We have given our Hyundai Elantra ( Reg No. TN- 49L 6969 ) For service @ Salem ( Tamilnadu) Golden Hyndai ( Only Dealer @ Salem, Tamilnadu ).We are almost fed up with their service and promptness.Day before yesterday(25/02/2015) we have taken our car from the Service center.When we went there to take the car we found following complaints. 1. A/C is not working at all. 2. Logo of Hyundai is not at all fixed at Back side Dicky. 3. Rubber Peding of Left side Back Door is not fixed. 4. Boot for the Accelerator is not fixed. These above complaints are rectified after we insist them.After we took the car we have taken the car to Chennai from Salem Yesterday (26/02/2015)now we are finding the below complaints. 1.When drew the car to chennai in between cars oil Light was glowing.Then we checked the oil it was empty.Tell Us why ? 2. Engine sealed cover was missing. 3. Meter Light was not glowing. Since we have paid around 68, 000 for service at the Service station why above complaints are coming.We are now in an position to file an case against Hyundai for an bad service. We also want to make note that we asked the service adviser to allow us to meet service manager he refused.Is this the way treat an Customer.

    Dear Sir, I have purchased a Hyundai Eon Magna+ on Aug-2014. While delivering the vehicle, the sales point(Grand Hyundai Pattambi) promised me corporate package offer of around five thousand. With extreme displeasure I am writing you to inform you that i have not yet received the promised offer till date On enquiry with agents i came to know that the eligible amount is passed by the concerned authority, but withheld by Hyundai at some level of your administration. I request you to intervene in this matter and release the eligible offer amount at the earliest.       Given that I have purchased the Grand i10 model (variant : Magna) from one of your eastern region distributor : SAINI HYUNDAI, I regret to state that I am not satisfied with their after sales service. In this respect I would like to give u an example of their in-efficiency and callousness. I was recently informed by distributor front desk that SMART CARD has arrived from motor vehicles authority and I can collect the same from their office. I had confirmed that their office would remain open till 8PM in the evening. However when I reached their office at 7:15 PM I was told to my surprise by one of their sales person Sandip Shaw that the front desk is closed out for the day. Adding to my surprise the contact person Mr Shaw with whom I have been interacting during the sale /purchase of my car was not having any information in this regard. I felt that although people were working on the same office there were lack of any synchronisation. The people on the front desk were more intent on asking what rating I had given to them. Also from their behaviour I felt that since I have purchased a car from Hyundai valuing only 5'15 lkhs I do not have any value as a customer. This feeling is all the more disheartening as I had thought that HYUNDAI values its customers on the same scale. Infact my experience with one of your close competitors had been very satisfying (Maruti to name them) over a tenure of almost 15 long years and I was expecting something similar. However I am feeling quite let down and I feel Hyundai should closely monitor its distributors. Another impression which I got from SAINI was that their personnel was only pro-active before selling the car, but once the amount was dispensed they do not value their customers.         I have booked my car from samara hyundai janakpuri delhi elite 120 sports(o) petrol on 25 dec and they assured me to get the delivery on mod of feb till today i havent got my car amd they are making me fake promises by different persons of the delivery and are saying that the car is not available in the plant but then i have said to give me the top model still they are making fake promises of giving it by early march. They have taken 1, 40, 000 as and advance from more than a month and rolling my money for differnt uses The showroom is not giving the car and is giving to other reference customers Sir i am very old customer of hyundai and It is requested to resolve my issue as early as possible and help in getting the delivery of my car Contact no.-Naman-[protected] Thank you

