Dear sir,

This is to inform that, i had purchased your company make eon magna+ car which vin no.-mala351alfm371490 from your authorized dealer m/s samta hyundai, g.T. Karnal road, dated 11.04.2015.

Right from the date of purchase of this vehicle a starting trouble occurred time to time and after running of 4326 kms. I have shown the same to your authorized service centre m/s. Sunrise autoworkd pvt. Ltd. On 07.11.2015, they kept the vehicle till 16.11.2015 (10 days) and handover to me with a assurance that the fault is removed. But again the same problem occurred and i took the vehicle to service centre on 23.11.2015. They kept the vehicle with them till 26.11.2015 (04 days) and assured me that the problem is removed.

After that the problem occurred and i took the vehicle to service centre on 13.12.2015 and again they kept the vehicle till 19.12.2015 (07 days). The problem not removed and again i took the vehicle on 27.02.2016 in service centre and they returned back the same on 14.03.2016 (17 days). Again on 16.03.2016 the problem occurred and service centre kept vehicle up to 19.03.2016 (04 days) and again the same problem occurred on 25.03.2016 as on date the vehicle is still in service centre.

Now it is clear to me that a faulty car which have a manufacturing defect was handed over to me initially and the problem is incurable. You are requested to immediately provide to me the new car in lieu of the same. Further i have to inform you that during breakdown of this vehicle i have incurred expenditure of rs. 1, 40, 000/- on hiring of car for our day to day routine work.

You are requested to immediately replace the vehicle and release the expenditure occurred by me on this account.

Your immediate action is required on this account. Please note that you are liable to pay rs. 2, 500/- per day (Approx. For 50 -60 days) on account of hiring charges till the new vehicle provided to me which is over and above the expenses already claimed above.

This is with reference to your email Dt. 04.04.16 vide which It was informed to me that my vehicle has been repaired, tested thoroughly and ready to delivery.

In this regard it is to inform you that several times this assurance was given to me and at all the time vehicle again occur the same problem.
Please refer my letter Dt. 29.03.16 vide which I have informed that how much time the vehicle sent to you but the problem remains all time. I have a doubt this vehicle will not find any further breakdown in future
.
You are requested to suggest the company for replacement of the same.

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to your email dated 06.04.16, vide which it was informed to me that my above mentioned vehicle is road worthy and suggested me to take the delivery, in this regard It is to inform you that on 06.04.16, I came to you after getting telephonic call from you, in which you are requested to come & discuss about my claim already with you as per letter dt. 29.03.16 and not for checking of the vehicle.

Please note that I have taken a decision after frequent breakdown of this vehicle.

On your request I have taken a joint road test which earlier has also done but all time this vehicle breakdown frequently. I have also shown you the condition of my vehicle which is badly scratched/damaged on various places such as Bumper, driver seat gate & back door. But now this is immaterial to me and as per consumer norms you are laible to replace my vehicle with new one and release my claims at the earliest.

Please note that in previous communication I have informed you about the following losses occurred due to faulty car provided to me:

1. New car in lieu of faulty car.

2. Relaese of Rs. 1.40, 000.00 against hiring charges of another car during breakdown period upto 29.03.16.

3. Rs. 2500/- per day for hiring of car for my routine work will be charged from 30.03.04 till the delivery of new car.

4. Registration charges etc. for new car are to be borne by company i.e. Hyundai.

5. Please note that all due amounts shall be charged interest rate @ 18 % per anum till the date of payment.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter sympathically and act accordingly. Your immediate action in this regard is requested.

    I bought a grand i 10(chassis no368488) on 4th march from shiel hyundai mathura. They told me that i will get the RC by 10th march but till now i havnt got the RC. They were promising me daily for the RC but now they are not picking up my call and manager is talk to sales person and salesperson is asking me to talk to manager They are not giving me anuy reply.
    We purchased I10 Grand from shield Hyundai showroom Mathura on 4th march . The staff there told us to give us the RC within 7 days and we haven't received it till date. And when I am calling the manager, no one cares to respond.

      Today I visted novelty hyundai showroom in PATHANKOT punjab to buy a new hyundai creta. But there sales person behaviour and attitude towards sales or customer is not so good. As he said that if you buy a new hyundai creta with full payment you have to give Rupess 25000 extra(excluding car amount, r c, insurane ) and when I said for what purpose I have to pay this amount he said if you donot pay extra 25000 we will not deliver you car.
      I think this is a kind of blackmailing to force a customer to pay extra which is of no use .
      And with this thing I dropped a idea to buy any hyundai creta top model as there service towards customer is not good

        This is to bring in your notice that we had made a booking for Hyundai Creta Model number CRDI SX 1.6 A/T from our nearest dealer Pramukh Car Riders Limited located at Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400025

        Amount Paid: Rs.50, 000/-

        We are dealing with Mrs Netra Parab, designated as Asst General Manager. As per the trail mail, we are continuously following up with her regarding the Car Delivery date, but she kept saying that the car will be delivered to us by the end of April 2016.

