Dear hyundai motors,

I had transferred 25000 to a dealer upon repeated calls in order to book a verna car. But due to an immediate issue, i informed them to hold on to the booking.

In spite of several assurances from your side, 3000 inr has been deducted from the refund amount.

I reiterate the fact that the cancellation intimation was done within 2 minutes of making the neft transfer. Hence it is imperative that booking was not generated within this matter of time.

This is highly unethical of the dealer to hold the 3000 inr utilising the cancellation terms of hyundai motors.

You are hereby intimated to refund the remaining 3000 rupees at the earliest or provide the gst invoice of cancellation amount along with showing the proof that the booking was actually made before receiving the cancellation intimation.

Please note that failing to adhere to the above shall enable the undersigned to resort to legal authorities and exercising consumer rights to the highest extent possible wrt cheating and forgery including unethical business practices.

It is expected the matter will be settled amicably.

    Very disappointed as these guys are cheating us. We made a booking for venue car at 16/8/2019 and the response still now is very disappointing. They said at the time of booking that the car will be delivered within 2 month as almost 3 months passed still they are saying due to low production the car is not coming. Why these fellows could inform this matter during our booking we had cleared all the finance paper and still now they are not saying about the date of delivery. The person who made our booking informed that the car will be delivered before october as he guaranteed and as a result we have sold our old car and because of him we made all the paper clear for finance and now they got the finance and where is our car?? We are responsible to pay the finance not hyundai team. So with very bad output from the team we are planning to cancel the booking and file a case for cheating us. These guys must think that we the customers having a big expectation and we are buying a car by taking a loan after which when u guys are cheating us with different dates and think that we are fools to accept what all idiotic think u say. You guys should think that we pays for our car and we are responsible to get the car at the time said. Now with very disappointed with popular hyundai at kommady as i made a booking at there because it is much closer to my home now i am refusing the customer not to go at this showroom as of you want a car for next year u could got at there and do your booking.
    The car wipers doesnt even start and it can cause accident and death in heavy rains

      Dear sir,
      I am a pleasant customer of hyundai cars and believe of the new product namely nios (At) and having the three more cars excepted this in my family.
      I purchase this new car in the name of mrs. Sapan tyagi on dated 31st august 2019. This is the unique car of this segment.
      But i have some issue in my car bearing reg. No up14ed7007 vin no malb351cykm017902.
      When i check the boot space and found that the parcel tray inner lock broken. This was never used by me.
      I went to the dealer ship to get it replaced but dealer person refused it to replace and saying this is the damage due to misuse/ abused. But my question is that a customer is purchase this car to waste his hard earned money to damage that lock.
      What is my fault?
      Or it got damage automatically then what is the quality of hyundai.
      I am still with broken parcel tray lock and not able to use it.
      Vehicle still run only approx. 500kms.
      Why am i going to damage my car? What so ever i am also using the hyundai cars last 16 years and never face this type of issue at my past years.
      This is my humble request to you please replaced this damage part with new one or gives me my hard earned money to me.

        On 30 sept, 2019, i purchased grand i10 nios from superon hyundai, near rajiv chowk, sohna road, gurugram. My chassis number is malb251clk m 024204 and owner name is mahesh upadhyay. After one month completed i sent my car for checkup in superon hyundai service centar. The boy who pick my car, gave me a customer copy that only show one minor dent in back side of my car when the car got returned from the service centre than i saw that a crack on the front glass of the car when i complaint about it in superon service centar, they began to blamming me upside down and began to saying this crack so was your already. If it would have cracked earlier than would have seen somewhere on my customer copy as well. The staff members of superon arguing too much with me. Their talking way was very nonsense. They have no manners to talk with customer. I am attaching hard copy of that customer copy.
        Kindly i just want that the front glass of my car be changed as soon as possible.
        It's first check up of my car and this is my first and bad experience with hyundai. I am feeling that i should have not purchased hyundai car.
        I hope to you, you will take immediate action regarding my complaint.

          With due regret i would like to express my dissatisfaction with the ac of my car. I had purchased the car in june, 2015 and maintaining my car properly and periodically at rudra hyundai, burdwan. But, off and on i was facing problems with my ac. It was not working properly. Ultimately, service engineer of the company has opined that the ac compressor has to be replaced. Despite my periodic maintenance of the car i will have to change my ac compressor within a span of 5 years which is very much detrimental to the company's goodwill.
          I would request you to look into the matter sympathetically and replace the ac compressor with a good gesture and relationship. Please note that i am using hyundai car since last 10 years and referred huge number of customers to the company without any personal benefits.

