Dealer of hmil changed vehicle record information in main database without consent of vehicle owner especially after a concern was raised on car service. While this was highlighted to respective local agencies and email to "[protected]@hmil.net". However their approach is far below expectation and they seem casual on this malpractice/misconduct by local teams.

Do not trust them with your information.

    I serviced my car in your agency at haridwar near arya nagar service centre.

    Whenever i send my car to your agency they should theft some of the things from car like batteries, coolent and many more parts of that and sell it to another customer..

    I[censored] don't take any action on your servicing i will closed your all agencies nearby...

    And i have many friends & relatives who are thinking to buy car of hyundai and i ask them not to buy your car because u are theft all...

      Hi mr. Yk koo,

      I am writing this email to you with regards to highly disappointing experience i am having with hyundai over a last couple of months.

      I got my first car (Elite i20 magna model, petrol version) in may 2015 from hyundai dealer in gurgaon, haryana. I was really happy to have my first own car, and that to i20, one of the finest cars in market.

      I would like to quote all the experiences i had with hyundai:

      1. From the time i bought my car, i had some issue with driver seat. Almost 6 times i dropped my car to service station for the same issue but it never get resolved till date. Its being 3 years now, even i have stopped complaining about it assuming it can never be resolved.

      2. Some part got ruptured, even i don't remember the name within a span of 6 months i took the car and i got it replaced so no noise should come while my car crosses any speed breaker. But that is a gain a small thing, its a machine this may happen.

      3. I have given my car for servicing, and somebody from hyundai service center has stolen my key chain which i specially got from ladakh, but again i ignored it since small things can happen. But at least services should be good.

      4.in nov'2016 i moved to jaipur from gurgaon, and experiences became even more worse. I have given my car for servicing, the guy who came to pick my car named some "sandeep"saved my number and started molesting me. Giving blank calls, talking rubbish to me and exploiting me. He used to call me at midnight, odd hours and forcing me to talk to him. Even i blocked him but he tried doing same through other numbers.
      I expected support from hyundai that time, but the only answer i could get is mam we are also troubled because of him. Even he is haunting us that he will burn himself.
      I had to take help of my legal department in my office and police to get rid of him. I was really scared as he knew my house, office, number. But no one from hyundai has taken the responsibility and felt sorry about it.
      On top of it, my issue with car was not even taken care by them properly and on priority.

      5. Barely 2 months were passed after that incident, driver gate door lock suddenly was not working properly. I took it immediately to workshop, they told me some controller is not working properly we need to change it. I said okay, let me know how much time it will take. They have mentioned we need to order it and will take 3-4 days.
      I said okay, i have waited almost for 20 days for the same problem to get resolved, by that time my car part warranty got expired. On top of it i kept on calling and asking how much more time will this take. They were giving same replies, 2 days more, 3 days more. Almost for 20 days i used the other co-driver door to get inside the car, because driver side door was not opening from outside if car is locked.
      Then i went to gurgaon for some training and get it replaced there. But still problem is there, sometimes back door does not get locked and works improperly.
      I completely understand that car parts can be damaged, but at least timely service is your responsibility and correct service also.

      6.in nov'2017 i moved to bangalore and took my car with me. After taking my car here, i gave it for servicing at trident hyundai. But i guess this service station is just for making money.
      I got a call from them that some oil leakage is there is gear box, we need to change it. And charged some 13000 inr to me and 1 week before they charged 10000 inr for servicing which is okay.
      I paid whatever amount they asked, and whatever they have suggested. Just after a week i was going with my family and suddenly gear have stopped working in the middle of the road. I was standing on the road and no gears were working, somehow i took the car to trident hyundai and questioned them what has happened last week only i got is repaired and paid so much for it.
      Reply i got was, sorry mam, it was our fault some synchronization we have done wrongly, we will fix it and this will not happen.
      I have moved to new city recently, hardly knowing someone in the city and i have to juggle with car issues every other day, that too after paying so much as demanded by hyundai.

