Hyundai i20 manufacturing defect in the steering column, I bought I-20 Vehicle on 2011, In the first few weeks I heard a noise in the steering - when i took it the local dealer they mentioned it is a manufacturing issue and replaced some bearing in the steering - which apparently solved the Issue. Now i have drove 35, 600 Kms till now with periodical service and without any issues, suddenly from last one week there was a sound from steering wheel. Called up on the service center guys and they told that some MBH & EPS So they are charging cost 28000 to 35000 its totally manufacturing defect. Please advise, Hyundai is not responding over the calls, and how can we get a response from Hyundai and get the solution on this manufacturing issue.     VIN:MALA841DLFM114567 Regd No. OD-01-H-9703 Engine No.:D3FAFM346008 Delivery Date: 23/06/2015 Model: BA **D Xcent (D) I sri susant kumar Barik purchased vehicle on 23/06/2015 and 1st service was on 29/06/2015 but the dealer was not responding properly, 2nd service was on 20/08/15 but Dealer was not responding and 3rd service was on 09/11/15 Dealer was not servicing and vehicle was keeping with him still they are not returned the vehicle till now.so it is what type of customer service ?

[protected] the second service was not responded [protected] the starting problem happen twice [protected] the third service was not properly responded and the Premier Dealer was not return our vehicle till now.         My New Hyundai Xcent Base 1.2 Petrol VIN/Chassis No.:MALA741CLFM136114 Engine No.: G4 LAFM801213 Registration No.: DL1Z 6025 Date of Delivery: 3 Nov 2015 The above mentioned car engine failed at 1320 KM on 13 Nov Just after first free service. This is the quality of engines given by hyundai...my car is standing in workshop in gurgaon from last 2 days but not even the snag analysis has been done properly. They are just saying that there is problem with engine head/ block and they will send report to hyundai and will take action once the reply comes. Totally frustrated...pathetic service..bad product.

          Dear all, I introduce myself as an aggrieved customer of Hyundai India who has been cheated by Team Hyundai India and its agents I have been an active user of Hyundai cars since 2006 and infact own 2 Hyundai cars viz Santro and I10, recently i saw you were running a festive offer where in you were giving discounts on purchase of Grand I10 Considering this i purchased a Grand I10 on 14 Oct but from that day i have had an extremely bad experience . I was put across to one of your agents ( DSA ) Hemant Ph No [protected] for this deal with whom i have had a harrowing experience It has been more than a month that i have not received my No / RC for the new car inspite of repeated follow ups and now he has stopped taking my calls completely Series of Bad Experiences A ) The car which was delivered to me was a painted one ( closer to front no plate ) . On bringthis this to notice of the DSA viz Hemant and Mr Sanjay Gupta ( triumph motors ) i was only given assurances that they will come and have a look at the car but till now no one has turned up and after paying such a high amount i am restricted to use the painted car ... I trid reachin this agent so many times but he never turned back B ) Its been more than a month now and i have yet not recd my RC, i do not even know whether he has filed for same though i have been charged for same by Hyundia India .. Today he has messaged me as my Cars registration no . On enquring online for HSNP, i get to understand that the authorities have not got any intimation for this no plate ... Now i am forced to believe whether this no in itself is correct or not C ) It took 7 reminders for me to get my extended warranty letter from the agent and the dealership ( What i have got is basically a confirmation on the letter head of Triumph Auto ) dont even know wheteher it is correct D ) I had bought this car in buy back scheme but till date i have not recd the transfer docs from the agent for my cars E ) The temp no plate put on my car had wrong digits, after bringing to notice of the agent, nothing has happened on that front and i am made to run the car with an erroneous no I have always been a advocate of Hyundia cars but this experince has just been extremely extremely bad I have patiently waited for over a month now but now i am running out of my patience and am planning to take up the issue with Consumer Court / JD Power and media Rgds, Saurabh [protected]

