    I bought my verna fluidic in year 2013 on 11march.after 1st servicing i started xperiencing clutch problems.it used to stuck.wen i gave my car fr servicing 2nd nd 3rd time i complained them both time but they said not to worry as its a minor thing nd it will nt happen again.now when my unpaid sevicingis over.nd wheni gave my car for normal servicing after 30000 kms they are saying i have to pay 22 thousand for the servicing including front and back break pads.nd they again called me to ask that ur clutch plates need to be changed.dat will cost minimum 16000rs.now when i have been complaining abt it frm 6th month from the date when i bought my car and it is still in warrantee den y should i pay fr it.its ridiculous nd pathetic.i have given my car in koncept hyundai okhla.plz reply to my query as soon as possible.

      My name is arti. I purchased eon car from kaizen wheels panvel in Dec. 2013.Till date my car is not registered. All money including registration fees I pay to dealer before car dealvery. From last one year i am trying to solved this Problem but i get disappointment. I send emails to Hyundai motors india delhi office, mumbai regional office but no one give me positive feedback.

Seo Managing Director & CEO Hyundai Motor India Limited SUB :- Repeated problem of Service in Rahul Hyundai (Karnal) very bed service, my personal experience with hyundai- Compliant still pending . This is with reference to my car Registration No. UP14 BU 6440. I purchased this vehicle from M/s capital hyundai sector 62 noida on 12 September 2011. It was surprising my vehicle started problem within 24 months. In this connection Rahul Hyundai has replaced several engine parts i.e. Link road & Brack pad & All Disk brack with all bearings, they diagnosed the fault and told us that radiator is damaged due to some valve was repaired. It was shocking to hear when the authorized Service Centre like Rahul Hyundai told me that Your clutch is working but before this service my clutch is ok and they said next service your clutch is not How it can be possible, kindly check my service history * Complete clutch assay was also replaced in 63000km . I had paid aprox Rs. 140000/- against this repair job despite that vehicle was under warranty with in the time period of last 10 months . I also made complaint at company customer care but to no avail they are also not replied me any thing, Ever since I got the Clutch repaired I am regularly facing problem in my car. If my Car is not in use for more than 1 or 2 days, My Car does not use at all. So I registered a Complaint 3 times in Rahul Hyundai. 2 times they have rectified the problem at my end by setting the Idle Actuator & one time I Directly rush to the Service Centre on 24/10/14, they checked the Vehicle thoroughly & replied that there is no issue in the Car, it is absolutely Perfect & ensured me that the same problem will not Repeat again. But after reaching home the same problem again popped up. On 29nd Oct I reached Chandigarh in the same Car. After reaching Chandigarh on next Day there was again starting the noise and clutch problem . So I registered my complaint on 29/10/14 and rahul Hyundai VP called me and said to me left your Car in Hyundai you will get your car with in one day and now you no need to pay anything and after one day The VP of Rahul Hyunadi told me you have to 17000 rs I told him you committed me you won’t pay nothing they told me if you mailed our customer care that’s why you have to pay other if you’ll dealy then you have to 30000rs this is the way the VP of Rahul Hyundai was talking to me. They also committed that the Quality of the previous work was not so good If the problem than they told me the whole Clutch covered under warranty. It will be 100 % free work. But they say now if you want take your car back you have to pay amount and we are not responsible in future the problem will come again I am harassed by all the Authorised Service Centre of Hyundai as I am everywhere gets robbed with Huge Amount of money & misguidance of service personals If the cluch is overhauled at 67000 kms then how it can have a repeat problem within 98000 km running (32000km). Whereas Rahul Hyundai service personal declared that my car is absolutely ok. I hope people are not competent enough to diagnose the complaint and unnecessarily fiddling with the car. They are just trying hit and trial methods which are not acceptable from such reputed organisation. I think, Hyundai India ltd is very well known in market for their best customer services & due to this reason I purchased this car. But I am very much disappointed and upset by the performance of my vehicle and the Quality of Hyundai Service Works/service personals guidance, you are requested to please look into the matter & take necessary action so that I am relieved from the pain which I am facing due to my car. I think it is a definitely some manufacturing defect which should be detected and rectified under Warranty. In case my vehicle is not repaired within seven days from the date of receipt of this letter I shall be left with no option except to file appropriate legal proceeding in Court of Law. I have made complaint to your workshop at mansarover for replacement of the tyre past 1 month. But after assuring me to replace the tyre of my vehicle they are refusing to replace it.                   i10 ECM Complaint

