I LIKE HYUDAI CARS BUT WILL NEVER BUY i am female went to book i10 grand last month November so i dropped in to a hyundai showroom which is nearby to my place.That is EXPRESS HYUNDAI(BMK EXPRESS AUTOMOBILES Pvt.Ltd.) Np.37A, velachery main road, Velachery, Chennai - 600042. Ph.No.[protected]. i met a sales team leader name Jagatheeswar and a finance consultant name S.Suresh and asked for i10 grand option petrol but they never told anything and gave me a trail drive of i10 grand era and told both are same.But i insist them to show me the i10grand option and i told i want to drive and see that version only.But they failed to give that car for trail and promised me that they will send me the demo car next day to my office.But next day they came in bike and forced me to give cheque of Rs.10, 000.I told i want car next week and told them i want too see i10grande option but they forced me and was sitting in my office telling book today itself or else the price will go high next week.i said if i can get the car next week i wont mind giving cheque.Jagatheeswar promised me they will give they car next week and the car is in solinganalore hyudai yard.They promised colour is also ready only if i pay today i will get car next week they said. I paid 10thousand cheque and after that none responded my calls i called from other no. then the jagatheeswar took the phone and told me that come to show room the finance person want to talk to you the said.I gone and what i felt is there is no car available in any show room and i read in internet too that delivery will take time of 1 to 2 months.But they where simply played a drama that finance department will decide and some stupid drama. Hyndai i10 grand cost 6.46 lakh and i was ready to pay 3lakh and the remaining is only 3.46 in which i produced all my documents.But the whole team was pretending like finance late and telling few stupid things. I spoke to idbi bank they where ready to give finance within 2days but the finance consultant some what delaying and blaming the sales team but what i find is they where playing game by telling me lie 1.i10 grand is ready in yard 2.colour is also ready 3.finance department is delaying.. I will raise complaint daily about hyundai and i want my Rs.10, 000 back they should not deduct any of my money i want justice. I GONE FOR FROD ECO SPORT THEY WHERE READY TO GIVE FINANCE FOR EVEN 5 LAKH THEY NEVER FORCED ME THEY NEVER CALLED ME BUT HYUNDAI SALES PERSONS BEGGED LIKE HELL AND FORCED ME TO BOOK.

      Hello:

      My i20 keys have broken for the third time!!! There is a big problem with the design and manufacturing of these keys. Hyundai replaces this key and the cost is an exhorbitant 10k!!! why should the customer pay for a defective design and manufacturing process!!! will someone in Hyundai India pay some attention to this?

      It is not like only i have this problems, i know several of my friends or people known to me having similar problems. it is very frustrating!!!

        I have recently got my I20 Sportz Diesel delivered to me on 4th Dec 2013 . During pre sales, the sale person mentioned to me that the Speed sensing auto lock can be activated. After the vehicle is delivered, teh same sale person mentioned that this option is not avaliable in teh sportz model and this can never be activated. I feel cheated as I paid INR 8.3Lacs for my car and still I could have a basic safety feature.

        But still the company claims that teh car has 5- star safety features in it. I guess there is nothing to add in the car. As the car already has the center locing so the modification would on the speed sensing addition to program which I guess the company doesn't want to add. Whatever reason they want to.

        ME ALSO FACEING THE SAME ISSUE WITH MY I10 SPROTZ . I AM READY TO INSTALL AS ADDITIONAL ASSCERIOS . BUT THAT ALSO NOT POSSIBLE. DUE TO HYUNDAI IDOTS .

        THEY EVEN DON`T HAVE THE BASIC COMMON SENSE .. LOT O[censored]NWATED OPTION ARE AVIALABLE LIKE FOG LAM, TILT STAYRING ETC BUT BASIC SAFTETY OPTION IS NOT AVIALABLE

            Purchase Date: 11/10/2012
            1.1st free service taken on 08/12/2012 from Jaya Auto Mumbai.
            2.Was denied second free service by Jaya Auto as it was after 12 months from purchase.
            3.Car has done only 6700 km.
            4.Called your customer care number and was informed that this rule is absolutely inflexible.
            5.I earlier had a Maruti Wagon R and I find their service much better and their service centres are far more efficient.
            6. Will never buy another Hyundai car again.

