Hi,
I am Sandip Roy, resident of Kampa Paschimpara, P.O+Vill - Kampa, Dist - 24 Pgs(N), Pin - 743193(WB), have bought a Hyundai Grand i10 Magna Crdi on 15th of January 2014. But from the first day the car have some electrical problem regarding power window. So I had to give the car to service center on 18th and after that I got the car on 21st of this month but at that time the A.C of the car was not working. Afterwards they again fill the gas of the compressor. From the first day I told Mukesh Hyundai to replace this defective car. But they are not listening to my words. So while I have paid full amount to Mukesh Hyundai to get the car then why should i keep such a defective car. So I just want a New replaced car or money back.

So, please help me to get rid of this problem.

    Dear Sir, I have purchased Hyundai Eon car recently from Pune and as an extra accessories. I have taken power windows with operating system. But windows are not fitted Properly and so it's not working and it has been shown to showroom for 3-4 times but still the problem is as it is. Now, this is the last complaint from my side that you must take immediate action to replace the windows as it is in period of warrenty other wise i will be forced to complaint to Cunsumer Forum.       I have purchased Grand i10 car in month of Oct'2013 from Shree Nath Hyundai - Andheri West, Mumbai Details of Car as below Reg No MH02 DG 1674 C No, MALA851CLDM021605 The above car having acute problem of Battery - which getting drain with three to four days, Same was also get checked by Authorised Work Shop of Shree Nath Hyundai and they said that in initial 1000 cars of GRAND i10 having problem of setup which consume the battery power, and they change the setup and ensure me that now in future you will not found any problem, but again on 11th of Jan'2014, same problem was arise and I have called road side assistance of Hyudai, and the Service Guy himself stating that yes in this car regularly they are receiving complaints on daily basis Hyundai require to address this issue with WEEK TIME or Face Legal Suit File in Consumer Court.

        I have purchased a Santro Car in 2005 - Forest Green Colour. The performance is excellent. It has run only 21000 kms., as I rarely use it. I get it serviced through Advait Hundai, JP Nagar, Bangalore regularly - from the date of my purchase. There is no problem in performance. But the top colour has faded and it has become grey. It is really looking ugly. When I enquired with the service station, it is because of sunlight. But, my question is when the entire car's colour is intact why only the top is faded ? I know, all most all cars color will not last for decades. Only my car's ( only top) colour is faded within a span of around 7 years. I think there is a manufacturing mistake. Therefore, I request you to get the top portion replaced at the earliest. This is a very serious matter and has to be attended immediately. You can instruct to do so, with your Advaith Hundai, JP Nagar service station, Bangalore ( My car details and address are available with them). Please treat the matter as urgent.

          Dear Sir/ma'm, My car is in a very serious problem right now and even after infinite visit to the service station the problem is not getting resolved anyways. i will describe you the problem in this email. While the car is in motion and I press brake then the symbols like engine oil low pressure, charging system warning light, immobilizer indicator, malfunction indicator flashes and either the car stops if it's in the second gear or the car will give a stopping jerk and then come back to motion if it's in third or fourth gear. This problem was brought in front of "Rambagh service centre" Jaipur, Rajasthan after the car just came from service on 12th Nov'13. I have reported this problem five times to the same service station and even after leaving the car for a day, car is in the same problem. This problem is accident provoking when the vehicle behind my car is in speed and my car stops suddenly. I hope you understand the seriousness of the issue. its been more than a month and the car is in the same position. I want to take strict action against this irresponsible behavior and under experienced mechanics working there. Car was under control of Mr. Govind who is a senior mechanic and Mr. Kanha. I would appreciate if a strict action is taken against this problem.             I had seen i10 Era & its features on your website. After making the booking payment i came to know that the car's features have changed which havent been updated on your website. It was an unpleasant surprise. My car will be different than what it was shown on your website. You have successfully fooled me by showing a different car on your website... let me know how much financial damage you guys have done to me.

