My car no is mh04gm5986 / 2014
My service adviser gave a big list of discrepancies and an exorbitant quote. However, when i confirmed about the extended warranty coverage, there was a change in the claim. All snags suddenly vanished. Only replacements that are covered in warranty exists now. What is a nice way to fleece customers. Please have this fixed immediately.

Haven't received any update from Hyundai, except the usual service centre feedback queries. Looks like Hyundai has lost it's customer satisfaction commitment.

There is absolutely no improvement. Ever since I have raised a complaint in this forum, Mithilia Hyundai has taken it against me. My air conditioners have gone bad and this is the third time in 2 weeks that i am coming back to Mithilia. The GM or anyone just does not seem to be interested in complaints. What a waste of time. Hyundai has lost it's credibility completely. If the orginial Hyundai is interested in customers, I am sure they will respond. Time for a brand change after 12 years of being loyal. People please beware.

      tampering the original vehicle parts during service

      I purchased verna fluidic petrol in 2015 from gave hyundai pune in 2015. I face problem in link rod with in 3 years or 18000 km running. It will spoil your brand image and reputation. Please do something to maintain your credibility in market..
      Since i changed link rod from showroom in pune but not get satisfied response during driveing. New car and maintenance is danger.

        I would like to draw your attention towards the pathetic, highly irresponsible and unprofessional approach i received at modi hyundai thane service centre.

        I surrender my car huundai xcent mh43 ar9417 to modi hyundai service centre thane on 13th august for some damage repaired cause by near by fallen tree in my housing

        Socity under insurance claim. Untill this year march 2018 i have insurance of new india assurance purchased from hyundai itself, but this year march onwards i extended the

        Same zero deoth cash less insurance with new india assurance directly instead of hyundai motors.

        The first surprise came to me with a service represetatative mr. Anwar sheikh arrogantly told me that this same insurance would may create problem in claiming as not

        Bought from us and also told us with same insurance cashless facilty may not be available as you have not take that policy from us, and the policy bought from new india

        Assurance, airoli navi mumbai, and we don’t have tie up with them. He also not clarified which part may be include in insurance and which not, also insisted many time that if

        You will bough policy from us only we can cover more parts and damge and can easily manage insurance agent.

        We gave him the insurance policy details and next day some body called from modi hyundai thane +91 [protected] and confirm about cashless insurance possiblity.

        27th august 29, 2018, monday, we enquired about car completation and inform that we will come next day 28th tuesday for delivery, also inform to complete all pending jobs,

        Like cleaning etc for smooth and time bound process.

        When we reched service centre on tuesday 28th august, we encountered lots of surprises with arrogant and pathetic behavior of mr. Sheikh.

        Firstly he arroganty denied any confirmation about cashless facilty and forced to pay total ammount without detailsed itemized description.

        Secodly he didn’t finished complete job, and conveyed arrogently that will performed claening only after arrival of customer to our premises. Even after 4-5 visual check and

        Bits and parts cleaning car was ready yesterday.

        Thirdly, he again unprofessionally told us that some part of job cannot covered in insurance as you bought same insurance from market not from us.

        Fourthy he intentionally delayed all process of handover car, which took aroungd 3-4 hours whereas standard conveyed time was 30 minutes.

        Lastly, he was not worried at all about customer worry, time, oroblem and again able to clarified the itemnized bill with and without claim.

        Finally after 3-4 hours of struggle and lot of embracement we got our car yesterday after paying full amount.

        After entire incident i wish to complain about mt. Anwar sheikh and modi hyundai for their pathetic behavior, unprofessinal approch, unclearity in service job, acting as

        Commission agent for puchasing own policy and intentinal delay in process, which inturn create negative impression about hyundai services.

        Meanwhile i also wanted to know difference in terms and condituoins, if same new india assurance policy sold by hyundai and sold by new india assurance direclty.

        I request you to take immediate strict action against unprofessional hyundai representatives who are working as commission agent for insurance company and intentnally

        Giving pain to customer.

          Respected sir/mam,

          I have purchased the new i 20 elite in the month of may by the name of "ankur shukla green vihar colony fatehpur" as per i have checked the gps was not working then i asked the employee there in kanpur road sas showroom "lucknow" he i formed that the sd card is to be inserted inside the space given for the same but as i have checked it was not available there and then i informed for the same to the employee but no reponse was provided to me. This month i again visited but the manager mr. Pankaj gulati said we can't do anything as it is provided to the customer during the time of delivery. I hvn't received any sd card from the side of company. If this the only rule not to provide the complete kit and then after blame the customer that u would have only destroyed the same and now blaming us so its better not to believe further.

