I am regularly giving my car no. Gj02bp 2205 elentra for service at your khokhra service station - ahmedabad. Yesterday on 21.08.18when my car was given for service. I have seen board at workshop on which this word writterened"90 minutes is all it takes. Alaways." (Get your car serviced in just ninety minutes.). Head of service person donot understand the meaning of it. I ask him to give my car to be serviced in 90 minutes. They refused to give in 90 minutes. Then why they put this board and making people full.
2) they also donot return our replacement parts why? Only on request they give.

Photo is more then 2mb hence this site do not accept other wise i can send you proof.

    I request to showrooms maneger to refund my booking amount. They give me one month periad.
    I wait from one month but showroom cannot give my amount till.
    Please refund my booking amount as soon as earlier.

      Purchased grandi10 sportz o, dl7dc7876 on 22 june 2017. There is a problem in petrol. When the car is in idle position without ac, there is a fluctuation in rpm or even when i m lowering the window glass. While driving also, when i take clutch brake the car switches off. I have been visiting sunrise hyundai but no one heeding to my problems and taking it seriously and it is not rectified till date. I m really disappointed at your services.

      I purchased a Hyundai Creta top model automatic on 4th Dec 2017, it is just 6 months and I went only twice to Bangalore 350 km away and came back. Every time my tyre got punctured and no warranty and insurance given, I had to pay 13400 inr to get a new tyre. I purchased this vehicle from Kun Hyundai, Chennai

        Dear team,
        I have purchased a brand new xcent (Petrol) (Mp-04-cu-7159)-on 11th april 2018 from m/s. Surjeet hyundai chuna bhatti bhopal.
        My car has run only 2856 km till 02/06/2018.

        I was travelling with my family from gwalior to bhopal on 02/06/2018, hardly i have driven 30-35 km from gwalior and found i am unable to shift the gear as per required speed.
        I carefully parked my vehicle by road side and tried to shift the gear but it was taking only 3rd and reverse gear but not moving smoothly.

        Then i call hyundai customer care rsa (Ref no-x[protected]ind) for assistance near about 6:30 pm. I have waited till 10:20 pm then after your toeing vehicle has reached on spot.
        I was standing on highway where no street light were there, i was with my family, before hyundai toeing vehicle reach, my fried came from gwalior and has dropped my family back to gwalior.
        It is not a complaint against rsa, at least they have help me.
        This was the experience of hyundai rsa.

        Now second point :

        Rsa has dropped my vehicle on royal hyundai, chandrawani naka gwalior work shop.
        Next morning i have approached to royal hyundai service center, they have told me that gear has been stuck, you have driven the car roughly (I would like to tell you that before this car i was having santro xing xk and have driven 170, 000 km) then they have open the top cover of gear box and release gear using screw driver.
        After getting a test drive they told me that, there is some problem in gear box and same have to be check.
        Next day they have opened the gear box and found one of the lock pin was fixed in wrong position due to this gear box is not working and it is manufacturing defect. (As told by service manager - mr. Vikas bhadouriya)
        They told me that they will fix the lock pin properly and it will work properly.
        There may manufacturing defect on other parts also.
        Pls suggest how can i accept repaired gear box in hardly 2 months old car.

        When i have insisted to change the gear box as it is not more than 2 month old, very hardly they get convinced to change.
        I have asked for apsm number but it was not provided to me.
        Today is 21/6/2018, 18 days gone but till date no proper update is there only fake commitments are made in regards of delivery.

        Today too i have visited royal hyundai and i have been told that it will take 4-5 days more as order has been placed, i don’t think i can have my car back in said time.

        I have not bought this car to move in auto or bike in 47 degree temperature of gwalior.

        I am in gwalior, hottest place of mp.
        I was planning to buy a new car from last 3 and half year, very hardly i decide to buy a car but it has not worked for me more than 1 and half month.
        I am dropping & picking my children to school by using bike in 46-47 degree temp.
        Today i myself is feeling heat stroke.
        Just think, how my children will be facing this heat.
        Hyundai has not provided any stand by vehicle.

        Over all it is the worst experience with hyundai

        All this scenario has forced me to approach consumer court for same.

          I had repaired my accidental car by chandra hyundai, udaipur rajasthan in oct-2015.in that case driver side rear gate replaced with new paint and bonnet get painted. After just 2 year door paint start removing and bonnet paint get cracked. I lodge complaint on 15th may 20188 with complaint number 1-[protected] after that other dealer service manager mr. Sanju dixit visited my car and as per discussion with him he told that its very worst repairing work, no primer before paint, but after that no action from hyundai side.
          I have tweet many times but call comes from gurgaon that we are escalating your complain to head office but no response.
          I am shocked that my original colour of car is still in perfect condition after 12 year but this repaint get damaged in 2 year only.
          Request you kindly take it on priority to maintain your faith.