            My car Hyundai Grand 110 purchased from Popular Hundai, Neeramankara, Trivandrum, on[protected] bearing Regn No. KL 01 BQ 5773 is now having a serious complaint of regular engine off while First gear shifting. The car is regularly serviced by above said authorized dealer and they saying that it is complaint of Clutch and it should be replaced. The complaint was started from the second free service, when the kilometer reading was 6532 dated[protected]. Now the reading is 9075. The authorised service people is confused to identify the complaint and the suggest to remove the clutch pressure plate fully and gave a estimate. Expecting a complete solution.               Hi, Last year I have given my Santro eRLX XO vehicle for general service. While returning the vehicle to me there was a heavy vibration in the engine and when I asked they started telling different stories. Finally what I understand from my personal mechanic is that there was hit at the bottom of the car that caused the silencer closed. Also when I asked again seriously the reason HYUNDAI guys told that oscillator was broken and it costs about Rs.15000 to repair it. This is just cheating and incapability of mechanics and staff there. I never go to the show room again said to many of my Hyundai friends. Issue no one bothered about the complaint given to the manager at ECIL branch. I keep getting reminder calls for servicing the vehicle and I said no as am getting it done outsider.                 I had booked a Verna S(O)AT1.6CC with Talwar Hyundai Dealer in Secunderabad vide Customer Docket no. SD2015/1089 on 24th of September 2015.
                In fact I wanted to buy a Creta, but the salesman diverted us to Verna saying that the delivery of Creta is not possible before Dipawali since the booking period is 2 months (for Creta).
                I am a since starting a customer of Maruti and are very happy with their product and after sales services.
                At the outset we were very happy with your sales team response and promptness and Technical Knowledge of the product which prompted us to divert to Hyundai from Suzuki.
                But we are sorry to say that we have not till today received delivery of Vehicle nor is the Dealer able to confirm the date of delivery. We placed the order for Verna since we were assured that we will receive vehicle within a week.
                Verna we booked in exchange of our old Maruti 800 and the old car was delivered to the dealer on 31/10/15. Since then we are without any vehicle and are suffering because of the false promises made to us by the dealer.
                Now we are regretting why we in the first place choose Hyundai Car.
                We are sorry to say that our first experience with Hyundai is bad and unforgettable.
                We request you to please tell us the correct status of delivery of vehicle. And improve your after sales services so that no one else has to suffer as we have suffered.

                  I am Pawan Kumar From Gurgaon. I Book a car I 10 Grand Magna White color in Himgiri Auto (India) Pvt. Ltd. B-22, Ground Floor, Global Foyer, Golf Course Road, Sector- 43 Gurgaon from Sales consultant Mr. Jitender Mob. [protected] and sales Head Mr. Vinod Mob. [protected] on dated 04-11-15. They have assured me about Car delivery on dated 09-11-15. My auto car loan is sanctioned from State Bank of India on[protected] and Bank issued a sanction letter to me and also informed to Himgiri Auto India Pvt. Ltd. but on dated[protected] Mr. Jitender, sales Head Mr. Vinod and there seniors sales Manager informed me that they are not able to give me the car I 10 Grand Magna White color and if I want any other color they can give to me. On dated[protected] they have given me a letter that they will arrange car in next 10 days. When Mr. Jitender and Mr. Vinod came to me to tell about the facilities given by your company and assured me that everything will be perfect and according to our promise to me. But sir now I am very sad and my mind diverted from company. In terms & condition point no. 6 and 12 written that if a customer does not pay the money at the time of delivery the order stand rejected and booking cancellation charge rupees 3000/- will be applicable. Sir this boundation is for customers if company cannot give car on delivery time than what punishment for dealership. Sir a am very much depressed.

                      My car, Hyundai Grand i10 bearing registration no. AS 01 BH 2662 met with an accident on 05/09/2015 and on 07/09/2015 it was given to Oja Hyundai, Beltola from where the car was purchased, for repair works. It is very unfortunate to state that till date (09/11/2015) the repair works of my car has not been completed. I have been asking the person (Mr. Bijit Borpatra Gohain) who have been looking after the repair works as to when am I going to get my car back but he has never been in a position to give a proper reply. The only thing he states is that he is not sure when he can give delivery of my car.

                      Well my question is, if even after 2 months he says he is not in a position to say when he can give my car back, then whom shall I talk to?

                      What is more heartening is he first sets a deadline, fails to meet his commitment and then keeps on giving lame excuses and now this is what has to say. He is not sure.

                      Moreover, why has it taken more than 2 months when even my insurance was done from Hyundai. I gave my car on 07/09/2015 and also filled up all the necessary papers for claim of insurance. However, it took more than 2 weeks for the surveyor to visit.

                      Is this the type of service Hyundai provides and takes pride in?

                      This kind of below par service was never really expected from your organisation. Request sincere intervention of some higher officials in this regard.

