I booked hyundai eon top model car on last july 2018 on (30/07/2018), and delivery to (31/07/2018). Icic bank give the loan regard to amount on (Rs.398000/-), but now my family situation, i could not pay the due amount, so please cancel my order, and refund the loan amount and booking amount, i request to kindly immediately.
Dd favouring name:icic bank, ltd, laney[protected].
Car loan/pondicheeey/ branch manager no:[protected].

    My car no : TS07FX1658

    I brought new car i20 Active SX petrol in december 2017, at Kun united Hyundai Kondapur, Hyderabad. For this I took car loan from SBI thru Kun Ununited Hyundai.

    And For each EMI they are deducting200 rupees more than what we discussed and committed. and there is no communication on this.

    Till now they have not provided loan/finance documents. I don't have information about my loan like EMI amount, loan closer etc.
    And sometimes I am receiving SMS saying that irregular payments.

    even they are not sending any email statements. I see some uncertainties. even the bank also not sending any emails/documents.

    several times I requested KunUnunited Hyundai to provide documents for my loan. they are not responding properly. every time they are redirecting each other in a loop.

    please take immediate action. I need all my loan documents.

      I akashdeep singh, met with an accident near gwalior at 2300 h on 08 sep 18. After the accident my car toppled 90 degrees with driver side down. As i was trying to escape out of the vehicle i found both front and rear doors were locked. I tried for few minutes before some people from outside opened them. This was the major hazard because there was smoke inside the car and it was very suffocating also it could have been hit by any other moving vehicle.
      I was billed for AC filter in 3rd AMC service during April'18. When I sent my car for 4th service during Sept'18 I got to know that AC filter is not there in car & I will have to pay for new filter.
      Hyundai Miraroad service centre bulled me for filter during 3rd AMC service but never installed it.
      This is real fraud by service centre.

        Kindly informing that i have baught hyundai eon Era+ on 29th sept. 2017 from M.R.Hyundai (Loni road) for which i payed 3, 58 k finance by icici bank includes central locking, complete system (Fm & Antena), gear lock, body cover and temple with perfume
        In the above i got body cover but not of eon era +
        Temple i got is just a photo of sai Baba
        Music system i got is adjusted in dashboard not accurately as a company fitted.
        Central locking till date i have not got updated on.
        Gear lock is the one i got only on time.

        Even the RC i got from M.R.Hyundai has not mentioned finance by ICICI bank limited.
        Plz confirm how could i may got NOC for the same on successfull completion of loan amnt.

        Few days back i got a call to renewal of insurance and i mentioned the same for which they demanded to send my my RC on whatsapp to have a look but still now no response from there side till now.
        Kindly requesting to have a look on the same and initiate a strict step on the same as it crossed a patience limit of a customer and still i have not dishonoured any single employee on the same.

            I am an elite i20 customer for the past 2015 july 26th [ vin : malbm51blfm124083] we had been servicing the car periodically as per the company instructions last my vehicle serviced on 08-09-18.
            Today [09-09-18] my car brake down on the way due to same problem in clutch [clutch hard and pedel not work]
            After contacting service centre i returned the vehicle to service centre in my own risk and money using a recovery van due to negligence in service
            I am not satisfied hundai vehicle
            So kindly do the needful to overcome this. This was the second bad experience with hundai i20 elite

              I have elite i20 sports opt model and the car was suddenly stuck by my foult and rh fender was damaged badly after than i visit the service center and i requesting to mr. Service manger of fairdeal hyundai, adityapur (Jharkhand) i said sir please give me the fender to i repair my car but he did not give me the fender and he was said (We dont sale the parts is not a company policy to sale the parts) he said u give the car and we reapair your car the estimated price is - 12000 he didnot listion my request and i sam still suffering for that.

                Exactly after two years from the date of purchase of my hyundai i20 active car, rather exactly on the date expiry of extended warranty, fogging in the right side of head lamp started. It is posing very ugly look to the entire vehicle. Look of the distorted due to this. When i went to your dealer bellad hyundai at hubballi karnataka the service personnel saying to replace the entire head lamp at cost. But this fogging problem happened with no any mistakes on my part in maintenance of the vehicle. Surprisingly i saw another three i20 cars in hubballi city with the same problem.
                Hyundai company to address this issue on priority.

