My car no.GJ 17 N 4834 serviced by february 2 2016 in godhara ( gujarat ) but after service every two days coolent level is going less and water added by me.complaint of this metter by me to godhara by phone.but till to day this problem is running and due to this problem in head knocking is start and many problems creat .so pl.do needful

    I have purchage Hyundai i20 (GJ06HL3422) magna in July 2014. The car was already defective at that time but they told me its minor issue. I have denied to take such car but they told me if any issue they will change or fixed.
    Main Problem in car AC problem, AC is not working propelry. I have given my car to fix the issue. They have taken my car 3 days and last day they says It shall be not fixed.
    When I ask to root cause the issue even they not find out the issue.
    Now again he says that you will drive and if again same problem come they will fix.
    Now I am facing the same issue again and they have not fixed it. I already told him if not able to detect the issue then change the whole AC, but they never agree to change the issue.
    Now I am driving the car with the existing issue.
    I am requested you to Please solve my issue or help me out to fix this issue.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased a grand i10 diesel sportz model and was delivered on 3rd march 2016. The dealer name is popular hyundai, adichira, thellakom p.O.Kottayam, kerala. The total cost for the vehicle was rs.6, 65, 781/- in that down payment was rs.1, 46, 370/- and i have taken loan from bank for rs.5, 36, 580/- . I have paid to the company a total of rs. 6, 82, 950/-. The refund amount was rs17, 169/-. It is almost 15 days i didn't get my cash. I am paying interest to the bank for the loan amount. When i asked to the dealer they are telling that the fund will come within days but till now i didn't get my cash.When i called to their accounts department they didn't even wait to hear my complaint. They cut my call without completing the conversation.I am not at all satisfied with the service with popular hyundai.Please see this case on urgent basis and do the needful to refund my cash.
      I want to ask to hyundai that if i am in a short of rs.100/- towards my bill amount then you will not deliver the car to me. I have to pay teh balanced amount to the company then only my car will be delivered. If this is the case then why the company is delaying to refund the amount to the customer ...
      I need a positive reply from your side and want my full amount to be refunded within 2 days

        I have purchased i-20 in Nov 2015 and on 16th March the front glass of the car cracked down itself in the parking place. My request to Hyundai company respond to this complaint and replace the glass as soon as possible. Also please improve the quality so that consumer does not get this trouble.

        Apart of complaining from your forum I have mailed my concern to Hyundai company. The very next day I got a call from the nearby workshop. They asked me for pics. I have sent the same. They found my complaints genuine and so they asked me to bring the car to workshop. After one day I got the win shield glass changed by the company in guarantee. Thanks to your forum and thanks to Hyundai.
        I am providing the pics of the car to confirm my great concern. Also request to do the needful as it may cause problems in future.

          Vibration on brake pedal in automatic creta

          I bought creta automatic diesel. i found lot of vibration up 50 km speed on the floor and car body and second biggest problem is when on driving mode (D) in the traffic we have to hold and release break paddle, i feel lot of vibration on break paddle and floor both, it mean when we apply break clutch doesn't release completely and engine vibration is passing in the car floor and paddle. which make tried very much. this is either design fault...

          I m so disappointed with hyundai when i faced suddenly a big problem in my hyundai verna transform.Around 5 days back my car suddenly stops and emitting so much white coloured smoke when i was driving near to my home in sevagram, wardha(Maharashtra).Then on next day i called for help with hyundai and then in the showroom at wardha( eros hyundai) they told me that inner parts of turbo charger has brocken. But this is unbelievable that how early this kind of problem i faced in my car as my car run only 55000 km and no other incidence happened like accident.It might be some manufacturer defect or something else.So, kindly help me in this.

              I recently bought a new elite i20 asta o. Vehicle no is tn 72 bd 1006.The navigation system is not responding to very familiar areas. That is keyboard is not accepting my inputs as the data is not updated(I think) . This kind of navigation system is useless. I bought this car for this particular feature only. The service personals are also not aware of this system. I as a proud owner of your esteemed product would like to have a flawless experience. Please resolve this issue asap. Fyi i upgraded my vehicle from i20 petrol. Tell me a way to update my nav system frequently. Updating once in a year is insane and pointless.. I hope you get my view clearly.

