Hi,

I have been servicing my Hyundai santro car in express Hyundai for quite sometime, and I have complained about their poor service many times, but they are not showing any interest in improving. This time I really got irritated as they were giving false information about the status of my car service. I gave my car to repair as it met with an accident and they told they will hand over the car on Wednesday. As a follow up when I call them on Tuesday they informed that your car is now painting and it will take one more day to get ready. So I called them up on Wednesday. But now I got to hear that they now got the parts only and repairing it and it will be ready by Friday. I told them that every time you are giving me different information and I need my car by Thursday (14-Feb-2013), and the person told everything is ready only we need to get the liability and re-examination to happen from insurance provider and the person will come only at 12 o clock 14-Feb. I believed and when I call them on 14-Feb, another person picked the phone and told your car is now in the garage for painting and will be ready by 15-Feb. It is very unfortunate to say that these guys are really spoiling the name of the Company and I am really frustrated by their service. I feel like cheated.

Now I can do only one thing, never ever suggest anyone to buy Hyundai cars, though you get cars in low cost, but after buying you will really suffer to get a proper service.

    I am N. Chandrashekar, from Tumkur-Karnataka.
    I own i10 1.2 sport (car No KA-06 N 937, Jan 2011 model) of your company.
    I had starting problem with the car, so I complained to Tumkur showroom on 9th Saturday Morning to Mr. Shankar sales Manager. He directed to service section. But on Saturday no one received the complaint. Then after on Monday 11th, they take complaint and send some persons with out any tools and instruments and told that, it has to be taken to showroom for service. By the evening they told that there is some electrical problem.

    From Monday the car bonnet is open, but they have not touched any thing. When we enquired yesterday they told that there is same wiring problem and today at 11 am also they told the same problem i.e., electrical problem and mechanic told that they are attending the problem and told that they can’t identify it, and they need minimum of 8 to 15 days to clear the problem. This was told by service owner Mr. Sanjoth.

    We are afraid that, to solve simple electrical problem your company need 10 days. What is this nonsense? I have purchased the car to drive and to keep it in my home and not to put to your service centre for 15 day.

    We have purchased the car based on some trust and your promise, to solve simple electrical problem need 15 days, it is meaning less.

    I am planning to complain to consumer court due to yours worst service that we are getting here.

    I am requesting you to, kindly to do some action to do service to my car.

    i10 car — Improper Servesing

    I have purchased i10 car from Shivnath Hundai, Raipur in the month of August 2009. When I have given it for first service it was returned without servesing. No cognizance is taken on my complaint. My Car no. is CG04 HB 3363 and my address is 51, Vivekanand Nagar, Raipur.

    This is very sadful that such a big company is doing such a mean job.

    Please pay attention to my complaint.

    i 10 hyundai sports model car — BONUS REFUND NOT RECEIVED

    dear sir
    I mrs gita dhir bought a i10 sports on[protected], registration no.UK 07X7943 car from OBEROI devbhumi automobiles pvt ltd dehradun by exchanging my old hyundai santro cs e-11,no. dl- 9c-a-9455. I was told my exchange bonus (of Rs. 10, 000/-) will be given by july 2009. I have not received any cheque till date.

    Despite logging complaints with Hyundai call centre in I have not received in reply.in sept 2009 then again in october 2009 I complained to the manager mr prohit of devbhumi automobiles hyundai, he has assursed me that all my papers and documents are valid and clear and all o. k. have been sent for processing.then still again I have got only excuses and not the cheque.

    I spoke to customer care head (may be Mr. Ahmed) in Mathura road head office, he assured me that the matter will be checked into and service provided, but no result.

    will be grateful if the cheque be sent to me at the earliest.

      i am extremely sorry to register this kind of a complaint about the dealer showroom of popular Hyundai at karamana(trivandrum).
      In spite of several reminders before the purchase of vehicle the documents provided to me was with wrongly spelled name of mine.The executive were not cooperating with me during my purchase and not providing proper assistance through out.They didn't have a responsibility to the customer and to their services also.

