Dear sir i buy car hyundai eon from novelty hyundai from amritsar g.t. road. My complaint is regarding car RC which is i not received yet .i buy car last 2 month. And many time i contact hyundai show room to for rc .But every time they missguide me. Staff says me to take temporary number again, but i think this is not the right procedure.I already paid tax which is increase in punjab. Please resolve my problem or suggest me if any legal way to take me papers . No staff member knows when they delivered my RC .     I have been booked a new Xcent topend model in petrol version Sleek Sliver on 20.12.2014 by paying Rs.5000/- as advance under exchange of our Alto Car by SABOO HYUNDAI CARS PVT LTD, METTUGUDA, SECUNDERABAD / HYDERABAD. During this time I have been sanctioned my car loan from IDBI bank for Rs.5 Lakhs and taken DD. on 22.12.2014 called respective sales executive for booking of my car then they told me that car has been booked and it will be delivered by the end of the this month. on 23.12.2014 Saboo executive called and telling me to take another model car as your booked car is not available. I was shocked and I immediately rushed to the showroom and clarified that how you people are booked and how you have been taken Rs.5000/- as advance. On 22.12.2014 SAboo executive came to my residence taken my old car documents i.e. ORIGINAL R.C. AND INSURANCE OF MY CAR under exchange. Several calls for confirmation only I have been provided all the required documents are provided by me. In this issue I under stood that Saboo people are selling in BLACK MARKET, and they are cheating to the genuine customer. If not provided booked car it will Leads LEGAL OBLIGATION AND WILL BE BOOKED COMPLAINT AGAINST SABOO HYUNDAI MOTORS. This totally Un-Justice. With Regards R. RAJITHA [protected]

      We ordered for a pizza on Friday(19.12.14) offer (buy 1 get 1 free ) we ordered for a medium barbecue and chicken fiesta. We placed our order at park street store and repeatedly requested to give the delivery within 30 minis and the Ms Neva of your organisation ensure us that it will be delivered within the requested time. Firstly the order was delivered almost 15 minis late we even called up Neva for the same she apologised for the same and we thought of not complaining for the issue. But to our surprise we found out that the pizzas were not properly baked and the it taste horrible . How can a company like Domino's deliver such a order. It was a treat for my office colleague from me and when I came to know about the quality I couldn't complain to the respective store because they almost finished the pizzas.         Hi, I am writing a complaint letter with dissatisfaction of the service has been done by Lakshmi Hyundai in kukatpally – Hyderabad on November 2014 . I had a starting problem with my vehicle (Hyundai Verna – KA 05 MG 2583), then I had given for servicing for Lakshmi Hyndai in kukatpally. To find out the issue, they had been taken around two days. I am not sure; the service center is running with fresher or what!. In addition, they had removed all built in wiring system. Moreover, they had opened Dash board and they had fixed abnormally. This is second time; I am facing the issue with Lakshmi Hyundai in Kukatpally – Hyderabad. Finally, I would say one word, “ We are very happy with what Hyundai Vechiles, but the issue with Hyundai authorized service centers. If Hyundai will be concentrate with Service centers, defiantly there sales will be reach high!” I have explained my version, I will be waiting for you prompt response. Thanks! ( The following is the mail and conversation I have had with Hyundai dated- Dec. 05.12.14) Dear Mr. Krishna Kumar This is further to the telephonic talk we had in the morning regarding my car, details mentioned above. as discussed I am attaching 3 photographs (on a single word doc.)clearly showing the corrosion areas on the disc brake housing, on the top fixing bracket and also on the top side of the rim of the disc. Mr. Krishna I have also given you all the feedback regarding the talk I had with Mr. Dilip Patel of Car Scanner-Baroda, Mr.Sandeep of Hyundai of Ahmedabad and also senior person at Downtown Motors Pvt. Ltd. O.P.Road – Baroda. It is very surprising that in spite of giving my background that I myself am a Q.C. Manager and having an experience of nearly 29 years where I deal with all incoming raw materials, components ( mechanical, electrical & electronics), in house, fabrication, machining, assemblies, inspection/ testing (mostly 3rd. party)painting and dispatches. Everyone is having the same attitude –“ chalta hai—aap ko koi problem nahi aayega” Its O.K sir – you will not have any problem – functionally. To the extent that vehicles in the showroom are also in the similar condition i.e corrosion in the same area. Its shocking that a new vehicle –which has a QC sticker & a bar code on the part – are rusted. What is PFI department doing? I am also told that the material varies from model to model- which is still alarming. This means that the material used in Xcent models is inferior as compared to the other models viz. Grand I-10, Santafee etc. Sir, all these talks are irresponsible and leave a bad taste. I request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest by replacing the severely rusted housings & discs or else you will be compelling me to write to the manufacturer’s. Please don’t take this as a complaint against any individual, as be rest assured that your staff has been fully supportive and helpful.             