        Just recently on the 23rd of March 2016 we got a mail from Pramukh Hyundai saying that “There is an overwhelming response from the customers so the allocation of the same from Hyundai is limited. However, we shall keep you posted if we can get the allocation of the requirement of your car within another 3 months”. This means that to purchase a vehicle from your end I need to wait for 9 months which is not at all acceptable.

        Also as per by Mrs Netra Parab, we have to purchase the insurance from your Hyundai dealer as it is said to be mandatory. Due to this arrogant behaviour of hers, I contacted your Hyundai toll free number and the customer care department explained me that it is not at all mandatory to purchase the insurance (Complaint number is[protected] from Hyundai.

        Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this matter and help us in getting this issue resolved as it’s been more than 5 months, since we booked our car.

        This entire incidence has been handled unprofessionally by Pramukh Hyundai. This certainly affects the brand of Hyundai. We may not consider buying the said car or any other car from Hyundai in future.
        I hope you value your customer and insure to deliver the expectation from the brand like yours.

          I own Hyundai Accent car 2005 model. On regular basis I give my vehicle to Advaith Hyundai Service Center, I met with an accident on 10/Dec/2015 and dropped my car to Advaith Hyundai Service center in outer ring road, BANGALORE on 12/Dec/2015. The service center didn't provide me the car on time it was delivered on 29/Dec/2015. Without proper repair. There was noise in front right side near the engine. When I repeatedly went to check up they did not fix the problem asking me to bring the vehicle at time of service it will be fixed. In March 2016. I left my car for service and informed about previous problems. Even after they have not fixed the problem and delivered the car, asking me to get it next time. This is the worst experience I ever had. Request you to please look into this issue. This makes me to decide never ever go for Hyundai cars.

            Dear concern,

            I got my new car on september09, 2015 vide vin number mala351alfm412826
            From srivas hyundai hajipur of bihar.

            Dealer has given me discount commitment worth rs 51500 (I.E.Free
            Registration+ free insurance+ 10000 cash discount + corporate discount.)
            But at the time of delivery they only give a invoice showing initial
            Payment for vehicle.


            They did not give any receipts for the tax paid and registration process.
            When i asked about this to sales guy mr. Manish kumar singh he told that
            You need to keep a copy of sales certificate and invoice alone in car and
            Show them to traffic police. In case any road inspections. Also informed
            That original invoice, rc book and tax receipt will take 03 months here in
            Bihar.


            Also i checked about puc he said its not required at all for new car.

            It has been more than 06 months since purchase of car but till a date i
            Have not received any paper and number. When i tried to approach agency
            They always tell "come next week". Now the agency has been deactivated, and i could not approach at all. I have already filed a complain to hyundai customer care vide complain id :[protected], but they are not giving any satisfactory output. My car is running without number till a date.


            Please look into the matter and and take needful action.

              My hyundai grand i10 registration no damaged in a road aacident near hardoi on25 th jan 2016. So i gave the car to balaji hyundai in running condition .There i met mr gaurav who promised me to deliver my car within 10 days but they took two months .And finally on various followup they called me on 22nd march for delivery.I reached there at 3 pm but my car was not ready .On requesting they start working on it and delivered it to me on 7:30 pm with a bill of 135000.I don't know what they have added in bill but i paid. After only about 30 km drive my car engine start to getting down.I have called mr gaurav but he didn't received my phone. Any how i have reached lucknow. Next day a phone call received by me from balaji hyundai for feedback, i informed them that my car still has problem and i ll come back to your service centre on monday after holi, as i was busy. Today i went back there they did something again with my car and delivered it to me again. Again after few km ride its start heating and visible smoke has start coming out from it.Again i call mr gaurav again he did not pick my call.After many call he received and send a mechanic .Mechanic came he said now clutch has some problem u need to bring the car to workshop.After few hours mr gaurav has called me and said that you have to pay for it.
              Now i want to know why i have to pay. And how i trust that my car is completely repair to take it any where.
              I want to go for police complain as they are cheating on me.