      7. After that my car ac have stopped cooling properly just after a week of ll that mess has happened. And as expected same reply, part needs to be replaced and i got it done and paid some 2000 inr for that.

      8. This incident has happened just a day before on 31st may 2018, thursday. I was coming from bangalore airport to city and my car suddenly stopped taking pick up with no indications before.
      I was standing on the road in sunlight, no body was topping by to help. I called hyundai rsa, which you should rename as "you pay and then we are there". I asked them to help me in towing the vehicle to nearest service station, he gave me the rate card if distance is up to 10 kms then pay 1700 inr i[censored]p to 25 kms then pay 2500 inr. They can only come and help if i will make the payment in advance. Otherwise they denied the service. Now if somebody is not using net banking then he should not get a car from hyundai as they can only help if you have net banking.
      I somehow after juggling for 2 hours in sun got a help from nearest mechanic who told me some petrol supply is not there we need to change some pump. I said i will get any change form hyundai only.
      Then i arranged help from a great guy of loading vehicle, he tied the rope to car and we drove some 20 kms like that till service station.
      Car is still there in service station, as expected i got a call from them again telling some other part has stopped working in engine which is there for some air pressure release, i don't know what they were mentioning. How come is that possible i got it service 2 months before only. And every time when i am taking my car to them they say some part has stopped working. That too car is just 3 years old, and ran some 40000 kms. They are again asking 22000 inr to me. Looks money making is the only agenda and making fool of me as i am new to city, language barrier is there.

      I sincerely request you to look into the matter, i was core fan of hyundai cars, but services they have provided to me and the kind of experience i had with them has shaken my faith and i will never recommend anyone to get it.
      I am not going to pay any part change payment now. Better i should get it repaired outside and save my time and money.
      But that would be great if you can look to what has happened.

      Expecting a positive response with better solution to ongoing issues.

          Dear sir/mam, i had given my car i10 up32 gc 7988 on 30th april 18 in hyundai sevice center kanpur road lucknow branch but soory to say the servce done was ver poor and it feel that service is done by local vendor instead of authorised service center. They had charged approximetly rs 9000. While taking the handover we had noticed that car was not washed properly, battery area was not clean, even light was not changed all this things were done after our involvement. When i complaint the same during feed back then they offered me free wash and when i had given my car for free wash it was noticed that water is not coming from wiper they told me that it will be chargeable. I had paid rs 40/- for the same but when i used the wiper the water was not coming properly. Request you to kindly look into it and take proper action against the service service center
          I purchased eon dlight car one month back. On that time your executive told me that mileage of eon will be 18/20 km/lt.
          But the car ran for 1200 km but the mileage is given 8/10 km/lt.
          Please require attention about this matter.i think it is a manufacturing defects
          The normally eon mileage will be 20 km/ lt but in my car it gave 8to 10 km

            I am a firm believer of hyundai cars since i owned a santro for almost 13 years from 1999. The car was in perfect condition and all that i did was to take it for normal servicing till i sold it to one of my friends. Based on this unflinching support to hyundai, again i bought an i10 sports in nov 2010. I had no much problems with the car till i got transferred to new delhi from visakhapatnam.

            2. On reaching delhi in jul 2014, i took the car to the hyundai motor plaza in mathura road since ac was not effective. Compressor assembly along with level 2 servicing was undertaken at a cost of rs 18565.00. The moment i left the service centre even though some improvement was there, the cooling was not optimum. I complained and they took the car and the service engineer convinced me that in delhi the cooling will be comparatively low since outside temperatures are very high. Since i was pre occupied with my job and new to delhi i blindly believed him some how pulled on seasons after seasons. The ac of the car continued to give problems and the service centres kept changing small and big parts subsequently which is evident from the records.

