I have booked i20 elite petrol in oct-14 but i have changed booking petrol to diesel i20 elite in nov-14. I have received booking slip of safdarjang Hyundai of petrol varrient and not received diesel form. There are not provide information of booking form of diesel verriant. sales men fill diesel booking form and customer signature by own it by sales person. At the delivery time he charged me additional charges without not verify facts of hyundai terms. He already bluff and fake commitments to me for purchase i20 elite. He Charged me rs.10, 000 of addition charges behalf of saying as per hyundai policy. request to you for look into this matter & refund additional charges which are charge by sales men without verify facts at the booking time

    Hi, My Vehicle Registeration Number MH-12 JU 1706, in the month of December I gave my vehicle for servicing. Reason's for servicing: 1) Regular Free Servicing (Hope less servicing as i faced battery issues within 2 week, whereas nothing was wrong with the battery prior to that) 2) Rear Power window switch non functional (This was another issue as they didn't have switch available & asked me to wait which I did & when the switch was available they again took labor charges for fixing the issue) Now the bigger issue is post service my battery is not working & they have sent the same to battery manufacturer for further checks. It been 15 days since the battery has been sent to the manufacturer & the SLA given to me was 8 days. No follow up calls from Hyundai to give an update, in fact I have been calling them to get an update & every time i call there is a common response we will get to you (which never happens). Though they have provided me a service battery however i am still wondering why is taking so long to solve the issue (Is there something fishy) Service Provider: Garve Hyundai . I have been driving various cars for the past 35 years with no complaints and accidents. For your kind Information, On the 8th Feb I went to fill fuel at about 7:30pm to the bunk which is near a famous mall in Madurai Vishal De Mall. After filling the fuel for Rs 500 I took the left turning which is near Indian Oil Corporation Apartments I heard a loud rattling sound and since it was on the main road I drove little further to park by then there was huge sound and heavy smoke all over the place and I stopped the engine but it did not stop. The sound was louder and I told my daughter to get down and I also got down. By then many people came all around as it was infront of a police station and a mariage hall. You can enquire anyone in the police station also regarding the smoke. For a while the whole place was filled with heavy smoke where I could not see the car and even my daughter and I was screaming in tears as my daughter is not see but by the grace of God after 20 min the smoke stopped and I and my daughter who was hiding with tears went to check whether they have filled petrol but they checked through the cctv and confirmed that they filled diesel. Since my dad is a doctor and is a handicap with an amputation of leg with diabetes I rushed home to feed him in an auto and I informed our acting driver to be there. I also called the number which is written on the bag and My Vijayan was helpful and with 2 hours the car was dragged to the service place. Since I had to go to Chennai that night at 10:30pm I left and returned the very next day 9th Feb (yesterday) at night . I was contacted by the mechanic asking me what happened and since I was in a meeting I couldn't talk to him much. Today I talked and the mechanic said that he will find the real problem and will let me know by 3pm and since he did not call I called him at around 4pm and surprised to hear the mixing of diseal and oil and many more and the pump thing should be sent to Tirunelveli which they cannot do.He also said that the charge will be nearing 7 to 8 thousand and that too I have to take the set to Tirunelveli to fix. Hearing the charge and taxing on me for I did not do anything with the car I demanded to talk to the manager Mr Vijayan who said will talk to the mechanic and call me back and he called and said the cost will be 10 to 12000 rs. I was asking him what my mistake was and also asked him whether any other verna car had the similar problem he said no... then why mine alone ?? I asked why cant he give me concession in the charge because it is the car functioning mistake and its been driven by a lady and not driven much also. Why cant the company atleast take 1/2 the charge of the expense when it is not the driver mistake? My husband Dr Fenn told me not to buy the car in December but since I liked the car so much I fought with him and the seller also told that the rate will be increased next year I forced my husband to buy and because of that I lost guarantee also. The mechanic is telling if it is before 2 months we would have done for free. Have I ever dreamt that car would give me this big problem ?? My husband is a car meniac, he suggested that Hyundai is nothing great and I argued and I bought and was happily driving . Now I am sacred to drive that car because I and my daughter would have not been alive if it was burnt with the mixing of oil, gas etc. I dont know how to explain the mechanism and functioning but the scar and scare of me driving is questioned. My husband is working as a doctor abroad. I am taking care of my 2 children and my handicapped father. I need to commute and manage many things in a day to run my family. I dont have particular complaints on anyone because the manger was helpful in the beginning but when it comes to money he is hard and demanding 10000 to 12000 .He also said if I cant pay let the car be stuck there. I never said I wont pay.I will, but not this huge amount because the car is not hit but something went wrong inside the mechanism which should be met by the company also.If it was my mistake I would have met all he expense. If no actions are taken I am forwarding a copy of this letter to Korea also. Please consider the issue as the vehicle fault also not the customers alone. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible as I need a vehicle for commute. Now all my payments of dues and bills are stand still. Thank You Mrs Lekha Fenn