              My vehicle met wit an accident on 24th Nov 13. The vehicle was towed to Suryabala Hyundai showroom at Trichy road coimbatore. Till now I have not received the vehicle. They are claiming that it is purely due to spare parts delay from hyundai. If I call hyundai also there is no response. They have not communicated the complain ID till date and any status on the issue even after raising a service complaint mail to [protected]@HMIL.net. I have asked for the spare parts list but they are not sharing even that. If Hyundai cannot keep up customer satisfaction then why do they commit in it.
              Services of hyundyi are very poor and employee of service centre are untrend they have not a little knowledge of repair of vehicle. They are only interested to change your car parts for benefit of service centere and hyundyi moter company. they unnecessary change your parts and earn money.and harrash coustomers.
              Hello sir I am hardikvalia from Bhavnagar, Gujarat. I have buy a new fluidic Verna 1.6sx on 27June from shivalikib auto gem, Ahmedabad. My car registration number is… GJ 04 CA 2617. My car engine no. is… D4FBDU351169 My car chassis no. is ...MALCU41ULEM171157 I am suffering with coolant leakages problem in my car till I purchased it, after 600 kms running I see the coolant is leakage. ... I contact to shivalik hyundai & he said please top up coolant tank with mineral water or coolant. We check it at service time. I will go for service on[protected] @ 2493 kms. The service centre is 200 kms from my home, (Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad) I contact mr.bhagyesh @ shivalik service centre& told about coolantleakages, After service he said your problem is solved... But after 4 days I see coolant is leakages... ...and after in every time approx. 800-1500 kmscoolant was empty. Then on[protected] I go at shivalikhyundai service centre for leakage problem. Mr.d n jha(manager @ work shop) told me to put car for 2 days, After service he trial 200 kms on[protected], & tell me your problem is solved. But next morning[protected] I see coolant level is down approx. half tank. I contact mr.jhasir& he take my car from Bhavnagar on[protected]& now he tells me to open ENGINE. Buy I can't say yes. My car current running 5600 kms&i put my car 3 times for coolantleakages problem, at this time (4 th time) my car is already at shivalikhyundai service centre, no one can solved my problem or can't give me right answer, mr.d.n.jha was tell me to open engine, head, block gasket. Then on[protected] I go at shivalik Hyundai and talk to… Mr.d.n.jha…….shivalik Hyundai work shop manager Mr.rakeshpatel …..sales manager @ shivalik Hyundai Mr.prakashpatel…..service advisor @ shivalik Hyundai Mr.vikasbandhawala ….custumor relation @ HYUNDAI COMPANY They all are say me to open the head-gasket, but I can’t say yes… They told me it’s a minor problem, In future you have not any kind of problem create, As telephonic discussion mr.vikassir told me 100% your problem solved... Please give us approval for open head – gasket, After 2 days I say yes for open head-gasket, They have told me head is minor band, we repair it, & We change gasket…. Then on[protected] they have trial approx. 350kms, And mr.d.n.jha tell me your car is ok, but we are not sure, In future it create some problems, Please put your car after Dipawali, we change engine… Hyundai Company gave us engine replace approval, But we order after dipawali so u come after I call you, I said to mr.d.n.jhato… My new engine came with gear box? He said no gear box is old but full engine replace by company, I said ok, please call me after engine came, Between in this time[protected] to[protected] I have driven my car very Carefully approx. 600-800 kms, And that time One new problem create… In the coolant tank half coolant tank is empty & Other half is full by coolant….. I see the half of empty is very dusted & jammed carbon, In the radiator also very dusted & carbon, Then as telephonic discussion I goshivalik hyundai on[protected], I see the engine without head, They are told me change half engine without head, They are told me Head is not a part of engine, I can't say yes... I told mr.d.n.jha coolant tank is dusted after open the head, He said we clean it, And they are open radiator, it’s very dusted… They can’t proper fitted the head & gasket, When I say yes to open head gasket they work is very very bad... Please see attached photos of it. In coolant empty box are showed black, In the radiator also very dusted & carbon, And then I go to shivalik hyundai showroom @ s.g.highway, Ahmedabad. And put my car at showroom, And then after discuss with vikassir & sachinsir... they change only half engine... but problem not solved... After they have order full engine... but still my car is at shivalik work shop from 3.november ( till @ shivalik work shop) Approx 1.5 months NOTE….. * In the SHIVALIK HYUNDAI showroom & work shop no one can give me right answer, • at show room Mr.aalapsir tell meHERE WE ARE ONLY SELL THE CAR, * WhenI put my car before Diwali on[protected] mr.d.n.jha forced me to sign on customer satisfaction letter. * At this time my car GJ 4 CA 2617 at shivalikhyundaishowroom till[protected] * I buy my car 27June 2014, after buying i go Ahmedabad ( 200kms from Bhavnagar) approx. 6 - 7 times for only one coolant leakage problem. But no one can solve my problem. * Current my car running 7000 kms, approx * After open the head my car noice is changed, * TILL MY CAR IS @ SHIVALIK WORK SHOP FROM 3rd NOVEMBER... * THEY ARE KEEP ALL EXPERIMENT ON MY CAR... * NO ONE CAN SKILLED LABOUR * FROM 3rd NOVEMBER TO 3rd DECEMBER APPROX 5 TIMES THEY CHANGE ENGINE... * THEY ARE CHANGE ENGINE LIKE CHANGE CLOTHS WITH OUT ANY PERMISSION... * SHIVALIK HYUNDAI IS VERY VERY BAD ABOUT SERVICE... * THEY PUT DEMO CARS ENGINE IN MY CAR...                 my hyundai eon car had some problems and was handed over to GT HYUNDAI car dealer at dindigul..i have some very bitter experiences there..till today from 27 11 2013 my car standing there without doing any repair.they simply says "hyundai spares division closed for leave for past 40 days... we cant get necessary spares " i cant understand how can a leading car company giving looooooooong leave to the employers of a whole division..please take response on this complaint as early as possible . my car no TN57 AJ 2254