            I purchased the elite i20 crdi (2018 model) car, asta model in february 2019 from m. K hyundai, zirakpur which is now known as barkley hyundai, zirakpur. I have the following problems in my car.
            1. The car has the worst pick up. The car could not accelerate well as the others car do. When the foot is take off from the accelerator the car do not have the enough torque to keep the car going as it happens in many other cars due to which every time after applying the slight brakes it has to put in lower gear.
            2. The car loose a sudden power when the quick gear shifts.
            3. The steering is too hard.
            4. The car has no confidence in driving as the body roll in high speed is very high and the problem exaggerated due to hard steering.
            5. The brakes are over sensitive. The braking distance is too high & abs are over sensitive and the whole car shakes while applying the brakes.
            6. Engine noise is too high & the engine has no smoothness.

            I have get my car checked 5 times in the barkley, zirakpur. They are unable to trace the problem in my car. Every time when i visit the service center they say your car is ok. I am fed up with your product. My car is under warranty and i am not satisfied with your product. I request you to kindly replace my car as the car has lots of problem as mentioned above.                 I would like to bring to your notice that hyundai has taken the customers for granted.. I am facing the problem since from 2018.. The bumper has not being properly repaired. The painting was also not done properly, and while painting they have also damaged my bumper.. The staring is also making terrible noise.
                When ever we lodge a complain they as me to send the car and they keep it for a month... Sir please take a legal strict actions against them... I want my fare cost which i faced during this and i want the car to be replaced.. Please followup the given attachment. Car boot door is als opening automatically.
                Sir after a month 1 car and the condition is like this.

                  I gave my vehicle verna to capital hyundai, sector-63 noida on 3rd july. It was taken was mr. Abdulla at first. After repair, i received my vehicle after a month. So when i started using i found faulty a/c, faulty engine noise, faulty engine mounting etc etc. So when i complained them, they start saying sir this will be seen by service staff, we take care body work. So at first i was surprised, when any accidental vehicle comes for repair thn they just do body work properly and rest just do for god sake, is it? But i was helpless so followed them. Since thn i have been visiting them every now and thn. I think 5-6 times vehicle have been thr in last less thn 3 months. But now what i m fed is that my life was risk just day before yesterday, vehicle started leaking fuel and vehicle was heated badly. All coolant was finished and unfortunately i was on expressway. This was noticed at toll plaza otherwise i dont know if vehicle would have caught fire also. So when again i called them, so they said sir please come get the vehicle we will check it in-front of you. What will tell about vehicle engine, am i the expert in that. You guys need to verify the vehicle repair not the customer. Request you to please do all the test properly and resolve vehicle issues properly.

                    My car paint is peeling off and bubble like formation in the dickey rear door. The car is just out of warranty of 3 years. But it is very surprising to see this happening in such early stages. I am sure this is poor quality manufacturing process and not seen in any of my hyundai cars bought earlier.
                    The year of manufacture is april 2016
                    Secondly the mileage is extremely poor in petrol which trident hyundai is unable to fix in this three years. I am getting anywhere between 7.5 to 8 km per liter.

                    Once My car"s battery totally discharged, my vehicle is grand i10, when i contacted lakshmi hyundai service centre, they have come and sent battery to exide service point, they said ok and charged it, again it is discharged, no body attending now to solve this problem for past seven days, i am going to loose my warranty period also

                      I bought venue sx diesel last month, and figured out the door lock and unlock sound are just car horn sound and it is blaring like air horn and not able to be muted. I got ear pain due to this from the day 1. It honks once for locking and twice for unlocking. I took the car to dealership to get it muted but unfortunately they disagreed to do that and added it will void the warranty. And dealership agreed that other hyundai car models has mild sound and some models has option to mute it but especially venue there is no option and no support to mute it. I personally checked venue sx-o has a separate mild sound for lock/unlock but venue sx doesn't have mild sound instead of full blown horn. This differentiation was not mentioned anywhere when i bought.

                      As a common man, i am feeling bad for annoying neighbors by honking when lock and unlock and living with ear pains. I am scared to go near car to unlock instead i am doing from 20 feet away. Dealership provided an irresponsible answer that do manual lock/unlock with keys like stone age, with that i am getting scratches near the keyhole and having heavy luggage in the hands, difficult to do manual key lock/unlock. This feature will definitely should be fixed with an option mute/unmute or mild sound like venue sx-o. Is there anyway to knock hyundai's attention or legal option to get it resolved.
                      Same issue with out BS4 SX diesel too.