I am DR. SACHIN ADHIKARI, I have purchased my hyundai verna on 3 OCTOBER 2014 from HARSH HYUNDAI, INDORE, M.P. It has got problem of focus of its headlight on right side from day one . I mentioned this to your dealer, they said now you have to contact service centre. I took my car for servicing & mentioned this problem specifically but they have not done anything.               Hello, I have given my i10-Sportz to Ujjwal Hyundai, Nasik after an accident on 9th Nov'14. Veh Reg no. - MH-15-DM-1603. When the vehicle was delivered back to me after repair i have noticed & shown the service person about the scratches & some electrical parts were not functioning. Some of them electrical issue were fixed after few days. But for scratches i m really surprised & worried. I put a request for its replacement/repair but i think they are not paying attention towards me. I request you to pls consider my complaint & resolve my issue at the earliest. The images of parts having scratches are attached. Also It took many days for dealer to arrange parts when vehicle was submitted on 9/11/14. I followed several time for the updates. The date of delivery of vehicle was written 10th Dec'14. It was expected that car will be delivered on 5th Dec'14 any how, but i didn't get it. Finally it was done on 15th Dec'14. The promised date on repair sheet prepared by Ujjwal Hyundai was 10th Dec'14. I feel i should get compensation for delayed service/delivery (5-6 days). Pls refer images & take appropriate action to avoid customer dissatisfaction. 1. Scratches on Centre Bezel Zone. 2. Scratches on Door Trim Front LH & its Armrest 3.                 I have purched my vehicle from mithila cars pvt Ltd Mira roadI had applied online an the showroom guys called me before booking the car this people wer followuping very much but after booking the customer service was very pathetic the entire staff wer only fooling the customer I paid my full amt but an had confirm them abt process they said will get this done in 2days an on delivery day I called them for the vehicle they said I have to still make payment so I was surpriised why so they said I had asked them the upper variant xcent s o which was given to me forcedly the execitive who came for booking he said the same carcariant I will get an I had got the quote aslo but on delivery day they said I have to a Pay more which was wrong and top of that wen I was trying this guys they wer not bother to attain my call which is very bad in servvice industry even I tried calling there Sr person he was also behaving same.                       Would like to infom you that we have booked i20 SportZ on 30 Sept 2014 vide SBI cheque no 168041 in SAMARA HYUNDAI New Delhi. At time of booking the vehicle suppose to deliver after a week time. But showroom was not able to do the same. Finally On 14th November 14 we visited the showroom & got to know that I have to pay Rs. 10000/-( Ten Thousand) extra on my car. During the visit we are not happy with the manner of the representative(Jai Prakash). It was very unprofessional approach. We also want to inform you that we have not signed the satisfaction letter as well. Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. Thanks & regards, Arvinder Singh [protected]

                            I have booked a yearelite i 20 era on 28th of October in a promise of delivering car November month end, but month end they made a call saying that they are not receiving any elite car from factory of huyndai. THey told era model will not be recieved this year so asked me to upgrade my Era model to Magna, thetrhn only they can deliver it this year...so as per their suggesion i have rebooked for magna so that in recieve car before Xmas, now just 6 days from second committed due date MGF sales people are saying they are not recieving any stocktelling from factory ... Again they are not sure of giving car before Xmas...what else can i do.oini...upgtading the booked model to magna as per their request...waiting an extra month for getting the car...frequent reminder for the car...still they are telling they are not recieving any cars from hyundai factory...i dnt know what all things are going wrong...please send stock which they are requesting...i had enough of this...please fix this as fast as possible...

