I had given car for 75000kms maintainence service at dsc Hyundai - saligramam (chennai)& spend around 1, 50, 000rs which had ruined my car into piece's...part which has been replaced, not even fitted properly, , , even battery clamps...had black smoke after service..answer is :- ur's is old vehicle...still not solved my problem, , still suffering...I had been depressed -a lot & ashamed to be Hyundai customer ..how can company alot authourisation to this type of dealers...

Hello Sir ,

I am Anish Ketty from Chormpet - Chennai 600044 . I have purchased a new Hyundai Santro in the month of March and i have been facing hell a lot of problems . Sorry to say this but i would be one of your dis-satisfied customer , since nothing has been changed , nothing has been done according to my expectations . I drive my car in the speed of 50km and in the month of June Car tyre got punchured and when i spoke with a mechanic at that time since we never had hyundai showroom nearby to attend the puncher in the highway , the mecahnic told us that shockabsorber in the Vehicle is not new , they are old shocks which has been taken from a diffferent vehicle and has been placed in my car , I was shocked when he tols us about this and most of my frends are into Rally and they are expects when it comes to cars , And in the second month it self the shake of the vehicle was very bad and if the shockabsorber were damaged how it will be , it was like that , And i have purchased this vehicle in DSC Hyundai in chennai , They have cheated me and i have given my car for service 2 times and they hav done nothing even after me explaining bits and peaces , Customer service and the mechanics who are in DSC Hyundai are not usefull to the company ,


Anyway i have been a bad experience till now with regards to the Hyundai Santro , I was having Maruti zen before .. I never had any issues , everytime when i have an issue i give it to the service and they make it rectified imdly , but in Hyundai its totally different , i dnt know y they dont help Customer;s at all , I am totally frustrated about the same . . . My cars Power Stearing is also that smooth , I get sounds from the front part of my Vehicle , and from the rear part also , I have informed this to the service center plenty of times , but no ome has resolved my issue , I am extremely disappointed with Hyundai , As i came to a conclusion of selling this Vehicle , My friend told me that Kun Hyundai's Service is very good , so lets give a try , so i am going to give the service to Kun Hyundai for the final time , if its going to be the same issue after the service then i have to literally sell the vehicle and i will make sure that none of my friends will not purchase hyundai at any point of time , I am helpless and its very difficult for me to spend more money upon my car , and the service is like this . . . I have a Hyundai Gatz GLS. car. this car have many problems from date of delivery i have done complaints many time to HYUNDAI regional office and also to dealer but nobody help me.
I have been done complaints regularly one year but they did not give any solution of my problems.

today i knew about this website so i write here my complaint.
I have given my Hynudi SANTRO MH-31CN 7698 at Hyundi Nagpur ghat road center last month for servicing first time but not clear Reverse Horn query. Two months before they launch previlage coopan @Rs.400/- for services discount but not done servicing at mimimum bench mark. MY Hyundi Car under 2 years warranty but they not replaced Reverse Horn switch and ask me Rs.900/- for the same. Earlier I attained 3-4 serviciing at KETAN HYUNDI service performance was EXCELLENT. Also during servicing Nagpur Hyundi not provided plastic foot rest. When I ask for the same, they said not in stock and said once stock available they will call me, but till date I not get the call.
After servicing they ask me fill up the feedback form, I said I will fill up after 3-4 days performance. Nagpur hyundi executive told me you just give signature we will fill up the same. But I was not interested for sign & not given sign.
I get call from Nagpur Hyundi for Servicing feedback two times within 10 days span, I remind them my small complaint of revese horn, Nagpur Hyundi representive said within 2 days my complaint will be solve. still they never come back for solve my complaint and not taken interest.

I have the santro xing car., the car had done 60000kms the crank shaft got broken., after me spending about 30k still there is timing problem., Had done with KUN Chennai., the service provided was really bad., still car is not in same shape as it use to be., like drop in mileage ., AC performance., etc.,

As you are saying you have purchase a new one, then I am sure no one should expect these problems in a new car. However, I disagree on your comment for Hundai Customercare. I have a different experience.

