Respected sir,
I have purchased od 02 aa 3897 a verna fl 1.6 sx model on 30 december, 2015 at 9 o'clock due to darkness black spots and scratch are not identified. After the next day l see this problem and inform to the sale executive officer mrs tapan kumar nanda. After the complain their is no reaction from him. On 24 may, 2016 i have made another complain about this problem to the avp. I was making no. Of complain but their is no reaction from him in this way 6 month was left. If you have not taken any step then l want go to he consumer coat.

Sir,
I was buying a verna FL 1.6 SX, but there are many black spots and scratch in the whole body of the car. I had a complain to the sales executive officer Mrs. Tapan kumar Nanda of the Aditya Hyundai from where I was buying the car . The sales executive officer said that solves the problem at the first servicing time, but he can't solve the problem otherwise told that this problems are solve in the second servicing time, but in between the second servicing time their is an accident happened with car. After this I was bring car to the Aditya Hyundai showroom for the repairing purpose that time same thing is happening that he can't solve the previous problem.
Therefore I am heartily requesting to solve my problems in time and taken some steps towards problems of my car which is very helpful for me.

    This is Manish Uppal from Amita Engineerings. I bought a new car I20 Elite Asta(O) Petrol on 19.05.2016 from HANA Motor Plaza and after the delivery of car within 30min i call to sales person who sold the car to me the name is Ruksana Khan Mobile no; [protected] that the car pickup is very low. She told me dont worry plz sir come tomorrow our team will see this next day i came to service center the check the car and they say there is a pickup problem we scan the car and then see whats the problem this is on 20.05.16 i give the car for whole day in the evening i got a call from service deptt that u r car is ready plz pick the car i came. During test drive i find the same problem then they say sir today is saturday as hyundai is closed plz come on monday we will show this to hyundai people then again i came on 22.05.16 then i leave the car for whole day and came i the evening they say we found the problem we have rectify all the things there is no problem now. Then i take the car to home next day when i was going for long drive for some work i feel car is having same problem or even worst for the next 2 more days i was busy in my work. then i deliver the car again to HANA motor plaza today i.e 27.05.2016.

    Sir as i have bought a new car worth 8.61 lacs after the delivery car is still with showroom so what is the use of purchasing car. plz see into this matter my car No is : DL1CR5911 on the name of amita engineerings

      I have been told this was first complaint of this type I own a verna diesel automatic bought in May 2012 made about 30, 000 Kms .For the past few days it started strolling and talwalker Hyundai garage at shiekpet Hyderabad checked it and told us this pm that electro is transmission unit is damaged and needs a new one which costs about Rs46000+ .He told me this is first time he has see this problem.Could you please enlighten me

        Hello Sir/Ma'am,
        I purchased CRETA 1.4 BASE model on 13th August 2015. From the beginning this complaint was found in the car. As soon as the car reaches the speed of 100 to 120 km/hr on rough and patchy road, during overtaking a vehicle the brakes go free for a few seconds (3 - 5 seconds). We I have already tried to take care of this with the service centers but they are unable to solve this problem. The car has been delivered for service thrice in last 7 months. When asked for service engineering contact information, they did not provide any.
        Please take care of this problem.

          This complaint is more specific but not limited to Mange Ram(MR) Hyundai Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Ghaziabad. These fraudsters are not able to provide me Teflon and Antirust coating for my car which I purchased from their showroom in the same area. At the time of purchase I also purchased these additions, but everytime I ask them to provide me the same they are saying that material is not available and they just keep on shifting the date, that's it. This is just one of the issues among many issues that I had with this dealer and service centre. Other issues include delay in delivery of car and then car registration delay, this list is very big. It was my biggest mistake to purchase car from them and Hyundai India is also not very active in following up my complaint against them. Ref.[protected]. I think these companies should learn how to do business and close such dealers which don't honor customer values.If you want any references like invoices etc. do write to me at [protected]@gmail.com, but I want this complaint to be resolved asap.

              This is to inform you regarding a two week old new creta car which is giving some problem.There is leakage of oil from total body of the car and when reported at the point of purchase that is hyundai Goa Motors Verna they said its just some oil which spell on the car from the containers at the time of transportation of the car and they just cleaned it off.This happened on the very next day after buying the car.This process has been repeated twice in every two days .Unfortunately this has not been solved yet.On reporting to the service manager again he said he want to keep the car under observation for 2-3days. Firstly i have bought this car to drive and not to keep it in showroom.Its a brand new car and such lapses are not expected from such reputed com . Requested the service manager to look into the matter at the earliest he said his going out of station for few days, he would start the work but he would not take any responsibility of the car and not to blame him if anything goes wrong.How he can use such rude language to customers who already have 5 hyundai cars in the family?Who is responsible for this?Is this the way u care for your customer?Moreover it was said that its an Gods act by the M.D.of the company.Are your cars manufactured by God?This is really very disappointing I didnot expect such service from one of my favourite automobiles. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

So I am visited you Himgri Hyundai gurgaon branch sec 34. But you employees very rudely behave and not attend properly. I am talking with your supervisor then your general mangers come there and talking about the supervisor to go and attend the another car Owner .And then i stared my car go there no body try to stop me.

                      I took my car at KC hyundai jammu j&k state .for repair work of my car on 6.4.2016 .car right side head light was broken.. it was changed along with front bumper, back bumper..right side fenderand some other things under claim no [protected] and delivered to me on 21.4.2106 at 6.30 pm .to my surprise on my way back home i noticed lot of humming sound coming around tyres which was not there when i took car for repairs. Also now the car was making much noise on rough surfaces as if the shockers are damaged. My one of the fog lamp and also tail number lamp was missing. My car has run only 25000 kms and is driven by me only. All the charm of driving it has gone as they have tampered almost all the original parts and it seems i m left with the shell only ..

