This is regarding new car booking of hyundai eon from dsc hyundai nandhanam chennai. Looks like the showroom do not have sufficient cash to take dd for new car registration. There was complete lack of communication from the showroom. Please cancel my order and require refund with interest. Tthe booking is in the name of netha gopinath. I heard now that they are shutting down business. Please arrange for refund of my money asap

    We regretfully to inform you that one of your dealers of mumbai viz. Mithila cars based in mira road has duped us of rs.75000. We had booked i20 elite sports model, their representative named mr. Raja continually followed up till he got the booking amount. Once he received the booking amount, nor has he shared the cheque acknowledgement also he is absconding, does not answer our calls and we keep getting threatening calls from mithila cars.

    Request for prompt action, would request for refund of amount and kindly do not appoint such fraudsters as your dealers

      I was purchased a xcent new car on 6.10.2017 from golden hyundai at salem, tamilnadu at the time of delivery we saw the dicky, dicky panel spare is not available that time so the show room person told me we will provide the dicky panel at the time of first service but the car completed third service till now the showroom person not provide the above (Spare panel)

      So pls kindly solve the problem as soon as

        Sir i own hyundai i2o (Ka18 n 1869.). On june 2 it's windshield broke. I consulted pavan hyundaitumkur to fix the problem. As they were not having enough facility here they took the car to bangalore on 4th june. Till date i haven't received a positive reply from their side. I was planning to book new verna or new creta as my next car. Pagan hyundai has my deficiencies. They have failed to keep up the promise. So i have decided to take honda city. Plz solve the problem at the earliest.

          Bought creta sx (O) diesel.
          It is not giving the mentioned km/lit. After driven 700 km, the km/lit is 14.
          When cars with lower h. P and lower torque overtakes, when creta engiene rpm is 2000 or 2100, wish to know whether turbocharger is working or not.
          When checked with the local dealer - company own outlet - told me to drive only 100 km to find the fuel consumption / lit. He also told me that the turbo is working well. But i differ to accept.
          There must be a valid reason to find no required amount of surge is taking place when the engine rpm is 2000 or 2100. The turbo reached max at 1750 engine rpm and be at the max up to 2750 rpm then declines as per details available.
          Advice me.

            Dear sir.
            This incident happened first time in my life. I have i20 asta which is 3 years old. Earlier i had tata manza which i used 5 year without any problem.
            The incident happened when i was travelling from shillong to guwahti with my family... Then my steering got failed and car turned 90* on road...
            I was shocked! The speed was 40 -50 only... And it was my luck only which saved me and my family... After that car doesn't moved from that place... This is manufacturing fault! Kindly look towards this.

              I has bought i20 elite on june 2015, till date 92000 km driven. Suddenly 3 days back ac stopped cooling. After taking into siva hyundai azamgarh service station, they told me that compressor needs to be changed at a cost of 20k. This problem is faced by many i20 slite owners. Hyundai has failed to provide a reliable product to its customers.
              Within just 3 years, compressor has stopped working and that to with many i20 elite cars. This shows hyundai is only cheating its customers. Worst experience with this car and company...

                After having booked the creta and paid 2.5l my job got shifted to usa and i had to cancel my booking. Dealer is not giving the money back after repeated daily calls. There is sangita who always tells owner is not coming and now that owner has come is. Not signing on my refund check. Absolute unethical behaviour and should not be in business at all in pune

                  I have complain for below hundai service center of rajkot :

                  I have hundai i10 car since 2009, below is the detail

                  Car chassis no - malam51br9m363236
                  Car no. - 4315
                  Registered name - hariprasad thakkar

                  I had ac cooling problem last month and they have changed cooling coil, but after one month problem is same. I went for long rout first time after car repaired yesterday on 10th june, 2018.
                  After 50km, on highway my car ac was stopped cooling and after some time my car was stopped also on middle of highway!!!

                  I had to toi car from highway to home (50km!!!) and my weekend was spoiled because of shiv hundai pathetic service, they had not repaired my car properly and they are not giving me proper answer too.

