I m Arvind Sahu I was purchase
EON Car (MPO4 CJ 5973) last year, I hand over my car to showroom
[protected] for insurance and services, They return to me on
[protected].I only drive the car 7000km in one year,The back tyre(both)
was finished either they was change the tyre or company was fitted faulty tyre in the car. They will make me fool last 1 month and no solution provide to me i m very harashe and i m no option expect you sir plz resolve my complained Plz registered my complained and and short
it as early as possible, Either it is company defect or service center frood that tyre only run 70000km and not in running condition.If my tyre
was not change I m doing the complained in consumer forum .

    I own a EON D elite, unfortunately its not delighting me with its performance.. i am getting only 13 km per ltr in city and 15 on high way. Accelerator assembly is pathetic and to my surprise Hyundai is still scratching to find out the real issue..
    The accelerator issue was present since the first day. The Express Hyundai team has changed the accelerator cable twice, still it persists. The engine does not respond to the accelerator when it is in the first and second gears. This has been reported to the service centre more than thrice. But every time the car has been returned in the same condition.
    We had escalated this info to Latha and Kartik of Hyundai, but there has been no response to this problem.
    The car had met with an accident due to the accelerator assembly issue, resulting in an expense of twenty five thousand rupees. The car has run 15000 km at an average of only13 km per litre. I request you to kindly intervene to get us a resolution on the same.

      Respected Sir,
      At Mahindra and mahindra finance ltd at Erode branch under agreement No. 824474, My wife J. Alice bought a Hyundai i 10 car under hypothecation of your company. The vehicle No.TN 33 AL 3292.
      Last year 2012 in May, she has completed her EM Is fully without any due any more. On 7.5.2013 We intimated the same to the Erode branch Mahindra and Mahindra Finance Ltd to get our R.C. Books, form 35 and NOC for clearance of hypothecation entry our R.C. Book.
      It was informed that after the intimation of issue of NOC with 15 days the necessary NOC form will be issued from Mumbai head office to the concerned branch and then you may come and get.
      But till now no NOC was received by us other any other information regarding the above subject was not informed to us.

      Please help us by issuing our NOC to us. Thanking you sir.

        regarding misconduct & damage to vehicle during first service

        Respected sir/madam,
        The day I purchased Hyundai car, I felt proud to be having vehicle of multinational brand, but after visiting your service center. RAJA HYUNDAI, SIRSA, STATE HARYANA. I feel ashamed & harassed THAT INSTEAD OF THIS CAR I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED CAR FROM MARUTI SUZUKI as they give more importance, CARE & respect to their customer & provide best service in the world.
        Sir I took my new EON car bearing regd. No. HR25D 0401, for its first service & Teflon coating to service center ie. RAJA HYUNDAI, DABWALI ROAD, SIRSA( HARYANA) ON DATED 08/06/2013.I INSPECTED MYSELF FULLY MY CAR FOR ANY DENT OR SCRATCH BEFORE SENDING IT FOR SERVICE & IT WEAS TOTALLY OK BEFORE WSHING. At starting itself we didn’t get good response from anyone & later on when car was washed & was sent for Teflon coating there was a dent on the bonnet of the car made by anyone in the workshop. And regarding this when I told to workshop manager MR. RAJESH KUMAR that my car was not having even a single scratch/dent before washing, instead of listening customer he started blaming me that it was already, & if at all there is anything like this then it s the responsibilility of the workshop to inform the customer before service & notify that in job sheet & I WAS TOTALLY HARRASED & ignored BY ALL THE SENIOR PERSONS IN WORKSOP ESPECIALLY BY BAD ATTITUDE OF MR. RAJESH KUMAR (WM).
        I MADE A COMPLAINT ON TOLL FREE NO BEARING COMPLAINT NO.[protected] & WHEN I DEMANDED FOR OUTPASS workshop manager MR. RAJESH KUMAR DENIED TO GIVE ME CAR UNTIL I SIGN ON JOB SHEET FOR SATISFACTORY WORK.
        But I signed on job sheet after writing as NOT SATISFIED.
        Even I demanded for customer feedback form but they refused to provide.
        I DON’T WANT TO GO FOR REPAINT AS YOU ALSO KNOW VERY WELL THAT IT REDUCES RESALE VALUE & MOREOVER IF YOU CARE FOR A THING AND IF SOMONE DAMAGES THAT THEN THAT HURTS YOU A LOT. I WAS HARRASSED both PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY BY THIS BEHAVIOUR & DAMAGE TO MY CAR.
        Even SH. RAM NIWAS YADAV (GM), TOLD THAT I AGREE WITH THIS THAT DENT HAVE BEEN MADE IN WORKSHOP DURING SERVICE, BUT I WAS TOTALLY HARRASSED & WHO WILL PAY ME FOR THE LOSS WHICH I WILL SUFFER DURING RESALE & MENTAL HARRASMENT TO ME DURING THIS.
        I ALSO TRIED TO CALL MR. ARUN SINGLA(ASML) BUT HE DIDN’T PICKED HIS LANDLINE NO & I DIDN’T GET ANY PROPER RESPONSE FROM HISPERSONAL NO ALSO.
        I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THE DEFAULTER SO THAT IN FUTURE NO OTHER CUSTOMER GET SUFFERED LIKE ME & ALSO WISH TO GET COMPENSATED FOR THE LOSS WHICH I SUFERED FROM YOUR AUTHORIZED WORKSHOP.
        Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible otherwise I have no other option than court.