            3. My car is presently in plaza hyundai mathura road for poor ac performance and the service engineer advised that the compressor, discharge pipe and cooling coil etc are to be replaced as they are defective and verbally gave an estimate of rs 26000.00. Subsequently i along with gm service went to the shop floor and got the car ac checked by charging refrigerant and i found that at high rpm the cooling effect was there and at low rpm there was no cooling. To my shock, i found i was living with this problem since 2014 when my compressor was changed for the first time.

            4.in view of the above, i have the following to submit to you:-

            (A) the santro i bought in 1999 was a perfect car probably it was a cbu imported from korea.
            (B) the i10 bought in 2010 which was manufactured in india had quality issues on major spares such as ac compressor
            (C) high value items such as ac compressor etc shall not fail at this frequency as they should alomost serve for the entire life time of the car which points a finger at reliabilty.
            (D) i have a fear that in the first time in 2014 a partially defective item was replaced in my car by service centre because the performance at that time and now is the same. Which brings about a more serious issue of ethics!
            (E) my car is in the service centre. I told them to go ahead with what is required to be done. Parallely placed a complained as well in the portal.

            5. I request you to look into this matter, eventhough my car may not be a fancy or expensive one. But i relay on it for my day to day activities and such frequent expenditure is unaffordable to me. Car may be small, but it is a hyundai car, as a customer i want value for money and not a thing which troubling me financially. Captain r binduraj indian navy

              Hello,
              I have purchased hyundai grand i10 2.5years ago.
              I was facing problem in jumpers and steering adjustments as it was making so much noise.
              During warranty period, i had asked about it in service station, but they were refusing to accept the fault and said "esi awaaz to sab me aati hai."
              Now, when my warranty period is over, they are saying to replace the jumpers & steering rank which costs almost 15000
              During this 2.5 years, i have droven my car for just 11000 kms.
              If they have serviced the car and solved the problem on time, i will not have to face such problems.
              But due to warranty, they refused to repair the problem.

              Just because of their mistakes, i have to pay 15000 which i dont afford.
              Please help me for this

                  I have given my hyundai i10 car for regular service in authorized express hyundai showroom, sholinganallur, chennai. When i received the car after service i got few problems due to service fault. When i reported this to the service engineer he politely accepted and asked to send the vehicle again and also admitted that the faults which i told were not there when i sent for service. I was happy that they accepted and told that they will do it at free of cost. Due to my tight schedule i could not send my car for service. I informed the front office in sholinganallur and she accepted to get it done during next service. This time when i got a call for service, i was redirected to arumbakkam center and they also promised to address the complaints there. I gave my car and the service representative asked it will be chargeable as it was not their mistake. When i enquired back in sholinganallur, the front office executive told she will check but never responded back. This way i was cheated by express hyundai. I hope some necessary action will be taken and dealer will asked to given proper response for this misconduct by hyundai india. Am planning to do all my further repairs and services in a normal service center and definitely not with hyundai authorized centers.

                    I have purchased my vehicle hundai grand i10 sportz in 2016, mh 31eu 8263 from eros motors, ghat road, nagpur. After 15 days of my car purchase, i faced problem with clutch of car. I called hyndai service centre, problem partly got resolved. Then evertime during service of my vehicle, i complain about same clutch hardness/ tightness but i t could not get compledtely resolved. Everytime. Hundai service representative told me that it will get solve with time. After 20, 000km of service, i again asked about clutch problem. Now this time they told me to change my clutch plate and i have to pay for it. Since this clutch problem exists just after purchase of my car and everytime i am telling about the same, why thy have not changed in first time only. It is am manufacturing defect.

                      This refers to the quality of clutch, brakes and battery of the i20 elite which worn /failed within 3.5 years (33k kms).

                      Services centres also act like marketting agents who wish to give suggestion of parts replacement once warranty over.

                      Not customer oriented. No satisfaction at all.

                      We had to give vehicle twice to service centre in consecutive days since one problem resolution most of the time give birth to second problem.

                      Service centres believe only in getting form filled with good feedback.