        HYUNDAI MOTORS CUSTOMER CARE PERSON MR MUKESH PANDEY TOLD ME THAT IN NEXT 24 TO 48 HOUR I WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHICH I NEVER RECIVED FROM YOU .

        ON 20th NOV 2012 AT 11.51AM I MADE ANOTHER COMPLAINT TO HYUNDAI MOTORS CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING MY EARLIER COMPLAINT AND THEY GAVE ME MY COMPLAINT NUMBER[protected] .

        ON 21/11/2012 I RECEIVED AN email FROM YOU SAYING MY COMPLAINT WILL BE SORTED OUT IN NEXT 3 TO 5 DAYS .

        NEXT DAY PRAMUKH HYUNDAI CAR RIDERS LTD INFORMS ME THE CAR IS SOLD .

        PLEASE EXPLAIN ME THAT THE CAR DELIVERED FROM THE SHOW ROOM AND LATER I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THE CAR IS SOLD .



        NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY HYUNDAI MOTORS INDIA LTD AGAINST THIS PRAMUKH HYUNDAI CAR RIDERS LTD TILL TODAY .
        ITS REALLY NOTHING LESS THAN HARASSMENT AND I NEED ANSWER ON THIS SOON . ITS TIME THAT I NEED TO TAKE THIS MATTER WITH LEGAL AUTHORITIES AND FILE MY COMPLAINT TO THEM .

          Hyundai i10
          we got a hyundai i10 last year.The company had promised that the car would give us mileage of about 13-14 in city roads and about 18 kmpl for travelling on highways.
          But we have never got that much mileage at all.Ours is a Kappa engine
          we are getting mileage of about 7-8 kmpl.. we are very disappointed.Kindly advice us as to what to do.The car is still under warranty period

                I have purchased brandnew Hyundai Verna from them and one of its tyre got bump on its side line and after repeated talks with them they refused to attaend the complaint that will not cover it under warranty and its a clear cut manufacturing fault .

                On inspection of tyre it is very much clear that there is not rubbing mark and cut mark from outside tyre got bumps from inside either the alloy wheel is defective or the tyre they refused .

                  Dear Marketing / Customer Care Manager ,

                  I , Dr.V.K.Kapoor (Senior citizen) have purchased a Hyundai I20 Sportz DRL Model 2012 from Hand Hyundai Moti Nagar , New Delhi on 9/12/2012 . The delivery of the car was given on 12/12/2012 . After driving the car home it was noticed that the right side reverse light was not functioning . The matter was immediately reported to the sales division Hans Hyundai . The person incharge Mr.Tushar Malhotra (the person who book the car .) informed us that the problem is by default and as such this should be treated as the model of the car . The reply given was very asburt and unconvincing and therefore we contacted the Sales Manager at the showroom who also gave a similar reply .

                  The logic given by the sales department was very casual and he did not even try to consult the technical division or higher ups to rectify the problem . I understand this may be the first car model in the whole world which has only 1 reverse light and instead of recifying the problem an illogical and unconvincing reply is being given and the customer is being forced to accept it . If I had known this defect I would not have bought the car .

                  I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and do the needful to rectify the problem as soon as possible . As this is creating a problem while I am driving .

                      Dear sir,

                      Sub:- Purchase of Hyundai I 20 became a Nightmare for me

                      With reference to above the following facts to be considered.

                      At first I want to introduce my self that I am Mr. Robindra Kumar N ( Manager State Bank of Mysore) working in SBM at Bylakuppe and residing at Kushalnagar. I have the following complaint against Advaith Hyundai about their poor customer service and high handed ness.