                  I purchased an i10 car on 30/12/2009 from Popular Hyundai, Trivandrum. I did periodical servicing of the vehicle at various authorised service centers of the company starting with KTC Automobiles P Ltd, Palghat. From the third service at Palghat Hyundai of Palghat Automotive P Ltd onwards I have been making complaints about the tightness of the accelerator pedal. They all used to apply lubricant oil and return the vehicle without replacing the cable. With the result the period of the extended warranty taken by me at the time of purchase of the vehicle also expired. When I approached Suryabala Hyundai, Pollachi for service and repair of the accelerator pedal on 10/10/2013, they said that they will charge me for the cost of the cable and fitting charges . I made a complaint(No.[protected] to the Customer Care Department of Hyundai on the same date(10/10/2013) which is still remaining unresolved. It is regretting to note that nothing has happened to redress my grievance except that some service centers called and told me to take the vehicle to the for repair of the same entirely at my cost.This is like persuading people to take extended warranty making all fake promises at the time of purchase of vehicles and cheating the public at large. I request the officials at the helm of affairs of Hyundai Motor Co India to look into the matter do the needful at the earliest

                      This is with regard to the complaint that I need to raise against Trident Hyundai, Bangalore and Hyundai Motors for their in-effective Customer service. We have until now booked four cars, with the same salesperson(kaushik) at the same showroom(Trident Hyundai, Hosur road, Bangalore), in the last 3-4 years. That was the kind of trust we had in Hyundai and the sales person. Its unfortunate to say that I have lost the trust in both the sales person and Hyundai with the recent incidents(both sales and service) that have occurred to me in particular. To put it in simple words, let me just say the sales person duped me to probably achieve his targets for the month. In August I planned to buy a car, and I went to see i10 and booked i10 sportz 1.2 kappa. Then within a couple of days, I heard(online) that 'i10 Grand' would be released in India soon. The pics of the cars were available and I instantly liked it. I immediately checked with the sales person if the car would be available soon and i would wait for it if its 1-2 months. However, the sales person convinced me that the car will not be released for 2-3 months for sure or it might not even come to India. This conversation happened around August 2nd week. I checked with him again just a couple of days before delivery/registration. I took the car delivery on 19th August.Hyundai i10 Grand was released on September 3rd. When i investigated further(through Hyundai), I came to know that in August the dealers had the information about the car being released in September. So its obvious that I have been cheated/taken for a ride, just because i trusted. I had raised my concern with Parimala from Hyundai, and its been weeks now and still I see no action.                         Sir,
                        I had purchased the Vehicle from Samara Hyundai in the year 2009 Model No. i10 Manga 1.1 bearing Chassis No. MALAM51BR9M497215 & Engine Number G4HG9M910698. In the Year 2010 the same had been met with an accident and the left side front door had been broken severely. The Workshop of Samara Hyundai that time changes the door, as informed by them. But from the date of the changing the doors it’s not working properly. There are lots of deficiencies in the door, like gaping in the doors, locking system not working properly. Regarding this I have informed them various time but did not turned up. Even on the above, I have to get repaired from them on every service. Now, I went to the Service Station for the service of the above mentioned vehicle on 15/12/2013. I informed again to the representative that the door is not working properly and the locking system got stuck again and again of this door. I had told them several times from the date of changing the door that it’s not working properly. But really shocked to see the ripet clipped by me before the accident in the door is still there. No idea, if Hyundai replaced the door then how the ripet is still there. Because if you replace or change the door then the ripet should have been removed.
                        It is very clear from the above and presence of ripet shows that the door had not been changed or replaced, it only got repaired by Hyundai’s end and they charge for the changing of new door in the year 2010. From the above clear that they have not change the door or even they have not successfully repaired the door from the first day. They have done the clear cut fraud with the customer. I am enclosing herein the photographs of the vehicle; you can clearly seen the ripet are still there.
                        So, through this letter I want to request you to please change this defected door without any further delay because Hyundai have already charge for the replacement of door, failing which I shall be left with no other choice except to go to the Consumer Court regarding the same.
                        So now you tell me where shall I take my complaints to? I trusted the brand Hyundai Company and purchased the Car from my hard earned money without thinking twice
                        You advertisement displays the caption “I enjoy the quality” and I m really enjoying the pathetic quality of Hyundai.
                        So as a customer of the company I deeply request you not to play with my dreams and hard earned money of having a Hyundai Car.
                        As a faithful customer of the Hyundai Company, I deeply request you to look into this matter and do justice with me as soon as possible.

