Dear hyundai,

I am hereby attaching the photographs of the condition of my car and the estimate provided for the repair of my car. As mentioned in the trailing mail my hyundai grand i10 having registration no. Br22v8745 is due for repair since so many days and now finally after 25 days i have got an estimate of the repair bill. The estimates provided for repair is outrageous and highly inflated. For instance the painting charges alone is 48, 000 when only a small portion of the car is damaged whereas the painting charges for the entire car was quoted as rs.60, 000 by the workshop. The engine is not damaged and only front portion of the car is damaged still the estimate for repair charges are rs.3, 32, 216.

The insurance for the vehicle was provided by the dealer without giving any details about the policy. Even at the time of renewal of insurance policy i received a call on the very last day and i had to pay the charges on the same day else the policy will lapse. As a result i renewed the old policy. Now i am being told that only some part of the claim will be covered by insurance and i have to pay approximately rs.1, 00, 000. If this is the case what is the point of having insurance. I am being told by the service station staff that i should have gone for other insurance so that i would have to pay rs 10, 000. How could i choose the insurance policy when i was not even given any option for that. Now the workshop staff at ashiana hyundai are threatening me by telling that i have give my consent within 2 days or they will charge me rs. 250 per day as parking charges extra.

This kind of treatment is not acceptable at all. I feel totally cheated by hyundai. You guys have not been able to provide any kind of service.

    0n 17 the august 2018 at 02:00 pm i drove my creta to mukesh hyundai chetla service centre. One of the representative of the srevice centre lakshmi has attended my creta and note down what is happened. He give me assurity it be properly diagonised. I am waiting over there nearly 3& half hours. They delivered my car and told all problems has been solved. I drove my creta at my home and when i parked my car sensors are trouble as before. So i want to say that i am purchased my car costs 17 lakhs. But the service of hyundai is worst. They didn't care properly and diagonised that's why i am facing trouble with my car. Mukesh hyundai chetla harrassed customer and employees behaviour is poor. Washing cleaning is poor. When the customer is delivering the car to service manager. They are not caring properly about the car they only think about money and delivery to customer. They are cutting customers pocket and time and harrassing.

          Please listen attached recording carefully.

          I had called the Hyundai Showroom MB in Gorakhpur for an i10 car in which I wanted to exchange with my i20 car but there I talked to a person named Pankaj who did not ready for valuation, he said we can not accept Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh registered car in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh while I have agreed for NOC but he talked very rudely & said we are not followed company clause we are following dealer rules because this car taken by the dealer. But my point is that we are not knowing to the dealer customer only knowing to the Hyundai company.

          Please take action on this because the company's image is getting worse.

            My car HR49E2977 got minor damaged on a window at Poanta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh on 6th August'18. I have purchased Bumper to Bumper insurance from SBI general insurance co. through your portal via your dealer M/s Berkley Hyundai (Panchkulla) after giving near about Rs. 4000.00 (Rupees Four thousands only) extra from market price. The dealing staff related to Your insurance portal have assured me to provide cashless insurance claim settlement in any city any where of India if I need.
            But physically I have seen, when I visited to M/s Tapan Hundai / Poanta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh regarding repairing of my above said car. They simply refused to take cash less claim for me. They said, they have no tie up with the said insurance co. But I try to explained about the policy and said them you have to repaired the car on behalf of Hyundai Co. As you are Hyundai dealer you will claim it from Hyundai Company. Hyundai Motor India had promise me through the Insurance they will take care about my car through out the India through their responsible dealers. My Bumper to Bumper policy no is HSB/00147151 dt 09.12.2017.

              Dear concern,

              I have the car no. Hr31g5181 and was given to your hissar hyundai dealer around in the month of may due to accident.

              On 14th aug i receive the car from your hissar hyundai dealer and the condition of the car is very bad. It would be better if i give the car to a local mechanic.

              Car is fully blacked with the finger print of the mechanic and car is also not getting start at all because battery is fully discharge. There is no petrol in the car. Fuel gets empty in between while your executive comes to handover me.

              Number plate of car is also missing. Very bad experience with hyundai.

              I can’t recommend anyone to buy hyundai car basis service.

              Is this kind of the service hyundai provides?

                But there people dont have respect for the customers. I was not even asked for a glass of water or cold drink in such humid conditions. I had sent there for the enquiry of the purchase of the product xcent but i was not given due respect and not even attended properly. Is this the hell you people provide services to the customer. After that you didn't attended me properly. I want to exchange my old vehicle but that people refused me for that also. As you people are very ill-mannered to provide services to the customer. Really shame on you people for showing such type of behaviour towards me and disrespecting me. Even someone goes to someone's house that fellow is treated as god but you people treat a customer as a dog why because you are not provided manners to give respect to the customers. Really shame on you people. It's better for you people to shut dowm the showroom and sit home.