                      1. Till date they have not refunded me full amount due to me which was offered as incentive and discounts for purchase of I20 Magna (O).
                      2. Advaith Hyndai has given me defective peace of vehicle whose reverse parking sensor is not working at all.
                      3. Till date the problem has not been fixed and there is no proper response from Advaith Hyundai.

                      The detail of problem and mental agony I have faced is as under.

                      1. I have booked Hyundai I 20 by paying advance amount Rs.10,000/- on 10.09.2012.
                      I have paid full amount of DD for Rs, 6,51,748 on 28.09.2012. ( availing loan from Bank)
                      vehicle has been delivered to me 05.10.2012.
                      Offer given to me fee Insurance which as per quotation was Rs.20,014/- and Rs.3000/- cash discount.
                      Amount that Advaith Hyundai should pay me back is Rs.10,000 ( advance amount)+ Rs.20,014/- (free Insurance offered)+3000 ( cash discount offered)= Rs. 33,014/-
                      I have received Rs.30,000/- only ( instead of Rs.33,014/-) on 07.12.2012. While sending the cheque for Rs.30,000/- they have not intimated me that they have not paid me my full due. Only when I have asked them that my due is Rs.33,014/- they have agreed that I have still Rs.3,014/- as balance in my account which will be adjusted during subsequent services. I understand that there are 3 free services in Hyundai. Will I get my due only after 2 years then?

                      The fun is that when there is NEFT, RTGS services available Advaith Hyundai has sent me a cheque for Rs.30,000/- by post which will take 1 OR 2 days to reach me and I have to sent it on collection which will again take about minimum 3 days. This shows that they still wanted to enjoy my fund which they have refunded to me after more than 2 months. Who will pay the interest for this long period of 2 months and 19 days.

                      The saga of getting the refund was also very pain full for me. I constantly followed with Mr. Reddy sales agent in our region for refund of my money. He told me that once the vehicle will be registered it will be refunded ( I don’t understand the reason for this). After my vehicle was registered I again contacted him for refund for which he said, it is under process but after long time I have not received the money. Then he said that Advaith Hyundai Manager wants a letter from Bank that they do not have any objection to refund of money, as I have availed finance from my Bank under staff loan for which I have obliged and given a letter. At this time as my money for Rs.33,014/- was blocked I was in want of money as I am a salaried class person. Mr. Reddy took the letter on 03.11.2012 and said that I will get my money with 5 days to which I have agreed. In the mean while due to medical emergency of my brother-in-law I went to my native place in Odisha on 15.11.2012. Daily I was looking for the refund amount but that was not credited to my account. When I was in dire need of money to meet medical expenses I rang to Mr.Reddy he has given the number of Mr. Srinivas of Advaith Hyundai who is looking after refund process. Mr. Srinivas after my enquiry for more than 3 days has stated that the letter is not correct and they want it in some particular format (which they should have provided me at the first hand as I think many of vehicles are financed by banks now a days). I was forced to borrow fund from my friends to meet the medical expenses which humiliated me ( I am working as Manager in PSU Bank). I immediately contacted my branch and told them to give no objection letter in the particular format they wanted to Mr.Reddy. In the mean while, I returned back to my work place on 28.11.2012. Till then whenever I have contacted Mr. Srinivas he used tell that Paper is at Bangalore and ED of Advaith Hyundai has to sign the refund paper. I don’t understand the logic of permission from ED for refund of money which Advaith Hyundai is offering as festive offer. On 05.12.2012 Mr. Srinivas has rang me and said (the tone of his speech is like he has made favor to me by processing the refund )that the refund has come and they will send cheque. I requested him to pay the amount by NEFT ( which is more safer and faster method of fund transfer). Instead he blatantly refused and said that refund will be through cheque only. In this way Advaith Hyundai has enjoyed my fund of Rs.33,014 for 2 months and 19 days. Which more than expected time in this 21st century which should not have taken not more that 15 days if they wanted. I request you pay me interest on Rs.33,014/- for 2 months and 9 days.

