Sir I have taken a on 31.10 .2015 from Bearing ragistration no mh 17 az 3102 from shirode hyundai, Sangamner. Before that i was called for delevary on 28.10.2015 but for my surprise keys was lost at delers end. From day one trunk was not operated by remot and stearing warning light was on. On my consistant followup stearing problem was Solved but trunk problem was as it is. Now from 4.2.2015 a/c is not working and my vehical is at your service centar at sangamner. Is, nt it a great problem for a new car? Therefore my request u to solve the problem permanantly.

    Hi I have been using Hyundai sonata 2003 for the last 2 years or so. Currently i am having a trouble that my car is not starting.I have taken the car to the authorized service center and based on their investigation ordered speedometer sensor but still the car didn't start. Now they are saying me that i need to change the immobilizer part and even if i change they cannot guarantee that car will start.Changing the mentioned part will not be affordable for me as it will cost roughly 40000RS plus and i don't want to do that when they cant guarantee me that my problem will be solved.I am planning to take the car to an open ground and burn it.. Seriously very frustrated . Contact me immediately.Already spend a lot of money on the car. Don't want to spend more.(mob:[protected]

        To, The Manager Customer Care Hyundai Motors Pvt Ltd, India Subject :- Complaint R / Sir, It is kindly to inform you that 1. I the undersigned Tushar D Haridas booked I 10 magna car from Eros Hyundai Ghat Road Nagpur on 26.12.2014 & took delivery on 24.01.2015. 2. I made the down payment of Rs 200000/- (Rs 50000/- by cash and Rs 150000/- by cheque no 007261 o[censored]BI) and rest amount is financed by SBI. I also paid Rs 7000/- (approx) on ultracoating and anti rust. 3. Reason to purchase car from Hyundai motors is the reliability of company, fair deal and prompt and complete justification to the complaint of customer. 4. Sales executive Mr Bhojraj & team leader Mr Vipin entertained me. 5. It being my first purchasing of car, I was wholly dependent on Mr Bhojraj & Mr Vipin. 6. Before booking and even at the time of booking I categorically told both of them that I want the car manufactured in the month of December 2014 only i.e. of the month I booked the car & they assured the same. 7. On delivery also I was told by Mr Vipin that the manufacturing of car is of December 2014 only. 8. But when I received R C book of my car it is revealed to me that the month & year of manufacturing of car is March 2014 which is 9 months old from the month of booking. 9. It is utter breach of trust and shocking to find that Mr Vipin spoke lie to me. 10. Immediately after that I spoke to Mr Bhojraj & followed Mr Vipin in this regard. 11. Mr Vipin on the contrary did not respond me properly. 12. Hurt by this treatment I met Mr Suraj Bhusari (GM of Eros Motors Ghat Road, Nagpur) but he also turned me away by saying that “Nothing wrong is done to me during the deal as I have signed the papers”. 13. Sir, I am left with no other way than to put up my complaint to you. Sir, I strongly feel cheated by Mr Vipin on behalf of Eros Hyundai Motors, Ghat Road Nagpur. Hence I further request you to register my complaint against Eros Hyundai, Nagpur and ensure the best possible remedy by replacing my present car by the other one manufactured in the month of December 2014 & of the same colour etc. as promised to me. Hoping you will take the early and necessary action in this regard & will ensure no more mental harassment to me as I have already been cheated in this purchase deal and will maintain the reliability & reputation of Hyundai Motors in the market.           THIS IS TO INFORM THAT RECENTLY I HAD PURCHASED XCENT VEHICLE NO KA 41 Z4113 FROM BLUE HYUNDAI IN MONTH OF SEP 2014. DURING THE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE WE FOUND THAT SOME ACCESORIES LIKE FLOOR, AT AND MUD FLAP WERE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE VEHICLE AND ON ENQUIRY WE WERE GIVEN VAGUE ANSWER AND UNETHICAL LANGUAGE BY THE MANAGER AT THE BLUE HYUNDAI WAS USED . AFTER OUR REFUSAL TO TAKE THE DELIVERY OTHER PEOPLES INTERVENED AND WE HAD TAKEN THE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE WITH THE PROMISE THAT THEY WILL GIVE US NOW TEMPERORY MUF FLAP AND MATSWHICH THEY WILL REPLACE AFTER THEY RECIEVE FROM COMPANY. NOW IN FACT IT IS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN. RECENTLY WHEN I GOT THE VEHICLE SERVICED AND WHEN THEY HAD ASKED US TO RATE WE HAD RATED 6 AND WE WERE FORCED TO RATE MORE THAN 9 WITH THE PROMOSE THAT THEY WILL FULILL THE PENDING ISSUE. ALSO IT IS VERY SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS THAT AFTER THE DELIVERY TILL DATE NO PERSON FROM HYUNDAI CUSTOMER CARE HAS ENQUIRED ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE AFTER THE PURCHASE . IN FACT IN LAST 5 YEARS I HAVE TAKEN 7 HYUNDAI VEHICLE AND NEVER IT WAS THIS EXPERIENCE WITH ADVAITH HYUNDAI. NOW THIS TIME WHEN I HAVE PURCHASED THRU BLUE HYUNDAI I HAVE BITTER EXPERIENCE AND WITH NO AFTER SALES SERVICE ENQURY I FEEL THE SERVICE AT HYUNDAI HAS DETORIATED. ITS OK IF I DO NOT RECIEVE ANY ACCESORIES BUT PLS DO NOT TREAT A CUSTOMER IN THIS MANNER AND INSULT THIS I FEEL WILL BE MY LAST HYUNDAI VEHICLE PURCHASE AS THE AMOUNT OF ILL FELLING GIVEN BY BLUE HYUNDAI IS MISERABLE.

