Hi, This is with reference to at least 5 email and may conversation I had with Hyundai Professional Sec-52 Gurgaon, I met with an accident on[protected] and Mr. Mayank the service attendant promise me to deliver the car on[protected] and when i called around[protected] they have not even started the work after intervention of Ms. Punita Regional office Hyundai they started the work and promise me to deliver the car by[protected] even then i have send so many mails and reminder calls on[protected] when i asked to deliver the car you refused and asked me to come down to your office at sec-52 i have to come down from Dwarka to Gurgaon because you refused to deliver the car even till Ambience Mall and even after reaching your office when i called Ms. Dipti Customer Care Manager Hyundai Professional sec-52 to complain about the pending work which is as follows: 1. A/c was not working and next day car got heat up, 2. Car is seriously bad condition grease all over my seat covers, (Pics with me) 3. Left Door Noise, 4. One Light is speed meter always on, (Mr. Mayank excuse Sir this light is for CNG) 5. Gear are really tight, 6. Car is running imbalance for this Mr. Mayank again given me excuse sir your tyre are in bad condition that's why car is running imbalance i changed all 4 tyres straight away even then my car is imbalance and as per Mr. Mayank its not there fault as they were not able to locate the problem even after taking the pics of car. is that my fault you guys not able to locate the problem before my insurance surveyor come for insurance survey. After i called Dipti customer care manager complain about all the above pending works she told me sir give me 10 minutes i will call you and resolve the matter and thereafter i didn't receive any call from there side till yet and when i called her again n again she didn't pick my call, Plus the behaviour of your employee was very unprofessional and rude i called Mr. Mayank for update about my car his reply was " Sir aab roj roj toh mai bataunga ni kya chal raha hai car mai" and he didn't even call me once for the update. Is this the customer service Hyundai provide For all this you going pay now, I will drag Hyundai to consumer court for all the harassment and mental torture you have given me in last 20 days.

    Sir, i have complaint in hyundai many times that my car i20 asta which regd no is up 32 ev 6030. Car is not auto locked when we start the car.and not unlock when we stop the engine . i have complaint so many times in hyundai service center beeaar hyundai lucknow. in reply the company executive told that it is not a feature of car. so it is not possible. but when car is not auto lock. the diggi is still unlock all the time. and in day today life all the time the diggi of car contains the precious goods in diggi. abs system not working properly. when the car is running at speed more then 60 km. and rough surface arives on road like muliple speed brakers then the brake is not working. when i complaint about this on beeaar hyundai then the manager told that when the tyre not found surface then brake will not active so you should release the break and try again when the tyre is on plain surface. now when i drive then i have no concentration that suface of indian road is plain of rough. and as per my thinking, if there is any vehicle in fornt of me then i have no time to release the break and try again Pickup of car is very week. on turning car will not even pickup in 2nd gear.       We bought a white Santro Xing from your dealer MR Hyundai, sahibabad. When we bought the car we were promised mileage of 16-17 km/l in city. When we found out that the mileage was low (6-7 km/l on petrol and 10 km/l on LPG) we complained it to MR Hyundai and were reassured that the performance will be alright after first service. But even after two services the problem was not resolved. We mentioned it on their job sheets all the time that there is no improvement in the condition for which they replied that it may be a manufacturing defect. Each time we were promised that the performance will increase after servicing, but in vain. After even the second service the problem persisted. We have even made so many telephonic complaints to them again and again for the same. Around 5 months back we took the third service in the Himgiri Motors Ashok Vihar. Still after the service the mileage didn’t improve and we had to visit Himgiri Motors again and again for same problem with no results. When we bought the car 2 years ago it was a 25th Anniversary gift to me from my husband. We already had an accent with us. Our experience with accent, your company’s goodwill and market reputation of the car made us buy a santro. I was promised that it was one of the best cars on the Indian roads. But the past 2 years have been a dream shattering experience. A car which was so special a gift for me, became such a problem that not only I have to keep taking it to your service centres again and again, but also made a dent on my pocket with its fuel-drinking power. I request you if it is possible kindly correct the defectin the car as you have been promising for past 2 years or if it is uncorrectable then refund me my value, suffering and the trust I placed in your company.