                        Last year on 10.07.2015 my accidental car was send to DPM hyundai Dehradun Service center for repair...my car was insured so the surveyor came and gave the estimate according to damage details given my company mechanical engineer..after few days again a surveyor was called by company and engineer told that damage is bigger from estimated and amount will be higher...we had a discussion a lot of time meanwhile with company..few parts which was not damaged, surveyor asked them not to repair and use it but company changed all the part without anybody concern and now is demanding 1.30 lac approx and a parking fee of rs 150/- per day.. let me put in notice one more thing..IT IS ALMOST AFTER 9-10 MONTHS THEY REPAIRED VEHICLE I.E FEBRUARY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR THEM TO SETTLE THINGS AND NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR SUCH EXCESS CHARGES WE HAVE VISITED REGULARLY FOR OUR CAR...EVEN FILED RTI AFTER THERE EXCESS DEMAND ..INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS ITS NOT THERE FAULT AND IS DEALER FAULT..PLEASE HELP US AT THE EARLIEST...

                          Please note krishna hyundai is a old dealer of Tezpur town dealing with customers of tezpur town .unfortunately they have received only cash and no other payments are allowed.

                          it is very ridiculous that today they are sticking old procedure of yesterday and accepting only cash payment.

                          we think you will sensitize the dealer and educate properly to accept debit card with the present scenario of payment system.

                            Dear sir/mam, i brought a new i 10 grand sports on jan 2016. After feeling a wonderful experience with hyundai, in april 2016 oil chamber of my car damaged. I reported to nearest service station and they resolved the problem and also done the service of the car as needed. Charge of the service payed by me in sum of 2300 rs. At that time they ensured me that the vehicle is running good now. I bring my car back and drove it for 10 to 12 days after that service about 400 km. After 12 days when a morning, i started my car, there was some noise at ignition. I again informed to service centre, they took my car at station. And after 15 days of examination of the car, the service centre peoples are telling me to pay 76000 rs for engine service. Why i should pay that amount to them as i purchased a new car and you providing a engine warranty of about a year. Plz look into this matter seriously before i take a serious decision against you people after this big harrasment. My contact no is [protected]

                              I had submitted my car in HANS HYUNDAI WORKSHOP AS ON 5/4/16 respectively against accidentally case. Since then they had taken one month due to their non availability of material but after that they even didn't take any responsibility to inspect my car properly. I Informed them that
                              1.Driver seat and left seat of driver side are bend and even not moving front &back.
                              2. New horn not playing ad original.
                              3. Steering revolving hard movement.
                              4. Gap between new dicky and new bumper back side.
                              5. Alignment not done.
                              6. Indicators are not working properly.
                              7. No. Plate are fitted tempered.

Why the company is using the cheap performed eps for high cost and giving the trouble to the customer?. Company should react seriously and bring the notice to the eps supplier. i request any forum to stop such type of poor quality unit to use in hyundai car and also request to replace the eps for free of cost…

                                  I bought my hyundai creta reg. No. Tn12l8460 from a dealer named express hyundai in kodambakkam on 23 march 2016.. Since i bought this im getting problem with the steering.. It gets jammed automatically when driving... Yesterday i was in highway n the car was in speed of90kmph.. The same problem occured and it was uncontrollable.. A truck from behind dashed into the rear bumber... No injuries but may occur again.. I want positive response from the company... As its under warranty...
                                  I need serious and positive response from the dealer as soon as possible...since i m travelling through highway oftenly..

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I bought a brand new i20 active car from hyundai dealer some 10 months back.
                                    There are technical faults in the car, which hyundai needs to sort out as
                                    The design of the car is not correct and can also be said that proper
                                    R&d was not done while designing the vehicle.

                                    The lower feet of the driver as well as passengers get rubbed in the outer
                                    Beeding provided with the car every time they get inside and come out of
                                    The car as a result, the clothes get dirty everytime, which is a very big
                                    Concern.

                                    Plz find attached the self made video in order to explain the technical
                                    Problem in this model.

                                    Also hyundai in its brochure says that the fuel tank capacity is 45 litres.
                                    ​
                                    ​however my hyundai i20 active needs around 50-55 liters to get the tank full.

                                    There is noise in both the pillars, which cannot be solved. The air filter needs to be changed every[protected] kms.

                                    Overall the product itself is not designed up to the indian specifications.

                                    I challenge you on the problem explained in the video and* claim my money
                                    Back* with interest and all expenditures incurred on this till date, as i m not interested in the vehicle which lacks the technical know how.

                                      The error comes as your mobile is not registered
                                      I requested n number of times your dealer at Porvorim Alcon Hyundai. They said they are sending email to their customer care for the same along with my mobile number. Its been 6 days over and I am unable to retrieve my pin number.

                                        I have purchased a hyundai grand i10 from mukesh hyundai gs road dispur guwahati assam 27/04/2016 bearing chassis no. Mala851clfm385161*m and eng no. G4lafm877560. But the dealer has been deliever me a 5 months old vehicle under model december 2015 and the vehicle is fully rusted in the lower part of body.
                                        The above mentioned dealer has been recorded in their system that the vehicle sold on 30/01/2016. The dealer had fraud me as a old hyundai customer. As i have already purchased a verna reg no. As 01be4467.
                                        I request you to kindly take necessary action for the matter.
