I HAVE PURCHASED HYUNDAI I10 CAR ON 11.05.2013 FROM NANAVATI HYUNDAI, LP SAVANI ROAD BRANCH, SURAT. MY CAR'S REGISTRATION NUMBER IS GJ-05-JD-1749. THE DEALERSHIP, FOR WHATSOEVER REASON HAS BEEN CANCELLED BY HYUNDAI IN 2013. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT CORPORATE DISCOUNT OF 2000 RS, FOR THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED DOCUMENT (MY IDENTITY CARD AS A DOCTOR) TWICE TO THE DEALER, I HAVE BEEN PROVIDED COPY OF CORPORATE DISCOUNT LETTER. ITS NOW ONE YEAR AND 4 MONTHS, EVEN THEN, I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN CORPORATE DISCOUNT OF 2000 RS. I HAVE GIVEN WRITTEN INQUIRY 3 MONTHS BACK BUT NO RESULT. I HAVE TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF HYUNDAI AROUND 10-15 TIMES, BUT EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT "YOUR COMPLAIN HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT". AFTER SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN COMPLAIN TO HYUNDAI CUSTOMER CARE, I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE FIRST TIME ON 08.07.14, HE HAS GIVEN NUMBER[protected] TO MY COMPLAIN. THEN AFTER I HAVE TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SEVERAL TIME BUT EACH TIME THE ANSWER REMAINED SAME "YOUR COMPLAIN HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT". HYUNDAI MUST GIVE THE ABOVE MENTIONED DISCOUNT OF 2000 RS WITHOUT ASKING FOR IT AS IT'S PROMISED BY ITS DEALER ON ITS BEHALF, BUT THEY ARE NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING SEVERAL TIMES??? I AM HAVING THE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO PROMISES GIVEN FOR ABOVE MENTIONED DISCOUNT OF 2000 RS. THANK YOU.

    Dear Sir\Madam I am Abhishek Gargava residing at Indrapuri Bhopal M.P. I have purchased i10 in 02\08\2014 from one of your authorized dealer Surjeet Hyuandi and Exchange my Maruti Zen (MP04 V 9747) which was registered in my father's name Vinod Kumar Gargava . At the time of sales and exchange it was been committed to me that as Surjeet will resale my maruti zen they will accomplish transfer formalities.but nothing was happened and my car was soled and i was not even informed after one year i saw some one is driving my car on road when i confirmed this from Surjeet they told that it was soled and we will transfer your car soon which has not happened yet after hell lot of follow up and request to surjeet i got nothing now if any thing happened hyuandi will hold the responsibility . Now i am fade up with the response i am getting from Surjeet and i will take this issue to the court and media if any action will not taken on it Regards Abhishek Gargava

      I purchased I-10 ERA in Dec-2013, but im not satisfy to your services because i was face the battery problem in my car.if im not start a car within 5 to 6 days then my battery is totally discharge found.this prob. face in three times with in 8 month after purchase.i complained in our service center CI HYUNDAI BHOPAL his person came in my home and check my car and told me that no any prob. in your car.please start your car every 1 to 2 days.but it is not possible for me.so im not satisfy to this solution . please change my car battery and check my car .

        Two years ago, I had purchased i-10 from Fortune Hyundai Greater NOIDA. Ever since I have been visiting them for periodic service of the car. Every time the experience has been not so good. Every time car had to be washed again the seat covers had grease/oil hand marks which had to be pointed out and cleaned . Even the level of supervisor does not know the method of five tyre rotation. Every time the poor level of workmanship was raised up to GM level, but of no avail. While the standard of washing is visible and can be pointed out, I really wonder if the work which is not visible e.g oil change, filter change, brake shoe cleaning /replacement etc has ever been done and I am paying for it. This unprofessional attitude of the service provider need your intervention as there is no other Hyundai service centre in Greater NOIDA. Last time the car was serviced on 10 Sep'14.

        Really, very poor service, please don;t go for Fortune Hyundai, Gr. Noida. Their mechanics seems illiterate, and they don't know how to service.