        I HAVE PURCHASEDHYUNDAI EON ERA+ FROM UR MODY HYUNDAI SHOWROOM AT BOWENPALLY, MEDCHAL HIGHWAY, HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA IN OCTOBER, 2012. AFTER THAT WITHIN ONE YEAR 2 FREE SERVICINGS HAVEDONE BY UR SERVICE PEOPLE AS PER SCHEDULE. AFTER COMPLETION OF ONE YEAR YOURBHARTI AXA INSURANCE AGENT HAS COME AND RENEW THE CAR INSURANCE FOR ONE YEAR INOCTOBER, 2013. AT THAT TIME HE GAVE A FREE VOUCHER FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND WATERSERVICING WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RENEWAL OF INSURANCE. ACCORDINGLYIN FEB/MARCH, 2014 I HAVE GIVEN FOR THAT SERVICE. AT THAT TIME OF HANDING OVERMY CAR TO UR PEOPLE ALL THE 4 TYRES ARE VERY GOOD CONDITION. AFTER RECEIVINGTHE SAME THE FRONT TWO TYRES WERE PUNCTURED AT THE SIDE OF THE TYRES IN SAMEPLACE.             I am availing Hyundai Verna 1.6 SX which is only 15260 KMs run till date from the time of purchase. It is to complain that the service center in Panipat, Haryana is not able to resolve my issue for my car Verna 1.6 SX as I am continuously in contact with Mr. Pankish at Sawan Hyundai Service Center, Panipat and very unsatisfactory response from him to resolve my issue and even he is not responding my calls now. Please note that I had a normal drive on NH1 from Panipat (Haryana) to Khanna (Punjab) which is approx. 160 KMs only on May 10, 2014 and unfortunately on the return path from Khanna to Panipat, the alloy wheel on Left Side (Front) has been broken without any accident. The same story had already been shared with Panipat Service Center i.e. Sawan Hyundai and they had complete inspection of my car alloy wheel and they are also surprised how the alloy wheel got broken without any accident but they are not replacing the alloy of my car. It is to inform that I had purchased this car on May 20, 2013 and it is under warranty as per company policy. It was clearly informed to me that all the manufacturing defects has been covered under warranty and as per the incidence, the car alloy was definitely having some manufacturing defects and due to the manufacturing defects, it got broken without any hit. It is my requirement with you to please look into the matter and help me in replacing the car alloy as this seems to be unsafe to drive with Hyundai.               My Hyundai i 10 given for a minor problem such as a replacement of wiper motor and given for repair/replacement at Alcon Hyundai arlem Goa and promised on the Job sheet for delivery at 1130 hrs on the same day when I call up at 1530 I am told that the motor that they did not have in stock in the first place has not yet arrived at arlem. This situation that has come up in the first place is because when my car was given for routine servicing at the above workshop in January 2014 they did not have the motor in stock either. Minor repairs were carried out last year and the mechanic who carried out the job did an unprofessional job and covered the wiper motor unit in plastic which was a blunder as it resulted in water accumalation and which in turn caused the motor and contactor to burn out. View the above delay in giving the car at the scheduled time I had to forfist my family outing to Dudhsagar resort and along with it the anger and the disappointment of my family and not to mention of the stress.                 Dear Sir Kindly refer enclosed estimation, invoice with paid receipt and photos of car after job completation. I am very sorry to say you that ALCON HYUNDAI porvorim service is horrible and wrost . in your servce center no one cares and botheres for customer satisfaction. my car was collected on 12/05/2014 for Mechanical and denting/paiting work, mechanical work as mentioned in my below trailing mail, denting /painting work as i met with accident on 11/05/2014 for reason non functioning of my streering .( manufactring defect) today morning i got call from service center supervisor that my car is ready and i can come to collect. so same time i requested him to keep my bill and car ready as today my shedule is very much busy. as i reached in service center they made me to pay bill amount, without showing my car.(paid receipt enclosed) after that supervisor bought my car near security check area, after watching my car i was suprised, depressed and angry as my car job was incomplete ( photos enclosed). poor wokmanship, i pointed defects . then after blaming game started i was pointing on HYUNDAI service, your service peoples were blaming on Body Shop repairs Body shop was trying and convincing me for keeping my car for 1 more day in service center, just because of your Engineers poor workmanship and manufactring defect i suffered . i am without my car from last seven days, hope you will look into this . i made big mistake, as i purchased HYUNDAI car . i am proud unsatisfied customer.                   Sir, Recently on 14th May 2014 I did my paid servicing. The following was charged-- 1. Helix supper 15w40 2. Injection cleaner 3. Engine flush 4. Super Friction Profing 5. Distilled water 6. Coolant 7. Switch ASSY- P/WDo 8. Flter Air Cleaner 9. Filter ASSY- Spark 10. Grease Calier Guide Labour and service charge: 1, Power window switch replaced 2. Paid service without wash 3. decarbonization 4. Fuel injection cleaning 5. Only washing and cleaning The total bill was Rs. 6058.00, out of this Rs. 2469.33 was only labour charge. That is 40.77% of the billing amount is labour charge. This is the last time I am doing the paid servicing in the dealer ( OJA HYUNDAI BASISTHA CHARIALI, NATIONAL HIGHWAY NO 37, GUWAHATI- 781029). Net time I would go in other workshop where atleast I can confirmed that work were properly done and with less amount. Thanks Hyundai for your wonderful experience. However after I reached home I could notice grease mark in the seat cover. I went wrong when my relative told me to buy Toyota Car.                     Hi, May9th i given my car Accent Viva 2005 to Hyundai service center ( Ekkaduthangal, Chennai) for break problem. I clearly explained my problem to them, " when my car running on path hols or speed breaks and when i hit the break its not working, felt like pressing on the metal only on that time. Its smooth after release and press the break again" For this problem they changed my front Disk(2), break pad kit(2) oil and something on the back wheel Drum. total cost is Rs.10000...when i drive back to home i felt the break problem not solved.. Why they running service center? to sale their spare parts..? they changed my good break disk, pad everthing...They are not ready to return my money... one of the worst service ...and this is a direct hyundai service center.

