I purchased car from goyal hyundai ludhiana last 30may, 2014 after 2 months road tax increases and i already applied for number request before but staff of your branch didnot applied for number and while purchasing car i got loyality bonus from your side they also cancelled it while time of applying RC whats my mistake in it ??? Either pay my increase road tax with loyality bonus to me back or else i will charge a case against you for make fake promises

    Hello sir I am Aditya Gupta from Raebareli. My father Mr Deo Narayan Gupta had booked i20 elite magna mystic blue colour on 22 march from SAS Hyundai Raebareli at Rs 10, 000 as booking amount. After 8 days, sales leader Mr Hansraj Bajaj call me and asked for extra 40, 000 Rs for booking when I denied to give he said it is necessary without it he can not complete order as his manager said to him. If 10, 000rs is not enough for booking then why did he book on 22 march. It shows his bad faith only and prevents me for deal. I request for your interference on this matter and If this is the way of hyundai how it treats to its customer then really I am disappointed. Thankyou

      Dear Team i purchased new i10 in month of augest 2014 from tonk, rajasthan (Morani motors).Due to some incident my rear bumper got broken. i went to service centre and they told me that we have to give order of rear bumper to jaipur and it will come thereafter within four days, i came back and i called after 5 days they told me rear bumper is not available at jaipur it will take some more time again i called after 10 days again they told bumper is not available at tonk and not even jaipur also. i wonder that i10 is most popular car and rear bumper is basic accessiories after that i am facing this kind of services . is company is getting block to manufacturing this car or i made mistake to purchase this car . i would like to get positive response from hyundai.         got my hundai i10 car Reg no: HR26AY 7225 serviced on 27th March 2015 from Chaudhary Hundai in Bijnore. They have charged around 10000. However I have paid the complete amount. But after the service I am facing lot of issue. I am not able to start my car. Moreover I was stucked two times in the night on national highway due to starting problem. I have contacted the service center many a times but till now my problem could not be solved. I guess the parts that they have replaced during the service are defected or duplicate. I am very much depressed with the service of Hyundai. It is my worst experience with hyundai. Although they have charged a big amount, still they could not provide good service. This experience will not doubt demoralize the customer from approaching Hyundai authorized service center for service.           Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings of the day Iam Saneesh kumar from Trivandrum, Kerala, I have a complaint regarding my Hyundai Eon D-lite+.I bought my car from Hilton Hyundai Trivandrum, I got a very good offer from the sales team and Iam fully satisfied.After one month I feel a noise from the steering side, at the same time I informed to the Hilton service team.This is my first experience with the service team.They checked my car and nothing was found.After that I went to my home town Kottayam, Kerala, that time one free check up camp is going on MGF Hyundai Vadavathoor, Kottayam, I gave my vehicle to them and they found that car silencer was damaged.They ordered the parts and changed it within two days.Again I gave my car to Hilton Hyundai for the remaining services.A few days after my last service I heard one free check up camp conducted by Hilton, I gave my car also, that time they told me that your car silencer was damaged.I shouted at the technician as they haven't mentioned the time of free service.I have taken an additional warranty at the time of purchase.They told me that additional warranty doesn't cover silencer.It's purely the service on hearing this is i argued with them saying whose fault is it.Finally they agreed to replace the silencer.The very next day they had changed my silencer.At the of delivery I noticed my car running board was damaged.I informed to the service manager Mr.Jithu and he told me that now he is busy but will check once he is free then he got back to me after a weeks time.On checking the vehicle he has agreed and accepted the fault but unable to help me as the amount for that part is on a higher side.He advised to do the work on the paid service and the same to be claimed from the insurance. I have refused the offer given to by Mr.Jithu as I have felt that I have been cheated as i have in the past raised the same issue and got reply that there is no problem.I informed him that I will take this matter up with the Hyundai company personnel. It is my humble request to you, kindly look into the matter, as other member having Hyundai vehicle should not suffer due to technicians mistake and on top of it denying the actual fact. Your earlier response on the above mentioned matter would be highly appreciable. This was handled by your sales executive Mr. Chandra Shekar. But till now the Owner name of my old vehicle has not changed, it’s still exits on my mother name. I have visited and called to Kun Hyundai showroom many times to enquire about change of ownership of my old esteem vehicle.               Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchased a Hyundai Verna (RJ14 CY 2320) car on 1st January 2015 from MORANI HYUNDAI, Tonk Road, Jaipur ( Raj). Few days ago i got to know the car has manufacturing defect in its AC Vents as I started AC its AC vents directions clips of three vents broken up Then i called up to MORANI HYNDAI and conversation had with MS. Bhawana & Ms. Vandana for my complain but didn’t get any positive response from both of them, They said to me it’s a plastic body part it’s not come into warranty so i have to pay for this and I got hurted by Bahwana’s rude behaviour as a GM she need to be very polite with customers .You are requested to consider my problem earliest. The Manager said that the car is ready and will be delievered on February, 7 and asked us to pay the full amount. We too paid the full amount Rs. 400346/- through cheque on February, 7 and released the HDFC loan on the same date.But we have not received the car till now...March, 30. More than that The Company is not responding well and The Manager is not paying any attention to any of our queries. We trusted and paid the amount only because of the name and fame of The HYUNDAI.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam, My vehicle No- MH14, EP 8758, bought on Date 11-Dec-2014, from Kundan Motors, Thermax Chowk, Pune. Today morning met with an accident with Hero Honda Splendor(2 Wheeler). Cuasing my bumper and fender damage. I was shocked to see, not even a scratch on The 2 Wheeler, where as my vehicle was in bad shape. Attached snaps for your reference. I would like to ask you below questions. 1. The Bumper mounting Flange/ Bracket is broken. The flange thickness is hardly 0.8mm. Do Hyundai Motors think that, this much strength is OK for a exterior Bumper? 2. Fender is mounted on top and only with 1 mounting hole in the bottom. Is it really sufficient for the Big Fender? 3. How the vehicle got tested, when your vehicle can't even hold the minimum load of a minor accident? 4. There is not cover to Coolant tank, if any vehicle hits directly to bumper then, your coolant will also get damage easily? Is this the real design. It is really shocking to see the condition of the vehicle.. Though i know, i can claim the Insurance, but i dont want to it, unless your team visits and see the vehicle condition and solve my queries. Awaitng your reply at the earliest, so that it will help me to take further action.

