water leakage from the body shell inside the car

I buy i20 mangna o in september 2011 and the problem that i am facing is that whenever i wash my car or during rain the water from the body shell leaks inside the car. This must be technical error because my car is in good condition but earlier i ignore this problem but now it become critical as water leakage increases very much. This compliant is in response to the call received from one your car dealers Dream Hyundai in Ghaziabad, Uttar pradesh. I received a call in respect to expiry of my warranty of 2 years but as at the time of purchase Mr Shyam Veer sales person and Mr Pant provided me the signed documents in respect to 1 years extended warranty i.e 2 + 1 year extended warranty. Copy already provide to Priyanka in dream Hyundai. Now for the same they are now saying this document is not provided by them and no extended warranty exists and will expire on 30th March 15. For clarification I called Shyam veer several times but he is not responding to my calls. This is the services I never expected from the Hyundai dealers. They are asking me to visit the branch, which I am unable to do so. This is purely harassment of the customer after purchasing the vehicles and providing the proofs which you people are reluctant to oblige. I had never complained about various other incident I faced during the free services, but this is a high time and feel should have reported all the incident and initially filled complaints against the wrong doing of your sales people.     I have purchased Hundai I-10 Sportz on 3-1-2014 from Hundai show room ie RITU AUTOMOBILE PVT. LTD, Sarawak Baka kalyan.After 4 months I received RC book but instead of my car model SPORTZ it was stated MAGNA.Again form was submitted for correction by show room RTO executive (as he stated).Now almost 1 year passed, I have not received my corrected RC book. I. I repeatedly requesting them for the office copy of form which they have submitted to RTO.Repeatedly calling them but they r least bothered.My husband who is senior citizen going many times n requesting them, .We can not go out of town without RC book.Many times after 1 call our phones R not picked up by executives.I am 55 yrs working lady an not go personally every now n then. I. After trying maximum sources I had to complain abt RITU AUTOMOBILE PVT. LTd, SARAWALI NAKA kalyan. Thanks and Regards

      I send my car verna fluidic to service center navjivannavjivan motors surat. Their driver has come and take my car for service and promise me to deliver at 6:00 clock but they didn't delivery then I call them they said me deliver at 9:00 pm, but they didn't. I call I'm morning at 9:00 am they said they will deliver at 9:30 am. whenever I call they ask about my cars detail. I hope you will take strict action. Ur service is very very poor.

          I have intended to purchase a new Hundai car(XCENT, SX(O), PETROL,
          WHITE COLOUR)from your Rourkela, Orissa dealer.Today I have come to
          know from your dealer that M/S Hundai is giving 50% rebet in
          insurance policy for the same model.I have allready achieved 50%
          rebet from Natinal Insurance for my old Maruti car and National
          Insurance has agreed to transfer the existing insurance(with present
          50% rebet) to new Hundai car.
          In view of the above I request you to give the same amount of rebet
          not in insurance but in Ex-Show Room Price.I would also like to
          mention similar rebet was given by your Rourkela dealer to one of my
          friend when he purchased Hundai Centro car(four to five years
          ago).Right now if you do not extend the same facility to me I may go

            I have book my car on 15th Jan 2015 in Triumph Hyundai, near YMCA College Faridabad. The person dealing with me Mr. Ajay Verma insure me that he will deliver my Elite i20 magna model by 7th March 2015 but today its 20th march 2015 and still he is not ready to deliver my car. I have paid the amount as well as fulfilled all the necessary documents required.
            I would be very thankful to you i[censored]h see to my complaint as soon as possible and take strict action against Mr. Ajay Verma.

