I am Majazzal Hussain, I have purchased a Grand i10 sportz from Top Krishna Hyundai( Tryst Auto Pvt Ltd), Tezpur in the month of September, 2017. As I am a pensioner, that I comes as a corporate customer and they give me word that refund of Rs. 5000/- as a offer within 2months. But the amount still yet not received by me. I have visited many times to the dealer, but they are unable to give me any solution. Hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I have to complaint against the dealer in the Consumer Court.

    Hi,
    This is to inform that me along with my family is facing worst experience with hyundai Creta.
    Here are some details:
    Purchased on: 2016 October
    Car number: DL8CAC7662
    This car is providing the worst average than any other car can provide. Earlier when i filled the tank, it was showing 13634 kms and after 256 kms the tank was empty. I have attached file as a proof of the same. I also have registered this complaint 2 months back to your service centre- Frontier Hyundai Tilak Nagar but all the employees failed to understand this issue. Today also i went for the same and they kept my car for about 6 hours and still i am here with no solution. This is the most ### state i am facing right now as your employees doesn’t even know how to solve this problem.
    I have changed over 10 cars, Honda and maruti are providing much better services than your company. Its not even 2 complete years and i am facing such issue
    Kindly solve this matter as i have wasted over 12 lakhs on your company. This car should give average around 13-14 but its giving 4 and thats the worst experience with us.

      This is to inform you that i mr Ashok Kalta resident of guwahati booked one i20 asta (o) for Rs 5000 in the name of my father named Manmil Kalita on march 2018 from goenka hyundai through sales consultant named Hero Kakoti of goenka hyundai keating road shillong 793001 latter he asked me to deposit another Rs15000.00 as billing amount but he was failed to deliver the vehicle giving me false promises that by june 18 it will be deliver meanwhile i went to goenka hyundai to enquire about status of vehicle he assure me that your vehicle loan is already approved just you need to deposit Rs100000.00 as margin money through cheque in good faith i have given cheque to him as he was a permanent employee of goenka hyundai but he cheated me instead of depositing cheque in goenka hyundai A/c he deposited cheque in his own a/c agiain i went to goenka hyundai to enquire about him they told me that he is not coming to office from begining of july18, that sir who is liable for this action if employee is cheating customer.after getting no option have put FIR against goenka hyundai.As such i request to kindly do the needfull from your end else i have to put this matter on local newspaper

        Hi,

        I have called Talwar Hyundai (erragadda) Hyderabad on 9-Jul -2017 to book Creta as initially proposed GST tax slabs are less. immediately Executives came to my house and asked me to pay advance of 50000 rupees, At that time I have clearly said at 21-JULY-2017 GST rates might be increasing hence i will not take creta car and i have clearly made agreement that executive will come and return my total 50000 amount.

        As unfortunately GST slabs also changed as expected and I have immediately called them and requested them to return my amount immediately.

        I m calling throughout entire year and asking them to return my money.

        Till now ( 16-JULY -2018) they have not returned my money and also I got call stating that when are you coming for 1st servicing, I was wondered without buying car how would i get call, After complete 1 month day to day followup, Now they have prepared cheque with deducting the cancellation charges of 3000 rupees.

        I have lost 1 year interest on 50000 rupees and also on not getting my complete amount, By this they are harassing the customers.

          I am Bappa Ghosh, a customer of Hyundai EON car. I am going to Burdwan Rudra Hyundai for 1st services but after servicing, the time of delivering the vehicle it was socking for me. Vehicle was disputed by service person. After some enquiry they are agreed that this kind of mistakes made by them and they are committed to repair the damage and vehicle was delivered on next to next day's. After repairing the damages they are confirm over phone, vehicle was ready for delivery. But when I am going to take the vehicle I was again socked, they are repair but clearly understand by us the vehicle was repainted. After some discussion I don't agreed to take the dispute vehicle. Sales Manager said this is not our part of our job and Service Manager don't meet with us and don't pick up our phone calls.
          My friend having same kind of problem with the dealer services. In that time we are told them but they are repeatedly doing same things.

            I have booked a paid service for my xcent car on 14.07.2018 for 15.07.2018 telephonically and I reached the service centre at 8.35 am in the morning on 15.07.2018. I was told to come at 9.30 am by the security staff as the service centre was about to open and took the keys of car. I again came back at 9.35 am and got my job card at around 10.00 am. I was told to come at 4.00 pm for delivery. I reached there at 4.05 pm and to my utter surprise, they just began to work on the car and said me to wait for another half an hour, after lapse of half an hour I just called them to check whether my car is ready or not and still they told me that it will take another 20-30 minutes.

              As I had done the insurance claim from the dealership for my car Hyundai crysta first of all they had took 10 working days and they had sent me such a dirty car dealership name is RITU HYUNDAI KALYAN MY VEHICLE NO IS MH05 DE 2244PLEAE HELP ME OUT REGARDING THIS MATTER they had not even the car work properly and they had sent my car dirty and work not done properly and they had even stole the diesel from the car

                I purchased my i 20 ASTA petrol engine car in Feb 2015. My car ABS MODULE NOT WORKING ONLY AFTER 1800 KMS AND IN 2.10 YRS my car ABS consuming bettary power at all time when engine in off condition and then battery is dead. Hyundai service centre's said me to change it in Rs 95000. It's a very large amount. What i do with this car. Anybudy suggest me.

                  last month my car (grant i10 diesel) breakdown in Bangalore. the problem is car didn't start. that time i went to authorized service center in Bangalore(Lakshmi Hyundai). they said the engine have some problem . it will take 1 week time to rectify. now its take 1 month time they said it is a major work tats why it take time. OK i said . yesterday only they delivered the car . the total cost is 55000 i give. i take the car and drive to my native place in Kerala (400km). but today morning the same problem again. now i go to another service center in my native place in recovery wan( rs.3500). what i want do ?. i cant spent any more money for this. i want compensation and free of cost the service don. if didn't do the favor i go to the consumer court against Hyundai. i have the bill and other details. i think you can under stand my situation. do the need full.