          I bought a Hyundai Verna almost 6 months back. The suspension of the car are so soft you feel every jerk plus if you are on a highway the car feels like horse riding keeps swinging all the way. The suspensions make noises on broken road and if by chance the car steps on a pit it would make a noise as if something broke or a stone hit the car. This can be tolerated but the major problem is that the car is very unstable. I was driving my verna at the speed of 70 kmph on a highway. I was overtaking a truck and soon after overtaking I was heading back to my lane but at that speed the car for no reason started pulling to the right and somehow spinned 180 degree on a highway with heavy traffic. I might have gone through a bad accident but somehow managed to keep the car on road and not let it slide of it or the car would surely have been upside down. The company claims that the car is equipped with abs(anti-skit breaking sys.) but it did not respond that time and the breaks started slipping as well. Not to mention it was not rainy and the roads were dry. The built quality of the car is very poor on a head-on collision you have no chance of survival. I am surely going to report the car to the transport department. Such car's must be banned from Indian roads. Is the company going to pay the price of my life?? Do not buy Hyundai Verna, i20 they both are made on almost the same platform and both are not safe at all in an emergency situation someone might surely lose their life.

            Myself and wife is working in a nationalised bank at Trivandrum and we have purchased a Hyundai Eon car from the newly opened pothens Hyundai showroom at kollam. We had made payment on 20.08.2014 and the vehicle was delivered on 23.08.2014. We are the first time users of Hyundai Vehicle and the experience we had from the dealership at kollam was extremely bad. We have not got the vehicle registered yet. The dealers on contacting them have informed that they have lost the Temporary registration papers which they had done at trivandrum. For three weeks I am contacting them and they have assured me every day that things are taken care of and the problem will be solved next day. We are settled at trivandrum and I had travelled many occasions to kollam hoping that they will keep the word and do the registration. Finally I had contacted the AGM sales of the showroom and he said that things will be ready immediately. I had waited after his word for more than 10 days. Now he is making other excuses. finally he had become arrogant and used rough language and informed that they can do things only like this and they will do the registration at their ease and you do what you can do. Hyundai Company should check the people entrusted with the dealership because it will give a bad impression to the Company. More than that at the initial stage of booking itself I had paid the money for the acessories and they have not provided me the sensor and the left mirror. Also the central lock they had fixed the vehicle is not functioning for the dickie part. I had informed all these things to them. But I am disappointed at the extremely arrogant behaviour and the inefficieny of the staff at the new dealership. I have purchased the vehicle from the kollam showroom only because we are a native of kollam and we had a good relationship with one of the executives. At the first instance i had given a clean chit in the feed back form since it is a new showroom and because of the sales executive.               Dear Sir, I purchased Hyundai Verna CRDI 1.6 on dated 04-Dec-2013 from CAPITAL HYUNDAI D 48 Sector 63, Noida. Registration number of the car is UP16AR5052. I am facing two major problems with the usage of car: 1. Hot Air from left and right side slots on temperature 20 and above. This problem occurs randomly, not every time. The ratio of occurring the problem is 6/10. In morning time this is 100% reproducible. 2. First & reverse gear are very hard, not as smooth as other gears (2-6). There are two times I had visited the Hyundai service center "Das Hyundai. Das Building, Abu Lane, Meerut" but problem is not solved. Visited date 1 : 23 July 2014. Visited date 2 : 13 Sep 2014. They refilled the gas for AC and clear the memory out but I don't see any improvement so far. ** One more thing, this problem is faced only after the completion of 10, 000 km. ** With this problem sometime I face very hot temperature inside the car, and it's very difficult to drive, I am extremely disappointed with this problem.               As per request from Das hyundai service center Meerut, I again visited the center today 27th Sept 2014. They have put their best effort to rectify the problem but still my problem is as it is. They just verified the functioning of Ac related functions like ventilation, auto mode, blower<--> AC conversion on temperature change and found no issues as per their knowledge. Finally they just cleaned/oiling the area under dashboard. After this I didn't face the problem till evening but after that it comes again.

              Dear Sir, I will request you to please let me know the capable Hyundai center who have expertise in resolving the AC problems, I would be highly thankful to you.

              I am very much busy in my professional work so arranging time on frequent basis is very difficult to me. If my problem is not resolved in next attempt then I would need to go consumer court as a last option.

