Hello sir, my car verna make year 2007 and purchase date Oct-2007, 57000 km run and from starting only company servicing had been done till now. Problem. Is my car ABS module is fault in front right side break fluid is not coming showroom tech.suggist to replace total module that costs 60000/-, but car km.milage. 57000, 8 year it's age in that module faluer, ia sorry to say that such a bad components are using Bu hyundai motors, pl.do the need full, my contact -[protected]

      I took my car at KC hyundai jammu j&k state .for repair work of my car on 6.4.2016 .car right side head light was broken.. it was changed along with front bumper, back bumper..right side fenderand some other things under claim no [protected] and delivered to me on 21.4.2106 at 6.30 pm .to my surprise on my way back home i noticed lot of humming sound coming around tyres which was not there when i took car for repairs. Also now the car was making much noise on rough surfaces as if the shockers are damaged. My one of the fog lamp and also tail number lamp was missing. My car has run only 25000 kms and is driven by me only. All the charm of driving it has gone as they have tampered almost all the original parts and it seems i m left with the shell only ..

        Last year on 10.07.2015 my accidental car was send to DPM hyundai Dehradun Service center for repair...my car was insured so the surveyor came and gave the estimate according to damage details given my company mechanical engineer..after few days again a surveyor was called by company and engineer told that damage is bigger from estimated and amount will be higher...we had a discussion a lot of time meanwhile with company..few parts which was not damaged, surveyor asked them not to repair and use it but company changed all the part without anybody concern and now is demanding 1.30 lac approx and a parking fee of rs 150/- per day.. let me put in notice one more thing..IT IS ALMOST AFTER 9-10 MONTHS THEY REPAIRED VEHICLE I.E FEBRUARY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR THEM TO SETTLE THINGS AND NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR SUCH EXCESS CHARGES WE HAVE VISITED REGULARLY FOR OUR CAR...EVEN FILED RTI AFTER THERE EXCESS DEMAND ..INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS ITS NOT THERE FAULT AND IS DEALER FAULT..PLEASE HELP US AT THE EARLIEST...

          Please note krishna hyundai is a old dealer of Tezpur town dealing with customers of tezpur town .unfortunately they have received only cash and no other payments are allowed.

          it is very ridiculous that today they are sticking old procedure of yesterday and accepting only cash payment.

          we think you will sensitize the dealer and educate properly to accept debit card with the present scenario of payment system.

            Dear sir/mam, i brought a new i 10 grand sports on jan 2016. After feeling a wonderful experience with hyundai, in april 2016 oil chamber of my car damaged. I reported to nearest service station and they resolved the problem and also done the service of the car as needed. Charge of the service payed by me in sum of 2300 rs. At that time they ensured me that the vehicle is running good now. I bring my car back and drove it for 10 to 12 days after that service about 400 km. After 12 days when a morning, i started my car, there was some noise at ignition. I again informed to service centre, they took my car at station. And after 15 days of examination of the car, the service centre peoples are telling me to pay 76000 rs for engine service. Why i should pay that amount to them as i purchased a new car and you providing a engine warranty of about a year. Plz look into this matter seriously before i take a serious decision against you people after this big harrasment. My contact no is [protected]

              I had submitted my car in HANS HYUNDAI WORKSHOP AS ON 5/4/16 respectively against accidentally case. Since then they had taken one month due to their non availability of material but after that they even didn't take any responsibility to inspect my car properly. I Informed them that
              1.Driver seat and left seat of driver side are bend and even not moving front &back.
              2. New horn not playing ad original.
              3. Steering revolving hard movement.
              4. Gap between new dicky and new bumper back side.
              5. Alignment not done.
              6. Indicators are not working properly.
              7. No. Plate are fitted tempered.