            Dear sir/madam Recently on 11/02/15, I purchased the new elite I20 from KUN Hyundai ECIL branch, hyderabad. On 17/02/15 when I was taking out the car (which was not even driven for 100Kms) in reverse gear at very low speed from my residential parking area the LEFT side Front Tyre burst. Then I immediately called the Manager of KUN Hyundai and according to his direction I replaced the tyre with the stepney tyre (which is not an alloy wheel to my surprise) and as it was a holiday for Show room on 18th feb due to Shiva rathri Festival. On 19th feb I took it to the showroom in the 1st hour itself. To my surprise the service personnel immediately started telling that it is not the fault of the tyre (Note: there was not even a scratch on the car and also on the alloy wheel) and instead he stated that the whole expense should be borne by me as tyre don’t not directly come under Hyundai warranty, they provided the forwarding letter and suggested me to go to the Goodyear dealer. Good Year dealer was around 20 KMs away from the showroom, Which I carried the damaged tyre to them. There it is found that they were not at all willing to take up my case and not bothered much. so I again went to the show room and told the response of the Good Year dealer and I have requested them to take up my case as per the warranty card provided by the dealer for all bought out items warranty. They took up the case and took the burst tyre also and I was told that within two days the issue will be resolved . But after waiting for two days there was no communication from the Hyundai side. When I tried to call them they were very rudely replying that whenever the representative from Goodyear tyre comes we will intimate you. But after another two days when I went to Hyundai service centre they started telling me that the Goodyear representative has already made a visit and given a report that it is not the tyre manufacturing defect and it is caused because of the strong hit to some sharp object. To which I once again started telling the whole story that if it is a hit how come there is not even a small scratch on the car and also how is that the alloy wheel also does not have any damage. To which they agreed to write to the Goodyear customer care and again after several visits, on 02/03/15 when I visited the Hyundai service centre, I came to know that the Goodyear has agreed to give a discount of 25% as a goodwill for replacement. I am not able to understand here that what is my fault in the total episode and why is that after 15 days of wait I am with no proper solution .When I talk to the manager of the showroom he tells me to take up the insurance which again they have doubt that whether it is covered are not. During purchase of vehicle they suggested me to go for Bharathi Axa insurance company with nil dip option by paying additional 5, 000 Rs. which they convinced me that it will cover everything. I request you to take up the case immediately and replace the tyre which under warranty .which is purely manufacturing defect .When I purchase the car, it is the responsibility of the car manufacturer to ensure that there are no defective parts, it is there responsibility to take up the case and not the poor customer who spends the hard earned money to fulfill the lifetime dreams of buying a car . Also I request you to please ensure that the customer is treated as he has to be treated by the showroom and service personnel which will hamper your credibility in the market. Details of my Car: Hyundai Elite I20 Asta Model with engine no. G4LAFM568600 with Good year Tyre Batch Code 0215 for all five tyres.

