improve every roads of india but we can improve our cars to avoid such circumstances.
                  Safety features like rain-sensing wipers, ebd, auto-dimming inside rearview mirror (Irvm) (For elite i20 & active i20) all wheel disk brake, etc should be included in verna and elite i20, active i20 & creta.

                  Now a days sunroof in cars is becoming a must need among buyer.
                  I would recommend to add a sunroof just like skoda octavia in elite i20 & active i20 to attract more car enthusiasts and will hence increase the sale of the cars as it will be a usp for hyundai from the current competitive cars in india.

                  I would expect hyundai to introduce these features in early 2019

                    I had given my hyundai i20 car sports model for servicing on 18/09/2018. All the checks were done by hyundai authorised service station and trial ride was taken with me alongwith the service engineer. The air condition of my car was working fine and no problem was there in the air con. However, i received the car on 19/09/2018 and i felt some issue in the cooling the next day. On sunday i went out with family and came to know that my air con was not at all working. I had to travel to mumbai on monday and tuesday (Details available). On wednesday, i went to the service station again and they told me that i will have to keep the car for check up and it will take time. I said to them that as i have to travel on thursday to another city, i will submit my car on friday and they agreed. On friday i submitted my car and they told me that they will inspect and let me know. Later on friday when i called them regarding the status of my car, they said that there is a problem in the air con coil and leakage is there so i will have to pay rs. 8000.00 for repair. I objected and said that no issue was there in air con prior to service and i wont bear the cost. Even in the recommendations they did not mention that the ac is not working. I told them to repair it free of charge as it is because of after service that the problem has occurred. They are not responding to me even now and my car is still at their service station without any concern from aldiam motors (Authorised hyundai showroom).

                    Mr. Kishan from Aldiam Motors (authorised service station of Hyundai) has resolved my query of air condition not working after service.
                    Its only 30k kms, power steering ecu came faulty.Hyundai should fit some quality ECU's in eon rather than fixing low quality ECU's.CS told me it will cost around Rs.7500 + labour carge + GST..Why Hyundai is fooling customers.

                      Car no MH04GM 5986. This is the third time I am visiting Mithilia Hyundai for the same problem. All of this within 2 weeks. This is the quality of servicing done by Mithilia Hyundai. I am extremely dissapointed about the quality of work. Moreover, the management has absolutely no concern about customers complaining. Not once has anyone called or even asked about the problem. It is obvious that they have taken customers for granted. I request Hyundai to take note and immediately take corrective steps.

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cars

                        The issue that I have experienced was: Problem in cng kit.

                        I bought a new xcent from berkley hyundai panchkula as on 28.3.2018.From the very first day i am facing the missing problem in Cng kit of my new car.First of all i went to the panchkula service centre to fix that problem, but they said that they have no Cng Machanic and also no tools/gadgets to fix that problem, so they suggest me to go for Chandigarh's service centre (joshi hyundai) but when i went to them they also said that they do not even have cng Machanic and tools, so they prefer me to go to joshi hyundai mohali.Then I went to repair my car at joshi hyundai mohali as on 16.8.18.After checking up they said that there is an problem in catalytic converter of the car.But there is no availability of this part in their stock.So that they ordered it.And then they replaced this part as on 7.09.18.Now missing problem has been fixed but still there is a jerk during shifting gear and it makes feel so bad.And Mr.Harmandeep Singh(Service Manager at Joshi hyundai Mohali)saids that this is in the nature of the car and this problem cannot be fixed.So this is a manufacturing defect.I am very frustrated and upset with this.Its so embarrassing. I have purchased this car for commercial use and due to this problem I have suffered a lot and losing a lot.Me and my family depends upon this car.I did not even enjoy the new car.

                        Reject this car and want my money back.

                          I sent my hyundai excent car no. Hr26cg8402 for service on 26/09/18 to superon hyundai, sec. - 37, gurgaon. At that time my a/c was running very smoothly and was very effective. But when i received back the car in the night i found the a/c was not working at all. I sent the car back on 27/09/18 in morning to superon hyundai and they are asking me to pay another six thousand rupees for the repair of the a/c.
                          Why i should pay for something which was working smoothly before service and got damaged during the service.

