Sub: regarding my hyundia car grand (Auto) car no. Ap31-cu4554 purchased through true value, not submitted papers from you and causing bad service from you.


I mr (D. Kalyan chakravarthy)., resident of vizianagaram, c/o srivari plywoods, ncs road,
Vizianagaram, purchased a hyundia grand i-10 (Auto) white colour car from hundai true value on dated 12/4/16, 2015 model, car no. Ap 31-cu4554, price 511000.00 but you had not submitted any proper documents of the car, it had been happened one month, no proper information such as clearance certificate, original c book etc. Due to no proper papers we went visakhapatnam thrice by hiring taxi, and it casuses so much inconvenience.

I am not so much inconvenient to take the car on the road due to the papers, it is causing very much mentally depression to me while going to any camp with family. So we will keep the car in your vizianagram showroom, handover my cash immediately otherwise we will proceed legally.

The service of your company is very very bad.

    I have purchase a hyundai xcent car last month (24th april-2016) from himgiri hyundai gurgaon. I have full n final payment on date but i haven, t rcvd my car documents like r. C., insurance, high security number plate etc. And i have some refund of rs. 2364.00. Then i call your dealers show room executive regarding all pendings they all always give me nonsense response (I mean they said me today and yesterday) continue from last 15th days. They have used my car 600 kmtrs. And yes one day they have misbehave with us. Your dealers executives (Mr. Surendra yadav b. M. [protected], mr. Akhilesh asm [protected], mr. Dharmender bhardwaj sales officer [protected]) are very nonsense. Fire to everybody.
    I dont want write many more,
    Kindly request to you plz take necessary action for himgiri gurgaon and provide me my car paper as soon as possible.

    Due to the negligence u spoiled my car there was no scratches while giving the car but while taking I found scratches, I paid money for the allinment bt it was not at all done were irresponsible

      I brought hyundai i10 in january 2016. I am a serviceman posted outside the my home town so i was unable to get first free service of my car. Today when i went to your service center in yamunanagar (Haryana) they refused to provide me my first free service of my car and behaviour of your manager was so rude.
      Please resolve this matter at your end and give me feedback regarding this complaint.

        My name is suneet chhabra i have owned a car hiyundai i10 era black colour no. Dl10cg 3582 under finance scheme in october 2015 from hans hiyundai moti nagar new delhi-110015, at the time of purchase the sales man name mr. Amit - [protected] have confirm the insurance of 0 debt but at the time of availing the insurance claim of accidental the insurance came under normal which cost me bill of rs. 10000.00 inr. Also they have to give the foot mats not provided yet. The total cost of car rs.4, 95, 000.00 with cng is the correct cost at that time m still not sure. Kindly look into the matter.
        I want my money to be refund and also the same 0 debt insurance policy under my car insurance policy.

          It's very unfortunate that i have to write this email to you. Have cmplaint my eon era plus lpg car mileage, given only 14 - 16 kmpl milege on petrol when ac is on an when ac is off then milege got 21 to 23 kmpl. And it has consistently given a mileage of 14-15 kmpl. I allredy viseted in your servis workshop in last week but i am not got servis respectly and satisfied.
          I have seen mileage feedback for the same car and most report a mileage.

              There is a problem in central locking system. It is not getting locking automatically as it should be. Grievance :- when i had escalated this problem to your sales executive mr. Raj kapoor (Works in beeaar hyundai), instead of helping me every time he tried misguide me saying that in this model you will have to lock your car by using remote only, it will not get locked automatically.
              This is an escalation regarding my hyundai car service in chennai. The authorized dealer of hyundai was not able to provide me with good service. I have given the car last month to hyundai service center in Kattupakam and they returned the vehicle with oil leakage and power steering not working. Please help me to get my car in good condition

                I bought i20active last april and milage claimed in owner manuel is 17.6km per litre. Now actual i am getting milage of only 8km per litre. On this issue i received a call from hyunadi dealer based in solan name tapan hyundai, they informed me as it is there is no problem in the milage of the car and were not ready to acknowledge the complaint. They started discussing about the road condition and driving skill, which in return i informed them i have been driving hyundai santro also since 7years with mulage of about 15km per litre.
                I have been asked to bring the car ro showroom for nothing (For may be further discussion). My request to hyundai is please send your technical team directly to check this issue. I am writing on this board in a hope of any solution from the core team of hyundai.
                Along with i would like to raise the issue against the recent free service done by tapan hyundai, before service everything was well and now i noticed one plastic flap under the front driver seat is off, i need help in this matter also.
                My overall experience has not been very good since i bought this car, specially with dealer.