            I bought I20 ACTIVE Sx 1.2 car on 30th November 2017 from Mukesh Hyundai Guwahati. Car registration no is AS01 DN 1011 Running of the car is just 2019 KM. My car has Apollo tyres installed. Before 15 days ago I had logged a complain at Apollo Tyre customer service no - ([protected] & [protected]) that left rear tyre side has been burst without any reason during driving (myself) on normal highway road and a big accident saved.
            When I am requested to Apollo tyre company for replacement they rejected warranty and request saying external cut. There are no signs of external cut on tyre. I am really frustrated with the service. This is not happened 1st time, Before two years back I had bought a new Hyundai Grand I 10 Asta car (Registration No - AS01BZ5222, same thing happened that's car my left tyre was busted I faced a accident and my car some part was damaged and that's time tyre was Apollo tyre company but I hadn't got replacement So I had exchanged my car and take a new car from same dealership but I have faced same problems in this car so I am not satisfied your service because you had provided low quality tyres both cars.
            Now a days when customer satisfaction index is one of the important parameter in buying and showing loyalty for the products, this kind of incidents is giving very bad view because of which neither giving me confidence to buy your product not allowing me to recommend your product to anyone i know early response is respected to solve the issue otherwise i will be forced to follow another way .looking for the immefiate action.

              R/sir, I am Sandip Totala from Jalna, Maharashtra. I brought your New Verna car fluidic model in the month of March 2012 after waiting for SIX MONTHS. Since than I am facing lots of problem with your vehicle. Firstly I faced the problem of rear suspension. After my several follow up with your authorized distributor Dhoot Motor, Aurangabad and several repairs my problem was left unsolved COMPLETELY. Still I do get huge noise of jump as soon as my car passes over very small stone or hole. This sound is not observed in any of other car of lower segments also. Now second time before six months (don't remember date and you can tally it with my servicing history) I came to know that I will have to change my clutch plate. This again caused me 12000/- bill. Now third major issue is My verna's MALFUNCTION light is on. Again I went to Dhoot motors. Mechanic over their says me that due to water, the sensor kit is damage and needs to be changed which again will cause me 12-14 thousand INR. Has company ever mentioned any where that use of water should be restricted to avoid damage of Sensor kit. I am not complaining for Dhoot Motors but your vehicle is itself problematic. Please solve my following issue at earliest. If I am left unsolved this time also I Promise that I will never enter an Hyundai Showroom to buy Hyundai car Nor suggest any one to buy HYUNDAI CARS and will try to convinces and convey my complain to new customers which will again stop them from buying Hyundai car. Also reaply me time you need to go through my quire after which I will be free to go in Consumers COURT.

                I purchased a Car from Berkeley Hyundai in Chandigarh, which was delivered to me on 1st Jan. Its been 2 months since I got the delivery of the Car but its been only once when I actually drove the car. I always had good feedback about Hyundai till I decided to buy a car for myself. There is some issue with the Meter of the Car which fluctuates as soon as you put it in Self Start and the dealer is ready to replace the part with Demo Car. I have bought a new Car and I would not want a used part in my brand new car. Its been 2 months, I am paying the EMIs for the Car without even driving it. Every time, I go to Hyundai Dealer, they keep the Car for 3 days and then give it back saying everything should work fine, which is not the case obviously or else, I would not have to escalate the case. I am not even sure, if they are replacing the part with a genuine one or not. Please do something about this before I go and escalate it to your CEO Seo or I go to consumer court to get the Car replaced and get some compensation from your company for all this hassle.                   MH40KR7988 When my car is in warranty at that time im facing a poor pickup problem low pickup not instant pickup like as new So i have put it in servicing when my vehicle is in warrnty then your technicians and engineers said that turbo and clutch plates are suspected But at that time they where saying that these parts are not covered in warranty and you have too pay for that and they just temporary serviced my car and hand it over to me And my problem is not solve and now i have put my vehicle for that same problem so now tell me now what to do? Because when my vehicle is in warranty at that time i have said that pickup is not as good as before say they just delayed my warranty date and now they were saying that turbo suspected and clutch plate is gone so tell me what should i do now? Because i have a written job in what your engineer wrote that turbo is suspected and at that date when my vehicle is in warranty And in your system data is also showing that i have raise a complaint for poor pickup also Now please i request you that replace my turbo and clutch plate in warranty, or i have to take some law full action or go to court to waste my warranty period and delayed of warranty. And please give me result as fast as you can so i have requested you to resolve my problem fast...