        eon — my car is not working

        and now this got dame. its not working and eon car is very bad speed is very slow i dont like it and i hope now enybody wiil not buy this car ........

          Hello Sir,

          I am kailash kumar from Noida. I have purchased a i10 ( in my father name - Bannu Mahto) at my hometown Hazaribag, Jharkhand from "Om Shree Sai Hyundai" in 2011.

          Registration no of our car is JH02U3784.

          My car is at "Om Shree Sai Hyundai" workshop from 28 December 2012 for accidental repair. Initial commitment for full repair was Mid April 2013. But till now( June 7) car is not ready.

          I am talking regarding same from Hyundai customer care from 5th may 2013 ( Complain No :[protected]. I have called more than 8-9 times and have not received any call back. Every time customer care person says we are raising your complain to concern department, u will receive a call in some time. i haven't received any call till now.

          My other concern is, Manager at workshop told us that we have pay Rs 250 per day from 28th december till date car will repair. This is not a small amount now and don't understand, why will i pay amount? My car is for repair at workshop not for anything else.

          This is not response i would expect from company like Hyundai.

          Please do needful.

                we purchased hyundai i20 from Goyal Hyundai, Ludhiana PUNJAB about 25 days ago having VIN: MALBB51BLDM545679

                i am facing PICKUP and MAJOR braking system failure problem of i20.

                i visited service center 4 times at goyal hyundai ludhiana and sewakunj hyundai Khanna but they replied that system is ok and said that the working of Hyundai ABD and ABS braking system is different from others.

                i drive car myself and many times i escape from major accident. it embrace me a lot in front of public. And makes my heart and nervous system almost failure.

                i am the owner of Big Enterprenuer who is responsible for the mishappening occured by this Hyundai i20 only.

                i already generated a complaint on company customer care number [protected] but issue not resolved.

                kindly help us.

                  I had purchased hyundai I20 car on 9th May 2012. Being existing customer of hyundai (I m also having i10) I was told that I am eligible to get the loyalty bonus of Rupees 20000 & the same will be given by Hyundai Motors after six months. At the time of application I had asked for the acknowledgement of the same the dealer (M/s Nanavati Hyundai, Piplod, Surat Gujarat) refused to provide the same & I was told that the same will be given to you after six months.

                  When I enquiries about the same on 10th May 2013 (On completion of six months). I was told that they have received the acknowledgement of the same but the amount has not been given by Nanavati Hyundai Chennai Office.

                  On 30.05.2013 again I called up to Hyundai on[protected] I am still getting the same answer that the acknowledgement of the same has been received but they are also refursing to provide the copy of the acknowledgement letter as well as the contact no. of concern department of Hyundai motors in Chennai.

                  I would also like to bring to your notice that one of my from had purchase hyundai Car from Ahmedabad & he got the loyalty bonus upfront as the policy may be different for dealer to dealer or as per territory. But I don't agree with the concept of not sharing the acknowledgement letter of confirmation received from hyundai.

                  Can you please look into same & help me to get the loyalty bonus at the earliest.

                    This complain is not addressed by the Hyundai,i am very disappointed to hear it.my car was serviced by hyundai on 24/05/2011.

