Its been 2 years I have been facing difficulty with my car's Air Conditioner. It started when it met with an accident. I got it repaired from KLG auto. AC pipe was replaced and complete AC service was done and gas was refilled. After some time some kind of wierd sound started coming from the AC and I was told that Clutch bearing has gone bad and needs to be replaced. It's a 3 year old car and everytime it is serviced and repaired at a Hyundai authorized service system so I agreed for repair again this time as well. AC bearing was changed as suggested by the service tech. After a while of getting the repair done, while driving to Delhi, car started heating up. Hans Hyundai Delhi suggested that Radiator Fan motor burnt up and need to be replaced which they did. Now after that was done, after some time while driving within city some kind of banging sound started coming from under the hood of the car. When took it to Ultimate Hyundai who repaired the bearing the last time suggested that another part from the bearing has broken this time complete compressor needs to be replaced. No explanations how such a tough part broke without being hit and by just normal driving. The car just crossed 3 years and so many issues coming in the car is not fair. I am not touching the suspension and shocker for now, I have somehow started living with its bad quality as none of the service centers were successfully able to repair or replace it even when told with in the warranty period. But this AC concern is just not getting fixed. I dont think it is fair for the company to ask me to pay for the compressor cost when it is just not ready to get fixed even after getting the car serviced and repaired everytime from authorized service stations and not mishandling the car in anyway. When made this complaint at the service center, they agreed on repairing the compressor however I am still waiting for part that is in backlog for the repairs to start. Its been almost a month I am waiting for it now and nobody is ready to update that when the part will be procured and car would be repaired. I am running my car without AC for a month now. The really like my car however this experience is completely dissapointing. Need your kind attention.

    To Customer Care Hyundai India Sub: Complaint of Air condition unit, Compliant No: 1#[protected] Ref : Engine No: D4FBCU195174, Chassis No: MALCU41ULCM093544K Date of Delivery: 03/11/2012 We have taken delivery of the vehicle Hyundai Verna Vehicle no: Kl- 11 AP 1938 from KTC Calicut on 03/11/2012. We were having problem with the Air condition unit from day one, which was put into the notice of your dealer. They took two to three days to change the AC compressor and switches. Every 3 to 4 months I had to visit your dealer showroom to calibrate and check the AC. Hope you can understand the agony of tacking my new car to the service center every few months.       Hyndaii xcent bearing R.No. GA 06 E 1086 met with an accident on 18.03.2015 and handed over to GOA Hyundai verna on 19.03.2015 as there was Goa election on 18.03.2015. The initial formalities of insurance and all was done. Today its 08.04.2015, and still my car is not been taken for repair. I enquired about it and learned so, stating that, parts are yet to be recieved and work will start then. Finally the vehicle probably be delivered on 30.04.2015. Today its 20 days my vehicle is standing for waste. I should say the serivice of hyundai is so poor and irresponsible. I want the reply and immediate action asap.