                              Dear sir, I took sports i20 model on november 2013 from your dealer (Hyundai marthakara, Thrissur, Kerala). Since then am facing problems with airconditioning, axle problem .For rectifing ac problem i left my car 10days in your dealer showroom.Now i am facing axle problem for which they are telling they don't know how long will take to rectify the same. Your dealer is behaving too badly to me.They dont have the time even to speak to your coustmer which is weaking the coustmer relations. During guarntee period dealer is beahving like this, so what can we expect after 2 years .i tried to call manging director of MCP ( your dealer) for last 2 weeks .But he is not picking up my phone, even he attending other numbers. As am busy in my business schedules, its not eazy for me to go through your dealer and its effecting my day to day activities .So requesting you either to change my vechicle or for exchange with your other models which will be benecfical to me .                                 This is to bring to your notice the level of extreme harassment created to the customers . I had visited “Harsh Hyundai” workshop for a Accidental Repairing . I had initially come with a Rs.[protected]/- budget checkup by the concerned service advisor, Hyandai Service Adviser (Mr.Vijay and Mr. Ankur ) calling again and again increase demands and during this I can come about 3 to 4 times. On enquiring repeatedly about the gigantic bill & the unnecessary & unwanted additions in the material (extra components) & labour costs attached to my final bill, I finally Pay 79000 after that i can complain they can rembuisment 10000 Rs . I don't know why such innocent staff is working there who don't know anything. If customer calls they either disconnect call o, keep on hold or no answer . Why Harsh hyundai is doing charity on such staff ? . I want justice from the Director of the Consumer affairs & fair business practices of Hyundai – India & need the extra money to be compensated to me that I had to shell out for a default system displaying wrong pricing of parts & components thereby increasing the estimate & final bill exponentially to unbelievable heights beyond our paying capacity.                                   I am having a Hyundai car-I-10, Reg No.HR-36-V7623, Model 2013, purchased at Gurgaon.My met with an accident during damaging the front bumper and collent of the vehicle. For repairs, I took it to Harsh Hundai Motor service station at Rewari, on 14.11.2014 but now 22 days have gone, my car is still not repaired and saying that parts are demanding from Hundai Company.                                     On December 9, 2014 I called up Arvind Vehicles Pvt. Ltd asked them to pick up my car ( UP 80 CX 5962) Hyndai Xcent VTVT for second free service on December 11, the executive informed me that the car would be picked up at 10.00 of the scheduled day. I waited till 10.00 am and no information or inquiry regarding the address where the vehicle should be picked up, I contacted the service centre again then they started the process and finally the vehicle was picked up at 10.50 am, my residence is just 3km away from the said service station, because of that I had to take leave from my assigned duty. though it is said it is free service ultimately I had to pay Rs.5015/- for the service centre to get release my vehicle at 05 pm of the same day. hyndai is charging heavily and taking their own time to finish the required service.                                       Constant electrical issues coming in my brand new hyundai verna.last year when my car was only 2 months old an issue arised with its central locking.now again aftr 1 yr its ac control isnt working.sent 2 mails regarding this to the company but no reply came from them via mail or call.very depressed and annoyed with such cheap parts being used in such a costly vehicle.                                       No customer satisfaction with such types of constant electrical issues beacuse the custimer has to bear its expenses when the warranty gets over after 2 yrs. Its definately a manufacturing defect.company should extend my vehicles warranty for customer satisfavtion.