              Kindly do the needful.

                Respected Sir, On 14/04/2012, our family, in the name of my father Shri Nirmal Bardhan Roy, purchased a EON Magna +, presently bearing registration no TR 01 AE 0725. It is worth to mention here that since 1999 we had been maintaining Maruti manufactured vehicles & being heard of your after Sales service from advocate Samrat Kar Bhowmik opted to change to Hundai. That, it was all good till the 17000 km run. After that the front wheels had some noise, when brakes were given & the matter was brought to the notice of service providers at Panna Hundai on 10/04/2014 during 3rd servicing at run 18400k.m. They said to have rectified the errors but I found the problem persisting.So on 8/05/2014, again had to visit the service centre & they said change of some parts like brake shoes were essential &the job was done. But the problem persisted & I telephonically informed them of the fact & was communicated that there was no Pin or like wise in their stock & intimation will be provided as soon as stock arrived. I was compelled to run the vehicle with the noise persisting. That on 13/08/2014, I again went to Panna Hundai for sercvicing on 5000 km run & this time the lady in the reception appointed some senior mechanic to rectify the defect. The problem was eradicated for almost 7 days of time but since then it was back to square. As such I am compelled to lodge this complain as such is not even in my dreams of a company like yours. Besides, the noise of the wheels for the prolonged period is also putting the repute questionable. Hope to get response & remedy. At that time I was assured by sales consultant Pankaj Goyal to get cash back exchange bonus of 25000 against my old Maruti Zen Car Vehicle No- PB29C-0790.For my exchange bonus i have approached to Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Daljit Singh(Sales Manager).Even they have told me company will pay me my cash back payment after some time.Every time i called them they replied me same from the very long time. Then I contact on company, s toll free no.-[protected] and [protected] against complaint no.i[protected]. but with no effect. After that i complaint to RM office Chandigarh On their no.[protected] with Madam Harpreet . She also assured me that she will resolve my complaint very soon. Till yet my complaint did not solve even after so many assuranace. Now i have left with 25000 exchange bonus with interest and compensation, for damages mental tension and deficient services against the company. I am so fed up from your company service.                     I bought a Hyundai Car Xcent VTVT S Met from Sunrise Hyundai, Patparganj Industrial Estate, Delhi on July 20, 2014. Within 10 days of purchased, I noticed a crack in the front tyre (passenger seat) (Apollo Tyres) and also experiencing problem in using the gear. I brought it to the notice of the concerned customer care executive and the problem in the gear was rectified promptly. However I was told to approach Apollo Tyres and I did the same. However, Apollo Tyres refused to replace the cracked tyre citing that it is not covered under warranty policy. I immediately made a call to Hyundai Showroom Patparganj and the executive told me that the tyres and batteries fitted in the car are not of Hyundai and therefore they cannot do anything on the issue. However, it is hereby mentioned that I received the car fitted with tyre and battery from Hyundai Motor and not bought the items separately from the market and fitted on my own. It is therefore the responsibility of the car company also to look in the matter and they are ought to be accountable. They cannot simply shed away their responsibility by stating that tyres and batteries are not manufactured by them. Then I think it is very simple to buy car spare parts from the market and assembly on our own. God knows the car was fitted with a cracked tyre at the time of delivery. It is not possible to check each and every part of the car to look out for a possible defect.                       Hello, I would like to inform you that i am ABSOLUTLY NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR GN AUto SERVICE Center. I had a clutch and a gear problem in my car. I sent it to your garage the so called AUTHORISED SERVICE where I personally noticed a trial and error method being conducted on my car.I gave the car on August 4, 2014 at around 12.45 and till date my car is with them and problem not solved.                           We took our EON on 09.01.14 from hyundai Dealer M/s POPULAR HYUNDAI, karamana TRIVANDRUM, KERALA (Chassis no MALA 351 ALDM 234400, engine no G3HADM 206543 and registration No:(KL-01-BN-8811). On 20th August we have given our car for a BP work with your said Dealer. Due to rain on 23rd august, the Yard where our car had kept, got flood( around 1200hrs) and our car was submerged for about 2 days. As I am staying near the Hyundai yard, I was able to inform Dealer Service Advisor(Shambu [protected]) before water level increases, But he had not taken any steps to prevent any untoward situation, more over He ensured the car is safe. More over dealer had completely dismantled my car for cleaning, without informing me. We have not given any stand-by car, for our daily use as my wife is in her family-way and need to take her to hospital in case of any emergency. Also, due to Doctor’s advice she is commuting to her office in our car. Since 20th of August, I am engaging a Taxi for her travelling purpose. This is to inform you that we will not be taking back this flood damaged vehicle as it was under the possession of the Dealer and hence either the Manufacturer or the Dealer need to replace it with a brand new one failing which we shall approach the Hon'ble Court for seeking justice.                             I have purchased a i 20, AP21 AZ 1917 new car on 02/07/2014, Went for first service at kurnool AP on 28/07/2014, The engineer observed a defect in one tyre, and advised us to claim replacement from Appolo tyres we have handed over the same to appolo tyres Kurnool.But till date we have not received the tyre.We are very disappointed, and desided to go to consumer forum after hereing from you.