                      Dear All,

                      This is to bring to your notice that a sheer negligence on the part of Dealership could have resulted in loss of property and my life including other passengers travelling along with me.

                      I just purchased your New Hyundai XCENT S (O), Pure White Colour, bearing registration no. DL9C AJ 2047 (VIN No. MALA841DLEM015881; Engine No. D3FAEM124924) on 8th May 2014 on my name Amit Kumar.
                      About Incident:

                      While returning back from my office in Gurgaon (which was 1st day of actual drive), suddenly gear shift stopped working due to which gear change could not be performed. I just escaped a speeding car from behind from dashing into mine due to sudden slowing of this car. I somehow managed to park it on the road side with the help of my friend travelling with me.

                      I called upon the dealership and informed concerned sales person and GM Service regarding this. However, instead of taking immediate action and sending someone for immediate assistance, he asked me to contact Hyundai Road Assistance. I informed him that I already contacted them and that they would take at least 1-2 hrs to reach at the incident location. I also informed that I am getting late for some urgent meeting but nobody came for our assistance from Dealership and nobody further bothered to call back or arrange any pick and drop for me.

                      finally I was forced to wait for approx. 1 and half hours after which the road assistance person came with a tow van and towed the car to the Sikka Hyundai Service Centre.
                      Now, below are my concerns and queries:

                      Is this what you call a customer service? Being the first time customer of Hyundai, I anticipated a very good service from this esteemed brand. But to my surprise neither any body empathized nor anybody showed a bit of simple etiquette or respect by calling us or by showing concern after this incident. This was my first day in office and It was really humiliating for me that my colleagues traveling with me also witnessed this incident. Earlier, I was taking pride to own this car in front of them.
                      As per standard dealership delivery policy, they should double check every thing before making any delivery of cars. However, it seems this was not adhered or followed that led to this grave incident that could have endangered my life along with other people travelling on road.
                      The accessory department charged me for the basic accessories but till date could not provide them. Why do you launch a vehicle if the basic accessories like mud flaps etc. is not available and why do you take money in advance? Before billing why it was not informed that right now all the accessories are not available.
                      Now, I really doubt the credibility of this brand and will have to think seriously if I should ever purchase or recommend anybody for this brand. Till date, I have been using Maruti Brand and never faced any such service or vehicle issues. If this is the attitude and service in the beginning then what would happen in future while routine car servicing and check ups.
                      Further, it seems either new Xcent has some Manufacturing defect/discrepancy or this particular lot or this particular engine is faulty. May be this is refurbished piece. I do not know what kind of damage it could have already done to the new engine in the absence of Gear oil leakage as suggested by road assistance person. I anticipate some kind of damage or faulty machine altogether and so I do not want to take this faulty vehicle back even after repair or recovery especially after such a bad experience.
                      I want you take this matter very seriously and call back all your vehicles if this inherent problem of New Xcent Model. In case, only this piece is faulty then kindly replace this with a fresh one because I seriously anticipate some kind of wear/tear and damage or if not possible refund each and every penny of mine.

                      Did you hyundai resolve this issue? I am planning to buy hyundai xcent and wanted to know about your experience.
                      If they aren't responding to customer issues then i will buy honda amaze instead instead of Hyundai xcent.

