Dear Concerned, It is to bring your notice that i have lodged 02 times complaint on 30.09.2014 in customer care but not got any complaint no. My complaint is that i have purchased a new i20 sportz car from Novelty Hyundai G T Road Amritsar on 28 Jul 2014 on challan. The bill was not issued due to CSD approval pending. I got the CSD approval on 22 Aug 2014. Till then i am asking your manager Mr Amit Kalia & Ms Jasbir Kaur to transfer the funds in my account so that same can be transfered to CSD to do the needful for issue of bill. The response from your manager is very very poor & i got daily harassed saying it will be done in next one day. Please take the appropriate action to avoid the harashmnent to the customer & maintain the diginity & value of the hyundai brand. Regards Mohan Lal Arora [protected]

    I gave my Hyundai i10 to the authorised service center in noida. The car was kept for a week due to insurance claim and the amount of work to be done. When picked after service, we realised that the central lock was missing from the keys. On reporting they argued that it never existed. On request to senior person, the car was checked and they realised that it was a mistake from there end. We were promised that the new lock would be provided at our doorstep today but no one has come over as yet. The question/concern is that is the authorised service center not reliable place to get our car serviced? Hoping we would get the resolution else forcing to escalate further.

      I have purchased Hyundai xcent on 3rd June 2014 through ashiyana motors, patliputra colony, patna. From the beginning air condition of that car is not working. Have complained many times to dealer but till to date am not entertained although its in warranty period. My car is in service station since yesterday but non of the responsible person are giving me update about my car.         i booked hyjndai xcent car from shreenath hyundai thane by paying 10122 on july 2nd using credit card.prior to my booking sales rep informed to me i will get rear parking camera in my car ...while i went to the showroom to pay the bal they stated its notthe feature and i have to pay for the same .they also confirmed sknce its a new car rep was not aware of the same . i raised a complaint against the same on 28th aug howevr i am still following up . noone bothred to call me as per the timeline and i kept being told we are investigating .post this i went to the showroom and cant imagine the stress they could give both the managers krupa and her manager kept telling us they both are new to the showroom and they dont have authority howrver they have terminated the employee for giving us misinformation. we waited there for good 2 and half hours nd nothing happened . they suggested us to visit andheri showroom and meetmiss shabnam merchant, we askedvthem for her number and they provided us landline number whre we kept calling her and the receptionist kept stating she is in a meet ans finally stated she is on leave .i have been trying to get in touch with her since then andthereceptionist keep stating she is not there and today she finally transfeded my call to krupa... i have records of all the callss and emails sent ...please assist i dont know the sttus of my booking neither i am sure if they can give my refund back ... i am quite shocked that hyjndai showrooms dont know the escalatiom process neithr they are working on mycomplaints nor giving t gettme

          I gave my car hyundai i 10 for servicing at auto web hyundai on[protected] at 9:35 am and was informed that the car would be given back at 4 pm. after calling at 4 pm was told that it would be handed over at 5 pm after which it was delayed for another hour. At 6 pm utimately when i reached the service centre, very smartly they took the money, got the feedback form filled, just showing me the car from outside. Then suddenly to my surprise, they started the car with the plier, and when i objected, did they told me that the they are not being able to start the car with the keys. This was despite the fact that that they had themselves taken the car with me for a test drive before they started the servicing part. How was it that they faced no problem in starting the car at that time. Secondly, even if they were having problem of this sort, they could have called me up, since they were having my contact no. My point is that they manhandled my car's ignition, without taking me into confidence and even try to mutilate the things with the plier. More so, they are asking me for rs 1500/- for making the new car keys.

            I HAD PURCHSED CAR OF I10 HUYNDAI FROM MIRRIKH HUYNDAI PVT LTD, BARDOLI IN FEBRUARY-2014 VIDE INVOICE NO-MBA 000298 DATED 8.2.2014 BUT I COULD NOT RECEIVED CORPORATE DISCOUNT TILL TODATE.               Respected sir I have a complaint against Hyundai popular service center at vetturoad, kazhakootam. I gave my car to change the front glass. They had returned the car after 4 days from the date they have to return. After they retired I saw the car's seat and engine parts r full of mud water. And all its electronic items are damaged they have taken back the car again. They had promised me to give the car back in showroom condition.on the date which they want to return, I had a call at night 12:30am, the car met an accident at perappancode. That is outside showroom. The car was severely damaged, it's 23 parts including axle, bumper, radiator tank etc were damaged. All these happened from their side, even after all these happened I am forced to repair the car with my insurance. After all these I didn't get my car back on time. I will attach the photos of car which they have damaged. I am requesting you to contact me with one who know Malayalam on pH no. [protected]

