I have a xcent with reg no:KA02 MJ4832, its rear lock is defective.when I approached service center-Blue hyundai in bangalore, they had agreed to replace it under warranty. Even after repeated enquiries since two months they have not replaced it. I had cald hyundai customer care number [protected], executive Mr.Deepak dint take my complaint even after demanding for that and i even asked for complaint number which was not given. I request anyone from hyundai india to intervene and solve this.

    Sir, Iam having a i10 era model car with a registration no.TN72AM2737 which I purchased through Susie Hyundai Tirunelveli on 10/6/2012 and the very next day it was garaged for clutch oil seepage and got it back only after few days with replcaement of clutch set with company expense. The reason so claimed by them for the same was a faulty housing which they attributed as a error at manufacturing point.Now my vehicle has run for only 19000 kms and it is being garaged at the same Susie Hyundai Workshed on 3/12/14. They say that the clutch is in bad condition and has to be replaced with whole housing.They dont have it in spare so they have to order somewhere from Kolkata.They say that they may receive it on or after 12/12/14 and afterwhich only they will decide the further course of action.Now my question is Why do you produce a car for which you dont have enough spare parts.You are very much aware that one foolish customer is ownig your defective product and he may come at any time for the same complaint and why you havent arranged for the spares with preknowledge.Any how you are going to further burden me with your bills atleast ensure quick delivery of my vehicle.       I am having a Hyundai car-Getz, Reg No.MH-12-DY5872, Model 2007, purchased at Pune. While travelling towards Kolhapur on 25th of November 2014 the engine stopped working at Satara. The call was given to your Satara Dealer( Kanse Autowheels Pvt Ltd) and your engineer visited the site and after scanning told me that there is no problem in the car. The car engine started working after touching some wires, but after 6/7 kms.running again it stopped working and the engineer dignosed that the fuel is not working and the same should be replaced and it will take some 2/3 days time as the same is not available at Satara. In the mean while a motor mechanic having small garrage was called by my friend and He said that the fuel pump is OK and only the crank censor is faulty and the same should be replaced. Since it was not possible to change the censor outside Your service engineer was requested to take the vehicle to the workshop. There the car was lying for about EIGHT days and everyday some other fault was detected by your mechanic which was not there at all. I was constantly requesting them to change the crank censor. Insteadof doing that they changed the fuel pump which was not necessary. The vehicle did not start. Then the enineer informed me that the ACM( ECM) is not working and the engine requires O/H. As I was not satisfied with the suggestions after 7days on 2nd of December 2014, I took the delivery of the vehicle without any repairs and the other engineer in Private Garrage " AUTO SCAN CARE HELP LINE " just changed the crank censor and the vehicle was ok within ONE hour. I could drive the vehicle and come back to Pune without any difficulty. The O/H would have cost me not less than Rs. 40, 000/- which work was done just in Rs.3000/-. Your service center kept the machine open .I had to spent Rs 1500/- towards labour charges for fitting the same(Timing refitting). and also Rs.850/at your service center towards their charges for doing nothing. In this process unnecessarily I had to incure expenses of Rs.5000 to Rs.6000/- for going to Satara From Pune on 2-3ocassions. Will the company reimburse me these expenses and Physical agony suffered by me.

