I have purchesed a hundai i20 Active in the year 2017 i.e. 31.12.17, with offer Exchange bonous and corporate discount of Rs. 35000/- but in spite of lot of pursuation the local dealer (Goyal Hundai RAIGARH CG) is not responding and refend is still pinding. Please help to resolve the issue.

    This is Mr. Bhavin Khachar,
    I am a loyal And happy customer of Hyndai, but since I have brought my new Verna on January 2018 from last 3 months I am facing a problem of change of Gear box of my new Hyundai Verna Model No. 1.6 TRDI SX, Vehicle No GJ16 CB 7464, year 2018.

    And also using hyundai verna 1.6 sx from last 6 years. Now for me its sucidial experience of Hyundai. I never suggest to buy anyone of my circle. This is very ridiculous for me to wait for gear box from last 3 month. My new Hyundai Verna is in service station of Navjivan Motors of bharuch from last 3 months and I am suffering lot because of it.

    Also informed you that insurance company has already approved gear box from last 2 month.

    So i kindly request you to do the needful on urgent basis.

    I hope their is quick response from your side or you will lose your valuable customers.

I realy feel bad to say that I absolutly disappointed with your product. The trust against your brand is going down and please take necessary action please. Am an army soldier, after a long sacrifice i fullfill my dream car. But i felt sad now. Please help me

        I am Teacher in government school, i booked my car I20 Elite Sportz in December 27 /2017. in Mai Hyundai located in Kabnur area Maharashtra 416115.My car no is MH09EU0929.
        I did not get my RS 5000/- which offer is provided by Hyundai for the government servent. I already provide the all the details to the dealer. When i booked my car they said me, give your government id proof later when we called. Id is not necessary now means that booking time. In two month before i ask about this claim to that manager. He said your application in the que i ll get the details and ll contact you on your phone. Today again i go there showroom and ask abt that claim. Today they said to me that claim is no possible because you have to submit all the details before you booked your car.Thats the 7th month still i didn't get my claim from hyundai.
        Tell me what i do? And help for my claim.
        How we trust on you. After all this scenarios i am thinking that the Hyundai company is providing the Fraud offers to attract the customers. If you cant follow your word then shut down your market from india or close your showroom from my location.
        Hi I am really disappointed with the kind of service which you provide to all the customers and the kind of customer service provided by you people is pathetic as it's been 4 days since I wrote the email and still there is no response from your side and I also called the customer care and they also asked me to wait as the complaint is already registered but there is no one to take any action instead of the automated reply which I got. I am very unhappy and I feel like I'm stucked after buying your company's car and will regret Everytime thinking about the situation which I am facing.

            Dear sir
            i have used i20 - magna from aug-2013, tn18u6163. In my car the front bumper is frequently damaged. The bumper fixing point is easily brokened by even a small rubbing of foreign matters. The bumper fixing area thickness is very less and easily feel off from the body. I have faced the issue in every year, last night my car waiting at signal in front of ctc, one bike cross my car at a normal speed and just rubbing my car at front left side of the bumper. Now the bumper panel fully brokened and fall down. What is the strength of the joint????
            i'm very much disappointed with this frequent problem in your car. It's not safety to my car & myself. Also it's consume money and my time.

            Kindly look into the problem and improve at joint area by increasing thickness and mounting bracket hole pitch to be shifted in front of the body..

            As i know your valuable reply on this issue.

              This is regarding COMPLAINT against ELROY MOTORS PVT. LTD. (BODY SHOP DEPT.)

              Please note I have gate in my EON Car (DL8CAR 2841 ) on 27th of June for Insurance Claim for damage .
              Both Left hand door was badly damaged and I have requested to replace both the Doors at that time + replace /repair other damaged parts too.

              On 3rd of July, I spoken with a person in Hyundai ( Jubair Ansari) who has asked me that your Claim has been approved and damaged parts will be replaced by new one and I approved.
              On 4th of July Evening, when I asked for further status, the same person changed his wording and told me that repair is in process and only repair of Door will be done .
              I was surprised by his change of wording and visited showroom on 05th of July 2018.