Today, i.e on 11.05.2014, during driving, I observed some noise in bonnet, when I open it I observed that the pulley fitted on engine, which is connected to Dynamometer is broken due to central bolt cracked. And it fall down. So, I request you to launch this complaint, and it should be solved immediately. Please note that, this is a very serious issue, and there is lot of oil leakage.                           hi sir... i like to post a complaint about ur authorized service dealer jains hyundai located in vellore... i own i20 sportz diesel & i was very happy about the car & also about ur premises..but it was as not so long as 8 months with a 16000km. on 28 apr i left my car in jainshyundai seeking ac complaints..the response made by them was so awkward..they asked me to claim insurance and changed the s-frame and bumper still my ac wasn't working..they doesn't really aware of the complaints made by the customer..after a big dispute they just reply that there is some problem with compressor if warranty department permit's they try change it on warranty or else they ask me to pay.. & i don't know then why the hell hyundai motors assures 2 years warrant..and as a matter of fact i still does not got my car back & they doesn't call me regarding about my car, even if i call they doesn't give me a proper reply..my car was with them for more then 15 day and also still... i know it was a long story but pls do read...i miss my car badly..they even didn't gave me a promise date also .. this attitude gives me a bad impression about ur premises...pls listen to the customer.. sir i will be happy at least i[censored] do reply..pls ask ur representatives to involve in this issue and ask to call me as soon as possible ... manigandan.A [protected]

                            I am first time owner of Hyundai. My G i10 no is UP14 CE 5930. I bought the car from Dream Hyundai ghaziabad with genuine Hyundai assurance insurance from icici insurance. Recently I got transferred to Meerut. I visited Dass hyundai meerut for insurance claim n met Mr Rana. The gentleman straightway rejected my request for cashless claim since the dealer does not have mou signed from icici insurance and advised me to visit dream Hyundai for cashless setellment. Otherwise he is ready to serve me if I pay first and wait for claim settlement. 1. Why should I travel 100 km to n fro just because of cashless claim settlement. 2. Why customer should be harassed if dealer does not hv tie up with insurance service provider. 3. I had been advised by dream Hyundai sales team to opt for genuine Hyundai assurance for hassle free claim process..but I m facing the opposite. I m in transferrable job and because of inefficient customer services, I m more prone to face adverse situations at other new locations. Kindly advise the appropriate step n resolve my grievance asap. Gaurav Bhargava

                              We have booked our first car, Grand Asta, in April 2014 at Trident Hyundai Hosur Road Bangalore. We were very happy but yesterday, when I took my family to get the car, we got huge disappointment and went into bizarre situation after seeing multiple damages in the car. First of all the delivery got delayed and the main thing is that the car has multiple damages in both the side mirrors and stone hit on windshield. Prior showing the car to us, the road tax has been paid for the vehicle and registered as well. I didn't take the delivery after seeing the damages done by the showroom guys. I am more worried about the windshield. The car is still at the showroom.

                              The dealer sales guy said they will replace everything, but my question is why I should be going with replacements, then whats the point of buying a new vehicle, paying a premium for handling also? Everyone knows that none of the showrooms can repair the vehicle as it is manufactured in the assembly line. Now I CANNOT TAKE the DAMAGED car, rather I want the CAR to be REPLACED or entire money needs to be refunded, but the dealer manager is not agreeing to this.

                              Today when I visited the showroom again, the sales manager kept on saying he will replace the parts, but why anyone will take a new car with repairs. I want file case against Trident Hyundai and want HMIL to take serious action against the dealer and order them to replace my car (instead of replacing parts) or refund my entire money.
                              Tomorrow, I am going to meet the showroom head, but I am sure nothing will come out from it. Please assist me to file a consumer case against the dealer.

                                Hi, I am Binod from Chennai, and want to but Verna 1.6 petrol automatic. But none of the showrooms here offer a test drive vehicle for that. I checked with all of them. They do have vehicle for sale in Showroom but none for test drive. I want to buy within this month, but not able to make an decision as I have not tested the vehicle on road. Where as Nissan, Honda or Renault offer immediate test drive for similar variant. Please help me on this and help arrange a test drive. Also advise if Hyundai does not offer test drive for this variant at all ????

