Hi I had bought a headlamp from a vendor, but unfortunately one of the headlamp have a water leakage inside (Water vapour issue), when i approached a vendor back to replace the headlamp, he is like there is no replacement of hyundai genuine parts, need to checkout is there is no replacement truely its annoying paying so much money and not getting the right product

    I want to inform you that on 03.05.2016 my car hyundai i10 numbered wb 06l7957 chasis number:malam51blfm622106c engine number:g4hgfm881294 which was purchased from bengal hyundai, parkstreet met an accident on dhulagarh highway as it hit a side way. After the accident the car was towed to your service centre in tiljala where mr. Vikas misra took the charge of the same.

    After the accident happened i saw mobile was leaking from the engine part as i visualized after opening the bonnet of the engine.

    Mr. Vikas misra on the first day told me that there may be some problem in the engine which may be caused due to the accident impact and that can only be revealed after the engine is tried to start manually.

    The next day i got a call from mr. Vikas misra that the engine was not seized as the engine parts were revolving and there may be some minor problem which they will find out.

    After that i again got a call from mr. Vikas that there was a problem in engine head and the engine needs to open and get fixed.

    After this i tried to get a know how from mr. Vikas that whether the accident caused any impact on the engine but for some days i was getting vivid answer from him and ultimately today he told me over phone that the accident didnot cause any impact on the engine.

    Now the question arises is that how can an engine which is not even a year old and also that of hyundai seizes without showing any indication on the meter.

    Now the product car which is not a thing that we buy everyday and that of also hyundai be of so low quality that it doesnot last even a year and even free servicings.

    Now a days in such a competitive world even when companies are providing guarantee for a pen also how can an engine fail within one year.

    I have used cars of brands maruti, chevrolet, mahindra but after using hyundai i feel i am getting the worst service in terms of product and service both.

    Please kindly ensure a proper guidance from your end so that i can regain my trust on the brand quality in both tangible and intangible end.


    It has been days (11 days) since i addressed a complaint to your end regarding my vehicle i10 num wb 06 l 7957 but to my utter disappointment i am yet to receive any solution from your end. Its really disappointing to receive such kind of service from a company like hyundai.

    I hope your company respects their customer so please kindly live up to my hope and find me a solution at the earliest.

      I have a grand I10, the number is MH04GJ2524: I will make this feedback/complaint very crisp and to the point for your convenience.
      I am a single women staying alone in Delhi
      1)26th May, car met with an accident at the new Delhi railway station, at 7:30 pm, got it toyed to Himgiri Service station around 9:30;
      2) Upon reaching, I was asked to SUBMIT my original RC and car keys, one of the guards spoke very rudely, and misbehaved, when I refused, as without any receipt or documentation, I wasn’t ready to handover my original docs to someone (non official person); the head of the security, said, ‘aap car kahin aur le jao’, car which was toyed!! How could I take it myself and where? Time 10:00pm;
      3) Called the customer care service dept, to report the issue and advice towards documentation procedures, customer care rep took the called and disconnected in between, I never got through the cust care throughout the night;
      4) Called the customer care of Himgiri, no response, somehow got a contact of Mr Bisht, GM Service, and reported the issue, he took at least 45 mins to speak to people around namely, the HR, the body shop manager etc, time 10:45 pm, to give me a logical documentation procedure, since I had no choice I had to take a hand written note on the towing receipt, saying the RC and car keys have been deposited with the guard. Time: 11:00 pm.
      5) Reached home around 11:20 pm;
      In the above scenario, I was stranded for more than one and half hours in that alley all alone, struggling for all this…a women alone, in that dark alley, behind the metro station, where your people were incorporative, rude, disrespectful and with not empathy at all.
      6) 27th May, I go and sign all the documents, get my RC back; I get a message for initial survey from my insurer (ICICI Lombard) the same day, and get the registration for the claim by the evening. I am told by the person in contact Mr. Subhash ([protected]), that the repairs will not take more than a week.
      7)i never got a call from Mr. Subhash regarding any updates, if I called him & his number was busy, he wudnt even give a call back, I have been following with him every second day, (I have with me all the call records), for updation, 31st May he mentioned I will get it by Saturday the 4th of June.
      8) I called him on the 3 rd for confirmation, and he said another 2 days, but he will confirm by the same evening. Again no call back; I called him he dint pick my call 17:18 hrs. Called him again at 18:14 hrs, where he mentioned he dint give me any idea as in when I can get and said ‘do din ka aur time do’… which I presumed is the 5th of June, 2016.
      9) Sunday, 5th June I was told Tuesday, due to parts delay, which I did not get all, how come they get to know of delays whenever I am calling and following, but no one calls from your end to update me?
      10) Tuesday, called Mr. Subhash at 9:48 hrs, as to what time I will be receiving, he said he will call and confirm. Once again, waited till afternoon, when he called, he said there is a problem in the car and don’t know when it can be resolved, I will call and update…
      No clarity and the communication, in fact he said, aapki gaadi jaisi condition mein hain, main de deta hoon…
      Really? Im going to get my car in any condition it is... Even if it is not worth driving at that point?
      11) I spoke to the customer service person Ms Mradula ([protected]), she said she is goin to follow up and get back to me, I was told the next day 8th June, by 12 noon I was promised.
      12) 8th June, just before leaving I called Ms. Mradula, that I am going to leave, she said there is an issue, and the Body shop manager will be calling up, alas, no calls yet. Mr. Subhash whatsaaps me with pictures that the paint is drying and that I will recieve by 4:00 pm.
      I was not even told about facilities such as getting a spare car over the time period of the commited date, which I could have utilized, and infact would have been more patient and given more time if there was a genuine issue, but I wasn’t helped out in any manner in the overall scenario.
      This is Hyundai’s over all service and commitment, the response and communication to the customers, starting from the security guards, the manager etc etc.
      I am helpless, and need to amplify this case, even if it is social media, to show how after purchasing the car and having faith in the long term services, the customer goes through this kind of dilemma, hassels, inconveniences. Have paid on an average Rs 500 per day on my conveyance, thinking, its just a matter of few days, but the few days are never ending!! Im all by myself and new in this city, and have no personal help as well, and this is how after explaining to the team I am not getting any kind of relief and benefit out of the communication I am having.