          Kindly respond for the above reason and do take quick action, and if i am able to purchase the car with 85% cash payment then i am also able to purchase the sd card also but i need excat reason for the same that why should ai purchase the sd card according to the manage as he said that we can't do anything. So please do repond me excatly with the clear situation.

            I purchased my car elite i 20 on 29 nov 2016 when i am driving on highway my ac stops working when i am stop and again restart my car my ac work but blower not working the cooling is very low.. And i feel worst driving experience.. Due to that.. What can i do with my ac. I dont understand. Engineers of hyundai can't find out the problem. Please suggest me.. What can i do i dont know.. If someone feels same problem please suggest me. Especially on highway i feel that problem...

              My vehicle no ap15be1989 i20 sports diesel version 2012 model. (Its repairing report can be seen by you from your data.) i gave for complete servicing including clutch repair. While repairing they replaced the clutch master bearing part number 416101j920. After running for around 1200 kms, that clutch master gave problem & i visited nearest service centre i. E. Fusion hyundai, medchal, telangana state. They replaced the said clutch master bearing part no 416101j910 and i was paid the amount which burdened for me twice. Whether both are same or not. Whether it may effect on my vehicle performance. Because it is not my fault in replacement of parts. I need your assurance from mechanical/techinical person your company in writing and not from dealer. Otherwise i will approach the consumer forum. I need reply from company only. I hope u will give proper response. From k srinivas reddy.

                . But there people dont have respect for the customers. I was not even asked for a glass of water or cold drink in such humid conditions. I had sent there for the enquiry of the purchase of the product xcent but i was not given due respect and not even attended properly. Is this the hell you people provide services to the customer. After that you didn't attended me properly. I want to exchange my old vehicle but that people refused me for that also. As you people are very ill-mannered to provide services to the customer. Really shame on you people for showing such type of behaviour towards me and disrespecting me. Even someone goes to someone's house that fellow is treated as god but you people treat a customer as a dog why because you are not provided manners to give respect to the customers. Really shame on you people. It's better for you people to shut dowm the showroom and sit home.

                This is to bring to your kind attention that i went to libra hyindai naraina for the enquiry of xcent in lieu of exchanhe of my old vehicle on 24th june

                  4 days After purchase tha car, rat bite the wrie above the engine due to this AC is not working at all and pick-up problem.wire cut will be the 5 to 6 cm

                      My name is Sachin Prasad I am using a Hyundai eon (KL 46 K 4189 ). I am a kind of a person who believe that company service is the best and proper way to maintain my car, if you look in to my service record its crystal clear that i am a genuine customer of your company . but recently on my last service (insurance claim, 2 weeks in MCP Hyundai left side body painting work ) my battery has been replaced with old used one . I would also like to mention that, i was not the one to pick up my car from MCP as i was out of station . After the shocking discovery on (19/AUG/2018), unfortunately i was delayed to forward the complaint due to flood in Kerala, but made my complaint against this to the service manager on (24/AUG/2018). From the side of hyundai representative they are behaving so sloppy and they are not willing to even show me the cctv footage to conform my doubt till today (30/AUG2018) .

                        I have i20 magna model.ac is very weak n within 1 and 1/2 years my ac is not working. I went to service centre n they are suggesting that i should replace the compressor which costs rs. 16, 000/-. Is this covered under 36 months/100000 km warranty?. If this problem persists, i will sell my i20 n suggest all my friends n families not to buy hyundai cars because it have defective a. C. Because other vehicle's ac usually last for 4-5 years until the gas runs out

                          Hyundai i10# poor quality#cheated#bad customer service.in a span of 4 years the front ball bearings are replaced with just 30, 000 km.in last 6 months hyundai has charged more than 25k for just spares and servicing.
                          I am wondering how can the ball bearing break in just 30, 000km. Is the quality that poor???
                          In maruti, even after lakh a km the ball bearings are not broken..

                              This is in reference to my vehicle hyundai i10 magna numbered up 37 e 7368 purchased on december 2016 which is in warranty period, now my car is having a problem of making miss or lurching while running in every gear since more than a month.