                      2. I am a novice in dealing with cars and first time car purchasers. I have high esteem towards Hyundai car and dreamt of owning one. Although I have been approached by Maruthi, Ford I have decided to purchase a Hyndia I 20 which my wife also liked. But all my dream shattered and became a nightmare when I got I20 Magna (O) vehicle which turned out to be a defective piece. After getting delivery of vehicle I have observed that the reverse parking sensor of my vehicle was not working. Which I should have checked , is it?. Or Advaith Hyundi should have checked the vehicle and should have delivered to me correct one? If it is my responsibility to check the vehicle thoroughly by hiring an technician or mechanic, then I am in fault that I have trusted the Hyndai brand and Advaith Hyundai. I brought this defect to the notice of Mr. Reddy, who said that he will look after and will rectify the same and this was much before my service was due. I went for 1st service of my vehicle on 16.12.2012 to Advaith Hyundai, Belavadi, Mysore. I met Mr. Sampath who was in charge of services in that day at around 10.00a.m. and told him that my reverse parking sensors are not working. He said that he will rectify that. When I turned back by 3.00p.m. he said that vehicle have been serviced and everything is fine. When I have enquired about reverse parking sensor he said that he has checked it and may need replacement of sensors. He said that there is no stock of sensors ( Fun is Advaith Hyundai states that it is the largest dealer of Hyundai vehicles in Asia. without stock of parts) and he will order for it and there will be camp at Gonimarur or some place ( exactly cannot remember) next Tuesday and at that time they will come and replace my sensors for which I obliged. Sorry to state that till date after lapse of more than 1 month they never turned back and doesn’t have courtesy to speak about when they will rectify the sensors. On 11.01.2013 I have contacted Madam Hema at Bangalore and told about the racklessness of Advath Hyundai staff at Mysore. I got a call from Mr. Sampath that they will rectify the sensors on Tuesday i.e on 15.01.2013 ( only God can certify their commitment level) I am looking forward whether they will com or not.

                      One more issue in the quotation for vehicle the cost of insurance is mentioned as Rs.20,014/- but how you have handed me over insurance from National Insurance company with premium approximately Rs.14,000/- only. Is it not deliberate miss representation of facts. If not you should have provided me a insurance policy for with premium amount of Rs.20,014/- only.

                      The above ordeal of getting refund of money and defective vehicle delivered to me caused so much mental agony that I am repenting on decision of purchasing a Hyundai Vehicle after investing Rs.6.50lacs of hard earned money. I have decided

                      a. that I will never, in future, if I can will purchase Hyundai Vehicle nor I will discourage all my Kieth and Kin or friends to purchase the same.

                      b. I will inform all my batch mates who are in Banks as Manager’s to advise the borrowers about the lackluster, high handedness of Advaith Hyundai, Mysore.

                      c. This ordeal I am going to inform to all the Managers’ of my Bank in particularly in Mysore that their customer may face while purchasing a vehicle from Advaith Hyundai, Mysore.

                      d. I have already spread the message in LSTS, Bylakuppe the problem I have faced on purchasing Hyundai Vehicle and look forward that all person will be more alert while deciding to purchase a Hyundai Vehicle. This may not effect more to your business but I will try that nobody else will face mental harassment like I have faced. It is my duty as citizen to alert the customers about their rights.

                      My request is please, advise your staffs to provide fast service and please, rectify sensors of my car and please refund Rs.3,014/- and interest on Rs.30,000- for two months within 15 days or I will be forced to go to consumer forum.

                      Hyundai — Poor service and refusal to refund

                      SANTRO HYUNDAI intervened to set right my car which had initial starting issues. But the money charged with no relevancy to the problem has not been returned, though the materials installed new have been taken back by the Party- Nanavati Hyundai of Surat.

