    Dear Sir / Madam I am V.K.Gargav residing at Bhopal having Hyundai i 10 Era which i bought in 02/08/2012 from Surjeet Hyundai J.K.Road Indrapuri Bhopal and exchange my Maruti jen .MP 04 V 9747 They assured me about all the further formalities regarding transfer of ownership in registration card would be accomplish in proper manner for Maruti Jen which i exchange from i 10. But i was really astonished when i got to know that Maruti Jen which i exchanged is already sold to some one and Surjeet Hyundai didn't even bothered to informed me and when i inquired about that it was not even transferred After a hell lot of communication and request some one came and accomplish the formalities and given us assurance that it will be transferred soon and accordingly we will be informed now after 3 to 4 months when i search for the same nothing has happened and that vehicle is running in my name V.K.Gargava . Now if nothing will happen or thinghs will not resolve i will take it to the legal and as i have already informed to you if any thing will happen then Hyundai will be responsible utterly .       i bought a hyndai verna sx reg number KA04MN0962 from blue hyundai mysOre road showroom. i was promised free three coats of teflon. at the time of delivery also i was promised by prashant the sales representative tat the car has teflon coating but when ihecked i was not there. on my first servicing there was a problem with the horn of the car but no one was ready to understand. next i had to literallly go to the showroom and showed them that there is malfunction in the horn and only then they understood. i had to waste my whole day just to get the horn fixed in a brand new car.

        Last year I purchased Verna Fluidic (1.6 X model) diesel model. Within a year came across two issues, one with regard to AC and other one towards problem with 3rd gear. The car has run only for 5000 kms and It is really annoying when we come across such issues within such short period. Please consider this issue seriously and try to provide quick solution for us

            Hyundai directed to refund consumer for faulty steering wheel and Poor mileage BY TEAM B&C PANAJI: Car manufacturer Hyundai has been directed by a local consumer forum to refund a sum of Rs 5, 03, 062 as compensation to a customer for selling a car with a defective steering wheel. In a complaint filed at the South Goa District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, the complainant, CIJONI MATILDA DIAS from Margao, in February 2012, stated that at the time of purchase the car was running well. However, within 10 days, the steering wheel developed problems and was not rotating properly, to the extent that when the wheel turned either to the right of left while driving it remained in the said position and did not freely return back to its normal position, that is, straight position. Rotating the wheel was difficult even though it had power steering. Also, she proved by way of a mileage test conducted by Hyundai that the car only gave a mileage of 12 kms per litre which was far less than the company's claims of 21 kms per litre According to her, despite repeated complaints by the complainant to the car dealer, the steering wheel was not replaced nor was the mileage problem rectified. In order to secure her safety, the complainant took the car to an independent service station to allay her fears and also took the opinion of mechanical engineers, both of whom opined that the steering wheel had a manufacturing defect and that it was dangerous which could lead to an accident. The respondents (both the car company and the dealer) in their replies disputed the complaint and contended that there was no defect in the car after it was inspected during the first free service. They also denied any deficiency in service on their part. The forum, relying upon the documents and other material placed before it, observed that the company failed to deliver a vehicle free from any defects which is their bounden duty, and directed Hyundai to refund a sum of Rs 5, 03, 062 along with interest at 9 per cent per annum from the date the car was purchased. It directed the complainant to hand over the vehicle upon refund. The forum also directed that company to pay an additional sum of Rs 25, 000 to the complainant towards mental pain and suffering.             Hyundai did appeal in the STATE CONSUMERS DISPUTES COURT.
            The court has dismissed the appeal and directed HYUNDAI MOTORS to stop unfair trade practice by changing their website that assures 20Kms/ltr within a period of 30 Days and report compliance.

            The Appeal files by hyundai at the state forum was dismissed and hyundai was directed to refund the amount paid for the car and also discontinue the unfair trade practice by changing the website within a period of 30 days and report compliance.