                      In BS6 vehicles they have enabled the option to disable by pressing the lock and unlock button together for some seconds. But, sadly no option for us.
                      i have a hyundai venue car that has also a same problem of beep horn while locking and unlocking it is too annoying sound, and so irritating to our neighbours i always scare to lock it through remote key i talked to service centre but they did not have a solution to resolve this problem .
                      so i please to express my view to give us some alternative option to mute this sound with remote key.
                      When they able to provide solution to mute BS-VI, why Hyundai team is not responding the customer request??? So many customer's expressed but no response from Hyundai to give the solution to mute the BS4 variant

                        Hello joshi hyundai,

                        This mail is to express my grievance after purchasing a car santro sportz on dated 27th oct 2019. I heard well name of m/s joshi hyundai for their good services and quality work and this was the only reason that i never visited your door till taking car delivery. I belongs to ludhiana, due to non availability of santro sportz (White) in goyal hyundai, i came in contact with your representative mr. Dishu @contact number [protected]. I took quote from him and told him that i am getting the same car @ 5.23 lacs. (On road price) with all accessories and seat covers also.
                        He given me the quote of 5.20 lacs on dated 25th oct with all accessories and seat covers. We done the deal without any further negotiation as i trust m/s joshi hyundai since long back. After finalize the deal i experienced few deviations in commitment done by mr. Dishu which was related to banking formalities. It was very harassed for me because 25th was the last bank working day and i have to manage entire things on that day only. With all these harassment i completed all formalities and decided to take delivery on 27th morning (Pb91h1568).
                        While taking delivery got surprise that in accessories which was committed to deliver long with car was less (Perfume and body cover not provided). I told mr. Dishu to fulfill their commitment but he denied to give because as per him it was never a part of deal.
                        For your information, it was clearly discussed with him before deal done that in accessories following items will be incorporated.
                        1. Flap covers
                        2. Perfume
                        3. Body cover
                        4. Mats
                        5. Number plate
                        6. 5 litter petrol
                        7. Seat covers

                        Unfortunately i have not get body cover and perfume along with car, which costs around rs. 2000/- if i purchase form market. It is directly loss to me after bought the car from m/s joshi hyundai. Rs. 2000/- may be a small amount for both o[censored]s but i never expected such experience from your side.

                        Request you please look into this mater and discuss with your team if you can provide me the same accessories as per earlier commitment.

                          I had booked grand i10 sportz on 28th sep, but still not received car. First they told me by 10th oct then 24th oct, but now they r telling me that production has been stopped for this so cannot deliver in this month. Will try in next month. Now they are telling me for magna variant or other cars for which i m not looking.

                          I want to enquire about it, if production has been closed for grand i10 then how they will provide me in next month or if can not give grand i10 sportz why forcing me for other cars.

                          Last saturday 19.10.2019 i visited garve hyundai and they confirmed that not able to deliver grand i10 sportz. Then they suggested to cancel and will refund full booking amount 5000 rs. Then i filled the form and then they told me after few days money will credited in my account. It is almost a week now and not received my money.

                          Still no proper response.

                            I dr b k patil owned a topmost diesel version of creta on 18th feb 2016 with reg no. Mh43 at 9390.. Since last 1 yr the colour of my creta is falling like paper on connect of back doggie. I had complained many times to the concerned shsrayu hyundai turbhe but invain. I want my whole vehicle to b coloured as recolour of d only part is going to cause changes in d look of my creta. This is just d fault on company's side. Kindly like at d earliest.

                              Booked venue sx+ dct car in june at trident hyundai, kr puram, bangalore. Made requisite payment for dashara delivery, 8thoct and delear committed delivery on that date. When enquired about car 4 days before, i got to know that it got invoiced to someone else. They promised to get it on next shipment on 16th oct. That further delayed and car was put to transit around 20th from chennai to bangalore but it hasn't reached yet and they missed diwali day, 27th as well. Status is still same with nobody having any clue on their logistics issues and next delivery possibility. Fed up with their repeated failures. Missing festival season and messing up family plans.

                                I booked the hyundai venue online in may 2019. Due to some reasons i cancelled the booking in june 2019 with dee hyundai, allahabad. However, the cancellation refund has not been initiated by dee hyundai. The in-charge persons dont repsond regarding this matter.

                                  Sir, i purchased verna sx (O) on 27th jun'19 from sawan hyundai panipat. Till today i have not received original car rc and i am also not able check the status. Whenever i call to dealer to know about rc they either did not pick the phone or after picking the phone call they say that they will call back after 2 minutes after getting information about my rc but they never call. The service is very pathetic and not customer friendly. Still i am worry about my rc when will i get it. Its almost 4 months. Please help and take necessary action if required.