                        I am sharing my personal experience with Hyundai Verna Fludic, just want to caution others to refrain from this company Pls

                        Dear Mr.Enayathullah,

                        With reference to the trail of communication, for last 4.5 months have been running pillar to post to get the genuine manufacturing defect rectified by Hyundai, I fail to understand why it has taken 4 months for a simple parts to reach India from Korea, despite the fact I have spent Rs.16,000 to replace the entire clutch even though it is a genuine manufacturing defect, just for my conveniance.

                        Unfortunately I regret in buying this car, for your information a similar problem has been experienced in Ambala and Delhi which is under trial, I would like to understand what the AQL standards of Hyundai

                        Last 4 months have undergone deep trauma and miserable experience leading to Joint and knee pain because of driving a Road unworthy car with manufacturing defects for which my medical expenses has gone up around Rs.55,000

                        If my problem is not been fixed in next 7 days, I would be forced to escalate this to highest quantum, in serving a legal notice to Mr. B.S.Seo, Managing Director, perhaps don’t consider this as arm twisting but will certainly try and do whatever it takes to delist with Register of Companies.

                        It is a strange that Hyundai as a company has no traces in the Web for Customer Complaints or could find any Ombudsman or Nodal officer, I am deeply ashamed in patronizing Hyundai which does not have consumer centric values nor Quality.

                          It is unlikely and unfortunate event I bought a Hyundai Fluidic Verna on Jan-12, with Reg No.TN 18J 8106, from the day I have visited the service center for almost 17 times for a faulty clutch problem which used to very hard because of which I have got knee and joint pain for which medication is going on, Hyundai being completely an insensitive organization towards its customers’ needs to be banned completely, there is typical manufacturing defect which Hyundai dealer is not accepting not Hyundai India has any website or ombudsman to handle issues.
                          Despite all this to find a solution I am paid Rs.16,000 to replace the entire clutch plate within 8 months but of no use again the problem is persisting, now I am mentally prepared to donate the car to Hyundai and appeal to the consumer Forum to ensure this Korean company is delisted from all the licenses.

                          I had purchased a Hyundai santro car in Aug'10 from Moradabad Dealership (M/s Arjun Vasu Hyundai).
                          Since the starting the car is swirving to the right side.
                          I have been regularly visiting the authorised workshop but still the problem is persisting.
                          The engineers in the workshop have an indifferent attitude & been making false promises so far.
                          I have been visiting the workshop atleast every month & still the problem is not getting rectified.
                          The car is under warranty for 2 years for any engine/manufacturing defect but the dealership is not keen to look into the matter.
                          Pls suggest.

Vijay Jain is Unsatisfied with the service of Modi Hyundai. Vijay Jain had send a car for Service before One Month but Service center didn't did properly service. Vijay Jain Complaint to your customer care service but they didn't take any action. Vijay Jain complaint to your branch manager Mr Datta. Mr Datta Didn't take any action.                             Vijay Jain had given written complaint on 3rd August 2011 to the manager to Mr Datta.

                            1. Water was entering inside the right-side of headlight.
                            2. Number Plate Was broked by company.
                            3. Photo was Taken of My car By Mr Sachin Kher before servicing.
                            4. Whenever Vijay Jain should call the manager Mr Datta doesn't pick up the phone .
                            5. Vijay Jain told to your to put the long number plate in front side.

                            The Car After 11 days on 18Th August 2011.
                            1. Mr Datta didn't take any action.
                            2. Still Water is entering inside the right-side of headlight.
                            3. Company had broken the left-side headlight
                            4. Service is not done properly.
                            5. Vijay Jain told the customer care service and to your manager car should be properly service 40 times in 14 days.
                            6. Number plate put by company square plate at front side.
                            I hope u will take some serious action on the following complaints listed above by Vijay Jain. I will be thankful to you i[censored] take any actions.