                      Lastly, Who is to be held morally responsible for this delay which I find totally unprofessional?

                        Hi, I am Vasudeva Murthy, who have booked Hyundai Creata Petrol, S version, Mystic Blue color from Trident Hyundai, Bangalore. I had booked the car on August 24th 2015. During the booking, I was told that, I would be getting the car within 2 to 3 months. Now, when I spoke they mentioned that I would be getting the car only by Dec’2015. This is totally against the commitment. Also, I had sold my old car to you during the month of August only and an amount of INR 106000/-(One lac six thousand) is with you. I am not getting any interest also for this. Above this, I have to wait for 3 months for new car as per your original commitment. Now, I just need the car, by 24th Nov’15 failing which I need a compensation for the additional days which you would be taking for delivery. Regards, Vasu

                          Sir,
                          I purchased a grand i -10 petrol astha (o) from Utkal Hyundai, NH -5, Pahal, Bhubaneswar, orissa on 2 .11. 2015. As per the advertisement, the dealer was to give the following items as additional accessories . However, i am constrained to express my dis satisfaction over the following items.The body cover was not given, as promised. The seat cover which has been given looks pretty ordinary. The perfume is like mosquito sprayer. The Toy was nothing but a locket of God. No token has been given for lucky draw of 1lakh Rupees. Most important is about. the money receipt which is not a clear picture of the amount taken.

                            Really upset with the way things get managed at Hyundai service station sindhu bhavan Ahmadabad.
                            Every time i have faced issue whenever my car has gone for servicing.

                            Recent point which really triggered me to raise complaint was, my Hyundai I10 GJ1RC 2924 met with an small accident on 30th September and immediately after the accident we took the car to the service station for the assessment and estimation of damage and after complete check it was confirmed that only bumper was damaged and it will changed and we were given estimation of Rs 6000, on Monday 2nd November we took our car again to the service station and it was again confirmed that only bumper is damaged.

                            But from 3rd November i started receiving calls that Aslali work station that not only bumper but Ac is also damaged and some panel is also broken and total estimate will be Rs 6000 + Rs 9000 + labour charges .

                            And when i started inquiring about the damage and also why it was not communicated earlier the time we had taken our car for assessment for the first time i started getting loose and vague answers.


                            My question is -
                            1.What was the point of taking may car immediately after accident for assessment at the service station.

                            2. Why it was not completely checked at the first time as checking under the bumper does not require some special skills,

                            3. Dont we have experienced staff at the service station and why customer is harassed afterwards.

                            Resolution expected - I want my car to be repaired with the estimate given to me for the first time ie. rs 6000.

                              Greetings of the day from one of your dissatisfied & disappointed customer !!

                              I like to share my experience of Hyundai showroom while getting delivery of my dream car from renowned Hyundai Show room M/s Hindustan Hyundai M I Road Jaipur, experience which really shattered my dream of owning Hyundai Car .

                              As per my continuous previous discussion with Mr Satveer (Sales Consultant) regarding delivery timing of Hyundai Xcent CRDi, I reached Hindustan Hyundai @9:30 am on Monday 02/Nov/2015, to get delivery at 10:05 am as per advise from my Guru which was discussed in detail with Sales consultant since beginning for which Satveer confirmed that "we make delivery as per customer request" But arrogant staff behavior at Hindustan Hyundai welcomed me & my family as Mr Satveer was on leave & as per discussion with him, he confirmed on phone that Mr Amit or Mr Pankaj will take care of my car delivery as per Muhurat timing, when me & my Father inquired about same with person on reception, he asked us to move away from reception & asked us to talk to Mr Satveer as per him we should follow up with Mr Satveer only as we have handed over payment to Satveer ("Subah subah aap reception se hatiye, apne payment Satveer ko diya tha isliye usse baat kare"), he treated me & my family as beggars, also like to clear that we have already cleared all dues in advance through Cheque & cash ...What an experience !!

                              When we followed up, Mr Prakash came at 9:50 am & asked us that are we here for car delivery, when we confirmed he said I will make delivery in next 10 minutes, he arranged car for us in time but when he handed over car to us it was full of dust, ribbons, accessories other things which are quite common during car delivery were added like customary things with attitude like everyone is doing some kind of favor or"Ehsaan" on us ...