                                    This is regarding one of my referral coupon which i am supposed to get 6 months back. I bought a car from lakshmi hyundai banglore in the month of jan'19 and after few days i referred one of my friend who purchased a car in the month of april. At the time of buying the sales guy promised me i will receive a coupon which i can use for my future service. After couple of days i went to check if the coupon has been generated and they confirmed the sales guy did not punch the coupon hence they will do it now (Pasha). I think pasha is the manager of that showroom. He promised me within a week i will receive the coupon. But till date i have not received anything. They do not pick my calls and even blocked my numbers. I have also raised couple of complaints through customer care but no help. My recent request id is 1-[protected]. This is really sad to see such behaviors towards your customers. I have also pinged in face book but as usual no response.
                                    Please advise asap.

                                      This notice is issued to you at the request of my client, mr. Sivagnanam k who is the owner of vehicle bearing reg no. Mh 12 ke 6607 (Black colour hyundai i20).
                                      It is seen that certain servicing and repair works for the said vehicle were carried out in your workshop between the dates 13/09/2019 and 18/09/2019. During this period your company had, inter alia, serviced the ‘car air-conditioning system’ and charged my client a sum of rs.2, 680/- for the same. Copy of the bill for the said works is enclosed as annexure a. However, within 2 days after the servicing was completed, my client started to notice that the ac was starting to function less effectively. Eventually, after 3 weeks of the servicing, the ac completely stopped functioning.
                                      Dismayed by the said events, my client returned to your workshop on 11/10/2019 seeking an explanation for such faulty servicing. After having waited in your workshop for a considerable amount of time, he was informed by your staff that the air-conditioning system had to be thoroughly checked to identify the problem. Consequently, my client – trusting that your company would rectify the problem in good faith and with the firm belief that the vehicle would be returned to him with a functioning ac – gave his vehicle to your workshop on 14/10/2019.
                                      On the same day, my client received a call from mr. Edgar (Who has been responsible for the works of the car since it was given for servicing on 13/09/2019) informing that there is some leakage in the ac system. To the utter shock and dismay of my client, he was informed that it would cost him approximately rs. 9000/- to have the ac repaired. Aggrieved and frustrated by the said events, my client immediately requested the vehicle to be returned with a written estimate of the cost and declined to pay for any of the works as these costs are sought to be imposed on him for no fault of his own but for the faulty and negligent work of your workshop. A copy of the estimate prepared by mr. Edgar along with copies of other documents provided by your workshop on this day are enclosed herewith as annexure b my client had completely lost faith in your company after these events.
                                      It is emphatically submitted that the only cause for the ac to stop function is faulty servicing at your workshop which has caused damaged to the air-conditioning system. It is stated that the ac was functioning perfectly fine before the vehicle was given for servicing on 13/09/2019. However, since my client, by way of abundant caution, had requested that the ac be checked at the time, he was informed by your staff (Mr. Edgar) that the ac had to be serviced in order to ensure effective functioning. Trusting the advice of mr. Edgar in good faith, my client agreed to the said servicing which costed him rs.2, 680/-. It must be noted that my client was initially hesitant for this work as certain disinfecting/cleaning work had recently been done for the ac in the month of february by your same workshop. However, at the instance of mr. Edgar, my client ultimately agreed trusting that his advice was in good faith.
                                      Now, based on the audacious attitude shown by your staff, my client is also of the apprehension that they may have deliberately and wilfully caused damaged to the ac system in order to extract a higher cost subsequently. The series of events also seem to suggest the same. However, since my client does not have access to the functioning of your workshop, he still hopes that this is not the case.
                                      Aggrieved and frustrated by these events, mr. Sivagnanam k has engaged my services to take necessary steps under the consumer protection act, 2019 for appropriate remedies.
                                      Therefore, by way of last opportunity, you are hereby requested to repair the abovementioned vehicle’s ac system to the full satisfaction of my client and compensate him appropriately for the hardship endured by him due to the abovementioned series of events. Such steps may be taken within a week from receipt of this notice, failing which, my client would be constrained to approach the district consumer disputes redressal commission for appropriate reliefs.

                                        I have registered a booking for grand i10 nios(dual tone sportz) model on 2nd sept at CI Hyundai Jinsi Bhopal (m.p).

                                        Two days later the dealer informed me that they won't be able to provide me the vehicle due to some allocation issue at their end.

                                        I cancelled the booking on 5th sept and submitted a formal application to refund the booking amount i.e. rupees 5000 only.

                                        It's more than a month now and the dealer isn't refunding the booking charges.

                                        I have also submitted a ticket through Hyundai customer care number. The ticket number is 1-[protected].

                                        Please take an immediate action on this and help me to get this resolved as soon as possible.

                                        It was my first experience with Hyundai and it's getting worse than expected.

                                        I have waited so long to get the refunded amount but I am not getting any clear response from the dealer.

                                        The G.M or sales person aren't picking up my calls, if they did sometimes they are just making me fool that they are working on it and gave me illogical excuses.

                                        I want immediate resolution on this before taking any legal action against the dealer.