                    The company paint on vehicle which is more than 2 yrs old is still very good and the parts painted by DAS Hyundai meerut ,is coming off like a local distemper comes off from the wall.if i would have gone to the local mechanic Even then i am sure paint would have worked for more than year and company paint never comes off from the part but i don't know what policies Hyundai are following,i fell customer is no longer important for them.
                    I have called customer care number of times and got multiple replies i.e

                    1.Repairing a part is warranted only for six months,so,they can't help but does painting comes under repairing or if properly painted car paint can come off like that?My santro is 8yrs old but still paint is fine ,other parts of I20 which was not painted by Das Hyundai are also fine why only the parts painted by Das Hyundai the paint is coming off?
                    2.Then they said ,OK we will repair it but you have to go to DAS Hyundai ,Meerut for repairing-----i am transferred to Faridabad now how could i go to Das Hyundai for repairing?,i don't know local service center,we are dealing with Hyundai and my car was repaired by Hyundai.
                    It means there is no difference whether the car is repaired by a local mechanic or a company service center because even local mechanic would have said the same thing ,please bring the car to me and i will repair.
                    3.After all these discussions ,i have received a call from a senior person and he promised me that he will do the needful for me and help me in this regards but since then no updates has been provided and complaint has been closed.

                    After this kind of behavior,it seems that you don't care for your customer anymore and if customer is facing trouble with/due to a local service center ,company will bear no claims and its customer who has to suffer.

                    please take up the case form your end,i will be thankful to you.

                      I brought a car hyundai i 10 ERA in april 2012. When i brought this car dealer told that it has average of above 20 KMPL. now since i am using this car its giving average of only 6.6 KMPL. whenever complaint about this service center does not gave any respond about the same. Till date i have spend more than 60,000 on petrol with running of 10,500.kindly help for the same.waiting for response

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am the customer of your prestigious product by purchasing a Car- I-10 Era Regd. No.MP-09 CD-3345 from your authorized dealer Harsh Hyundai Indore on 09.04.2009, since then I am constant touch with dealer and other dept. regarding poor average of my said car. Further I would like to narrate my problem faced & yet hang on & request you to look into the matter sincerely & get to the bottom of my problem & solve the same.

                      1. I did the market survey before purchasing I-10 Era, through my relatives and other way also referred the advt., as I was having Maruti 800, & desire to get better model which may having all features look wise average wise etc.

                      2. Your Indore Executive Mr. Ashish & Mr. Mukesh (S.M) approached me & narrated all the features also promised that average would be 19-to 20 km. per ltr. & I was convinced & decided to go for only Hyundai Product and immediately purchased said car.

                      3. After purchasing said car I used it and found the average V.V. Poor average and immediately I approached the dealer they advised me after getting 2-3 services your average will be more then 19 km. per ltr.

                      4. But even after 2-3 services average remain between 9-11 k.m. in this connection I brought the complaint to Service Manager Mr. Prasannaji they get my car tested at their workshop as well as in the highway with their different parameters but there was no up gradation in the average.

                      5. Recently 24-07.10 & 26.07.10 they called me with car both the day they used all parameters and drive my car approximately 200 to 300 k.m. but they fail to get the problem solved. They said that your car may be MANUFACTURING PROBLEM. In this connection I talked to Mr. Jaspreet & Mr. Haris on Customer Car No. [protected] & subsequently to R.O. Mumbai on[protected] Mr. Sapanaji and put my problem.

                      6. Further to state that money and Time both wasting but problem stand as it is. So, all expenses i.e. legal & other whatever will be bearing by me Hyundai will have to reimburse me as no response I am getting from your end.

                      7. The trust regarding your Hyundai plummeting day by day. I am totally harassed with the non cooperation from your part & feel that I am cheated by your company. However I am waiting for 7 day if my problem not solved then I will approach the reputed Media & Consumer Forum. I am having proofs till then I am facing since I purchased the card.

                        Hello Iam AbdulWasay owner of Hyundai i10 with registration number AP 28 DR 1141.
                        Yesterday May 22nd My vehicle got locked .I switched off my vehicle & came out of it with out collecting key.Vehicle got locked & i couldn't enter my car.
                        *****Pl note complaint was made from mobile number : [protected] since my mobile was in my car.****
                        Location was Near Jadcherla around 60km from Hyderabad .When i contacted emergency service number at around 12:15 PM i was told Hyundai personnel would call me to solve my problem.I got a call from Tadban service center after waiting for about an hour & i was really surprised to listen to the executive .