                  You can check my previous records, i always repair car in authorized hundai service center in rajkot (Mostly equity hyundai), i have repaired first time in shiv hundai and my experince was worst, first of all they provided me car delivery very late, they didn't call me for estimate expenses and every time i have to call them, they pick up fone after 2-3 times hardly.

                  Please help me and contact me my mobile numer is [protected], i will explain you my problem in brief. I am very frustrated from shiv hundai.

                  I have to go for police complain and consumer court if you guys will have not take any strict action again this poor hundai service center.
                  Very sorry to say that i was waiting for a stand by Car Battery from yesterday

                    Dear All,

                    Last week my car(UP16AX9433) left door, front bumper, panel got damaged during one road accident at Noida and on 9th June 2018, I visited Nirmal Hyundai Sector 03 Noida (from where I have purchased the car ) along with my wife and given my car to be repaired .

                    My car is covered from Reliance General insurance since last 2 year and from last 4 years Insurance Policy has been taken from Nirmal Hyundai only as they promise better service under Hyundai assurance but TODAY I FELT CHEATED AND HARASSED BY WORKING OF RELIANCE Insurance, SURVEYOR Mr Sushil Mehta, who is rejecting half of the claim basis fimly ground, even without visiting the showroom (as per him he checked it online ).

                    #1 Surveyor has rejected claim for bumper and left panel (which got damaged due to last week accident), by saying it was already damaged during last claim which happened in Aug 2017, they have provided pic for last year claim, which is attached .

                    #2 As per the PIC bumper is not damaged on the left side even during last claim .

                    #3 Car insurance was renewed in Jan 2018, almost 5 months after last claim and I have paid RS 15000 PREMIUM FOR THE SAME. Now if bumper is already damaged and not repaired during last claim, then does any objection/Observation was pointed by Reliance insurance or dealer Nirmal Hyundai during renewal process ?

                    #4 If bumper is alreaday damaged then why Car insurance was renewed with same company without any objection /observation, if any objection is made and pointed out to me, please show the same with my signed copy ?.

                    #5 I called SURVEYOR Mr Sushil Mehta and he misbehaved with me on call and cut the call in between by saying " DO COMPLAINT, WHER EVER YOU WANT BUT CLAIM WONT BE PASSED ". Is this your customer service and is this way you treat your customers ?

                    Please note I have searched online and have similar cases/cheating/claim rejection at Nirmal hyundai for bumper with same reasosn, which means they are such act from long time .

                      I have purchased a new hyundai grand i 10 sportz model by exchanging my old i10 era of 2008 model from saraighat hyundai, guwahati on 01/06/2018. I was told my the dealer that initially it will give low mileage after servicing on 2 months it will give more mileage. Asking the dealer how much it would give initially before servicing, they assured me that it would give at least 15 km/ltr. I was satisfied very much by verbal assurance of the dealer and their amicable behaviour. But to my utter surprise & frustration, the vehicle is giving below 6km/lt, which quiet abnormal and an substantial deviation from their promise. Even my 10 yrs. Old car was giving 13km/ lt. It is not at all acceptable as far as present mileage is concerned. I have contacted saraighat hyundai they are unable to give proper respond. Hence i am forced to write to intervene and abnormal mileage can be rectified. As you know the cost of petrol is extraordinarily high, and i cannot afford to be lavish to continue with such mileage.

                        I brought a new verna 1.6 crdisx (0) from nri motor agra, up now the trouble is they are compelling us to install the gprs system as they have already deducting the gprs installation amount from me at the time of payment but i dose not want the same.
                        You are a big company i always use hyundai car as my first choice and i and my family are using another hyundai car model i 20
                        Pl do the needful at the earliest as we have no use of of gprs as we are living in a small city mathura

                            Hi, i had bought new verna in jan 2018, and recently i took my family for long road trip to punjab and himachal, below are my experience.
                            1. Engine power is a big issue, you can not overtake any car on highway until unless you gear down to 3rd gear and even in 3rd gear initial pickup starts after 2500 rpm which was very disappointing.
                            2. Space is a big issue with this car, we were 5 people in car and non o[censored]s were sitting comfortable due to space problem, leg space is too low.