I booked my car with advance amount booking before 10 days of delivery; delivery date was 8/4/14. I reached your showroom early morning 10 ‘O’ clock buy they ask we can’t deliver your car because accessories are not fitted on your car. And said 9 PM evening we deliver your car. I agreed with them. Then 11 hours I wait your showroom for delivery. They deliver my car at 9.30 PM in Evening. Think about sir, is this sales promise or sales ethics or sales responsibilities? Hyundai genuine / original DOOR MOULDINGS with fitting But moldings are not fitted proper and genially. it is duplicate and chip My third complain is lower, chip, not genuine accessories fitting Sir, Dealer not give me genuine / original and said accessories. I inform to dealer many times to give me my accessories between 7 months but dealer not give me positive and responsible answer. So give me positive, responsible and genuine reply to me as early as possible. Otherwise I will take legal action and I will go consumer forum. I attach all photographs with problematic situation.           Dear Sir, I have purchased a Santro Car from your company bearing registration no. MH 12 FP 4076 from Kothari Hyundai Pune.Bus since last one year the Car is frequently giving problem and stopped in between the journey on the road. This complaint i have so many times given to your authorized workshop at the time of stoppage and servicing. I am doing regular servicing and now the car total run is only for about 40, 000/ kms from its purchase date. Now the Car is stopped due to problem on 29th evening from 6.00pm on the road at Kothrud Pune and then your Mechanic charged me Rs 400/- for emergency visit to car and then he has adviced me to toe chain the Car by Crane to the workshop and then I have to pay Rs. 1200/- to crane operator and the Car is now at Kothari Hyundai Workshop Pune since Saturday. The workshop people informed that they will look in to it and inform to me the problem. If this type of problem in car occurs frequently after regular servicing and i have to incur so many amount for breakdown, it is serious on the brand of " HYUnDAI" Please look in to it personally and give me feedback. |

            Hi, I had purchased a new Grand i10 (Asta O) on November 15th at (Advaith Hyundai, Belavadi Industrial Area, Hunsur Main Road, Mysuru, Karnataka). On November 30th, the vehicle stopped moving itself, Hence I reported the issue to the 24X7 road side assistance team. The assistance team towed the vehicle to the Advaith Hyundai, Belavadi Showroom for the vehicle inspection. On inspection, they have reported that the vehicle clutch plate has been broken down and has to be replaced at the cost of Approx RS 5, 500 which has to borne completely by the customer. The service team replied back saying due to bad driving the vehicle has developed the clutch fault, which is completely baseless, I would like to inform below points. 1) The Vehicle is brand new and has been driven around 425 Kms only with only 15 days o[censored]sage. Even the registration number is still not fixed. Any kind of driving should not cause the clutch plate to fail in such a small duration of time 2) The vehicle driven was by experienced people with more than 4 years experience and Grand i10 was the 2nd vehicle. I strongly believe the defective clutch plate is due to manufacturing problem and the clutch plate has to be replaced at free of cost including labor charges. A normal clutch plate life will be usually around 30, 000 kms and a breakdown around 400 kms with normal driving cannot be driving problem. Also, during the vehicle delivery day itself I had detected the clutch problem and had not signed the customer acceptance form till date, due to the issue. One more concern to mention is that since I was gifting the vehicle to my parents, I had booked the vehicle in Advaith Hyundai, JLB road showroom which is near to our home, but the vehicle was delivered from the Advaith Hyundai, Belavadi Showroom which is very far away from home and which clearly indicates there is a case of cheating and a possibility of defective vehicle delivered I request the customer support team to take the issue seriously and replace the clutch plate at free of cost. For any queries, questions or discussions please reach me at [protected] However, If the issue is not resolved within this week, I would be lodging a case in consumer court next week. Please consider this email as the formal intimation for the notice.               I wish to state that my car was given for servicing with the problem of shuddering while leaving the clutch. The work was carried out on 30.9.14, at Trident automobiles P ltd, Kanakapura road, Bangalore-560078. Works like clutch overhaul, (new clutch plates, pressure plate etc) all the shock absorbers replacement etc.etc. The total bill came to Rs.19955.50 plus labor of Rs. 8504/-. The problem was not resolved, to say the shudder continued. On 15.10.2014, the fly wheel was replaced.(Rs.1512/- + 0 labor) The problem of shudder still continued. Added to that the engine got cut of twice in thick traffic. This cutting of engine had never happened since 2005, in which year I purchased the car. The make of the car is[protected]. I had no option but to visit the work shop again on 31.10.14. The sensors were replaced costing Rs.6154.95 + 361.80 labor. But even now, the shuddering problem is not resolved. When again visited the work shop, I was told to leave the vehicle, and they would remove the entire console/dash board and refit back. Somehow I fell that it is not the reason for the shudder. Mentally I am reluctant to visit the same place again. I request your good-selves to advice me where to take the vehicle again for rectification. There is one more work shop of yours near my house I think, it is Advait Hyundai, adjacent to Bannergatta road. I request your good-selves not to mention about removing and re-fixing the console to trident hyundai personnel and offend them. Otherwise their behavior with me and others is very good.                 Hi my self Rajesh and i lives in Delhi, I have a Santro car which i have given for service in Mundaka workshop on[protected] and take it on[protected] but at the time i gave my car there was a new spare wheel but at time i have taken it back there was an old wheel when i complained about they told me to change it within few days, but yet they didnt change it please look into the matter and resolve my problem.