        Dear Sir, I have purchases my new hyundai elite 1 20 in the month of Dec. 2014 & went for first service at Morani Hyundai work shop at gopal pura bye pass road, Riddhi siddhi chouraha, jaipur. Even not only me, through my refrences my two friends also purchases 120 Elite from Morani Hyundai, Mr. Sandeep Verma & Mr. Yuvraj sharma. My first service was satisfactory in the month of Jan 2015. Now today on dated 8/4/15, when i went again for second service, my tool kit was not with my car even it was in first service. Now today when i was submitted my car for second service i couldnt find my tool kit with my car. If i am going for service in a authorised hyundai service center & not going any where, how they can do this. My Car no is RJ 14 CX 9062. I want to keep my all services with Hyundai authorised workshop but today they demoralise to me. I want back my tool kit which has stolen through some one in work shop.           Dear Sir, We all know that Hyundai is the word we can relate to trust, partners, reliable, Global Leader and many more like this. After being connected to Hyundai one can correlate himself to be among the league of satisfied and loyal customers. We were very happy with the Hyundai when we first became proud owners of elegant car as your dealer at Gurgaon was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t last long enough. Here I would like to throw some light on the facts and figures related to the series of incidents which forced my overwhelming experience of a proud Hyundai owner to disturbed and disgruntled owner. I purchased Hyundai Verna crdi sx bs iv on 10/11/2013 using army CSD facility from HIMGIRI MOTORS, GURGAON Registration number HR 16 N 1852 purchased dated 10 November 2013, same was wrongly updated by Hyundai 1 Jan 2013 giving me first setback as a Hyundai owner, after consistent follow up with the Hyundai dealer somehow i managed to get it updated only after producing valid proofs. Then the Tsunami which hit my soul with such a force that left me disturbed and felt cheated by the previously described as very kind and professional dealer by providing us with free insurance of car i.e. Bharti AXA car insurance without giving add on benefits and depreciation cover stating it as zero dep insurance, which resulted in fatal loss to me financially when I met with an unfortunate accident near Barmer (Raj) in the first week of September 2014. After the accident I was very disturbed so I went to the nearest dealer i.e DEORA HYUNDAI, JODHPUR. Inspection was conducted by the Bharti AXA surveyor report was submitted to the dealer. The surveyor told us that we will only change broken block of the engine instead of changing entire assembly ignoring the impact due to which engine block got cracked which may have resulted in internal wear and tear of engine assembly. I wanted to have my car problem free as it was after incurring amount on a very higher side. Problems were never rectified by the Deora Hyundai, at the time of delivery they promised that every single problem has been taken care of by their service team taking a whole lot of time around 3 months. While driving back my car after 3 months from Deora Hyundai I felt my car is no longer the same as it has to be, undergone serious amount o[censored]ndue bills by Deora Hyundai. Parts which never meant to change were changed by Deora in order to make money, beside whole Engine Assembly could have been changed saving my hard earned money. On the second visit to Deora Motors with respect to the problem left with the car they returned my car without rectifying the same. Being an Army personnel I have responsibilities towards my country So, I have to move to Palampur(H.P.). I took the vehicle to sant Hyundai with all these problems but they refused to provide any assistance on the problems saying that the vehicle is accidental and we will not be able to rectify it and told me to take it to Deora Hyundai, Jodhpur.I took the vehicle to sant Hyundai twice but all in vain. I was frustrated as my favourite vehicle was not getting fixed by anyone, so I filed a case against Deora Hyundai, jodhpur and Bharti axa insurance in consumer court of jaisalmer as entitled services have been denied to me by both the parties. I brought my vehicle to Rohtak, Haryana to shristi Hyundai, Rohtak for service, they also told me same stating that vehicle needs urgent attention but I will have to pay for that expense Now the problem is that I spent 11 lakhs to buy this vehicle which unfortunately met with an accident For which I will have to pay a lot of money even when vehicle is not running smoothly. 1. Vehicle is under 6 months of accidental repair warranty 2. Vehicle is under 2 years of maintenance warranty which is not worth as everyone saying vehicle is accidental 3. Vehicle is now under zero dep insurance I don’t want to take my vehicle to Deora Hyundai, Jodhpur due to lack of trust in him. I don’t want my vehicle to be repaired by him anymore. I request Hyundai motor india limited to get it repaired here in shristi Hyundai, Rohtak using any of the above mentioned benefit. I am not willing to pay any extra money for the same problem. I humbly request HMIL to look into matter ASAP and get my vehicle repaired as I am also short of leave. I am so much frustrated and depressed that I will take help of consumer court, electronic media or any other source to get my vehicle repaired. Early action is requested pl.             I met with an accident in Bahadurgarh on 3rd march night and my vehicle(dl 4cag 5280, accent) is lying at Drishti Hyundai since then. I have following complaints against the dealer workshop:- 1. My vehicle was not attended till 10th March wherein I met Mr NITIN to whom I have sent all mail & details with claim forms and he gave me a clumsy reason that cos of Holi service guys we were not able to lodge the claim and get your work started although I had sent all my documents on 4th and 5th March respectively(MAIL ATTACHED) 2. His Senior, Mr Saurabh Pathak (Body Shop Manager – [protected]) came into picture and took me to my vehicle(ON 10TH MARCH ITSELF) and assured me that vehicle will be handed over to me max within 10 days or max by 20th March. 3. Till date, after so many follow ups by myself and visits done by my friend (Mr anil Bhatti from Bahadurgarh), vehicle has not been repaired rather we are getting excuses that part is not there which is supposed to come from Hyundai. 4. To our surprise again, part has been ordered on 20th March only post our follow up again and till then technicians didn’t even opened or knew what needs to be done or what inventory does workshop have? 5. Its 31st March today, and still the part has not come and we are waiting any answers from body shop guys. PLS LET US KNOW WHEN WILL THE VEHICLE BE DELIVERED TO ME OR TRANSFER MY CAR TO DEEP HYUNDAI AT MUNDKA BODYSHOP IF DRISHTI HYUNDAI DOESNOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO REPAIR. I AM ALSO AFRAID REGARDING THE GENUINEITY OF PARTS AND OTHER ORIGINAL PARTS WHICH WERE THERE IN MY CAR. PLS CONTACT AMIT @[protected] OR EMAIL AT [protected]@gmail.com