                        He told me to unlock my car Hyundai shall charge me to & from Charges from service center which will be around 120km & more over i was told i need to pay additional Rs 800 to Rs 1200 extra for the service.

                        My first question is Why does my vehicle gets locked when the key is not removed from the ignition.Hyundai vehicle drawback which is to be fixed

                        Second is why i need to pay for emergency service when it should be free.

                        My complaint number is 36702 & i got a call from mobile number [protected](from Hyundai).

                        More over iam getting suggestions from Hyundai is to brake the rear mirror (smaller one) to unlock my car & replace it again.

                        I had to spend 3 hours on the Bangalore highway with no help in Hot sun.Later i hired one vehicle to get a mechanic & unlock my car.

                        This is really annoying & irresponsible attitude from Hyundai.I need compensation for the hard time i got because of Hyundai.

                          I took my Verna Fluidic 1.6 SLX to Tapan Multiventures (Automobiles Division) Plot No.14.15.16 etc. Industrial Area Shoghi for Service under warranty at 10000Kms. At the onset they tried to cheat me by forcing value added services against policy of M/s Hyndai India. They tried to over charge me for a service which I did not request or ask for. They do not have clean water to do free washing under warranty. They soiled and spoiled the interior of my car while they carried out the free service under warranty. They refused to attend to my complaint and demanded money o correct their mistake. The staff present was arrogant in behavior.

                            i purchased a santro xing from Ktc hyundai on july 11. 2007 with following exchange bonusof Rs 10,000. we had an old tata sumo in my fathers name. as per the dealer we sold the vrhicle nd suvmitted the new nd old rc in time. but we did nt get that bonus. dealeers said they forwadd the docs to hyundai new delhi nd they will send the cheque. it did nt happend till today and we understand that we were betrayd by the co.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I purchased a car from 'Sonebhadra Hyundai' car dealer from renukoot in Aug'12. The agent who approached me for deal committed me that car seat cover, car cover and center lock system shall be given as freebies while coming into agreement with the price of purchase. When the car was delivered to me the agent told me that since the center locking system is out of stock at that moment, he would make sure that it will be fitted in my car as soon as the center lock system arrives. Since then i followed him up for the center lock system, he told me stories about non availability in stock until mid april'13. On inquiring at other person in the dealership, i came to know that nothing is due in my name from the dealer. On asking about this with the agent, he came up with story telling that the GM of dealer shop had not approved center lock system as freebie during the purchase even though the agent committed and so i will not be given the center lock system as i was promised at the time of agreement with the price.

                              I am cheated by the agent/dealership. With this attitude, i'm deeply hurt and come to your rescue.

                              Kindly help me in Getting justice and also take measures. so that people like me are not cheated by such dealers in future.

                                I purchased Hyundai i10, Magna car from Kun United Hyundai, dealer Khairatabad, hyderabad with chasis number: MALAM51CLCM150131*C and Engine no: G4LACM844807. I Paid Rs 7000 extra for Kenwood stereo with USB instead of sony stereo offered with the package. I was not showcased the interiors/make of the music system on delivery. But latter on when i checked i found it is mobis music system (Nippon Made), I've been cheated. The dealer has pocketed the EXTRA money I paid for Kenwood and has installed Mobis system (Nippon Made) only. The dealer now argues and covers up his FRAUD act. Hyundai customer care has not taken interest in this case, even after repeated complaints.

                                  Dear Sir Madam,

                                  I would like to inform you that I Purchased Hyundai EON Car (DL 10CD 1698) from Hans Hyundai Moti Nagar New Delhi on 11-Dec-2011. Since I am facing major service issues on Hyundai Eon Car and nobody from the service center is providing quality service. At the time of purchase salesman named Mr Sanjeev bedi forced me to Purchased Center Locking (Cross Links) from Hans Hyundai , As per him if you purchase Center Locking from somewhere else the Car Warranty/Guarantee will not be valid. So I forced to purchase the same. After six months I was getting lock & unlock problem. I called Hans Hyundai to rectify the problem they said you need to call to Cross Links. So I called them and issue was resolved. Right after Two months I was getting the same problem. Now it’s been 16 months of purchase I am facing the same issue (lock & unlock) on 8th time.

                                  Secondly at the time of purchase they charged me for 3M coating. But the Quality of work was not upto the mark I complaint so many time. Unfortunately nobody bothered. The service of Hans Hyundai is very Poor no service assurance form their side.