                Please file the complaint regarding hyundai company actually last year in a month of jan i had purchased a new i-10 from samara hyundai but what i see after few months i am started facing issues with my car sometimes i m facing problem with the indicators some time brakes some time suspension issue after that in a month of october i have made 1 accidental claim due to brake jam and from that day i am continuously facing issues but hyundai dealer can not help me out when i am contact to the customer support they taught me to contact with the dealer n dealer says contact to customer care.
                So now i loose a hope i[censored] can help me out then let me know the further process

                  I strongly recommend not to buy hyundai - any car.
                  If you are buying then you are playing with your life.

                  I've bought the "elite i20 sprotz-o" car in november-2015. On 10-february-2016 while travelling to banglore from chitradurga on the way 2 tyre got burst (Left-front & left-rear). I've registered the complaint on the same day to hyundai customer support, where they shifted the car to tumkur for fixing the issue. I've sent the many emails and number of times call to mansa motor, tumkur and hyundai call center, but no body responded back. After a fight for 2-3 week they fixed the car and provided to me after 3 weeks. Also total damage bill for the car was appx 80, 000/- where company took the responsibility of only front tyre (Amount. 8000/- appx). It now 1.5 months when i am calling to hyundai call center but they are talking very rudely and not responding. After discussion with the mansa motor service manage he clearly mentioned that hyundai always provide "bridgestone" types where market condition is so bad for this tyre company and they've faced many complaints similar to this. I was luck that me and my family was safe after this incident. But i am not sure if anyone else has faced something more bad than this. I strongly recommend not to buy hyundai any car. As they are very very very very bad/worst in sales or service.

                    i m not getting that how can the steering column be defective in so less running km
                    i think the product is having manufacturing defect problem

                      This is bring it to your notice that i got the periodic aid service done on dated - 10th january 2016 for car (Mh 02 bg 7982) at address: h.No. 1-72/2/1/1, plot no. 2 & 13, survey no. 50, gachibowli main road, serilingam pally, hyderabad, telangana 500032.Phone:[protected] and the amount paid was rs. 18048 towards the service. Know i would like to bring it to your notice that i had pointed some service to be checked during service for example - breaks calibre play sound, ac not cooling properly and for the ac i point that please check the ac gas, sound coming from accelerator pad etc. For detail service you can trace the account .
                      When i took the car after servicing i checked that ac was not checked and calibres were still making noise so on the next day i gave a call to service centre manager and notify him the same, then i was ask to get my vehicle for the same but after that also that it was not rectified. The surprising part is they don't give feedback form neither they call to satisfaction check.

                      Please look into it because after paying all the service charges the i am not happy with the service.

                        After one month later my boss mr john son talk to sir . He is arranged this car . After 40 days later mr johnson your car is coming please arrange amount mr johnson ph no:[protected].
                        Please immediately i will take car loan sending rs.13, 00000 transfer to immediately your show room transfer. I am number of times calling do not lift the phone after i am going to show room contacted that person talk to directly we are not possible to 1.6 creta not available i will arranged another car after one month later he is oneday suddenly surprising he is only 1.4 creta 2015 model available are you take at the time of given by quotation sending by bank.
                        I am ready to take delivery number of times calling do not lift phone do not delivery car. One day surprisely you take the car with coming to showroom fulley payed amount rs13, 00000 i am shocking not possible to delivery your going to after bank manager contact immediately i am giong to bank bank manager given delivery permission to letter issued .Mr david involve that issue i will arranged 1.4s black colour i am ready to taken by car that issue telling by bank manager.
                        Ok no problem please take car give me a quotation. Mr david promise to me i will arranged few hours only . My other show room one car is holding that is arranged for you david is telling.Car is arranged some times not arranged this is telling last saturday night mr john son talk to your car is ready please take delivery by phone 10:19 pm.I am no. Of times going to show room not offer for single drop of water

                        I am customer of the 2004-up today please arrange to vehicle . Where it not possible otherwise my justifies decisions taking. I am paying since[protected] rs 13, 00000 and purchase the vehicle cost of 12, 50000 only after amount remaining 300000 taking issue by dated[protected] and after dated[protected] night remaining balance 200000 transfer to my sbi account demand pay to direct. Rs 60000 cash my card using 40000 total 13, 00000 on your under. Any car creta take into ready. Please arranged the car. Up to date banking interest and loss of damages i am suffering troubles your responsible this reasons and orher wise expenses and any my health side damage and my nature of society cadar your damaged.