How many reminders would it take to get Hyundai to respond to their customer. I am surprised of the poor response to date. Hyundai is not listening to their customers. This is the impression I am having at the moment and wish that I never bought Hyundai product. I will definitely think twice when buying next time and or advising to others. Mr. Prasad Thank you for the email. From last 4 months below is what I am looking for from Hyundai: Hyundai have checked all recorded issues of the vehicles that were manufactured in the same batch as yours, with Chassis number of MALCU41UMCM071127, and can confirm that there are no recorded defects other than the two issues you had on your car i.e. faulty AC Compressor and unexpected wheel Lock problem. Or Hyundai have checked all recorded issues of the vehicles that were manufactured in the same batch as yours, with Chassis number of MALCU41UMCM071127, and can confirm the below recorded defects that were categorized as related to inherent manufacturing defects and if the same defects appear in your car will be repaired at free of charge. I want to know that there were no recorded issues on the batch. This is my concern on your vehicle. You do not need to get my vehicle checked. And it is unfair to expect your customers to pay for any repairs that were recorded which are categorised as inherent manufacturing defects. I believe I have the right to know if there are any other recorded issues. Such vehicles, which has inherent manufacturing defects, are called “a lemon” in western world.                         I work abroad and i asked my wife to buy a car from hyundai for her on her birthday. She booked one from Modi Hyundai - Golani Naka, Waliv Phata, Sativali Rd, Golani Naka, Vasai East, Sativali, Maharashtra in august for verna Fluidic top model. When the car arrived, i came directly registered to her name, but was a middle model. The lady who was showing her the car( Pratibha) was denying the fact that it was a middle model and was showing her the car as a top model. When my cousin who was accompaning my wife for the purchase understood that it wasn't the top model, the lady sadly agreed that it was a middle model and that she had made a mistake in booking the top model and was scared for the same. the company then was forcing my wife to buy the car as it was already registered to my wife name and would be a loss for them. We had done the full payment for the top model. why should we accept the middle model to which they were telling they would add all the top model features? So upon our refusal, were given the top model after a month delay. The new car was handed to us without the registration as they had the old car registered to her name already. I came home from abroad in November to find out the car didn't have a registration no after 3 months. I went to the showroom and asked and the manager was not ready to face us. After making us wait for long time, i had to force myself to his cabin and there he said it still would take some time. I was upset about this and to this i asked him to sign me a paper where he should pay any damage to the car until the registration no. is on the car and if i didn't get the registration no in a weeks time, they will accept the return of the car with full refund. Only after all this drama, i got my no. for my car. Thats not it. We had paid an extra amount for the booking in August where we had fly Dubai vouchers issued. Now, these vouchers reached my wife after mid October after a lot of reminders from my wife. We were only told that these vouchers, we could use until End of February. After i was home, we went to redeem these vouchers and discovered that they had to be submitted before october end. We were never informed about this deadline. And practically we had only a week or two time in hand to hand over the vouchers. this was an important clause and had to be informed to us. if not, a weeks period is not the valid grace time in hand. I try calling the showroom regarding these matter but my call has been ill-treated saying they are helpless. This is my 4th car but hyundai has disappointed me like never before. my friends liked my car but i don't suggest them for hyundai after my worst experience with hyundai. I will not ask for any compesation. I promised my wife to take her to dubai with the voucher and now these vouchers don't help me. If only i am given valid entry with these voucher, i will take back all my anger for hyundai and still stand by them after all the problems i faced. Waiting for help from Hyundai...THANK YOU !!

