I purchaseed 2 car grand I 10 deisal car in Jan 2015 and it is very bad to know that the engine of this car is based on a cross with fiber only I can't understand why this so as in my both car this cross is broken and I have changed it two times and I also come to know that the same problem is facing by most of grand I 10 customers so why this is made like this that can not perform on Indian roads so this is requesed to check the quality of this product which hold the entire engine.this is very shameful for the big brands like you

    I've purchased an i10 grande (magna) car from Ajmer Hyundai, Ajmer, Rajsthan and settled at Jaipur at present. Regarding inadequate and less effectiveness of air conditioning of my car I complained twice at workshop P.L.Hyundai, Malviya Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajsthan and they checked and assured both the times that the AC is working good But, I'm not convinced and satisfied by its performance. The vehicle gets inordinate time to get cooled. Ive also compared with other same vehicle of hyundai of my friends the cooling and time to be taken in cooling and i found that my vehicle is not upto the mark as far as AC system is concerned. Further, there is problem in attempting reverse gear too.

      I have booked the new Elite i20 Asta on 26th Aug 2014 (with a multi car dealer - he confirmed me the booking date to be 28th Aug with Mithila Hyundai, Mira road). Its 2 months now and I am yet to receive my car. Before booking the car, I was offered to get delivery within a week by another dealer which came at an addition 25k cost. I bluntly refused. Without this extra cost, every dealer gave a minimum 1.5 months to 2 months of waiting period. I see many pictures on the Internet being posted on various sites and many getting their car within 2-3 weeks without any additional payment. The sales figures for Aug for Elite i20 shows 6627 (source - http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian-car-scene/155146-august-2014-indian-car-sal... and for Sept 8903 (source - http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian-car-scene/156360-september-2014-indian-car-... So at the end of Sept, 15530 Elite i20 were on road. When I had booked the car (on 28th Aug 2014), total bookings were around 15k. (source - http://www.carwale.com/news/14093-hyundai-elite-i20-receives-15300-bookings-in-2... I understand that the petrol-deisel variation, location of the dealer, which variant booked does count in the booking period. But October is almost ending and by now more 6k vehicles are on road and yet I have absolutely no news on my booking. Any favoritism going on in the delivery process - I suspect so. Why can't Hyundai have a portal to track the booking status (or they don't want to)? When will I get my car delivered?

        My name is Ami Tanna ( GJ06HL4901) Hyundai I20 purchased date 20/08/2014 from Aldiam Motors Vadodara Gujrat, surprisingly my rubber cover of my key has started getting damaged for which i am unable to use its automatic functions, on showing the service center they have asked me to purchase the new set of keys worth Rs 8000/-. Surprise to know how come such a reputed brand can provide with a damage set of keys and secondly asking me to pay money instead helping me out.           Hi, I have given my Grand i10( KL18 M693) car for second service to apco hyundai pavangad calicut on 8-10-14. with in one week my car got break down due to starting trouble and again service people took the car to apco hyundai service center on[protected]. Today I contacted the apco service center, as per them they have order the emergency part replacement on[protected] and it will take again 6-10 days for replacement. Kind attn Hyundi. Why taking this much of time for replacement ? . what is the max time delay for emergency parts replacement?