                            As you are well aware the recent floods in kerala had a devastating effect on life and property in the state. I’m an unfortunate victim of the recent floods that ravaged the state.
                            I’m the owner of hyundai i10 magna 2013 model, reg no. Kl 63 a 7850. My vehicle was partly submerged in the flood. I approached the hyundai auto dealer vtj hyundai kerala to check the car and attend to the urgent repairs. The hyundai auto dealer vtj hyundai kerala did not even have a ‘tow truck’ to take the vehicle from my house to the workshop. I had to pay an amount of rs. 5, 000 to a private contractor to take my car to their workshop on 30/8/2018. I have been to the workshop at vytila which is 35 kilometers away from my residence on five occasions to enquire about the repairs to my vehicle.
                            Though i have asked the personal there to do the urgent repairs to make my vehicle to make it road worthy, they are bent on making me pay a huge bill for the service. I’m sure hyundai vehicles are not made with such inferior materials that a flood can destroy the vehicle’s interiors so easily. As i’m financially weakened with the recent floods which have swept away everything in my house, i have asked the workshop personal to attend to only the urgent repairs without totally removing/replacing the expensive parts.
                            When the work on my vehicle had not started even after many days, i informed them that i would take it away to a private workshop which would have completed the work with 10 days. They asked me to give a letter in writing stating that the repairs can be carried out on my own risk.
                            Did i buy a hyundai i10 car to get this type of substandard and indifferent treatment?
                            Can a company like hyundai allow such dealers who are exploiting the situation to carry on with their affairs without any checks and control?
                            Many car owners are struggling to get on their feet and get things moving and this is the right time for a company like hyundai to step in and prevent such daylight robbery from being committed.
                            My car is still in the workshop and i don’t know when i‘ll get it back. Can you do something about it?

                              My name siddharth patki and i own hyundai i20 elite with chassis number malbm51blem043875 (India). Up till now i raised 2 complain in the call center as well as on portal. But none of them has helped even a single time. All they say they will look into it or they gave me some regional office number which is not reachable.
                              The latest incidence is that, on august 8 i paid advance money 2000 inr to dhoot hyundai, aurangabad, maharashtra, india for fixing my clutch as the part was not available at that time. They said it will be done in 7 days. As per their suggestion i kept my car in that city. I live in pune which is 250km from dhoot hyundai. The officer in charge has not responded for a month and when i called they said the part will arrive in 2-3 days. They never called back and every single day i had to do the follow up. This went on till 7th of september. Finally, totally frustrated and disappointed and losing lot of money in cabs/taxi, i asked for my money back. The officer said coldly, he will drop the cheque (7th sep) and i followed that too. Now, the date is 28th september. I have not received money. This a total disgrace and completely lack of customer care. I called hyundai call centre in india they gave me regional call centre name, which i could not connect.
                              Hyundai services has dropped to its lowest level in the recent year which i hope you are aware of. I also raised one concern before that about kundan hyundai, it was literally treated as nothing.
                              Either you are aware of this or maybe you hardly look into such matters. I have lost complete faith and i feel like this some sort of futile and trivial matter for you. Be it so.
                              At least tell me if i am going to get my money back. So that i will stop expecting and move on with some independent car services.

                                Hello,

                                I had purchased a new gen hyundai verna 1.6 crdi sx (O) sleek silver on 5th march 2018 from dpm hyundai, dehradun at the name of mrs. Anita dhiman/w/o pramod dhiman, vin no. Malc841dlhmo010587 engine no. D4fbhm398732 and reg. No. Uko7 dd6860.

                                I am facing a problem of battery discharge, when ever i m not using vehicle for more then 3 days, battery got discharge, in such case, i need to jump start with my other vehicle.

                                Use or no use, i am forced to start my vehicle every day.

                                I assume this problem 2 months back, but i was thinking to address the issue during next scheduled service, this is happened to 2 times in this month (Fully discharged), last time it happened to me on 18th, car was parked in my home parking, i was in hurry to meet some one for very impotent assignment, but my 6 month old car was not start, i called to dpm and drama starts, i called around 12 pm, instead of immediate help, they called rsa team, he came after lots of call and try to start my vehicle with new battery, but failed, i again called service manager mr. Lalit for help, finely he sent a technician at 7pm, he did his job and ask me to keep start atleast a hour, and told me that battery is completely dead/discharged.

                                I again called mr. Lalit (Service manager dpm) to replace my battery with brand new one, he told me a long procedure and did not owned any responsibility of defective battery, he told me to come his workshop, he will invite battery manufacturer to inspect and if he allow and satisfy with complaint, he will replace the battery, battery receipt will take time, else we will charge your battery.

                                This is ridiculous, i bought this under the ownership of hyundai, this is hyundai responsibility to resolve my issue immediately without any excuse. Pls. Do not forced me to find other ways to resolve the problem. Such parts warranty should be no question asked.

                                Kindly advise your service to replace my battery with brand new one without any delay.
                                I too faced this issue. Later myself bought new battery and replaced. Unfortunately after three days the battery got discharged. I think this issue with this series vehicle. Nobody is responding on this when I addressed.