                Sir, I have purchased hyundai eon in august 2015.since then every after few days some or the other problem arises in the car like car automatic keys stops functioning every now and then, car is not giving the required mileage as per the model's standard and rear wheels of the car is not aligned properly as a result car keeps shaking while driving, accelerators do not function properly while gear shifting etc. In the first servicing of car all the above faults were pointed out but these faults were not rectified.I therefore have to say that if so many problems persists in a new car and that too within a year of purchase then it should be replaced with a new car and new set of keys should be given to me so that I do not have to visit the service centre all the time. Pls therefore inform me whether I may get a new car free of faults or I should ascalate the problem to some legal authorities like consumer forum.

                Car I purchased at Bala ji hyundai showroom muzaffarpur bihar is having numerous issues which has been attended and couldn't be rectified and several times we need to take the car for servicing hence change the car and provide new car instead or return the money so that we can purchase other companies car.If not we will approach to consumers court.

                  Hi,

                  I have booked Creta SX+ petrol version almost 3 months back from Sanjay Hyundai, Pune. At the time of the booking the dealer mentioned that the delay is around 2-3 months for the petrol version. Now, the dealer is asking for another 2 months and is still not confirming me a date when I will get my car. Also, in the meantime, Hyundai has increased prices twice in the last 3 months.

                  Why should the consumer pay for delayed delivery? When I booked the vehicle, I had a certain price in mind. Now the price has increased by 80, 000 since the vehicle was first booked. Apart from the price hike, its stressful to see that the car has also been delayed.

                    BUT AS PER TO Hyundai COMPANY SCHEME FREE INSURANCE & 10000/ CASH BY DEALER, of the month 29 feb 2016 till .The dealer authorized consultant to deal by customer as vehicle accessory free & insurance, BUT NOT SHOWING WARRANTY OF 3 YEAR as written to customer

                    So there fore bad feeling & cheating in Hyundai dealer in Etawah (up)
                    I REQUEST TO FORWARD TO COMPLAINT IN HYUNDAI COMPANY AUTORIZED PERSON & DO THE SOLVE PROBLEM AS POSSIBLE.

                      Having come to know through Adv. in news paper of concessional check up period, I booked my car for certain specific work & replacement which was lastly serviced from your work shop on 18.12.2015.
                      Previous year I met with an accident while driving this car & got it repaired from your Panki workshop & paid the amount of Rs.66000/- vide invoice :B[protected] dt 08.05.2015. I was charged the cost of one of the parts i.e. condenser assy – cooler for Rs 5749.10 against quoted cost of Rs. 5429.83 as mentioned in your repair estimate no. S[protected] dt. 13.04.2015. The other related expenses viz. refrigerant & compressor oil were separately charged.
                      The same part is again required to be replaced as AC is not functioning & I have been informed the approx cost of the condenser assy for Rs.6600/- excluding labour, refrigerant and compressor oil.
                      Now I request you to inform the justification of hike of more than 15% on this part during 10 months . I would also like to know as upto which date this part was sold @ Rs 5749.10/5429.83.
                      You are providing 10% concession on spare parts during this campaign period i.e. from 12.03.2016 to 23.03.2016. so it comes into the minds of consumer like me that …first hike the rates & then allow rebates., which is violation of MRTP ACT. You are having monopoly on spares as these parts are not available in the open market, hence, I feel cheated by your i.e. Hyundai mal practices .
                      I expect the satisfactory reply from your end ASAP to redress my complaint, since, I have been pondering to seek the justification from Govt. Portal.

