Horrible service at a authorised service center

Hello, I would like to inform you that i am ABSOLUTLY NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR GN AUto SERVICE Center. I had a clutch and a gear problem in my car. I sent it to your garage the so called AUTHORISED SERVICE where I personally noticed a trial and error method being conducted on my car.I gave the car on August 4, 2014 at around 12.45 and till date my car is with them and problem not solved. Your west zone office no ones picks up the calls....