        First year I faced the problem with Dash Board noise and interior noise on my new Grand I10.

        Dash Board was fairly fixed and rear hatch cover was fixed with Sello tape (Wow what a solution by Hyundai). I doubt the dash board was also fixed with sello tape as the noises are coming back.

        My right window is getting loosened up and the worst issue is the Body paint peeling within 2 years. I dont know what type of paint was used.

        Over all now I think a damaged car was sold off to me.

          I am the owner of hyundai verna car (White colour). The vehicle number is tn45 bc5350 (Tamil nadu registration). The car was purchased on 26th feb 2013 from arasu hyundai showroom, trichy. I have had very good experience with the vehicle and recommended it to many of my friends & associates.
          On 26th may, 2016 while my wife was driving the car from bangalore to chennai, we met with an accident near hosur (Perandarapatti area). A bike rider just crossed in front and to save him she had to put a sudden brake because of which the vehicle went out of control and hit the divider.
          Our car was severely damaged, but we escaped with a few injuries.
          Our car was towed to the nearby himavasini hyundai at krishnagiri road, hosur. Mr. K. G. Pratapan (Gm – service) made us fill the requisite forms and assured us of the best of services.
          I want to bring to your notice 3 very disturbing occurances:
          1.In spite of a severe frontal impact, the airbags did not function. Being very conscientious, we always wear seatbelts. Kindly provide us the proper explanation, why the airbags were not functioning?
          2. The car had been lying in the showroom for more than 10 days and no action was taken in spite of the continuous requests. Neither was any feedback given. Finally we brought the car back to trichy on our own on 7th june. I have attached the motor insurance claim form received from himavasini hyundai, where the claim number is not mentioned.In spite of repeated requests the claim number is not given. Even our car keys have not been returned.
          3. Our person who had gone to your showroom in hosur observed somebody inside the car trying to dismantle certain parts. We can vouch for this as the dashboard and some of the interiors were not in the same state in which we left them. When we leave the car at your disposal, we do it with total trust. We believed that our car would be in safe hands. Unfortunately that is not the case and our car has been vandalized.

          Hyudai being a reputed company, we expect redressal for our grievances.

