I purchased a new car grand I10 on 3 December 2015, when I took the delivery it was already 18kms driven, then I drove for about 5-6 kms and parked.after few days when I drove again, thudering sound used to come whenever I accelerated, then just after driving 8-10 kms the engine ceased and car was completely broken down.when I took it to service station, they told my engine head gasket was blown, very very unusual for a new car. Now 10 days have passed my car still in Hyundai service station, guys over there telling parts are not available. And above all the whole repair thing is going to cost me around 18000 rupees Highly dissatisfied with Hyundai. Regretting the decision to buy a Hyundai car. Its been more than one month I purchased the car, but couldn't even drive due to these stupid problems.

    Im having new grand I 10 disel this car for 2000km was good after that engine sound is like tractor most horrible vehicle I trusted hyundai brand but introducing this 3 cylinder engine u hv cheated all customers I feel as if im driving truck not happy atall plz stop such productions
    No star for I 10 grand disel it doesn't deserve any star

      I want to complain regarding the mithila showroom wch is located at mira bhynder road, the most pathetic experience of buying a car from them, not even one thing was proper, all are sitting there, firstly they take a booking without knowing that the have a car or not, 2nd thing tellling us another price of the car while booking and taking some another price, lot of paper issues these dnt even know that wch papers are rqquired for car buying process, 4th the manager is the most wch is saying that we dnt provide anythng with the car untill we give in writing, please i suggest everybdy dont buy the car from mithila showroom wch is in mira road thane...

        Dear Sir, Vehicle History, Date on 25/02/2014 at 7766 km vehicle was having issue of clutch The service center has rectified the rectified the problem with the clutch and Overhaul the clutch system under billable basis and vehicle was o.k. The warranty of a clutch plate is 40000kms.Even though this was informed to us after the bill was paid Then again on 16/12/2015 at 16663 km (odometer) vehicle brake down and wer took the vehicle to nearest service center (S8803:-Advaith Motor, Ramnagar) and then there find the same clutch issue and replaced the whole things on billable basis . How can the same problem occur that too with in 8897 km of vehicle run.This possible as we have enough experience in car driving.(me and my father). The service center claims that this happened due to light application of the handbrake.this is not possible as there was no evident damage to the brake shoe.The Service center also claimed that this happens due to light application on the clutch for a long time.This is an invalid reason, if this is the case then there is a serious problem in the manufacturing. Our family has had 3 cars till date and none of the cars has faced this kind of issue.The service Center blames the driver of the car for this incident to occur without even examining the vehicle and bases his claims without even knowing the history of the driver. The Service center and the manufacturer are not taking any responsibility for this.An amount of[protected] cannot be paid every 7000kms for the damages.Action has to be taken and the vehicle has to be examined thoroughly.The part has to be examined and the possibility of a defect in manufacturing has to be considered. If this continues loss of money will occur frequently and the damage to vehicle also will be more. Please check.             I am an owner of Hyundai Elite i20 Asta petrol for which Reg. No. Is HP-62C-0880 AND VIN IS MALBM51BLFM071844. This is a formal complaint against Tapan Hyundai Shoghi, Shimla. It’s been my third time that I went there. 1st time I went there to take delivery of my new car and that too was a very pathetic experience. As person called me that my car is ready for delivery and I should reach there after 1 hour. I reached there no one approached me, then I asked one lady that I am here to take my car’s delivery and then I was amazed to know that no one in the staff knows that someone from their office called me regarding new car’s delivery and no documents were ready at that time. It took them hours to get my car ready and documents ready for delivery. Second time was the time of 1st service that was done on 05/04/2015 @ 1800 kms. A prior appointment was booked before taking my car there. Appointment was for 9:30 am and till 10:10 am no one attended me as there was no available person sitting at the reception, and those who were available were also busy attending their personal calls along with CRM completing her body’s vitamin D’s deficiency standing out in the sun. After that service work was carried out but the problems I told them were not rectified. Washing was not done properly as well as the interior polishing. Third time was on 03/01/2016 to get some problems fixed which were not fixed in the 1st service. Again prior appointment was taken for 10:00 in the morning but the same thing happened. No one attended till 10:20 am and same picture was there, empty reception, empty CRM’s room, three staff people were sitting in the last left corner room. One guy came out saw me standing at the reception but didn’t ask anything and passed by me. He went out, took out his phone and started chit chatting and laughing on the phone. Then one tea service lady came, the same guy took the cup of a tea, started sipping and did not attended me. Then I called on the number from where I booked the appointment and then someone came and attended me. At this time of visit as well my car’s problem was not rectified instead of that I received an answer that these problems cannot be rectified and if I want I can see the new Hyundai Creta with the same problem like my car. It’s really shocking to hear that from company’s mechanic that Hyundai is manufacturing faulty cars. It was my worst ever decision to buy a Hyundai car as I was a very loyal customer of Skoda. Just to get a small hatchback I purchased Elite i20 Asta and now I regret after getting the worst service ever and thanks to the mechanics telling the truth that company manufactures faulty cars and those faults which cannot be rectified.               I bought a new Hyundai Fluid VERNA 1.6sx on 20th November 2015 Reg No:KL 36 E 6695 from Popular Hyundai's Vaikom show room.After one day from the date of delivery i have noticed mist in the Head Lights and i have informed Mr Sankar (sales team leader) and the concerned service in charge.And they informed me that they will replace the Head lamps from a newly vehicle in the show room.For that i give the vehicle for a day service and at the evening they said they have replaced the lamps.When i took the car off course there was no mist.But the very next day again the problem still remains.I informed Mr Rahul(Asst service manager) he said the complaint will be rectified with in days the only thing i have to do is to take some photographs of the misted head lights and whats app it, so i did that.And Mr Rahul said they have forwarded the photographs and Head lamp will be replaced with in 2 weeks time.On 1st January 2016 when i called Mr Rahul he said that the warranty has been rejected and still i don't know the reason.Now i don't have any hope on the service persons so i am forced to go by law. Now i am fully trusted on Indian consumer rights.