              While Driving the car the engine automatically raises and all the AC knobs are broken inside the cabin. I was told this was a manufacturing defect and now Hyundai is not replacing it and charging Rs 12000 for all. Thei20 I own is under warranty and defective parts need to be replaced.                 We had purchased the i 20 magna 1.2 BS IV under Mr. Binay kumar Khemka on 6/08/2010. Engine no. being G4LAAM468418 Chassis no. being MALBB51BLAM202845G We have been facing various problems with the car since some time now. Recently the car just wouldn't start. After we got it checked at various garages as well as hyundai certified garage near our place we have found out that the Electric Car Module (ECM) is not working and needs to be changed. The car has run a meager 12000 kilometers since its purchase and has been serviced on regular intervals by hyundai certified automobile garages. This is so surprising that even the mechanics have exclaimed this is a very rare thing to happen. Because ECM lasts a minimum of 10 years on an average and may even be intact for years to come. Since we have to replace it now it has made me doubt the integrity of your company and quality of the cars. It was utterly disappointing and i urge you to look into the matter and revert as your earliest. I would like you to provide a solution for the problem i am facing.

                  I purchased I- 10 sports engine no G 4LACM817569 Chassis no MALAN51CLCM106329 from PIONEER HYUNDAI MRG AUTI PVT. LTD. GT Road Sherpur LUDHIANA-141003 on[protected]. I was promised rs.20000 exchange bonus against my old Maruti car PB-10 AW-0145.I submitted full document to the said company. Inspite of various visits and verbal talk they kept delaying the matter on one pretext or the other for the reason best known to them. On the last visit they told me to complain to your good self. It is a matter of shame that such dealership is spoiling the image of your reputed company. Delay of almost two years is big blot on the face of your esteemed company.                   With reference to the earlier complaint dated 3 rd march, we received communication from dealership stating that, we submitted the document for exchange bonus very late. I here by submit that documents were handed to the company well in time. Which can be verified from the date of the document submitted. The dealership is denying the exchange bonus benefit on one are the other pretext. We received the last communication from the dealers last week. We are again forced to write, please look into the matter.

                    Hi, My car-Santro Xing Xo(7 years old) usually gets serviced in Mission Road, Bangalore from time of buying. Recently I'm observing the car service is not done properly. What i mean is the service people set something in the car that every three months the car has one or other problem.                       I bought a Verna SX from Advaith Hyundai, Residency Road, Bangalore, last December 2013, they claimed I can avail year end discounts up to Rs. 80, 000 (exchange bonus worth 25000 + free insurance worth 40000 + etc...) since I sold my car to external party I was eligible for the external exchange bonus which is 25000, I provided all documents to them as per their request and still there is no progress on this and I heard that my claim was rejected, i also feel cheated on the insurance which was supposed to be for Rs 40000 but got it only for 25000 with less IDV, I really dont understand the motive behind luring the customers advertising with loads of benefits and don't provide them in real time. I am totally feeling cheated and will never recommend Hyundai cars to anyone near and dear. Raja S

                          sir, i had purchase a car hyundai elantra on april 2013, reg.no. MH12 JX-0090.                               Hi Team..

                              I had given my Hyundai i20 Car for paid service on Friday Feb14th to Trident Hyundai Service Center at Kalyan Nagar Bangalore... i paid 8500 for the service, i had requested them for a 3 M interior cleaning which was done in a pathetic way...you can imagine when i say the inside mirror was not wiped so you know how bad was the cleaning..
                              Then i had asked them to change car insulator which was advised to me last service..
                              During the change the have damaged the car Windshield glass..there is a hair line crack which was not told to me and hidden from me, my car was supposed to be delivered around 4.30 but i got it only past 6 pm when it was kind of getting dark, i took my car and left to office as i was already late..on the way i realised some kinda of difference on the windshield glass...i got down and checked and realised its a crack and immediately called and informed however they asked me to get the car next day as it was closed now.
                              I took the car but they were very casual about all this and acted as if i have done some mistake and finally one manager comes and tells sir i will look into this and see if this can be done on ur extended warranty..i told him do whatever i need the glass replaced..and finally on Monday they say the extended warranty was lapsed 4 months hence they cannot change it ...requested me to use my Insurance.. i was like why the hell should i use my insurance for the damage done by your people...and loose out on my no claim bonus...and then they took another and now suggesting to share the cost...Now someone tell me why the hell should i even pay for something which i have not done.. This is rediculous from their part to even ask a customer to pay..all these years i had such good things to tell about Hyundai cars and service..this has left a bad taste and i dont think i will ever get back that feel unless this is rectfied.. I am not going to shell out a single penny..i wil take this to consumer court and Media and spoil ur reputation...this is not the way you guys handle an issue..i want someone from Hyundai higher Management to look into this and take Immediate Action...and need a positive resolution