                  Last 2 month ago i have experience a severe engine problem, and you put my car in your service center for 1 month to recover from problem,. When after 1 month you delivered car to me its working but not comfortable.
                  And today after almost 30 day, it have a another problem with engine.
                  So that problem is this, just because of your bad service and bad working i m troubling.
                  You spoil my time i bought that car for comfort not for facing that problem. Please work on this.

                    I am the customer of hyundai creta model 30 august 2016 my car serviced in authorised service centre on date 12 july 2018 after servicing of days my car displayed warning of abs, hand brake, check engine, hot and cold meter not working, rpm meter not working speed of meter not working all are showing in running condition i visited service centre more than 4 times in a month but no satisfaction provided by workshop employees.                       So car dropped pick up,
                      1'st and 2'st gear time not pick up press paddle

                      Break not as par requirement working its dangers

                      Company fitted cng average 8.5 kg gas average 155 km /

                      Car purchase on date 19.10.2017 and after then 25 to 32 time car go to work shop for repairing and 2 to 3 day repair day

                        This is to inform you with deep disappointment my above detailed car is having problem identified for its ecu, i keep my car with high care and passion, it is quite unfortunate such a defect for this car with very low running kilometer record.
                        Please consider my appeal as a complaint and request your immediate action to repair my car under warranty since the usage of this car is the very least possible. I would like to know the exact imperfection of my car with a detailed inspection report
                        I have purchased my car 1.5 month back and i am observing that bump came on the roof of car though i have covered parking in my home and office.

                        officials told me that issue is of dogs or monkey jumping on the roof without any analysis they just concluded.

                        Guys dont buy elite i20 go for maruti cars or volkswagen

                          I bought i20 on october 2017 and i have not even driven my car 3000 kms, yesterday i went out with my family and when my mother tried to open the gate the handle came out in her hand. Are you using cheap products? I mean i spent a fortune on this hatchback and this is what i get. Other options are way cheaper and i have never heard that car handle came out without doing anything. Highly disappointed. I need a resolution.

                            I have a hyundai i10 sports 2014 august model car (Ap31 cq9403) and its a well maintained and done only 7k kilometers in 4 years. Recently i have given the vehicle for yearly general service. After two days i got a call from show room and mechanic was saying that my car was not starting up due to ecm problem and it costs around 39000. It is unbearable. Is it my problem? I don't know what to do with this problem. Company should take care of these kind of problems.

                                I have a major issue with my new hyundai verna 2017 model braking system its a top varient diesel engine its abs is not working properly i have been in trouble two three times and i have complained it in my nearest hyundai workshop but i have not get a proper response for that but yesterday i met with an accident and car front bumper was damaged and i hit the bike from back side jst because the brake dsnt work there properly then they make a big issue there nd i have to appologise there by saying that the brakes of the car dsnt work properly. Plz reply your suggestion fr that.

                                    Sir i own hyundai i20 sports petrol version,
                                    I am a defence person i hardly use my vehicle but whenever i use i for long drives around more than 100 km while applying brakes it cause a different kind of noise... I think some problem with my break shoe...
                                    Last time i get serviced it at berkeley hyundai (Panchkula), i told them about problem.. They tried to rectify it but nothing worked out... I still have issues with my break
                                    And second problem is all about reverse gear struct while applying and make noise..
                                    Sir please resolve my problem as soon as possible and change faulty parts
                                    Currently i reside in allahabad (Up).

                                      Never trust hyundai.. They cheat customers and do fraud with customers..

                                      This words has been fixed in my mind with very bad experience from your dealer and company. With lots of dreams and expectations, i had sold my old wagon r car and had decided to purchase my dream car hyundai creta. But at present i feel that that was the biggest mistake of my life. I have been very disappointed by your dealer. They had not only cheated me but also waste my time and plays with the life of my family and our emotions. Brief details of the case are as follow.

                                      I have applied for test drive of hyundai creta through online. Actually my office address is at anjar and the distance between hyundai’s showroom and of my office is around 5 k. M. After booking for test-drive, no one from anjar showroom has come to me for test drive but after two to three days, your sales representative from bhuj show room which is approx 40 k. M. From my office has came to me for test drive. I had taken test drives of different models and as on 23/06/2018, i had book hyundai creta 1.4 e+ white colour and informed them that tentative date of deliver would be in first week of august if possible because of my daughter’s birth day. Dealer has also committed me to provide some complimentary accessories and will provide tyres of apollo or bridge stone as would be available. I have got sanctioned my loan as on 02.08.2018 as per pre decided schedule. I had demanded for self insurance from the dealer for my car or asked them to provide insurance of tata aig with the addons demanded by me. Earlier they had denied to provide self insurance and also denied to provide insurance of tata aig as dealer has no tie up with that. After contacting to customer care, they had ready to allow self insurance but denied to provide complimentary accessories.in short they don’t want to waive their commission.

