Its very sad to inform you that I have been cheated by one of your renowned dealers which is infact a company owned showroom named HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA MATHURA ROAD NEW DELHI.
BRIEFiNG OF THE INCIDENT:
I deposited my booking amount of RS 10000 on 5th Sep. 2014 for ELITE I-20 ASTA(PETROL VERSION) POLAR WHITE COLOUR, there i was coordinated by Miss Soniya ([protected]) and her team lead Mr Vikas Gupta
([protected]). They told me that they will try to arrange this vehicle within the month of September itself. After one week, I got a call from Miss Soniya that my car has been allocated to me and will be delivered by 22nd of September positively. I asked her multiple times to ensure that my car has been allocated to me. She did confirm me via text on my mobile containing Car Chassis number and Engine Number with a promise that they stand-by their commitment and that they are not dealers, a company owned showroom.

Thereafter I started the proceedings of my loan and insurance as i was arranging both the things on my own. As per bank requirements, i had to deposit Rs 5000 more as a booking amount, which i did to the showroom on 19th September 2014. There, I met with Mr Vikas and asked that when will i get my vehicle delivered. He answered that it will be delivered by the next day of your amount disbursement from bank which was expected to be disbursed on 22nd Sep. or 23rd Sep. by the bank.
To quote Mr. vikas during our conversation :
" When i asked him why you people are not even giving car cover with this vehicle, he said there is huge shortage of elite i-20 because of its demands. Even for your vehicle other dealers are trying to snatch it away from us". That statement disturbed me a lot and compelled me to think there is something wrong going on behind my back, and without my knowledge and consent.Then I asked him again that "are you sure that i will get my car delivered on the day promised i.e. after the disbursement of amount from the bank. He said "Yes, for sure". On 22nd September I got the car insured against the chassis number mentioned above. On 23rd September bank disbursed the amount which was received by the showroom Today, on 24th September at 11 am IST. When i called today(24th sep) Mr. Vikas that did you got the amount?? first he said no sir we didn't, then i said you just check once again and let me know, after few hours i called him again regarding this he said yes we got the amount from the bank. Again he called me after few minutes telling me that sir one problem is there that your vehicle while coming to our showroom from chennai plant got hit somewhere on the highway, i asked how is it even possible because vehicles are transported through proper trailer then he was speechless and told me that i will call you back in next 10 mins. I then called Miss Soniya asking about the issue she told me that there is nothing like car has been hit. It was a confusion that i have given you somebody's else car's chassis number and engine number its just human error, your car will be delivered in next slot.
My point is if it was a human error then how come two people were not aware about this since last 19 days, second thing i have my car insurance against that chassis number with dated 22nd Sep 2014.
That simply shows that these people have allotted my car to somebody else either taking bribe from that person or maybe he/she will be having some approach.
Therefore there is a kind request from my side to investigate the case thoroughly take proper actions against the culprits and let me know if I can get my car with same chassis number and engine number back or with a new car by 1st of October 2014 along with the insurance risk because now it will take 20 to 25 days to get the car insured with different chassis number from previous one, I want each and everything to be streamlined and get my car along with proper insurance paper by 1st of October so that I can drive/travel easily.
Or else I will be withdrawing my booking and will approach you with legal process.
Kindly do the needful ASAP.

Hyundai Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am a customer of Hyundai and I have Hyundai I 10 which I have been using since last 3 years at Gwalior. The registration number is MP07CC6018. I have sent my car for normal servicing on 22nd November to Royal Hyundai (Royal Motors Gwalior (P) Ltd). And I received a call from service centre that estimate of service charge would be Rs.4000.00 and I have confirmed them to do the job. And again I received a call from their technician that there has to be replacement of two parts which cost will be 8000.00 and even more than that. As I have cashless insurance from Royal Hyundai ( bajaj Allianz insurance) and I have informed them the same.
But it is surprising to inform you that initially they confirmed that this will not be covered under insurance and again being informed that it may take 2 to 3 days time as insurance person will survey the same. And their best advice was to purchase the parts if you need your vehicle on same day.
I have forcibly withdraw my servicing and asked my driver to come out without servicing and they have billed Rs.1585.oo but they have not done anything to my car.
Somehow my driver settled the bill and sharing this bitter experience with your customer care that how a valued customer is being treated and manipulated by your dealer.
I have decided not to send any car for servicing to your dealer any more.
And hopeful to get a response from you quickly.