            I am writing this letter to place my complaint before you. It has been eleven years since i have been a client of hyundai.In 2004, i had purchased a vehicle (Santro xing) which i had used for three years. After the mentioned period, i had purchased another vehicle (Verna) in exchange of the former. I had to switch to the latter as; the former had started to develop rust on the front-right edge of the vehicle. I had reported the issue to the office, but i was told that the rust was developed as result of the water i had used to wash my vehicle.
            As mentioned earlier, i later switched to verna which i have been using since 2008. Two years back, i had met with a minor mishap owing to which the paint on my vehicle was scraped off. I got it repaired and was fine unless it started developing rust. Encountering the same episode, i reported once more to the office on which i was told that the formation of the rust was the prior flaw of the material and there is nothing they could do about it.
            To submit right now, i am also taking into picture an incident that almost knocked me down. On 16th october 2014, i had undertaken a long distance journey just after i had brought the vehicle from its service. During the journey i experienced a consistent tremor. On examination, it came to light that the nuts of the tyre were not fitted tight enough and a few of them missing too. On the 25th of january 2016, i witnessed a similar incident only to reassure the previous incident. As before, i brought my car from its service and set off to a long distance journey the following day. On my way, like before, i felt a quiver which arouse every time i speeded (Not beyond limits). Again on examination, it was found that four nuts of the same tyre were not fitted tight enough for its proper functioning.
            A week later, my vehicle broke down midway my journey and i had to seek help from the on road service agency. I was asked on and on if there was any change made in the oil. Having replied that it was serviced only a week ago, they couldn’t believe that the vehicle had reached this condition only within a week.
            To be more recent, i had rendered my vehicle for its service on 30th may, 2016 and took it back the same evening. I found out that the ac was not functioning at all and i rendered it for repair in a private service station where on opening the bonnet it was noticed that a pvc pipe of about 2.5” in diameter was left disconnected and a few nuts and bolts were found left unused.
            Despite reporting many a times, i received no action in my favor, and hence i ink these words. I have been noticing that my payment is going in vain as i am suspicious if my vehicle is actually being serviced or not. I kindly appeal you to heed my needs without delay. Kindly oblige.

              My Name is Tamilmani from chennai, i bought my new car 1 month before in Kodambakkam hyundai show room, after 5 days i used to my rear car wiper due to raining, after 5min its fell down and broken, due that my back glass got scratched.

              Regarding this i spoke with my sales manager (Muthukumar - Kodambakkm) he said we cant do anything on this. you need to bare this.

              I am very upset on this, this is not my fault its company fault how i can bare this. please help me on this.

                I had booked a car in the month of feb 2016 and after that we had series of tragic incidents in our fly including my surgery. Hence i couldn't afford to buy the car. So i got in touch with mithila hyundai showroom in mird rd east and finished all the formalities for the cancellation and refund of my money.
                However they haven't paid me the refund yet. I have been following up with them regularly but all seems to be in vain.
                They are just not cooperating and refunding the money back to me.
                I am literally fed up now and it feels like i am begging for my own money.
                Please take a look into this at you earliest and please help me in my financially unstable stage.
                This gesture will be cherished undoubtedly.

                  Re: Eone Era No. HR99XQ Temp 4579 – resale as New
                  I purchased the above car, in the name of my grand son Raaghav Lonial, on 08.04.2016 from Samrithi Hyundai, Ambala Cant through Mr Satija. The car was delivered late in the evening through a company driver. Following deficiencies were found at the time of deliver:-
                  1 The Odometer reading was 05 KMs against more than 225 Kms distrance of Ambala from Faridabad. There was no explanation for this reading or how the Odometer was tempered with.
                  2 There were no polythene covers on Seats .
                  3 There was neither a Ribbon on the Bonnet nor a Seat Box as is the custom with new Car.
                  4 Driver did have the Toll Plaza tickets in proof of having passed through them while there are several.
                  5 The Service Book and duplicate Key was also not there.
                  The above facts were brought to the notice of Mr Satija (middle man and Insure agent) who informed the company accordingly and assured for looking into the lapse.
                  The Car was sent for fitting of Stereo and other accessories on 10th April when some shocking facts were revealed to us. The Shop person informed us that interior fittings have been tempered suggesting that some accessories must have been fitted. And afterward removed. There was a cloth packing between the Odometer and glass cover . The dealer was again contacted through Mr Satija and later on from the behavior of the workman working on the accessories make us feel that he has received snubbing s for revealing these all to us.
                  The Service Book was delivered to us last Saturday as the Car required First Service. My driver informed me from the Service station at Faridabad they are not accepting the car for First service as this car was originally sold on 29.12.2015 and is just due for 2nd Service only and this fact they have endorsed on the Service Book.
                  Service Book On perusal of the service book it found that it was for EONE Magna which has been corrected by cutting. The Engine No. and Chasis Number too were different and have been mutilated to make them for this car. This confirms that the Original Service book has not been handed over to us. The duplicate Key too was delivered alongwith the Service Book .
                  The above facts confirms our apprehension that an already used vehicle originally sold on 29.12.2015 has been resold to us as new on 08.04.2016 which you will appreciate that is not an honest and fair practice and tantamount to cheating.
                  We have brought this matter to your notice for due action and addressing our grievance without further delay. We hope you will take appropriate action and we shall not be required seek alternative source for redressal.

