Hi,

it's very unfortunate that I have to write this email to you. I am making an every attempt to put forth my dismay, disservice & dissatisfaction that you have caused me. Truly, I am really falling short of words in describing my plight. I am totally annoyed with the way I got treated as a customer.

Recently, I happen to buy a car from your dealership with a guarantee that you deliver what you promise. I was sure of this, because I had one of the nicest experience with your service previously when I bought my first car 4 years ago and referred 3 customers to Maithila Hyundai .

However, my confidence in you has been completely shattered due to the recent experience.

Sales Rep : Isaq ( always promises to call but does not call back, he was the one to make all the promises and never lived up to a single one)
Sales Manager: Bibuthi ( Never man of his words all the time busy on his phone even if a customer is in front of him)

Even if you have an iota of truthfulness, humbleness & more importantly "Attitude of Gratitude for valued customers" left in you, Do read my below email and action it, otherwise don't just bother...
Here's what I was promised before I showed the interest in the deal and what happened to them...

1. A luring promise of discount of Rs 30, 000/-, I didn't realize it was merely a bait??? what I got was only Rs 10, 000/-.stating 10, 000 is the discount towards the loan taken from Kotak. However the bank charged me a processing fees of 4000/-
2. Your reps vowed to give me the door mats & mud flaps at the time of delivery, which was again overruled.
3. Your not-so-gentlemen sales representatives also showed me "a dream" of "undercoat & Teflon coated", which became a nightmare for me.
4. A discount of Rs 7, 000 or more on extended warranty which again didn't materialize... Forget about the amount, your bragger agents later discounted their own promise and refused to give me any extended warranty under the false pretext of reduction in final price.

With above, it must be easier for you jump on to conclusion on a promise of delivery date - You had no hassles in switching the agreed delivery date from 25th to 27th... while you continued to show your reluctance in taking cognizance of my hassles.

Another example of your outrageous service was when your phone agent named "Sana" called to take my feedback, hoping to get some respite, I shared every bit with her however I fell flat on the face... she never called me back.

Having lived this atrocious experience with you, I wanted to escalate these heights of disservice to your top management. I respectfully asked for contact details of MD, or equivalent, to raise my voice against this unjust, unfair malpractice, however every attempt was made to throttle my voice so that it does not reach to the top, I was told “sir we have been asked not share any contact numbers due to the high escalations and there is no point escalating as the management would not even bother to respond to your call nor email”.

Eventually, I resorted to email and made a way to share my outrageous buying expedition with you... At the moment, I am completely disheartened and therefore, determine to pass a word-of-mouth about this blasphemous customer service to everyone I know, in person or on social networking sites.

I re-iterate that even if you have an an iota of truthfulness, humbleness & more importantly gratitude left in you, please help yourselves in fulfilling the unflinching promises you made before-sales.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon on this.

    Hi, i am arvindbhai ajani from surat, gujarat. I have baught new verna hyundai car on may 2014 form the navjivan hyundai, surat, gujarat. My rto passing number is gj-05-jh-6367. My car was completed 2 years.In 2 years i was doing my car service 4 times. At a every service time i was complaint about the car race pick up and about ac cooling pick up. You have also note the my problem record to the my dealer record book.In the hill road and also even the slop road my car has not going to upperside to yet give the race. A my car dealer was no not pay to attention to solve my problem. My car dealer was solve my problem only at service time. After that one week of service i have problem this type.In a 4 time service... My dealer was not solve my problem. I have not faithful of your service nd your dealer.In a 1 week you and your dealer will not pay attention and not a solve the my problem and not a give to the response of my problem so after that i will be taken some action on this problem.

      Hi,

      I have owned Hyundai i10 2012 model car. On 09-May-2106 while driving steering got jammed and the EPS alarm light on. That time the speed was around 5 KM/hr.
      I have stopped the car and engine switched off. After 2 min have started the car again and checked the steering and it was found that steering was working. After moving 500 meters on turn again the steering got jammed.After that one more time it got jammed on the way to the near by service center Popular Hyundai Pala. The service engineers check the vehicle and they said power steering system it working fine.
      After that they said that there is no complaint frond and take the car from the service center.

      How can i assure it will not got jammed again?.