                                  This is humble request from my end. Please change the Center Locking (Cross Links) on an urgent basis.

                                    I bought i10 Magna in 2007 from Nimbus Car at Noida.
                                    The Average of the car is very bad.
                                    Now in 2013 suddenly the EPS system is not working & Nimbus workshop says it needed to be replaced for Rs.10500/- .
                                    I would never recommend anybody to buy Hyundai cars specially i10 models.
                                    The service is very very poor & also the average of the car.
                                    The Co. is just taking us for ride by putting defective EPS system which neither be rectified or bought from outside it's there monoply to loot the car owners.

                                      i had verna.i got a problem of A/C in it . from past 1yr car a/c is giving problem. sum tym automatically it stop cooling and oly fan runs inside after sum tym it automatically start cooling while travelling... once i hav shown it to talwar hyundai service center but i din get any proper response from them then i hav shown it outside to a/c automobile center.their he told me that their is less coolent but before 2months oly i hav filled coolent in it.. but nw the coolent was reduce below the 'L' level.. im not able to understand that how this coolent is getting reduce so soon even the hyundai service center r not giving any proper response..infact their no lickage of coolent also. so i plz request to resolve this problem as soon as u can...

                                        I, Ravinder Kumar, Prop. R. K. Enterprises, Member of Chandigarh Vayopar council & executive member Traders association sector 18 Market, want to share my bitter experience dealing with your dealer in Panchkula.

                                        I am a fan of Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki and have been a proud owner of their car in past. I also have a Hyundai santro Xing.

                                        Although I was very much satisfied with Tata & Maruti car and not actually disappointed with the Santro xing, I decided to buy a new Hyundai car, when I needed the replacement for my old Tata car.

                                        I want to thank you for providing one of the best cars in India and one of the wrost dealers on earth.

                                        I had a very bitter expertise from your Panchkula dealer viz. Ultimate Hyundai Panchkula which I feel needed to be shared with you as Both Hyundai reputation and my loyalty bonus are at stake in this deal. I have quite a reputation among my known persons and any negative feedback from my side, for any product(s) means, it being blacklisted for life among them.


                                        Here below I narrate the series of deal as done with Ultimate Hyundai Panchkula branch

                                        On 20thst feb. 2013 I approached the dealership (at ultimate Hyundai Panchkula) to buy i20

                                        I was well attended by the sales person named Alok I made up my mind getting car from the dealer

                                        A sum of Rs. 115000.00 was deposited in cash with the dealer and a receipt was issued. (which actually he collected from my residence good service indeed I appreciate the effort ). Mr Alok also suggested me to get the car financed from SBI Panchkula sector 14 Branch. However due to some reasons (despite my eligibility and submission all required documents and honest efforts of the bank staff ) Car could not be financed from SBI as they have the limitation for financing personal cars only and not the cars in the name of any commercial establishment and I need to get it financed in the name of My company named R K Enterprises only.

                                        I Approached my Alok to get back my sum of Rs. 115000.00 as I wanted to get my car financed from my regular Banker Vijya Bank who could take about 4-5 days for processing my finance request and I was not willing to block my funds for that period with the dealer .

                                        Here came the Point when the staff at you dealership showed there inner instinct and face behind the smiling face . It just spoiled all the pleasant flow of transaction, The staff was in no mood to refund my money and insisted me to get financed from a banker of their choice which was not suitable to me ( A senior staff at this dealership took me so rudely on which I feel so humiliated that at one time just made up my mind not buy a Hyundai car at least from this dealership).

                                        The behaviour of sales staff made me feel as I was trapped in their net and they even asked me to bear a loss of At least Rs3000.00 for refund and wait for at least one week to get my money back.

                                        This is the not end of the ‘SO called so NICE BEHAVE ’ OF the staff at ultimate Hyundai Panchkula

                                        I was not willing to bear any loss for getting refund and not in a position to wait for 7 days also so applying my own forget and forgive principles I decided ( against the will of my family) to buy the car from this dealership and suppressed my strong feelings against the poor behaviour of staffs there .

                                        Finally on 28th Feb I got a DD from my banker and asked Mr Alok the get the car ready for me

                                        At about 5 O clocks I was delivered a car and I was asked to visit the showroom after 3-4 days to collect the Invoice and other related documents.