              This is karthik . My car fluidic verna tn-06-h-2646, on march 17 i left my car for service at kun adyar . servicing Was done good but my audio system (worth 1 lakh) has been tampered badly by technicians. Now amplifier has been damaged, sat-nav micro chip is stolen, number plate frame, logo in alloy wheel is missing all these together cost me 10000₹ . still my car is in shed and its intolerable for me . mr.srikant assist manager promised me he will take care but still nothing is happening . Even if i visit him he is not ready to convince me . Its been many days since my car is standing with no work in garage, i am worried about the other engine components, as they did so much to me and how can i be sure that all engine components and other parts of my car will not be replaced with faulty ones.                 Hello, I, Sampat Jain, owner of i20 asta diesel model, VIN :- MALBB51SLBM380899, reg no :MH43AJ7917 wants to bring to your notice about your product being defective right from the time i purchased the car in january 2011, i had to face many issues from the day i purchased, Please check my record and you can see i have to go to the service center regularly. i had been complaining about AC and the suspension on the rear side since i have purchased the car.Every time i visited and they falsely told that the issue was solved.they are only interested in closing the complaint.I am truly fed up of the harrasment which your guys have given all these 4 years.The sharayu guys specially mr.vinayak kalunge and his manager mr.saket knows this issue from the inception.Everytime i have given car they have applied grease and told me it would solve the issue.and they never did it in warranty and now they threaten me with absurd charges.They say the car has passed all quality tests but i doubt the certification is true.i dont have any faith left in hyundai and its employees.service manager and employees didnt act on the issues and now they ask money for replacement of parts.i am angry and frustrated by the "chalta hai" attitude of your employees.I have tolerated enough and dont even feel like giving car to authorized service centers. Hyundai charges more and also doesnt deliver at promises. I am attaching the copy of repair order, you can see the remark made by mr.vinayak, and also sympathizes me for buying such a defective car. If hyundai is unable to solve my issue permanently, i will dispose my car and will never buy, also will let others know by warning my other friends and colleagues for such horrific experience.                   To Hyundai This is Salim Mohammed resident of Chandrapur, Maharashtra, I have bought a Grand I 10 Sportz 1.2BS IV from Ketan Hyundai on 13th of October 2014. I was travelling on 3rd of March 2015 from Hyderabad to Chandrapur I don’t know what went wrong and what hit the oil sump and broken down accidently and I kept on driving as I did not see any indication on the dash board related to oil I stopped the vehicle when I felt the sound of engine has slightly changed then I called Hyundai representatives and they found that the oil has been drained because the oil sump was broken The person checked and he also found that there is no indication of no oil on dash board and they towed it to Hyundai showroom after opening the oil sump they found that the connecting rod bearing and crankshaft also got damaged but as it was accidentally happened they should at least consider warranty or insurance but I am not able to get anything from them, now after all this they ordered spares and spares arrived on 18.03.15 but they forgot to order piston rings for that they are delaying to repair the vehicle which type of service is this? They made the total of 76000 Inrs. I had spent money from my pocket so if you can consider this matter I will be grateful to you, at least some compensation should be there they are able to get only oil pan from insurance but nothing like warranty and the vehicle has run only 8700kms so pl. consider my matter. It has become monopoly of Ketan Hyundai here if you take a proper survey you will know that most of the customers are not happy and diverting to another brands.                     Dear Hyundai, I am having I20 Magna Diesel car with reg no AP04AS4786, getting the mileage 10.5km per litre.Made a complaint in the month of November 2014 to Lakshmi Hyundai workshop madinaguda Hyderabad. The Cheated me by telling your vehicle getting 19 to 21 km mileage but yesterday again i took my vehicle to them and had mileage test along with their executives its getting 10.5 km per litre. Please solve my problem and take necessary action to get more mileage for my vehicle.