            This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a Hyundai - I10 Car bearing Regd. No. DL10 CS 4047 on 28/07/2014 from the Authorized Hyundai Dealer – M/s Hans Hyundai, Moti Nagar, New Delhi (A Unit of Charu Motors (P) Ltd.). Since purchase, My car is constantly facing break down problem and for getting remove the defect resulting break down problem, I had got it checked and repaired 8 to 9 times at the Authorized Service Centre of M/s Hans Hyundai. Despite being checked and repaired the Car by the Engineers of Authorized Service Centre of M/s Hans Hyundai within and short span of period of about 6 months, the said dealer M/s Hans Hyundai failed to remove the defect which caused me not only mental agony but cheating also at your hand and also at the hand of your dealer M/s Hans Hyundai. Dissatisfied with the working and behavior of M/s Hans Hyundai, I went to your other dealer M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 23/01/2015 and stated them about the defect. M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza kept the car with them for 6 days for checking and removing the aforesaid defect and handed over the car to me 28/01/2015 after thoroughly checking and repairing. They also said that the Car had some defect which they tried to rectify. Yesterday (25.02.2015) again the same problem arose and the Car is constantly facing beak down to drive. So today morning I again went to M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza but they refused to take the car saying that there was no any booking with them in respect of my Car. I told them that I didn't go for service of my Car but I went for removal of defect for which they had kept the Car from 23.01.2015 to 28.01.2015. But in no circumstances they agreed to check and remove the defect and I forced to come back without getting even checked the problem by M/s Hyundai Plaza. From the facts aforesaid, it is ample clear that there are some manufacturing defect in the Car and that the Hyundai Motor India Ltd. has sold me a defective Car and not only this even the defect is such which is out o[censored]nderstanding of their own engineers/mechanics who are unable to remove the defect even after checking the same about 10 times within last six months i.e. since purchase of car. You are requested to kindly look into the matter urgently and replace the aforesaid defective Car with a new Car of Same model, else I will be compelled to take legal action against your company for the monopoly and cheating by selling the aforesaid defective Car to me.               Sir I met with an accident on 22.01.2015 and my verna`s driver side window glass broken. I put my car to service at madurai susee autos . By then there was a repeated phone to make full polise coating to car, after the several calls, my brain got washed by ur people and I agreed. After a few minutes later a phone call from your dealer service centre to give anti repellent coating to glass so that no strains will be there glasses by water and rain. After a very long discussion and I was brain washed and I agreed. He who talks to me over phone gives guarantee for six months . Now after a month over, there are lot of strains in my cars glass. For this I`ve paid 2500 which now I need refund or I`m moving this to consumer forum.

At that time your service manager said that It was no problem. But now second service, the service advisor says It has bend in lower arm. They asked me that should be paid for the service. The pothen hundai service is not satisfied for me. Why should I pay for this complaint. Please give me proper solution to this problem. Unless I will go to meet consumer court.

                  I had got some work done by Hyundai Motor Plaza, Cotton Greens, Mumbai after which my clutch was giving me trouble. I told then at the work shop itself and they kept the car for over 10 days and said they will change the parts by issuing then on an in warranty vehicle since the clutch problem started due to "workshop fault". I still had to make payment (around Rs.10000) for some work regarding this though it was no fault of mine.. The problem kept persisting and they kept working on it thereafter without any documentation as they said they're doing it in the name of another vehicle and they cannot show documentation else I'll have to pay for it. ... The workshop has closed down. My clutch is still hard and giving me too much problem. I continued follow up with my service advisor Harish Shetty who now works with hyundai, Chennai but it was no help. I'm taking up the matter seriously now because my vehicle is giving me a very hard time off late. . I have given my vehicle to Global Gallerie, Chandivali, Mumbai for work and they gave me an estimate of Rs. 36000/- even though the service advisor Harish Shetty had spoken to them and confirmed my mentioned side of the story. I am thoroughly disappointed with lack of help from hyundai and poor service though I have always taken it to authorised service stations. .. I do not think I can ever recommend purchase or even buy a new hyundai in the future if this is how a customer is cheated past sales. .. It is impossible to speak with senior people or even your regional offices and local service centres have no authority. ... Require urgent help in the matter...