              Hi,

              I am a customer of Hyundai and I have Hyundai I 10 which I have been using since last 3 years at Gwalior. The registration number is MP07CC6018. I have sent my car for normal servicing on 22nd November to Royal Hyundai (Royal Motors Gwalior (P) Ltd). And I received a call from service centre that estimate of service charge would be Rs.4000.00 and I have confirmed them to do the job. And again I received a call from their technician that there has to be replacement of two parts which cost will be 8000.00 and even more than that. As I have cashless insurance from Royal Hyundai ( bajaj Allianz insurance) and I have informed them the same.

              But it is surprising to inform you that initially they confirmed that this will not be covered under insurance and again being informed that it may take 2 to 3 days time as insurance person will survey the same. And their best advice was to purchase the parts if you need your vehicle on same day.

              I have forcibly withdraw my servicing and asked my driver to come out without servicing and they have billed Rs.1585.oo but they have not done anything to my car.

              Somehow my driver settled the bill and sharing this bitter experience with your customer care that how a valued customer is being treated and manipulated by your dealer.

              I have decided not to send any car for servicing to your dealer any more.

              And hopeful to get a response from you quickly.

              Myself suraj c george my car number is KL-17-8006.I have given my car for service in hyundai authorized service station popular motor world pltd geethanjali jn, nh, bye pass, vyttila kochi 682019, tin no [protected]c, on 29/4/2015, and it return back on 30/4/2015 but i am not satisfied about their service and the car is not working condition . The complaint atteded by HARIKRISHNAN ([protected]), then my car is given for service on 5/5/2015, and the complaint is not corrected.then i complaint regarding this problem to the service manager popular hyundai kochin ([protected]) and relation manager ([protected]), according to them, they asked more time for service, on these days i will have to hired taxi for my work, ( yesterday 13/5/2015 they send two road service persons to my home and they checked the car and clear the timing belt sound but after the test some other complaint is started when car is started and switch on the head lamp the car is raising more and car is running without axcilator in every gear position on 40, 45 km on sitting on 2 or more persons in the car, then car mileage is so low . i cant suffer this petrol cost and these complaints are happened only the after service on popular hyundai service center vytilla ) so i requested you to take necessary action immediately about it, otherwise i will have to complaint about it the CONSUMER COURT . i also attached credit invoice bill copy and 2 times repair order sheet.