                              I am dr deepak sharma working in esic hospital jammu as a physician . I have booked hyundai verna fluidic 1.6 sx crdi on 7 of august and given 50, 000 rs cheque on the same date as booking money. I was given in written that vehicle will be delivered in 15 days, but till today i havn't received my vehicle even i have deposited the full payment of 10 lakh five thousand seven hundread 10 days back .When i call the concerned people of kc hyundai they don't pick up the phone and were giving daily false assurances that vehicle will come tomorrow ..I hve also told them that i cant take the vehicle after 7 of september due to some relegious aspect (Shraads) for atleast next 15 days . I want to know that, why you people give 15 days time when you dont even know the status after 30 days. This is the bad experience i am having with hyundai. I need either give my vehicle on sunday or return my money back so that i can go to some reliable company.Kindly take necessary action

                                Sir, We have come back from the hyundai tumkur showroom Vicky Hyundai (manasa motors pvt.ltd. Grr Petrolium Sira Road, Tumkur-572101) not taking the delivery of our new i20 elite which was due today. Our payment through RTGS vide company's cash receipt no.330 dt.3.9.14. with the full payment of 7, 87, 701/-including Rs.10, 000/-advance which stands in the name of MR.G.V.Srinivas.The first thing is as promised they did not give us both the mud flops and body cover and on insisting they not only denied but also went back on their promise. The company executive Mr.Stimith Shekar was now here in the showroom to attend to us or even talk to us regarding the promise and wanted to take the delivery as it is condition by Mr.Madhu-sales manger/team leader Mr.Harsha/Mr.Rajesh which we denied and came back disappointed. we were supposed take the delivery on our auspicious time from 12.30 to 1 pm on this friday ie.05.9.14 but unfortunately the vehicle was not ready and the company executives were in no mood to care for the delivery time. As for the company of your stature it is highly disappointing and we may not consider to go for Hyundai cars at all. We would like have our full money back at the earliest..kindly attend to this immediately not damaging the company's image further.Awaiting for your immediate response. regards, g.v.srinivas, [protected]@gmail.com