                              In-between this period i have send my car 3 times to safdarjang hyundai, gurugram and they had attended the same thrice and after every service the same problem is coming. Also last time i had complained to hyundai customer service and they had connected me to safdarjang hyundai and then same procedure followed.

                              I had lost too much of my time & money in travelling thrice to safdarjang and okhla, and i am going through stress while driving my car.

                              As i had purchased 1st car in my life, i had a worst experience with hyundai.

                              In my opinion, due to this problem engine may be defected technically till now.

                              Now i need a full replacement and compensation. And i hope from upper management that this case will be closed asap. I have also emailed to you.

                                Sub : problem of hole in aluminum casting part in i 10 car no mh 12 gr 4023

                                Dear sir

                                This has reference to the telecom with you for last 2 days & really thankful for giving time for me from your busy schedule.

                                This i 10 car was purchased in the name of my wife mrs aparna shekhar gorde, but i am using this car exclusively for over 7 years. As informed to you i am giving in short the problem faced in my car.

                                While driving on sunday night (19th aug), near my house, the indicator of engine temperature coolant was flashing, which happened for the first time in 7 years. The next day i have not used the car & filled the same with coolant. Around 1.5 liters of coolant with water was used & the coolant tank got full. I used the car on wednesday morning, after driving around 20- 25 minutes again the light was started flashing. I returned back after driving for around 15 km. I took appointment with the sanjay hyundai hadapsar workshop & they confirmed that the vehicle will be picked up next day morning i. E.
                                22nd august.

                                1) the vehicle was picked by the driver sent by sanjay hyundai & driven to work shop on 22.08.2018
                                2) i received the call in the afternoon from the mechanics informing that there is a hole in the part of engine & the water is completely draining out & informed me to visit the work shop.
                                3) i visited the workshop & problem was shown to me. I informed to give me the free replacement as this was a aluminum casting part which should not have damaged.
                                4) it was agreed by the supervisors present there that this type of the problem has experienced by them for the first time. I have also pointed out to them that a perfect round hole has been formed in the aluminum casting part. Also there was no external damage on the car.
                                5) this will occur when there is a problem of blow hole in the casting itself. But the supervisors & work shop manager were not agreed & insisted that the it is beyond warranty period & it can not be replaced
                                6) i have informed them that if this kind of problem has seen by you for the first time, then it is the aluminum casting defect which has aggravated over a period of time
                                7) it was contested to me that the servicing was not done regularly at sanjay hyundai, which is accepted. But i was doing the serving regularly at other service station. The car is in a good condition. But doing servicing out side will not cause hole in the casting. Servicing at hyundai work shop pinch a lot for a retired person.
                                8) i have discussed this problem with other service stations, technicians & every one agreed that it is happened due to the some fault in the aluminum casting.
                                9) i have approached you to help me to solve this problem so that it can be resolved without facing any financial implications to me. I am a retired senior citizen & your loyal customer which you may take a note.
                                10) i am attaching the photos & video of the affected part.

                                    I had a talk with jitenderchaturbedi (Area manager-gurgaon, haryan), regarding my veichel airbag, but my problem is no one is taking any kind of action on the same.

                                    1. How can i know that the airbag installed in my car will work in future?
                                    It has been 2 times, when my car got an accident from front side. First time it got an impact at the speed of 40 kmph, when there were no major damages and it didn't work as per hyundai service station explanation. But this time it got the impact at the speed of 60-70 kmph and i got injury on my head, when my head directly hit on the windshield of the car even after wearing seat belt. But the airbag was not opened at the moment.
                                    2. What was the parameters of your analysis based on your investigation?
                                    Obviously the impact was observed from the front right side in my car as per the damage, but the impact was too forceful on the front of my car to open the airbag, as the entire dashboard also came out of it's fitments due to the impact.
                                    3. Why should i not have any apprehension regarding the product quality?
                                    Is it sufficient to make me feel safe and believe that i will not loose my life while driving this car in future, if i agree your words that the quality of your product is not inferior..!!

Also, it was observed from the damage to front right hand side fender, apron, headlamp, hood, front bumper etc. That the impact was such in nature that sufficient impact required to deploy airbags not delivered to the front impact sensors located in the engine compartment, hence air bags did not deploy. The working of the airbag has been well explained in the user manual.