                  I have a Hyundai i10 Magna(1.2L) 2010 July model car and it’s well maintained and done only 20000 kilometers for 4 years. But on last day car suddenly stopped while running and didn't start after that. On contacting with Service Station, they found that problem is with ECM. And Hyundai asks for 39, 000+ Labor charge+ Toying charge for replacing it. I came to know that ECM problem is a common problem on i10 after 20k kilometers from Internet....

                    Hello, Complaint number : 36136 We met with an accident on 9th November, 2014 at alibaug. For 4 hours, we continuously followed up with customer care and there was no road side assistance.. First of all no one knew about the nearest service station. Secondly, when we told them about the service station name near Vadkhal, they told that we are closed on sunday. Then, we found that theres a service station near Sanpada, we were told that towing cost will be 18000. We found it to be pretty high and then we towed the vehicle at our cost of 6, 500 and took the car till Sharayu Hyundai at Sanpada. All this process took us atleast 7-8 hours. After visiting the service station, the employee who attended us told us that your towing charges will not be claimed because we have road side assistance for me. This is really pathetic and careless operations from Hyundai. WE WILL SEE TO IT THAT WE TAKE IT FURTHER AND FILE A CASE AGAINST YOU GUYS FOR THIS BEHAVIOUR AND INCONVENIENCE TO US.