My car MH46W8677 was having a problem right from the beginning I got the vehicle serviced from Sharayu Hyundai periodically.                                   I had purchased Grand i-10 (Magna) from JSV Motors & Cons. Pvt. Ltd., VIN Palace, Ring Road, Lucknow on 8th Oct-2013 whose registration No. is UP-32 FB-3117.As per quotation & price list attached I was charged Rs.13730/- for insurance of car whereas in policy certificate the premium amt. paid is Rs. 10652/- i.e. Rs. 3078/- has been charged extra from me.This matter has been several times conveyed to executive whenever I was approached for rating of vehicle, but no proper feed back has been given except with the assurance that "Sir, we will see it." Its going to be around one year but my case has not been solved. As a customer, I feel that I had been cheated by Hyundai Motors.Hence, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund the excess amount paid by me.                                     Hi, I had purchased my Hyundai i10 with registration number MH03-BE-9298 on 5th July 2012 from Shreenath Hyundai, Near Shoppers Stop, Ghatkopar East. Since then till today, the car has kept giving me the same trouble regularly. While driving normally, the engine suddenly trembles and the car shuts off. All the lights on the dashboard go on, and the engine dies. On turning the key again, it starts back up, but I have to keep racing the car, even in traffic, to ensure that it does not die again. After stopping like this a few times, the problem disappears and I’m able to drive normally. I have spent over Rs. 25, 000 in the past two years to service the car at Modi Hyundai Car Agencies, Vidya Vihar. My service advisors were named Firoz, Rizwan and Subramani. Each time, they are only able to temporarily solve the issue. At least on 4 separate occasions, I have had the car towed away from random locations on the road, because it had stopped over 20 times each, and even refused to start back again. I always hoped that each new advisor would have encountered a similar complaint before, and would be able to solve it. But now I have given up. I want an answer from the very top of Hyundai. Either replace my vehicle with a new one, or give me a replacement while my car is taken away for a thorough inspection and resolution. I also need money back for each time the car went for servicing with the car being towed away and yet the problem not being resolved. Do look into this matter with utmost seriousness. Do note that I have always kept the car well serviced, in terms of battery, engine oil, coolant, air filter, spark plug and so on. I have never missed a single service. An interesting observation is that this problem occurs more when the AC is off. Though my car is fitted with a CNG kit, this problem occurs in petrol mode too, so please don’t use that as an excuse to put the fault on my back. Looking forward to an honest and diligent resolution to my two-year-long battle with my Hyundai car. I am at my wit’s end now with this problem, as it has often left me stranded when attending to urgent duties, both personal and professional. Please tell me who will solve my problem.

                                    I am having a patethic experience
                                    with Capital Hyundai

                                    I have given my car(I20 UP 70 BY 0371) for repair on
                                    19th Aug and today is 30th Aug still I am not sure that car will be delivered
                                    tomorrow as assured On 28th when I went to see the status I was surprised to
                                    see the way they work.

                                    I had following experiences and
                                    they are bad
                                    1. On
                                    27th Aug morning when I called I was told that all the work has been
                                    done except the dead axle for which the alignment test is required and after
                                    that if it requires replacement it will
                                    be done and car will be delivered on 28th Aug

                                    2. On
                                    28th when I was there I was told by service manager that the car is
                                    on 3rd floor as soon as it will come down the alignment and road
                                    test will be conducted and on the basis of report the survey will be done and
                                    then replacement which was supposed to
                                    be done on 27th so I waited around for 3 hours

                                    3. Then
                                    I went on third floor to see the car and was surprised to see that back door
                                    handle and inner part still not installed, rubbing of bonne and bumper was not
                                    done then I asked them to please complete the leftover work which can be easily
                                    done on third floor and I kept on asking them then finally they started doing
                                    it. I asked the mechanic that why he has not done rubbing and he replied that
                                    he was told about the back door only.

                                    4. After
                                    all this around 4 pm they took the car down for test and the mechanic in just 5
                                    min said that dead axle needs replacement and I asked them why this test was
                                    not done on day 1 which could have saved lot of time and now again survey needs
                                    to be conducted and have to wait for the approval of which nobody gave me clear
                                    answer

                                    5. I
                                    was asked to wait till Saturday i.e. 30th Aug and asked to call on
                                    29 to take the status

                                    6. On 29th when I called up I was
                                    told that surveyor will come on Monday
                                    as he is not giving approval I had no option so I dialed the surveyor to
                                    request him to conduct the survey, here again I was shocked when he told me
                                    that he went there spend around 2 hrs and was not told anything about the
                                    survey and then I took service manger on conference and he tells that he is not
                                    aware that the surveyor had come and cut the phone this means he never called
                                    surveyor

                                    7. Now
                                    today is 30th August car is still not ready

                                    I don’t know
                                    what should I do about this attitude I am totally speech less when in each
                                    conversation I told them that I need car urgently and still this is happening
                                    this shows that they actually don’t care about others time and urgency, and the
                                    repair work for which they are taking so long I bet if I would have given
                                    outside I would have got my car back within two days

                                    I request you to
                                    please look in to the matter and take necessary actions