                        I purchased a elite i20 asta in the month of october 2016. The car is with us for-19months when we were driving our i20 on street of khandagiri suddenly the car stopped and the engine did not start which might lead to an accident. After a lot of trial the motor started and we were back on track. However after driving for some minutes. When we reached the corner the car again got stopped and the brake was locked. Again after a lot of trial the car's engine started. After all the problems we went the to hyundai service center and we handover the car for complete checkup. Your adviser told us that the starter motor was damaged. However the adviser told that the stater motor would cost around 12000 rupees. For security of my car i consulted another service center and there the adviser told that the stater motor usually gets damaged after four years. I want to ask that if my car is under warranty why i should pay. I had not driven the car for 2 months and the self motor got damaged. If we cant find the quickest solution for my car then it would be very problematic for us. So kindly request to resolve problem very quickly.
                        And if not done then i would never suggest any body to buy products from hyundai.

                          This is harish from banglore. Yestarday i give a complaint regarding tyre issues. Today your blue hyundai customer care manager sushma called me shé scolding me. Without inform her i send a complaint mail. For complaint mail i should take a permission from the manager or not? She told me you send a complaint mail to hyundai comany take the help from hyundai company we won't help your any problems don't call me in future and she disconnected the call. One thing i will tell you i purchased hyundai company car. Not blue hyundai car. I believe hyundai company i don't believe blue hyundai. So many problems i faced in blue hyundai. Worst service. Low quality products. Fake promotion. Cheating. Before buying car they will take care of customers. After deliveried the vehicle they don't care. If any problem comes customer only suffer. I will tell you day by day how there are cheated me.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            My father-in-law has 'hyundai eon' registered at port blair with registration number 'an-01-j-5550'with insurance from 'united india insurance', port blair with policy no '[protected]p[protected]' valid till 24th feb 2019.

                            The same car met with accident on 12th may 2018 near school line, port blair in which the front part fo the car was totally damaged. It has been more than 2 weeks but the hyundai dealer at port blair is not providing the estimates for the car repair due to the reasons known best to them and not providin any help.

                            Request you to help with this at the earliest or we would have to approach the 'consumer court' for early resolution and compensation.

                              4 to 5 day before my car unbalanced and reached up on stone and hit down safety guard, front bumper, chassis pipe of oil and side door then i call road side assistance service and my car pool to marudhara service station jhunjhunu nearest to me and next they repair and billed 30293 including labour charges and saying that all problems are solved but still oil is continuously fallen.

                                In december 2013 i purchased eon magna +from them they have committed me that they will give me reference discount after purchasing the car...

                                Now its 2018 they always try avoid me.

                                  I sipon ahmed laskar, a customer of your company bought a creta car (Reg no-mz01l9415) about 2 years 5 month ago. From the beginning of purchase i had exhausted about 60000/- in spare parts and at the end of 2 years 5 month i am very unsatisfied with your brand service. If it continues i am unable ride your brand and bound to change your brand because of poor service of your creta car. Now my car is dead.

                                    On 10 march 2018 i came to the show room for second service but had to return after about 3 hours as there was huge rush, here i have to say that they could have not taken my case for service on that day or would have told me that it would take more that 4 or 5 hours so that my time would not have wasted, i had to travel about 40 km for service, they had taken the coupon also that time

                                    So today again i came to the show room for service and had booked the time, so i was there at about 9.15 am and my no was 6 when the fellow who was taking pics etc i informed him that i have bought the mobile oil and filter my self from the market and the same must be used, then he took me to some one who said ok but i shall have to ask my superior, i said ok, then he took me to mr sanjay, minhas, he was very rude i was standing in front of him for more that 30 mins but he kept sitting, when i asked him to give in writing that outside mobil oil and filter he simply refused, otherwise also he was not going to listen any thing from me and insulted, when i visited last time in march i had asked the person in charge over there that i can purchase oil etc from outside, now i dont remember the face and i did not ask the name,

                                    I asked me minhas that he should first see the quality of oil and filter and if not fount suitable then i may get form the show rooom, but he was not ready to listen even and showed me the door

