When i back to home then a supervisor mr sandeep kumar misbehave with me because no work no payment.But i paid 120rs bill without work .     I had paid advance of rs. 5000 to m/s kun united for booking grand i10 from hyundai on 7th october, 2015. Staff at kun ecil branch had made me sign on a order booking form of hyundai motors. They just asked me to sign on the form and said that they will fill up the details themselves, without giving me any opportunity to even look at the terms. The entire form has been filled by them. They collected rs. 5000 from me and did not even give me a receipt for the amount. I had submitted to them all the finance related documents for the loan approval, which they had assured me that will be approved. But after a week, they come back to me and say that the loan is not approved for the desired amount.

    I was left with no option but to cancel my booking. When i asked them for the refund of my amount, they come out with the terms and conditions of hyundai motors, wherein it is mentioned that the cancellation charges of rs. 3000/- will apply. Neither they had mentioned this during the booking nor had they allowed me to go through the terms and conditions of the booking form. Their sale representative has also accepted that he has not updated us regarding the cancellation charges. I have the recorded conversation on the same. When i discussed with them regarding the cancellation charges, their team leader has behaved in a rude manner. I have recrded this conversation too.

    I have also observed that the booking form is on hyundai motors name, while the payment they received is on kun united.

    I wish to submit this letter to the press along with the recordings. Please suggest how i could take this further.

        This is to inform you that I Suprotik Dinda would like to lodge a complaint against the scratches that has been made in my car Eon era+ (vehicle number WB 26S9254).I had taken my car to the showroom(mohan motors) and they had kept my car for 3days in the showroom.After 3days the showroom people called me up and told me that there will be no claim against the scratches and they also told me that only accidental cases can be claimed.The showroom people told me not to do insurance from Bajaj Alliance and they told me to do insurance from HDFC and other insurance company apart from Bajaj Alliance, but when I had purchased my car 2yrs back mohan motors had only made my insurance in Bajaj Alliance.I had full expectations that I would get help from HUNDAI but I did not get any help so whatever I had thought about HUNDAI is all gone down and had not expected this from a reputed company(HUNDAI).

          Hi this is sabari from chennai I left my car service in ambattur branch on 7th April I got my car on 15 th night 8.30 car was not at all washed And advisor said last minute delivery so we did not do wash and all .i dnt why this happing in Hyundai .they sayin spares not yet arrived so wait for the delivery and .car head light was not fixed properly and my bill was around 7000 .but service of my car was very very bad .again Hyundai will ask to pay more money why I should pay for I need urgent quick call back.and I only was keep on asking for the update on the status none called me on this for my car update .its too bad service on my car done in in Hyundai service center ambattur .i need to raise a complaint on the service center

            I got my Verna car serviced on 22nd March from KLG. The damaged AC of my car as it was working fine before service. It happened second time they shown carelessness during service and didn't check it properly. They called me twice during previous service as well after my complaint. Why don’t they execute the checklist properly before handing over the car to customer? I never get any complaint from Maruti Suzuki for my Swift car but it happens quite often with Hyundai guys.

            I am fed up with the way you guys work. Either you guys don’t care about the customers or have any other problem.

              Dear Sir,

              I'm buying a Hyundai Creta from Ritu Hyundai showroom Kalyan.
              In the estimated cost of the Car thay had included 63000 thousand of Car insurance, for which they are telling it is compulsary to buy the insurance from them.
              I had compared the Car insurance on policy bazaar, wherein i came to know that Ritu Hyundai showroom peoples are taking almost 35% extra money for the same Car insurance.
              Also ihad confirmed with 3-4 insurance bankers and also with the officer of Policy bazaar. They told me it is not compulsory to buy Car insurance from the same Showroom.

              So i kindly request you to take immediate action on this. Or else i will file a complaint in consumer court against this Issue..

                We have complaint against kosmo hundai jalandhar they miss guide about the price and tell me free insurance scheme due to december.
                But during billing they also charged insurance of car and taken more amount than quotation. They give two bill having different amount.I am totaly unhappy with their service. Billed are atteched. I want refund the amount of indurance of car.Due to free insurance we buy that old model 2015.Other then we buy latest 2016 model in new year.

                  Dear Sir I Purchased two xcent cars in june 2015 from khanna Hyundai swaroop nagar Kanpur. took the delivery from khanna Unnao showroom. I purchased xcent S Option model which is alloy wheel model but the fifth wheel is not alloy its only a normal ordinary wheel. Why ? Kindly let me know why fifth wheel is not a alloy wheel. One car was purchsed in the name of Santosh Kumar Bajpai and other was in the name of Rajeev Bajpai...