                      I have taken my Hyundai i10 vehicle (TN 10 Y 9596) to Saligramam, Chennai, TamilNadu service center for free car check up and they have brainstormed us to take our car for painting to coat the scratch part across the vehicle(minimal scratches). They kept our vehicle for more than one week and finally they have painted only at left side and nothing done at rear and right side of the body. Moreover, they have damaged our antenna but not informed to us while delivering the vehicle and also in the repaired side we could see paste (Patti) which shows they haven't painted well. Its such a worst service quality delivery by Hyundai Service Center which disparately brings bad impression on the Hyndai trained engineers and also they have replaced local antenna which spoiled the vehicle originality. Therefore, please investigate this case and revert back.

                        I have bought i20 diesel Magna( new) in year March 2012 from Krrish Hyundai Danapur, Patna, Bihar and gifted to my son Dr. Ranjiv Kumar. Due to manufacturing fault or Krrish Hyundai has sold to me customer demonstration model after refurbishing. Due to both reason steering lock is broken down to jam not rotating. I have made complain to Krrish Hyundai but he refused to change or if repair which cost me NR15000 with out any guaranty of lock not even a single day . What a foolish logic is? Brand new car in to years only driven few thousand KM the steering lock is broken and if he will repair it no guaranty it will how long. It u buy Bajaj electric room heater in NR2000 its switch has guaranty of 2yrs. You r fool if you buy a Hyundai car for NR700000 no guaranty or warranty . what a shame . I have Maruti ZEN VX has nothing gone wrong in 14 yrs.In near future I will never buy this again!!!

                          I am vikram singh from erode. I booked i20 asta on[protected]. At the time of booking i give 30000 and loan from bank 500000.manager said we give delivery in 6 week means[protected]. But they did not give delivery till now. When i call they said that we not know the adjuct time of delivery. I am very sad from this type of poor response.

                            I have purchased Hundai xcent from AS Motors Gwalior. I have deposited entire amount on 16.3.2015, delivery given on 21st march, 2015. Since then i am waiting for my registration number. 14 days have been passed, i am asking them when they have deposited Tax before RTO Gwalior but they are not giving any response. I can not go out because vehicle is not registered. Rajendra Bhargava.

                              I purchased car from goyal hyundai ludhiana last 30may, 2014 after 2 months road tax increases and i already applied for number request before but staff of your branch didnot applied for number and while purchasing car i got loyality bonus from your side they also cancelled it while time of applying RC whats my mistake in it ??? Either pay my increase road tax with loyality bonus to me back or else i will charge a case against you for make fake promises