                  I bought i10 magna 2012 today when i was way to my work steering got jam in middle of traffic and getting EPS light on meter, i was very upset and it was very hard for me to handle situation in middle of traffic, when i reach to car mechanic on that location he was asking to pay 15 to 25 thousand to fix, please help in this case and solve my problem,

                  i am so upset due to ths incident and we will not purchase any vehicle from Hyundai any more.

                    Dear sir
                    I have purchased eon delite+ current reading 8900 km only, reg no mh-19, bj 1223, got the signal eps on dashboard and stearing is become hard, i contacted focus hyndai jalgaon, they haved checked all things and found that, mdps (Motor driven power steering) is short circuited, so it needs to replaced, i have done the same by paying rs 8700/-.
                    My complaint is how mdps can get short circuited within this short period and i heard the problem from my friends that most of hyundai cars getting the same problem of mdps.
                    So i request the concern authority to look up this problem (Mdps failure) and try to support the hyundai customers. Rest of the functioning and support of the hyundai cars and service center is fine.

                      Pls note that i bought eon - era+ car on 8th feb through trident hyundai - bangalore. Middle of feb i got a feed back call from hyndai/show room regarding performance, i clearly told, while using a/c, car will not move. There is not response from their end.
                      I had given first service also and informed them. Still it's not good, while using a/c pickup was very slow. Pls. Check and do the needful.

                        We bought a Hyundai Asta i10 in April and it has consistently given a mileage of 6 - 6.5 kmpl. After multiple mails and tweets made to Hyundai India, we were called to the service station by our dealer- Global Gallerie, Andheri, Mumbai. They tested mileage on an empty highway at constant speed and no brake applied and yet they measured 14.5 kmpl.
                        This is gross miss selling by Global Gallerie, Mumbai and Hyundai India when they promise a mileage of minimum 10kmpl on city roads.
                        I have seen mileage feedback for the same car and most report a mileage of 9-10kmpl in city road with AC on. This car has some problem that needs fixing in order to solve the issue, but Hyundai has no time to look into the matter.
                        Please help.

                          My car KL 13/AD 1860 got an accident at Thottada, Kannur District, Kerala nearly One month ago. on the next day my car was handed over to KTC Hyundai workshop at Kannur for repair. Every three days I visited the workshop to enquire the present position of repair. the had promised that the car will be returned after 2 weeks after repair. Now they says that the parts are not available. This is not an excuse. I had spent Rs. 10000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) for hiring a car on rent till this date. Now I am in a position to file a case at consumer court.

                            i puchased elite i20 sports few moths back, this is my 3rd hyundai car but it has a big problem while driving in night i light ray appears on windscreen when some light falls from the front.
                            unfortunately the ight ray is excactly at the height of eye level so very disturbing in driving.this all is due to double tone dashboard.

                              it's very unfortunate that I have to write this email to you. I am making an every attempt to put forth my dismay, disservice & dissatisfaction that you have caused me. Truly, I am really falling short of words in describing my plight. I am totally annoyed with the way I got treated as a customer.

                              Recently, I happen to buy a car from your dealership with a guarantee that you deliver what you promise. I was sure of this, because I had one of the nicest experience with your service previously when I bought my first car 4 years ago and referred 3 customers to Maithila Hyundai .

                              However, my confidence in you has been completely shattered due to the recent experience.

                              Car : I 20 Active
                              Model S
                              Variant : Petrol
                              Registration: MH-01-CD 8980
                              Sales Rep : Isaq ( always promises to call but does not call back, he was the one to make all the promises and never lived up to a single one)
                              Sales Manager: Bibuthi ( Never man of his words all the time busy on his phone even if a customer is in front of him)

                              Even if you have an iota of truthfulness, humbleness & more importantly "Attitude of Gratitude for valued customers" left in you, Do read my below email and action it, otherwise don't just bother...
                              Here's what I was promised before I showed the interest in the deal and what happened to them...