            I am an old customer of Hyundai holding 3 Hyundai cars in my small family.
            I have been involved in a legal matter because of negligence of your company.
            I had exchanged my Alto lxi CNG HR51Y 9585 from Mahadev Hyundai, Faridabad in August 2016 and purchased a grandi10 HR51BK1123. Details are attached along with.
            Now I have police standing at my door asking me to report SHO panchkula on 22/06/2018 for a legal matter associated with this car which is a recent one.
            I have sold this car to Hyundai to avoid unnecessary hasstles and now because of you I have been landed in a legal soup.
            Kindly, contact and send your representative to the SHO women police station, panchkula on 22/06/2018 at 11 am sharp as I will also be present there and explain it to them that I have handed over the physical possession to Mahadev Hyundai as per the documents and the transfer of RC was entirely your responsibility in every exchange case.
            I have contacted Mahadev Hyundai and they have provided me photo copy of sale agreement but RC was not transferred on the purchaser's name.
            I don't want to be dragged into all this because of irresponsible nature of your employees.

              I booked one hyundai creta diesel e-plus passion orange model last week at oxina hyundai - trichy dealer with commitment of assured delivery on june23rd. Even yesterday i confirmed with sales person mr. Vignesh who booked the vechile, about the delivery. He said there will not be any delivery delay and as assured by us the vechile will be delivered on june23rd. Then i requested to transfer fund from hdfc bank. They transfered. After getting money today the sales person is calling and telling me that passion orange is not available at the factory right now and the production is on the way and hence the delivery will be approimately after 10th of july. I just want to know whether this dealer doesn't know about model availability while booking or 2 days atleast after booking or atleast before getting 90% of the amount. I think i was cheated. I now request you to deliver the car as committed by the dealer as they are your couterpart.

                Being a trust on hyundai more than 35 years this time sad to say i have no more trust on this reputated automobile companies who fail to meet their commitment.

                This is regarding creta 1.4 crdi s which we have booked from your dealer m/s fair deal hyundai, h. B. Road, ranchi on 28 may 2018 by giving 10k booking amount and sales manager named mr. Sanjay mishra who give a commitment to deliver the vehicle on 12th of june 2018 as per the discussion and we have paid full amount which has been credited to your company account no. [protected] on 12.06.2018.

                Now as already told you that this vehicle is regarding marriage occasion... Now you fail to meet ur expectations... And give me date 26 june 2018 which is not for my use. Now sorry to say i want to know your tat after receiving full amount of vehicle as it is already passed 10 more days and want to compensation as well as per the consumer rights.

                  It is to say that i am a government employee in ccl ranchi. On monday i went to take delivery of creta in fairdeal hyundai dipatoli showroom with my family.in showroom besides sales manager room in corner one person and lady staff was seating but the person was very much toching with lady staff. I was watching them for more then 2 hour and cabin was closed i don't want to say more. We go with the family to see this type of things. This is not the culture of mnc. I don't want to say i couldn't stop. I taken pictures due to glass it not clear. I don't want to say more.

                    Dear sir,

                    I had purchased hyundai i10 grand from ketan hyundai gondia, maharashtra. Since last 2-3 weeks ac wasn't working properly and creating some unusual sound. As i travelling long distance from gondia to jabalpur (Approx 300 km), i went to authorize anmol hyundai service center at jabalpur. There vehical was submitted for a day and the said problem was seamed to be resolved. Next day while travelling back to gondia i realised that the speed was'nt raising above 80km/hr. Immidately i went to gondia showroom on 14/06/2018 where i was asked to submit the car for checking. Now after 3 days i was informed that vehicle need to be sent to nagpur as they are uable to detect the problem. When i contacted nagpur service center they are asking to pay for repairing. It is not at all justified as my vehical is still under warranty period and current speed problem is started due to poor service by authorize hyundai service center jabalpur. Also at time of deal we are assured for service across all hyundai service centers in india.
                    You are kindly requested to look in to matter urgently and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I need my vehical repaired at earliest as i need to travel frequently.

                      I have made booking of hyundai verna from royal hyundai, gwalior (M. P.) on 30/05/2018. After the booking i tried to contact the salespersons there for queries but to my dismay i found their behaviour inappropriate and ignorant. So i finally decided to cancel the booking but instead of assisting me in the cancellation process they intimidated me purportedly by saying that they will cost me my full booking amount of inr 20, 000 if i withdraw...