                Hi I am Ramesh Dwivedi resident of Faridabad brought an Hyundai Xcent diesel from Triumph Hyundai dealership (faridabad ) in august 2015. During my second free service i logged a complain regarding some voices from lower base. The service center checked it and found that a protection shield is broken which protects engine from ground. I am surprised as i cleanly drive only in city and how can only broke if nothing happen.I have asked the Triumph Hyundai and they agree that they are receiving complain from many Xcent users due to design defect and it cost me RS 8000 for replacing with new base cover protection.Quite surprise that if this is a known design defect than how can they sell the car. If a some how get this cover replaced then again after some time a small stone can too damage it again. I have pasted some pics for reference. I want to rectify this problem from my xcent car and want hyundai or Triumph Hyundai dealers to get it replaced on its cost as i look this is either a design defect or Triumph Hyundai sold me this defective car. A car buyer never see car from lower base before buying it.                   I have booked creta sx AT, on 25 Nov with an advance of 50, I was promised to get the delivery by 21 st Dec 15, mean time I have given 4 lac by cheque on 12 th dec and the remaining amount was settled on 20th dec by the bank.The dealer is arasu huyndai in tanjore, the promised me that they can make it by 23 Rd, again they canged the date to 28th Dec, on 28 it was said it been loaded in chennai and reach by nite, on 29 they said the truck is near by town to deliver some other vehicles..I was pissed and frustrated the way these guys tread a customer..and on 31 st I was out of town they send me chasis number stating that's my vehicle, once iam back on Sunday 3rd of jan 16, they informed me that i csn take tbe delivery on 4th Monday, now they are say the chasis number got messed up with a other customer and again I have to wait two more day..it's really a bull **** business they do ...how can take this up with huyandai..

                    I20 asta 2010 model. Its been driven only 30000 km and the moulding of gear box has broken. Its been thrice in a month that it has gone to workshop. Early two times were regarding clutch issues. How can gear moulding break when I have taken full care of car. No accidents, timely service and full maintenance.

                          Hello sir, I'm Sujan K from Chennai my car (i20 TN 02 AV 1027) was affected by flood (B category) on 2 Dec 2015 after i get my towing service i drooped my at the Kun Hyundai body shop, Ambattur for repair on 5 DEC 2015 . Its been almost 27 days and its been almost 20 day that they got the clearance from the insurance company (HDFC ERGO) to crank the engine still this people are not yet allotted the dates to diagonal the engine, and every week i go and enquirer them there is no proper respond from their side . As per my knowledge to check and crank the engine is not gonna take more than 3 hrs and this people are illustrating the same like checking a jet engine and no proper respond on the slot allotment to check. my car it still sleeping on one corner of the body shop fully dusted and stated rusting on wheels no one really care about it and asking me to wait 15 more days to give the work quotation. take this letter as my complaint and i request your good office to take necessary action Regards, Sujan K