Believe me, I have got me car fixed even after the warranty was lapsed. You need to contact the right person in Hundai Customer Care and you will get the solution to your problem.

I am from Delhi so I have registered my complaint @ Mohan Co-operative Hundai office...not sure of Chennai Hundai head office, you better try to get the info. I hope you will get the benefit out of it for sure.

My self Praveen Kumar is an owner of Santro Car. I live in Faridabad and get all repairs/service form Baltic Hyundai. Since lat year I have experience sharp drop in the customer satisfaction in the repair and service carried out by this service centre. I had already written to you about the problem six months (mail attached) back but there is no improvement in the service. Earlier the service centre used to take feedback from the Customer telephonically but now even this has been stopped. The feedback form given during the payment of the bills after repair/service is asked to sign blank by the customer. The delivery of the car after the service is also not in time. The problems told during the handover of the car for repair /service remains same. Iam the live example of this. I am experiencing the same problem in my car since last few months, inspite of reporting the same in every service/repair. I have taken the car to the service centre for 4-5 times and spent about Rs 25000 but the problems remains the same. I spend Rs 10000 on my car last month but the problem remains. Kindly see the following sequence of repair



i) Car was take to service centre in October-2008 and was told that the car is experiencing jerks and missing

As told by the advisor- Clutch overhauling is to be done. The overhauling was done and Rs 5000 was charged. The problem was not corrected.

i) Again car was taken to service with the same problem. Some spark plugs were replaced. The problem is still there.

ii) Again car was taken to service and as the Advisor, the clutch wire assembly was change which costed me about Rs 1000.The problem still exists.



iii) The car was taken for regular service and the problem was again reiterated. The service costed me Rs 6000/- but the problem still exists.



iv) Again car was taken to some running repair with the fault in the fuel pump. Again the additional problem was told. As per the Advisor in the centre the problem will be rectified after the fule pump is replaced. The expenditure was Rs 4500/-. The problem still exists.



Kindly help me. If the problem in not rectified I will be forced to sell the car and buy another car of some other company.

My car got fire while standing in parking, i called toll free no they just gave me emergency no, when i call them they say it would take 1 hour because he is attending some other call, after that a toeing van comes after 90 min and it also gets breakdown, and he says you call toll free again i cant do any thing . when i call toll free no they say last complain was not locked, and we will check in to the matter. after 3 and half hour i am still suffering and waiting for road side assistance, what a great service, will never suggest someone to go for a brand like Hyundai when they say we give you 24 hours roadside assistance.

poor mileage

I had purchased a car hyundai i10 on 10 jul 12. since then the average is not more 10 KM per hour. this problem was told to service centre many times but no action. Please guide me what i should do.

Negligence in Service

I have kept my car for servicing on 13 Dec 2014. I have taken follow up for the car on 18, 19, 22, 23 Dec but still my car has not been made ready. And everyday I need to point out in the workshop about the things that are not completed.

    i20 suspension problem

    hello i have a i20 reg no MHO2 BR 7651 since 2010 and the and it has been drivenless than 7000 km and very carefully but now the sound comming from the suspension seems like it has had more than 20000 km its very noisy on even small bumps on the road after reading to the other complains on this site regarding the i20 suspension i feel i am not the only one .The company hyundai motors has to do something about this issue or this...

    Sir, I Purchased a Hundai Santro ZINc .The horn of the car is very low and even cyclists are not moving out
    I approached the SKBR company, Madurai, where I purchased the car .They are not in a position to give proper guide lines.Now i want to know whether Extra horn can be fixed or not.If i fix a extra horn will the guarantee is valid .Please clarify .

