Dear Mr. Earl, I am Mr. Sandeep Doke one of your small Hyundai customer. Registration Number: MH14 BC 9428 Model: Santro GLS I am writing to you hoping that you will improve your services in future. Let me tell you my experiences with Hyundai now a days. There were very minor issues present in a car like Rattling noise coming from right rear window as rear power window is not functioning well which is disturbing a lot during driving. Steering noise. Treatment of front headlight (Not pre-planned, decided to be done at last moment). Granted attitude: Since issues were not major I thought I will drop the vehicle on the way to my office so I had visited your service center on 22nd Dec morning 10.30 without appointment. As soon as I entered in a room I noticed there was much chaos in the reception room like a fish market. I have started looking here and there (as no one was present at the reception desk) to find out the person who can atleast listen my vehicle issues. Everyone was pretending like they are too much busy person on the planet. No one was bothered to ask me what I am looking for. I have enquired someone there who had wear Hyundai’s Uniform, he insisted me to sit on the chair on reception desk. After 10 minutes one lady came and she has taken my vehicle details in a register and said someone will attend you shortly. I did not know that what does “shortly” means for you guys. Upon my several requests and showing disappointments, she has assigned one advisor at 12:15. It took you 1Hr 45mins just to allocate advisor?? Is it a reasonable time?? Are you guys taking customer as granted? Their time is nothing to you? (Surprisingly I would like to mention that during this 1hr 45 minutes waiting period, I noticed that your advisors were not ready to take the responsibility of taking follow-ups with customer. Seems that running away from the responsibilities and taking extra load.) False Promises: Nevertheless I have explained all the issues mentioned above and specifically said that I need to go to my hometown next day morning 6.30AM to attend one of my relative marriage, so getting vehicle on time is very much necessary.. I had repeatedly told him to give me the vehicle on time whatever the condition is no matter if it is half done. Advisor has promised me that I will get the vehicle at 19:00Hrs on the same day (22nd Dec). Communication Gap: Till evening 6PM there was no call from you guys, so I called on the number given to me then I realized that person is different than the morning who took my complaints. He told me that your vehicle is not ready infact it has not taken for service yet. This was big shocking for me. I explained him my next day schedule and told him that “I was promised to give the car at 7PM anyhow, how could you say vehicle is not ready at 6PM”. He said he is not aware about all this and will call me back in sometime. (We are explaining our complaints to one advisor and follow up is being taken by another who has not been conveyed/handovered properly by first advisor. Then what is the use of explaining our problems to first advisor? ) Still more to come.. At 19:17Hrs, I called on the same advisor’s number, Number was “Switched OFF”. I waited till 8PM but no calls from you. I realized that you guys made me fool. So thought of sharing this incidence with one of your responsible member so finally at 20:34 I called you (Mr. Earl). After our call, I got a call from service manager saying same thing “your vehicle is not ready and will get it tomorrow only. There is no other way.” Is this what I was expecting from him? The approach and casual attitude shown to me was totally unacceptable. Next day I took the rented car and attended my marriage. During this time I got a call from your advisor saying there are major expenses (around 20K) to remove steering noise and rest all are done and vehicle will be washed and will keep it ready by 10.30AM 24th Dec. On 24th Dec, I visited your service center and rest what happened you know as you were the witness. Vehicle was not washed, covered with lot of dust and most interestingly the problem was still there for which I had came i.e rear window noise. If you read the points mentioned in your feedback form, all these points are there and sorry to say nothing is being followed up. So I have given poor rating for all your services. I am thankful to you atleast you have listen my complaints carefully. This is really peak time to get up and improve your services otherwise you will loose much more business in future just because your services are poor. You already lost 1 customer here.