                        Name : Jiten Suvarna Mobile number:- [protected] car : i20 elite diesel asta hi i booked the elite i20 asta diesel on the 20th january 2015. i was informed by the sales representative Joel Castelino that the car will be alloted to me by feb 5th 2015 and will be delivered to mumbai from chennai factory by the 10th feb 2015 after which the registration process will take 5-10 days maximum so was promised by 15th or maximum by the 20th of febuary i should recieve the delivery of the car. 21st of feb is my mothers birthday. it was her 60th and wanted to make it special by taking the delivery on her birthday. i was exited as this was my first new car that i bought on my own money. i did inform joel that i have applied for a loan through Mahindra Finance and i can have the loan amount dispersed out to shreenath hyundai LTD as i dont have any problems if the emi starts from feb or march itself. joel informed me that in the past he has faced customer complaints that emi payments have started and they have not recieved the delivery of the car. i told him i dont mind paying the emi from feb itsel[censored]pon which he said not to disburse the funds. i reminded him that it was my moms birthday on the 21st febuary and i dont want any delays. he then informed me that on the 5th febuary 2015 once the car is alloted from chennai i can pay the downpayment and have the loan amount disbursed from the bank. he asked me for the mahindra finance rep name and number and i forwarded the details to him. he said that he will coordinate with the bank. i checked online for insurance rates and i was told by joel that it is compulsory for me to buy insurance from shreenath hyundai itself and i dont have another choice, he was offering me insurance for approx 33, 000 that covers zero depreciation also and i checked online i was getting insurance for 16, 000 i called the insurance company (ICICI PRU) and spoke to them abt buying insurance from them. ICICI rep informed me that the Hyundai sales rep will have a commision if i buy it from them. i then called up joel and explained to him that the insurance is a bit expensive upon which i was told that i did not have another option and was told that the car that was initially alloted to me can change and i may have to wait also i was scared and had to do whatever was told to me. then later i requested him for the car chasis number and vin number that was alloted to me. he texted me the details thats when i was assured that the car has reached mumbai i then again requested him abt the expensive insurance that he was selling he then asked me to speak to his manager swati chauhan about the same i spoke to her on the phone and i was told the same that i dont have any other option. i spoke to icici rep over the phone and i was told that it was my right to choose whichever insurance company i want and shreenath hyundai is a car dealer that sells cars and not insurance. so around the 13th feb 2015 i visited the showroom to pay the down payment without the insurance premium. joel was not availableat the store. i had informed him a day is advance that i will come to pay the downpayment by cash and is it okay if i pay cash will they accept it, he said its okay to pay entire downpayment by cash. since joel was not available swati chauhan attended to me i told her that i have decided to buy insurance on my own and that it was my right to choose any insurance company i want and that they cannot force me to buy insurance from them and requested them to accept the down payment as soon as possible as i was on my way to work and was getting late. swati chauhan asked me to wait for joel to return as he was on a test drive. after waiting for 30 long minutes doing nothing just waiting i told her that i was late for my shift and i just wanted to make the downpayment and will speak to joel later. she then said that she wont accept full cash downpayment and needs a certain percentage by check also. i then told her that she was just trying to manipulate things just because i decided to buy cheaper insurance from elsewhere. LATER SWATI chauhan says joel confessed to her that he had misinformed me that they accept full downpayment by cash. swati chauhan requested me to pay 15, 000 rupees by check and 1, 97, 430 rupees by cash wch i paid on the 14th feb 2015 and i told her that i will forward the insurance details to them by email. now i was just waiting for the delivery of the car i called the showroom to check the delivery i was told by joel that they have not yet received the Delivery order from the bank and once they recieve the DO (delivery order) the next day the car is forwarded for rto registration and since i was booking special number i just have to wait one day to get tax reciept and i can then take the delivery. after all false turn around time given my moms birthday passed and did not recieve delivery on time i did check online for reviews and got to know that i will recieve a call to know abt my buying experience i waited for that call desperately but never recieved one. i tried to download mobile app for hyundai and was not able to register as joel had smartly added his number in my details as he decided to take that feedback call and manipulate things there also. i gave the car for first service last week and when i enquired what is the phone number that they have for me they said it was [protected] when i dialed that number joels name showed up on my screen. how i wish i knew wheather or not the feed back call is completed or not for my profile if yes what is the score so that i can take legal actions for fraud. i wish Joel Castelino and Swati Chauhan be terminated from their services or be put through rigourous training on how the sales process works and refrain from providing false or misleading information. i really dont know if this feedback is going to be considered or even be read but if not hyundai atleast potential buyers should be aware of the kind of service you provide. i was way too dissapointed as i was not even offered a cheapest service as complimentary for the false misleading info provided or extended waiting period. car promised delivery on the 21st febuary 2015 actually recieved delivery on the 3rd march 2015.