        This is to inform you that i have purchased a new hyundai creta(auto) car no (MH 43 AT 5238) registered under the name Bijal zaveri.
        It has been approximately 8 months since i have bought the car. It worked perfectly fine till 4 months but after that it started giving us minor glitches 1 month earlier the car got hanged. we could just open the car but the car wasn't starting we contacted the hyundai service center and the mechanic came and fixed it. But yesterday we faced a major problem we were going on a highway from Bombay to new Bombay and the car stopped shifting its gear in the middle. we were gonna have a major accident but fortunately we were able to manage the car and stop it in between . we then again called the helpline service and they were successful in taking the car to the nearest workshop . Now it has been almost 27 hours and the company is not able to detect the defect. We have bought a 17 lakh piece of machinery just 7months before i have driven only 8000 km so far . We are very disappointed with the car. We think that we have received a faulty piece of this car.
        We request you to please look into this matter as soon a possible and find a solution accordingly or pls replace by a new one.

          I booked hyundai creta diesel automatic on 20/11/15 and was promised delivery by 20/02/15. My car left hyundai motors factory in feb'15 itself and was deliverd to me on 6th march'16 by nirmal hyundai. I was charged extra price on account of additional cess imposed due to union budget which was announced on 29th feb'16. This is wrong as the cess payment is done at the time when the vehicle leaves the factory like excise duty and not at the time when the car is delivered. I must therefore be refunded the extra amount of approximately rs. 50, 000 charged to me by the dealer. I raised a complaint on 12th march'16 (Ref no[protected] which has not been resolved till date inspite of six reminder emails. Now even the emails are returning with a note that the email quota of [protected]@hmil.Net is full.

            I am an owner of a Hyundai grand I 10 sports diesel. My car is 2 years old and has been driven 18000 kilometers . I have faced a lot of problems in the car regarding the quality of parts used in the product.
            After getting my third servicing done a week back, this Friday I went on a business trip with my partner to a place called ‘Wakro’ in ‘Arunachal Pradesh’ from my home town Dibrugarh in Assam. The distance was just 181 km.
            On Friday my tire got punctured in middle of the jungle in a village called Medo near Wakro. The time was around 1:00 am. On trying to open the four nuts which connects the drum and rim of the wheel, one of the nut was moving free along with the stud inside connected to the drum. Me and my partner tried everything possible thing to open the nut but were not successful.. So now without opening the nut we could not open the flat tire . After several hours out of frustration we decided to drag our car to the nearest village which is Kherem. Being just 16 km it took 5 hours to Kherem as we had to push the car.
            On reaching Kherem by 7pm in the night we could not find anything and the village was dead. We asked help from the villager and stayed the night over there at his place. The next morning we found a tire mechanic and showed him the car. But he said it could not be done by him so we have to go to Mankao to a welder and he would cut the nut using a gas welder. Mankao was another 15 km. By evening 4:00pm we reached Mankao & found the gas welder. The gas welder cuts the nut and takes it out. After taking out the nut from the stud fitted to the drum we tried to fit the spare tire to the drum and the stud goes inside the drum. Now I can’t drive because the stud will be inside the drum and it may cause harm to the brake. So I went to Chowkham to get a mechanic and had to stay that night in Mankao as it was already so late. Next day Sunday I found a mechanic, took him to Mankao from Chowkham . Somehow managed to open the drum and took out the stud .
            I left from Mankao with the spare on with only three nut screwed to the drum. And my old tire got cut because I dragged it from Medo to Mankao around 40 kms. Now in the way in middle of the highway the spare tire also got puncher and now I am left with no extra tire with me. With no puncher store around I had to wait a long time asking for help with the cars passing by. By evening I found a good man driving his Amaze and got convinced to sell his spare tire for Rs 7000. I bought the tire being a bigger size then mine and fitted it and drove back to my town Dibrugarh by 11pm in the night.
            The tire given in my car is the worst tire I have seen in my history of driving. And the problems I have faced in the car is unbelievable. I am very much disappointed and writing this letter to state my regret in buying such an unreliable car.
            The car is still lying at my home with both the flat tires and the new tire which I bought is still on it. And I won’t move it till the company does anything.
            I am not doing anything to the car now because I have spent all my money on bringing back the car from Arunachal to Assam.
            And if the company does not bother to do anything I will have to post it in other social media sites and will see that no one buys this car again.