                          Hi, Myself Suman Ghosh (Mob: [protected]) owner of I10 Era, Reg. no:KA03MS7359, met an accident inside Madumalai forest in Tamilnadu on 22/11/2014 around 2.30pm.due to lest side front tyre blast I lost control of the car(speed was 30km/h), after that I called RSA dept. they didn't provide me towing car, I arranged myself with help of local guys and sent to mysore advaith hyundai around 1am, though they were not receiving car, after a long discussion I forced to received my car. I am really scare about the product, why it happen when speed was around 30 and there was no other car, how car lost control due to tyre blast, what will happen when I will drive around 100 speed??                               Please be informed your above mentioned dealer is providing very unsatisfactory service to its customer. I was there for the second service of my Eon car. No one is there to explain you anything about the service on arrival.Issues mentioned in the job card were not properly taken care off. Car washing was not done properly. I was advised to go the near petrol pump to get the tyre pressure checked. I had to request and wait for long time just to get the printed bill as I was advised system is down and I can pay the amount and collect the bill latter. I am very much dissatisfied with their service and requesting you to please take immediate action as these things are very badly effecting the reputation of Hyundai in Kangra . I was advised about their bad customer service but still i went for Hyundai as my second car as no doubt Eon is very nice car in small segment.

                              Dear sir
                              Recently I purchase a new Hyundai Santo car from TAPAN hundai kishanpura on dated 13 Oct
                              But dealer fail to deliver us on this dated
                              After that he promise me for delevery on 14 Oct
                              At 10 :30 am and next day we reach showroom at 11:00 am but car is not prepaid for delivery
                              Even car is not washed . After that dealer ask me please wait 1.00 hours . I think Hyundai service is the best but I am not satisfied with this service . this is not a right way to treat with costumer.

                                  After servicing at gandhcenter. hyndai at solapur sterring get jamed and eps light starts blinking again take vehicle to service center. from last 2 days it Is in service center they are not able to find the problem. When i will get my problem solved

                                    Dear Concern, I had purchased a Santro car on 30-April-2014 from Nimbus Hyundai, Noida. My gear lock is not working and I raised the complain for the same in the showroom several times. First time the executive in the showroom showed interest and sent me a mechanic from MINDA company. The mechanic told me that the lock is of crosslink company, not of Minda. Eventhough, he tried to repair the lock but he couldn't. He showed his helplessness and gave me the details of the crosslink executive named Sonu and said that the lock is non-repairable. Since, the lock is in warranty, Sonu will change it free of cost. But, this guy sonu is giving me excuses and spoilt my 3 days. This shows that the after sales service is very poor in Hyundai. Can anybody dare to call me and resolve my issue???                                       Dear Sir/ma'am, This is to bring to you kind notice that I have purchased Hyundai Xcent on 25th May 2014 whose registration number is HR26CG 4175 & previously I owned Hyundai Santro car which was purchased in January 2005 from "Orion Hyundai, Hisar". I recently came to know that "Hyundai company offers loyalty bonus to the customers who is previously using their Hyundai cars. So normally this loyalty scheme should have made me happy rather than unhappy because now I am feeling cheated because the dealer " Orion Hyundai, Sector-14, Gurgaon" neither informed me about this scheme nor given any benefits being the old user of Hyundai cars. Thus this kind of behaviour forced me to write a customer complaint & made you aware of harassment, financial loss & mental agony etc. I hope a genuine effort will be put in this matter & the related benefits will be given to me at the earliest.                                         Dear Ones I bought a brand new Verna form TAPAN Motors. But from day one i feels headache while driving and who ever sits in the starts vaunting while driving. Personally with me, i never vaunt whatever is the driving condition or road etc. My all family members and friends are feeling the same problem in my car even the manger of agency has also agreed on my point but reason is still unknown. I m very much frustrated and cant go for a long drive. Kindly help in solving the issue as i thinks Hyundai is very reputed Brand. Regards jagroop Singh [protected]