In this regard I have to say that when car not in use for 4-5 days the battery gets discharged and I have to call the help line.                                   I am completely disappointed with the condition in which the brand new Santro GLS was delivered to me by Express Hyundai Velachery, Chennai. I had to give the vehicle for service on day 1 of delivery. If this is the condition of your new vehicles, I can only Imagine what will happen to them after few months o[censored]sage. I now regret that I made a wrong choice going for Hyundai. Having spent 4.5 lakhs for a vehicle I am travelling back home by public transport, this is an insult that these guys can never compensate. I will address in all internet & online forums until I get a proper response. To those, Sales and Quality control VPs happily sleeping back home, please wake up!! You have a very dissatisfied customer who was sold with a defective piece of crap. Below are the issues and I have a copy of the Repair Order given to me by the service team 1. Wheel Alignment issue -Vehicle Pull Drift in LHS 2. Issue in Engine - Engine Check Warning remaining "On" 3. Interiors Malfunction - Front LHS window Switch in broken condition. 4.Tyre pressure issue, weak nozzle. Apart for the delivery issues, the below additional fittings were not given to me at the time of delivery (as promised by the Sales Agent, when I booked the Vehicle). 1.Parking Senor – not installed, 2.Window wiser – not installed, 3.Seat Cover – Different from what was promised to me at the time of sale. Hope you can understand the reason for my frustration and feeling of insult, the car that you sold to me has issues in all departments, engine, wheels, interiors, seats, you name it and you can find a defect in it. I HATE HYUNDAI

                                    I have bought a hyndai i10 magana lpg version from hosur Himivasini dealers with the support of krishnagiri sub dealer.

                                    I have invoiced the car on 27/12/2013. I have also paid the full cost of the vechile. But due the dealers mistake they delivered the vechile on 10/01/2014. which upset me alot. i also accepted the delay also.

                                    From the date of delivery its now past a month the dealer failed to keep up the offer promise. Now since they made the tempovry registation on my name, the bad dealer truns back and demands extra money for the promised offer before taking the invoice or the money from me,

                                    its very bad on the company to facilitate such a dealer in the company. The manging director, the manger and the personals of himivasini don't respond and respect me as a customer and the don't attend my calls.

                                    Infact i was to buy stringray from Maruthi company but the offers and the false comitments landed me into your company. I'm very much distressed with this purchse of i10.

                                    I have a good profile working in Govt.service I will never recommend HYUNDAI PRODUCTS to anyone in my life time Thanks for your wonderfulbad and cheating service. May God bless your company and the Himivasini dealer to cheat and pullout money from the coustmer and be rich and live for ever.

                                      Dear Sir, Due to bit accident i have handed over my Eon Magana Car Reg No. HP56-4566 to KC MART ( Hyundai Authorsed Work Shop) Jammu dated on 18/12/2013. After receiving estimate cost of repair, i paid Rs. 50000 advance as demanded by KC Hyundai Jammu dated on 25/12/2013, for the proceeding of repair work. But till date my car is not ready. Reason for delay non availability of few spare parts by hyundai motor. Neither they are providing me any tentative date for delivery of car.