                                    I have purchase the oil from shell helix hx 7 10 w -40, and the filter is from kia motors inzi and hyundai is printed over it, genuine parts, now i have already purchased it what should i do now,

                                    I m very much un satisfied from these people that i asked him to inform me the selling price of the car which he said is 2.30 lac

                                    To resolve this issue i would like you to the service should be done without further dalay, i should not be made to wait unnecessory, mr minhas should apologize for the misbehaviour, i should be compensated rs 3000 for the insurance commission, 1500 excess charged for insurance, rs 1000 for two visits for service but they did not do, should inorm me the exact amout they have paid for r c of the vihicle, should give me the receipt, and refund me the excess amount chaged for r c. They should allow me to use the oil and the filter which i have already purchased or pay me for that.

                                    I consider this a very serious issue which has caused me an unnecessary amount of aggravation. I would like a response within 3 days with a view to resolving this issue within 7 days. If these timescales are not met, i will have no hesitation in escalating my complaint.

                                      This is the continuation of the previous email i have sent you.

                                      I am eagerly waiting for your response in regards to this matter.

                                      We have been using hyundai cars for the past 18 years. Since then we bought 3 cars and we are very satisfied with the reliability, quality and proper service we have received.

                                      We had our hyundai accent gls from 2000 and we used it for 14 years with the total mileage of 2, 50, 000 kms. We bought our verna right after we sold accent. My grandparents bought hyundai accent crdi in 2004 and till date, despite hearing all complaints, we did not face any, thanks to the service quality of mgf hyundai. Now, we are also on the thoughts to purchase the all new hyundai creta for my uncle.

                                      I received a call from mgf hyundai service manager, informing us that we need to replace all the pipes and rubber tubes that circulates the coolant, including the radiator. Please keep noted that this car has run only 70000kms and this is the first time we are facing a major mechanical issue on a car we have ever used.

                                      This issue is not due to our driving. As advised by the service advisor, this is a company defect and they have seen this same issue happened to a car that has run only 30000 kms.

                                      Now there is going to be a huge amount on the final bill. No matter how much is the amount, we still have to pay it to get our car back and we have advised then to do whatever they can to fix our car as we, my family, is really fond of cars and we are attached to each car we owned.

                                      I would like to get your attention to this matter and since this is a defect from the manufacturer, we expect a compensation from your side, or a discount from the total cost of this damage.

Unfortunately, we have been facing difficulties with our vehicle because it is leaking oil from the engine. 2 days back when i took my car from the porch, we noticed few drops of oil stains. When i opened the hood, i noticed oil stains at the engine protection mount below, and the coolant tank filled up to the brim with oil. We did not take the car any further.

                                      We have been using hyundai cars since 2000 and this is the 3rd car we have purchased from the same company, same dealer. The last car we owned, 2000 model hyundai accent gls, ran for a smooth 1, 25, 000km and we never faced any issue like this on that vehicle. Compared to verna, i used that car harder due to needing in power but that car never raised any complaint like this.

                                      I would appreciate it if you could organize to get in touch with mr. Jacob david in regards to this matter and have the problem fixed as soon as possible, as this is the only vehicle i own. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur a huge additional cost.

                                      The warranty has expired but i believe i am still entitled to a free repair because the existence of such a serious defect in a car which has only done 70000 kilometers indicates it was not of acceptable quality when i bought it. This opinion has been confirmed by the service advisor.

                                      Ordinary wear and tear could not account for the problem so soon in the life of the vehicle. I am a careful and conscientious owner, as the general condition of the car shows. I have not done anything to the car to cause this defect.

                                        I purchased the new creta 1.4e+ diesel on dated 18.04.2018 from joshi hyundai chandigarh. Front tyre damaged due to minor puchure. I complaint to good year tyre company. He says, co. Sale the tyre direct to hyundai for new vech. Warranty is not for hyundai. Warranty only for direct sale to customer. Kindly solve the problem. Ompal is a good year tyre engineer.