                      I am sharing a very very bad and nasty experience with SAINI HYUNDAI, 199 Block J New Alipur Kolkata 53. I am Dr Saunak Mitra, a medical doctor(MBBS, MD) from kolkata.I have purchased Hyundai I 20 CRDI (diesel) from Alipur Saini Hyundai on 28/09/2013.My car no is WB02 AE0839.I have not received the smart card(registration certificate) yet even after seventeen months (17 months).After 3 months of purchase when I didn’t receive my smart card I complained to them…But they said they need some time.After 6 months I visited them personally and requested them to give it, but they said they need some more time. I had taken some bank loan to purchase the car .I was supposed to submit the smart card to the loan department in State Bank of India, they called me several times and asked for my smart card repeatedly, but I got no assistance from Saini Hyundai, Alipur, Kolkata.I pleaded with them several times but they said they will give me very soon which they never did.I contacted Mr Rajesh Sharma on numerous occasions, but every time he said he will call back within 48 hrs which he never did. I couldn’t perform the pollution test of my vehicle since there was no smart card.The kolkata police also harassed me because of that on few occasions. In the meantime when I contacted the Saini people(registration dept) they wanted some documents which I submitted, and they said the smart card will come to them and then they will give it to me, but even after that 8 months passed and nothing happened.I had personally gone to them but they only said they will try. In the meantime I had to renew my insurance, Saini had a tie up with Bharti AXA general insurane.I wanted to change my insurance(since the premium of Bharti is high), but I could nt do since I had no smart card(registration certficate), so I had to pay higher premium and had to renew it through Saini Hyundai.When they took the money in october 2014, the Saini people said u can claim i[censored] need it.Unfortunately today(23 02 .2015) I met a accident, and when I had gone to claim, I came to know the smart card is necessary. I would like you all to know this bitter story, and I would like the Hyundai people of Kolkata and India to take measures to curb this filthy policies and harassment of customers by SAINI HYUNDAI 199 BLOCK J ALIPUR Kolkata.I believe Hyundai is a great company which manufactures good cars like I 20, eon etc.But the Hyundai company higher authorities should take necessary steps to prevent these malpractises of Hyundai dealers like SAINI HYUNDAI, 199 BLOCK J NEW ALIPUR KOLKATA 700053

                        I am Dinoop, I have ordered new elite i20 car from your Muvattupuzha showroom on 1st of February. Since there is an important function I need the car before 27th of Feb and they promised me that they WILL deliver the car on 20th Feb. So I have given full payment (showroom price). But, now they are telling that they can't deliver the car not even before 27th Feb. Now I have fully disappointed. This is really cheating.

                          I had given my car for periodic servicing at Kun Hyundai-D5 Ambattur Industrial Estate- Chennai-58. on the 20/02/2015. They had charged me a sum of Rs.4759 for doing the periodical servicing that includes change of oil, and filters. I had send the car back citing very poor car wash and servicing on sat the 21st Feb 15, and having acknowleded poor service the car has been send to me on the 23rd feb 15 at 1.30 pm. Again, I am not at all satisfied with the service that has been carried out.                                   my accidental i20 Ch01 AX 6792 was in hyundai workshop shrishti rohtak haryana for on month. this work may b done in one week by others.. and after this one month the work was worst than an open market work. there is no finishing nd no simitry in work.. also the part of my vehicle which was not damaged also damaged when i took my vehicle.. work was not complete.. surveyor of insurance company said that the parts which was not demanded by hyundai for claim or not mentioned damaged was not claimed.. due to this my damaged music system nd band seats are as it is..as accident time..work was pending of seats nd music system.. the work which done like just done by an untrained.. my contact no.                                       I own an i20 (Reg. No.- PB08CG6205). My car was being repaired from the body shop of your Dealer - GOYAL HYUNDAI, JALANDHAR, Punjab, India in January, 2015. They charged me some Labour and Paint charges but did not give me the description how did they charged that amount. I have asked them a lot of amount to give me the full description as I have to take my Money refund from my Insurance company, But they are denying to give me the information as I have called them a lot of times and also sent a lot of emails for the same. For a few no. of days, the company persons were continuously saying that there system is not working from 4 or 5 days and will send me the details as soon as their system would be Up. But now, they are saying that they do not have these details with them. Neither they gave me details and If they do not have these details, how have they charged me that amount of money? So, I want the complete detail now. Also, they have done this to me before also. In that, they have charged more amount instead of the accurate and were refusing me to give my bill. They are just the cheaters. Thx

                                        Sir I HAve Purchased a verna On 23rd october 2014.As i am regular user of hyundai cars so the i was eligible for the loyalty bonus Amt Rs 15000. But the dealer is not giving the Amount of Loyalty Bonus.Instead of repeated calls there has been no answer from the company.
