I purchased my car on DEC'2017 and i have been paid 9, 00, 000 change on (on road price) but invoice i received from showroom is 7, 58, 000, so for the same i have raised concern why you have been provided full discount on ex-showroom price and again you provided insurance in offer insurance amount (19000), for the same they had provided below breakup where there is no clarity at all and again called to the respective manager and asked clarification, for that he told that something went wrong and mistake happened from our please excuse for that .
for the inconvenience which caused for you we are compensating as that we will provide three years of water wash, waxing and polish as free and please leave this issue.So for the time i think k i can be calm so i kept silent.

But unfortunately my car was flooded in the month of MAY'18 and i taken to to service center and service center team informed to insurance person .Insurance person cam and informed that your insurance is claimed in offer so your car engine is not getting claimed under insurance policy which you taken now.So i immediately reached concern sales team where i purchased car, i questioned why you people didn't informed about insurance policy? for that they answered we will never explain about any insurance to any customer don't ask anything about insurance.

So i dropped mail to concern teams regarding payment clarification and issue related to insurance and invoice, i didn't received any replay from any team or any concern person and i personally reached to Mettuguda showroom and with help of CRM i met GM(Sales) and explained my issue, he told that i will check and get back to you .After two day s i got call from CRM stating something went wrong with your file and mistake have been done form Saboo end for that we are returning of amount 15000 for the mistake what is happened.And i reached Mettuguda showroom today and discussed with GM and he simply saying whatever happened is happened forget it and sorry for mistake and inconvenience happened and excuse us.

    My hyundai, i-10 car (2013 model) is having a serious problem. The eps light is coming on and the steering becomes very hard. I have gone through the customer complaints and have observed that this defect has been reported by many users. It is obviously a manufacturing defect as the components are shielded and not accessible to the user / driver. So there is no chance of misuse.

    It is also a very serious defect which if the company does not acknowledge or ignores is likely to cause an accident.

    I am a senior citizen and i expect the company to take speedy action to correct and get the defective part replaced free of cost.

      My self puneet dhillon, i want to complaint againt grover hyundai service ludhiana.i visit three time to office, many time calls, but they didnt solve my problem, there is some engine sign in my car, when i visit the showroom they always waste my two to three hours but they always say in the end sir we call you back, but they cant, after that much harrashhment very poor service.please solve my problem.Please call me to resolve

          Your branch royal hundai authorised service center situated in udaipur (Raj.) we are not happy with the service. We have given an accidental vehicle on 30 may verna 4s fluidic rj27ce4767 they do not have sufficient space to park they have thrown cars at garbage or road site not only ours 300-400 vehicles are there of accident and service. When we ask they response like they have no parts availabilitiy and they have said that it is done and they have made 59000 bill but it is incomplete. Insurance company is also giving claim of 44700 rs "when we asked insurance company why this claim is not fully given they answered that the parts which are not damaged and are of company are also changed by royal hyundai. And the color done by royal hundai do not matches the original color. We are not satisfied by the service given by the authorised dealer. If we don not get our vechile in 3 days we will report to consumer court. All the responsibility will be of company and the till the date vechile is with u the compensation will be taken. We are sending pictures in which they have thrown vechiles on the road. They are blackmailing and cheating with customer

            Sir/Madam,
            I had booked i20 from Rsquare, Chembur on 01/04/2018. I had given the Booking amount of Rs 25000/- by cheque no "422734", canara bank, Which was debited on 05/04/2018. ( Booking reciept not provided to me by Rsquare).

            After a few days your sales person Mr. Ganesh informed that Rsquare, chembur will be unable to timely delivery of my booked i20 car due to some problem and completed the purchase procedure at Sai auto Hyundia saki vihar road, chandivali, Mumbai. I have paid the full amount there and purchased the i20 car.

            Mr. Ganesh told me that he had cancelled my booking at Rsquare, chembur and I will get my refund of Rs 25000/- within 2 days. But till today I have not got my refund. I had repeatedly visited to Rsquare chembur but they always misguide and lied to me. I have got fade up now. Kindly do needful to ensure my refund at earliest. Thanking you.