            My car no.PB 10 ED 1391 in the Name of Mr.Arun Kumar Mehra, 2701, Basant Avenue, Dugri Road, Ludhiana.(Punjab) India.My complaint is that my car Verna Fluid break oil is leaking and I approched your Ludhiana dealer Pioneer Hyundai, Jugiana Road, Ludhiana on 20/10/14 and advicer Mr.Udjodh Singh said to me that the valve is not in stock with us and we have placed the order in DELHI and it came after Diwali. Today I again to call for valve the advicer said it will take more three to four days to reach us. I am suprised to note that the distance of 400 KM can take ten days to reach the parts in destination. As I have only one car for my business and my business is touring.So I request you please instruct your dealer to arrange parts immediately with out any further delay. WE HAD TAKEN THE CAR TO SAINI HYUNDAI, ON 07-10-14, AND WERE TOLD THAT THE ESP MOTOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE COST WOULD BE IN THE RANGE OF[protected]. THE ORDER FOR THE SAME WAS PLACED . HOWEVER TILL DATE, INSPITE OF REPEATED REMINDERS to HYUNDAI MOTORS, VIA EMAIL AND ON PHONE, THE PART HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. MY BACK PAIN HAS BEEN EXACERBATED AS DRIVING WITHOUT THE POWER STEERING IS VERY STRENOUS. THE LAST COMPLAINT TO HYUNDAI WAS ON 25-10-14 . PREVIOUS COMPLAINT NO IS[protected]. THE LAST UPDATE WHICH WE RECEIVED FROM HYUNDAI HELPDESK WAS THAT THE PART IS NOT READILY AVAILABLE. IF THE COMPANY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SPARE PARTS IT SHOULD COMPENSATE THE CONSUMER FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OR PROVIDE IT WITH A TEMPORARY VEHICLE TILL THEY ARE ABLE TO REPLACE THE PART.                   I bought a new Hyundai i10 Grand from Sonebhadra Automobiles Pvt Ltd., Authorised Dealer of Hyundai Motor India Ltd., Renukoot, UP on 27.05.2014. During my first servicing after 1.5 months at Sarweshwari Enterprises, Waidhan, Singrauli it was found out that engine oil level was very low. It was topped up(1.5 ltrs) and after about 1 month when I checked the level once again it was again found out to be very low and there was significant carbon emission in the exhaust.

                  This time I went to the parent service centre and I was informed that engine would be withdrawn from the car, some amendments will be done and the same will then be refitted. There was no sign of leakage of engine oil from anywhere. I left the car at the service centre.

                  This type of manufacturing defect is not expected from such a class brand like Hyundai. I don't want any comprises on the engine of my new car. So it is a request to Hyundai to change the Engine of my car or else at least certify that parts which have been amended or added are of HMIL make and HMIL engineers have done the work of refitting the engine back instead of any local engineer.

                  I am a Sales Officer and car is the part and parcel of my life and I don't want the performance of my new car to go down due to these defects and don't want such engine defects to be repeated in future. Please take a note of the same and do the needful.

                    Dealer: Hilton, Trivandrum. Yesterday night my car broke down and i called the road side assistance of hilton hyundai.Its from them whom i bought my car and their number was stuck on my wind shield.When i called them and asked to help me, they said they dont have a car to come and do not have a service battery to help. I continued to beg cos i had my wife and children along with me. Then they told me that they will come in bike with another battery taken from a car in their garage and take my car to their garage. I said fine then drop me and my wife home as well, so that we can be safe. Hilton denied that and asked to go by ourselves.There was no point talking to that person any more and I asked him to switch off this mobile and go to sleep.Finally Pothens hyundai is the one who rendered some support to resolve the issue. Terribly dissapointed with Hilton and they have shows the worst of their after sales support. Please take this issue seriously and address so that this never happens to another customer. Koshy

I don't know why such innocent staff is working there who don't know anything. If customer calls they either disconnect call o, keep on hold or no answer . Why ritu hyundai is doing charity on such staff ? I request please delever my car as I heard my car is been washing from past 3 days. Please stop washing and delver it.kindly respect time of others .

                          I brought I20 car with registration # MH12KY4228 from Ishanya Hyundai, Pune on 22nd May 2014. After a month also, the car had its check engine light alert active till date. The dealer has changed both O1 & O2 sensors, played with the wiring twice but the issue is still NOT resolved. I a not sue whether Ishanya or Hyundai has a right skilled staff to get to the root cause of the issue and resolve it one for the all. I had given them a last chance on my 7th visit on this issue and they seems to be miserably failing to fix the issue. Now, my demand to Hyundai and Ishanya is to either replace my car or return back the price of the car since I am disappointed with their service and product which doesn't hold good with its quality.

                            My i10 car MH43 AN 1036 is still under warranty purchased in Mar 2013. It gave starting problem 3 times. Once it stop, did not start. needed to toe. Today also it stopped and I will call tomorrow for toeing it. My question is that why did this happen 3 times and why your talented service engineers could not find root cause and repaired properly. I travel with my family and always in fear that anytime it could stop. first time engineer said ECM hung and reprogrammed. Second time aid some petrol part gone and replaced. 3rd time today only stopped and tomorrow it would be toed. Its WORST experience with Hyundai and I afraid of driving Hyundai car now. This was purchased from Sharayu Hyundai Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. Now my car stopped at my native place. I want to request and escalate this issue to the Hyundai Management, Please loo on this on HIGH Priority. The experience as car in warranty period and always car visits only service station, is not satisfactory and not good.