        I have purchased grand i10 sportz by sachin hyundai, Bareilly(U.P.) on 15/01/2015.On 09/01/2015 your dealer gave written statement of on road price Rs.554000/-.and i have decided to book the car and gave Rs.10000/-cash as a booking amount.They gave me a letter to the bank for finance the car of Rs.554000/-.And the Punjab National Bank, Bareilly financed the car and issued a cheque of Rs.554000/- to name of the dealer.At the time of purchased the car on 15/01/2015 they gave me the bill of Rs.558141/-.They not gave discount of Rs.4141/-as they written promised to me and they also not refund my cash booking amount Rs.10000/-till date.It is the hight of cheating by reputated company.Please register my complain and arrange to refund my amount Rs.10000/- Shailesh Singh Gautam 19, Indrapratha Colony, Pilibhit Road Bareilly(U.P.)243122 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

          My car met with an accident on[protected]. I handed over my car to M/s Sarweshwari Hyundai representative. They committed me on that day that car would be repaired within a month. But as days passed, my calls were started un-answering. It is almost 6 months passed as of today. They are not even replying properly about the fault of my car and car is not yet return back. They did not even replied properly. I am very much sure that they have done research with my car and it is damaged. Now I am totally confused on what to be done. Regards Abhish R +91-[protected]

            hello, we have buy a new hyundai fludic verna from navjivan showroom after 4 days we got a problem of check engine light on speedo meter.so we have said to navjivan service centre and they said its a problem of diesel and even its after 2 days.how it can be possible..?if actually its a problem of diesel then check engine light should be lighten as the diesel passes throught engine.and if its really a problem of diesel then showroom had only given the diesel slip to feel the 5 lietre diesel.so how we can be in fault and car even runs only 158 km.we are not going to pay for this problem.because its not our problem you guys talk to them in 2 working days other wise we are going to consumer court and asult your company around the city.chassis number of my car is MALCU41ULEM 185666.and yes we do have a proof of kilometer.

              Dear Sirs, I really feel cheated : I bought the i20 elite Asta after booking the same in Nov.’14 with the waiting period. The car was delivered to me in Jan.’15 with increased rate of Rs.30, 000+. And today after more than a week of delivery to my astonishment I notice that I have been delivered the car with the 4 fitted Alloy Wheels & the 5th Wheel (Stepney) is fitted with ordinary Wheel i.e. not Alloy Wheel. This is totally shocking to me. I was neither told about it nor did I ever thought this could ever be a dark possibility. I already had i20 Asta earlier it had 5 Alloy Wheels. This is as unexpected additional hidden expenditure to my pocket. As because how do I use the 5th Tyre for tyre rotaion. Its my earnest say to the Company to resolve the issue at the earliest & provide the 5th Alloy Wheel to me. Thanking you.

