Dear Sir, It is very sorry to state that the quality and performance of the hundai i10 purchased in Jul 2010 is not upto mark as committed during purchasing of the same. Charging me for a company mistake

Since there is an important function I need the car before 27th of Feb and they promised me that they WILL deliver the car on 20th Feb. So I have given full payment (showroom price).