    We bought Hyundai Creta SX 1.6 CRDI in September 2015. The car has been driven for 3600 kms. 3 tyres (Front Right, Back Right and Back left) have developed wear on side walls and leak. The tyres are Kumho brand.
    i too had same problem with elite i20 and mine is apollo alnac 4g tyres 16 inch

      Dear sir, my hyndui i20 reg no. Hr24u8130 met with an accident near Jalandhar. I handed it over to the Kosmo hyndui NH1 Jalandhar on 03 Dec. 2015 for repairing. But they have not attended it till now. They are making excuses of non availability of spare parts...It has been 20 days now...So I am not convinced with the after sale services of hyndui ...Please help me with this matter...         Recently my car got breakdown on the highway near Etawah (UP), So i went to Rajendra Hyundai in Etawah (UP), And i came to know that my gear box is seized and i ask them to replace with new one, And they said they will arrange it from delhi as not available at the service center which cost around 60, 000 INR.
        So my concern start here they took my Vehicle on 5th Dec 2015 and promised me to deliver within 10 Days, Now they are making excuses whenever i call them and extending the time limit for delivery and this happen twice now they said for 28th Dec2015, Can you please check with them whats going on and why they are unable to get Gear Box from Delhi. Is this the right way to treat people.

        I am basically from Delhi can't go there and check with them frequently as i am working professional.

          I purchased a car with major mechanical issues and now I'm really scared to drive it around. The delivery day i was told that the noises were because the car was new. The first service they took the car apart and couldn't locate the problems and sent me back. Ignored my calls and messages and now they still want to take it apart and do research and development at my cost. I want this car replaced or my money back. These cars go through checks and all of these issues are covered in them but I still received this defective car inspite of paying a premium. They say they can only change parts but such major engine components and suspension parts and abs pump. This is just disappoint. The dealerships name is STS HYUNDAI.

Now recently I came to know that there is no handling charges and everything includes in vehicle cost . it's been only one week, the vehicle is brand new. Anyway am going to file a case in consumer cort thought of informing u guys before doing.. Hence this... It's from Calicut apco which was situated in kerala