              Where I checked my Estimated / survey report prepared by Hyundai Survey Team .
              And then I asked for Survey Report as well as approval copy/message in writing from insurance Company from Mr. Jubair and Mr. Mukesh (Body shop Advisor)
              They both are reluctant to show me any of the report/docs/approval from Survey Company and I found that without my consent they have started repairing my Car (repairing damaged doors which I asked for replacement)

              They were not only misleading and also misbehaving while talking in this matter and After my long Arguments, Now they are saying that they will get the survery done again and apply for claim again and wait till their further response.

              I hereby came to your Notice that I think there is some GOLMAAL overthere in this matter and misleading the customer by saying something and doing something else, getting approval of replacement from insurance Company and betraying customer by unrevealing the facts.

              You please look into the matter and advise .

                I tejaskumar rajendraprasad fudnawala and i am an owner of hyundai i20 sportz version and its registration no is gj5 – cn – 4937.
                On[protected] my car is stooped due to overheating at palej cross road, bharuch, gujarat so i contacted nearest service centre m/s navjeevan motors plaza national highway no 8, opposite swaminarayan temple, zadeshwar cross road, zadeshwar road, bharuch – 392011 for service purpose and he arrange for toeing my car to navjeevan motors plaza national highway no 8, opposite swaminarayan temple, zadeshwar cross road, zadeshwar road, bharuch – 392011 for support on same day i handover my car to mr. Krupal service executive for further process.

                After 4 days mr. Krupal gave me rs 62000 (Approximately) estimate of repairing cost so i decided to sell my car in same condition and purchase a new car so i requested to mr. Krupal and mr. Nitesh to help me to sell my car.
                On[protected] one used car trader from surat visited the service station for value purpose but
                On[protected] navjeevan motors plaza service staff had handover my car to mr. Mahesh (Third party – unknown person) without my telephonic or written permission even they has not intimate me.
                So my first question is who has given right to navjeevan motors staff to hand over my car to third person (Mr. Mahesh)?
                My second question is why they had not even asked me to handover my car to the third person?
                After 5 days fight with unknown circumstances on 1-7-2018 i got my car in scrap condition. So who will responsible for that?
                It was just an overheating issue and mr. Krupal told me it was just head issue but they open entire engine, ac other parts.
                I need an explanation why my car handover to third person (Mr. Mahesh) without my approval? And who is responsible for the damages or part theft?

                Navjeevan motors plaza service staff cheated me by white-collar ways. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 5 working days, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the hyundai motors india ltd or through the courts. I will also file a police complaint against navjeevan motors & navjeevan motors plaza service staff for illegally sell or illegally destroying my car.

                  On 17 may, 2018 i provided my vehicle (Grand i 10) for repairing to jmv hyundai, bhiwadi under the issue regarding its air conditioner malfunctioning. Their mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under my insurance. Unfortunately, the service which lasted for 9 days, has not been satisfactory because just after couple of days problem arose again.
                  I reached back to them and now they're saying to again leave the motor with them for 2 or 3 days to get the problem fixed, being a middle class person having only one motor in the family leave me in many inconvenience in monsoon coming season.
                  I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved between next two days, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that we bought hyundai verna fluidic 1.6 sx (O) in july 2013.
                    Hearing from relatives and friends we trusted this brand to invest a huge amount but in vain.
                    The product delivered to us was faulty.
                    It had some manufacturing defect in its engine and steering too and showed signs while the vehicle was still in warranty.
                    The car was consuming coolant more than the normal amount. Inspite of repeatedly telling the service personnel about the issue, it was never taken care of. All they said was "sir we've checked the vehicle for the mentioned issue by means of a machine and it's all normal. There's nothing to worry about". And in the mean time the vehicle got out of warranty and the problem still persisted. Then upon asking them again, they finally checked the problem in detail by disassembling the engine supposedly. It came out to be that there was some fault in the engine due to which coolant was leaking. The estimated amount of the repair was around 1.5 lacs which would've been covered under warranty had they checked the problem in detail timely.
                    And the steering too was faulty. The person driving could hear some kind of sound while turning the steering. It sounded like some spring sound. Upon getting it checked, probably they didn't replace the steering or the faulty part, just cured it for the time being.
                    After a few months the same problem with the steering came to notice and in the mean time the vehicle got out of warranty.
                    Upon getting it checked at a mechanic in the auto market, it came out to be some problem with the steering motor, if repairable it would cost around 10 thousand, else the whole steering assembly was to be changed costing around 40 thousand.
                    These issues are not expected of a vehicle from such a reputed brand as hyundai. We are saddened to say this but we can't ever trust hyundai again with it's products and neither would recommend any friend or relative to buy hyundai vehicles.
                    And on the top the service personnel were so careless in taking proper care of the issues and interrogating them.
                    The vehicle was bought from hisar hyundai, hisar, haryana and has been regularly serviced at the same.
                    I have i 10 grand and sent my car for service 3-4 times as it stops in the middle & does not starts. I have gone today to pick my car from service after a week however still facing the same problem.