                                Well i am also facing same issue...I also bought my Next gen Verna on September 2018...and have started this battery discharge problem...even after replacing old battery with a brand new exide battery, same problem ...battery discharges if vehicle is not driven for say 3 to 4 days. It seems to be a electrical circuit issue...some leakage ...but service Centre not being bale to detect the problem...
                                I Have 2019 SX(O) So I thought it was wireless charger draining battery but on orginal battery engine used to crack after waiting 10mins but they forced me to repalce with excide battery but even that drained and car now isnt even turning on after a hours.I had to lesve it stranded iin middle of night and this only happens in rainy season even though I use it 10-20kms every 2 days
                                I too face the same issue. The battery's mysterious discharge problem. Hyundai workshop do not know how to address and repair. Had to change new battery before 18 months. Problem persists with new battery also. I have to keep a portable jump starter in the car always. Can Hyundai unravel the mystery? Problem gives me sleepless nights and tension.

                                  Note that mr. Sureshbhai hirabhai patel has purchased creta car from you under invoice no. W3a03h[protected] of[protected] bearing temporary regn no. Gj/6/tmp/2018/109025.

                                  Its one tyre bearing number [protected]wr2 205/65 r16h 35h triple max of goodyear make suffered a puncture, only within 200 kms of first run. A small piece of grit about 20 mm long and about 5 mm wide got easy entry into the tyre and caused puncture, which gave a lot of trouble to me and my family on road.

                                  On getting the puncture repaired, the repairer told that the tyre is of very inferior quality with less thickness at bottom then necessary.

                                  Now the question arises here that why such inferior quality tyres are provided by the company with the costly vehicle?

                                  Also we are unaware on the ply size of the tire provided with the car. So requested to confirm the same to us as well.

                                  From the incident happened with us, we are unsure that car is suitable to drive for long drive with the full load (I. E. 2 + 3 = 5 people) at higher speed for which the suv car model is made and launched in market.

                                  We are already using other car since many years and such incidence has never taken place with that car even when necessity of driving on rough roads having open grit and metal surface had arisen.

                                  We therefore, are compelled to issue you this notice under consumer protection act and request you to replace all the tyres of my creta car with good tyres having thicker and strong bottom within 15 days of the date of this notice, otherwise i shall have to approach the consumer court for justice.

                                    I did complain on your costomer care no. My time but i found only assurance from therr.

                                      FROM PUNE. I am a driver from 1997 I drive all type car... My family background is very bad... On loan I purchase CAr of Hyundai... Xcent Cng with patrol... But it is shameless condition that was day purchase CAr now till very bad experience... Like jurk. No pickup.. And sped meter off.. Millage issue... Etc from last 6 month... I am very tired my vehicle is yellow plate permit car... But my dream going in fire...
                                      Now I will type to letter to Prime Minister Mr. Barents Midi regarding Shiva m Hyundai pune. Sus road...
                                      I want justice as soon as possible otherwise I will sucide with my all Family in front of showroom...

                                        Dear concern,
                                        After trying to cope-up with your representatives here in tm hyundai, udaipur for a very long time i am finally fed up with the response and now seeking a solution writing this e-mail.

                                        I own a i-20 sports petrol (2014). I met with an accident on 23rd august. Gave my car for accidental claim on 25 august in the morning. I was told that it will take 2-3 hours of time for making the estimate of damage which i got after 2 days that was on 27th august.

                                        The car was hit from the back and the back panel, the bumper, bucket & diggy was damaged.

                                        All this time i was dealing with mr. Pushpendra at tm hyundai, udaipur.
                                        I approved the work and survey was done.
                                        After the survey the car was i hands of mr. Manish garg (Tm hyundai, udaipur).in the mean time i was in contact with the manager, mr. Sanjay dixit as well. I was told that it will take maximum of 15 days to for the repair work. The car was kept there for almost a month without even touched by any of the technician.
                                        After all the paitence i had i finally decided to take out my car and get it repaired by anyone from outside.

                                        After all this mess i was assured by newly joined service manager mr. Rahul panwar (Tm hyundai, udaipur) that i will get the car within 7 days, which he some managed.

                                        The car looked fine from outside. But i am facing a hell lot of problems from inside.
                                        Someone knowingly made scratches on my steering wheel, the sunshade flap mirror was broken. (These 2 things are in knowledge of the service manager, as i raised this issue at the time of taking deliver of the car and i was assured of a solution by mr. Rahul which is somewhere in air now.)

                                        Recently, i get to know that the bucket is filled with rain water. There is some leakage in the car from where the water leaks into the bucket of the car and my whole car smells like a garbage dumping yard.

                                        The car which i thought i would drive for another 3-4 years, is right now in condition that i think of selling it off. And making it very clear among every single person i know that never to trust on hyundai. Because all your representatives wants is to sell the cars and let the customers suffer afterwards.

                                        I am very eagerly waiting for a response after writing this mail. Or else i will take this to next level. Let somebody learn some lessons about customer service & satisfaction.