                              1. A luring promise of discount of Rs 30, 000/-, I didn't realize it was merely a bait??? what I got was only Rs 10, 000/-.stating 10, 000 is the discount towards the loan taken from Kotak. However the bank charged me a processing fees of 4000/-
                              2. Your reps vowed to give me the door mats & mud flaps at the time of delivery, which was again overruled.
                              3. Your not-so-gentlemen sales representatives also showed me "a dream" of "undercoat & Teflon coated", which became a nightmare for me.
                              4. A discount of Rs 7, 000 or more on extended warranty which again didn't materialize... Forget about the amount, your bragger agents later discounted their own promise and refused to give me any extended warranty under the false pretext of reduction in final price.

                              With above, it must be easier for you jump on to conclusion on a promise of delivery date - You had no hassles in switching the agreed delivery date from 25th to 27th... while you continued to show your reluctance in taking cognizance of my hassles.

                              Another example of your outrageous service was when your phone agent named "Sana" called to take my feedback, hoping to get some respite, I shared every bit with her however I fell flat on the face... she never called me back.

                              Having lived this atrocious experience with you, I wanted to escalate these heights of disservice to your top management. I respectfully asked for contact details of MD, or equivalent, to raise my voice against this unjust, unfair malpractice, however every attempt was made to throttle my voice so that it does not reach to the top, I was told “sir we have been asked not share any contact numbers due to the high escalations and there is no point escalating as the management would not even bother to respond to your call nor email”.

                              Eventually, I resorted to email and made a way to share my outrageous buying expedition with you... At the moment, I am completely disheartened and therefore, determine to pass a word-of-mouth about this blasphemous customer service to everyone I know, in person or on social networking sites.

                              I re-iterate that even if you have an an iota of truthfulness, humbleness & more importantly gratitude left in you, please help yourselves in fulfilling the unflinching promises you made before-sales.

                              Looking forward to hearing from you soon on this.

                                Hi, i am arvindbhai ajani from surat, gujarat. I have baught new verna hyundai car on may 2014 form the navjivan hyundai, surat, gujarat. My rto passing number is gj-05-jh-6367. My car was completed 2 years.In 2 years i was doing my car service 4 times. At a every service time i was complaint about the car race pick up and about ac cooling pick up. You have also note the my problem record to the my dealer record book.In the hill road and also even the slop road my car has not going to upperside to yet give the race. A my car dealer was no not pay to attention to solve my problem. My car dealer was solve my problem only at service time. After that one week of service i have problem this type.In a 4 time service... My dealer was not solve my problem. I have not faithful of your service nd your dealer.In a 1 week you and your dealer will not pay attention and not a solve the my problem and not a give to the response of my problem so after that i will be taken some action on this problem.

                                  I have owned Hyundai i10 2012 model car. On 09-May-2106 while driving steering got jammed and the EPS alarm light on. That time the speed was around 5 KM/hr.
                                  I have stopped the car and engine switched off. After 2 min have started the car again and checked the steering and it was found that steering was working. After moving 500 meters on turn again the steering got jammed.After that one more time it got jammed on the way to the near by service center Popular Hyundai Pala. The service engineers check the vehicle and they said power steering system it working fine.
                                  After that they said that there is no complaint frond and take the car from the service center.

                                  How can i assure it will not got jammed again?.

                                    This is to inform you that i have purchased a new hyundai creta(auto) car no (MH 43 AT 5238) registered under the name Bijal zaveri.
                                    It has been approximately 8 months since i have bought the car. It worked perfectly fine till 4 months but after that it started giving us minor glitches 1 month earlier the car got hanged. we could just open the car but the car wasn't starting we contacted the hyundai service center and the mechanic came and fixed it. But yesterday we faced a major problem we were going on a highway from Bombay to new Bombay and the car stopped shifting its gear in the middle. we were gonna have a major accident but fortunately we were able to manage the car and stop it in between . we then again called the helpline service and they were successful in taking the car to the nearest workshop . Now it has been almost 27 hours and the company is not able to detect the defect. We have bought a 17 lakh piece of machinery just 7months before i have driven only 8000 km so far . We are very disappointed with the car. We think that we have received a faulty piece of this car.
                                    We request you to please look into this matter as soon a possible and find a solution accordingly or pls replace by a new one.