                            This is story of very loyal customer of Hyundai and who bought his first and last car from the very same company and kept his loyalty. Today in my entire family we have more than 8 Hyundai cars and all recommended by me. I am writing this to inform the top management of Hyundai the dictatorship of the dealers & service centre. What I feel today that its not the dealers but hyundai’s reputation at stake. It goes like this: My car (Verna) met with an accident on 30th Of Aug, 2013 and was sent to pawan Hyundai for repair under insurance claim from Bajaj. The car was left at the service centre on 31st of Aug, 2013. After the survey from the insurance company it was confirmed to me that it would take around one month to repair the car and I would get the same latest by Ist week of Oct which was eventually stretched to 20th of Oct & then finally for 31st of Oct. It took almost 2 months for them to repair the car which hardly had any major losses except the air bags and I was always told that it was Hyundai fault as they have not been able to provide certain parts. I needed the car to go to my home town on Diwali and requested them to handover the car before that. It was promised by the service centre that i would get the car on the due date that is 1st of Nov 2013. When i reached to take the car I was surprised by the answer of the service manager that my claim has not been processed because insurance company has not been able to verify my driving licence and which would additionally take another 2-3 days to process. Because of all this i could not go to my home town. I still kept my patience and called the service centre to get the status after 2-3 days and the situation remained same. It was then confirmed to me that after getting DO from the insurance company they will immediately release the vehicle within 4-6 hours. After following up from 1st of Nov to 30th of Nov it was confirmed to me that the insurance company is still in the process of verifying my license. It was then I took an stand and after regular follow up with the service centre manager & insurance people it was told to me that if I can get the license verified myself they would process the claim within 24 hours. It was such a pain & agony and I was feeling so harassed by everyone I took the train to Jharkhand-Bokaro to get my license verified. I spent gud 2-3 days and gave a written request to the DTO officer for the verification of my license. It was confirmed to me that I can leave as they will take some 6-7 working days to check and verify the same. Finally on 5th of Dec, 2013 I got the reply from Bokaro DTO office and a verified report on the desired format required by the insurance company. Finally after long follow up and regular visit to insurance company office I finally got my claim approved on 11th Dec, 2013. A DO was sent to the service centre on the very same day to release the vehicle. Although I Could not go on the same day to take the vehicle and decided to go the next day. As planned I went to the service centre very next morning(12th Dec) and to my utmost surprise I was told that I cannot get my car till they get the payment cleared from the insurance. I tried speaking and explaining the service manager that if a DO is issued they are suppose to release the vehicle but he clearly told me that he has instructions from the top management & accounts that my car should not get released till all the payments were cleared. I was like ok I have waited for so long and 2 days would not make any difference so I said fine I will come on 14th and requested them to show me my vehicle atleast. On my request they showed me the vehicle and I was surprised to see the work done on the car. I was trying to figure out that what have they done with my 4.1lac rupees!! I told them on there face and showed them more than 50 faults after they keeping the car for more than 3.5months with them. Had I got the same thing done from elsewhere I would have saved both time and money I believe? Even the road side garage would do better repair work than what I saw. I was feeling cheated & was very disappointed with the kind of work done. I always had that respect for Hyundai which got lost in few seconds just because of carelessness of some stupid dealer. Still after seeing my reaction the service manager took the responsibilities to fix all the points I raised and assured me to give the car by 14th. I came with my share of money, despite they not giving the car I still deposited one lack of payment assuming that I have to anyways pay.