      At the time of booking the sale executive Mr.Prashant Shah[protected] he committed me some of car accessories one of that was REMOTE LOCK. When i got the car deliver REMOTE LOCK was not there. And i asked for the same Mr. Prashant Shah told me that you got the central lock. But at the time of booking he committed me the REMOTE LOCK. After genuine followup with Mr. Prashant still not received the same. And when i called him for my remote lock and car perfume (for which i already paid and still not receive) he behaving very rudely with me.

        I purchased Magna+ on 5.9.2013 on exchange of a Maruthi car.I was given benefit of only Rs.15000/-.I find that your exchange offer now is Rs.20000/- Since my purchase was also during festive season of Onam, please extend the full bevnefit ie difference of Rs.5000/- to me. I got my car serviced (First) at Pothens Hyundai, Trivandrum.Since Malfunction light continued to be in the ON position and as per your manual, it was advised to get it rectified by the service centre, I contacted Trivandrum Service Divn.They wanted me to take the vehicle to their office and sensing the danger involved, I requested for somebody tobe to be deputed to the site of the vehicle.But they turned down my requst

          id like to bring to your kind notice that ive been a fair consumer of hyundai cars throughout my life..
          and to my bad luck my this experience with any of the motor company has been realy wrse just beacuse of certain inefficient guys u have in the department
          my concern is regarding the tyres..
          i gt my i20 car with cho1at874 as reg num.. bought it from the wrst dealer ultimate chd indstrial area..
          i gt this on may22 of this year..
          nd immediately aftr i bought it the next mnth my front left wheel had a cut in it and god knws how many times i had to visit to get it replaced i ws cmpletely harrased nd got to knw that why maruti and honda stilll stands the first,
          hyundai just has the looks but no service
          my tyre was though replaced but then a mnth later that is exctly 2 mnths ltr i started facing problm in the frnt two tyres again..
          a person buys a diesle car coz his running on road is too much..
          i gt this issue in report to the company in the starting but no one in the departmnt was there to listen to me.
          no paper work was done so that they dont face ny problems..
          but now ive a lot f pressure from family since the tyres are realy worn out and theres a risk of an accident
          its jst been 3 mnths and tyre s are gone
          the prblm strtd at 3000 kms wen i brought this into the ultimate service departmnts notice but no one cared..
          ms.> aarti nd Mr mithilesh they both are on their own no one cares to serve the customer im like wandering in the service dept luking fr repective ppl to help me out.
          a week bfore i ws too much engrossed in getting my mattr resolved that i went to ultimate to mr mithilesh nd aarti nd they bth dint even care to get the vehicle chckd neither they sugggested me nythng.. instead they were blaming me fr bad allignmnt
          however this ws nt the case they did nt chck the allignmnt
          i went to anodr dealer KLG fr getting alllignmnt done
          they said theyd chck the suspension frst nd den they will chck allignmnt it ws a gr8 xposure there but then later on it trnd into vain
          u knw wat happened there ws cmpletely shocking..
          they did the suspension chck it ws all ok
          they chck d allignmnt so that if its nt in place theyd make changes but then it was all ok
          so then the area manager there inspected that tyres were worn out..
          so he ws lyk that id now get hold f them to get my tyres changed so he refused to give the log of the allignmnt and denied that their machine ws nt ok nd they dnt want to do the allignmnt
          i mean hw can such a high post person at klg say this
          wen the allignmnt chck did happen in frnt f me nd ive the pic f the readings of the allignmnt bt he refused
          i took the matter to klg owner
          he suggested me to frst get hold [censored]ltimate hyundai cz i gt the car frm there
          i informed the same to mr mithilesh nd he called me a day aftr..
          i went there nd they were lyk k sir aapne allignmnt krake bhi to pic khichi ho skti hai
          i mean wat the hell how can they acuse a customer..
          im from a well behaved lawyer family and i was realy upset
          i gave him the key and askd him to chck the allignmnt again
          this ws the frst day wen this manager did chck my car fr faults nd came to a conclusion that allignmnt wasnt out it ws the camber wich was out
          now coming to this
          hw wud i as a consumer knw the prblm in my car.. i cn jst keep a chck on my allignmnt and all..nd despite chnging my one tyre they dint chck the prblm then they just chnged the tyre widout suggesting me fr fututre care..