                  I have purchased creta in march 2018 and ever since it had a defective wiper assembly and wiper motors. It took them a month to change the same and now all of a sudden the power steering has failed. Very poor built quality. Will never recommend any one to buy this obnoxious product
                  I want that the car should be replaced with a new one as it seems to be a defective product and has several manufacturing defects

                    My car no is mh04gm5986 / 2014
                    My service adviser gave a big list of discrepancies and an exorbitant quote. However, when i confirmed about the extended warranty coverage, there was a change in the claim. All snags suddenly vanished. Only replacements that are covered in warranty exists now. What is a nice way to fleece customers. Please have this fixed immediately.

                    Haven't received any update from Hyundai, except the usual service centre feedback queries. Looks like Hyundai has lost it's customer satisfaction commitment.

                    There is absolutely no improvement. Ever since I have raised a complaint in this forum, Mithilia Hyundai has taken it against me. My air conditioners have gone bad and this is the third time in 2 weeks that i am coming back to Mithilia. The GM or anyone just does not seem to be interested in complaints. What a waste of time. Hyundai has lost it's credibility completely. If the orginial Hyundai is interested in customers, I am sure they will respond. Time for a brand change after 12 years of being loyal. People please beware.

Uske kuch samye baad hi car steyring me kuch problm aane lgi.ac apne aap hi band or start ho jaati h. Or car ki styering me navigate window keys me problem aane lgi.                         I own a hyundai i10 car with registration number dl3cbz 1344, which went for regular service to samara hyundai mayapuri centre in which their technician replaced the original radiator with the faulty one, this service costed me rs 7, 000.
                        When i got my car back from service (Which was near to perfect before service) started causing heating issues. Post which i agreed to them to replace the radiator with an further estimated cost of rs 6, 500 suggested by them.
                        After replacing the radiator (Which further damaged the engine) their technician further called me to get the engine hauling done worth rs 20, 000 approximately. These guys are really not trustworthy when it comes to service as they play with the original parts and we as a customer are clueless about all the internal changes they do to our vehicles.. They turned my perfect running vehicle into a dump within a period of 8-10 days just because i trusted them for servicing my car.

                        I wish i could get some justice here.

                        I am thankful to Mr Rajesh Kumar (Sr Service Manager) at the Mayapuri Samara Hyundai service center who called me up personally and manged to do all the investigations and track the problem. My issue got resolved in least possible expense because of him being personally involved in this case now. He tracked down all the history of my vehicle and was able to explain the junior advisers the exact issue rather than directly pointing to a huge expense of Rs 20, 000. Hopefully this will sail through long now and I may not face the same issue. Thanks Mr Rajesh. Regards Jai

                            I would like to draw your attention towards the pathetic, highly irresponsible and unprofessional approach i received at modi hyundai thane service centre.

                            I surrender my car huundai xcent mh43 ar9417 to modi hyundai service centre thane on 13th august for some damage repaired cause by near by fallen tree in my housing

                            Socity under insurance claim. Untill this year march 2018 i have insurance of new india assurance purchased from hyundai itself, but this year march onwards i extended the

                            Same zero deoth cash less insurance with new india assurance directly instead of hyundai motors.

                            The first surprise came to me with a service represetatative mr. Anwar sheikh arrogantly told me that this same insurance would may create problem in claiming as not

                            Bought from us and also told us with same insurance cashless facilty may not be available as you have not take that policy from us, and the policy bought from new india

                            Assurance, airoli navi mumbai, and we don’t have tie up with them. He also not clarified which part may be include in insurance and which not, also insisted many time that if

                            You will bough policy from us only we can cover more parts and damge and can easily manage insurance agent.

                            We gave him the insurance policy details and next day some body called from modi hyundai thane +91 [protected] and confirm about cashless insurance possiblity.

                            27th august 29, 2018, monday, we enquired about car completation and inform that we will come next day 28th tuesday for delivery, also inform to complete all pending jobs,

                            Like cleaning etc for smooth and time bound process.

                            When we reched service centre on tuesday 28th august, we encountered lots of surprises with arrogant and pathetic behavior of mr. Sheikh.

                            Firstly he arroganty denied any confirmation about cashless facilty and forced to pay total ammount without detailsed itemized description.