                            Days passed and again on 14th Dec, 2013 I reached the service centre and met with manager to confirm the status if I take the car. They tried to give me all kind of story’s that there is still some work left in the car and give us one more day to fix so that we can satisfy you to our best. It was later I got to know that since the payment has not come yet from the insurance company they are trying to delay the entire process. It was then I again spoke to the Insurance people that what exactly was the problem. They told me that as per the process since they have already issued a DO which is equivalent to a DD and my claim is cashless so the dealer should have ideally given the car to me the very same day. Still I kept my patience and again went on 16th Dec to the service centre assuming that I would get my car today in any case. The situation remained unchanged and I decided to speak to the owner of Pawan Hyundai and as expected I got the same reply from him aswell . I was so much disappointed by the behaviour of all the people dealling with me felt cheated by all. I still again requested them to show me the car atleast. The story of cars condition remained same except few improvements. The paint had started cracking at several places. The car had caught with rust at parts which were replaced by the service centre. All the doors were not in there alligment. Seemed that an inexperienced engineer has been put to work on my car. I could not bear at any more and decide to leave everything on my destiny and left the service station and decided not to ask them for my car ever till they call me. Still out of anxiety I again called the insurance people to know the status of my claim payments as I knew that the service centre would not give me the car till they get the money. I was again surprised to hear from them that the payment has been approved long back but since they were supposed to get one KYC document from the service centre which was received to them today only( 18th Dec) and so the payment would be released by tomorrow.
                            After this I decided to file a complaint in consumer court against the dealer for all the harassment, Pain & agony I had to go through.
                            Its upto you ur company how u take this but this is rediculas.

                            I agree with you...pawan hyundai is the worst Hyundai dealer i have ever met...I think they must close there workshop

                              Hello: My i20 keys have broken for the third time!!! There is a big problem with the design and manufacturing of these keys. Hyundai replaces this key and the cost is an exhorbitant 10k!!! why should the customer pay for a defective design and manufacturing process!!! will someone in Hyundai India pay some attention to this? It is not like only i have this problems, i know several of my friends or people known to me having similar problems. it is very frustrating!!!                                   hi. this side Amit my car registration no-DL3CBQ4817(HYUNDAI EON).
                                  That i am really un-satisfied with hyundai as i know about hyundai one of best brand in automobile sector but as per my concern i am not at all happy with your product and services.
                                  I purchased my car in month of nov2012 but from day first, i found problem in car lpg first it was low pick up and then it was jerking and low down the speed in running condition while switch on the ac, so its very risky and then they took my car 2-3 times and send back then also no- improvement, then they again picked my car after again i was complained and then also its not totally rectified, i adusted because i don't have spare time to run around and
                                  from starting days it also has mileage problem i mention that in every servicing then i finally changed and take my car to HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA, in last month i mentioned that about car mileage problem and the service advisor also mention in service job sheet but after that also no action has been taken and tiil it is not rectify