              Center locking not working third time in between 5 month. Buzzer not working in next day when i purchase the car & inform the dealer in same day. No any response in any side. Very bad service in hyundai agency. Left side door unlocking problem, steering wheel problem. I am very frustrate to purchase to my first car in hyundai. Please resolve the issue on urgent basis.

                Hi team,,
                As per toi newspaper ad dated 19 june 2018, work from home under banner hyundai motor company i called up on [protected] and the person who picked up the phone ask me to send details on this no. I sent it and next day rakesh mishra called me through [protected] to pay rs. 3100/- registration. I paid and again he ask me to pay rs. 6200/- for product price. I paid and after that he ask me to pay 25% amt. Rs. 3600/- for gst. I paid again he is asking to pay rs. 9000/- for gst which i denied. I ask him to give me proof so that i can pay remaining amount once i recd. The courier. Now he saying that pay 50% of amount then he can courier the laptop and accessories which i am not able to pay. When i asked him to cancel the deal and return my amount for that he refused to pay, i think he is cheating with me and he is doing fraud with people hence i want to log complaint against him.                   Hi,
                  I am bharat and had booked grand i10 sportz 2018 model on 10 march 2018 from r square hyundai, chembur mumbai. I was asked to pay the rs 60, 000.00 as booking amount. I was further told that vehicle will be delivered in next ten days after making balance payment in a week time. I paid total rs 6, 60, 000.00 towards complete delivery but so far i have received only mental harassment from their staff. It is more than three months since the booking/payment and they have neither delivered nor refunded the paid money. R square staff is not very efficient and they are master is bluffing and cheating innocent persons. R square md and their senior staff do not respect their positions and promise words. They have cheated me and other customers like me who have paid money from their hardcore earning and savings. I do not know when i will get back my money back. I have visited many times to r square office with my family and met manager mr. Arun but i got only written and verbal promises. My son who was very crazy about hyundai car suddenly started hating after all these incident which happened in past few months. I am also regretting now that why did i chose hyundai products who do not care about their customers.
                  I request manager, hyundai motors india to help me and give justice.

                  I will be very grateful to hyundai if my complained get attended and resolved.

                    At the time of car delivery (dt: 9th March, 2018) the dealer finance department promised me that they will get a clearance from Axis Bank that they will wavie off the preclosure fee on the Loan we pay the entire amount after 2 Years and after the car was delieved the manger (Raghu) is pushing the dates it will next later. Im fed up following up with him it has been 5 months and they never got back to me and stopped picking my calls now. I would request to see if this issue and see that this dealer does not cheat people in future.

                      I brought eon wth number pb 02 dc 9107, yet i have not received rc of my vehicle nor setero of car is doing work since i brought this product from goyal hundai jalandhar.
                      What the bloody hell going on. This is very rubbish, am really very very disappointed from the service of hundai, this is really shame for company that they are unable to provide a better stereo or music system in cars.

                        Sir, myself bought a grand i10 asta car from nrl hyundai agra on 17/10/2017. My car number is up80-eh 0801. I was handed over two different manual keys by them, which i happened to get known day before yesterday when my car battery drained & rsa personals visited my place & was told by them that have different keys. Kindly provide me the original key to my car, shall not entertain changing all locks of my vehicle. My contact number is [protected].

                          Dear hyundai,

                          Last day i purchased new creta facelift after travelling 100 kms i got a burnt smell in the engine and heavy smoke in the engine.

                          Then i came out from the car and locked and informed to customer care dept and they have towed the car to the nearest service station,

                          I have reported same thing to the car dealer where i have purchased the car.

                          And they were saying that was a manufacture issue so they gone a repair and send it to me.

                          No way i m not going to take the car back. I have handed over the car to the dealer.

                          They are willing to give that fault car to me to escape form the issue.