                      Letter No: Complaint No.1 / Hyundai / Customer Care Date: 06-11-14 Sir This is to bring to your notice the absolute callous attitude and disdain for the service ethos of few employees who seem to think that the customers of your products come to your showroom regarding problems of the vehicle more for 'seeking their expert advice and help' than of considering it a business duty to attend them. The case in highlight here is, staff at AKC Hyundai Bareilly U.P. It has been a month now since my vehicle is lying unattended and bringing the matter to the notice of their immediate superiors at Parsakhera too didn't yield any result. The persons involved in both these centers seem to have colluded into holding each other’s interests to prevent me from going any further to approach customer care and suppress the truth wherein they acted irresponsibly and rudely both in words and action. It was in 1st wk of oct when i went to AKC Hyundai to get my vehicle repaired for, its giving abnormally less mileage of 7-8 Km/L with loss of smoothness while driving along with various other repairs. Sales manager Mr Anand after listening the problem simply says he can’t help me as he is involved only with sales and told me me to find out at parsakhera where they send vehicles for repair.I asked to atleast guide me by giving a contact no. for which he said he is again connected with sales only.I was appalled with his attitude when he made me wait for 1 hr getting into his cabin while I was outside the showroom on the road. Finally I was shocked to see the office being shut down and learnt that the SM has left through another exit in the back to avoid me. When I called he disconnected the moment I identified myself. His tele on. IS [protected].Adding insult the injury is his staff who were watching the whole scene finding it very amusing…watching somebody left in the lurch till late evening and seeing the phone was not even being attended to. When I asked for help as to how I can about now, their reply was ‘hame kaise pata hoga soch rahe hai aap?Dekh nahi rahe ki ye showroom hai. Repair ke liye to doosri jagah jaana padta hai!!’Their names were Prakash, Mohit and Rajeev.They were rightly following the footsteps of their boss. Now pl tell me how can a customer inspite of going the showroom of a internationally reputed automobile the vehicle of which he purchased (Hyundai Accent GLE) is rendered this sort of shoddy treatment? Doesn’t the company have any responsibility in after sales? Is this the way a person is treated once he bought the car? While during the time of purchasing you go to any length to appease and please the customer. You spend all time in the world and shower him with all goody goody things and offers. But once the vehicle is purchased, he becomes some sort of a expired object and you look for another prospective buyer. Doesn’t the company advice it’s staff especially ones holding responsible post like Mangers to bind to at least a minimum amount of courtesy and ethics? It’s a shame that I am requiring to spend my valuable time this way approaching you to intervene and take necessary action. You must realize that you are not doing me a favour by attending to my vehicle; rather it’s a duty you are expected to abide by. The manager Mr.Anand has no right to behave this way. It is disgusting. And yes, what takes the cake is when I find out that Mr.Anand and his staff who dutifully copy him are not the only ones to manage to shy away from doing their bit to customer. When I reported the matter to your so called CRE…Customer Relations Executive ..one Mr.Marshall at Parsakhera he did a very great job of first pacifying me and promising to send a rep home to collect my vehicle and get it repaired and then postponing it a bit due to “ technical issues”. He postponed it some 5-6 times till now giving reasons like above and gradually managed to decrease my expectations from your company before cutting short my conversations with ‘ok..ok’ and doing nothing and finally stopped attending my calls altogether. Great..Great.Seems he did Ph.D in How to evade a customer without actually being rude on his face.It has been some 40 days now since your company staff at AKCHyundai Bareilly and service center Parsakhera are being on the roll with me. What I found rather interesting is the way your staff hold each others hand in facing a situation which can possibly gather reasons to complaint to higher authorities. Everybody joins to be on the same side to make it look as if it is the customer who is actually at fault and is being unreasonably demanding. I have call details and copy of messages that transacted between us. But I think is it really required for me to waste my time following up this group of people who are really not worth sparing few minutes or too late to expect any change on their behavior and attitude. I am informing you names and tele nos. of staff whom I approached but didn’t get any kind of help that can be expected: 1. Mr. Marshall – [protected] 2. Mr. Pankaj -[protected] 3. Mr. Ram Mishra – [protected] 4. Mr.Anup – [protected] and I have already given you above, the number of my first contact, the sales manager AKCHynudai, Bareilly - Mr. Anand Finally when I discussed this issue with a friend of mine in consumer forum he advised me to take this initial step of intimating the matter to your Grievance cell or customer care and just watch giving you reasonable time and follow it up slowly keeping copies of my letters to you and also sending same to Indian consumer forum at the same time. I provide you the opportunity to rectify the mistakes done by your staff and take necessary action and attend to my problem for which you are legally bound to.                             Sorry to write an email of this type. I'm extremely upsetwith people in Sharayu Hyundai, Turbhe. Their greediness had crossed thelimit and that is making the organization poluted. Almost a year back I had abad experience with regular service department and after that stop visitingyour workshop. But in this one year nothing has changed, rather became worse. On October 2nd I had given my car (I-10, sportz, MH43 AB, 9055) for repairing in Turbhe. Last evening hail storm damaged the top of mycar as a tree fell on it. Wind shield was also broken. Your service advisor(Mr. Amol) inspected the car and quoted around Rs 45000. After that he cut thequotation and made it Rs 55000 so that the actual expense will not cross hisestimate and promised me to deliver it in 14 to 15 days. For your kindinformation, till today (after almost 35 days) I didn’t get back my car. Lifehas become so difficult as I had only one car. I still was tolerating thereexcuses but yesterday (7th November) around 8:00PM Amol called me and informedthat car is ready and I can pick it up by tomorrow. Exact bill he can provideme tomorrow only as it is pending from insurance (ICICI Lombard, taken throughSharayu only) side. But please bring a photo and electric bill because bill hascrossed 1 lakh. Now you tell me how can the bill crossed 1 lakh, overnight? Why I was not informed before hand? When already it was over estimatedthen how it is possible? By any means I’m not going to pay anything extra(customer contribution was expected to be Rs 20000, from initial estimate).Please take some necessary steps and stops these non sense act. Otherwise yourworkshop goodwill is getting affected. I’ll wait till I heard anything fromyour side, but surely this time I’m not going to sit quiet.

                              Car was sent for routine checkup and service with shock absorber problem on 29/09. spark plugs and coolant changed during same. Car overheated within usage of only 40 kms in 3 days, The supervisor, Mr Ajit and the Service manager Mudassar both state that the overheat was caused due to short circuit of the spark plugs but are asking for repair of engine head of 40000. They say they have checked everything and that it is our fault. No explanations given, plus they are very rude. How is it our fault when they have changed the spark plugs? They made me wait for 2 hrs when i wanted to speak to them. I have 3 i20's here and they are trying to loot me, it is totally their fault, They dont let us speak to the manager. And make us wait for hours with no service, My earlier bill was of rs 17000 and they take no responsibilty for their faults. They Have not done their work and have caused this problem.and now they blame us. Please help. Im planning to sue them on consumer court. its been 1 month