                  I had booked a car “Hyundai Elite I-20”, (petrol) (sportz option- red colour) with POTHENS HYUNDAI(kollam, Kerala) on 10.11.2014 and I was assured that the car would be delivered within January as there was a price hike from 2015. A booking amount of Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) was collected from me on the same date. Thereafter, on 8/12/2014 I had remitted an amount of Rs.4, 50, 000/-(Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) through SBI Kollam branch by raising a car loan towards the above said transaction. Subsequently, on 17/12/2014 the salesman Mr.Faisal.E from their showroom called me and informed that the car has arrived in their yard and I has to pay the balance amount for delivery of the car. As per the said request, I had also paid the balance amount of Rs 2, 71, 472/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Seventy One Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Two Only) on the same day[protected] . I had been promised that the delivery of the car could be given by 22/12/2014(Monday) after its registration. But when I approached their showroom on 22/12/2014 there was no car available with them and the salesman Mr.Faisal told me that the car is on the way from Thiruvananthapuram showroom to Kollam showroom. Thereafter at 5 p.m. in the evening Mr. Faisal called me and informed that the car Red Elite i20 sportz option model had reached the Kollam showroom. However, in the evening on 23/12/2014 salesman Faisal had called me informing that some mistake had happened and that the company has a sent white car instead of red. On 24/12/2014, when I approached showroom to enquire about the same, even the white car wasn't available with them. I had sensed that I had been cheated and had approached the assistant sales head Mr. C.S Benny. I was informed that he would revert back to me by 26/12/14 after enquiring with the Hyundai Company and he requested me to wait till then. On 26/12/14 when I approached the sales head/Mr.Benny C.S. I was informed that the car could be delivered only on15 January 2015 . I hereby state that having received the entire amount for the vehicle as early as[protected] they have purposely delayed the delivery of the car and making me liable to pay for the enhanced price after[protected]. By not delivering the car atleast on 24.12.14 as promised, they have also committed gross deficiency in services for which they should be held liable.I has to repay huge interests for the loan raised from the bank for the payment towards the car. Later on 28/1/14 they called me and informed that the car has arrived and I need to pay the extra amount of 32900 for delivering the car. Please take necessary action against such car dealers who do such unprofessional business and destroy the peace of mind of customers.

                    It is highly regretted to report about the irresponsibility and poor service at S S HYUNDAI, Mavelikara. I unfortunately purchased one EON car from M/s. S.S.Hyundai, Mavelikara on 3rd February 2014 and gone for its 2nd service at S.S.Hyundai, Mavelikara only because my car having some problem with air-conditioning and centrelocking system. On its 1st service itself I was not satisfied with their service and decided to not approach them. Being I have few complaints on my car and other your service provider suggest me better to go where I took delivery. Only because of that I approached them after getting prior booking before 2 days. I have handed over the car before 9 AM but they promised to deliver it only at 2 PM, which I agreed. Nobody turn to my car since 10-30 AM and they informed me that spares for repair was not available with them. Being I am staying at Thevalakara which is far away from Mavelikara I forced to take back my Car with out service. Please note that the undersigned have 40 years of experience in Automobile field.                       Hyundai delivered i20 with various manufacturing defects to me. First time it was the engine oil leakage which was identified in first free service. After few months same problem was again identified and engine block was replaced by them. After few more months Horn stopped working so I took car to service station and came to know that engine oil was almost finished. After inspection they told me that since day one, one of the pistons of engine was not working and they wonder now car was running till now. They replaced the piston block. Have I used this car for 1 more day engine would have been ceased that is what Hyundai was saying, but there was no warning light displayed for engine oil. As after every few months this car is showing new faults in some or other part of engine, I am asking to either replace my car or extend the warranty of car for next 3 years, they are not ready to do it. After delivering car with so many manufacturing defects in heart of car (i.e. engine) they are not taking any responsibility. Whenever I file complain to Hyundai Worldwide that enquire is diverted to Hyundai India and then to local service center (i.e. Modi Hyundai, Thane). First of all Hyundai India is not ready to take responsibility at all and other then that Modi Hyundai keeps changing their words. After many enquires Modi Hyundai was first ready to give 30% discount on warranty for next 3 years (i.e. 3rd, 4th, 5th yrs) (I have mail as a proof) and now they are saying we will only give discount of 50% on only 3rd year warranty (not 4th & 5th). Is this the trend of Hyundai? First deliver faulty cars and then ask customer to pay for extended warranties. As if they will deliver car with no faults then why customer will go for extended warranty. Good way to earn money from cheating.