                            Secodly he didn’t finished complete job, and conveyed arrogently that will performed claening only after arrival of customer to our premises. Even after 4-5 visual check and

                            Bits and parts cleaning car was ready yesterday.

                            Thirdly, he again unprofessionally told us that some part of job cannot covered in insurance as you bought same insurance from market not from us.

                            Fourthy he intentionally delayed all process of handover car, which took aroungd 3-4 hours whereas standard conveyed time was 30 minutes.

                            Lastly, he was not worried at all about customer worry, time, oroblem and again able to clarified the itemnized bill with and without claim.

                            Finally after 3-4 hours of struggle and lot of embracement we got our car yesterday after paying full amount.

                            After entire incident i wish to complain about mt. Anwar sheikh and modi hyundai for their pathetic behavior, unprofessinal approch, unclearity in service job, acting as

                            Commission agent for puchasing own policy and intentinal delay in process, which inturn create negative impression about hyundai services.

                            Meanwhile i also wanted to know difference in terms and condituoins, if same new india assurance policy sold by hyundai and sold by new india assurance direclty.

                            I request you to take immediate strict action against unprofessional hyundai representatives who are working as commission agent for insurance company and intentnally

                            Giving pain to customer.

                              Respected sir/mam,

                              I have purchased the new i 20 elite in the month of may by the name of "ankur shukla green vihar colony fatehpur" as per i have checked the gps was not working then i asked the employee there in kanpur road sas showroom "lucknow" he i formed that the sd card is to be inserted inside the space given for the same but as i have checked it was not available there and then i informed for the same to the employee but no reponse was provided to me. This month i again visited but the manager mr. Pankaj gulati said we can't do anything as it is provided to the customer during the time of delivery. I hvn't received any sd card from the side of company. If this the only rule not to provide the complete kit and then after blame the customer that u would have only destroyed the same and now blaming us so its better not to believe further.

                              Kindly respond for the above reason and do take quick action, and if i am able to purchase the car with 85% cash payment then i am also able to purchase the sd card also but i need excat reason for the same that why should ai purchase the sd card according to the manage as he said that we can't do anything. So please do repond me excatly with the clear situation.

                                I purchased my car elite i 20 on 29 nov 2016 when i am driving on highway my ac stops working when i am stop and again restart my car my ac work but blower not working the cooling is very low.. And i feel worst driving experience.. Due to that.. What can i do with my ac. I dont understand. Engineers of hyundai can't find out the problem. Please suggest me.. What can i do i dont know.. If someone feels same problem please suggest me. Especially on highway i feel that problem...

                                  My vehicle no ap15be1989 i20 sports diesel version 2012 model. (Its repairing report can be seen by you from your data.) i gave for complete servicing including clutch repair. While repairing they replaced the clutch master bearing part number 416101j920. After running for around 1200 kms, that clutch master gave problem & i visited nearest service centre i. E. Fusion hyundai, medchal, telangana state. They replaced the said clutch master bearing part no 416101j910 and i was paid the amount which burdened for me twice. Whether both are same or not. Whether it may effect on my vehicle performance. Because it is not my fault in replacement of parts. I need your assurance from mechanical/techinical person your company in writing and not from dealer. Otherwise i will approach the consumer forum. I need reply from company only. I hope u will give proper response. From k srinivas reddy.

                                    . But there people dont have respect for the customers. I was not even asked for a glass of water or cold drink in such humid conditions. I had sent there for the enquiry of the purchase of the product xcent but i was not given due respect and not even attended properly. Is this the hell you people provide services to the customer. After that you didn't attended me properly. I want to exchange my old vehicle but that people refused me for that also. As you people are very ill-mannered to provide services to the customer. Really shame on you people for showing such type of behaviour towards me and disrespecting me. Even someone goes to someone's house that fellow is treated as god but you people treat a customer as a dog why because you are not provided manners to give respect to the customers. Really shame on you people. It's better for you people to shut dowm the showroom and sit home.

                                    This is to bring to your kind attention that i went to libra hyindai naraina for the enquiry of xcent in lieu of exchanhe of my old vehicle on 24th june

                                      4 days After purchase tha car, rat bite the wrie above the engine due to this AC is not working at all and pick-up problem.wire cut will be the 5 to 6 cm
                                      After show to in the showroom they told me to change entire wrie kit in the car. it will be cast ₹60000 to 70000 rs