                      I have a complain for hyundai verna 1.6sx crdi from Koushal hyundai, siliguri on[protected] bearing chassis number MALCU4IULDMI23452 AND ENGINE NUMBER D4FBDU293588 AND MFG YEAR 2013 IN THE name of R.k. Berlia. I am facing a problem with the Brakes. The problem is that my brakes are not working properly and let me explain with a instance. I was travelling to gangtok and the car speed was near about 60-70kmph the road was fine with one or two potholes and i had to apply sudden braking because of sudden appearance of a vehicle. The car was braking fine but as soon as the tyre entered a pot hole the car suddenly lost the brakes power and started to gain speed(for example 100% brakes came to 20% braking power) with a lot of sound from the bonnet i was nearly saved from death. I had been to the service center and had complained but they are saying that the brakes are fine and there was a rust so this happen .But as of me i am not satisfied that a new car and such a reputed company talks about rust and the same problem persist and i am facing a lot of danger driving a defective vehicle. Kindly give me a solution. or i will be forced to lodge a complaint with the law.

And every time some cosmetic make over isdone and the car is returned to me stating no problem is there and no adverse thing is being found. To my wildexpectation (as I have mentioned in my previous email also after the expiry of warranty period) when Ivisited yesterday for service and the same problem, it is been intimated to me by the service engineer thatCatalytic Converter is choked which costs Rs 20, 000 though it is out of warranty now.As a lay man how and why this happens i do not know. After I have done some brief research it is being found outthat Catalytic Converter have a life cycle of 100, 000 Km to 150000 Km but in my case it is worn out only at 22717kms.How it is possible and why should i have been penalized for that.                             Dear Sir, It is very sorry to state that the quality and performance of the hundai i10 purchased in Jul 2010 is not upto mark as committed during purchasing of the same. My car registration No. is UP 14 BC 4613 which has run only 13000 km so far and single handled. Now this car is started giving problem. The clutch plate has gone even within 5 years. Normally this car is run on an average 100-200 km per month and maintained very carefully. I have shown this car to your authorised service centre i.e. TRIDENT Seshadripuram, Bangalore they are charging Rs 15000/ to repair the same. if the quality of hundai car is so poor which it can not sustain good performance even within 5 years really it is not recommended to purchase HUNDAI CAR. Secondly the after sale service the items are also so costly the customer should move towards Maruti car. Please justify if I am wrong.

                              We have given our Hyundai Elantra ( Reg No. TN- 49L 6969 ) For service @ Salem ( Tamilnadu) Golden Hyndai ( Only Dealer @ Salem, Tamilnadu ).We are almost fed up with their service and promptness.Day before yesterday(25/02/2015) we have taken our car from the Service center.When we went there to take the car we found following complaints. 1. A/C is not working at all. 2. Logo of Hyundai is not at all fixed at Back side Dicky. 3. Rubber Peding of Left side Back Door is not fixed. 4. Boot for the Accelerator is not fixed. These above complaints are rectified after we insist them.After we took the car we have taken the car to Chennai from Salem Yesterday (26/02/2015)now we are finding the below complaints. 1.When drew the car to chennai in between cars oil Light was glowing.Then we checked the oil it was empty.Tell Us why ? 2. Engine sealed cover was missing. 3. Meter Light was not glowing. Since we have paid around 68, 000 for service at the Service station why above complaints are coming.We are now in an position to file an case against Hyundai for an bad service. We also want to make note that we asked the service adviser to allow us to meet service manager he refused.Is this the way treat an Customer.