                    I bought creta sx-o crdi in December 2015
                    Since beginning it had the problem of not starting up after one day of non running. Called assistance for jump start 5-6 times. Had been in service station for 2-3 days on multiple occasions(5 times). Battery replaced twice. Service team not able to diagnose the problem. Again vehicle was towed on 28th March 2016 and still in service station for last 15 days. Now it seems it has defective smart lock module which is not received by them yet from Hyundai.
                    I just want to know what is the use of buying a vehicle for around 16 lakhs when there is no proper quality check. And my new vehicle has to be ripped apart.
                    Company should replace the vehicle as it has been a pain for me since I bought it.

                      I have done my elite car 2nd service one month back. I am not at all happy. There was a problem in suspension- some sound was coming. After service manager told that the bush is not available, i have tighten it. Bush will after one week and if problem persists to inform. But the sound is still present, so called him and he told still bush is not available.
                      Wheel alignment was not done as it is not available there.
                      Even wheel rotation was also not done. If you people are not doing it in service centre, what free service you are doing. And even, no information was not passed.
                      Its very strange.
                      I am not happy with your service.

Sir my car in 3 time problem .problem is down pick up .and 3 time car is jurk problem .your deler work quality is not good work . 3 time problem but not sovl my car problem .                         My name is shaik nazeer pasha, and my car number: KA03MX4822. i recently bought Hyundai xcent petrol topend model. Finally i realize that i did very big mistake that i bought car from ADVAITH HYUNDAI, bannergatta branch.
                        car delaers: shaik khaleed and deepak was in touch with me and they sold car to me.
                        Mistakes done from their end:
                        1) In insurance papers car model mistakes.
                        2) on smart card again car model mistakes
                        3) you people updated wrong delivery date in your GMS system.
                        when i gave my car for 1st service at trident Hyundai service center koramangala, they were not accepting, because delivery date was updated wrongly.
                        i truly truly disappointed the services with Advaith hyundai. Noncense.
                        i suggest my relatives and friends not to buy car ADVAITH.
                        Am gonna escalate to Hyundai company as well.

                          I have purchased new car (Grand i10 asta 1.2) on[protected] from "goyal automotive private limited" gt road ludhiana punjab. At the time of delivery they give me 2 smart keys but after that i found that 1 key is not working. I complaint about it to the dealer & at hyundai customer care centre. They registered my complaint through service request id[protected] & after that goyal automotive calls me & told me to tell my problem at nearest hyundai service centre. After that i visited gkp hyundai saturn vehicles pvt ltd patiala. They checked my car then serviced my car but they are not able to solve my smart key problem. So it's my humble request from you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          After more than a month of R&D and almost 3 and half weeks of talks with your sales representatatives at Kothari Hyundai, Tilak Road, Pune, I finally booked a Hyundai Xcent VTVT SX 1.2 'Black' HYP NYD By R.No. 49 MFG 2016 on 08th of April 2016. Earlier while in the talk with the sales person, i enquired about the colors available. I wanted a black colored car and the sales person assured me that i shall get one. Again within 2 days, when a colleague mentioned that Hyundai Xcent does not have a black color, I personally called the representative and asked her and her senior to confirm from the company about the availability of color and delivery time. Withing 15 min. they got back to me saying the color black is available, however they will have to place an order as it is not available in their own go down. Hence the delivery may take 2 weeks instead of 5 to 6 days (which is normal).
                          Today after 7 days, the senior representative calls me and tells me that Hyundai has stopped production of Black xcent since long time and i can choose any other color if i want. I was obviously upset. And when pointed out as to why they made the booking and started the loan procedure if the said car was not available in the first place? The person said, " I apologize. It was my staff's fault and they did not know". However refused to co- operate otherwise. I need an explaination as well as compensation for all the mental agony i went through. The people at Kothari Hyundai must pay for their incompeteance. Taking this opportunity to also point out the most rude and i dont care attitude of the staff at Kothari Hyndai, which not only us but many others I know have experienced. I hope i get some justice. attaching the receipt of my car booking.

                            I was looking to buy a Car and Contacted Rudra Hyundai (Asansol) for this purpose the sales man along with the senior staff came and promised that the car will be delivered to us within 2 days time.laterwhen they came to take the down payment they informed us that it may take more days for the registration to this we said we want the car in 2 days or else we are not buying the sales person and the senior said that they will talk to the seniors in the showroom and will let us know and took the money and without informing us they deposited the amount.later they called us and said u can use the car but u have to sign a bond which states that the company will not be liable if the car is caught by police which we did not agree to as this was not told to us before payment it was only said that we will get the car in 2 days. When we are asking for the money they are saying that we have to give a letter that we want to cancel the car which will eventually mean that we are not ready for the purchase and thy will deduct the cancellation amount.