                                  I bought I20 sports model (UP 16 AT 3030) from Hyundai Motor Plaza in April’ 2011. Since my purchase, I have never been happy with the service that I have received. I had given my car at HMP in June'2013 for service & informed regarding the sound in the steering, I had been informed from HMP that the steering rack assembly is conked. No matter, I got the assembly replaced and paid the bill of Rs.18, 374/- I am shocked and appalled to know that Hyundai manufactures such lousy parts which are not worth to work even for 2 years at 33000Kms. Now, I gave my car for next service on 30th March 2014 at 44000Kms. This time the AC was not working, upon inspection, I was told that the cooling coil has to be replaced. SERIOUSLY!!! Is this the kind of quality that Hyundai stands for? Parts which get damaged in a few years of purchase. I was better of with other brands of vehicles, atleast there the car runs without any issues for 5 years to the minimum. First, I hardly run the AC for a continuous period of time and even if it is run through my driving time, I suppose that it should be able to withstand the working for atleast 5 years. I truly feel that I made the biggest mistake to go for a HYUNDAI car. I am considering to put a review of the car on various motor and customer review websites for them to know the quality of parts used in the making of the car along with the service one gets. It took me 6 mails and innumerable phone calls to get my Steering and alignment issue resolved, which I must add has yet not satisfied me, I wonder how long will this issue take. I had Santro, about 5 years back & was satisfied with the car. Based on the performance of the Santro, I decided to purchase my second car from Hyundai and bought an I20, but now I realise that I made a big blunder and should have opted for a different manufacturer. Personally, after my long trouble with the company, I will not suggest anyone to buy a Hyundai Car. I do know that your answer to my mail will be that your car is out of warranty. However, I will clearly put up a review on relevant websites to let other people know on the after sales service of the car and the kind of cheap parts used to manufacture the car. It is a serious let down when the customer has to pay Rs.6 Lac plus, for a car which has faulty and cheap parts which do not even work for more than 2 years. Highly disappointing!! Further to that, I would like to point out that the 2 service centers that my car went to over these years are seriously not up to the mark. I have never received a good response and service from them. Its just a big loot.

                                    I purchased Hyundai Verna 1.6 Diesel from Kothari Hyundai, Pune on 12th Jan 2014. 1. My initial experience in over all car handover has been messy and there was no action taken from dealer end on my feedback. 2. I went to Service the car for my 1st Service and I discovered there is another car with same registration no. pre exists. Same was communicated and no action there after. 3. After 3 months now I got my RC card from RTO. It displays my Car No as MH14EC5940 whereas Car I have been driving from last 3 months is having Number plate of MH12KJ5940. This is serious issue and imagine situation of insurance claim or RTO checking, I will be in serious trouble. Kothari Sales is of no use as I see no help from them in this regards. I would seek your support to clear this and take me out of the frustrating experience of Hyundai.

                                      Sir, I have been purchased a car from Hyundai i.e. Hyundai xcent.Total amount as per quotation paid through RTGS. Dealer M/S SANT Hyundai, Kangra (H P), inforcing me to by an inssurance policy for car by him.He also inforcing me to purchasing me an accessory kit which is providing by him .He is denying to deliver me the car without the above said purchasings .I am not prepare for his unfair practices.Please help me to delivery of my car.

                                        On 17th April 2014, I had handed over my Hyundai i10 GJ1KH7863 to one of your franchise/dealer naming “Hyundai Authorized Dealer—Concept Hyundai”, Near Vishala Circle, Vasna, Ahmedabad, Gujrat. They said that there is a problem in the radiator of the engine and by changing that they told me that the problem will get solved. But, the next day evening, when I went there to meet them, they told me that I will have to repair or open the head of my car engine and I was told that it might cost me around 15000/- Rs and that will 100% solve your problem. But, it was all oral conversation and they didn’t give me any estimated cost and main problem in my car in written. But, I still waited till date 21st April 2014 and nobody even made an attempt to call me on what has to be really done. Getting fed up, I again went over there on Monday evening and I found that they didn’t do any repairing work in my car and they added by saying that your problem will be solved and there will be a cost of 15000/- Rs—again no written confirmation on what actually the problem was in car and estimated cost. I still waited uptil Wednesday that is 23rd April, but again I didn’t receive any call. When I went again to meet them I found that, without my permission they had opened the whole car-engine, while they had told me that they will only open the head of engine. So, these dealers are not at all having any idea, how much problem a customer is facing. Even after taking a week, they were not able to tell me that what is the actual problem in my car, and neither had they told me estimated cost. They are now telling me that the cost will be 55, 000/-Rs to 60, 000/-. How can one trust on this??? They are telling me change 80% part of the car engine including piston. How can that be possible that car which is 3 year old and has ran just 35, 000 kms can have such a problem? When I told them that you are misguiding customers and I will file a complaint against you, they all started laughing and making fun of me and told me that “Do what you got to do!” If I do not receive any positive response and get this problem solved, I am going to report complaint against Hyundai.