                          On 30 March i reached at Shri Jangir Service Centre Sikar Rajasthan to repair my Verna but the Management was not helping, Manager said, "We will not repair your car at any cost take away " Before it we visited service centre on 28th March, They suggested to come on Monday 30th March. At last after 100 km journey they are not helping us. Management is totaly unhelpful, non customer friendly.

                            I have purchased a i20 car from Berkeley Hyundai Chandigarh in July 2014. At that time the company offered me a discount of Rs 14500 in the name of Hyundai Associate Scheme Bonus. However till date I have not received a single penny from the company though I have submitted all the documents as desired by the dealership. It's a matter of shame for a big multinational like Hyundai that they have failed to reimburse the amount of bonus as promised by their dealer. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.                               Sir i have i20 sportz model which is in warranty period now i am facing some problems like indicating airbag and fuel sign in meter, backlight is not working and car meter reback. These are under warranty but they are giving wierd excuses to pay for the same means they are asking to pay money for these parts. i am very disappointed with the service of hyundai.

                              Sir srishti hyundai in rohtak (haryana) have told me very excuses for not Replacing the parts under warranty .one more thing i asked them to extend the warranty of my car but they are neglecting this too. I am highly shocked and surprised to see their bad service. Plz help me out

                                sir, i want buy hyundai new car with krishna hyundai korba chhattisgarh. he is only one delear in korba distt. i want purchasing new car with krishna hyundai korba with self registration of insurance and RTO by my private agent at the time of showroom delevery. because of charges of vhehicle registration and insurance are much higher then market available plans with my prvt agent. bur dealer is not agree to selling the car without its registration and insurance cost . and he said that its policy only for two new model i20active and i20elite. and i can buy another model without its registration and insurnace by own risk of private registration and insurance with self cost. sir dealer forcing me to take registration and insurance with its own agent, but due to higher cost of its agent i want self service of registraion and insurance. but krishna hyundai not agree to delivery without that. he saiid also that it is a hyundai notor india limited policy.sir its monopolicy of the dealer. so consider my problem once that is it a necessary to take insurance and registration with higher cost of delear agent to buy the nwe car ?

                                  Sir, I have purchase I 20sportz BS4BSIV from Sri Jayalakshmi Automoblie Pvt Ltd visakhapatnam vide invoice no.VZ[protected] dt.30.7.14. I was assured about the mileage of the car as 13-14 kms in local and 16-18 on highway on the belief of the information I have purchased the same. But, while we are riding the car it is coming only 9 in local and 10.5 on highway. So, we made complaint on the same and the car was given for checking and testing for number of times even then it was not rectified. It was proved even on their test drive. But, instead of rectifying the problem they are asking us to use for some more time. Now, it has passed around 8 months still the problem is as it is. So, we would like to know should we be carried out by such false information and to suffer or would you like to have a confident and fair information to the customers. We now, bring to your kind notice, that you are requested to look into the matter and do justice to me either by changing the necessary parts which is increase the efficiency of the mileage or do what best can be done to have a feel that we are with a company which really care for thier customers.                                     गाडी सर्विसिंग झाल्यावर 2 तास झाले तरी गाड़ी वॉशिंग करता येत नाही. तसेच एवढा वेळ का लागले विचारले असता उत्तर मिळाले की व्हील कॅप बसवत होतो. पण व्हील कॅप बसवायला 2 तास लागत नाहीत. आणि गाड़ी सर्विसिंग झाल्यावर नुसती उभी ठेवलेली. वॉशिंग करून भेटनार नसेल तर आधी कस्टमर ला तसे सांगावे.
