I had purches a car on 30 march 2016 hyundai grand i 10 . With company giving offer of 10000 acceseroies free ..But actually giving 5000 accesroies on delevery day..And tell me other accesories will give on 5 to 7 days after...But now said stock is not acailable till 25 days..And now says our represntative only give 5000 ..And billing done...So plz help me ..To resolve the queary ..Thnking u

    This is avidan bhalkar from thane (Mumbai)
    Tell you short background i exchanged my car maruti swift around june 2015.
    Took hyundai xcent s (O) from modi hyundai thane.

    After 8months i wanted to exchange my xcent & upgrade my car so i booked hyundai verna fluidic 4s, in february, they gave discount as well of 1, 10, 000 because the manufacturing was of 2015, accepted.
    I informed the sales manager i m out of india from 9th march, 2016 for a month for my official work, & she always cooperated very well, but before leaving i gave my xcent car to modi hyundai, thane, 2nd dealer car team 1st week of march roughly 2nd or 3rd march for 5lacs fixed the amount & informed me & they said would give the balance loan money to bank before 12th march, 2016 & difference they will pay me sales manager said.
    When i came back to india & visited showroom on 8th april, 2016 i was told by the 2nd dealer car sales person she said & even the manager yogesh said that my loan amount is being closed & paid to mahindra finance & the car is also being sold to the other party on dussehra.
    I was ok to know, this happened on 8th april, 2016 when i visited the modi hyundai showroom.
    Later on 18th april, 2016 i wait to the mahindra finance to ask for my closure letter, they said amount is not paid.
    Modi hyundai 2nd dealer car did a fraud sold my earlier car & didn't pay my money to bank also, because of the i had to pay for my emi on march as well because they didn't pay, to bank same they were about to do for april again & break my trust & sold my car also to 3rd party without making payment.
    Bank person told me as your emi is 20th of every month we can close also of they give us cheque.
    I spoke to yogesh (2nd hand car manager) he sent 1 sales person niraj with a cheque of 4, 82, 000 date was mentioned 12th april & i was being informed paid & wrong communication & sold the car such fraud happened & my loan amount was 4, 87, 000
    My emi would be affected & my cibil score would crash & cheque return due to their irresponsibility of the showroom staff.
    I had to request the bank continuously & beg to stop the ecs & give them letter if modi hyundai doesn't pay i will be charged for all penalty charges. How disgusting it can be.
    Car sold without making payment to bank & myself & bank doesn't even know about it.
    Sold my car & didnt pay bank also the amount, fraud.
    They paid on 21st april after my ecs date but i was safe because i gave bank letter & requested them & these cheap people didn't bothered to do anythg, no communication among themselves & trying to do business.
    *still i didn't file a police case or call up media for such fraud.*
    In next few days i got a call for a opportunity international for work.
    I was sad to inform them i m sad to say i need to cancel the car.
    They did all behaviour this that & take the car we won't cancel & all
    I said i have moving out of india with family they were like no we won't cancel & kept harassing me for 2 days & later when i asked them for refund as i paid them 39, 600 they gave me a cheque of 15, 900 i asked them few charges you put ok & it's a big amount you people cancelled.
    They gave me stories saying you car was loss to us & 5lacs was including bonus i said when this happened, they where like no we messaged or mailed you, i said message chat we do & i have mentioned 5lacs for my xcent car you suppose to give & it was fixed.
    Later i spoke to the sales person on phone & orally they said on will try & i was sure it was 5lacs only suddenly at the time of refund they deducted 23, 700.
    Such a disgusting behaviour & harassment made me write this mail to you'll please help me to get my amount or my car, me my wife & 11month baby, my retired parents are without the car just because wrong things don't by modi hyundai thane & harassed us alot & did fraud & very very late paid to bank.
    23, 700 (New car paid amount) + 15, 760 (March emi) + my daily visit as they made me run almost every day costed me a lot & these people are making fun of all this.
    I gave them references also & they said you will get their discount amount part to you for each clients you give & said not to disclose it to anyone.
    I gave them 2 customer's
    Sheetal sable & mukesh tripathi & amount of 35, 000 was also not paid.
    They told me their calculations, i don't know, but pending with them & they give reason everyday of paying you, director not there & all or some of the other reason.
    Small request please take necessary actions on these unprofessional people or else i need to file a case of mental harassment they did to me & family is suffering without the car.

    I asked them for break up of deductions no mail was sent to me or given to my wife handy when she visited showroom to collect the cheque, over the phone it's was ready they said.
    Such unprofessional people & irresponsible people working & no one is bothered just because hyundai is getting business.
    Past experience when i took accessories for xcent & seat cover from showroom later after delivery some noise was coming, showroom people said go to service center (Majiwada) & when i went there they say who did your seat work in showroom go there, i was like what nonsense is this & told the person atleast to check & fix it properly i need to request for long & get it done.
    What crap things are happening.
    No one knows or has solution to it & solve.