                    Vehicle number kl 14 k 6660 hyundai verna 2011.. I am using my vehicle for the past 4years and am receiving complaints frequently in its parts.. I had to change the pressure plates, brake pads, key sets 3 times and now my ecm is damaged. Within 4 years i spent around 3 lakhs for vehicle costing 11 lakhs. I would like you to take this matter seriously or else i will have to move the consumer court. It is totally embrassing that i had to spend these much for an international brand. Please do respond immediately.

                      We are very much surprised to buy new Santa FE UP 85 AV 5600 in the name of BERIWAL CONSTRUCTION CO MATHURA 4 months back. I think you were supplied me old & used car on behalf of new vehicle as per performance . i was taken a appointment in Apollo hospital for treatment & going by your one of the so called top most vehicle of Hyundai. How can i trust on your product due to failure of Santa FE, We reached your nearest work shop Mohan Cooperative Estate Agra Mathura Road New Delhi. With to-ing the vehicle & talk to works manager after that time i was very shocked to listen that we are not diagnoise the fault & given a proper time frame for shot out the problem . after that we contact to your Hyundai customer care & lodge complaint, he said that you will get response earlier. after some time of this complaint.we have received a phone from works manager ( Mr Rehmaan )with threats you will do whatever you want now we can"t do anything if you want to complaint you can do again. after spend a huge amount i face the problem . we have fleet of cars with 4 Hyundai cars but we never expect this type of quality of product & service. Kindly resolve the problem & upgrade your workshop quality so that people can trust in your products in future . respond me ASAP.

                        I placed an order for Hyundai verna automatic variant on 6th april, for which dealer asked me to make a deposit of 1lac (whereas on Hyundai website, they shows ZERO down payment) so he can book the car and bring it within 20days from chennai manufacturing plant, since it is automatic he didn't had it in his yard. I followed up with the dealer in Jhansi(since I made a deposit to him and he was the sales manager of Jhansi) on 20th april, and he said he didn't booked the car yet because he was waiting for the loan to be approved from HDFC bank. so basically he lied to me saying that he will book the car if I make a deposit of 1lac. since then I dealt with lalitpur branch because it is very hard to communicate with Jhansi branch because i live in laitpur, and sales manager from Jhansi is aware about my move. and the dealer in lalitpur then try to sell me 2015 model whereas I ordered 2016 verna automatic. dealer in lalitpur forced me and convinced me to buy a manual since it can be available sooner then automatic so I have to change my mind to purchase manual instead of automatic. on 29th april we received a car, and now the dealer wont register my car since the loan was not cleared from the bank. we paid the amount in cash for registration. and now dealer is asking for more money since registration cannot be done within 7days according to RTO legislation. raised this concern with Hyundai but no one bothered about it. A complaint is already been raised with hyundai and complaint reference number with Hyundai is[protected], but they are not at all interested in resolving the issue, rather they prefer to make money from new customer. today its been more then a month, and no one called about the concern and the best part is, my car is still unregistered.

                          Hi/hello;
                          A very bad experience with hyundai service. Ever never seen a service provider like kun hyundai no proper response,
                          No proper commitment they are giving commitment as there wish not for customer satisfaction. Coming to my car related issues
                          On 17th may 2016 my car met an accident and on the same day i hand over my car to kun hyundai body shop. Ald and bajaj insurance given there clearance to hyundai.
                          But today date is 01st jun till now the car has not yet serviced and
                          They don’t have the proper spares for repair my car, even lots of calls and follow up they dint purchased the spares also.
                          Should i take my car and hand over to some other service centre or what i have to do?
                          Revert me back and help me to close this issue asap. And this is my second time a very bad experience with hyundai.

                            Cars almost got worse after service at dee emm hyundai service station, sec -14 gurgaon

                            I have given my two cars for service hyundai eon (Hr 26 by 2456) and accent (Dl 3c 2591) in may, post the services both the cars are in pathetic condition, eon is worst, in the last one month the car has been lying at their workshop however of no avail. Its now lying a my house and we are unable to start the car.

                            I don't think they are bothered, keep asking us to pay for towing away the same.

                            Worst experience...

                            Creta sx gear jam and clutch assembly worn out in 6 months

                            The santo car Rj-20 CA 4440 which given to workshop at Kamal Hyundai Kota (N4204) on 23.05.16 for short out the problem " smell of petrol inside of car." The have attend the sevice but have not find out the said problem after a week they replied that ' we have attend the all and no any leakage of petrol.
                            But problem is still continue which they have agreed.
                            So, it is requested you to please look into the matter and short out the said problem.