                        My Hyundai Santro Xing GLS Car with Regd. No. TN 59 AJ 6998 is presently garaged at M/s. Himavasini Hyndai Cars, Hosur (Authorised Dealer) since 26th January, 2015 (Monday) awaiting replacement of clutch plate assembly and servicing for a second time within one week and 900 Kms. of replacement of the same part on 19th Jan.2015 (Monday). Details are given briefly as under: On 17th Jan.2015 (Saturday), we were in Chennai with the car and set off for Hosur at 4 P.m. Around 8.45 p.m beyond Vaniyambadi Toll gate the vehicle developed problems and breakdown completely. With great difficulty, we arranged for a tow vehicle from Ambur at a cost of Rs.6500/- and reached home by 1.30 a.m. after leaving the vehicle at M/s. Himavasini Hyndai Cars, Hosur (Authorised Dealer). On 19th January’2015, M/s. Himavasini Hyndai Cars, Hosur (Authorised Dealer) delivered to us the vehicle, clearly stating from their bill that clutch plate assembly had been changed and claimed an amount of Rs.6073/- vide bill no ;B[protected] for the same. Now on 26th Jan.2015 (Monday) after a trip to Salem, from there, we were again at Chennai and set forth to Hosur around 3 p.m. This time too, the vehicle broke down beyond Krishnagiri on the way to Hosur around 8.15 p.m. and we approached M/s. Himavasini Hyndai Cars, Hosur (Authorised Dealer) for help. When we called Mr KALVICHITHIRAN and he immediately responded and arranged for towing the My Vehicle. Our Special thanks to Mr KALVICHITHIRAN. They charged Rs.3500/- for towing us home and taking delivery of the vehicle for repair at their workshop on 26th Jan.2015 (Monday). Now they say again that the clutch plate assembly is jammed and has to be changed. Within a period of seven days and a distance of 900 kms from the first change of clutch plate is now being changed. Whereas, the clutch plate assembly once changed has to run for 40, 000 Kms. This point to a defect in the plate assembly or poor workmanship at M/s. Himavasini Hyndai Cars, Hosur (Authorised Dealer). They do not accept their liability in this regard. Repeated replacement for the same spare part within one week of first replacement and within 900 kms. And are not prepared to do this replacement free of cost. Please intervene with M/s. Himavasini Hyndai Cars, Hosur (Authorised Dealer) and see that middle class person like us is not made to spend Rs.20, 000/- within one week on the car and advise them to effect the replacement free of cost Waive The Towing Charge Of Rs 3500/-From Krishnagiri to Hosur . Your effort shall also succeed in pushing up HYUNDAI’s image among the general public and maintain your name as a consumer caring organization. Waiting to hear from you soon.                         ELANTRA 5X 1.6 .As my vehicle having a clutch problem, clutch is very hard & sound will be there while changing the gear, and the complaints and the problem is not solve in the last service in 10 days back .And the vehicle has taken back to solve the problem from since 3 days vehicle is there in Advaith Motors pvt ltd .Mysore, nothing as been Repair & no one is serious with my vehicle problem and today I came to know that the spare has to come from Chennai, I don't know why this people taken my vehicle without having the Spares. I am since 6/4/15 hiring taxi & who will pay for this .Please solve this Problem . Kindly do needful.

                          I bought Hyundai Verna 1.6 VTVT in October 2014 at Hyderabad. Since that time my complete family including me are getting recurrent Severe Respiratory Track Infections & Headache whenever we use our Verna. Now I am literally getting scared for getting board in to this vehicle. I do not expect such poor quality interiors as well as hazardous chemical usage from Hyundai. Looking forward to get this resolved from Hyundai immediately . Also appreciate if someone can guide me on the process of filing case against Hyundai in Consumer Court.

                            Sir, My name is Rishabh Malik. I own a Hyundai Accent. I would like to bring your kind attention to the following: I went to JMV Hyundai, Bhiwadi for servicing my car on[protected]. My car was serviced for wheel alignment, filter cleaning, oil change (normal routine service). Servicing time was 3 hrs .After servicing when i checked, the wheel alignment was not proper. It was disturbed. For this I was not satisfied. When i complaint regarding this, they told me to visit again. When i visited again, they rectified the problem and after washing the car, 1 of the service man misbehaved with me. He conversed rudely with me on issue of my things which were already kept inside the car. After all these incidents, i never expected HYUNDAI to provide such a low degree servicing in terms of quality and human behavior. For the next time, I would rather prefer a local service than a authorized service. Looking for your support.