                                      As it was a dream for me to buy hyundai creta on the birthday of my daughter, to celebrate those moments of happiness with my family, i had let go all the things and decided to take insurance from your company. You would be surprised to know that till morning of 03rd august, 2018, i didn’t know that whether i would received my car or not. After 11.00 a. M. My sales person from bhuj had told me that he would be there after 12.00 p. M. And asked me to come to show room. I had visited your anjar showroom with my friends. As i had got booked car from bhuj kutch and was getting delivery from anjar – showroom, i fell like i had committed big mistake and reached to pakistan from india. Everything was because of target of the officers. Your representatives had told me that car is ready for delivery. I found that there were tyres of good year and i had asked them to replace the same. They had denied the same and said that in e+ model, we could not replace the tyres. As again it was a matter of happiness for my daughter, i had also accepted the same. I had asked sales person to fit complimentary accessories and complete all documents requirements. As we were waiting for our family members for ‘pooja ceremony’ near the car, your one of the sales representative explains the car features to prospected customers. After some time, that prospected customers sit in the car and your representative was sit on back side seat and they were ready for test drive in the car standing at the delivery point. You can check the same from cctv footage available at your dealer’s premises. We all were very surprised that we are waiting for our family members for pooja ceremony and your executives were ready for test drive of the said car. We had asked them for not to use that car for test drive purpose.

                                      I am very surprised that how a big company like hyundai can use brand new car for test drive purpose. As per policy, company has to use demo car for test drive purpose. After all, happily or with compromise, whatever, when they had asked us that they had taken insurance of the car we had got delivery of the car on friday, 03rd august 2018 after 6.15 p. M. And had signed all the documents as provided by your dealer without reading in details as we were already very late and didn’t get a lunch also. As on saturday, around 6.30 p. M., when i had visited your showroom for submission of demand draft for the balance payment, i had asked them for invoice copy and insurance copy. I was very surprised that when i had asked them for insurance copy and standing at their counter, i had received greetings message from reliance insurance company for choosing them as insurance partner. When i had checked the policy documents i found that insurance had been started from 04th august, 2018 at 06.51 p. M. It means i was driving my car for more than 24 hours without insurance. Means your dealer and your company is clearly playing with the life of the customers for just their commission as they had not allowed me to take self insurance nor took insurance up to 24 hours from the time of the delivery of the car.

                                      I had compromised everything till that but as on monday, i had received some pictures of my car before delivery date which had been captured from your dealer’s premises. Actually, they had tried to sale that car to another customer who was my friend as on 02nd august 2018 but after seeing the condition of that car, he had denied taking delivery of that car. After washing the said car, they had sold me that used car. Pictures which i had attached with this mail clearly show that car was roughly used by someone before sales. It means they had cheated me and sold used car as a new car. As we are middle class family bought such a costly car with highly expectations and emotions, but your dealer and officers have played with our emotions as well as our family safety. I had made complained to your dealer and asked them to provide all the track records of my car from date of delivery from the plant till the date of delivery to me with all the cctv footage at dealer’s premises but they had denied the same. After that i had decided that i would park that car at your dealer’s premises and would file a suit against your company as well as dealer for cheating me and selling me used car as a new car and taking insurance after 24 hours of delivery of the car. Really it was a very bad experience for me and i would fight till replacement of that used car with new one.

                                        I have purchased brand new grand i-10 diesel car from your ashram road, ahmadabad showroom on 26.02.2014 (Gj01 re 2487). Since about 2 years there is a serious problem accrued in my car (Lost of power in staring and accelerator) for which we were in constant touch of your ashram road ahmadabad service station and they tried to resolve the issue for more than 6 times, but still it is not resolved.; today i saved my self and my passengers from the serious accident because of the above issue. Today i have again given my car to the said service station back.

                                        Now i m not going to accept the said car, which is having manufacturing defect and may take my life if i used the said car. Under the circumstances company may exchange new car to me immediately.

                                        Please inform your decision immediately, so as to proceed further in the mater accordingly.

                                        Note : you may collect our car history from said service station i. E ashram raod, ahmedabad.