Why the company is using the cheap performed eps for high cost and giving the trouble to the customer?. Company should react seriously and bring the notice to the eps supplier. i request any forum to stop such type of poor quality unit to use in hyundai car and also request to replace the eps for free of cost…

                  I bought my hyundai creta reg. No. Tn12l8460 from a dealer named express hyundai in kodambakkam on 23 march 2016.. Since i bought this im getting problem with the steering.. It gets jammed automatically when driving... Yesterday i was in highway n the car was in speed of90kmph.. The same problem occured and it was uncontrollable.. A truck from behind dashed into the rear bumber... No injuries but may occur again.. I want positive response from the company... As its under warranty...
                  I need serious and positive response from the dealer as soon as possible...since i m travelling through highway oftenly..

                    Dear sir,

                    I bought a brand new i20 active car from hyundai dealer some 10 months back.
                    There are technical faults in the car, which hyundai needs to sort out as
                    The design of the car is not correct and can also be said that proper
                    R&d was not done while designing the vehicle.

                    The lower feet of the driver as well as passengers get rubbed in the outer
                    Beeding provided with the car every time they get inside and come out of
                    The car as a result, the clothes get dirty everytime, which is a very big
                    Concern.

                    Plz find attached the self made video in order to explain the technical
                    Problem in this model.

                    Also hyundai in its brochure says that the fuel tank capacity is 45 litres.

                    ​however my hyundai i20 active needs around 50-55 liters to get the tank full.

                    There is noise in both the pillars, which cannot be solved. The air filter needs to be changed every[protected] kms.

                    Overall the product itself is not designed up to the indian specifications.

                    I challenge you on the problem explained in the video and* claim my money
                    Back* with interest and all expenditures incurred on this till date, as i m not interested in the vehicle which lacks the technical know how.

                        I have purchased a hyundai grand i10 from mukesh hyundai gs road dispur guwahati assam 27/04/2016 bearing chassis no. Mala851clfm385161*m and eng no. G4lafm877560. But the dealer has been deliever me a 5 months old vehicle under model december 2015 and the vehicle is fully rusted in the lower part of body.
                        The above mentioned dealer has been recorded in their system that the vehicle sold on 30/01/2016. The dealer had fraud me as a old hyundai customer. As i have already purchased a verna reg no. As 01be4467.

                          Today when i was at the petrol pump filling fuel, i got the air checked in my tyres and since i am proceeding out of town over the week end i also asked the pump service guy to check the air in the stephanie. To my dismay the brand new stephaney tyre has been replaced by a punctured ruined tube dirty tyre. Not once have i had a puncture in any of my tyres to replace it with the stephanie tyre.
                          The same has been assuredly replaced by your work shop guys and i am not going to let this pass unless i am given a brand new tyre which i earlier had in the dickey of the car.
                          These are not things which you expect to get replaced and hence you don’t check at the time of delivery of the car.

Then we asked for job card but they are not providing job card as well

                                My car is Hyundai i10 had met with an accident due to the occurrence of natural calamity(due to thunder, a tree had fallen on the roof of the vehicle). At the day of this uncertain happening, the vehicle was in a running condition. This accident happened around 6 O' clock in the morning on 28th March, 2016. After watching suddenly I informed the insurance company(ICICI LOMBARD). Then i have taken the said vehicle to the nearest Hyundai Authorized Showroom(BINOD HYUNDAI, ANGUL, ODISHA; Email of the said showroom- [protected]@YAHOO.COM; MOB- [protected]
                                1. This the case of 28th March 2016. And the vehicle has been taken to the showroom on 29th March, 2016.
                                2. The showroom officials done all the required proceeding. Insurance Claim Manager had done the survey positively on 30th March, 2016. The showroom officials had ensured us the vehicle will be delivered to us by 15th April, 2016.
                                3. After couples of day they have started doing something which was up to some extend expected i.e., they have started making excuses. Excuses like initially they said the spares parts are not there in their head office. Then after some days they made excuse that the wrong spares parts had been called and vehicles cant be delivered by the ensured date. After some days they said the repairing process had been over and the body painting was being on its way. After completion they even not have cleaned the inside of the vehicle.
                                4. We have taken the secondary car on 9th May, 2016 on the request that my car was not yet completed. After 6 days the workshop manager said me that please return the car otherwise he will use my car. On the very next day he sent a rowdy at my home to threaten us to return their car. When i said to return my car the workshop manager said that the car was completed but the insurance claim was not completed. I went to showroom on 17th May, 2016. on that day only that estimated was given to the insurance agent, before this the manager had not given any estimates.
                                5. On 18th May, 2016, my total charges was near about 62000, the part of this payment was be given by the insurance company and rest 39000 was been pay by me. On the addition of 39000, the workshop manager charged me 61000. Actually he has done some repairing which was not confirmed by me even. And the workshop manager said if i will not pay 61000 then he will not release my car.