    I respected the owners who take your agency to market your best car, but would request them to take or hire skilled people who can value customers.
    Who doesn't provide good customer service at all & for god sake do their quality or audit check as well on priority, they don't answer customer calls & he/she keeps continuously which i also seen & sales manager doing calling & they do timepass & avoid the calls or make fun of the caller whose calling such educated people are working.

    I need a solution for it & want my money or car back, i am without the car because of modi hyundai, thane for creating all mess & disturbing my personal life & harassing me or else i need to file case against them for sure, if necessary actions are not being taken care.

      My name is lalit bhagat from jalandhar (Punjab) city. I have owned a car from your local dealer ship goyal hyundai, kapurthala road, jalandhar city. My car's model is grandi10 magna registration number is pb08-cs-5046. I have purchased this car in may 2014. After three months of purchasing the car i got a very irritating problem in this car of reverse gear. It was always get stucked whenever i tried to put a reverse gear. I needed to push clutch twice to put the reverse gear or i needed to first put first gear and then i was able to put reverse gear. At that time i also complained in the same email id of your customer care email id and also talked to your north region regional manager. When i went to your dealership workshop, there was a technician names ramtirath and service advisor jaspreet who always told me that we are unable to do anything because it happened with all the cars of hyundai. Hyundai made cars like this only. I dont know why the hell they said this. Then i think people should stop buying your cars. I have also purchased elite i20, xcent but never get the problem same like grandi10. At that time after so many complaints dealer solved out my problems.
      Now after one and half year i deal with the same problem of reverse gear. It is being three months from february 2016, the problem remains the same. The dealer's mechanics and dealer's technicians are unable to solve the problem. Its very irritated, why the hell the problem could not be permanently sort out? After so many rounds to your dealer, they have changed the shifter first, then they changed the clutch, then they changed another part. But the problem is same. I don't know whether they have changed it or not or just in the air. My car either stands in my house or in your dealership's workshop. They dint even solve my problem after so many complaints. Three months spent on it. I am working in a government bank. I dont have enough time to go o your workshop and spent time over there. I get only second and forth saturday to take rest at home and sundays but that time i have to spend in your workshop. Without having food, i have to wait in your waiting lounge from 10am to 3-4pm. After spending full day what i always got, the problem remains the same. And again your technician mr. Ramtirath who suggested me not to come in our dealership and solve your issue from outside mechanics. Who is he to suggest me for this? Had he spent 5 lacs on this car? Had he bought this car for me who bloody suggested me to take car out of the dealership and try some outside mechanics? And his all time dialogue, hyundai cars have same problems. Then i think hyundai should stop selling the cars. I dont know why you people have still that technician in your dealership who dint know how to deal with the customer and how to sort out the problem.
      Now, its enough, i dint buy this car for so many tensions. I purchased this car for my family and my comfortable life. Not for issued like this. If you cannot solve the issue just let me know.

        I have booked an elite i20 asta(O), diesel version with dsc hyundai, chennai on 25th march 2016, with a committed delivery on or before apr 15th 2016. As i am writing this mail, there is still no firm commitment on the delivery date. Already, the same has been postponed 3 times and inspite of my calls repeatedly to the sales executive and his team leader, the follow up or corrective action is totally missing.

        Am in deep frustration as the waiting is tiresome and i can't be expected to keep looking for an auspicious date to collect the vehicle.

        If at all they do deliver next week, i am in no mood to do a handshake or photo ceremony with the folks of dsc hyundai.

        My first experience with hyundai has turned out to be a painful sour
        Disaster, seriously wondering if i have to look for another delaer even for the free services under warranty
        Further to my earlier complaint, wish to state that I didn't for once suspect this sort of response from DSC Hyundai as they have been around for 17 years+, .. Only when I started cursing myself on the selection of the dealer, did I do an online search and to my shock, found many such similar responses from other HMIL customers.

        And to add, I haven't got a single pie on discount or any accessories as freebies.. It will take HMIL in my opinion some catching up to do with Maruti Suzuki. No wonder they are reigning supreme and holding strong. VW/ Skoda, Toyota/ Tata- the other brands/dealers that I have used so far.. None have irritated me as much as this experience

Only three months, saini hyundai, dealer has been delivered me low quality.

I received your reply.Local showroom mechanics solve my problem temporarily. but to solve this problem permanently it will cost rs 21000. my car have a problem of locking assembly. I faced this problem 3 times previously. each time it cost rs 15000. I faced this problem very frequently. this manufacturing fault. So why should i face this problem???? If your unable to give me another locking assembly free of charge then i will donate this car our municipality for collecting garabage.