            The unusual sound from the engine, as if there is no oil in the engine, happened four times during the past seven year period starting from Apr. 2006 to Jul 2013. The engine oil light goes off after starting, showing the oil pressure is ok, but when this noise does happen, it lasts for about a minute slowly subsiding to a normal engine sound. In the beginning it is really startling and scary, so I switched off the engine, opened the bonnet to see if there was a cat or something stuck in the belt. Re-started it, the noise was still there and when I left the engine idling, the level of noise came down slowly and to a normal level. As mentioned above, strangely it has happened only four times during the past seven years. My own diagnosis is that, some how the oil circulation is not proper, though the oil light is off, indicating that the oil pressure is fine. I have checked and discussed with the agent and many others, and no one could give a proper explanation. It is difficult to diagnose, as it does not happen frequently ! The only clue is that, it always happened in the morning when it was started from cold. The second problem is the stickiness on the dash board. I am sure it is a manufacturing fault, and I have heard about it from other Getz owners also. the agent tried to solve it with some thinner and it has spoiled the looks !!

                I bought my car from Deep Hyundai, Peeragarhi and getting it serviced from Deep Hyundai, Wazirpur. I explained them about the major problem of brakes in the car during IInd service and also IIIrd service which was done almost15 days back. I was assured that I will not face this problem in future but both the times, to my surprise the car was handed over to me with the same condition. I got a service related call from the dealers side and when I told the about this problem the call was put on hold and not even responded up till today. Also unfortunately I told them a problem of alignment in car at the time of filling the job card and that even was not done both the times and also worst I was handed over the car with a new problem of petrol not being converted in to CNG. Please act immediately as the problem is of brakes which is very risky while driving this car. I also told them that while driving I escaped with a major accident because of brakes got jammed and my family and kids were also along with me.                   Iam mohiddin from bhimavaram (andhra pradesh). We have already booked grand i10 car.But we are not satisfied with the test drive because at that day weather was not good.So we requested them to send the car for another test drive. They said they will send it .whenever we call them they reply that we are coming tomorrow.But they wont come. more than 20 days were over.But they didn't send the car till now.And also they didn't gave the receipt for bill. so please solve our problem.

                    Since day 1 I received the car the Bluetooth microphone is not working. During first servicing it was confirmed that the microphone is faulty. Service centre ordered the microphone and it took around 3 weeks to get the microphone. I have no issues with the service centre since they have educated me properly. But I am unsatisfied with Hyundai Motors. I wanted to launch complaint against the company and not the service centre since, company took time to arrange the part My question how this vehicle got passed in inspection at the company. How this got passed in PDI. That means you people are selling faulty product. Moreover today after replacing the microphone the issue did not get resolved, after further investigation we found that 2 cable running near roof and windshield corner (driver side) have cuts and open, this is a faulty cable. This means Hyundai uses cable harness from the rejection. This is not expected from a multination Brand I am really shocked and unhappy with this incident. request you to please help in the

                    This arises a question of total integrity of the car and the manufacturing company. At this movement I am unsure what major issues are unnoticed in this car given the scenario where I have noticed a major wiring fault.

                    I believe I do not have confidence on the other parts which are fitted in the car.

                      To Mr. Bo Shin Seo ( Managing Director )

                      This is to bring to your notice that I am very much dissatisfied with the way things have been handled by Austin Hyundai Kolkata .