                      My vehicle registration number is dl1zb1428 which was sent to the himgiri hyundai service center, dilshad garden, delhi by my driver for damage repairing after an accident. All work was done through insurance. I don't know what list of work for claim was sent to insurance company. All work was satisfactory except stepney cover in diggi was not changed but damaged part was cut and now stepney cover does not have enough size to cover complete area of stepney. My driver only took delivery but when i saw the same immediately i informed the service center. Till todate i have called 3-4 times and they also have responses positively but still awaiting implementation.

                        Purchased the vehicle in april 2013. Power steering failure major issue occurred in in august 2015. Had to replace the eps module which is quite expensive. Despite taking all care while driving the vehicle, the problem resurfaced intermittently recently and now again the eps has again completely failed. Seems there is no other option but to keep on bearing the design defect burden of hyundai as they are yet to respond to my complaint letter dtd august 2015, addressed to their top management.

                            Hyundai i10 — problem with power steering

                            Sir,
                            I own a i10- magna model. My car is 5-years old. Last month when we are going to office, suddenly my steering got jammed and its very tough to steer it and i had a very tough time to bring my vehicle to halt at the side of the road. When i contacted my insurance company tata aig he said this a technically problem so kindly contct the hyundai company.

                            We have never heard that power steering can jam in the middle of the driving. So we request you to kindly replace the power steering and explain us the self life of power steering. If power steering can jam at any given point of time then what is the safety of the people sitting in side the car and we should buy hyundai car.

                                I went to berkeley hyundai service center in panchkula for periodic service of my car but in the service they damage my car i am receiving many problems they damage the suspension of my car poor alignment and balancing done by them. I am receiving problem with the wiring of car and the damage some ac setting also. After the service i am just felling i am driving some other car which is in worst condition. I wish i never visit the service centre. Specially the berkeley hyundai service center.

                                  As my remote key case was damaged (Read 'shell') i ordered for one new key shell of my i 20 car from amazon.in and i received the same day before yesterday (11.6.2018). It may be noted that my remote was working as usual. My son who is a b. E.in mech. Engg. Changed the key shell yesterday night.

                                  Today, in the morning, when i attempted to start my car with the remote key i experienced that though remote function was going on normally (Opening and locking of doors), the engine of the car was not functioning properly.. Several attempts yielded nothing. Then i used my another key of the car and the engine started normally and i drove to the durga hyundai, coochbehar (Where from i purchased my car in 2013) for informing and solution of the problem. The receptionist (Lady) informed one mechanic and i handed over the key to him and he brought the car in the service zone. Later the mechanic told me to bring the old key shell for making the remote key functioning properly.
                                  Accordingly in the afternoon at around (5.50pm) i called mr. Yogesh lama (Service manager) if i would go there for making my remote key functional. Astonishingly, he raised the issue why i have not told him about the damage of key case and why i haven't purchased the key shell from the showroom. He straight way told me it will not be done as the keycase was not purchased from the service centre. I was unable to make him understand what actually happened and immediately i reached the showroom and handed over the remote key (Which was having the new key shell) and my old key shell and requested him to make the remote key functional. Then as per his order one mechanic opened the remote key and the old key shell.
                                  Unfortunately thereafter he was not eager to do anything to make my remote key functional. He refused to do it and told me he would do it if it were ordered and purchased from his service centre. He also raised some obscure points like, it has some security reasons; i cannot purchase it from outside; the whole key is to be purchased not the shell alone; why i have purchased and changed the new memory card of the new key (What i failed to understand) and why i haven't told him only about my problem in the morning and he will not do the job. I narrated him the details about the problem that i have procured only the key shell and my old key and memory card, battery etc. Of the remote key have been shifted into the new shell only. I appealed him to understand the matter and requested him a no. Of times to make the remote key functional. He refused it and denied to any favour.

                                  Being highly aggrieved and severely shocked at the harassment caused by the service manager, i requested him to return back my remote key and the old key shell in the same condition that i handed over to him and told him that this kind of misbehaviour and harassment from the service centre was the first of its kind during my last five years and i would brought the matter before the hyundai company and durga hyundai owner. Then one mechanic took my remote and used the same and made the same functional. I am thankful to him. I returned home with sadness and a kind of grievance and decided to bring it to the notice of the appropriate authority.
                                  8 months old Verna car didn't start today. Only a click sound had be coming. So I called up the service centre and asked them to rectify the problem. It could only be a battery issue. New car with a problem like this speaks about the quality of the company. But will wait for the response.

                                    This is my third complaint in the portal. Last complaint id is mentioned above.
                                    My car is in repair/service from more than 70 days. Car was ready after repair 10 days back but found scratches inside the car which was done by the neo hyundai service men unintentionally. Initially they were ready to repair the scratches but afterwards they denied. Please help.
