The sales team at Trident Hyundai would treat you so well, its almost surreal, however, once you have made the payment, they will not keep up to any promises they might have made on their own (pre-sales), for that matter the sales rep. (Gautam) is not even picking my calls...I had never expected such appalling service by such a big brand...its my first car and I was told there would be a small celebration at the time of delivery and a surprise gift and all that non-sence...we gave them 2 weeks to get the car ready and a week extra considering the sales guys was going on leave, so we decided that we will take the car only once he is back, on a sunday, when I called him on Sunday, I was told that my car is not back to the showroom (even when he had 3 weeks time) he said it would take another day, I got this information, only when I called him, he dint take the pains of calling and letting me know about this.Finally we went to get the car the next day (Monday), We were simply given the keys without any ceremony, my seat covers were not done, I wasn't given my car cover, which I had specifically requested for, and now he isnt picking up my calls...I really cant imagine...its just so unacceptable...Cmon guys this is not how you build relationships!!! I have SANTRO EUROII 2001 car (2001) model with excellent running condition.I am availing regular service from Verma Hyundai hoshiarpur Punjab. But since last 2 services response was very poor. Even after giving the service feedback I haven't received the solution. They are not doing the scanning the my vechile during service and giving the reason that scanner is faulty or not available at this time but after that there was no call to avail the scan.
During running repair they simply insisting to replace the parts (Costly) without proper diagnostic (As scanner not available) which cause time and money loss.If not agreed to replaced the part (as not diagnostic) then threating that vechile will give the problem
I intimate to MD of Verma Hyundai (on[protected] then only Manager (Customer care ) make by car in working condition partialy. And assured me to call once scanner comes from there another service center.
But more than 10 days has been passed I havent received any call from service department . How ever I got one call from to get the service feed back at that time I informed the pending issues.
Please arange the solution so that I can run my vechile without any problem.