              I bought my car (Getz GVS 1.1) 6 years back and it has completed around 40 000 km. In this span I had done Wheel Alignment five times. Out of these I have detailed report of wheel alignment for first, second and fifth cases. Out of these three reports two were from one authorized service center (first alignment at 4 677 km, second alignment at 16 354 km) and the other from another authorized service center (fifth alignment at 33 721 km). Recently when I notice wheel alignment recommended angles at each of these reports are different from each other, I wrote to Hyundai Motors (HMIL) customer care email id [protected]@hmil.net. CRService keep insisting to visit their authorized service center to get clarification. As a manufacturer HMIL does not respond to customer when customer raises question on service of their authorized service center. Six years back when I first time approached HMIL's authorized service center and sought clarification about the service provided, HMIL directly replied me and instructed their authorized service center to take care my complaint.

                i10 ECM Problem

                With in a very short running period of running less than 26000km a noise developed from the front suspension and both the front Tyre inside was wearing very badly with in a short period of 8 to 10 thousand Kms run. I have replaced the front tyres twice with in this 35000 km run. Now I have changed the front suspension spending around Rs.20, 000/- and going to change the front tyres again.                   Sub-Power steering coming under breakdown frequently; car registration no HR51AE8590 I purchased i20 Hyundai car in July2009 and from that day itself I am facing problems after problems in driving and maintaining the car. Leaving aside minor problems, like defective key, fast wearing clutch etc, the major problem is with its power steering. Just after 2 years when the car had not even covered 12000 km in November 2011, power steering started giving noise and immediately it was replaced under extended warrantee at no cost to me. But this problem of power steering was not over. Again in 2013, November, the steering problem cropped up when the car did not even run 8000km from the date of earlier replacement of the power steering in 2011, Nov. The car was given to the service station for the repair on 16/11/2013 to Super parts Pvt.Ltd (Unit of Baltic Hyundai), 14/1 Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana. Ph[protected] and they informed me that steering motor got damaged due to short circuiting of cables connecting the motor and spares required for rectification are not available in India as such they have to get them from Korea. I had a discussion with GM of the service station regarding handing over the repaired car but he expressed his inability to give any date as no date is given to him for the availability of required spares . Under the above circumstances, I request you to take action against Hyundai Motors and ask them to provide the spares required for the repair expeditiously. Since the damage to the steering is caused due to short circuiting of cables because of bad repair service or using substandard quality of cables, the cost of repair should be borne by Hyundai.                     Please note that about 5 months back I had given my Verna (MH04DB5616) at Modi Hyundai workshop at Thane for changing Time chain and Oil cooler along with general service, while removing the Injectors they damaged one injector since their tool was broken, I then purchased one injector and gave them. After about a month the Car was returned for which I had paid them about 71000/- plus cost of injector 12500.

                    With in 2-3 days a new problen of huge noise from the engine started, I immediately took the car back and I was told that the Tiped cover has a crack which needs to be replaced which they could not detect earlier since the scanner was not working. This time again when they removed the injector another injector was damaged which I purchased and gave them. This time again I paid them about 20000/- plus another 8000/- towards purchase of 2nd Injector.

                    Immediately upon taking the delivery another new problem of huge black smoke started. Now they again took the car and removed all the injectors and gave me 4 injectors for testing at Nityanand Injhectors where it was found that all the 4 injectors were damaged and I had to purchase 4 injectors for which I spent 41000/-.

                    Every time I have been harrased by them and every time when I give them the Car they come out of changing spares and returning the Car back in faulty condition

                    Finally, now for about 10 days the Car has been repaired and they have billed me another 55000/- for the engine repair. I fail to understand insteed of compensating me for all the above expenses which was incurred due to their fault on what basis I have been asked to pay for the repair.

                    Few days back I had met their Service Manager Mr. Patil who assured me that he will take up the matter with GM and the MD but all in vain. I had also sent them a mail earlier which was not attended.

                    You may ckeck each and every details with Modi and I can also furnish all the bills for the expenses stated above.

                    Its now 5-6 months the Car the almost lying with them for their fault and I request for immediate action and compensation failing which I would be compelled to take the matter to consumer court.

                      I purchased a Hyundai Verna car in the month of July, 2013 having registration no. UP20AH1005. Within 3 months of purchase, all the 5 tyres including the back-up tyre got punctured multiple times. The complaints for the same were raised telephonically many times to the service centres and Hyundai dealers but the issue was not addressed. Last week, after lodging a complaint with the Hyundai services, a representative visited and then I was told that nothing can be done since this is not an issue with the manufacturing. The response was quite disapproving for me as it is not possible that all the tyres get punctured repeatedly. It ought to be a manufacturing defect.
                      I request you to kindly address this issue and help me get my car repaired as my car is non- functional since last month. I will be highly obliged if I get justice on my case