                        Though i am not a customer of hyundai, I hope I can bring your attention to an incident that shook me badly as it was due to sheer ignorance from one of your staff. I wish for you to consider it on humanitarian grounds.I am a doctor and was working in Govt medical college Kozhikode, Kerala and was driving my car (KL 56 G 126, Maruthi Swift) through pantheerankavu town in kozhikode district on 8/3/2016 with my friends at around 1.30pm and suddenly a testdrive vehicle (KL 07 CB 2166, hyundai i20) which was on the opposite side was visibly out of control and it had hit my car.The seemingly wreckless driving had taken its toll on not only my car but also another car which was right in front of me.There were eye witnessess for this incident and also for what happened henceforth. I had talked to the employee of Popular Hyundai Areekad branch, of kozhikode district, Kerala (Mr.Sarath Palot)who was driving the test drive vehicle and he wilfuly agreed on paying a decent amount as compensation.He even allowed me to take a picture of his id card as a proof. But real turn of events took place when we were at the police station, he had refused to show up.Instead his so called higher authority showed up and all he did was hammering me with popular hyundais policy about not paying compensation in any case.I was awestruck by his cold attitude towards the loss his employee had caused me.I filed a case and as you know the verdict wont be out in a year or two.By that time i will have run out of both patience and money to carry on with the case.My vehicle has been checked thoroughly by authorities.Its truly disheartening to face the helplessness with which I have to pay for repairing my car which is around 30, 000 rupees in excess to my insurance coverage. Had there been any fault at my side I would'nt have uttered a word about it. But im truly stunned by the audacity with which your employee got away without having to lose anything evenafter causing such an amount of loss to me.I am forced to spread awareness about this unfairness from popular hyundai among fellow doctors and will reflect badly on your reputation. Wreckless driving make our roads unsafe and the fact that the people who should be more responsible like the staff of popular hyundai is being this ignorant cant be tolerated and the fact that the authorities can get off of any mishap caused by them this easily and drive again brings forth great threat to whoever is on road.I will be forever obliged to you if you see to it that incidents like these stop happening by taking action against those responsible.There is no reason why anybody should tolerate this kind o[censored]nfairly settlements put forth by them.I am also attaching the pictures and details of the company and the case i filed for reference. Hoping for a assuring reply from your side.

                          I have submitted my car at Surjeet hyundai service center Bhopal on 12.03.2016 for the change of front wind screen. When I have gone next day to receive my car front screen was changed but they have damaged the center locking system of the car. This has been done intentionally because when in 2014 I have submitted my car at there for service the the same problem was observed. Now after this incident I will never go to any hyundai service center any more and suggest the same to all my friends and relatives. I will also never buy a hyundai car in future as their service is worst. If you can help me then please call me on [protected].

                            After this moment i want sale it & dont recommend to any-one for hyundai

                              I bought myself Elite i20 in the month of December 2014 from (RAAM HYUNDIA, HUBLI) and experience with your team has been miserable till date.


                              1. I had booked my car to be delivered on my birthday 05th December 2014, however it was not delivered as per your promise.
                              2. Within a month, i could find the defect in the steering panel. This was replaced completely during my first service.
                              3. Within the first service, there was another issue in the Rear door and again this was fixed in first service.
                              4. ON 9TH March 2016 - front glass has cracked today due to car pressure driving at a speed of 150 KMS and the heat of the city. Never expected this to happen to my car from such a well known brand

                              No one takes responsibility to resolve it and take ownership.

                                My car Hyundai Xcent was affect in Chennai flood and left at FPL hyundai service centre on 10 dec15. Nothing had happened till date.Service centre is not able to either repair or claim full insurance. The insurance company was only referred by hyundai which has a tie up.we didn't select any insurance as our own wishes.now they are blaming the insurance.how can we respond for that.we are ready to spend only max of 50000. But I should be given ROAD WORTH guarantee.or other wise I need a full settlement.what is the next step should be taken by me.nearly three months crossed.I am suffering without car.very two days I am going to vanagaram from pozhichallur but no progress.umarani.Tn85a6599.

                                  I had fitted cng in the new I20 elite car as it was told that its company fitted but it was not they have fitted from some local person and the car is not working on cng. after calling many times in show room no one is responsing..the service suckssssssss

                                      Car No.AP10AL 5989, on March 31/2011, vide Invoice No.V[protected], dt01.04.2011 they sold me with out clearing Tariff Signal Jumping- Traffic Signals Cost Rs.2700/- Pl make sure that that eChallans should be cleared by old customer or Talwar Hyundai, Hyderabad, now My driving License has bee detained by Hyderabad Traffic Police .After complaint called on my mobile No.[protected], they are asking my Credit Card No. & Security no of card also, i could not under stand, to pay the eChallans they should go to site address and to be paid by www.echallan.org/publicview, pl do the need full as early as possible as my driving License with Traffic police i am facing problem to drive vehicle in city