                          My grand i10 kl 01 bs 3135 admitted at trivandrum popular hundai bodyshop on jan 3 for accident repairing work and the authorities are delaying very much to release the vehicle.It is felt that they are not customer friendly and making so many new problems related with clearing and settling the problem.Now they told that the fuel pump is damaged and i have to pay the amount to replace that. Actually the fuel gauge was perfectly working all the time before and after accident. And the accident happened in the front right and there is no chance for the pump got damaged.Hence pl enquire about this laxity and take steps to release the car soon.If i am not sending this complaint to the proper authority pl forward this to the right authority...

                            Horrible Customer Service from Hyundai. The Customer Service Managers @ V3 Hyundai Chennai are totally Irresponsible. I had a Dashboard Indicator Glow in the 1.6 Fluidic Verna 2014 Model. I have given the Vehicle to HMP Hyundai earlier, where they replaced the Battery. The Problem Persisted even after that and i gave the vehicle to V3 Hyundai this time around as it was close to my Workplace. This Happened in the Mid of December. I had to come repeatedly to the Service Centre inspite of the Assurance from the Technician that the Problem will not Occur. I wanted to somehow fix this issue as i had to take the Vehicle for a long road trip. The Technician in V3 Hyundai, informed me that it was a faulty sensor (Fuel Pressure & Rail Sensor) and it would cost me rs. 30, 000. I was ready to pay, but found out from my Friend working in Hyundai that my vehicle is within warranty and the part was covered. The Order for the part was made in December and i have still not got a replacement. On 21st Feb i was asked to Come to the Service Centre saying that the Part has arrived. When i reached there, the service Engineer again started working on my Vehicle. I was told that the Part has not arrived and these guys have Started working on the vehicle without even telling me. This Time one of the Customer Service Managers promised me that he will get the sensor in a weeks time. In the Mid of the same week he calls back saying he want the vehicle for a couple of day as he'll have to send the Part to the Vendor. I don't really Understand why they are trying to see what the problem is after making the Order for Sensor. Have they really made the order for the Faulty sensor is a question. It is almost 2 and 1/2 months now. This is no way to treat a Customer. I Urge Hyundai Customers - Please don't give your vehicle to V3 Hyundai for any Service. I definitely need Compensation for what i have been through.

                              Dear Sir, My Vehicle HR 51AZ2742 has gone 3 times to Hyundai for AC repairing in last two weeks. They fill the gas and send vehicle and gas is out in the morning. No process and no good technician.

                              Please help in getting MY AC repaired.Its under warranty.

                              They come and ask for feedback 10 post filling gas which gets leaked.

                              What a Shame on Name called Hyundai.

                                Hi Team,

                                I bought car from Hyundai in April'14. At the time of purchase, I was told that I will get the corporate discount of Rs 1500. Even after 2 years and numerous complaints and personal visits to the dealer, I still haven't got the discount promised. I have all the call logs and voice recordings to support my claim .Please help

                                    I have purchased i10 Sportz 1.2 Kappa2 in 2013 and i drove the vehicle only 10700K.M from purchase to till date. Today morning i took out the vehicle and found that steering was very hard and EPS light was on continuously. The steering was left without "power" and became a normal steering thereafter. I went to the dealer(Hyundai service station) at Pavangad, calicut. They said a spare part is need to be replace and it will cost 9000 and presently it is not available and needs to be ordered and will take a week, so i brought my vehicle back with great difficulty and driving discomfort, i am terribly upset that you esteemed company does not stock there service station with stocks of spares.

                                    I sincerely hope that this cannot be considered as normal wear and tear and the user is not responsible for the failure of the EPS. I have further information that it is a common problem with i10 and there is no Guarantee that the EPS will work properly after replacement. If that is the case, your Vehicle is totally unsafe.

                                    It is my humble request to M/S HYUNDAI to replace the defective system free of cost.

                                    Kindly note that this is my second car from Hyundai and I had the privilege to enjoying Santro for more than 4 years without any problem before buying this car.

                                    It may please be noted that buying car is not a gamble and any problems like defective components / Electronic Models etc, the customer cannot be penalized. In fact, the OEM has to replace it as being done in USA & Europe.

                                      This is Ankur Verma. I have given my car I-20(MP 04 CG 7703)in Chennai for repairing at KUN Hyundai, Pallaikarnai on 25/11/2015. But since then it is at KUN Hyundai, Pallaikarnai due to unavailability of few parts at dealership. It is almost 4 months and still no commitment from dealer.
                                      They keep on saying that they also dont have clarity when parts will come. Due to frequent changes in vehicle delivery date committed by dealership I end up with a mess. It is really difficult to understand the issue of part availability from last 4 months. At the end I need some final date.