                          It had become by life risk.

                          I dont want to take the same risk again.

                          Kindly help me out in this case.

                          Looking for immediately response form the team.

                          My solution is to exchange with a new car /refund.

                            Here i have purchase the new x cent petrol for personal use.
                            The first service is due on 1000 km or 1 month. Yesterday in emergency i went out of station for 450 km. This complete the km range for service. Today i want to dealer from i purchase, they even not welcome the new service customer but they replay that you have do not have book the appointment then your car is not going to service, first book the service then it is possible.
                            The dealer do not have the one or two car walking coming for the service and even this is the first service. Now how i can associate the hyundai or the dealer, my bad luck that i have purchase this car and i have to suffer or go to local repairer.

                            Is it worth to go for this.

                              I am libu george. I own a creta 1.4crdi car from vtj hyundai kochi. My complains are brake failure, power steering failure and water getting inside both the front headlights. I consented the service centre for 3times. I only run my car 5700kms. I need fix these complaints. They just delivered the car in 07 november 2017. I need a immediate action on this.

                                Hyundai xcent sx variant model year purchased on december 2017 developed a problem of fuel injector line leaking problem which is highly dangerous. The car on 24 june 2018 was fuelled up by gasoline worth of rs.2000 and as we stopped on our next stop we noticed some gasoline smell from air conditioner. We checked up the hood and we found the fuel line was spitting the gasoline on the engine. It is so terrifieing thing about quality of hyundai.

                                  For purchasing grand i10 i visited your outlet hyundai crossland, vaishali nagar, jaipur. At the time of our visit and enquiry the customer executive ms. Varsha attended us and treated us very gently. We booked the car by depositing advance amount rs/- 10000 and submitted required documents for the loan of rs 3 lacs. Different bank loan agents were present there who offered me varied loan scheme and interest rates. I found their interest rates higher than market rates and showed interest in taking loan from my bank where i already have my saving account, but your executive forced me to take loan from her suggested bank executive. When i denied to take loan from them ms. Varsha misbehaved with me and shouted as i am a criminal.
                                  Sir with deep sorrow i would like to mention that my entire family has faith in your prestigious company and we are already using 2 hyundai cars. This was the 3rd hyundai car in our family. But this kind of wrong and insulting behaviour with customers can spoil the image of your company.
                                  We humbly request you to take necessary action against concerned person and guide then how to behave with customers. I also request you to instruct your company executive to refund my booking amount to avoid inconvenience.

                                    Dear Hyundai team I had purchased a Creta Car from Samrithi Motors Pvt Ltd Ambala on 18th June 2018. The Creta Model was E+ 1400 cc. The quotation was taken from Samrithi motors before hand in which they had not mentioned anything about Extended warranty. ON the day of the sale Samrithi motors said coating over car and extended warranty were compulsory for all the customers. On my insisting that whether the same was made compulsory by Hyundai, they said it was the dealer principle who had made it compulsory. I asked them in writing on which they did not give it to me and charged me Rs 12672 on the name of extended warranty. The behavior was also not good. No body from the delaer even bothered to explain and show the car features as well. In the end the hurriedly gave me the car as if they were doing a favour on me.
                                    I would request you to kindly take up with the dealer and would request to take a strong action so that no customer suffers in future.

                                      I am regularly giving my car no. Gj02bp 2205 elentra for service at your khokhra service station - ahmedabad. Yesterday on 21.08.18when my car was given for service. I have seen board at workshop on which this word writterened"90 minutes is all it takes. Alaways." (Get your car serviced in just ninety minutes.). Head of service person donot understand the meaning of it. I ask him to give my car to be serviced in 90 minutes. They refused to give in 90 minutes. Then why they put this board and making people full.
                                      2) they also donot return our replacement parts why? Only on request they give.

                                        I request to showrooms maneger to refund my booking amount. They give me one month periad.
                                        I wait from one month but showroom cannot give my amount till.
                                        Please refund my booking amount as soon as earlier.