                      I have given my Car for Periodic Maintenance Service ( PMS ) dated 20/09/2013.After contacting them, they have guided me towards Austin Hyundai AJC Bose Rd workshop. At the time of giving the Car, I have requested to the service manager to get my AC filter clean.They checked the AC in my presence and found that it was running smoothly and they told me that they would clean or replace the air filter and if necessary, will put the Gas also.I agreed to the same . At the time of delivery, experience was even pathetic as my bill was not properly printed... it was just on a white paper, moreover the car was not at all clean both internally and externally. I raised my objection at the time of delivery since I found that my AC filter was replaced and gas refilled however the AC was not working properly . I reported the same but the service engineer has advised me to take the car and use it. Also report to us if it doesn't work after some days .

                      I reported the same to customer care on Tuesday 24/09/2013 and also informed them that I will report my dissatisfaction to Hyundai but they requested me not to report to higher authority and send the car once again to Austin Hyundai Patuli Service Center for re-checkup. I have done the same and send the car for Recheck on 25/09/2013 Wednesday .

                      On Thursday I have only called up the service center to know the status of my car. To my surprise, they have informed me that the AC compressor is in damaged stage and that need replacement .

                      My question is very simple that when the AC was working smoothly then how come all of sudden my AC compressor got damaged. Prior to I have given my CAR for AC filter cleaning, everything was fine and after servicing it got damaged...tough to understand the service standard . They told me that the bill would be around Rs 22000 which is not acceptable at all since there is no fault of mine .

                      I would like to show my deep grievance and disappointment for what has happened to me and also want the other customers to know the harassment which I have faced just to get my car serviced properly from AUSTIN HYUNDAI Kolkata . This is entirely Service Center fault and I am not going to pay for any damage rather I want my CAR back with everything in order. If I am unable to get satisfactory response and service I will be constrain to report the same in social media for such customer harassment .

                        I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW EON (ERA) CAR ON 04.02.2013 FROM K.C.HYUNDAI HYDERPORA BYPASS SRINAGAR J&K.AFTER PURCHASING A CAR, THEY ASKED ME TO SUBMITT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS (FORM 16OF INCOME TAX RETURN, SALARY CERTIFICATE, I.CARD ETC.) .THEN YOU WILL GET CORPORATE BONUS OF RS 2000/= AFTER SIX MONTHS.                           Dear Sir, I bought Hyundai Verna under the company scheme under a tie-up with ( Motherson Zanotti, Noida). The car belongs to me and is in use in Baroda, Gujarat. My complaint is that during monsoon season, the water enters the car and spoils the car flooring on the driver side and the seat adjascent to the driver. Due to this there is foul smell in the car. On several ocassions the car was sent to the authorised dealer's work shop here in baroda i.e Aldiam Hyundai. They kept the car for few days and assured that the problem will not reoccur, but the same problem occurs during the monsoon season. I am fed up with this problem and really wonder, should a expensive car like VERNA develop this kind of problem at all. As a last resort I am writing to the company, till now i was a die hard fan of HYUNDAI and have used SANTRO, i-10 in the past but never had such a issue. With VERNA i have faced the above issue, please help resolve this issue, I am today in a situation as to why did i spend my hard earned money buying a VERNA??                             My Car number is KA 51 MC 8382 . I gave it for servicing at Advaith Hyundai showroom at Vasanth nagar . I have asked the guy that they will Was the car while giving and they saud They will do it. But when i received teh car after the fixation of outer body, The car was not clean from inside. When i received the Feedback call , that time i tild that that the car was not washed from inside when i received it. The feedback lady told that they will pick up the Car on tuesday ( Sep 24) and will wash it and give it back. Today when i called them up for picking up teh car , she said that It was not told ealier to clean the car thats why it was not their mistake not to clean the car. I mean arent you supposed to clean it anyways when you are doing the fixing. And on top of that i have told them also to wash the car , and the guy said that they will anyways do it. I'm disappointed with the service

                              I HAVE PURCHASED I10 FROM PRESTIGE HUNDAI,JABALPUR,MADHYA PRADESH,INDIA ON[protected].CHASIS NO.MLAM5/BR8 M178643 ENGINE NO. 074HG8M600 116. THEY SOLD MY MARUTI 800 TO AGENT WITH THEM BUT DID NOT PAID RS 15000 EXCHANGE OFFER MONEY TILL NOW. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MONEY. EVEN MR SHUKLA MGR THERE MISBEHAVED WITH ME. THANKS.