                                      I booked hyundai creta diesel automatic on 20/11/15 and was promised delivery by 20/02/15. My car left hyundai motors factory in feb'15 itself and was deliverd to me on 6th march'16 by nirmal hyundai. I was charged extra price on account of additional cess imposed due to union budget which was announced on 29th feb'16. This is wrong as the cess payment is done at the time when the vehicle leaves the factory like excise duty and not at the time when the car is delivered. I must therefore be refunded the extra amount of approximately rs. 50, 000 charged to me by the dealer. I raised a complaint on 12th march'16 (Ref no[protected] which has not been resolved till date inspite of six reminder emails. Now even the emails are returning with a note that the email quota of [protected]@hmil.Net is full.

                                        I am an owner of a Hyundai grand I 10 sports diesel. My car is 2 years old and has been driven 18000 kilometers . I have faced a lot of problems in the car regarding the quality of parts used in the product.
                                        After getting my third servicing done a week back, this Friday I went on a business trip with my partner to a place called ‘Wakro’ in ‘Arunachal Pradesh’ from my home town Dibrugarh in Assam. The distance was just 181 km.
                                        On Friday my tire got punctured in middle of the jungle in a village called Medo near Wakro. The time was around 1:00 am. On trying to open the four nuts which connects the drum and rim of the wheel, one of the nut was moving free along with the stud inside connected to the drum. Me and my partner tried everything possible thing to open the nut but were not successful.. So now without opening the nut we could not open the flat tire . After several hours out of frustration we decided to drag our car to the nearest village which is Kherem. Being just 16 km it took 5 hours to Kherem as we had to push the car.
                                        On reaching Kherem by 7pm in the night we could not find anything and the village was dead. We asked help from the villager and stayed the night over there at his place. The next morning we found a tire mechanic and showed him the car. But he said it could not be done by him so we have to go to Mankao to a welder and he would cut the nut using a gas welder. Mankao was another 15 km. By evening 4:00pm we reached Mankao & found the gas welder. The gas welder cuts the nut and takes it out. After taking out the nut from the stud fitted to the drum we tried to fit the spare tire to the drum and the stud goes inside the drum. Now I can’t drive because the stud will be inside the drum and it may cause harm to the brake. So I went to Chowkham to get a mechanic and had to stay that night in Mankao as it was already so late. Next day Sunday I found a mechanic, took him to Mankao from Chowkham . Somehow managed to open the drum and took out the stud .
                                        I left from Mankao with the spare on with only three nut screwed to the drum. And my old tire got cut because I dragged it from Medo to Mankao around 40 kms. Now in the way in middle of the highway the spare tire also got puncher and now I am left with no extra tire with me. With no puncher store around I had to wait a long time asking for help with the cars passing by. By evening I found a good man driving his Amaze and got convinced to sell his spare tire for Rs 7000. I bought the tire being a bigger size then mine and fitted it and drove back to my town Dibrugarh by 11pm in the night.
                                        The tire given in my car is the worst tire I have seen in my history of driving. And the problems I have faced in the car is unbelievable. I am very much disappointed and writing this letter to state my regret in buying such an unreliable car.
                                        The car is still lying at my home with both the flat tires and the new tire which I bought is still on it. And I won’t move it till the company does anything.
                                        I am not doing anything to the car now because I have spent all my money on bringing back the car from Arunachal to Assam.
                                        And if the company does not bother to do anything I will have to post it in other social media sites and will see that no one buys this car again.

                                        Cost and damages happened:-
                                        Paid to the local people to push the car from Medo to Kherem - 4000.00
                                        Paid to the local to push it again from Kherem to Mankao - 3000.00
                                        Paid to the tire mechanic - 500.00
                                        Paid to the gas welder - 3200.00
                                        Paid to the drum mechanic - 800.00
                                        Paid for the new tire - 7000.00
                                        For the two night stay in the woods - 5000.00
                                        Inconvenience cost - cannot be calculated
                                        Damaged tire - 2 nos
