Sorry to write an email of this type. I'm extremely upsetwith people in Sharayu Hyundai, Turbhe. Their greediness had crossed thelimit and that is making the organization poluted. Almost a year back I had abad experience with regular service department and after that stop visitingyour workshop. But in this one year nothing has changed, rather became worse. On October 2nd I had given my car (I-10, sportz, MH43 AB, 9055) for repairing in Turbhe. Last evening hail storm damaged the top of mycar as a tree fell on it. Wind shield was also broken. Your service advisor(Mr. Amol) inspected the car and quoted around Rs 45000. After that he cut thequotation and made it Rs 55000 so that the actual expense will not cross hisestimate and promised me to deliver it in 14 to 15 days. For your kindinformation, till today (after almost 35 days) I didn’t get back my car. Lifehas become so difficult as I had only one car. I still was tolerating thereexcuses but yesterday (7th November) around 8:00PM Amol called me and informedthat car is ready and I can pick it up by tomorrow. Exact bill he can provideme tomorrow only as it is pending from insurance (ICICI Lombard, taken throughSharayu only) side. But please bring a photo and electric bill because bill hascrossed 1 lakh. Now you tell me how can the bill crossed 1 lakh, overnight? Why I was not informed before hand? When already it was over estimatedthen how it is possible? By any means I’m not going to pay anything extra(customer contribution was expected to be Rs 20000, from initial estimate).Please take some necessary steps and stops these non sense act. Otherwise yourworkshop goodwill is getting affected. I’ll wait till I heard anything fromyour side, but surely this time I’m not going to sit quiet.

    Car was sent for routine checkup and service with shock absorber problem on 29/09. spark plugs and coolant changed during same. Car overheated within usage of only 40 kms in 3 days, The supervisor, Mr Ajit and the Service manager Mudassar both state that the overheat was caused due to short circuit of the spark plugs but are asking for repair of engine head of 40000. They say they have checked everything and that it is our fault. No explanations given, plus they are very rude. How is it our fault when they have changed the spark plugs? They made me wait for 2 hrs when i wanted to speak to them. I have 3 i20's here and they are trying to loot me, it is totally their fault, They dont let us speak to the manager. And make us wait for hours with no service, My earlier bill was of rs 17000 and they take no responsibilty for their faults. They Have not done their work and have caused this problem.and now they blame us. Please help. Im planning to sue them on consumer court. its been 1 month

      I purchased a new Hyundai i20 car(in July month 2014) at Lakshmi Hyundai Hyderabad. I took a zero depreciation insurance cover from New India insurance by paying extra amount at the time of purchase.Last month I met with an accident at Gooty while coming from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Now: 1. Accident is severe that engine got damaged, front side bumpers damaged completely, all body is damaged structurally since car rolled also before crashing.But, airbag did not come out which is not acceptable. I want to file a case on Hyundai for this. 2. My mobile got damaged and I spent 3 hours in calls with Hyundai road side assistance .They asked me to call here and there and finally after so much time, they said first I need to get the car on the road and then only they can say if they can send the assistance or not and how much time it will take for the truck to come to that place and how much time it will take to take to Hyundai service center.Finally, no actual assistance is provided by Hyundai road side assistance and I ended up in getting car myself to Hyderabad in a truck by paying 23000 Rs and Hyundai service center told me that amount is not reimbursable by rules. 3. My Insurance company (New India) is neither ready to pay me total repair costs(since total repair charges are more than insured amount and they updated it as total loss) nor paying me actual and full insured amount(full insured amount is 5% less than actual ex-showroom car price and does not cover road tax and registration charges). Can I complaint on this insurance company for this. 4. I need to pay 250 rs per each day for keeping car in Hyundai service center and it is already more than 1 month since I kept the car in Service center. Please suggest if there is anyway to speed up this insurance process. 5. Since Insurance company called it as total loss and I am going to cancel my RC, is there a way I can calim the road tax amount back (which is huge amount) .