                              I am a first time car user, after lots of research, i found hyundai is the good car for my budget and need. Then i selected elite i20 as my car [tn72-at6675].
                              I brought it during christmas 2014, in 1 year i was using the car very smooth and single hand, because i thought this i am going to use for life time.
                              25-may-2016 we were driving as a family to nearest city in nh7 [ tirunelveli to nagercoil ] highway at the speed of 100 to 110 at 11:30 am.
                              Suddenly car was having no control, car speed is coming down, no acceleration working, no break working, no clutch working. Still cars display and audio system is on and horn and steering was working.
                              I had no clue to stop the car in the busy high way with lots of turnings and high speed moving vehicles front and back.In fraction of sec all the family member got the death fear.
                              Suddenly my brother who was sat next to me used the hand break with right pressure to slow down the vehicle speed and stopped.
                              Without knowing what to do with car, we we send out family in another government bus [because they were afraid to take car again]. As per friend suggestion i called customer care reference number [83953] at 3 pm. And send that car to nearest showroom.
                              After two days of research - service center people are telling there is a sensor problem. Due to that this problem happened.
                              I feel not worthy to hyundai elite i20 car because of the build quality. After paying 10 lac for a top end elite i20, failing to give service because of the sensor diode failure which is worth of 1 rupee?.
                              Is this a safety hyundai provides to its customer? Afraid to drive the car from service station to my home now!, what is the guarantee that this problem will not arise again?. If this silly problem makes the complete hyundai car to go control less during driving in good and smooth road?
                              Worth less product.


                              It is a manufacturing defect that hyundai has. I never seen problem in new cars.. It is behaving like 5 year old car.

                                The front windshield wipers turns on and doesn't stop unless the switch from the electrical system for the wiper is removed. This has happened before as well and when complained to Hyundai, they replaced the wiper handle o the dashboard. This was done last year and again now it has surfaced. This is an serious issue as I have noticed a lot of customers of i10 have faced the same issue. There seems to be no resolution to this from Hyundai and the only solution is to replace the wiper handle. Which costs somewhere around 2 to 3k and plus the labour charges. This is becoming increasingly problematic.

                                  I have purchased od 02 aa 3897 a verna fl 1.6 sx model on 30 december, 2015 at 9 o'clock due to darkness black spots and scratch are not identified. After the next day l see this problem and inform to the sale executive officer mrs tapan kumar nanda. After the complain their is no reaction from him. On 24 may, 2016 i have made another complain about this problem to the avp. I was making no. Of complain but their is no reaction from him in this way 6 month was left. If you have not taken any step then l want go to he consumer coat.

                                  I was buying a verna FL 1.6 SX, but there are many black spots and scratch in the whole body of the car. I had a complain to the sales executive officer Mrs. Tapan kumar Nanda of the Aditya Hyundai from where I was buying the car . The sales executive officer said that solves the problem at the first servicing time, but he can't solve the problem otherwise told that this problems are solve in the second servicing time, but in between the second servicing time their is an accident happened with car. After this I was bring car to the Aditya Hyundai showroom for the repairing purpose that time same thing is happening that he can't solve the previous problem.
                                  Therefore I am heartily requesting to solve my problems in time and taken some steps towards problems of my car which is very helpful for me.

I bought a new car I20 Elite Asta(O) Petrol on 19.05.2016 from HANA Motor Plaza and after the delivery of car within 30min i call to sales person who sold the car to me the name is Ruksana Khan Mobile no; [protected] that the car pickup is very low. She told me dont worry plz sir come tomorrow our team will see this next day i came to service center the check the car and they say there is a pickup problem we scan the car and then see whats the problem this is on 20.05.16 i give the car for whole day in the evening i got a call from service deptt that u r car is ready plz pick the car i came. During test drive i find the same problem then they say sir today is saturday as hyundai is closed plz come on monday we will show this to hyundai people then again i came on 22.05.16 then i leave the car for whole day and came i the evening they say we found the problem we have rectify all the things there is no problem now. Then i take the car to home next day when i was going for long drive for some work i feel car is having same problem or even worst for the next 2 more days i was busy in my work. then i deliver the car again to HANA motor plaza today i.e 27.05.2016.

                                    Sir as i have bought a new car worth 8.61 lacs after the delivery car is still with showroom so what is the use of purchasing car. plz see into this matter my car No is : DL1CR5911 on the name of amita engineerings