                            because of the lack of interest of the company service i had wasted 14000rs in pertol as the car come from lakhimpur which is 140 kms frm lucknow. n now the full ac has been replaced with the new one then also the ac is not cooling well . so i would like u to take strict actions towards beeaar hyundai service chinhut n also u should ask them abt the money that has been wasted because of careless actions taken by them. i will be very gratefull to u i[censored] take strict actions against them n resolve my problem.

                              I bought a Hyundai I 10 in October 2012. I went to the authorized service center on Ekbote auto consultants , sangharsh nagar Mumbai for my first service. They didn’t even touched my car I found a hair on the driver seat after they claimed that they have cleaned the car and have vacuumed it completely. I didn’t gave the coupon to him but he has already filled it . Now I called up much acclaimed Hyundai cc for resolution. I have filed the complaint and have raised reminder complaint three times. every time I get the same response ” concerned department will call you back in 48 hours”


                              No one has called yet. Resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I will be forced to post the same with consumer forum .

                                I had booked hyundai era + car of grey colour in 17 december 2012 and paid 164K and applied 200K through hdfc bank loan at triendt hyundai bangalore and accpeted to deliver by 2 jan 2013. They took cash from me as well as from bank on by 20 dec 2012, on 24 they started telling that they do not the colour and the model for what i have booked asked me to go for diffrent colour which i dint like. if in case if i cancel the car they can repay the case of 164k but they can not repay the bank amount 200K. if i have to pay and close this bank still charges me processing fee 3K, 5% of loan amount as preclosing charges which is 10000. forthe mistake from HYUNDAI MOTOTR S i am loosing 13000, and the other december offers from other car manufactures. if i have to wai for he new series which will start from jan 15 2013 still i looks total 37K of december offers and also i need to buy the same car at hiked prices ? IS this fare business from hyundai , I think we need to learn etical way of doing business, acn some one show them the same . sevaral calls and complaints to hyundai are proved to be weaste. HYUNDAI MOTOR CORPORATION PAKKA CHEATING COMPANY , A netted way to trap customers.

                                    With deep regret & sad emotions, I (Anjali Negi W/O Naveen Basnet) would like to bring it to your notice that our Hyundai Accent Car got completely burnt on 8th Oct 2012 evening near Crown Plaza Hotel, Okhla, New Delhi. The car was bought from Samara Hyundai





                                    The incident was so intense that most of the leading newspapers captured it. Moreover, the intensity of this incident has affected me and my family to a great extent. The mental trauma due to this still exists.




                                    A few facts are mentioned below which would help you to give more insights of the incident. Some of these points are very surprising and I am sure, would surprise you as well and will act like a case study for you to improvise-




                                    The said Car was a Company fitted CNG Car. A customer buys a company fitted CNG vehicle and pays more amount for this (as compared to CNG installed locally from the market) considering the fact that company fitted CNG is safer and more reliable. In this case, our thought process was also same. Unfortunately, we regret this decision.
                                    The car is in the name of my Husband’s company. He had to convince very hard to his Company Management to pay more amount for Company fitted CNG. After this incident, he is unable to give justification to his management on THIS decision making of his.
                                    The said Car was purchased in the month of May 2012. It is still hard to believe that not even 5 months old car could lead to this disaster. This really puts a big question mark on the Production & Quality of Hyundai.
                                    My husband and his driver were there inside the car when this incident took place. Cops had to break the window glasses to take them out. Fortunately, both of them could get out of the car at right time. Had it been even a fraction of second delay in escaping out of the car, the two LIVES would have come to an end without any fault of theirs.
                                    I was out of Delhi that day. My parents-in-law do not stay in Delhi. Being a Human and respecting the emotions of another Human, you can imagine the situation me and my family members went through.
                                    My husband is still in trauma. Therefore, I am writing this email on his behalf. The other thing which is a by- product of this incident is the “PHOBIA” for Hyundai makes.
                                    The servicing of the Car was done as per the pattern advised by the Company Officials. The second servicing was done on 20th Sep 2012 at 8975 kms from Koncept Huyndai, Okhla, New Delhi


                                    I, along with a few other well wishers of mine, felt that this MUST be highlighted to HYUNDAI which is supposedly considered to be a great brand. More importantly, I have planned to take this case further strongly for- my Husband, society, MUCH required improvisation in Hyundai’s production and to prevent such incidents in future. In this Industry, there should not be even a 0.1 error chance which could eventually lead to loss of a Human live.