                                I purchased a new Hyundai i20 car(in July month 2014) at Lakshmi Hyundai Hyderabad. I took a zero depreciation insurance cover from New India insurance by paying extra amount at the time of purchase.Last month I met with an accident at Gooty while coming from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Now: 1. Accident is severe that engine got damaged, front side bumpers damaged completely, all body is damaged structurally since car rolled also before crashing.But, airbag did not come out which is not acceptable. I want to file a case on Hyundai for this. 2. My mobile got damaged and I spent 3 hours in calls with Hyundai road side assistance .They asked me to call here and there and finally after so much time, they said first I need to get the car on the road and then only they can say if they can send the assistance or not and how much time it will take for the truck to come to that place and how much time it will take to take to Hyundai service center.Finally, no actual assistance is provided by Hyundai road side assistance and I ended up in getting car myself to Hyderabad in a truck by paying 23000 Rs and Hyundai service center told me that amount is not reimbursable by rules. 3. My Insurance company (New India) is neither ready to pay me total repair costs(since total repair charges are more than insured amount and they updated it as total loss) nor paying me actual and full insured amount(full insured amount is 5% less than actual ex-showroom car price and does not cover road tax and registration charges). Can I complaint on this insurance company for this. 4. I need to pay 250 rs per each day for keeping car in Hyundai service center and it is already more than 1 month since I kept the car in Service center. Please suggest if there is anyway to speed up this insurance process. 5. Since Insurance company called it as total loss and I am going to cancel my RC, is there a way I can calim the road tax amount back (which is huge amount) .

                                  HI I bought a used i20 Car From Modi Hyundai - Mumbai Malad West and then I was told that at time of delivery the car paint will be done as part of the used car sales agreement.Till date the car has been painted 3 times and still the issue remains. The work quality and the professional commitment is no where to be seen. I don't expect anything from them but any one reaching this page I would suggest not to deal with them. This is just one of the issues I want to highlight out of many I had to go through. Even when I dropped a mail to the management for the same there is no response to it. For some reason I went to your satara dealer service center but I don't received any proper treatment as a liable customer Of hyundai, even though i don't received any solution from Them.                                       I have purchased a new Hyundai I20 Magna Option Car from Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg. The delivery of car bearing CHASSIS number MALBB51RLEM633546 was given on 28/10/14 at 12.48 pm. Since I didn’t knew driving I had requested for a driver from Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg. As per my request you arranged for the driver named Dilip. Mobile number of the driver is [protected]. This being my first car I was not known of the system of the car. While giving the delivery the kilometer written on the digital display above deck was shown to me . It was showing 24km. On Inquiry it was communicated that running of the car is 24km and it is due to car being brought from Warehouse. Driver parked the car in my building, at that time the display above the deck showed 36kms. In evening when I showed the car to my relative I came to know that car has been driven 544 kms which was in the display in Speedometer, photo of which I have already sent to you in the mail. I was shocked and went into trauma on watching that my car which I bought as new is infact a used one . The car has already run 544 km before giving the delivery to me.I went to Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg the next day itself and communicated the whole thing. Mr. Sachin at Modi Hyundai didnt support me when i said the issue and told him i want a replacement. I asked them repeatedly to provide me user manual along with service coupons and warrenty card but they did not provided me at the time of delivery and promised me to provide me next day. when I have visited the showroom I have been told that it will take a week’s time. Till date I haven’t received the same . This is surely against the protocol of the industry. As Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg the dealer have not responded me properly I have inquired at customer care Hyundai on [protected] were I have been told that the car given to me is already booked in the name of Vijay Pathak on 11/07/2014. Thus providing me a car booked in name of Vijay Pathak on 11/07/2014, already ran 544 kms and not providing me relevant papers with PDI report concludes that this is clearly a Breach of Trust and I have been provided a used car instead of a brand new car and still you are behaving abruptly with me . This largely hampers the Goodwill of Hyundai India which the company have developed with great effort over a long period of time . I have paid for a new car, I don’t want the used car of Mr. Vijay Pathak. I expect a urgent response in this matter. I deeply regret that even after mailing you at [protected]@hmil.net I haven’t got any solution. It is clearly a Breach of Trust .