              My hyundai i20 asta hr-03-r-8337 is at your charisma dealership in chandigarh from 22nd feb 2016 (Still haven't received it 28 april 2016), body-shop personnel told me that there is an engine seize due to oil leak after the car was hit from underneath.

              The person i was dealing with (Rinkal [protected]) left hyundai without any notification and no one had a clue what was going on for a month until i have to go to dealership personally and ask about the status (This is when hyundai guys came to know that no one was working on my car).

              First i am told the engine is seize then after 2 weeks i am told the turbo is seized. Your personnel are making me follow up with them rather than they contacting me first since they dont bother to call me or msg me about what is going on and about the progress of the repair work.

              Everyday i am given dodgy information about the status of my car. If this is the kind of service i expect from hyundai then this would be my last purchase from you guys (This is our 2nd car from hyundai).

              2 months!!! Who takes 2 months to repair a car??? It is not a case of total damage.

              Best part!! The repair advisor/ repair man (Rinkal) never told me that we could buy a new engine instead of repairing the damaged one as both would cost same amount of money. Now i will get a huge bill along with a busted engine. Kudos guys!!

              The kind of reviews i am looking at here on your website assuring me that this will be my last purchase from hyundai.

              Thanks guys, hope i never have to deal with you people again.

                Iam owning hyundai i20 asta crdi 2013 model. Total km done so far – 28000.

                I was having some issues with the car like thick black smoke coming out of exhaust and very poor power delivery. I have contacted several authorised service centre many times for fixing the issue. Some suggested it is the problem with the wiring kit, some told impurities in fuel etc. At last i have given the car for service. After four days of some useless inspection they told it is the problem with the turbo charger. It seems there is a leak in turbo charger and there are carbon deposits in cylinder head. These where the problem identified by the dealer. They changed oil filter etc. But now also the issue persist. They also suggested to replace the entire turbo kit !!! Which will cost around 1.3 lakh.

                My question is how come a car which costs around 10 lakh will give such major issues within a short period of time ? It has been used only by me and taken care in such way that it looks pretty new. All the periodic maintenance has been done on time and still it having the problem. As a customer it not at all good sign. Spending 1.3 lakh inr for repairing a car that has done only 28000 km is hell !! The real funny news is each of the service centre i visited pointed out different reasons all of them are very costly too like replacing wiring kit etc.

                I want clear solution for this from the hyundai team, it is not at all acceptable to spent more than a lakh to repair the car which has done only 28000 km. If this case is not addressed well then i will be filing a case in consumer court stating the poor service and product offered by hyundai.

                Expecting a proper solution from the hyundai team asap.

                Your bhiwani service station is very very very poor. I have an little accident on[protected] . But they did not return my grand I 10 car. They have lost car remote also...


                So, I am not recommended to other yo purchase hyundai car in bhiwani. .

                there is no mechanism for customer to understand if a car spare part is replaced by damaged or faulty spare part by the service center. Hyundai despite being a reputed brand fail in getting any mechanism to track this by punching a spare part by seriel number and make. If there is a spare part serier number is imprinted on each part which is costly then service center cannot replace them with faulty parts.

                  I have I20 active sx car.purchased it mb hundai gulhariya medical college road gorakhpur .At that time seller said it will give you milage 20 per liter but after fue month I have not got that response. It gives 12/13 pr litre only.about this matter I have claimed many time on dealer service centre.they told that it will give you that fuel month again and again...but still Mar car average is only 12/13 pr litre. ...
                  So please tell me when and how I will gate 20 average pr litre.

                    I have given my hungai Verna HR36S9540. For full servicing on 01 Apr 2016.
                    Other then general problem. Main defect was in AC. For which it was reported by
                    Ur service manager that ac compress is required to be changed. But now they have changed the pipe and cooling coils also but it was not required to be changed.
                    Considering this the bill amount of pipe and cooling coil to be deducted from the main bill.

                      before service dichy was correctly opening and noe the dicky is not opening and service manual book also not returned back
                      i called Badraa Auto serval time but no response from them.
                      they said will recitify today, will send staff to rectify or will send driver to pick vehicle and clear the issue, but nothing has been done.
                      before service they called me lot of time tosend vehicle for service but after service no response.

                      i request please do the need fullin this matter

                        Hii, am Mandeep brar from sriganganagar & i have hyundai elantra 2015 model, on 6 th april, i went to hyundai service center at sriganganagar for service of my car pb 30 n 8080, i reached there about 10.45 am n i was told tht it will talk maximum 3 hours for service of my car, I waited in visitors lounge, for first one hour no one attended the car then I requested them that i hav to go someplace plz do it fast, they started the work but it was very slow n meanwhile they were attending other cars .intially i have to stand by my car to get my work done n came out of service center at 4.30 pm N tht also without any vaccum n all from inside the car, they told me it would take half n hour more if i want to get my car cleaned from inside . Thts very bad system i took about 6 hours to service my car n half the time i was standing by my car . If company claims in good service then they should prevent such kind of harassment to customers. There is no system at all n they should inform the customers in advance that it will took time..rigth now its very bad n i think people should avoid such kind of bad service, if someone is really going into this can check the cctv cameras n can see how things work their n can see customers have to stand 3 hours by there car to get the work done . I hope someone will look into this.