                                I[censored] think that your customer mean a lot to you and you should build a trust on their mind and they are your valuable assets they immediately take neccessary actions on the above matter because i was highly disappointed by the service Binod Hyundia have gave me. After suffering upto this extend i dont think getting my vehcicle service frm the Hyundai Authorized Service Centre was a good decision by me.

                                  M/S Akash Hyundai, near Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati(assam) illegally compelled my son to pay Rs.4000/-as advance of buying a Grand I-10 Sports during price inquiry there at Guwahati, against proper receipt. Now I have purchased the same on 17.05.16 from M/S Mandona Hyundai, North Lakhimpur-787001 7 & I have requested the former party to return the paid amount which has been denied by them. Now I expect your intervention in the case to get back the paid amount, considering me as a Hyundai family member now onwards.

                                    I am complaining for unethical behaviour of sts hyundia motor in boisar.

                                    I went to check i10 car on 16th may 2016 and the sales person asked me to submit my original rc book for calculating the valuation of my old car. I never asked them to book i10 car neither i signed any document.

                                    Next day, i went to collect my rc book and have been informed by them to pay rs.5000/- to get back the rc book since they say that they have locked/booked the car & this is "hyundai motors company policy".

                                    Next day, i went to pay rs.5000/- and to my shock they asked me to pay rs.10, 000/-. On asking them the reason, i have been informed that mr. Dhananjay (Owner of sts hyundia) instructed them to do so.

                                    I am proceeding towards filing a police complaint towards sts hyundia boisar.

                                    Just want to warn other customers reading this message.

                                      There are 3 experiences for same in same service centre of Hyundai Sharayu Turbhe

                                      In first servicing the diesel was spilled in deivers cabin and no action was taken even after intimation

                                      Second servicing it was informed in writting to change the headlight bulb. When received the car all the parameters were ticked ✔️ but my headlight bulb was not even checked. I had complained to Hyundai and within 10 mins road side safety vehicle came to my residence and changed the bulb. Its about genuinity of the service of other parameters like oil, filters etc

                                      Now the third experience of april2016
                                      I reviewed a call from service engineer for a.c servicing, to which my reply was very clear and also acknowledged by service engineer that not to touch any part of the a.c. Still in the evening when i went to collect the wehicle, they had touched the ac and was billed.

                                      Within 15 days the ac got leaked and had to replace the coil and had to bear expenses of 8300/-

                                      I don't know what was wrong with ac. I wouldn't call it aging as its only 2 yrs and 8 months old verna fluidic. Only 30k km done

                                      When got it replaced and was told while leaving the car that i will not be able to collect the car. I had a worst experience of arrogance and rude behaviour from both service engineer as well as Agm service Mr Louis. I will never get my cars serviced from Sharayu but if this is the scenario with other service centres also. Then i will feel i had taken a very wrong decision by buying two Hyundai cars

                                        My Name is tamilmani from chennai, i recently bought a Grand i 10 car, i hardly use this car for 3 days only...and i try to use the back wiper on rain it got broked in 5 min...only the plastic holder only running.. due to that the back glass was scratched. ...i am very upset on this.. i dont know how this this happened.. i need a reason and i want replacement on the both.