            Cost and damages happened:-
            Paid to the local people to push the car from Medo to Kherem - 4000.00
            Paid to the local to push it again from Kherem to Mankao - 3000.00
            Paid to the tire mechanic - 500.00
            Paid to the gas welder - 3200.00
            Paid to the drum mechanic - 800.00
            Paid for the new tire - 7000.00
            For the two night stay in the woods - 5000.00
            Inconvenience cost - cannot be calculated
            Damaged tire - 2 nos

              My name is rushikesh shinde. My car mh20 cs 5990 is admited in dhoot showroom (Adalat road, aurangabad, magarashtra) for accident reapir under insurance policy on dated 20 march 2016. But still now no work done on my car. Everytime service man your car ready in15 day and your car's part coming from chennai.

              I tired for everytime when go in showroom. This is my life's worst experince that hyundai give such bull service. No managment on this dhoot motor (Hyumdai show room) show room.

              I belive that you take some strick action on this case.

              If no action taken then i go with another way of cunsumer forum. Because i really tired... Please take some action...

                I had submitted my vehicle for insurance claim on 03-may-2016 morning 10a. M.In hyundai (Address : 255 udyog vihar, phase-iv, shyam chowk, nh-8, gurugram gurugram haryana, india pin – 122001, state : haryana, city : gurugram, pin code : 122001, make : hyundai, type : private).

                From hyundai it was mr. Mukesh singh who had created the repair order.
                There was no survey got done till 2 days and on third day 05-may-2016 mr. Mukesh had called me and updated that survey got done today but the surveyor mr. Rohit sharma (Hdfc ergo surveyor) had approved only half insurance claim and asked me to have a discussion with rohit sharma to get it approved. When i called to mr. Rohit sharma, i had asked him the reason of not approving the full claim while my motor insurance policy is a zero depth policy and requested him to approve the same on which he commented that's it's irda rules that we can't approve your full insurance claim doesn't matter whether your policy is zero depth policy or not.

                Then i called to mr. Mukesh singh (Hyundai) and updated him the same and conveyed him that i am going to do the complaint against mr. Rohit sharma, upon which he asked me to call rohit sharma once again and ask him to approve the same in second claim. When i called mr. Rohit sharma again, he said he will check with his manager and will update me by end of the day. When mr. Rohit sharma had not called me till 06pm, i tried to call him but he was keep cancelling my call and same behaviour of mr. Mukesh singh. Next day friday morning 06-may-2016 mr. Rohit sharma had called me and told me that his manager had told him that they will approved the remaining insurance claim in next accidental claim.

                As per the facts and conversation, it's completely clear that mr. Mukesh singh and the surveyor mr. Rohit sharma both were involved in not approving my complete claim for their benefit. As every time mr. Rohit sharma was repeating the same words of mr. Mukesh singh so it's 100% sure that for their benefit, they don't want me to know that full claim has been approved but due to raising my concern with managing director looks like mr. Rohit sharma had changed the document and not approved my full claim. Might be possible he had already approved but they are not sharing any document with me to reveal the secret. That shows, there is some benefit included between hyundai and hdfc ergo to earn money and lets suffer the customer.

                Then i raised the concern with hdfc senior management interaction id md[protected]rm, md and hdfc ergo grievance cell in 05-may-2016 night whose service id=[protected] and as per their update they asked me the time till 2 working days to get the second survey done.

                I had visited at safdarganj hyundai, gurgaon, haryana office on sunday 08-may-2016 to get further update but i have found bad and rude behaviour of mr. Mukesh singh after raising the complaint with hdfc ergo. Which co-relates that there was some benefit of mr. Mukesh singh before my complaint which he loss and due to which he shown his rude and bad behaviour towards me rather than helping me with proper update.

                Two working days got completed but neither hdfc nor hdfc ergo had come up with any resolution, even they neither completed the survey as they promised on friday 06-may-2016 morning nor updated me with any further updates. I am suffering financially as i am paying daily 1000rs. As conveyance charges to commute till my office due to no vehicle.
                Fraud company HDFC is never going to update or give any comment. They are mutually harassing me financially. Fraud HDFC

                  I am very upset from your authorised service center safdarjang, udyog vihar, gurgaon. They pick my hyundai grand i10 for second free service and return it with the scratches on the left side of driver including bumper. I show it on the spot to the driver and he agree with this. They took the car for repair. When i went there as called by supervisor then i saw that they again hit my car from the right side. It was the very bad experience for me.