                              Our nightmare was not over only till delivery, at the time of delivery we asked weather it has required diesel to reach the closest fuel station on which Mr Prakash confirmed that car has at least 4-5 ltrs Diesel & we can get it filled from nearby fuel station & get another 5 ltrs amount reimbursed from them later on .. When we started car its ignition got off after reaching half kilometre, me & my brother had to push our new car to reach nearest fuel station ...

                              Dear Concerned, I like to know is this the delivery system which is followed by Hyundai all across India or is it specific with me ?? Is it the policy of Hyundai to treat customer like Beggars ?? Are you convinced with the idea that if customer has made advance payment than he should be harassed or he is entitled for ill treatment in front of his family & other customers ??? I really like to understand is this the standard procedure of Hyundai to deliver dream car to customers ???

                              My complete dream of owning a Hyundai car has been broken so badly by delivery experience of Hindustan Hyundai that now I don't want to drive my own car as that car has turned like a symbol of Harassment & insult for me ...

                              I will share my this experience on Social media & public platforms as I don't want anyone to be treated like this while going for delivery of their dream car ...

                              Shame on part of Hyundai & Hindustan Hyundai !!

                              Disgusting Hindustan Hyundai as staff of Hindustan Hyundai is from Jaipur only, city which is synonym with guest treatment !! I think they have lost contact with their Jaipur roots ...

                                I had booked a red color Hyundai Creta SX(O) from Laxmi Hyundai hyderabad on august 22. They promised me a delivery date by sept last week and again postponed it to october mid week. Now its november and still there is no update on the status. They are not even willing to tell a proper date of delivery howmuch ever we ask. as a customer I would ask Hyundai that we have our right to information and basis that i would like to know the exact status and delivery date of my vehicle which i paid the advance for. I own a ford also and this is the first time i am going for hyundai and i dint know that it was such a terrible company with tall claims and no values . The dealers is saying that hyundai is accepting bookins only for white color and all other colors wont be taken any time soon. If that is the case I woul like to ask Hyundai why release other colors if you cant make those. This is not the first incident as my friends red Hyundai xcent also had thsi same issue and he got it after 3 months. Pathetic

There are many complaints that they are sellin booked cars in black to people who pay more. as a customer I would ask Hyundai that we have our right to information and basis that i would like to know the exact status and delivery date of my vehicle which i paid the advance for. I would need to talk to the concerned person so that i can provide proofs regarding this .

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    We purchased the new hyundai creta car one month back from M/S BABA HYUNDAI PVT LTD. After 20 days o[censored]se we were travelling from Ratlam to Indore which is just 135 KM away from Ratlam. While traveling the car suddenly stop in middle of the highway, and the temperature of the car suddenly rises. We then decided to move it physically in side of highway. We then open the bonet of the engine and found that the engine is heated up. We then asked them for the assistance from the company people who took around 3-4 hours to do the same. We then manage to reach the destination. After 2-3 days when we ask the company people to give us the details what happen to car, they said that the coolant was not there and there is some leakage in the coolant circulation which is invisible and the coolant was evaporating in air. When we meet the service head in our city, they told us that this is a manufacturing defect and we are coordinating with the company. We also raise over concern and registered our complain via phone and mail. But none of then replied to our queries, We have to take follow ups from the, m and they were just excusing us by telling us to talk to this person, drop mail on this ID or we are working on your issue. Neither they replied to our mail nor they replied to phone complain, and they simply tell us they have closed the complain. Executives here in our city showroom doesn't helps us as this is the only showroom in our city and have monopoly over it and just always say we are working on it. It has been passed more than 15 days and no positive things has been happen from the company side.

                                    I asked the company to replace and give me a new car, but they told us they cannot. How can I take a new car whose full engine is opened for repair in just 15 days of purchase and because of manufacturing defect of the company.

                                    We have taken a loan on car and our interest is adding and our capital has also been blocked and the company is not giving us the vehicle back.

                                      I brought hyundai i10 magna model white color from NRL Hyundai Agra a month back. They are biggest cheaters in the world. They took all the money from me through online bank transfer and till now i have not got complete bills of the car and its accessories. They have provided me forged bills without any TIN number on it. When i asked about it they replied either take these bills or forget it. They have not even given me bill for the RTO registration. They have told to get the seat cover replaced which they haven't done till now.They provided same price quote for the white color and metallic color and when asked they refused to return any money. They are cheating the Tax depratments of india big time