                I purchased Hyundai i10 Sports HR 05 AG 2351 in September 2012. The vehicle was serviced on 10.09.2014 by Safdarjang Motors Pvt Ltd, Udyog Vihar, Phase IV, Gurgaon. I am experiencing the following problems for quite long time: 1. Poor pick up. 2. Poor milege- less than 14 on highway. City driving less than 12.00 per KM 3. Steering very hard and has caused pain in my right shoulder. 4. Posture of driving seat has become uncomfortable. The problems as at 1 to 3 above were recorded in the job card at the time servicing on 10.09.2014. However, the problems still continue. I wish to bring to your notice that the problem was also escalated in the year 2013 on this site to the company, but yet to be redressed. The vehicle is under warranty of initial 2 years. I request you to address the above problems otherwise I do not have any option other than moving Consumer Forum.                   Hi Team, Its very sad to inform you that I have been cheated by one of your renowned dealers which is infact a company owned showroom named HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA MATHURA ROAD NEW DELHI. BRIEFiNG OF THE INCIDENT: I deposited my booking amount of RS 10000 on 5th Sep. 2014 for ELITE I-20 ASTA(PETROL VERSION) POLAR WHITE COLOUR, there i was coordinated by Miss Soniya ([protected]) and her team lead Mr Vikas Gupta ([protected]). They told me that they will try to arrange this vehicle within the month of September itself. After one week, I got a call from Miss Soniya that my car has been allocated to me and will be delivered by 22nd of September positively. I asked her multiple times to ensure that my car has been allocated to me. She did confirm me via text on my mobile containing Car Chassis number and Engine Number with a promise that they stand-by their commitment and that they are not dealers, a company owned showroom. Chassis number:MALBM51BLEM022347 Engine number:G4LAEM419233 Thereafter I started the proceedings of my loan and insurance as i was arranging both the things on my own. As per bank requirements, i had to deposit Rs 5000 more as a booking amount, which i did to the showroom on 19th September 2014. There, I met with Mr Vikas and asked that when will i get my vehicle delivered. He answered that it will be delivered by the next day of your amount disbursement from bank which was expected to be disbursed on 22nd Sep. or 23rd Sep. by the bank. To quote Mr. vikas during our conversation : " When i asked him why you people are not even giving car cover with this vehicle, he said there is huge shortage of elite i-20 because of its demands. Even for your vehicle other dealers are trying to snatch it away from us". That statement disturbed me a lot and compelled me to think there is something wrong going on behind my back, and without my knowledge and consent.Then I asked him again that "are you sure that i will get my car delivered on the day promised i.e. after the disbursement of amount from the bank. He said "Yes, for sure". On 22nd September I got the car insured against the chassis number mentioned above. On 23rd September bank disbursed the amount which was received by the showroom Today, on 24th September at 11 am IST. When i called today(24th sep) Mr. Vikas that did you got the amount?? first he said no sir we didn't, then i said you just check once again and let me know, after few hours i called him again regarding this he said yes we got the amount from the bank. Again he called me after few minutes telling me that sir one problem is there that your vehicle while coming to our showroom from chennai plant got hit somewhere on the highway, i asked how is it even possible because vehicles are transported through proper trailer then he was speechless and told me that i will call you back in next 10 mins. I then called Miss Soniya asking about the issue she told me that there is nothing like car has been hit. It was a confusion that i have given you somebody's else car's chassis number and engine number its just human error, your car will be delivered in next slot. My point is if it was a human error then how come two people were not aware about this since last 19 days, second thing i have my car insurance against that chassis number with dated 22nd Sep 2014. That simply shows that these people have allotted my car to somebody else either taking bribe from that person or maybe he/she will be having some approach. Therefore there is a kind request from my side to investigate the case thoroughly take proper actions against the culprits and let me know if I can get my car with same chassis number and engine number back or with a new car by 1st of October 2014 along with the insurance risk because now it will take 20 to 25 days to get the car insured with different chassis number from previous one, I want each and everything to be streamlined and get my car along with proper insurance paper by 1st of October so that I can drive/travel easily. Or else I will be withdrawing my booking and will approach you with legal process. Kindly do the needful ASAP. Booking amount receipts are attached for your reference.                     My name is Ankush Gupta. I have booked a car on 15 August 2014 with Rs 5000 as there are special schemes on that day.My Booking id W2222-87 I want the deliverly on 26 September 2014. I have done whole payment by 15 September 2014. Moreover I have submitted all my documents by 17 September in ShowRoom which was verified by their Sales Executive. On 22 September morning I got call from the Sales Executive saying that your docs are rejected by RTO as you don't have Registered Rent Agreement. I have googled and found that if I will provide LIC Receipt of current month with current address along with Notorized Agreement then Registered agreement is not required . On 23rd September I have provided every document to the Hyundai dealer. On 24th September when I contacted the dealer I came to know that still they have not made the vehicle insurance . I came to know that only after insurance the dealer can send the documents to RTO office for vehile registeration. Today dealer told me that you will get the car on 30 September. I have already initmated the dealer in advance that I want the delivery of vehicle on 26 September 2014. Please let me know what can I do in this situation as I have already paid the whole amount of car on 15 September and I am not getting the delivery on 26 September 2014

                    THEN SHE CONFIRMED DELIVERY ON 23 OCT 14 ( DIWALI TIME )

                    TILL TODAY WE HAVE NOT RECEIVE THE CAR

                    WHENEVER WE ASKED FOR DELIVERY WE TREATED VERY BADLY AND RECEIVED ANSHWER RUDELY

                    THEY SPOIL OUR DIWALI VACATION

                    WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THEM

                    THEY ARE NOT CONFIRMING THE SAME

                      I have booked I 20 elite (Asta) car for my self at Dream Hyundai ( Authorised Car Dealer), ghaziabad.
                      for the same I have paid Rs.30000 as booking amount.

                      Dealer said that we can take the delivery of the car on 25th Sept., 2014 but on last moment he started forces us to take insurance from the company only.