                  Hyundai always says that customer should always get their car service from only authorized service center. How can one go after having such a bad experience.

                    Hi Team,
                    I bought a new I20 Hyundai car on April 2014 from V3 Hyundai, Chennai. At that time, 2 Executives Manimaran and Sridhar came to me and committed that they will offer me as Insurance waive, Corporate discounts and Extended warranty of 1 year ie 3rd year, floor mats, if i get a car. Hence I accepted the offers and bought a car. My Car registration number is TN85 2677.

                    Last month i received a mail stating that my 2 years of warranty is going to expire and informed me to go for 3rd year warranty. I was shocked and drop a mail to them, about the situation but no response for more than a week. I raised a complaint on them in Hyundai customer . After this, they sent a mail about the purchase amount copy. During the purchase time, they didn't provide the debit details receipt. I spoke to Manoj regarding this issue and he asked me to show the written statement from the executive who committed the offers. I don't think that each executive is giving the written statement to the customers on the offers. In case if they are following procedure means, they could have send me the written statement which they gave to me at that time. They totally ignoring my statement.
                    Its a common sense, that if they say to me during the time of purchase, I could have pay that time itself. 10k amount is not a big deal for me to when i spent for 8.3 lakhs car, Totally they disappointed me and am losing the trust in Hyundai. I need a proper investigation on this and I don't like to leave it as such by giving a wrong promise to the customers. It will spoil the name of Hyundai.

                      There is a problem of taking jerk while shifting of the gear no.1 to 2 and 2 to 3 . service people are unable to rectify it even they are not agreed to it and deal with us very badly . Now I feel like cheated ( Car is just three months old running km is only 5 K )

                      Company should replace the car and explain me why such problems come in my car, is it a manufacturing defect..

                        I am Abhishek mehta from banglore, I am facing clutch plate problem in i20 magna 2011 model ( purchase date 07/01/2012 ), as I am lone driving person and have 13 year driving experience of driving, before I was having santro . I found that above mentioned model is having faulty clutch plate, I have changed my car's first clutch plate at 35000 km and now my car has same problem at 60000 km .
                        Serviceman are asking to change. Why is that?

                        Please reply me as soon as possible, I m in great pressure as I cannot afford cost of same multiple time.

                        I have owned santro, maruti zen, honda amaze, skoda rapid and used them well but never faced such problem ( faulty clutch plate problem ), as in i20
                        Engine gearbox make voice and humanity and battery are very poor quality and have not charge and not start engine
                        JMV hyundai is delaying delivery of my car due to non availability of parts.
                        I have purchased a car eon model but company has no servicing provide me with 3 free service

                          Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                          I had booked on hyundai eon with Garve Motors- Waked Pune on 6th April'14 by paying cash advance of Rs.10, 000, immediately within 2 hrs. I had to cancel the booking and informed the dealer to not to go ahead with booking. On asking for the refund the dealer is claiming that the car was already allotted me within those 2hrs.and deducting 3000 cancellation charges for the same. The dealer didn't share the booking no.or the chasis no.nor did he shared the details which state that 3000 will be deducted for the cancellation.
                          It is highly unlikely that the dealer would have done the booking within those 2hrs.which was after business hours. While I do not mind paying the administrative charges, it is completely unfair to charge me the cancellation charges when the booking was not done in the first place. I want an evidence of booking and cancellation from hyundai if you want your dealer lay me the cancellation charges else I want full refund of money.

                              20th April 2016 i have given my I20 Magna for insurance claim as well brake maintenance in Austin Hyundai Kolkata (Patuli Branch). Though the insurance part was over within 5 days but the brake problem was resolved with new spares and car was delivered after 14 days on 3rd May. After recieving car i found my MAP MY INDIA GPS chip was missing with one soft toy and Antiskid Mat, well the later two dosent matter much but GPS was very expensive and i may have to pay 4000 Rs to get a duplicate.
                              The Austin Hyundai service centre said i didnt registered the GPS chip with them during servicing, but does a big organization like Austin Hyundai dont hold any valuables which may be left inside by chance.
                              Very bad service experience and i would recommend people not to do car servicing here.
                              Big 0 mark i ll give for the service done ... Thumbs down for you guys
                              I booked i10 car from hyundai dealer POTHENS HYNDAI, THIRUVANATHAPURAM, after 2 weaks i cancelled the booking and purchase the same car from another dealer who offer me more offers, but the first dealer POTHENS HYNDAI charged Rs 3000/- as cancellation fee and they only agreed to refund Rs 2000/-