                              Sir, this to inform you that I had booked Elite i20 sportz on 15th September 2014 at Goa Hyundai located at Verna Goa, and I was assured of car delivery within four weeks time.But now after completion of four weeks the dealers are unable to tell the status of car delivery.So I request you to kindly let me know the car delivery date.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam, I purchased a new car Hyundai EON Delite+, Registration No.-UK08 AE 6842 from Khanna Automart Pvt. Ltd., Manglor Road, Roorkee on dated[protected]. This Car has been Registerd on dated[protected]. During Receiving of HSRP Autorization Slip on dated[protected], I have told to Sales Executive of Show room that my name in HSRP Slip is wrong Vipin Kumar in place of Vipin Kaushik. He told me that he will correct the name in RC. But after many time calling him approx 4 month later he told me that your RC has been receive with same wrong name. I said to him that I want RC with correct name. then he assured me that your RC will receive in few days. After that I called him many times. But no result found. Then I contact to sales Manager. He gave me the contact No. of RTO Agent. I ask him about RC . On dated[protected] He told me that You will get RC on[protected]. After many time calling to him no result found. Then on[protected] he told me that Your RC has been lost. Now new RC will be made in RTO. But on dated[protected], he told me that your RC has been made n tomorrow I’ll give you. Then finally after 8 month on dated[protected] I got it. When I saw this RC, I found that this RC was with that wrong name. only name correction with pen and a stamp was there on that RC. When I complent this to RTO Agent, he misbehaved me a lot. Now I return this RC to sales executive. Now they are saying that RC is not available in RTO office And till now I did not get RC and I am suffering without RC only because of lack of awareness of Hyundai showroom officers. Now question is that when that RC has been lost then that RC from where come? And on Road when if any RTO officer will stop and will check RC of vehicle, then who will be responsible? So it is requested you to kindly give any solution for this problem. And I am assured that you will do need full action against this problem.

                                      Please refer my Complain no .120169.dt. 4th October 2014 I Was going to Faizabad because my fatherilaa expired, but in the morning of 4th October front break was out of work(fail) and due to that my car make accident with devider on highway. Due to that car could not be drive. The Accident was between Barabanki & Faizabad.main place is Muwai Kasba near Petrol Pump. Then i call on your Toll free no. [protected] for reaquest to help & repair to all these things . after 30 minutes of complain i got phone call from Faizabad and they said, he is sending vehicle(crane) from faizabad for(toaching) help, but after 30 minuts again i got phone from same no. he said that faizabad servcie center not responding so i am sennding you crane from lucknow for help and after few minutes again he said that lucknow service centre not responding i am sending you crane from Basti. I wait around 7 hours on highway but no one came from Hyunday for my help. after that we hire private vehicle and machenick and then we go faizabad 6.30 pm you assured to your customers for 7 x 24 servcie but all are wrong commitment by you. now i am decided that i am going to sell my car I20 sportz model and never buy anything from your Company.total- 7- 8 cars from Hyundai in family relation but after this poor service by you, we all are going to sell . Onething more if any body ask to me about car of Hyunday or their servcies then my comments would be negative. Just let me send your reply about this matter as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased I 20 Hundai delivered on 3/11/2013, from Hundai show room at Nasik.On 16/10/2014 a major Accident took place by hiting heavy loaded Truck on National Highway Nasik Agra.The vechile wad heavly damaged from Rigt side and front side, after that vechile was deposited at Authorised show room in Nasik..Even loaded Truck hits a car and Air Bag doesnot opens ? I requred compensation as replacement of Vechile as this might be faulty vechile Vechile Reg No MH-17-AZ-223 presently deposited at "UJJWAL AUTOWHEELS PVT LTD NASIK MS DETAILS CAN BE VERIFIED FROM SHOW ROOM
