I purchased my elite i20 on sept2015. But I m totally dissatisfied with this car. Suspension is not so good and what I said about mileage totally funny . it gives me of 8-9 km/hr. I am not comfortable to drive the car. So bad experience Hyundai totally disappointed. Plz buy only Maruti cars like baleno or swift. Hyundai gives only looks but handling and mileage is so poor as compare to Maruti Suzuki.

    We have purchase Hyundai i10 Magna model (Grey Color) on 25th Dec 2015 and have opted for company fitted security and music system. Below are the engine and chassis number.
    Engine No: G4hgfm911973
    Chassis No: Malam51blfm654640
    We would like to highlight you on the issue we are facing with respect to the car security system. Below are the concerns:
    1) 1) No indication of open rear door on the dashboard.

    If the rear door is open then the dashboard does not show the open door indication. This is a major safety concern for us as if the door is open and no indication appears on the dashboard can put the passenger life at risk.

    2) 2) Door lock and unlock while engine start

    If the engine is stop and restarted then the car door gets unlock for some time and then gets locks. This is a serious safety concern as there are chances of someone getting the stuff out of the car in small time while the car is stopped at the traffic signal.

    I have also discussed the above concern with the technical team at service center and they confirm that it is a company defect.
    I request your immediate attention on the above issue as it concern safety of passengers and support from company to rectify it on immediate basis.
    Please note that I have to make alternate arrangement for my day to day travel within the city and the car is prone to safety risk and have incurred expense for alternate vehicle.

        I purchased a new EON ERA fron Surjeet Hyundai, Bhopal on dated 17th Jan 2016.
        I am not understanding what should I do?

        No body is giving me proper answer about this from dealer side.

        I have been penalized two time by police just because of not carrying RC because I did not receive registration No. on time .

        I did not receive complete accessories which dealer has to provide me.

        I got a call from [protected] on dated 8th Feb 2016 from some leady executive, she asked me that “ Sir have you receive all the accessories i.e.Doll, Temple, perfume, body cover, matting, Mud flap, Fabric Sheet cover but in fact I received only Mud flap, Doll ( Which could not be hanged for one days), Instead of temple - A Ganesha Murti, Matting, and I paid Rs. 350/- to your sales executive Mr. Junaid Khan other than this I did not receive any accessories.

        I don’t know why they did not give another accessories?

        If I talk about attitude & behavior of your sales executive Mr. Junaid Khan, is not appreciable. Before selling the car he was talking politely although he misguided me and does not provide appropriate information, but it was not to mind, which I understood after purchasing of car. Now he does not respond properly and talks rudely & says you can send mail any where.

        Now if I talk about payment, detail is as per given below:-

        Now I am asking about my rest amount of Rs. 33078/-, nobody is answering me????

        If this is the attitude & response of a reputed Car Company, then who will believe .

        Dear Mr. Arvind Saxena,

        My trail complaint is self explanatory of my pain.

        As a customer i have full rights to get the invoice of money which i had paid to your agency.

        No body is ready to give me my original invoice. They are just giving me lollipop " say, that we will resolve your issue at the earliest".

        It has been past almost two month but still i did not receive all invoices except ex-showroom car price.

        I did not receive complete accessories also for that i received a confirmation call for accessories and i have informed to all your CRM about the same but no action has been taken yet.

        Request you to pls take necessary action .

          I am venkatesh working in Toyota manufacturing as Engineer.I found welding major defect in i20 car the location of the defect is in front suspension where the very importand and risky part fitted that is Lower arm.
          I found blow holes in entire welding and which may lead major impact to costemer.I am expecting fast response still am not moving to consumer complaint

            4 माह पाहिले खरीदी hyundai creta1.6top model के चलती गाड़ी में tyre burst हुआ।दूसरे अन्य tyre में air bubble आई है ।break दो बार pedle करने पर लगता है।इसका average highway पर 16 km और city मे काफी कम आता है।compalaint करने पर कंपनी कहती है की गाड़ी of rode चलती है।कुछ दिनों पहिले ac pipe फट गया था तो कंपनी ने इसका repair charge 25500₹ लिया है।इस गाड़ी को खरीदकर हम परेशान हे।a

                Hi,

                I have booked am i20 CRDI in June 2015 and to get the delivery in july 23rd. They have cancelled the booking and didnt give the car. Now when i call them they said they dont have any booking with my name and no file found. i have paid Rs 10, 000 cash and Rs, 10, 000 by cheque when the executive came to my place to collect the documents. They did not give any receipt, the cheque got cleared on 30th June 2015 by MR Hyundai. The agent who came his number is not reachable, his name was Nishant Sirohi, Mob no - [protected] and [protected].

                  Hi All, My vehicle (Grand I10) got damaged in the recent flood hit in chennai on Dec 2015. I have requested Hyundai road side assistance for toeing option to give my car to service center. I waited for more than a week & they had come back with a solution that if i arrange toeing of my car on my own, they will reimburse me Rs 2500/- I arranged on my own & i have sent them all the documents required for reimbursement. They promised it will get processed with 14 days, but it is been more than a month. I am yet to get my money as reimbursement. I have been chasing the team through calls for the past 10 days, no response from them. Its very pathetic service by Hyundai Road assistance service. Can anyone help me out of this.

                    Present mileage of the above said car is 21, 000.Kms.
                    The rubber component of the remote keyless entry unit has been damaged we are unable to operate the functioning of remote.