                                Hello, my name is krishna solanki.my english nor well but i try to you understand my problem. I have Hyundai eon magna plus 2012 model.my vehicle no.MH04FF9224. My car in cut wire, crawl panel, ac filter flap, etc. I am go for repair at Mithila Hyundai at Miraroad mumbai Maharashtra. on the date of 04.06.2015 bill no.b[protected]. For repair this problem. When car is ready they pary my car at parking plot of mithila Hyundai. And when they call me your car is ready then i m go for pick my car at mithila service centre there is i check my car my car problem remain same, "means at there parking plot my Crowley penal, ac filter flap is eaten by rat" there fore mr.asif(i think branch manger) they said sir now we not stock of this part we are replace a part FOC(FREE OF COST), when the part is available we call you, pls take your car i call you. Than after that no call from them.i m 3 to 4 time visit there but still not available parts.10 to 15 time i call there but no availability of parts. Pls suggest me whats i do.your service centre in 1 years take time to available there part.this is worst service.pls call me [protected]
                                I ll buy huyndai car i 20 before 4 years ago bt the facts my car E.C.M. defective... so lets my point whts exactly problem in my car...n i ll all servicing properly in Showroom... so help me...whts gone problem...

                                  Mr.Aakash Tyagi call me daily that come to dream hyundai ghaziabad, your papers are ready and after i reach he said i am sorry please come tomorrow.
                                  this is running from 25 april. And i am having many more works to do and i am taking this action because i have to go office to gain income.


                                  And One more thing they provide me a damaged car (left back window) .
                                  They clicked a snapshot also but arguing now for making it working.

                                    I have purchased a car from kundan motors, thermax chowk, pcmc in november 2014 and also fitted cng from showroom itself, since then i am facing many issues like;

                                    1. Car jerking issue when starting car in morning and in the evening as well if i park car more than 8-10 hours.

                                    2. Not a smooth driving due to continue jerk car is not stable and having imbalance, also stopping when slow down at speed breakers.

                                    3. It's been more than 15 times i have serviced my car and personally and mentally i am really frustrated with the service.

                                    4. While doing servicing my car front bumper been painted and no one informed me.

                                    5. While servicing my petrol and cng been used and problem remain same, why should i always bare the cost and brake my routine to submit car for 2-3 days and been on trouble.

                                    6. I am still driving my car without satisfaction and if any incident happen while i am driving a car, hyundai and dealer is solely responsible.

                                    7. Every time hyundai corporate customer care calling and asking a feedback and same feedback i have given to 10 customer care executive. I have requested them to record my voice and listen if want a feedback.

                                    Despite of all these i have co-operated but still problem remain same.

                                    I don't want to submit my car for servicing anymore and want my money back or want a new car with compensation.

                                    You can keep this car for your own r&d stuff.

                                      Immobilizer light will not be illuminated and hence car will not start.
                                      After doing off - remove key from barrel - reinsert procedure a few times, the light illuminates and cars starts successfully.

                                      Car was sent to authorised service centre but they cannot identify faulty component/s.

                                      It is a very well known manufacturing defect but hyundai has not issued any recall or even helped the out of warranty customers with a goodwill replacement.

                                      Consumer complaints didn't not help at all.I received no followup from their side at all. I posted the same issue on Hyundai corporate website and they forwarded my complaint to the concerned department ASAP. Immediate resolution procedure was agreed upon thereafter. If you have any problems regarding similar issues or any other issues for that matter, IN MY OPINION, you should escalate it through their official website/social media. That may be more effective than posting it on consumer complaints forum.

                                        Inspite of not getting response on my earlier mail. I Karanpreet who has purchased this I20 from KLG Hyundai-Chandigarh on19th july, 2014 is facing a air conditioning problem from the very first day and after my repeated complaints to them. I have not received the satisfactory service towards my complaint. And now filing a consumer complaint against the defective car given by you people to us. As this is the 5th time am facing the air conditioning problem in my car. I am also facing a allignment from but i was quite on that as there is also no such improvement on the same after the problem being conveyed it to the service adviser. This is just a harassment as am unable to go anywhere.