                              I am the owner of Hyundai i20 - DL 10 CS 7065 bought in April this year. I've had a torrid experience so far and though you make the best cars but am afraid your service could be labeled, at best, worst. I've been an owner of Maruti and Ford in the past but never had such bad customer service and product handling. My first service was due after 1000 kms in June this year and I visited Libra Hyundai next to Hans Hyundai Moti Nagar. Since this was a free service, when I gave my car to the service advisor he said it'll be done in 1.5 hours. It took him 2 hours just to return an unchecked unwashed car. I opened the bonnet and looked at the bottom and it had to go through complete cleaning and washing again. I don't even think they do checks in new cars. Anyways, so I raised it to the GM and he got the aforementioned done while the advisor promised that this was a slip and give us a chacge again in second service. And I had no idea that what was in the offing. THE REAL PROOBLEM No. 1#: DELAY IN DELIVERY When my second service was due after 10, 000 kms, I gave them my car for pick up, service and delivery back on Oct 25(my wedding day), I told them clearly that today is the wedding day and only take it if you promise delivery by 3 pm as we've do get into work right away at 3 and would require the vehicle. He took the car and promised a delivery latest by 2:30. At 3, there was no communication on delay and only after calling I realised it will take them 30 more muinutes. After 30 minutes it extended to another 30 and finally got it at 4:30 pm(IMAGINE the frustration). No.2# WORST EVER SERVICE I gave them my car in perfect condition and now after delivery it make cranky noise at speed breakers. I feel like I am driving a 5 year old vehicle with no suspension and shocker The wheel alignment wasn't done properly and car tilts on left I specified that car tyres have nitrogen which both, the delivery guy and advisor, confirmed the top-up just to realise after 4 days when I felt the pressure was low that none of the tyres were inflated and were showing 25/26 nitrogen pressure No.3# BUNCH OF THIEVES Since the fuel level was low, I gave the driver Rs. 500 to top-up diesel. He came back with a Rs. 500 invoice. He delivered the car at 4:30 and travelled from Moti Nagar to Dwarka while my fuel station was 7 kms away. Now the total distance traveled from My Home service station(moti nagar) dwarka fuel station is 35 kms on safe side 40 kms while my cars average is 16.6 per litre on safe side let's say 15. Now with diesel at about 46 or 50 for ease of calculation, it should not take more than 3 litres of diesel. When I gave him my car it hadn't even started blinking and usually have about 8 litres from experience before the blink on fuel indicator. With a top of 10 litres(Rs. 500) and say max 5 litres being used, the car should have have filled max 35 litres but my full tank got 40 litres(ideally there is still space in 45 litre tank). So there was a clear Rs. 250 which this delivey boy had taken as a cut and I repent giving him Rs. 50 as tip. No.4# ONLY PHONE SUPPORT Now, when they called me for feedback and explained the whole issue they apologized and said let us figure out the problem etc. I told them to escalate this to HMIL office and then the head customer support at Libra called and said I'll come back to you after discussing with the GM and she has never done that even after a month. No.5# OFFENDED WITH HYUNDAI Hyundai customer care called and I gave a bad rating and he said you'll receive a call in 48 hours with a solution which has never been returned almost after a month now. Now, I do no know what to do with such careless and non-customer centric approach. I want you to get me a FREE'PAID SERVICE' from a service centre in Dwarka as I am not sure if Libra would have done anything from inside as well. I'm now sure that despite good cars at Hyundai, I'll never be a repeat customer. With utter disappointment, Rohit

As per my instructions Bank had made the payment to you for new brand Hyundai grand I 10 Magna 1.2 make and model 2015, as per your quotation I have made the total payment for above said vehicle, took delivery of vehicle as you assured you have delivering 2015 make and model on 21/10/2015. As per the quotation the vehicle is worth for Rs.600708/-. You have delivered the vehicle assuring above mentioned vehicle make and model is 2015, Upon an inquiry and verification of chassis no.MALA851CLEM099485 and engine no G4LAEM241095, it has come to my knowledge that you have delivered lower model vehicle i.e 2014 model, there was mismatch in the model. (As I was under impression that I will get new vehicle as last time when I bought Santro car which Mfg date was Nov 13 and I have taken Delivery on 21/12/2013) You have received the cost of new brand 2015 model vehicle, delivered 2014 model vehicle, hence you have cheated me and have made ‘unfair trade practice’, deficiency of service. Hence I am in great mental shock and agony on account of your ‘unfair trade practice’, deficiency of service. Hence I hereby request your good self to take back the vehicle and deliver new brand Hyundai grand I 10 Magna 1.2 make and model 2015 vehicle within 5days from 29/12/2015, failing which I will be constrained to initiate legal action against you before the consumer Forum and also criminal case