                      We requested him that we don't require insurance from him and we will prefer to take insurance form outside as premium is less.

                      Now he has forced us to take insurance from him otherwise he will cancel our delivery.
                      I am repeating the exact message i have received from the Hyundai dealer.


                      "Hii. Good Morning Sir,
                      Sir, I spoke to my GM yesterday and he told me that u have to take insurance of our Hyundai Company(Elite I20). Otherwise we cant provide u the car without bypass Insurance . So, its a request- Please make sure about the insurance..."


                      So Kindly let me know is this the Hyundai Policy to mandatory take insurance from the Company.
                      if not, the is this the way a Car dealer will harass the people who really want to drive Hyundai car.

                      Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same

                        Washing of Sheet cover instead of Dry cleaning on 14/09/2014 of my CAR No. DL 7CP-5057. When I handed over the CAR for Servicing I was told that sheet covers needs Dry cleaning and charged RS. 700/-for the same (Copy of Service bill enclosed for your ready reference). But sorry to inform that instead of Dry cleaning, the sheet cover were washed with water and fitted on the sheets. Due to high water content there was bad smell in the car your representative Mr. Arif attended the CAR when I contacted the Customer Care, Ms Puja called for the CAR on[protected] but the CAR is yet to be delivered to me. I am hiring Taxi since[protected] @ Rs. 2000/- per day. You are therefore, requested intimate as why such things have happened and ensure for immediate handing over the CAR. and Rs. 700/- charged for Dry clean needs to be reimbursed to me along with Taxi hire charges @ Rs. 2000/- per day from 19 Sept’14 to 22 sept’14 the sheet have been damaged which are to be replaced at your cost

                          Dear Sir, I bought i10 grand on January 14 and my speedometer dial was not working since last month. I drove my car to Kaushal Hundai service centre, Siliguri, WB. The service personnel after test driving told me that wheel alignment is required to repair the dial. I insisted that wheel alignment has got nothing to do with speedometer.However the service personnel insisted that this is how they check a faulty speedometer. He also spotted the break wire inside the hood (which i believed he himself broke) and told me that entire signal wire is to be checked .When i insisted that when you found the broke wire why dont you just connect both wires and just run a diagonsis and if it rectifies change the whole wire. But he was adamant that they have to check all the wire signals and it is their procedure. However i was not convinced, and drove back. Sir, I request you to look into the matter and re-authenticate my claims if possible .My association with Hyundai has been pleasant.My car was damaged twice and service personnel at another Service centre handled it very professionally.

                            With utmost frustration and dissatisfaction I’m hereby writing you that after giving complaints to all company owners and dealers I’ve still not got my Hyundai Verna car back. This was supposed to be returned back on 21/06/2014 but till today my family is just chasing police official who are good for nothing rather just delaying case. Problem details :- My brother was driving this car for in near locality where one truck bashed from back and car got smashed. Later on all police formalities with FIR and other things reporting were done. Same day accidental car was taken to similar police station via crane service for night. Next day was again pulled from police station to Hyundai service centre for restructuring and other service work along with insurance claim. Company official gave us job card for repairing/denting/painting and getting car in shape with due date of 21/06/2014 but till 19th July me and family keep on following to see our service repaired car which was nowhere in service centre also none of centre manager / dealer owner were agreeing to give my car back as they said “we do not have any idea where is your car” For this my brother Rahul Pareta reported FIR as well stating company is not giving my car back which I gave for service but yet no improvement. Through some of my relatives I came to know about your mode of detecting things and sorting consumer complaints so I’m finally sharing it here as well. Imagine customer gave car for service and dealer denied to return back that too with company service centre. Being into private organisation it’s tough to make to-for every time to my native place for following up with company officials and nor even my family is in condition to do same. Lastly I’m just trying to lodge complaint in Consumer court for such mental trauma and harassment compensation which my family and me are facing along with My Hyundai Verna car replacement. Details of My Car are mentioned below along with email sent to company official where no action has been taken till yet.                               My car hyundai i20 car no mh05 as 5757 there was some noise in staring while operating during servicing the service manager said it's normal after few days staring jammed I drove the car with inconvenient to service center ritu automobiles pvt Ltd on 09/09/2014 they suggested that column assy - upper to be changed having faith on their words I changed that part which amounted to rs 27427 they forced me to pay by cash saying we do not accept cheques i got car at night about 8.30 pm while driving home I noticed staring was not working properly I thought new part must be stiff on the next day I took my car to service center they inspected the car and said that the part is not working properly we will order new part and get it replaced as an when part arrives we will call you on 19/09/2014 person from service center named jitendra kene by number [protected] and said that part has arrived you bring the car tomorrow we will get it replaced as said I took the car to service center on 20/09/2014 and after keeping car whole day at evening the above same person jitendra kene said part will not be replaced

                                i have purchased fludic verna car in hyderabad in the month of march'14. after my first serving it is observed the MIL light is glowing while driving also. three time i have given for servicing and computer checkout . and also i changed petrol bunk based on their advise. still my problem is not solved ...