                      I had bought I20 active on April of 2015. Upon delivery i was not provided with mud flaps as part of standard accessories, but the same was charged in bill. Upon inquiry, i was told they don't have stock. Till today upon 10-15 calls still they haven't provided with the mud flaps.
                      Upon visiting the show room today without even checking the manager has the audacity to tell they have refunded the amount charged for the standard accessory kit. When i objected the same as nothing has been refunded to be, the manager spoke in irresponsibly, rudely and told only after checking what i am telling is true they will give mud flaps, meaning we are bunch of free loaders asking them for free accessories.
                      Without even checking the manger as the audacity to tell they have refunded the amount, but when we say nothing has been refunded, they have to check the details, give me a break.

                        1 have purchased new VERNA FROM HYUNDAI india.They give me 2 year warranty on car. now i am facing problem due to battery last from 26/01/2016. but they deny to change battery they told me that you run can 57000 km we give up to 50000 km. which is 7000 km high but company not mention any where in there warranty card this type of condition. my complaint no[protected]

                          I wish to bring to your kind notice that we have given service to the above given vehicle on 19th January 2016.
                          Mr.Vinod Kumar, Supervisor who attended the vehicle, while giving for service my vehicle steering working condition was good.

                          Mr.Vinod Kumar, has taken the R.O. Digital Board working in good condition from my vehicle and kept damaged R.O.Digital Board in the vehicle.

                          Regarding this matter, I approached your service centre, discussed with Mr.vinod Kumar and promised that he will arrange for other R.O.Digital board.But there is no response till date.

                          I hereby request you to take necessary action against your staff and replace the taken spares (R.O.Digital board) from my vehicle.

                            Sir i book creta 24/12/15.dtd 30/1/16 i got information that my car is ready for delevery.but today when i reach at sandeep hyundai the owner refused to delever the car by saying that in case the insurance will not done by our company, we will not delever the car as i informed that my wife is already insurance agent and its not possible . they people refuse and told that by mistake we inform u . and reurned me the cheqe.by saying that yrs booking is canceled.

I booked eon car in the month of September at blue Hyundai rajaji nagar branch and because of loan rejection I postponed my plan and I paid 10000 deposit still its not refunded. I gave request to refund on November they told within 10 days it will be refunded but still now i dint rec. Is this way of giving service to customers this is not acceptable from hyundai I am waiting from 3 months I lost my patience I am going to complaint to consumer court.                                 Hello - i have given my vehicle in chennai (Sholinganallur) express hyundai as it was giving some noise in engine, later i was told it is due to ecm issue and the same needs to be replaced which is very costly ~rs. 61000.

                                I really dont understand how such an important part of the car can get faulty, so far drove only for ~38000 kilometers, as the part is very core for the car operation and really surprised about the production quality check done for these ecms, as a customer believe i'm entitled to know this information.

                                I was having lot of hope assuming hyundai would be the best option for car, however it provided lot of pain due to such failure. Really disappointed, frustrated and annoyed with this issue.

                                Handover for service on 14-jan'16 (Thu ~ 4.30 pm), it is already 7 working days completed as of today, yet to get my car for delivery.

                                It would be greatly appreciated if you can provide me with discount considering the major fault in the car which i believe might have occurred due to no proper quality check while manufacturing the ecm.

                                  The above car was used by for the last five years. During the recent floods the car was damaged and was asked by kun hyundai adyar to tow the car to ambattur. There the car is lying for the last 45 days. Only on friday the surveyor has given for total loss of the car. When we went to ambattur we were in for shock for they wanted parking charges at 350 per day. WE have under gone many diffculties in the recent floods and we are slowly getting back to normal at home and if these indirect expenses make us feel that we have been stabed at back by a big company like you were we cannot believ you or your agent or the insurance company. In the interest of the people affected atleast consideration can be give by waiving off the parking charges and have your personnel inspect at home and give us a favourable and suitable compensation.

                                    I purchased i20 in april of 2011and drove only 12, 000kms in 5 years. Th eleft suspesion noise of stearing has been an issue since 2013 and was discussed with an engineer at Modi Hyundai service center thane however, as instructed by Hyundai the engineer convinced me to let go stating the issue wouldn't impact the performance of the car. Today, the left noise 'katar katak' has been a major issue. Please let me know what could be done to ensure more awareness of this issue to each and every i20 user.                                         I had purchase Hyundai xcent 1.1 CRDI MT SX OPTION Engine No. D3FAEM201674 Chassis No. MALA841DLEMO53877 on 26 Jan 2015. After purchase after 6 month problem shown in AC not cooling properly, asked in NARAYAN Hyundai, Bijapur showroom said that coolant is low, fill coolant it will cool properly. even though after filling coolant it will not cooled. i orally Request to rectifying under warranty, showroom service supervisor said the problem is due to AC coil is failed and is to replace under warranty, after two day i.e. today 22/01/2016 showroom service supervisor called to my mobile No. [protected] said that AC condenser is also to replace, you had to pay Rs.8000/-, then only it will done. I asked rectify under warranty but showroom service supervisor said it not comes under warranty and not possible to do.
                                        Purchase of car after one month there is some cracks found on Car, same thing is I intimated in showroom, showroom service supervisor said that we will repaint on cracked shown place don’t intimate to Hyundai head office, it is our responsibility to give service, but till date they not repaint on cracked place.
                                        I kindly request to rectify AC problem as well as Cracks both should be under warranty, until I left car in NARAYAN Hyundai, Bijapur showroom. if any damages occurred other than above mentioned problem, within rectifying period then Hyundai motors India and NARAYAN Hyundai, Bijou is hold responsible.
                                        if problems are not possible to rectify under warranty then please give in written, then I will approached consumer forum.