                                    I am a proud owner of Hyundai i20 for past 6years. The car has been running as is it was since the purchase until recently. The car has been in running condition and has been mostly confined to the city (Lucknow) drive only. It has been driven around 35000 kms only and routine servicing were carried out through your authorised service centres in Lucknow. Lately, we started experiencing a tingling sound from the front side of the car. Subsequently the car was taken to one of the authorised service centre i.e. Beeaar Hyundai, where we were told plethora of change of parts ranging from – Suspension Set, Calliper Set, Steering and what not. The car running ideally without any glitch, all of a sudden burdened us with a repair cost of Rs.38, 000 (Thirty Eight Thousands Only). Above all the repairs and part changes suggested and advised were not reasoned i.e. the Engineer present there Mr. Anoop Jaiswal couldn’t identify or figure out the reason for the damaged parts of the car. As we got no other option other than getting the parts changed as specified and suggested by the authorised service centre, we went forward and got the parts changed along with the routine servicing including fuel filter change, wheel balancing and alignment, engine oil changes etc. were carried out during the servicing. Further, it is not possible that all the faults occurred in the car might have erupted all of a sudden, i.e. if there was such a problem with the car then why weren’t we intimated previously by the authorised service centre after the services took place. All in all, I am sorry to say but the Hyundai cars have let me down and I don’t feel proud anymore owning a car that demands for so much o[censored]nwanted expenses rather I think that this car had a defect which has come up now. We got the repairs done hard heartedly, concluding with a view that the Quality claimed by the Hyundai Motors especially for the i20 cars is not at par as it is claimed by the company. Things seemed right and the car was back to running like earlier as it was. A development took place and this time it were the front tyres, a day back I noticed that the front tyres were completely “ganja” or worn out or became grooveless with steel belts literally visible. Subsequently, the car has been driven just 1000kms after the major servicing and tyres went from treaded to grooveless. Thereafter, we took the car to an expert and it was told that these tyres were driven non aligned and as a result of it they have become so and has to be replaced immediately. The most important fact in this situation is that the car has been driven only 35, 000 kms and had it been a natural case of tyre worn out then the rear tyres would have also got affected. Since the rear tyres are almost in a perfect condition, it raises the suspicious eyes towards servicing of the authorised service centre. There has been a definite malpractice and with malafide intentions. The tyres went from being in perfect condition to grooveless in just one month is not all possible in a car which is confined to city drive, this proves to be something fishy. On getting the car re-checked at the same Hyundai authorised service centre, I was told that the part (Tyre-Rod) which was changed a month back is damaged which has subsequently damaged the tyres as well. It has been exactly a month since the replacement of part and the engineer tells that the car has been badly impacted. On further enquiry, I asked them to show me the damaged location in the part they couldn’t identify any external damage which could prove that the part got damaged due to an external impact. Thereafter the engineer present offered me to change the part in a goodwill gesture but refused to replace the tyres that got damaged due to the damaged part. This certainly raise eyebrows on the part whether it was actually changed or not and if it was changed then why isn’t it covered under warranty. Perhaps the fault is from the side of company in either of the case, and I am definitely looking for the part replacement alongwith the tyres.

                                      HI Hyundai I had booked Eon Sportz from Mukesh Hyndai KOLKATA before Nov 11, on a commitment i will get a chance to win, Win Gold Every Day With - 1, 00, 000 - Lucky Draw I was rec my EON on 21 dec, when i was asking about the lucky draw details they dint take it seriously and later on when i asked they said the offer is no more the time you booked, later on when i said i booked before 11th November, than they said you are not selected, without any details if even they dint give any paper or details regarding Lucky Draw.                                         I have purchased i 20 petrol for better pick up but unfortunately the pick up of my car is worst than maruti suzuki swift diesel. I have complained many times but my problem has not been solved for permanent. Worst experience of mine with Hyundai.