                                  i purchased a verna from lakshmi hyundai on November 4th, 2013. The engine oil started leaking after the first servicing and the service personal said some part was broken, it's a manufacturing defect and he got it replaced. Next the brakes started to fail a lot of times and the service was shocked to see how a new car could get this type of problem, and he said booster was spoilt and i got it replaced. Next the headlights used to be in only high beam even when i put it into low beam and he got the lights replaced. Next the clutch plates got spoilt and the engine started making weird noices and i am still awaiting for the companies response regarding that issue. Itz been 14days since i complained about the clutch plates. They promised me a milage of at least 16 in the city, but the car gives an average of 11 in the city. I had to visit around seven times to the service centre in the last few months as they never used to solve my problem the first time. The brakes and lights are still defective. The odo meter is around 8500kms and is still due for the second servicing in a month. I wonder how a new car like this has so many problems. I request hyundai to compensate me with a new car.

                                    Issue: Met withCar accident on July 24 and my Car was taken to Samara Hyundai Kirti Nagarhowever, the car has not been delivered yet DL10CA 3932 – Bhupander Singh I met with accident on July 24 and my car was taken to Samara Hyundai, Kirti Nagar New Delhi. I was advised that the car will be delivered on or before Aug 27, 2014. But my car has not been delivered yet. Bad Customer Service:Even though my car is still with Samara Hyundai however I received around 10calls from Customer service asking for the services if my car is running smoothly.They don’t even have their own department information if the car has been delivered yet or not. The service adviser never gives accurate response. Whenever I call them they advise me that they will call back. However, they do not call me back infect I have to call them again. The reason for car delay is always a spare parts production problem as informed by the Hyundai management. They say they did not get the parts on time therefore they are unable to deliver the car on time. Irrelevant Expenses. I already have spent more than 20, 000on taxi/Auto fare. Such a pathetic service.

                                    I have booked for i20 Active on 6th April 2015
                                    They have committed 10th May 2015 for the delivery.
                                    Now today they are saying we can't commit any dates. You better buy Verna.

                                      Dear Sir Having high expectations from Hyundai, we have purchased a car dated 16th October 2013, Model: i10 with Registration no. TN11X 8766 and Chassis no. MALAM51CLDM402028 from Express Hyundai Service, Sholinganallur, Chennai. On 13th July 2014, the car did not start and I informed the Express Hyundai showroom. They did some repair and informed me that everything is fine and asked me to monitor for 2 to 3 days and give them the feedback. Again on 16th July2014, the car did not start again and a complaint has been registered with the showroom. Their driver came and took the car to the showroom. They informed me that they have checked everything and assured me that there will not be any problems in the future and handed over the car on 21st July. Please note that during this time, the car under went some service also as there were minor dents which were taken off during the service. The same problem of car not starting repeated again after a week and this time, the service person told that a switch in the self motor is faulty. I was told that the same has been replaced and I will not face any problem henceforth. Again on 17th September, I faced a similar problem with the car not starting. I called up the showroom again and informed about the problem. The Hyundai representative told that no driver is available today and will send a driver on 19th September. The driver came and took the car to showroom. The In-charge told me on 19th September evening i.e. today that they found one of the battery was faulty after thorough checks and the battery need to be sent to the battery company to get their feedback. I’m not sure how much time will it take this time to get the car back. But after experiencing the repeated problem of the car not starting, I with a great pain have to say that the car is a defective piece. The irony is that we cannot plan on a holiday, or a long drive which was one of the main reasons of having a car. This recurring problem is causing a lot of mental agony and also disturbance at my work place. Hence forth, I request you to please live up to the expectations of the customers and take an immediate action towards resolving this issue forever. Awaiting your response. Regards Krishnakanth