        HI I bought a used i20 Car From Modi Hyundai - Mumbai Malad West and then I was told that at time of delivery the car paint will be done as part of the used car sales agreement.Till date the car has been painted 3 times and still the issue remains. The work quality and the professional commitment is no where to be seen. I don't expect anything from them but any one reaching this page I would suggest not to deal with them. This is just one of the issues I want to highlight out of many I had to go through. Even when I dropped a mail to the management for the same there is no response to it.             I have purchased a new Hyundai I20 Magna Option Car from Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg. The delivery of car bearing CHASSIS number MALBB51RLEM633546 was given on 28/10/14 at 12.48 pm. Since I didn’t knew driving I had requested for a driver from Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg. As per my request you arranged for the driver named Dilip. Mobile number of the driver is [protected]. This being my first car I was not known of the system of the car. While giving the delivery the kilometer written on the digital display above deck was shown to me . It was showing 24km. On Inquiry it was communicated that running of the car is 24km and it is due to car being brought from Warehouse. Driver parked the car in my building, at that time the display above the deck showed 36kms. In evening when I showed the car to my relative I came to know that car has been driven 544 kms which was in the display in Speedometer, photo of which I have already sent to you in the mail. I was shocked and went into trauma on watching that my car which I bought as new is infact a used one . The car has already run 544 km before giving the delivery to me.I went to Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg the next day itself and communicated the whole thing. Mr. Sachin at Modi Hyundai didnt support me when i said the issue and told him i want a replacement. I asked them repeatedly to provide me user manual along with service coupons and warrenty card but they did not provided me at the time of delivery and promised me to provide me next day. when I have visited the showroom I have been told that it will take a week’s time. Till date I haven’t received the same . This is surely against the protocol of the industry. As Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg the dealer have not responded me properly I have inquired at customer care Hyundai on [protected] were I have been told that the car given to me is already booked in the name of Vijay Pathak on 11/07/2014. Thus providing me a car booked in name of Vijay Pathak on 11/07/2014, already ran 544 kms and not providing me relevant papers with PDI report concludes that this is clearly a Breach of Trust and I have been provided a used car instead of a brand new car and still you are behaving abruptly with me . This largely hampers the Goodwill of Hyundai India which the company have developed with great effort over a long period of time . I have paid for a new car, I don’t want the used car of Mr. Vijay Pathak. I expect a urgent response in this matter. I deeply regret that even after mailing you at [protected]@hmil.net I haven’t got any solution. It is clearly a Breach of Trust .

In this regard i have made so many calls to the dealer/sales officer Mr. Premjit Singh and SMS/email but it is sorry to say that neither anyone attended my phone nor given reply to my SMS/mail made on[protected].I also complained on[protected] today one hour back.pl. cancell the dealership licence of above said co. having all irresponsible managers otherwise sale of hyundai cars will go down.I am 100% disappointed.                 I bought Hyundai i10 car 3 yrs back.Just 6 months after purchasing the car, i faced a major issue.Issue is that when we need to change the gear very frequently (when climbing up the hill or road condition is very bad), the accelarator will became dead and car will be dead slow .Car will vibrate and engine will have some unusual loud sound.We waited for an hr and again started the vehichle and called customer service.They came and took the car and checked and told there is no issue at all and gave us back the car.Again it happened after 1 yr and service center guys told they are not able to find anything. My pappa is using this car and he drive the car very less may be 2-3 times per week that too for less than 20-30 kms at a time.Total kms travelled is less than 5000. Last week again same problem occured and we sent mail to hyundai customer service. They called us and sent a guy to take the car to service center. the service center guys also experienced this problem when they drive the car and they told problem is with oxygen sensor. Now they are asking me to take the car back and telling to call them next time we face this problem. 1.How can they ask me to take the car back without fixing that? 2.First time this happened just after 6 months. so i am not ready to pay for any service as engine problem was there when car was in warranty period but your guys were not able to indentify it.So it is not my fault. 3. I want this fixed and written assurance from you that this will not happen again. 4.I am scared to take this car for long trip and this car is of no use to me so i can very well take you to consumer court.

                  My Grand i 10 Magna car bearing Number UP70 CF 5601 met with an accident at Jhunsi, Allahabad, on 31 October 2014. A speeding Truck violated the right side pass given by me and hit my car in right side, damaging the right side doors and left side front rim and dent in left side door of the vehicle. For repairs, I took it to Dee Hundai Motor service station at Lukerganj, Allahabad on 1.9.2014 (Repair order No. R[protected] dt 01.09.2014) but now 65 days have gone, my car is still not repaired and saying that parts are demanding from Hundai Company. After receiving the parts vehicle would be repaired and delivered. My vehicle has insurance policy issued by Hundai Motor India Ltd with The New India Assurance Co. Ltd, the policy number is[protected].My policy is cash less policy with Hundai and stated me that you should deposit only Rs 1000 and other expenditures would be owned by us. I had complaint on 16.10.21014 on your complaint Mob. [protected] . I am extremely dissatisfied with the action of the Hundai Motor India Ltd and Dee Hundai Motor service station at Lukerganj, Allahabad and Insurance company who declared that action should be taken time bound and result oriented. Every Grievance is expected to be resolved within a maximum period of 30 working days. How much time will be taken by your service station to deliver the car?                     Yesterday I was held up in Signal as the gear lever froze and I had to push the vehicle outside.. I had called ur road assistance and it was taken to the service centre. Today I called up and the service assistant told me that I have to wait for a week to get my vehicle repaired since they are not having the adequate spares ...:(

                      Hyundai India website shows ex showroom price for particular city but there is a difference of rs.5000/- in actual showroom price. Actual showroom price are much more which Hyundai India showing on its website. When I complaint about this on its customer care they told me it is a logistic charge from factory to showroom . When I asked them then why you are showing Ex showroom price if it is ex factory price they have no answer. Either Hyundai should include logistic charge in its Ex Showroom price or it should be written ex factory price.Other wise it is cheating to the customers. Rajesh Kumar