              Sir I, Rajesh Bohra, on the behalf of my father Mr. Shantilal Bohra (Owner of Raj Bandhani Creation) would like to draw your attation on this matter that we have been cheated by Deora Hyndai, Jodhpur (KD Motors) at the time of bying a Car I20 active after making all payment. Actully, we have booked a car i20 Active SX AVN Diesel in White Color with Orange Interior. For this, we have made booking amount Rs 25000/- in cash to KD Motors, Jodhpur, on 30/11/15 and receipt no. is 23633. Sales representative Mr. Harsh told us that our desired car has been ordered and will be make available on 9/12/15. And we have been directed by him to complete all the required paper work, finance and payments. And as per his direction, we have completed all the paper work and we have financed our car by Axis Bank and on date 8/12/15 we have made down payment of Rs. 256201/- by cheque, (No. 592540 Uco Bank) in favour of KD Motors. On 9/12/15, Harsh told us that Car is ready and we can take delivery. And at the same time Finance company had also ordered KD Motors for delivery. Then we had decided that we will take delivery and billing of our car on 13/12/15. And for this, we have informed to Mr. Harsh. On 13/12/15 around 12:30 pm, when we reached there to take delivery of our car, we have come to know that our ordered car, whose payment was fully paid by us, was sold to any other person and that person was known to branch employee Mr. Panwar. ( As GM said.). How can it be possible to sale my ordered car to some one else inspite of making all payment by me regarding that particular car. And I have come back with empty hand after making full payment of my car. Is it a right way to deal with a person who is going to buy your product? Its really very insulting and shamfull that we have been cheated by a famous company like Hyundai. We want you to take strong action against the people who have wrongly dealt with us. And also, we want compensation for this unethical work done by company. Awaiting a quick response from you...                 I made a complaint to HMP chennai on the poor mileage of my car i10 ( 2014 registration ), last week. The mileage comes to a meagre 7 kms/litre. HMP advised me to full the tank with petrol at my cost approx. Rs. 3000 and then bring it, so that their technician will drive my car, consuming the full petrol & check the mileage. Is this the way you do business ? Is this justified ? Why i should spend Rs. 3000 when the 2nd & 3rd free services are still available for me ?                   Dear Sir We having I20 Actra Model and we are getting serviced by the HMP Alandur from the date of Purchase. Last Services we were not satisfied as the way they handle and could not keep their promises. Now on the recent Rain with the Flood in Chennai my Car was having water surrounded and the water was seepage in to the Car which gives smell as well the car become dirty. Some how started the Vehicle on the dry situation but could not move the Car. submerged in Water. My complaints is the rain got over by 7th December 2015 fully. from 08th December 2015 onward we are keep calling the Help line no given by the HMP sales officer.[protected] and non has attend till date (16th December2015). Since we fully understand the situation as lot of cars in Chennai submerged in Watter, but from 08Dec-16Dec15 is too long to attend a customer. When ever we called the HMP Alandur we are getting the repeated message saying no persons available and now yesterday they confirm that they can not handle the vehicle with the Water seepage . My principle is I never go to a unauthorized or Road side service people. My Big Question is whether we can get this Vehicle serviced (OR) we have to sell it on Scrap. Its really worrying me and could not find solution. I trust this will give me some relief, as I am planning to go for higher end Car by March 2016 .                     Dear team I have puchased a grand i 10 sports diesel on the name of prince kathpal from ur dealer grover hyundai ludhiana punjab. They have told me that amount of car is 626000 bt the insurace cover i received from them is of rs 500500 bt in my opinion it should be 595000.i called them my time and i also went to there agency 3 or 4 time which is very far from ferozepur and i wasted a lot of money and time bt still getting no response from there side nd this kind of behaviour is not acceptable in any form if any mishappeing occur in future then who will hold the responsibilty.                       I purchased a Hyundai Xcent model from DSC Hyundai Nandanam, Chennai last year after Promising an after sales service.But my experience with them is very worst.Only believing the Brand name of Hyundai, I first time purchased the Hyundai car after rejected the choice of my earlier cars (Maruti).Due to the recent flood, my car was damaged and with great difficulty, I got the connection of Hyundai RSA on 05.12.2015 by 11.30 pm.A complaint no.also assigned to me(80156)by them.However till date I am not getting any response from them.Being an advocate it is very difficult to me to attend the courts without the availability of my car .So far I spend huge amount towards the private cabs.On 15.12.2015 after contacting the men in DSC Hyundai Nandanam, I send my car by a recovery van arranged by me on my expense to the Saigramam workshop, it was send away by them.You may understand the way they dealing the Hyundai customers.My vehicle No.is TN 18 AB 2727.V.Kannadasan, [protected]

                        Dear Team, My Vehicle Registration No is UP32GE1108 & MY Chassis no is MALA851CLFM255921. Today I was moving In Hissar my Home To reliance Office Hissar in between all of sudden I found Some smoke from bonnet, then I immediate stop my vehicle & call Hyundai Team to identify same. As Hyundai Engg. Came, he found my vehicle was not in a position to move Then he called Toing Vehicle & Place it at Hyundai Service Station Orion Motors Pvt. Ltd., Hisar. After Investigation they found: 1.Clutch plate was damage 2.Pr. Plate was damage 3.Bearings Clutch damage 4.Flywheel Damage 5. Gear Case damage 6.Clutch Position Sensor Damage I don't understand how my Vehicle have such a damage on immediate basis even Total Running by my Vehicle is 5300 km only & Its approx. 6-7 months from Date of Purchase old. Now Service center is saying total Cost will be approx. 21000/-Rs. for repair same. I don't understand why should I pay if there is no physical damage..                             I have purchased new I-20 Elite in March 15. Since then I am facing problem of 1. poor Mileage. 2. Poor Pick up. 3. Silencer vibration noise while raising is very high. 4. Complaint made TWICE - to your CR service & Dealer in Pune but since purchase problem not resolved. As per dealer both the things are right. Where as I am not satisfied with the same.                               I hold Fluidic Verna TNA04 AP0991. I had logged complaint on 6 Dec 2015 ( complaint No : 170198 ). Until date I had called your customer care everyday and everyday they give me false commitment. My 1 yr new car had started to Rust and until now no response from your C.C even after detailed explanation. No Transparency and Integrity from Hyundai. Inbetween I was told Badraa Hyundai (Tondiarpet, Chennai ) will pick my vehicle but the dealer has no information on the same and denies. I want my car to be taken for service as committed and require full support as guaranteed while selling this 1 Million car to me !!! Expedite or I will be forced to write a report to Media and Newspaper to alert public on false hope given by Hyundai on this disaster time. Be transparent and act truly .pls don't cheat us.                                 I am having hyundai Eon basic model Reg. No. MP-09-CN-5464 which I bought on 16th Nov. 2013. This was its third free servicingdue on 16th of Nov. 2015 on which Oil, Oil filter and other things related to it should have been due to be changed. I gave the vehicle for servicing on 14th of Nov. 2015 morning and the attender was Mr. Abhishek Tomar. He checked the vehicle and everything was ok but only complaint was of pick up and Door voice. He prepared the job card and gave one copy to me and promised to change oil and filter and other things related to it and vehicle would be delivered at 2.00 O'clock. At the due time i called him up and he told me that vehicle is ready for delivery. I reached at the service center behind Radisson Blue hotel, indore and me and my driver checked the vehicle and my driver right away told me that oil filter has not been changed at all. I called Mr. Abhishek and asked about the complaint of my driver he didn't answer properly and get into the office and never came out despite i called him twice. This shows the malafide intentions of the service centers of Hyundai who deliberately cheats its customers by charging for the parts not changed and even not answered the querries properly. They just washed the vehicle and done nothing. Even the door noice was as it is. so please look into the matter and solve it otherwise i will be constrained to take legal action.