                                    To add, an Organization should always practice its Philosophy/ Values. Hyundai’s Management Philosophy includes “Unlimited Sense of Responsibility”. Customer is one of your Core Values. And last but not the least, Hyundai’s Vision 2020 talks about “Human Centricity”. I strongly believe that Hyundai practices these Values and a Customer (like us) will definitely get justice.





                                    I propose that a very Senior Official should look into this. A very strong & big incident must not be neglected by Hyundai. And the matter should be taken up very seriously.

                                    I, as a very grieved and mentally tortured customer of yours, would request justification & resolution of issues raised by me. I hope that Huyndai itself will resolve this and will not give me opportunity to seek help from any other resource/ channel.                                       Problem : exchange bonus.
                                      Dear Sir,
                                      My Name is Rajesh Solanki and I had the unfortunate circumstance of booking a car from the above dealer.
                                      *On 12/12/12, I called up the above dealers no and one Mr Jayesh from Pramukh Car Riders, explained the offer on i10 for 12/12/12 on phone. For old car he gave the line to another representative, Mr Salim, who after taking verbal discription, informed me the price would be the scrap value of 10000+bonus of rs 30000, totalling rs 40000 & there was no need for pre inspection.
                                      I visited the swowroom at 9pm (as I was told the offer was only for this day) & paid the chq of rs 551198 in full, for which I was given a receipt, which clearly mentioned the price of the old car.
                                      I further paid an amt of 4500 for remote lock. Next day their representative came to my place, inspected the original registration & insurance papers & took my car and the papers away with him.
                                      * On 14/12/12, I called up to ask if it was possible to change the color of the car from White to Silver. After checking, I was informed that it could be done, but I would have to pay Rs 4249/ extra, and give a letter mentioning the same. Their person came to my office and collected the cheque and the letter.
                                      * On 18/12/12, I received the call in afternoon that the car would be delivered by this friday as it had gone for cng fitment.
                                      I received another call in evening, & this time a lady informed me that, since the old car was on my company's name I would NOT be given exchange bonus. When told that I should have been told this when they took the payment or when their executive CHECKED THE PAPERS & took the car, she just kept on arguing and repeating that I would have to pay extra.
                                      Frustrated I told her either deliver the new car as agreed or to send my old car back & refund my money.
                                      She said it was not possible to return the car or refund the money.
                                      Does the world renowned Hyundai corporation condone such unethical business practice of its associates ?
                                      I FEEL CHEATED BY THIS DEALER, KINDLY ADVISE WHAT SHOULD I DO.

                                      MY REPLY TO THE ABOVE MAIL:::
                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Thank you for your reply.
                                      There are several wrong statements in your reply, intentional or otherwise, I am at a loss to understand. Let me clarify one last time.

                                      *At the time of booking the vehicle there was NO MENTION of ownership of the old car, in fact the lady who attended just referred to the working calculation of one Mr Jayesh, and the cheque was issued for the full amount, you can verify this from the lady herself. The price of the new and old car was decided on the Phone itself. Your representative, one Mr salim said there was no need to inspect the old car as he was taking it at scrap value, and he will come a day later and collect the vehicle. This was confirmed by Mr Jayesh, who advised me to make the payment on the very day (12/12/12) as the scheme was ending that day and I should give the papers of the old vehicle's to Mr Salim when he comes to my place. STILL NO MENTION OF OWNERSHIP ISSUE. I am sure you must be having recording of the same, as all major corporations do, kindly refer to it to verify EVEN IF ONCE THIS SUBJECT WAS MENTIONED.