                    Is these kind of service your department is providing. I am really disappointed from your services.

                    Please solve this problem at earliest.

                      My car was delivered to me on march 2018 from mgf hyundai thodupuzha in idukki district kerala. Yesterday 02 july 2018 i brought the car to the show room for the repair of bumper. The insurance is bumper to bumper. From hyundai. Once we reach there the staff was rude and as per them if we repair from the showroom and claim the insurance next year the premium will be around 14500 and also we have to go with car to muvatupuzha in another hyundai and repair. They dont have staff available to take care of my vehicle. The charges for the repairing will be around 1000 and the insurance money will be so high for next year. So my question is what is the benefit of my bumper to bumper insurance? Why i bought a car from mgf thodupuzha if they cannot provide a simple service with insurance?? (If i go out in any authorised service centre the total expenditure is around 3000 only). The reason i choose mgf thodupuzha was only 22 km away from my home and they offered me well service also but if they cant do this small thing it is really pathetic. From my experience of mgf hyundai thodupuzha yesterday was really below average and customer should not go for the service because they are not encouraging customers and pushing to go somewhere and do the service without insurance. The other poosible choice they have given is to go some other hyundai dealer which is very far. I am really disappointed. So please let us know what you can do for me on this case or advice me how can i sort out.

                        I want to tell that surjeet hyundai bhopal dealer is selling car indore by transporting the from bhopal to indore by driving 250 km. This is wrong going they are selling car after is it for 250 km. And after buying the car i got this information that car was drove 250km already.
                        Hyundai india what you are doing the dealer is making wrong image of hyundai toward the customer.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I have taken body shop services from garve hyundai in dec 2017 as my vehicle doors got damaged and it had to be replaced/repaired accordingly. Hence i have used my tata aig insurance claim services and gave my vehicle to garve hyundai body shop.
                          They replaced the doors and reused existing parts while fitting these components. Also, there was some paint work which need to be covered under policy.

                          Initially i thought that the insurance company is going to cover most of the expenses under zero dep cover and i dont have to worry much. But garve agents said that they are waiting for tata aig to get approval from my previous insurance company regarding no claim bonus and till then claim amount can not be settled from them. Hence they asked me to pay whole amount to garve hyundai asap and later settle with tata aig. I agreed and paid.

                          Now when i cross checked the list of items for which bill was generated i found that i was heavily charged with labour charges and paint material charges which tata aig did not agree to return. However garve agents agreed to provide me with service coupons as a workaround to compensate. (I never got these coupons till date).

                          Along with all these i noticed after taking my vehicle home that the wind wiser accessory on both replaced doors missing. I immediately asked the agent about it, he said that we will give you that part once available.

                          Till date i have not get the part from garve hyundai. The agent stopped responding to my email, calls, messages.
                          Hence finally i have decided to write this complaint. I have felt cheated and looted by this behavior from garve hyundai. Now i am very frustrated.

                          Kindly help me in this regard.

                          Hyundai Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I had purchased eon era+on Dec 2014 and in 3 years just with usage of 22000 km front wheel bearing failed how is it possible with such a less usage i m dissatisfied with such an issue
                          The EPS light is coming on and goes off repeatedly. I note from complaints that many other customers are also complaining about similar problem. It is a manufacturing defect and i expect Hyundai to get it rectified free of cost on priority.