                          I purchased hyundai eon era + on 25th december, 2015 from the dealer b m hyundai, dehradun. The sales executive informed me that era+ have manual central locking but that feature was not in my car. When i reported the dealer, they said that company deleted that feature without prior information to the dealer. How is it possible that hyundai motors does not update the dealers for alterations in the features of any variant of car?
                          As a customer i want reasonable solution to the issue that dealer cheated on me by concealing the fact on the current feature of the car. This type of practices from dealer may affect the goodwill of hyundai.

                            Worst experience with Advaith Hyundai Belwadi road Mysore pertaining to refund of booking amount on cancellation of Elite i20 booking reference no. 902405 dt. 03/02/2016 amount 20, 000 which has not been refunded till date as i write to you after running from pillar to post as well as registering complaint with hyundai complaint no. [protected]. Utterly annoyed by such unfair trade practise on part of Advaith Hyundai Belwadi road Mysore. Contemplating legal action and justice against unfair trade practices..

                              This is to hereby in form that I have submitted my grand i10 for repairing on 6th april at MR hyundai, sahibabad.
                              Its been 20 days and still all they are saying is "spare parts are not available".

                              This is totally not acceptable, i have imp work which is impacting due to this delay.

                              I can't understand how come spare parts can't be arranged in 20 days. Please take immediate action on this.

                                This dealer is a fraud, don't purchase from them.
                                All fraudulent documents he will give, company database will not match with the documents.
                                I don't know why hyundai is safeguarding this dealership.
                                Since december, the day of my car purchase, they have given all fraudulent documents and still unable to provide proper document for extended warranty.

                                  I have purchased verna 2015 model in month of june since last three services again n again i told about problem in wheel n bearing and breaks and noise from bushes. but everytime they say its been completed bt problem again the same. after second service i got a call from hyundai customer care i lodged all details bt my problem is still the same. i want to know what kind of service hyundai is providing since i am using hyundai vehicle last 12 years n this is my 9th vehicle. is this support system and service hyundai provides very shamefull. since continous calls and complaints i am getting nothing out of it. and after 60000 km hyundai people will say that its out of warranty so it cant be covered. i have also work n everytime its not possible for me to take my vehicle standing outside service centre.i am really pissed.

When i back to home then a supervisor mr sandeep kumar misbehave with me because no work no payment.But i paid 120rs bill without work . Sir i m hyundai regular customer but mr sandeep kumar misbehave with me very very bad sir

                                      I had paid advance of rs. 5000 to m/s kun united for booking grand i10 from hyundai on 7th october, 2015. Staff at kun ecil branch had made me sign on a order booking form of hyundai motors. They just asked me to sign on the form and said that they will fill up the details themselves, without giving me any opportunity to even look at the terms. The entire form has been filled by them. They collected rs. 5000 from me and did not even give me a receipt for the amount. I had submitted to them all the finance related documents for the loan approval, which they had assured me that will be approved. But after a week, they come back to me and say that the loan is not approved for the desired amount.

                                      I was left with no option but to cancel my booking. When i asked them for the refund of my amount, they come out with the terms and conditions of hyundai motors, wherein it is mentioned that the cancellation charges of rs. 3000/- will apply. Neither they had mentioned this during the booking nor had they allowed me to go through the terms and conditions of the booking form. Their sale representative has also accepted that he has not updated us regarding the cancellation charges. I have the recorded conversation on the same. When i discussed with them regarding the cancellation charges, their team leader has behaved in a rude manner. I have recrded this conversation too.

                                      I have also observed that the booking form is on hyundai motors name, while the payment they received is on kun united.

                                      I wish to submit this letter to the press along with the recordings. Please suggest how i could take this further.

                                        This is dharmendra kumar asst manager of syndicate bank.My new vehicle up 85 as 1512 purchase in january 15.Prob in vehicle automatic off on driving time non a /c .Any loading driving timing.But no shot out my prob in shiel hyundai.And no right customer talking language.So plz solve my complaint with shiel hyundai mathura on vehicle prob.