                                my one year old car got struck on the road on19 July 2013 wtih the help of the hundai road assistance service towed the vehicle to Antony hundia service center kollam. After a month they said it is not possible for them to get my car repaired because Hundai India ltd terminated their dealership. After that my car is transfered to Hilton Hundai Kollam. So far my car is not repaired. They said it is an Engine complaint and car is in warranty period.I have done all the services and Last service was just before fifteen days . I want my car to be get repaired within short period

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  Sub: Complaint against Hyundai Service Centre, Ranchi.
                                  With due respect & humble submission I beg to say the following few lines your kind action please, I the undersigned purchased a Hyundai Car I-20, Reg. no. JH06D5775 on 20.11.2009 from Hyundai Co./Jamshedpur.
                                  On 17.03.2013 my said car has been out of order completely i.e. in seized position, so I contacted his service center M/s. Fairdeal Hyudai, Kanchnar Toli, Hesag, Near (NIFFT) NH-75, Khunti Road, Ranchi – 834003, Tel.[protected], email- [protected]@gmial.com. The said Service Co. has charged Rs. 80,000/- for repairing on his verbal statement, I accepted said charged amount & against his demand I deposited an amount of Rs. 25000/- in advance vide his voucher no. 1225 dated 22.03.2013 (copy enclosed).
                                  After lapsession of 1 month said Service Co. did not repair my car & again recharged an amount of Rs. 154,078/- vide his estimate no. 3061 dated 08.06.2013(copy enclosed), I also accepted his repairing charges & again deposited an amount of Rs. 25000/- in advance, vide transferred through NEFT his Axis Bank account no. [protected] dated 12.06.2013.
                                  But you astonished to know that said Service Co. neither repaired my car nor given any specific assurance for delivery my car in good condition. Several times I approached him & his higher official also, but no any fruitful action has been taken from any short of any corner. Both times said Co. mentally & physically harassed me also, so I became very puzzled & harassed & got a heart disease patient, due to said miscreant activity created by Service Co. from six (06) Months & till date.
                                  Therefore, I approach to your kind honour & request you look into the matter & set right the same, so I may be got relaxed & free from said mental disturbance.
                                  Your remedial action is highly solicited from inner core of bottom heart.

                                    I bought a Hyundai Verna(UP 78 BP 5670) car from Hyundai Advantage one month ago from Khanna Hyundai, swaroop nagar, kanpur but now I m feeling guilty on my decision for buying car from there. After one month, I am facing lots of problem in my car and I have informed service center regarding my problem that my AC compressor has stop working and my shockers need to be replaced but but whenever I call them they told me that my complaints has been register and is in process for being approved from Hyundai company itself. Its been more two months neither shockers nor AC compressor got sanctioned to be replaced.

                                      Hi ,My name is Joshua from Shillong, I own a I20 asta and I bought this vehicle from your authorised dealer located at our city on the 24/12/2012 and since then all my family enjoyed this car .But unfortunately I met with an accident on the 21/03/2013.and the very next day I took the car to the authorised work Shop M/s Shillong Hyundai,after lying there for several day and a complaint to one of your representative (via E-mail) then action was taken from the part of the dealer. Then it took 2month to completely on completion still the air bag mounted on the steering was not align properly, but i took delivery of My car.Till not the insurance claim was not settle after writing a letter to the insurance company ,It came to my knowledge that they have not bill on the Hyundai online billing as per information from the Insurance company.I had a talk with one of their manager (Work Shop Incharge) he gave reason best known to the dealer. my request to you to kindly let me know what is the status of the particular case.My chasis no MALBB51BLCM502567M