                                  company commit average of 20-21km but atleast i am not expect that much but atleast 18-20 should be there

                                  then i got a call from HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA (MS. PUJA BHATT) on 9/12/13 or 10/12/13, that our technician will come and rectify your all car problem, but suddenly today morning 1/2 an hour back i received call from HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA (MS. PUJA HATT) and she said that sorry we cant send you the technicain to rectify your car problem because our technicians is on leave, you take your car to us

                                  Is this your poor services because i never expect atleast this things from hyundai,
                                  i truelly very feed up and dissappionted with my car na dyour services, i think finally its my big mistake to select and purchase hyundai car.

                                  kindly if it is possible from you peoples to rectify my car problem please do that otherwise change my car

                                  and as i dont have no- more time to run behind you peoples if it is not possible to come to my home please pick my car on any saturday and rectify it and please don't send till it fully rectified because i really feed up and i don't need this car until unless it will not rectified totally
                                  And for my car pick up and drop to HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA i am not gonna pay any single amount of fees or charges.

                                  Kindly revert me by 16/12/13 otherwise i register a complain on behalf of HYUNDAI., thats really is my final step

                                    Dear Team, Would like to inform you that I purchased (I 10 MEGNA WHITE ) on 22nd –April -2013 from your Dealer (SUNRISE HYUNDIA ) Its very surprising me an you to in a 7 month your car got stain from back side where in one tag MEGNA you people lost my trust. I am planning to buy new I 20 in Jan now I cancelled my plan and will decide to go with MARUTI SWIFT. ITS MY REQUEST PLEASE RESOLVE THE SAME ASAP BECOUSE IT’S A GIFT TO MY SISTER AND WE FEEL VERY GILTY

                                      I LIKE HYUDAI CARS BUT WILL NEVER BUY i am female went to book i10 grand last month November so i dropped in to a hyundai showroom which is nearby to my place.That is EXPRESS HYUNDAI(BMK EXPRESS AUTOMOBILES Pvt.Ltd.) Np.37A, velachery main road, Velachery, Chennai - 600042. Ph.No.[protected]. i met a sales team leader name Jagatheeswar and a finance consultant name S.Suresh and asked for i10 grand option petrol but they never told anything and gave me a trail drive of i10 grand era and told both are same.But i insist them to show me the i10grand option and i told i want to drive and see that version only.But they failed to give that car for trail and promised me that they will send me the demo car next day to my office.But next day they came in bike and forced me to give cheque of Rs.10, 000.I told i want car next week and told them i want too see i10grande option but they forced me and was sitting in my office telling book today itself or else the price will go high next week.i said if i can get the car next week i wont mind giving cheque.Jagatheeswar promised me they will give they car next week and the car is in solinganalore hyudai yard.They promised colour is also ready only if i pay today i will get car next week they said. I paid 10thousand cheque and after that none responded my calls i called from other no. then the jagatheeswar took the phone and told me that come to show room the finance person want to talk to you the said.I gone and what i felt is there is no car available in any show room and i read in internet too that delivery will take time of 1 to 2 months.But they where simply played a drama that finance department will decide and some stupid drama. Hyndai i10 grand cost 6.46 lakh and i was ready to pay 3lakh and the remaining is only 3.46 in which i produced all my documents.But the whole team was pretending like finance late and telling few stupid things. I spoke to idbi bank they where ready to give finance within 2days but the finance consultant some what delaying and blaming the sales team but what i find is they where playing game by telling me lie 1.i10 grand is ready in yard 2.colour is also ready 3.finance department is delaying.. I will raise complaint daily about hyundai and i want my Rs.10, 000 back they should not deduct any of my money i want justice. I GONE FOR FROD ECO SPORT THEY WHERE READY TO GIVE FINANCE FOR EVEN 5 LAKH THEY NEVER FORCED ME THEY NEVER CALLED ME BUT HYUNDAI SALES PERSONS BEGGED LIKE HELL AND FORCED ME TO BOOK.