                            I can say this car is worst sidan, i have ever drive. Highly disappointed.

                              I bought new car from pawal hyundai showroom (Prashar hyundai) on feb. While buying i complaint that these tyre are of local quality but they said no its of good quality and bla bla.. Nd now while travelling on huda road palwal the tire got burst due to whuch i hve to met with an accident there is also some danages on rim but company is not changing my tire.. They just said that there is no warramty of tyr take isurance... Why dhould i take insurnce i m sufferung a lot of problem now nd i thnk purchasjng an hyundai car is the worst experiemce i have ever had... The tyre were of local quality hankook tyres.. There are already loat of complaints against these tyre... I dont know how you people are working.. Only frauds are veing done by you i am fed up with hyundai company now shoukd i do know where to go what to do.. Worst experience worst company ever seen

                                New creta is not good enough because in new creta ventilated seats, rain sensing wipers, led tail lamps, cool glove box, auto head lamps, smart boot, 60:40 back seat split and many more features are missing. So pliz do the needful as early as possible, because in such healthy car market customer expect more from hyundai and hyundai is always known for its features.

                                  My complane is that i was serviced my complite clutch section of march 29th of 2015. Then repitedly problame arrise and i was again serviced full complite clutch section in 2017 of 20th may km 80000. Both two servcing i satircfied. The two servicing cost app. 40, 000/-,

                                  But june 9th of 2018 of 3.17pm repitedly arrise same problame in difference of 8800km in jajpur road servcing center and they said to me app. Cost of 20000. I have not satisfied for gajapat nagar servicing center.
                                  When i go to servcing center i feel mr. Maneger always seated in their chamber and uses air con.

                                    My i10 car gear problem, (Only first gear moving issue) i am going to hassan hundai showroom, i explained the gear problem to adviser, he promised to solve the problem and with also suggest to change engine oil, i am accepted, estimated cost is 4500
                                    Next day adviser call me, and he says old clutch plate is repaired, problem is solved. That day evening 5 pm i am going to showroom test drive along with adviser same gear problem. Suddenly adviser call to mechanic, explained gear problem 2nd day, not first day. Mechanic no idea about gear problem because adviser not explained to mechanic.
                                    Finally he takes one more day change the new clutch plate and engine oil. Final bill is around 11500. That bill having 3000 service charge
                                    Unnecessary parts items is their in the bill. First day i am strictly says only solve gear problem and change engine oil only, but he is added so many parts in the bill. It's very expensive and poor service.
                                    This type of incidents block mark to honourable hundai company.

                                      This is a complaint regarding customer harassment case which is done at Hyundai Service center at Kudlu Gate, Hosur Road, Bangalore.

                                      I gave my car for servicing last week, during service one of care takers asked me to replace power steering EPS motor as it was not working intermittently (sometime it was perfectly fine). Also there was a clutch hardness issue which he didn’t mention at all when he called me. He just blindly told about EPS motor which cost me 6k.

                                      After 2-3 days itself, power steering stopped working completely.

                                      When I asked them, they took my car and they came up with saying another issue. Now they are asking 8k for replacing another part (some wiring issue). Now they are harassing me with different statements. I cannot pay any more amount now. If they had told first time itself I would have analyzed my budget.

                                      I need my car returned now with power steering issue rectified. If they cannot fix issue I want my whole amount returned given to them in last week servicing including all servicing charges as I don’t see any improvement in my car.

                                      I thought of mailing you before I take other legal action about this fraud.

                                        A call received from Ashiana Motor regarding Renewal of Car Insurance.Preety/Rakesh said to me Car wash is free with Car insurance is free in any agency for unlimited period .Call recording is available. After renewal of car insurance he/she denied to give free coupon. After discussion he wrote in insurance paper that car wash fee.As per IRDA rule no extra word mentioned which is not related to insurance papers. I said to Mr. Rakesh regarding it but he loose temper and said you are illeterate.
                                        This type of staff is not suitable for Hundai. Do suitable action against him.