                              Dear Sir / Madam, This is Rohit Deepak Bongale, one of the loyal cum Dissatisfied customers of Hyundai Motors. I purchased New Hyundai Eon Magna + car from extended branch of Kanase Hyundai at Karad on 31-Dec-2014 and got the possession of the vehicle on 7th-Jan-2015. I had been assured of giving free accessories along with vehicle. The accessories include 1. Body Cover 2. Leather Seat Cover (cream+black colour) 3. Leather Steering Cover 4. Mud flap 5. Ganpati 6. Vehicle Freshnar 7. Mattin. For the above accessories I strongly followed up with around 10 visits to karad showroom and 100+ calls to Mr. Sandeep Bavdhankar, Executive Kanase Hyundai, Karad, but till date I have not received any of the pre-fixed free accessories. Pl note that the service of Kanase Hyundai is very worst and frivolous and I am suffering a lot out of this. This is to bring to your notice that If I don't get all of the accessories fitted in my New Eon Magna + by 5th-Feb-2015, evening, I may get the help of Consumer Forum for further assistance in the matter.                                 Would like to inform you that I booked an Elite I20 Petrol Sports model at Techno Hyundai on 24th November, 2014 with the commitment that car will be delivered on 15th February, 2015. Moreover, they confirmed last week also that car will be delivered on 15th February, 2014. However, I have been informed today that my Car will not be delivered on said date. Moreover, they are not ready to give me any date also. They said that they will inform me once car will come from Hyundai which might take more than a month also. It is really disappointed that after waiting of 2.5 months, I am receiving such response that I can cancel my booking since I have given just 10000 as booking amount. I am writing this email with the hope that Hyundai will take action and help me in getting my car on time. Please informed that I am already a Happy customer of Santro. I hope I will not be disappointed from Hyundai. I have attached receipt for your response.

                                  False commitments and fake promises are the big examples with hyundai motors. Why you are providing vehicles to the customers as you don't have proper service provider agencies. Inc hyundai is a big example existing in the market. They make fake commitments and charges as much amount from the customer as what they want. This is the agency which you have to look after as they are spoiling you name in the market. I own 4hyuundai cars but this type of issue i have never faced. As they are giving threating to the customer directly. Please have a look against this type of fraud agency else everyone will stop purchasing your product. Will appreciate a positive reply from ur side soon.

                                    I gaurav have a hyundai santro car registered no DL8CAA6117. The car met a accident on 9th of dec'14. After one week i had given my car for accidental insurance at INC Hyundai located at lawrence road industrial area. They committed to give delivery of car in the next 15 days along with estimation of 1.5lakh for accidental repair. As of now i keep on chasing workshop staff regarding my car but they will keep on replying me the same ans that it should be get done soon. As of now 45 days have been completed still they are working on the same. Insurance company has given the approval for right end side against accidental but they make whole car paint right as well as left side also. And when i asked for the same that why u have make it done they replied that we are not taking any charge from you its the mistake of our staff. No one is the responsible authority at this workshop. I don't know who the given the registration authority to this showroom. as hyundai claimed that ex showroom price of santri car is 3.25lk but they are charging 2.30lkh from the custimer without engine repairing its totally cheating done by hyundai.i will also file a complaint against hyundai company not that agency reason because you are the person who give authority to the agencies to make fool the customers. How much time you people required for repairing of one car. I think 45 days are not enough for u. I need urgent reply for this issue as ur harrasing the customer and in future i suggest no one to go with hyundai. tomm i going to file a legally case against you in the consumer court. Mr tarik khan as the manager of the INC hyudai is big whole person he doesn't now how to talk with the customers zero sence of humour and zero work power. I don't know how u people appoint this type of person for holding such a big post. He has zero communication skills. I want immediate reply to this mail else i will make a complaint as well as file a report in the media that hyundai company is cheating in the market with the customers. To whom so ever it may concern i need any positive reply from your side.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam I Sri Debasis Banerji booked I20 Car (Sportz) on 26/12/2014 from Austin Hyundai from Kolkata . At the time of booking Sales person told me if you pay the entire amount within 31/12/2014 then you get this price. On that quotation basis I opt for bank loan and providing your quotation copy to the banker. I pay the entire amount i.e. Rs.6.86 lacs to the Dealer on 30/12/2014 in the morning. Now on 01/02/2014 Sales fellow from Austin Hyundai ask me more money around Rs.35000/- from me without providing any documents only by telling that the car price is increased, there after he offered me you pay only 50% of the increase amount. I ask him to issue me letter from your dealer side that you are charging me excess amount as per your Hyundai Co. instruction. Because I pay you the entire amount before time and not yet get delivery of my car and for that purpose I also started to pay interest and installments to my banker. Now my questions is if Co. is asking over money from customer's then why dealer not providing that copy of the letter to the customer or issue any letter from dealer side. As a customer I have full right to verify whether Co. is charging in fair way or not. If this type of fraudulent activity going on by your dealer then I don't take delivery of my car and charge interest which I pay to the bankers and go to the consumer forum.