                                        ( I fail to understand why I was not issued a Invoice and other related papers on the same time)

                                        I have deposited a sum of About Rs 2500. extra which was to be refunded to me on the same time but sales staff of your dealer asked me to wait for some two three days as they wanted to take some time to get a cheque /DD issued in my favour as

                                        (as per their version It was not possible to refund the excess paid amount in CASH . I agreed. For this petty amount to remain with them for some time.



                                        On same date I submitted the required documents for getting Loyalty Bonus as I already owned a Hyundai Car in my own name and being sole propertier of R K Enterprises I am very well eligible for loyalty bonus on purchase of another Hyundai car in name of my company .

                                        After three or four days while I collected the documents and signed the receipt of documents overlooking the date and other related details printed on them here I accept My mistake of the BLIND TRUST on such dealer.

                                        At the same time I asked for refund of my excess paid amount but it was ignored and asked to visit the showroom after another three four days as the cheque/DD was yet not ready. I took this very casually and in cool manner only and asked Mr Alok to take their own time



                                        At home while I was looking at documents for filling the same to registration authority and my bankers I found three mistakes

                                        A. Car was billed on 22nd of FEB.2013 where as I have not deposited full payment till that time and has never given my consent to buy the car from this dealership .

                                        B. As written on documents Car was hypothecated to SBI instead of Vijya Bank ( I still have photo copies of the documents

                                        C. Service book mentioned the car delivered on 23rd and not on 28th , the date of actual sales and delivery. Which further means that warranty given on my car will expire 5 days earlier to the actual date and my liabilities related to car in my possession started on 23rdFeb.2013 and not on the actual date and time of delivery



                                        I reported all these mistakes to Mr Alok who took the matter very casually me and asked me to accept the documents with the mistake .which I strongly protested and even after much of arguments he flatly refused to do the need full and rectify the mistake in papers .

                                        Now I lost my temper and very clearly stated him to do the needful or else I would go to consumer courts and approach Hyundai authorities. To which he responded that MY LOYALTY BONUS will be spoiled if I still insisted to get the documents rectified and any further taking any dialogue in this concern.

                                        I reported the entire matter to Mr Sehgal CEO of the concern and a phone call came to me to get new documents with amended date and facts on invoice and get the date on service book amended accordingly.

                                        Again I visited the showroom and collected new documents with new date as 28th Feb. and car hypothecated to actual bankers the VIJYA BANK and not SBI

                                        I still not got my excess paid amount and was asked to approach the office after two three days. This time again I sent a mail to customer care department of the company and some on from office came to my residence to pay cash and asked my son to sign a Rating form as all the positive and best deal. I directed my son aged 13 to refuse signing any such paper except cash receipt.

                                        Again May I ask the dealership if only cash was to be refunded why this was not done on the same date of delivery of car whay I was made to revisits and take the matter with ceo of the concern Now I strongly feel that fear of consumer courts only works with this type of dealers)

                                        Ever since then I have received so many calls from the company customer care to give them best rating only because now all my issues have been resolved ( Thank god there are consumer courts N economic offences wings of Police available in Chandigarh )

                                        Now come my Turn of my anxieties and fear about my car and the deal.



                                        1. Was a new car delivered to me as I got a car which was billed on a date prior to the date of delivery, and following points strengthen my doubts 1. There were no polythene covers on the seats while the car was delivered which I have experienced every time I buy a new car, The temporary number was also tempered, 3. As informed by ultimate staff ... there were two gate passes issued on this car on 28th and another on previous mentioned dates on bill. This came to my knowledge when a staff related to submission of loyalty papers asked to tell her actual date of delivery as there were two gate passes tagged in the file related to this car.

                                        2. Will I still get my loyalty bonus and I was threatened not to report the matter to Hyundai or else my loyalty bonus will be spoiled by the company.

                                        3. What rating should I give to this type of a deal...? I wonder how dealer can ask for a good rating after this type of behaviour and more over this a privilege of the buyer only to show share his/her experience with deal and dealer

                                        4. Who is responsible for spoiling the celebrations in my family on buying new car





                                        Now I humbly request the Hyundai authorities to investigate the matter and take the necessary action to release my loyalty bonus and check that I got a NEW car and not a second hand or previously owned car at a price of new one



                                        Also please suggest your best dealership as a am planning to buy a Elantra and within

                                        two /three months

                                        I own hyundai santro xing lpg.
                                        There is a blockage in the lpg tank.
                                        From last 8 months i'm contacting the service center but they dont have any solution for this.
                                        Please take a strict action against and solve my problem.