              sir, Im Anil Nair from Thiruvananthapuram Kerala. i own a Hyundai Grandi10 Sportz Petrol car(Black Colour) The Registration number is KL-01-BN-4723. its more than 1 year since i purchased the car. at the time of purchase i was told that the car would get a mileage of around 19km/ltr. but the problem is that im not even getting 10km /ltr.                 I 20 Vehicle No :TN20BQ 4507, Self driven.Total distance covered 21659 Km Only . On march 12.03.15 while travelling with family Burning smell observed inside cabin & found Engine compartment is full of smoke and Car escaped from catching fire due to bad service . HISTORY:On Dec 14 vehicle went for A/C repair and Evaporator assy, A/C compressor oil, A/C gas replaced at Oman hyundai service centre.Poonamallee and around Rs 5000 charged. FAILIURE:With in three months this incident happened with a total Km of around 450 after service ACTION TAKEN: Car taken by Oman service centre for diagnosis and informed me A/C compressor, Condenser, Expansion valve, hose etc got failed and estimate of around 40000 is given which is shocking and not accepted of their poor service. So I raised Call log & mail raised to Hyundai service management for investigation to confirm Service or system failure and get some support .After 3 days Hyundai service management confirmed the duplication of same what Oman has said . As a customer how a proven running model i 20 will have this safety issue and why the service centre has not identified during service on dec 14 and lead to such big failure. Already 5000 is spent and another 40000 how a customer will afford such huge amount. No support or help from hyundai management which makes me total dissatisfied. Requesting hyundai management to look into this issue once again and do some needful for customer satisfaction. Looking forward to hearing from you. Vimal Kumar.J [protected]

                  I am Vishnu. I currently owns a 2011 model i20 Asta. Gave my car for replacing of steering ball joint and shock insulator yesterday (18/03/2015) to SS Hyundai Mavelikkara - Thiruvalla Road, Mavelikara, Kerala 690101. They told that it will take them 1 day to repair and asked to collect my car today by 11. (19/03/2015). As per the comunication went today to pick my car and what I saw was shocking. The front glass of the car is completely broken and the service centre didn't even show the basic courtesy to call and inform the situation. And once I reached the service center they are telling like they won't charge anything for replacing the glass. (as if it happened from my side) please look into the issue and please do take necessary action on the issue. and i am sorry to inform that i am not at all satisfied with hyundai service and will never recommend anyone to take a car from hyundai in the future.

                    Dear sir, I purchased the Hyundai Xcent Sx(o) Red Passion From ( RIYA CARS PVT LTD.) Mahesana Gujarat.. on Dated 21/04/2014. I Confirmed the Car in Rs. 8, 68, 000/- Only on Road.. and for that i gave him Cheque of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- on dated 26/03/2014 with Cheque No. 14 of HDFC BANK LTD for booking... Then again I gave them second cheque of Rs. 68, 000/- on dated 15/04/2014 with Cheque No. 18 of HDFC BANK LTD. And the Remain amount of Rs. 7, 00, 000/- was Given by my HDFC BANK LOAN ACCOUNT. Now the problem is after deleivery of my car they give me the leagle doccumets like Invoice, Insurance, Rto. etc.. but its not matched the totle figure of Rs. 8, 68, 000/- I call them to send me the statement of my car but they are very irresponsible and nobody listen to my complain.. I call to them so many time.. but each and everytime they given me some non sence reasons...like accountant is not available today or accountant is on meeting etc.. and I m leaving in Ahmedabad City which is far away from mahesana so its not possible to go there everyday... Now I m Hopeless and tired of this matter and I mentally thought that they are cheat with me ... So I request you to help me for this... otherwise i have to go for leagle action ...                       Dear Sir, I have 2 Hyundai cars Santro and Getz. I had approached Hyundai Mithila service centre at Mira Road for some issues with the car.The mechanics there are not well trained to handle the problem neither they are technically savy to identify the problem . My getz car had a problem with gear box and little bit problem with pick up, after getting the repair done at Mithila the problem worsen . I have almost paid 5000 Rs for getz and 8500 Rs for repairing santro car but the problem has worsen after that. The mechanics there are experimenting with the car. Both the cars were in good condition but after the repair there are major problems . They just want to extract money from the customer . I need help from the managent to get my problem resolved or please refund my money back . Its been a very horrible experience with Hyundai. Regards Apolina [protected]