                              I have given u the complain regarding this defect n also u have mailed me back on 25 March 2016. As you have said that the company person will contact us, but till now no one has called us n had a contact with us
                              Also many times we have called the dealer Mai Hyundai Sangli and asked them about the complain we have launched you but they are saying that they have not received any complaint reguarding this from you or company. Also the dealer is saying that they dont have the replacement product with them n they have ordered that to the company but they have not received yet and we are waitng here from about 4 months.
                              I am very much disappointed by your this service, and I think you and the company dont care for your customer.
                              so you look into this matter at earliest and inform us and also the dealer in sangli and make the customer satisfied.
                              As the company says that they value their customers and commit to do so.

                                Purchased grand i10 during June 2015 from ck Hyundai Mizoram, my vehicle is gently operated within city areas only, no shock and no mis-handling.After 6 months ie.December, the engine oil decreased upto a minimum level, no engine oil leakage found below the engine chamber and no oil drops found in the garage.I was told that the problems seems to be manufacturing defect when I contact servicing centre.If such things happened within a short period of time, can the company replace the vehicle or the whole engine by new one?

                                  I bought my i.20 on 19th july, 2014 from klg-chandigarh and just after one month i have started facing problems related to air conditioning. Then i came to know that they given me car without the ac gas. Since then i am facing problem related to ac cooling. This is the 5th time i am again facing the same problem. Is this the way you people do maintainence of the cars or provide a defective cars. I am now frustrated with my car.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is to inform that, i had purchased your company make eon magna+ car which vin no.-mala351alfm371490 from your authorized dealer m/s samta hyundai, g.T. Karnal road, dated 11.04.2015.

                                    Right from the date of purchase of this vehicle a starting trouble occurred time to time and after running of 4326 kms. I have shown the same to your authorized service centre m/s. Sunrise autoworkd pvt. Ltd. On 07.11.2015, they kept the vehicle till 16.11.2015 (10 days) and handover to me with a assurance that the fault is removed. But again the same problem occurred and i took the vehicle to service centre on 23.11.2015. They kept the vehicle with them till 26.11.2015 (04 days) and assured me that the problem is removed.

                                    After that the problem occurred and i took the vehicle to service centre on 13.12.2015 and again they kept the vehicle till 19.12.2015 (07 days). The problem not removed and again i took the vehicle on 27.02.2016 in service centre and they returned back the same on 14.03.2016 (17 days). Again on 16.03.2016 the problem occurred and service centre kept vehicle up to 19.03.2016 (04 days) and again the same problem occurred on 25.03.2016 as on date the vehicle is still in service centre.

                                    Now it is clear to me that a faulty car which have a manufacturing defect was handed over to me initially and the problem is incurable. You are requested to immediately provide to me the new car in lieu of the same. Further i have to inform you that during breakdown of this vehicle i have incurred expenditure of rs. 1, 40, 000/- on hiring of car for our day to day routine work.

                                    You are requested to immediately replace the vehicle and release the expenditure occurred by me on this account.

                                    Your immediate action is required on this account. Please note that you are liable to pay rs. 2, 500/- per day (Approx. For 50 -60 days) on account of hiring charges till the new vehicle provided to me which is over and above the expenses already claimed above.

                                    Please note that I have taken a decision after frequent breakdown of this vehicle.

                                    On your request I have taken a joint road test which earlier has also done but all time this vehicle breakdown frequently. I have also shown you the condition of my vehicle which is badly scratched/damaged on various places such as Bumper, driver seat gate & back door. But now this is immaterial to me and as per consumer norms you are laible to replace my vehicle with new one and release my claims at the earliest.

                                    Please note that in previous communication I have informed you about the following losses occurred due to faulty car provided to me:

                                    1. New car in lieu of faulty car.

                                    2. Relaese of Rs. 1.40, 000.00 against hiring charges of another car during breakdown period upto 29.03.16.

                                    3. Rs. 2500/- per day for hiring of car for my routine work will be charged from 30.03.04 till the delivery of new car.

                                    4. Registration charges etc. for new car are to be borne by company i.e. Hyundai.

                                    5. Please note that all due amounts shall be charged interest rate @ 18 % per anum till the date of payment.

                                    You are requested to kindly look into the matter sympathically and act accordingly. Your immediate action in this regard is requested.

                                      I bought a grand i 10(chassis no368488) on 4th march from shiel hyundai mathura. They told me that i will get the RC by 10th march but till now i havnt got the RC. They were promising me daily for the RC but now they are not picking up my call and manager is talk to sales person and salesperson is asking me to talk to manager They are not giving me anuy reply.
                                      We purchased I10 Grand from shield Hyundai showroom Mathura on 4th march . The staff there told us to give us the RC within 7 days and we haven't received it till date. And when I am calling the manager, no one cares to respond.