                        same asusual cluch problem...its starts from 15000 km when i took 2nd service of my brand new car verna...that was my first hyndaicar...i had complaint same for many times...my cluch is changed bt problem arieses again and again...ur employe repair it bt after few month problem came again..wht the hell is tis, , i m nw getting very irritate .plzzz solve my problem...cluch does not work properly.gears are not working proprely due to cluch problem. gears get freeze and does not work..plzzz help me out of tis problem...thankyou

                          Dear Sir, I have approached several departments of the company complaining about the tyres defect and no one is listening to my problem. I have purchased a car in May 2013 and it has driven almost 22k kilometers and the internal wires of the tyres are broken the inspector from the tyre company says that the allignement was not done in time as well as the rotation. The record with the company says something else. I have approached different dealers, regional office central office. Lastly i have written to the MD as well. I have got no response till date. Please help. I have registered my first complaint with company in August.

                            Respected sir I here want to tell about our problem that we are facing from last 2 months regarding our new verna car (Rj26CA2039) Sir from last 2 month we are facing cluth n gear problem, first we take car to the jaipur at hindustan hyundai workahop from our home town deoli which is 160 km. away from jaipur and they solve the problem but again after few weeks same problem comes and this time our car had stoped at kota railway station then kamal hyundai from kota take the car from the railqay station and they change the cluth plate n cylinders of the car and give it to us and that time car was running fine but again one day before diwali the same problem was coming to our car it stopped on the middile of the road then after calling to roadside assistance they take our car after one day and give it to kota kamal hyundai then this time they replace the cylinder and give it to us but again the same probelm we are facing in the car. We registered a complain on hyundai customer care but there is no reponse coming from them and we also complain to he kamal hyundai, kota but they doesnt give any feedback. So sir please kindly help us by giving attention to our as early as possible

                              I'm a resident of rewa (m.p.); I’ve purchased mastro 6 months ago. The scooty is excellent. But Now due to some reasons some problem has come up for that I went to authorised service centre at rewa itself their they told me that there is some problem in a part and it was not available at that time with them, I’ve been there for more than 3 times for the same and now they are not behaving properly also. Please help me.

                                I have a I20 asta model of 2009, I lost my one remote key two months back and contacted my nearest Hyundai showroom (Krishna Hyundai korma, chhatisgarh) for new key they gave me a new plain manual key without any key slot. After that they tried to teach new key but at that time there system was showing wrong password and they were unable to activate new key and they said to come after few days by saying that we will inform to our head branch chennai and again call me to rectify problem but this time also same problem repeated and they are saying that your car password is not matching with company given password and u have to change your EMC, CAR LOCKING SYSTEM and IMMOBILIZER worth rupees[protected] and they cant do anything. I think this not my and why i have to pay this amount because of company password not matching, why i have to change my whole system.And they are saying that this is not our problem if you want to complaint head branch then you can complaint. These is not the first time that they are behaving like this, servicing related problem and spare parts related problem are continuously repeating and not me but most of the customer not preferred to go service center.And also they take two days for simple servicing and rectification without complete satisfaction. So these is my humble request to take necessary action, I already suffer for two months for these problem .                                   I am working as a regular employee in GJUS&T, Hisar, a state govt. University. I purchased a Verna-SX4 car from Hisar Hyundai, Hisar on April 6, 2014. I was eligible for corporate discount and same was offered at the time of sale by the sale branch of Hisar Hyundai, Hisar. I submitted the required documents for the corporate discount in the sale branch of Hisar Hyundai, Hisar in time. In the month of July, 2014, I was informed telephonically by a sale person from Hisar Hyundai, Hisar that I am not eligible for the corporate allowance and due to some reasons I could not follow or contact them at that time. Now, I came to know that one of my colleague who also purchased the same car in April 2014, from Hisar Hyundai, Hisar., has received the corporate discount. It is the act of biasness that I am entitled 'not-eligible' for getting the corporate discount and my colleague is identified eligible for the purchase of same car in the same month.                                     Delay in delivery of i20 Elite-I had booked an i20 Elite from Sharayu Hyundai Navi Mumbai on 17th August 2014. They promised to deliver the car by 22nd September 2014 and they somehow got the loan amount also dispersed from HDFC bank. Now I am paying the EMI without a car and they are again saying that the car will be delivered at the end of this month and that to they are not sure about that.Plus there is a price hike that I will have to pay. This delay is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and how did the dealer got the loan amount dispersed without the car? Can someone from Hyundai look into this issue and get me the delivery done in this week itself otherwise I will have to cancel my booking.                                       My car got repaired few days back at a Hyundai authorised service station. The mobil oil had leaked and they had repaired it. My car is in Extended warranty And after a few days now, a sign was appearing in the meter and I went back to check as what the problem was. They told me that the oil cooler needs to be replaced. I further questioned about if it was available in the extended warranty scheme and no response was shown by the staff. I am disappointed with this kind of behaviour.