                    On 2nd july I was submitted my hyundai eon to the ROYALE hyundai udaipur dealer because my car was damaged... I took insurance claim my front bumper and front right side fender panel was changed but the colour done by ROYALE hyundai was mismatch from my car... ROYALE hyundai employees is not helping me to do again repaint the color and match the same colour... I need ur help to complaint against ROYALE hyundai dealer udaipur.

                      I purchased my Hyundai i10 grand magna automatic on 1st Oct 2017 . I've a habit of checking mileage and with first tank filling I'm noticing extraordinary low mileage ranging from 6 To 8 km per litre. I compiled to Hans Hyundai Moti nagar dealer but I was told that mileage will increase after first service but even after that it is still giving me 7.5 to 8 km average.
                      When I visited customer Care unit of Hans Hyundai every one was trying to convince me that there is no issues in car . I m surprised when VP of company Mr Vikram Singh Suri came . I've never seen such disappointing person who is rude in behavior at such senior level. He don't deserve to be at such senior level when he doesn't know how to behave with customers.
                      My problem is still not solved and I feel cheated that after claims of 18km PL by company cars are giving half the mileage and worst part is that dealer is not bothered.

                        I am having & using I20 Active bearing registration No MH50A 6550. Since purchase of my vehicle I never got alignment done at your authorised service station. The service is given by Kanase Hyundai Karad.Now my car has completed running of 50000KM, I need a regular service at your authorised service station. I visited 3 to 4 times but the representative told me that alignment not possible at Karad. If I need to go for alignment I need to travel 60 KM from here & the cost of travel & time is so high. Why you dont provide the service & how you can say Customer satisfaction no 1

                          I gave my car 2 weeks back for repair through insurance. My claim was rejected by insurance company due to some issues by person who issued policy. Since then I have been telling hyundai to not proceed with repairs as I don't want this to be paid by me. Hyundai despite telling me not to perform started denting and painting without my approval and now asking me to pay for it. When I say I haven't asked you to do all this, then their reply is that surveyer approved it verbally and rejected next day. By that time they started repair.

                          I never authorised hyundai for repair and rather asked not to do until insurance is resolved. I have no option but to proceed with consumer court for mental harassment as my car is still with them.

                            Non cooperative dealer, car no Rj06 Cc 5514, car runs only 44000 km and compressor fail as per dealer. Replace it FOC .Sir in such short run there should not be the complaint of compress should generate as I am regular with my service of the car with company. Please see it might be manufacturing fault with the product, as no such complaints is been faced in such short period. a

                                I have got routine service done from your service centre Nirmal Hyundai - NOIDA first time on monday dtd 2nd July. After service, car not running properly on all gears. And now from yesterday indicator showing 'Malfunctioning'

                                Prior to servicing car is running fine but after that problem started.

                                When I contacted Nirmal Hyundai they rejected to pick the car for checking.

                                Worst and horrible experience for me.

                                Before taking legal action agaist this bogus Nirmal Hyundai I thought to send information to you since I am satisfied Hyundai car customer.

                                  I have Hyundai Xcent Car (Petrole) UP64X- 5194 since last 4 years. I go to the dealer SONEBHADRA HYUNDAI in Renukoot for Service the car. where i do"nt got customer satisfaction. Staff of That Dealer Misbehave & abuses with me. I return back without service the car.
                                  They loose temper and said you are illiterate.
                                  This type of staff is not suitable for Hyundai. Do suitable action against him.

                                    My bro-n-law prashanth shetty owns i 20 bg. No ka 20 3738.I own maruthi vehicle. We have been with abharan motors in udupi for the past 16 years.We have with us 4 maruthi different segments.I am of the opinion to change my car and willing to have a ride in i20.So took it from my in law and we were on a trip to bangalore and other places.I noticed some pick problem with the car. It s a petrol model.I took it to the company showroom at udupi to have a service and also to know the cause for the pick up problem. I was there around 9.15 on 12th july. There were no big business at the centre and many were chatting. A little came along with another one. She asked me the problem . I asked her to verify the records of the provious service and i wanted to know the reason for slow pickup.She went on to speak to a gentle men of service and returned with remarks "have ur petrol tank full".I was shocked to know the reply and another lady insisting for an insurance details like renewal. I was not briefed to problem the vehicle.I felt that technical team who were so insensitive and the poor lady has to deal with customers. I droped of buying the hundai.

                                      The Elory Hyundai service certre is still not resolve my matter. I am still struggling for my car.

                                      Please find attached the communication between me and Elory Hyundai service center. Now they are not sending reply on my email even.

                                      I just asked them to provide me the survey report of your surveyor. If my insurance company ask me that their survey report is okay. Then I don’t have any problem for repairing in doors.

                                      I am sure that they doing setting with their surveyor and get the replacement claim from insurance company and then they doing the repair.

                                      And they even not getting approval from me before start the repair.

                                      You are requested to please arrange to solve my this matter. So that I get my car return to me.

                                        Hi I am really disappointed with the kind of service which you provide to all the customers and the kind of customer service provided by you people is pathetic as it's been 4 days since I wrote the email and still there is no response from your side and I also called the customer care and they also asked me to wait as the complaint is already registered but there is no one to take any action instead of the automated reply which I got. I am very unhappy and I feel like I'm stucked after buying your company's car and will regret Everytime thinking about the situation which I am facing.