                                Hello sir I am Aditya Gupta from Raebareli. My father Mr Deo Narayan Gupta had booked i20 elite magna mystic blue colour on 22 march from SAS Hyundai Raebareli at Rs 10, 000 as booking amount. After 8 days, sales leader Mr Hansraj Bajaj call me and asked for extra 40, 000 Rs for booking when I denied to give he said it is necessary without it he can not complete order as his manager said to him. If 10, 000rs is not enough for booking then why did he book on 22 march. It shows his bad faith only and prevents me for deal. I request for your interference on this matter and If this is the way of hyundai how it treats to its customer then really I am disappointed. Thankyou

                                  Dear Team i purchased new i10 in month of augest 2014 from tonk, rajasthan (Morani motors).Due to some incident my rear bumper got broken. i went to service centre and they told me that we have to give order of rear bumper to jaipur and it will come thereafter within four days, i came back and i called after 5 days they told me rear bumper is not available at jaipur it will take some more time again i called after 10 days again they told bumper is not available at tonk and not even jaipur also. i wonder that i10 is most popular car and rear bumper is basic accessiories after that i am facing this kind of services . is company is getting block to manufacturing this car or i made mistake to purchase this car . i would like to get positive response from hyundai.                                     got my hundai i10 car Reg no: HR26AY 7225 serviced on 27th March 2015 from Chaudhary Hundai in Bijnore. They have charged around 10000. However I have paid the complete amount. But after the service I am facing lot of issue. I am not able to start my car. Moreover I was stucked two times in the night on national highway due to starting problem. I have contacted the service center many a times but till now my problem could not be solved. I guess the parts that they have replaced during the service are defected or duplicate. I am very much depressed with the service of Hyundai. It is my worst experience with hyundai. Although they have charged a big amount, still they could not provide good service. This experience will not doubt demoralize the customer from approaching Hyundai authorized service center for service.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings of the day Iam Saneesh kumar from Trivandrum, Kerala, I have a complaint regarding my Hyundai Eon D-lite+.I bought my car from Hilton Hyundai Trivandrum, I got a very good offer from the sales team and Iam fully satisfied.After one month I feel a noise from the steering side, at the same time I informed to the Hilton service team.This is my first experience with the service team.They checked my car and nothing was found.After that I went to my home town Kottayam, Kerala, that time one free check up camp is going on MGF Hyundai Vadavathoor, Kottayam, I gave my vehicle to them and they found that car silencer was damaged.They ordered the parts and changed it within two days.Again I gave my car to Hilton Hyundai for the remaining services.A few days after my last service I heard one free check up camp conducted by Hilton, I gave my car also, that time they told me that your car silencer was damaged.I shouted at the technician as they haven't mentioned the time of free service.I have taken an additional warranty at the time of purchase.They told me that additional warranty doesn't cover silencer.It's purely the service on hearing this is i argued with them saying whose fault is it.Finally they agreed to replace the silencer.The very next day they had changed my silencer.At the of delivery I noticed my car running board was damaged.I informed to the service manager Mr.Jithu and he told me that now he is busy but will check once he is free then he got back to me after a weeks time.On checking the vehicle he has agreed and accepted the fault but unable to help me as the amount for that part is on a higher side.He advised to do the work on the paid service and the same to be claimed from the insurance. I have refused the offer given to by Mr.Jithu as I have felt that I have been cheated as i have in the past raised the same issue and got reply that there is no problem.I informed him that I will take this matter up with the Hyundai company personnel. It is my humble request to you, kindly look into the matter, as other member having Hyundai vehicle should not suffer due to technicians mistake and on top of it denying the actual fact. Your earlier response on the above mentioned matter would be highly appreciable.                                         Dear Team I have purchased new Hyundai EON Era+ from KUN Hyundai (Kairthabad) showroom on 31August2013 under exchange of my Maruthi Suzuki Esteem as a down payment. This was handled by your sales executive Mr. Chandra Shekar. But till now the Owner name of my old vehicle has not changed, it’s still exits on my mother name. I have visited and called to Kun Hyundai showroom many times to enquire about change of ownership of my old esteem vehicle. Every time a new person comes in to picture and tells me that they will enquire about this and call me back. But no updates are received from your end.