                        We are deeply disappointed for buying car through "Hyundai Advantage". The excitement of being proud owner of i20 car lasted only few days, as one started facing problem just after 3days of purchase, wherein one of the door was not getting locked through remote, and clutch was bit hard during use. While the door problem sorted out, with regard to clutch problem the representative in the store told, nothing to worry it will get better by time and there's anyway one year warranty for buying through Hyundai advantage! From the past few weeks, my son was frequently expressing problem and when approached the showroom the same representative told to approach the service center it will be sorted out, when approached the Hyundai service center, we were told clutch and some other parts need to be replaced and will cost Rs 33, 000/- plus, when asked about guarantee we were told clutch doesn't come under guarantee! Further we were told by service as per their records the vehicle was last serviced on 12th Dec 2013, whereas I bought the vehicle on 19th October 2015 vide their sale agreement number 669 dated 19th October 2014, which means intentionally they haven't done the servicing and sold it us with many problems in the vehicle and trying to make money now! Further when I handed over the vehicle for servicing today, I saw there's a free service week was on starting from 13th March to 22nd March! With 1 year free service warranty up to 20, 000 Km's, with just 3 months o[censored]se hardly run for 3000 Km's. If Rs 33000/- is charged during free service period, I feel there's something seriously wrong and Hyundai has completely cheated me! I tried complaining to company officials but no one shared any company official number, tried lodging complaint through website wasn't successful as it worked only for taking good customer stories not the service complaints!

                          I took i20 elite sports, while taking the car I was told that you will get average of 18 km per ltr but I am getting 10 and on first servicing when I told that I am getting average of 10 they said after second servicing you will get 18, but it was not mentioned anywhere that after 2nd service it will improve. Pls try to solve my problem of fuel average as now I am feeling I was cheated and this I never expect from hyundai as before this I was driving i10.

                              I have purchased the subject car on 19th April 2013 from NIMBUS HYUNDAI Sector-5, Noida and getting warranty services done thru Hyundai service station at Sahibabad facing no trouble till last month. But recently the noise/humming level has increased to a noticeable very higher side. I approached to the service station but they are trying to convince me saying that it happens in the disiel cars and we will show you same in new car. Mgr, workshop Mr Bist and one Asst.Mgr Mr Sonu Kumar ([protected]) from Nimbus Motors are the contact persons in this regard.Two days back they have shown me one 80, 0000 Km running car which was having almost same level as of my 15, 000 Km running car.I requested them to bring down the noise level either by reducing the rpm or whatever way but they are not able to give any solution.For last one and half year I never noticed this much noise level in my car and I was very happy with its performance.
                              Under the above situation, you are requested to look into my problem and give me a solution rather than convincing me for the same level of noise. At this stage I am feeling that why I have spent three times of a normal car when it has also started showing same performance.
                              Looking forward for a solution to the problem.

                                Hi, we have bought grand i10 sportz petrol version 6 months back from Morani Cars Pvt ltd Jaipr, and first service done on oct. 2014. After the first service engine light indication illuminates continuously. Morani car service center at gopal pura near ridhi sidhi sweets workers have very less knowledge of car issues and even they donot have the car spare parts they are unable to resolved the car issue. Then we visited to another morani's car service center at sitapura industrial area. They have replaced the sensor and took 4-5 hours to replace the sensor and issue was resolved temporarily but next day same problem persist again. My car still in morani car service center at sitapura industrial area and donot know when they will return my car. I have already taken my 2days leaves from office only for this car issue. Please resolve my car issue ASAP if they donot have any resolution then replace this car with new one. Kindly consider this email as escalation from my end and i never suggest anyone to buy hyundai car in future just bcoz of service.

                                  Car service of Advaith Hyundai is very very bad and I feel they are fleecing customers. Their service center is in devarabeesanahalli Bangalore, India. The lock button in the i20 vehicle key was broken and during regular service I asked them to fix it. The representative told me that it would approx cost about Rs1000 or Rs2000 to replace it and he took my signature in the Job card which states the approx cost is about Rs 9300 (see the attmt) for the entire service including blank key. I was shocked to see the bill for about Rs 21000 (see the attmt) during delivery and the key alone costed about Rs 11000 including all tax. Work Order: R[protected] Service Order: Rajendra Naik #1. The service representative didn't tell me the correct cost of the key when he took my signature. (The job card states Rs 9300 including blank key). #2. The shell could have been replaced for about Rs 500 instead it was replaced with a brand new key configured to a new transponder. So totally I had to pay 11, 000 for what that should have been around 500. My complaint is about the unethical way Advaith Hyundai is operating and fleecing the customers.

I am getting severe leg pain when I am driving the car, then I visited Laxmi Hyundai Service Center, Kukatpally, Hyderabad last Sunday, they temporarily fix the problem, now again same problem repeats and even Car performance get down.