                                  Sir, This is regarding a car service issue faced with KUN Hyundai-Ambattur .I want to you to examine & provide me proper explanation . VIN : MALAA51HR6M884549, Vehicle Reg No: TN10P5357 .(total KM is 11, 000 only). Total bill amount Rs .13137 . Issue : In the very first ride of the vehicle after service, the Air condition not working . Reason for raising this issue : 1] Air condition system was perfectly working during service hand over . After service it is not working . 2] Air condition system not examined during service .But AC cleaning foam charged for Rs.800 without my approval . 3] When I ask the checklist for the inspection & final test, it was denied by the supervisor . Due to unplanned quick delivery in Sunday & improper explanation of scope of work, I strongly felt that the service is not transparent . I would like you to support at this matter in order to understand the process completely . Note: The supervisor is more interested for including charges of rust proof coating & soap washing than finding the defects in car .Though I paid for these outsourced activities, my car rear window was open during delivery time & all rain water sprinkled into the seats .                                     To, Mr.Park MD, Hyundai Motors India Ltd h.[protected]@hmil.net I own Hyundai Fluidic Verna, Registration 2014 bought @ HMP. In recent Flood in Chennai, India my vehicle too got affected. When I had realized the damage I had immediately called RSA Customer Care. From 6th Dec until today 14thDec, I had made "N" number of calls and your customer executive had never responded me except to my first call. Today they Just kept the phone down while I was speaking to them. Is this how you provide service to your customers? Is this your companies philosophy to support your customer in Disaster. I request you to take immediate action on such situation. I have spent 1 Million INR to buy the vehicle and expect the same amount of service quality level. Hope you understand my Pain in this regard. My 1 year New vehicle is going RUST waiting for your service !!! Please .

                                      I got my new EON variant on 11.11.2015, which had following shortcomings : 1) a/c & heater switch not fitted properly 2) Antenna was not supplied when we purchased Radio & USB Player 3) Light switch faulty, realised in the same night 4) glass alignment improper.                                         Ref my previous complaint No.[protected] with Hyundai car online complaint. My car was serviced for non functioning of AC and other 3 complaints. Car was delivered on 30/9/2015. I paid whopping Rs. 52, 740. And my car AC is not working for the last one week again. I am yet to recover from the shock for the payment of Rs. 52, 740/- for a Santro car and not any high end car even. but whatever said and done, how can my car have the same problem again. Is this the kind of service they provide. I do not wish to pay a single penny more and want you to get my car in proper working condition with my AC working permanently and not for 2 months temporary works. Have no other alternative but to sue them shortly I suppose.