                            I have creta 1.4 s+ car. I face breaking related problem a couple of times, like break paddle jamed or look like break are not working, thrust feel on foot & car not properly controlled when required and asked everytime at service center when go for car service but they told, this happens because abs is in action during those moments.
                            But problem not resolved yet.
                            Kindly help regarding resolving break issue.

                              I deepak chadha had given my car for body work under insurance claim. Car no. Dl-7ct-2727. Hyundai santafee. The dealer has changed the shockers of my cars boot and bonnet. I had given my car for bumper change and they have not done the work up to mark. They have even taken out the diesel from my car. The work done by the dealer is totally sub standard.. I have not taken the delivery of my cat. Inspite of the car being with the workshop for more than one month they have failed to do the work upto mark and as per hyundai standards. Need to mark an immediate action.

                                This letter is for the purpose of lodging a formal complaint regarding great unfairness meted out to me. I was involved in a car accident on 3rd june 2018. My car i20, dl4caq 5624 roof was very damaged during accident.in icici insurance survey already completed by surveyor in the presence of service advisor but after one week service advisor call me about the roof pillar rusted out & they demand me extra cost for the rusted part which is not include in insurance. So my question is what is the life of child part which are using in hyundai car & why they not include this part if they are rusted. My car model was october 2012 & driven distance is 52000km.

                                  Xcent 2014 model.
                                  Initially service was very poor. Dint attend my complains. Gave car worst than before. Charged money other than bill amount giving reasons
                                  Now ac outlet tube was mistakenly kept inside which made things worse. Car is stinking badly due water inside car.
                                  Lost my patience and lot of money

                                  I have paint back bumpers of my creta car no he 03 w 8844 from Berkely industrial area panchkula. The paint is in very poor condition. I m not satisfy from service of Berkely Hundai industrial area panchkula. It's my bad experience to buy Hundai creta.the service provide by company is very bad. Creta car is very good but service is very very poor

                                    I purchased my car on DEC'2017 and i have been paid 9, 00, 000 change on (on road price) but invoice i received from showroom is 7, 58, 000, so for the same i have raised concern why you have been provided full discount on ex-showroom price and again you provided insurance in offer insurance amount (19000), for the same they had provided below breakup where there is no clarity at all and again called to the respective manager and asked clarification, for that he told that something went wrong and mistake happened from our please excuse for that .
                                    for the inconvenience which caused for you we are compensating as that we will provide three years of water wash, waxing and polish as free and please leave this issue.So for the time i think k i can be calm so i kept silent.

                                    But unfortunately my car was flooded in the month of MAY'18 and i taken to to service center and service center team informed to insurance person .Insurance person cam and informed that your insurance is claimed in offer so your car engine is not getting claimed under insurance policy which you taken now.So i immediately reached concern sales team where i purchased car, i questioned why you people didn't informed about insurance policy? for that they answered we will never explain about any insurance to any customer don't ask anything about insurance.

                                    So i dropped mail to concern teams regarding payment clarification and issue related to insurance and invoice, i didn't received any replay from any team or any concern person and i personally reached to Mettuguda showroom and with help of CRM i met GM(Sales) and explained my issue, he told that i will check and get back to you .After two day s i got call from CRM stating something went wrong with your file and mistake have been done form Saboo end for that we are returning of amount 15000 for the mistake what is happened.And i reached Mettuguda showroom today and discussed with GM and he simply saying whatever happened is happened forget it and sorry for mistake and inconvenience happened and excuse us.

                                      My hyundai, i-10 car (2013 model) is having a serious problem. The eps light is coming on and the steering becomes very hard. I have gone through the customer complaints and have observed that this defect has been reported by many users. It is obviously a manufacturing defect as the components are shielded and not accessible to the user / driver. So there is no chance of misuse.

                                      It is also a very serious defect which if the company does not acknowledge or ignores is likely to cause an accident.

                                      I am a senior citizen and i expect the company to take speedy action to correct and get the defective part replaced free of cost.

                                        My self puneet dhillon, i want to complaint againt grover hyundai service ludhiana.i visit three time to office, many time calls, but they didnt solve my problem, there is some engine sign in my car, when i visit the showroom they always waste my two to three hours but they always say in the end sir we call you back, but they cant, after that much harrashhment very poor service.please solve my problem.Please call me to resolve