                        EON Era+ BS IV car purchased and getting problem

                        Hi, I have spent approximately 6000rs for remove scratchs and some other miscellaeanous things but after one day we noticed there was a big scratch left and I went back to the agency and explained them the issue. The team there instead of helping me on this matter, behaved very aggresively. I was totally shocked to see such behaviour from an expereince employee there. I am not sure but I think his name is Subhash. This is the first time I had such a bad expereince in my entire iefe dealing with any party. The staff was not cooperative and the issue was very minor but instead of just solving it they kept on defending them without any reason. I even told them that it does not look like a big task but that man reacted very-2 aggresively on my statement which was very shocking for me. He then left without telling anything and my problem was handled by another very good staff and he solved it in less than 5 minutes. Is it the way the Hyundai staff delas with the customers?? If yes then strict action should be taken against such staff to set an example. A customer is always ready to spend money which directly becomes profit fo the dealer but in return expect some respect and output. The experience was really2 worst for me and I am not looking to buy any Hyundai car in my life if such peolpe exist in the company.

                            dear sir, I had purchased my new car from ashiana Hyundai patna Bihar on 13th dec 2012. after 6 months I felt rattling and whistling sound from the engine compartment. I visited twice to ashiana Hyundai patna and once at srivas Hyundai hajipur but these isues have yet not fixed.every time they are asking to visit for the same issue to the service centre but they are unable to take the issue .after coming from service center again after few days the same issue is noticed by me.
                            I feel and afraid that they are misleading me and waiting for the warranty period to be over and after that they will ask me to replace the part on my own cost

                                Hi sir, i am vipin. I give my hyundai eon for endorsement of cng to Hans hyundai in delhi. They told me that CNG registration and Insurance will be provided by there centre. For Cng registration, they charged 2000/- extra than the Cng registration fees. But even after provided all the necessary documents to them on 7/Sep/2013. I have not received by RC and insurance paper. I have called many times to Mr. Joy and visited to Hans hyundai many times. But my problem is not resolved by them and they keep on Providing me next date to call or visit.

                                  myself paul c, i bought a brand new hyundai santro from popular hyundai muvattupuzha recently i have a complaint regarding the handling charges you are applying to me on enquiry i realize that the handling charges (7500 rupees ) you are applying to us is legally not valid, but the problem is while asking the same with sales manager mr: latheesh from muvattupuzha he told me to forward a complaint to hyundai india, so i need a clarification regarding the bill (i need the split up) for which you are charging this amount, and need a acknowledgment that this is legally approved, im trying to sort this problem for lat two weeks but nobody is properly responding or giving a solution for the same. any how im planning to forward with a complaint legally, before that i need a clarification from your side, it will be really helpful if your replying at the earliest my contact detail is below paul c -[protected] cust code :pau 0077 email: [protected]@synthite.com

                                    I used to be a proud Hyundai customer. I purchased a Hyundai Eon Magna plus, petrol + lpg) last year on 15th Aug 2012. I was very happy with the kind of support that Hyundai extended for the first three months.However, things start changing and becoming ugly after that. Every time my car went for servicing, the next day it would start giving me trouble again...my car is less at home and more in the workshop. My recent interaction with the Mithila guys was a very bad one where i realised how i was being cheated every time. I am not denying the fact that rats have also created ruckus in my car...but everytime there was a problem created by rats i accepted and got it fixed through Mithila..so no issues on that. Today i went to Mithila again because the last time i claimed insurance in September, my car was in workshop for a few days. After it came from the workshop, it just would not start on LPG. Since i did not have time to go back to Mithila again, i decided to run on petrol for almost two weeks. Today i came to know that when they were repairing the car, they switched off the lpg connection for whatever reason known best to them. Initially they tell me it will take atleast 2-3 hours to fix the problem. Then i start yelling and i see 5 people coming and trying to sort out the issue. There was some Mr Shoaib who came to fore and pretended to help. They could fix the problem in less than 30 mins. Then there was a mechanic who says i want to take your car for test drive. I did not understand the reason for that but i thought he probably said it in good faith. When he came back he told me my speedometer is not working and the steering wheel is jammed. Since i was getting late i said il drop the car tomorrow. While driving home, the steering became so jammed that i could barely move it. They are mechanics, experts...you sit in the car and give race for two seconds you know the speedometer is working or not. I have been driving my car for so long without any problem. Suddenly today the steering gets jammed. Again after visiting the Mithila workshop. I dont know how much money i have spent on these things..but more than that my trust is shattered. I give them my car, my hard earned money, thinking that they will take care of it since its their baby first. But this is what i get in return. So i have decided to write on this forum because i am left with no option. So please, my humble request, please think twice before entering the Hyundai center anywhere. thanx Monika Bhambi