                                      *On 13/12/12, a day later when your representative, Mr Salim, came to my place, I handed him all the original papers to him, which he INSPECTED and THEN he took my car with him. WHAT STOPPED YOU PEOPLE FROM POINTING TO THE OWNERSHIP ISSUE RIGHT THERE AND STOPPING THE AGREED TRANSACTION ? Instead you go ahead and deposit the cheque, that in itself prooves that you CONFIRMED the transaction, and PROVES YOUR LIE when you write, I quote..
                                      "But when we received RC book ofÂ
                                      your Fiat siena car, we observedÂ
                                      that, the car is in the name ofÂ
                                      "Zaveri Kapoorchand Lalchand"Â
                                      and not in your name (as informed by you at the time of booking)" unquote.
                                      Remember you received the RC book on 13th dec 2012.

NOW ITS TWO DAYS SINCE YOU HAVE THE CAR PAPERS, BUT STILL YOU CHOOSE NOT TO SAY ANYTHING REGARDING THE OWNERSHIP ISSUE. IN FACT I WAS ASSURED THE VEHICLE WOULD BE DELIVERED BY TUESDAY, 18TH DEC.

                                      *There's More..
                                      On 18/12/12 I Received a call in AFTERNOON from the same lady who attended to me earlier, who informed me that the New vehicle will be delivered by Friday 21st Dec. As CNG has to be fitted.
                                      Again in evening the same lady calls me up, and this time she alleges that I will have to pay more if I wanted the new vehicle, as she was unable to give the exchange bonus for the old car. I told her everything I mentioned above. Still she kept on repeating the same. Frustrated I told her if you can't go ahead with the agreed transaction, kindly refund my monies and return my old car. She said NEITHER CAN WE RETURN THE OLD CAR, NOR CAN WE REFUND THE MONEY.

                                      *ON 19th Dec, I received a call from the same lady, repeating the same thing, I gave her the same reply regarding my stand, adding that if they continued in the same unethical way, I would be forced to take legal recourse. She assured me that she will contact the management and resolve the issue.

                                      *Today I receive this mail, making all sorts of false allegations. Looking at the tone of your mail, I feel it will be futile to confront you people with facts. I request you one last time, to honor your commitment and not spoil the joy of my posessing the new car, which you have already done to a certain extent. I hope better sense will prevail, if not for your own reputation, then atleast for Hyundai Corporation, a brand of global repute.

                                      I CALLED THEIR SHOWROOM TWO MORE TIMES, THE LADY WHO HAD TAKEN THE PAYMENT EARLIER, NAMED NETHRA, WAS TOO BUSY. ASKED TO BE PUT ON TO SOMEONE SENIOR I WAS KEPT ON PERPETUAL HOLD. NEITHER THEY ARE RESPONDING ON PHONE NOR HAVE THEY REPLIED TO MY MAIL AFTER THREE DAYS. THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL THE MONIES, MY OLD VEHICLE, AND NOW BLACKMAILING ME TO PAY 30000/ EXTRA IF I WANT THE DELIVERY.KINDLY ADVISE HOW DO I GET JUSTICE. THANK YOU.

                                      Next. — Delivery comitment not being honoured.

                                      I have on 24th April booked a split ac 1.5 T model AS18NA Samsung with M/s Next at their Kothrud outlet. The delivery of the same was to be on 29.04.08. Now they say they cannot deliver the same as it is out of stock with the company and what they had reserved for me was delivered to someone else. Now they sayI should upgrade to the 1.6 T model and pay a price difference. When they are not in a position to honour their commitment it is they who should pay for it not me.                                         I too received a mail as same as mentioned above. I have attached it with this. I didn't updated my resume in naukari.com. But I gave some details in tat job portal. How can I believe Whether the offer letter is true or not when I receive such emails???