While delivering the vehicle, the sales point(Grand Hyundai Pattambi) promised me corporate package offer of around five thousand. With extreme displeasure I am writing you to inform you that i have not yet received the promised offer till date On enquiry with agents i came to know that the eligible amount is passed by the concerned authority, but withheld by Hyundai at some level of your administration. I request you to intervene in this matter and release the eligible offer amount at the earliest.                                   Given that I have purchased the Grand i10 model (variant : Magna) from one of your eastern region distributor : SAINI HYUNDAI, I regret to state that I am not satisfied with their after sales service. In this respect I would like to give u an example of their in-efficiency and callousness. I was recently informed by distributor front desk that SMART CARD has arrived from motor vehicles authority and I can collect the same from their office. I had confirmed that their office would remain open till 8PM in the evening. However when I reached their office at 7:15 PM I was told to my surprise by one of their sales person Sandip Shaw that the front desk is closed out for the day. Adding to my surprise the contact person Mr Shaw with whom I have been interacting during the sale /purchase of my car was not having any information in this regard. I felt that although people were working on the same office there were lack of any synchronisation. The people on the front desk were more intent on asking what rating I had given to them. Also from their behaviour I felt that since I have purchased a car from Hyundai valuing only 5'15 lkhs I do not have any value as a customer. This feeling is all the more disheartening as I had thought that HYUNDAI values its customers on the same scale. Infact my experience with one of your close competitors had been very satisfying (Maruti to name them) over a tenure of almost 15 long years and I was expecting something similar. However I am feeling quite let down and I feel Hyundai should closely monitor its distributors. Another impression which I got from SAINI was that their personnel was only pro-active before selling the car, but once the amount was dispensed they do not value their customers.                                     I have booked my car from samara hyundai janakpuri delhi elite 120 sports(o) petrol on 25 dec and they assured me to get the delivery on mod of feb till today i havent got my car amd they are making me fake promises by different persons of the delivery and are saying that the car is not available in the plant but then i have said to give me the top model still they are making fake promises of giving it by early march. They have taken 1, 40, 000 as and advance from more than a month and rolling my money for differnt uses The showroom is not giving the car and is giving to other reference customers Sir i am very old customer of hyundai and It is requested to resolve my issue as early as possible and help in getting the delivery of my car Contact no.-Naman-[protected] Thank you

                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a Hyundai - I10 Car bearing Regd. No. DL10 CS 4047 on 28/07/2014 from the Authorized Hyundai Dealer – M/s Hans Hyundai, Moti Nagar, New Delhi (A Unit of Charu Motors (P) Ltd.). Since purchase, My car is constantly facing break down problem and for getting remove the defect resulting break down problem, I had got it checked and repaired 8 to 9 times at the Authorized Service Centre of M/s Hans Hyundai. Despite being checked and repaired the Car by the Engineers of Authorized Service Centre of M/s Hans Hyundai within and short span of period of about 6 months, the said dealer M/s Hans Hyundai failed to remove the defect which caused me not only mental agony but cheating also at your hand and also at the hand of your dealer M/s Hans Hyundai. Dissatisfied with the working and behavior of M/s Hans Hyundai, I went to your other dealer M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 23/01/2015 and stated them about the defect. M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza kept the car with them for 6 days for checking and removing the aforesaid defect and handed over the car to me 28/01/2015 after thoroughly checking and repairing. They also said that the Car had some defect which they tried to rectify. Yesterday (25.02.2015) again the same problem arose and the Car is constantly facing beak down to drive. So today morning I again went to M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza but they refused to take the car saying that there was no any booking with them in respect of my Car. I told them that I didn't go for service of my Car but I went for removal of defect for which they had kept the Car from 23.01.2015 to 28.01.2015. But in no circumstances they agreed to check and remove the defect and I forced to come back without getting even checked the problem by M/s Hyundai Plaza. From the facts aforesaid, it is ample clear that there are some manufacturing defect in the Car and that the Hyundai Motor India Ltd. has sold me a defective Car and not only this even the defect is such which is out o[censored]nderstanding of their own engineers/mechanics who are unable to remove the defect even after checking the same about 10 times within last six months i.e. since purchase of car. You are requested to kindly look into the matter urgently and replace the aforesaid defective Car with a new Car of Same model, else I will be compelled to take legal action against your company for the monopoly and cheating by selling the aforesaid defective Car to me.
